Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a method for laying water and sewage pipes, and more specifically, to a method for laying water and sewage pipes that simplifies the insertion of a steel pipe for installing a steel pipe work opening, simplifies the installation of a floor plate on the bottom of the steel pipe work opening, and utilizes a reinforcing member of the floor plate as a supporting member of a propulsion device to enable efficient laying of water and sewage pipes. Background Technology
[0002] Generally, when laying water and sewage pipes on soft ground, construction methods that consider the characteristics of the ground and the surrounding environment are essential; in particular, the conventional sheet pile method has been primarily used in areas with small roads and densely packed surrounding houses.
[0003] Here, while the sheet pile method offers the advantage of stably installing work shafts, it presents a problem in that the high likelihood of ground subsidence during the insertion and extraction processes can cause cracks in houses. Furthermore, it is difficult to secure sufficient workspace for sheet pile installation, and construction causes inconvenience to pedestrians and vehicles; therefore, a work shaft installation method that ensures greater constructability is required.
[0004] Meanwhile, when installing a work shaft in soft ground, it is important to ensure stability according to the characteristics of the ground. For example, in silt ground, a boiling phenomenon may occur where seepage water rises up along with sand due to the difference in water levels between the bottom of the excavation and the back of the excavation, and in clay ground, a heaving phenomenon may occur where the bottom of the excavation surface bulges out. These phenomena can increase the inflow of groundwater during excavation and cause deformation and increased earth pressure due to compression of the clay ground, thereby reducing the stability of the structure.
[0005] Accordingly, in order to solve the aforementioned problems, a construction method for laying water and sewage pipes on soft ground has been proposed.
[0006] The conventional method for laying water and sewage pipes includes the following steps: a step in which a steel pipe is inserted into a work hole through a steel pipe jacking machine and the inside of the steel pipe is excavated to install a steel pipe work hole of a predetermined diameter; a step in which a floor plate is installed on the bottom of the steel pipe work hole to ensure ground stability; a step in which a thruster is installed in the steel pipe work hole and a lead pipe is propelled by pressurizing the lead pipe to a terminal point by the thruster; a step in which a lead pipe is propelled from the steel pipe work hole to a terminal point by pressurizing the lead pipe along the lead pipe by the thruster while removing the lead pipe; and a step in which a main pipe is propelled from the steel pipe work hole to a terminal point by pressurizing the main pipe along the lead pipe by the thruster while removing the lead pipe.
[0007] However, conventional water and sewage pipe laying methods have problems such as deformation of the pipe, instability of the surrounding ground, and even impact on nearby buildings or structures, because the initial inserted steel pipe, which is inserted into the ground to a predetermined depth by a steel pipe jacking machine, simply has a cylindrical shape, and resistance to the ground increases due to rotation and pressurization by the steel pipe jacking machine.
[0008] In addition, if the bottom of the initially inserted steel pipe is not sharp, there is a problem in that the ground cannot be excavated efficiently, resulting in a significant amount of time required for the construction of the steel pipe work area.
[0009] In addition, since the bottom plate installed at the bottom of the pipe fitting has a size corresponding to the diameter of the pipe fitting, there is a problem where insertion is difficult due to friction between the inner surface of the pipe and the outer surface of the bottom plate when the pipe fitting is deep.
[0010] In addition, since the method involves the lead pipe and the thrust pipe being advanced by a thruster from the pipe work area to the end point, followed by the main pipe being advanced along the thrust pipe, the friction and resistance with the ground increase, resulting in a problem where the pipe advancement process takes a long time. [0012] Therefore, the objective of the present invention is to provide a method for laying water and sewage pipes that simplifies the insertion of a steel pipe for installing a steel pipe work port, simplifies the installation of a floor plate on the bottom of the steel pipe work port, and utilizes a reinforcing member of the floor plate as a supporting member of a propulsion device, thereby enabling efficient laying of water and sewage pipes even on soft ground.

