Description

Manufacturing Method for Calcium-Enriched Alkaline Fired Salt by Mixing Fired Salt and Fired Calcium High-Temperature Sintered in Loess Technology Field

[0001] The present invention belongs to the field of food manufacturing and health promotion technology, and in particular relates to a manufacturing technology for food additives that can contribute to health promotion by utilizing a kiln and ceramics made of red clay and utilizing edible animal bones to enhance calcium content. Background Technology

[0003] In modern society, interest in healthy diets and maintaining acid-alkali balance within the body is steadily increasing. This is because these factors play a crucial role in preventing chronic diseases and promoting overall health. Acid-alkali balance is an essential element for maintaining the body's optimal state, which facilitates the smooth functioning of metabolic processes, strengthens immunity, and aids in fatigue recovery and bone health. Accordingly, enhancing the functionality of alkaline foods, particularly basic seasonings such as salt, has become an important topic of research and development.

[0004] However, conventional solar salt and fortified salt do not fully meet these requirements. While traditional solar salt has the advantage of being naturally obtained, if brine is not sufficiently removed, impurities may remain, or excessive sodium intake can have a negative impact on health. Furthermore, even if specific mineral components are added to fortified salt, it is difficult to provide balanced nutrition, and due to its tendency to become acidic, it often fails to help maintain the body's acid-alkali balance.

[0005] In particular, minerals such as calcium are key components that provide alkalinity, promoting bone health and preventing osteoporosis within the body, while also contributing to nerve stability and blood pressure regulation. However, existing salt manufacturing processes currently lack the technical approaches to effectively add or fortify alkaline minerals like calcium. Furthermore, methods to remove impurities and increase salt purity while simultaneously enhancing functionality during the manufacturing process have not been sufficiently developed.

[0006] Therefore, there is a need to develop salt manufacturing technology that contributes to health promotion by effectively removing impurities, enhancing alkalinity, and adding essential minerals such as calcium. Such technology can go beyond the role of a mere seasoning to function as a functional food, playing a crucial role in supporting a healthy diet. Furthermore, it can provide substantial assistance in preventing chronic diseases related to maintaining the body's pH balance and improving overall nutritional status.

[0037] The terms used herein are merely for describing specific embodiments and are not intended to limit the invention. In this specification, terms such as “comprising” or “having” are intended to indicate the presence of the features, numbers, steps, actions, components, parts, or combinations thereof described in the specification, and should be understood as not precluding the existence or addition of one or more other features, numbers, steps, actions, components, parts, or combinations thereof.

[0038] In one embodiment according to the present invention, the salt preparation step (S100) may be characterized as a step of removing brine in a natural state for 3 years using edible Grade A sun-dried salt with brine removed.

[0039] In addition, the process may include a step of processing the prepared salt (11) by crushing it to a uniform particle size after undergoing a natural drying process to minimize moisture and impurities in the salt, thereby enabling uniform heating.

[0040] The reason for removing brine for three years is to eliminate the possibility that a bitter taste may remain due to insufficient removal of brine, and because the high moisture content may prevent the formation of uniform salt crystals during firing (baking at high temperatures), and the mineral composition may be unstable, resulting in uneven quality of the product after firing.

[0041] In one embodiment according to the present invention, the salt preparation step (S100) may further include a washing and filtering process to remove fine impurities (residual moisture, heavy metals, etc.) from the prepared salt (11).

[0042] In one embodiment according to the present invention, the salt preparation step (S100) may further include a process that enables uniform calcination by controlling the particle size (particle size) of the prepared salt (11). If the particles are too large, the time it takes for heat to reach the interior during the calcination process may be prolonged, and if the particles are too small, evaporation proceeds rapidly during the calcination process, which may reduce the uniformity of the calcination. The optimal particle size can be set to a range of 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm.

[0043] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the firing salt generation step (S200) may be characterized by including the step of placing a set amount of prepared salt (11) in a red clay pottery (20), and placing a set number of the red clay pottery (20) inside a red clay kiln (30) and heating them.

[0044] In the firing salt generation step (S200) according to one embodiment of the present invention, the prepared salt (11) can serve to increase the bonding strength with the loess component and to ensure that the mineral component is uniformly distributed during firing. The prepared salt (11) can be placed in 2 kg portions to prepare for firing so that heat can be evenly transferred to the inside of the prepared salt (11) in the loess pottery (20) made of 100% loess.