[0014] According to the present invention, a first step in which steel pipes are continuously driven into the ground to a predetermined depth by a steel pipe drive and the interior of the steel pipe is excavated to form a steel pipe work section; a second step in which a floor plate is inserted into the inner bottom of the steel pipe work section and fixed to the inner circumference of the steel pipe to ensure ground stability; a third step in which a reinforcing frame is installed on the floor plate installed on the inner bottom of the steel pipe work section to reinforce the durability of the floor plate; a fourth step in which a thruster is mounted on the reinforcing frame of the inner bottom plate of the steel pipe work section; a fifth step in which a tunneling machine is mounted on the tip of the thruster inside the steel pipe work section; a sixth step in which the tunneling machine is propelled from the excavation start point of the steel pipe work section to the end point while excavating the ground through the forward movement of the thruster; a seventh step in which a lead thrusting pipe with a casing screw inserted is connected to the rear end of the tunneling machine after the backward movement of the thruster; and an eighth step in which the tunneling machine excavates the ground and the lead thrusting pipe is driven in simultaneously through the forward movement of the thruster. A method for laying water and sewage pipes is provided, comprising: a 9th step in which a thrust pipe with a casing screw inserted is connected to the rear end of a lead thrust pipe after the thruster moves backward; a 10th step in which the thrust pipe is pressed in and advanced simultaneously with the tunneling machine excavating the ground through the thruster's forward movement; and an 11th step in which the 9th and 10th steps are repeated until the tunneling machine reaches the end point, thereby completing the advancement of the thrust pipe to the steel pipe work area and the end point.
[0015] Here, among the steel pipes, an excavation collar is installed at the shear of the lead pipe that is first pressed into the ground by a steel pipe insertion machine, and it is preferable that the excavation collar has teeth protruding and joined at predetermined intervals at the shear of the lead pipe, or that a funnel-shaped tapered collar having a diameter that is wider at the top and narrower at the bottom is welded and joined to the shear of the lead pipe.
[0016] Additionally, the bottom plate preferably comprises: a pair of semicircular panels made of steel material that provide a cross-sectional area corresponding to the diameter of the steel pipe working hole when facing each other; an uneven welding line symmetrically formed on the facing portions of the pair of semicircular panels and welded together in an interlocked state; and a plurality of discharge holes formed through the pair of semicircular panels to allow water penetrating the inner bottom of the steel pipe working hole to be discharged to the upper surface of the pair of semicircular panels.
[0017] In addition, it is desirable that the bottom surface of a pair of semicircular panels be configured with an uneven surface that adheres to the non-woven fabric or mesh so that the installation position of the non-woven fabric or mesh, which is pre-installed when the edges of the semicircular panels are welded to the inner circumference of the steel pipe, does not change.
[0018] In addition, it is preferable that the reinforcing frame be made of steel and welded together in pairs at a predetermined distance, perpendicular to the uneven welding line on the upper surface of the floor plate. Effects of the invention
[0019] Accordingly, according to the present invention, the insertion of a steel pipe for installing a steel pipe work port is simplified, the installation of a floor plate on the bottom of the steel pipe work port is simplified, and the reinforcing member of the floor plate is utilized as a supporting member of a propulsion device, thereby enabling efficient installation of water and sewage pipes even on soft ground.
[0020] Meanwhile, the effects of the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and other unmentioned effects will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description in the claims. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0022] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0023] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 12, a method for laying water and sewage pipes according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first step in which steel pipes (100) are continuously driven to a predetermined depth by a steel pipe jacking machine (200) into the ground where the steel pipe work section (10) is to be installed, and the inside of the steel pipes (100) is excavated to form the steel pipe work section (10); a second step in which a floor plate (300) is inserted into the inner bottom of the steel pipe work section (10) and fixed to the inner circumference of the steel pipes (100) to ensure ground stability; a third step in which a reinforcing frame (400) is installed on the floor plate (300) installed on the inner bottom of the steel pipe work section (10) to reinforce the durability of the floor plate (300); a fourth step in which a propeller (500) is mounted on the reinforcing frame (400) of the inner bottom plate (300) of the steel pipe work section (10); and the inside of the steel pipe work section (10). A fifth step in which a tunneling machine (600) is mounted on the front end of a thruster (500); a sixth step in which the tunneling machine (600) is propelled while excavating the ground from the excavation start hole (11) of the steel pipe work area (10) toward the end point (20) through the forward movement of the thruster (500); a seventh step in which a leading propulsion pipe (710) with a casing screw (800) inserted is connected to the rear end of the tunneling machine (600) after the backward movement of the thruster (500); an eighth step in which the tunneling machine (600) is propelled by pressing in the leading propulsion pipe (710) simultaneously with excavating the ground through the forward movement of the thruster (500); and a ninth step in which a propulsion pipe (700) with a casing screw (800) inserted is connected to the rear end of the leading propulsion pipe (710) after the backward movement of the thruster (500). A 10th step in which the tunneling machine (600) excavates the ground through the forward movement of the thruster (500) and the thrust pipe (700) is pressed in and pushed forward simultaneously; a 11th step in which the 9th and 10th steps are repeated until the tunneling machine (600) arrives at the end point (20) and the thrust pipe (700) is pushed forward to the steel pipe work area (10) and the end point (20); a 12th step in which the tunneling machine (600) is recovered in sections at the end point (20); and a 13th step in which the casing screw (800) is recovered in sections at the steel pipe work area (10).It includes the 14th step, in which a manhole (not shown) is installed inside the pipe work area (10).
[0024] The first stage is a process in which steel pipes (100) are continuously driven into the ground where the steel pipe work section (10) is to be installed by a steel pipe drive (200) to a predetermined depth, and the inside of the steel pipes (100) is excavated to form the steel pipe work section (10). This process includes the process of installing the steel pipe drive (200) in the ground where the steel pipe work section (10) is to be installed, the process of driving the lead steel pipe (110) into the ground to a predetermined depth by the steel pipe drive (200) while the lead steel pipe (110) is installed, the process of driving the additional steel pipe (100) continuously to a predetermined depth after the front end of the lead steel pipe (110) is welded and joined, the process of driving the additional steel pipe (100) repeatedly to a predetermined depth after the front end of the lead steel pipe (110) is welded and joined, the process of driving the steel pipe drive (200) repeatedly to a predetermined depth, the process of removing the steel pipe drive (200), and the lead steel pipe (110) and the additional The process includes excavating the inside of the steel pipe (100) to form a steel pipe work section (10).
[0025] The steel pipe insertion machine (200) comprises an insertion machine base (201) positioned and fixed on the ground, a plurality of insertion hydraulic jacks (202) installed with the lower end of the insertion machine base (201) hinged, a steel pipe clamp (203) connected to the upper end of the insertion hydraulic jacks (202) to grip the steel pipe (100), a rotating cylinder (204) that repeatedly rotates the steel pipe clamps (203) at a certain angle, and a plurality of weights (205) for fixing the steel pipe insertion machine (200) to the ground, and while the steel pipe (100) is gripped by the steel pipe clamps (203), angular movement in the circumferential direction is repeated by the rotating cylinder (204) and simultaneously lowered by the insertion hydraulic jacks (202) to forcibly insert it into the ground, and accordingly, the steel pipe (100) [forces] the surrounding ground with vertical insertion force and rotational force. It can be pressed into the ground quietly and smoothly without subsidence.
[0026] The steel pipe (100) is preferably made of steel and has a diameter of 1,500 mm to 4,000 mm and a thickness of 10 mm to 20 mm.
[0027] Meanwhile, in the present invention, it is preferable that an excavation collar (111) be installed at the shear of the lead pipe (110) that is first pressed into the ground by the steel pipe insertion machine (200). Through this, when the lead pipe (110) is pressed into the ground by the steel pipe insertion machine (200), the contact area between the shear of the lead pipe (110) and the ground is reduced, thereby reducing insertion resistance and allowing the lead pipe (110) to be pressed smoothly.
[0028] Here, the excavation collar (111) may have a configuration in which teeth are protruded and joined at predetermined intervals to the front end of the lead pipe (110), or a funnel-shaped tapered collar having a diameter that is wider at the top and narrower at the bottom is welded and joined to the front end of the lead pipe (110).
[0029] Accordingly, according to the first step, the steel pipe (100) can be continuously driven into the ground by the steel pipe drive (200) to form a steel pipe work area (10).
[0030] In addition, the insertion resistance of the steel pipe (100) is reduced by the excavation collar (111) formed at the front of the lead steel pipe (110), allowing the initial insertion to proceed smoothly and enabling rapid operation.
[0031] The second stage is a process in which a bottom plate (300) is inserted into the inner bottom of the steel pipe work section (10) and fixed to the inner surface of the steel pipe (100) to ensure ground stability, and includes a process in which a bottom plate (300) having a cross-sectional area corresponding to the diameter of the steel pipe work section (10) is inserted into the inner bottom of the steel pipe work section (10) and then fixed by welding its outer surface to the inner surface of the steel pipe (100), and a process in which infiltration water discharged from the top of the bottom plate (300) of the steel pipe work section (10) is drained to the outside of the steel pipe work section (10).