[0045] In the firing salt generation step (S200) according to one embodiment of the present invention, 100 clay pottery pieces (20) containing prepared salt (11) are uniformly arranged inside a clay kiln (30). The number 100 may be a value set considering the size of the kiln, the heat circulation structure, the distribution of labor, etc. The clay kiln (30) is designed so that the internal temperature can be maintained at a constant level, and the spacing between the pottery pieces can be made constant so that the prepared salt (11) is heated evenly.

[0046] In the step of producing calcined salt (S200) according to one embodiment of the present invention, the entrance of the clay kiln (30) is completely sealed using clay paste so that the heat inside the kiln spreads evenly. This contributes to the crystals of the prepared salt (11) being deformed into a uniform size and maintaining a uniform quality after becoming the reinforced calcined salt (12).

[0047] In addition, the entrance of the clay kiln (30) is sealed with clay to maintain a uniform internal temperature, and the temperature is gradually raised to 800℃ and maintained for 10 hours.

[0048] In the salt production step (S200) according to one embodiment of the present invention, the prepared salt (11) inside the clay kiln (30) is fired using pure pine firewood. During this process, moisture in the prepared salt (11) evaporates, and mineral components are rearranged, changing the physical and chemical properties of the prepared salt (11) to become reinforced salt (12).

[0049] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the calcined salt generation step (S200) can optimize the calcination temperature and duration to ensure that the prepared salt (11) sufficiently absorbs minerals, removes impurities, and maximizes alkalinity.

[0050] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the calcined salt generation step (S200) is performed at a temperature condition of 750 to 850°C, so that natural minerals are sufficiently released from the clay kiln (30), the reaction in which the prepared salt (11) absorbs the minerals released from the inner wall of the clay pottery (20) is optimized, a change in the physical structure of NaCl occurs, the bonding with minerals increases, and the increase in pH and mineral concentration effect after calcination can be optimized.

[0051] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, when the calcined salt production step (S200) is at 900°C or higher, there is a possibility that some minerals (especially minerals containing volatile components) may be lost. Mineral components such as calcium, magnesium, and iron are oxidized at high temperatures, making it difficult to extract them, and the crystal structure of the salt after calcination may change excessively, which may alter its physical properties.

[0052] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the calcined salt generation step (S200) may include a system for monitoring the internal temperature of the clay kiln (30).

[0053] A thermocouple sensor is installed inside the clay kiln (30) to enable real-time temperature monitoring, and the amount of heating can be automatically adjusted (maintained at 750~850℃) when a certain temperature is reached.

[0054] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the calcined salt generation step (S200) may be considered such that, if the temperature is suddenly raised, the mineral leaching is not uniform and the crystal change of the prepared salt (11) occurs rapidly, so a method of gradually raising the temperature to 750°C or higher after maintaining it at a low temperature (300~500°C) for a certain period of time may be considered, and the temperature may be gradually raised over about 35 hours and maintained at 750~850°C for 5~10 hours.

[0055] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the calcined salt generation step (S200) may apply an activation step to the inner wall of the loess pottery (20). The inner surface of the loess pottery (20) may be treated to have a fine porous structure to increase the amount of mineral leaching.

[0056] For example, the inner wall can be wet with water and then preheated to form fine cracks, thereby increasing the contact area with the prepared salt (11).

[0057] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the firing for 10 hours in the firing salt production step (S200) is a step to ensure that sufficient heat is applied to the inside of the salt to achieve complete dehydration and removal of impurities, and the minerals released from the inner wall of the red clay pottery (20) during the firing process are absorbed into the salt, thereby producing reinforced fired salt (12) with increased mineral content.

[0058] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the reinforced calcined salt step (S210) may be a step of sufficiently cooling the reinforced calcined salt (12) at room temperature, packing it into a bamboo tube, applying red clay to seal it, additionally calcining the bamboo tube at a set temperature for a set time, and repeating this a certain number of times to enhance the mineral content and alkalinity of the reinforced calcined salt (12).