[0032] Meanwhile, in the present invention, the bottom plate (300) is configured to be installed on the inner bottom of the steel pipe work section (10) and utilized as a propulsion section of the propeller (500), and comprises a pair of semicircular panels (310) made of steel material that provide a cross-sectional area corresponding to the diameter of the steel pipe work section (10) when facing each other, an uneven welding line (320) symmetrically formed on the facing portion of the pair of semicircular panels (310) so that when the pair of semicircular panels (310) are welded together in an interlocked state, the pair of semicircular panels (310) are precisely joined and structural rigidity is secured, and a plurality of discharge holes (330) formed through the pair of semicircular panels (310) so that water penetrating the inner bottom of the steel pipe work section (10) is discharged to the upper surface of the pair of semicircular panels (310), thereby enabling easy insertion of the semicircular panels (310) into the steel pipe (100). The durability of the bottom plate (300) can be strengthened through the joining of the uneven welding line (320), and maintenance can be made easier during long-term use.
[0033] Here, it is preferable to further include a step of installing a non-woven fabric or mesh, etc., on the inner floor of the steel pipe work section (10) before the bottom plate (300) is inserted and installed on the inner floor of the steel pipe work section (10), so that when the infiltrating water is discharged to the upper surface of the bottom plate (300) through the discharge hole (330), sand or residual soil, etc., are not discharged along with the infiltrating water.
[0034] At this time, it is preferable that the bottom surface of a pair of semicircular panels (310) be configured with an uneven surface (not shown) that adheres to the non-woven fabric or mesh so that the installation position of the non-woven fabric or mesh, which is pre-installed when the edges of the semicircular panels (310) are welded to the inner circumference of the steel pipe (100), does not change.
[0035] Accordingly, according to the second step, a floor plate (300) is stably installed on the inner floor of the steel pipe work area (10), thereby ensuring ground stability and improving the support capacity of the internal structure.
[0036] In addition, by having a pair of semicircular panels (310) face each other and correspond to the diameter of the steel pipe (100), the semicircular panels (310) can be easily inserted into the interior of the steel pipe (100), thereby improving workability, and by joining them into a disc shape through the uneven welding line (320), structural rigidity is reinforced, thereby improving the installability of the propeller (500) or other equipment.
[0037] The third step is a process in which a reinforcing frame (400) is installed on a floor plate (300) installed on the inner floor of a steel pipe work area (10) to reinforce the durability of the floor plate (300), and includes a process in which a pair of reinforcing frames (400) are positioned perpendicularly to the uneven welding line (320) on the upper surface of the floor plate (300) and welded together.
[0038] The reinforcing frame (400) may be an H-beam made of steel material, etc.
[0039] Accordingly, according to the third step, a reinforcing frame (400) is installed on the upper surface of the floor plate (300) to increase the structural rigidity of the floor plate (300) and improve durability against the load of the propeller (500) or other equipment, thereby creating a stable operating environment for the propeller (500) or other equipment and maximizing the safety and efficiency of the internal space of the steel pipe work area (10).
[0040] Additionally, as the reinforcing frame (400) is positioned perpendicular to the uneven welding line (320), the bottom plate (300) can be made to minimize deformation caused by the operation of the propeller (500) and other loads, and to provide uniform support within the steel pipe work section (10).
[0041] The fourth step is a process for mounting a thruster (500) on a reinforcing frame (400) of an inner bottom plate (300) of a steel pipe work section (10), and includes a process of inserting the thruster (500) into the steel pipe work section (10) via a crane, a process of bolting the thruster (500) to the reinforcing frame (400) of the inner bottom plate (300) of the steel pipe work section (10), and a process of excavating a starting hole (11) which is a location for inserting a drilling machine (600), a leading thruster pipe (710), and a thruster pipe (700) into the steel pipe work section (10), and installing an entrance in the starting hole (11).
[0042] The thruster (500) includes a plurality of hydraulic cylinders (510) mounted on the reinforcing frame (400) of the inner bottom plate (300) of the steel pipe work area (10) and a thruster shaft (520) that reciprocates in a horizontal direction, a drilling machine (600) configured on the thruster shaft (520) and positioned at the entrance, a leading thruster pipe (710) and a thruster pipe (700) that pressurize and propel the thruster pipe (700) toward the end point (20), and a pressure plate (530).
[0043] Here, it is preferable that the thruster (500) is configured such that a jack (540) is installed on the thrust shaft (520) to adjust the thrust direction or angle of the pressure plate (530), thereby controlling the thrust direction of the lead thruster (710) or the thruster (700) by changing the thrust direction of the pressure plate (530).
[0044] In addition, it is preferable that the propulsion shaft (520) has a length of about 1 / 3 of the diameter of the steel pipe workpiece (10).
[0045] Accordingly, according to the fourth step, the thruster (500) is stably mounted on the reinforcing frame (400) installed on the inner bottom plate (300) of the steel pipe work area (10), so that the load and vibration generated during the operation of the thruster (500) can be dispersed and absorbed.
[0046] In addition, the propulsion direction of the pressure plate (530) is adjusted through the jack (540) of the propeller (500), thereby controlling the propulsion direction of the lead propulsion pipe (710) and the propulsion pipe (700), so that excavation and penetration work can be carried out precisely.
[0047] The fifth step is a process for mounting a tunneling machine (600) on the front end of a thruster (500) inside a steel pipe work section (10), and includes a process of introducing the tunneling machine (600) into the steel pipe work section (10) through a crane, etc., and a process in which the front end of the tunneling machine (600) is positioned on an entruss (12) installed in the excavation start hole (11) of the steel pipe work section (10) and the rear end of the tunneling machine (600) is positioned on a pressure plate (530) of a thruster (500) so that the tunneling machine (600) is mounted in the direction of propulsion of the thruster (500).
[0048] The tunneling machine (600) includes a tunneling main body (610) having a tubular structure, a head part (620) configured at the tip of the tunneling main body (610) and configured to excavate the ground along the propulsion line by rotating a face plate having a plurality of bits, a soil discharge part (not shown) configured inside the tunneling main body (610) and configured to rotate together with the face plate so that soil of the ground excavated by the head part (620) is discharged toward the excavation start hole (11), and a tip adjustment part (not shown) configured at the lower inner part of the tunneling main body (610) and configured to rapidly cool the ground by injecting a cooling agent toward the ground along the propulsion line, and then enabling tip adjustment by moving the position of the tunneling main body (610) upward based on the cooled ground.
[0049] Therefore, according to the fifth step, the drilling machine (600) is accurately installed inside the steel pipe work area (10) so that the drilling work can proceed smoothly from the excavation start hole (11).
[0050] In addition, through the configuration of a face plate configured in the head section (620) and a soil discharge section (not shown) rotatably configured in the face plate, the ground excavation and soil discharge of the propulsion line can be carried out continuously and simultaneously, thereby improving work efficiency.
[0051] The sixth step is a process in which the tunneling machine (600) is propelled while excavating the ground from the excavation start hole (11) of the steel pipe work area (10) toward the end point (20) through the forward movement of the propeller (500), wherein the pressure plate (530) is propelled forward by the propeller shaft (520) of the propeller (500), thereby pressurizing the rear end of the tunneling machine body (610) of the tunneling machine (600) so that the front end of the tunneling machine body (610) is propelled into the entrus (12) of the excavation start hole (11); the face plate of the head part (620) configured at the front end of the tunneling machine body (610) rotates so that the ground of the propulsion line is excavated and the tunneling machine body (610) penetrates a predetermined distance; and the ground excavated by the face plate is removed by the soil removal part (not shown) configured inside the tunneling machine body (610). It includes processes such as excavating towards the excavation start hole (11).
[0052] Accordingly, according to the 6th step, through the forward movement of the thruster (500) and the excavation movement of the excavator (600), the excavator (600) is inserted into and passes through the excavation start hole (11) of the steel pipe work section (10), and can be propelled by a distance corresponding to the length of the propulsion shaft (520).