[0059] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the reason for utilizing bamboo is that bamboo has a porous structure and contains silica (SiO₂) and various minerals (calcium, potassium, magnesium, etc.) inside, so during the aging process in a bamboo container, salt absorbs the minerals on the inner wall of the bamboo, allowing for an additional mineral enhancement effect to be expected.

[0060] In addition, the organic components inside the bamboo tube can react with salt to enhance the unique mineral content and flavor.

[0061] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, silica (SiO₂) is a major component of bamboo, which increases the silica content in salt to adjust the mineral balance, and potassium (K), calcium (Ca), and magnesium (Mg) are leached from bamboo and, when reacted with salt, have an alkalinity-enhancing and mineral-reinforcing effect, and natural organic matter, such as lignin and cellulose inside bamboo, can change the color and flavor of the salt after aging when reacted with salt.

[0062] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the reinforced calcined salt step (S210) may be additionally baked two more times at 500°C for 5 hours each, so that the crystal structure becomes finer and the salt surface becomes smoother. If the process is finished with only 10 hours of calcination without additional calcination, the crystal structure may remain rough or uneven.

[0063] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the reinforcing calcined salt (12) may be characterized by including a step of aging it at room temperature for 1 to 2 days to maintain optimal alkalinity and effectively removing impurities.

[0064] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the reinforced calcined salt step (S210) may increase mineral components by setting the aging period in the bamboo tube to 7 hours or 1 to 2 days. The reinforced calcined salt (12) may be characterized by turning white.

[0065] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the method may be characterized by measuring the change in mineral content in salt according to the aging period in the bamboo tube using ICP-MS (Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer) and including a pH change analysis to confirm whether alkalinity is maintained as the aging period increases.

[0066] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the temperature and humidity inside the bamboo tube are maintained constant so that minerals are absorbed uniformly, and the aging process may be carried out in a cool and low-humidity environment (temperature 20~25℃, relative humidity 40~50%).

[0067] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the method may further include a step of preheating a bamboo tube at 100 to 150°C for about 2 hours to promote the release of internal natural minerals and to promote the decomposition of organic matter within the bamboo, thereby preventing unnecessary components from being absorbed as salt.

[0068] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the invention may be characterized by being designed to allow the salt and the bamboo tube to react uniformly by attaching a porous loess plate inside the bamboo tube.

[0069] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the method may include a feature of setting an optimal aging period by measuring changes in the concentration of calcium, magnesium, silica, etc. through ICP-MS analysis after aging in a bamboo tube.

[0070] In addition, the method may be characterized by including a step of adjusting the pH of the reinforced calcined salt (12) to an optimal range through repeated calcination and aging processes, and finally producing high-quality alkaline salt.

[0071] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the calcined calcium generation step (S300) may be characterized by preparing at least one material among cow bone, pig bone, and chicken bone cut to a set size, and placing it in a red clay pottery (20) to calcine it.

[0072] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the size set in the calcined calcium production step (S300) may be within the range of 5 cm to 10 cm, taking into consideration the uniformity of the calcination process, ease of grinding, and efficiency of removing impurities.

[0073] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, in the calcined calcium production step (S300), since the cow bone is large, it may be appropriate to cut it to a size of about 5 cm to 7 cm, and the pig bone to a size of 5 cm or less. Since it has a lower density than the cow bone and calcines quickly, if it is too small, there is a possibility of overheating. Since the chicken bone is already small, it can be adjusted to a size of about 3 cm to 5 cm. If it is too small, it may completely burn or fly away during calcination.

[0074] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the calcined calcium generation step (S300) may be characterized by placing the loess pottery (20) in a loess kiln (30), heating it at a set temperature for a set time, and decomposing the organic matter of the bone during the calcination process to generate calcium carbonate.

[0075] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the calcined calcium generation step (S300) may undergo pretreatment processes such as washing and drying to minimize impurities (oil, blood, etc.). The pretreated bone may be placed in a red clay pottery (20) and placed in a red clay kiln (30).

[0076] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the calcined calcium production step (S300) may be carried out for 7 hours at a temperature of 1,000°C or higher inside a clay kiln (30).

[0077] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the calcined calcium production step (S300) uses pine firewood to gradually raise the temperature, and through high-temperature calcination, proteins, organic matter, and moisture inside the animal bone can be completely removed so that only pure calcium components remain.