[0053] Step 7 is a process in which a leading propulsion pipe (710) with a casing screw (800) inserted is connected to the rear end of the tunneling machine (600) after the propulsion (500) moves backward, and the process in which the rear end of the tunneling machine body (610) is positioned at the entruss (12) of the excavation start hole (11) while the pressure plate (530) moves backward by the propulsion shaft (520) of the propulsion (500), the process in which the leading propulsion pipe (710) with a casing screw (800) inserted is inserted into the interior of the steel pipe work hole (10) through a crane, etc., and the process in which the leading propulsion pipe (710) is clamped or joined to the rear end of the tunneling machine body (610) positioned at the entruss (12) of the excavation start hole (11), and at the same time, the casing screw (800) of the tunneling machine body (610) is attached to the soil removal section (not shown) of the tunneling machine body (610). The process includes a process in which a soil removal screw is rotatably connected and the rear end of a leading propulsion tube (710) is positioned on a pressure plate (530) of a propeller (500), and the leading propulsion tube (710) is mounted in the propulsion direction of the propeller (500).
[0054] Preferably, the lead propulsion tube (710) is made of steel and has a length of about 1 / 3 of the diameter of the steel pipe workpiece (10) and a diameter of 200 mm to 500 mm.
[0055] The casing screw (800) is configured inside the lead propulsion pipe (710) to allow soil transported from the soil removal section (not shown) of the excavation main body (610) to be transported to the rear end of the lead propulsion pipe (710), and includes a case having a length corresponding to the length of the lead propulsion pipe (710) and a predetermined diameter, and a soil removal screw configured inside the case and coupled to the soil removal section (not shown) and rotated together with the soil removal section (not shown) when the face plate rotates.
[0056] Accordingly, according to the seventh step, a space is secured between the tunneling machine (600) and the tunneling machine (500) through the backward movement of the thruster (500) so that a leading thruster (710) can be installed. In this state, the leading thruster (710) and the leading end of the casing screw (800) can be connected to the tunneling machine (600), and the rear end of the leading thruster (710) can be mounted to the thruster (500). Thus, even if the diameter of the steel pipe work section (10) is not large, the connection work of the leading thruster (710) can be made easy.
[0057] The eighth step is a process in which the tunneling machine (600) excavates the ground through the forward movement of the thruster (500) and the lead thruster (710) is pressed in and propelled simultaneously. This process involves the pressure plate (530) moving forward by the propulsion shaft (520) of the thruster (500), thereby pressurizing the rear end of the lead thruster (710) and propelling the front end of the lead thruster (710) into the entrance (12) of the excavation start hole (11); the process in which the face plate of the head part (620) configured at the front end of the tunneling machine body (610) rotates, thereby excavating the ground of the propulsion line and the tunneling machine body (610) being penetrated a predetermined distance; and the ground excavated by the face plate by the casing screw (800) configured in the lead thruster (710) and the soil removal part (not shown) configured inside the tunneling machine body (610). It includes processes such as excavating towards the excavation start hole (11).
[0058] Accordingly, according to the eighth step, through the forward movement of the thruster (500) and the excavation movement of the excavator (600), the excavator (600) and the lead thruster (710) are inserted into and pass through the excavation start hole (11) of the steel pipe work section (10), and propulsion can be achieved for a distance corresponding to the length of the thruster shaft (520).
[0059] Step 9 is a process in which a propulsion pipe (700) with a casing screw (800) inserted is connected to the rear end of a lead propulsion pipe (710) after the propulsion device (500) moves backward, and the rear end of the lead propulsion pipe (710) is positioned at the entrance (12) of the excavation start hole (11) while the pressure plate (530) moves backward by the propulsion shaft (520) of the propulsion device (500); the propulsion pipe (700) with a casing screw (800) inserted is introduced into the interior of the steel pipe work hole (10) through a crane, etc.; and the front end of the propulsion pipe (700) is clamped or joined to the rear end of the lead propulsion pipe (710) positioned at the entrance (12) of the excavation start hole (11), and at the same time, the propulsion pipe (700) is connected to the soil removal screw of the casing screw (800) of the lead propulsion pipe (710). The process includes the following: the soil discharge screw of the casing screw (800) is rotatably connected, the rear end of the propulsion pipe (700) is positioned on the pressure plate (530) of the propeller (500), and the propulsion pipe (700) is mounted in the propulsion direction of the propeller (500).
[0060] The propulsion pipe (700) is preferably made of steel and has a length of about 1 / 3 of the diameter of the steel pipe workpiece (10) and a diameter of 200 mm to 500 mm.
[0061] The casing screw (800) is configured inside the propulsion pipe (700) to allow soil transported from the casing screw (800) of the lead propulsion pipe (710) to be transported to the rear end of the propulsion pipe (700), and includes a case having a length corresponding to the length of the propulsion pipe (700) and a predetermined diameter, and a soil discharge screw configured inside the case and connected to the soil discharge screw of the casing screw (800) of the lead propulsion pipe (710).
[0062] Accordingly, according to the ninth step, a space is secured in which a propulsion pipe (700) can be installed between the tunneling machine (600) and the propulsion machine (500) through the backward movement of the propulsion machine (500). In this state, the leading end of the casing screw (800) can be connected to the casing screw (800) of the leading propulsion pipe (710), and the rear end of the propulsion pipe (700) can be mounted on the propulsion machine (500). Thus, even if the diameter of the steel pipe work section (10) is not large, the connection work of the propulsion pipe (700) can be made easy.
[0063] Meanwhile, in the present invention, when the diameter of the lead propulsion tube (710) and the propulsion tube (700) exceeds 500 mm, it is preferable that a pressure plate (not shown) that contacts the pressure plate (530) inserted into the rear end is joined by welding or the like.
[0064] Step 10 is a process in which the tunneling machine (600) excavates the ground through the forward movement of the thruster (500) and the thrust pipe (700) is pressed in and propelled simultaneously. This process involves the thrusting plate (530) moving forward by the thrusting shaft (520) of the thruster (500), thereby pressurizing the rear end of the thrust pipe (700) so that the front end of the thrust pipe (700) is propelled into the entrus (12) of the excavation start hole (11); the process in which the face plate of the head part (620) configured at the front end of the tunneling machine body (610) rotates, thereby excavating the ground of the thrust line and causing the tunneling machine body (610) and the lead thrust pipe (710) to penetrate a predetermined distance; and the process in which the ground excavated by the face plate of the tunneling machine (600) is driven by the casing screw (800) configured in the lead thrust pipe (710) and the thrust pipe (700). It includes processes such as excavating towards the excavation start hole (11).
[0065] Accordingly, according to the 10th step, through the forward movement of the thruster (500) and the excavation movement of the tunneler (600), the tunneler (600), the lead thruster (710), and the thruster (700) are inserted into and pass through the excavation start hole (11) of the steel pipe work section (10), and propulsion can be achieved for a distance corresponding to the length of the thruster shaft (520).
[0066] Step 11 is a process in which Steps 9 and 10 are repeated until the tunneling machine (600) arrives at the end point (20) so that the propulsion of the thrust pipe (700) is completed to the steel pipe work area (10) and the end point (20), and since this can be carried out through the processes of Steps 9 and 10, a detailed description is omitted.
[0067] Accordingly, according to the 11th step, the drilling machine (600) inserted into the steel pipe work section (10) is driven in such a way that new propulsion pipes (700) are continuously clamped at the rear end of the propulsion pipe (700) until it penetrates to the end point (20), thereby allowing a water and sewage pipeline connected by the propulsion pipes (700) from the steel pipe work section (10) to the end point (20) to be installed.
[0068] Step 12 is a process in which the drilling machine (600) is divided and recovered at the end point (20), and since this can be carried out through a known process, a detailed description is omitted.
[0069] Step 13 is a process in which the casing screw (800) is divided and recovered from the steel pipe work section (10), and since this can be carried out through a known process, a detailed description is omitted.
[0070] Step 14 is a process of installing a manhole (not shown) inside the steel pipe work area (10), and since this can be carried out through a known process, a detailed description is omitted.
[0071] As described above, according to the present invention, an excavation collar (111) is formed at the bottom of the lead pipe (110) among the steel pipes (100) for installing the steel pipe work section (10), thereby making it easy to insert the steel pipe (100), and a bottom plate (300) having a pair of semicircular shapes is easily installed on the bottom of the steel pipe work section (10) with improved strength, and the reinforcing frame (400) of the bottom plate (300) is utilized as a support member of the propeller (500), so that the laying of water and sewage pipes can be carried out efficiently even on soft ground.
[0072] Although preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the attached drawings, those skilled in the art will understand that various substitutions, modifications, and changes are possible within the scope of the technical spirit or essential features of the present invention, and thus the invention may be implemented in other specific forms. Therefore, the embodiments described above should be understood as illustrative in all respects and not restrictive.