[0078] In this process, calcium carbonate (CaCO₃) can be converted into calcium oxide (CaO), which acts as a major alkaline component.

[0079] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the calcined bone is converted into a high-purity calcium powder form, which may be characterized by including a crushing and sieving process so that it can be used as calcined calcium (13).

[0080] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the bone that has been calcined in the calcined calcium generation step (S300) changes color to white and its strength is reduced, making it easy to crush. The cooled calcined bone can be converted into a high-purity fine calcium powder through a crushing process.

[0081] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the calcined calcium generation step (S300) may further include a step of controlling the particle size before mixing to increase the uniformity of mixing of reinforced calcined salt (12) and calcined calcium (13).

[0082] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the step of controlling the particle size may be characterized by adjusting the particle size of calcined calcium (13) to a range of 50 to 150 μm so that it does not separate when mixed.

[0083] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the mixing step (S400) of calcined salt and calcined calcium may be characterized by including a step of mixing calcined calcium (13) at a set ratio with respect to 5% of reinforced calcined salt (12).

[0084] In addition, the alkalinity and calcium concentration are controlled according to the mixing ratio of calcined calcium (13), and the step of setting to maintain optimal alkalinity and mineral composition can be characterized.

[0085] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the mixing step (S400) of calcined salt and calcined calcium may be characterized by using a high-speed disperser to ensure uniform mixing so that fine particles are evenly spread, and mixing at high speed rotation (3000~5000 rpm) to prevent aggregation between particles.

[0086] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the mixing step (S400) of calcined salt and calcined calcium may be characterized by utilizing a magnetic stirrer to induce uniform mixing, and in particular, the step of ensuring that the powdered reinforced calcined salt (12) and calcined calcium (13) do not aggregate with each other and maintain a constant ratio.

[0087] In one embodiment for carrying out the present invention, the mixing step (S400) of calcined salt and calcined calcium may be characterized by checking whether a constant particle size and dispersion are maintained after mixing, and testing the dissolution rate to set an optimal particle size (maintaining at least 80% solubility).

[0088] Calcium-reinforced alkali salt (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention may be characterized by being manufactured by mixing reinforced calcined salt (12) fired at high temperature in a clay kiln and calcined calcium (130).

[0089] In one embodiment of the present invention, the calcium-fortified alkaline salt (10) may be characterized by being prepared by mixing at least one of reinforced calcined salt (12) and calcined calcium (13) (beef bone, pig bone, chicken bone, etc.) in a ratio of 5 to 10 percent. This ratio adjustment allows the balance of minerals to be optimized while maintaining the pH value of the salt at a certain level (approximately pH 10.0 or higher).

[0090] In one embodiment of the present invention, the calcium-fortified alkaline salt (10) may be characterized by the fact that the reinforced calcined salt (12) contains abundant mineral components, thereby maximizing the additional mineral supply effect when combined with calcined calcium. In particular, it may be characterized by having functional properties that can promote bone health in the body and contribute to nerve stabilization and blood pressure regulation by combining calcium ions (Ca²) and magnesium (Mg²).

[0091] In one embodiment of the present invention, the calcium-fortified alkaline salt (10) may be characterized by being manufactured to be rich in natural mineral components, unlike ordinary salt, so that it can replenish essential minerals while reducing sodium (Na) intake.

[0092] In one embodiment of the present invention, the calcium-fortified alkaline salt (10) may be characterized by preventing acidification of the body through a pH control function and having antioxidant and anti-aging effects. Additionally, the reinforced calcined salt (12) and calcined calcium (13) may be combined to maintain a uniform mineral content and minimize quality changes even during long-term storage.

[0093] In one embodiment of the present invention, the calcium-fortified alkaline salt (10) may be characterized by maintaining a higher purity than the natural state as impurities are removed during the high-temperature firing process. In particular, the repeated firing process in the red clay kiln (30) may be characterized by inducing structural changes in the salt to increase the mineral absorption rate.

[0094] In one embodiment of the present invention, the calcium-fortified alkaline salt (10) may be characterized by having a higher calcium content than conventional fortified salt and an optimized mineral balance, so that it can be utilized more efficiently in the body.

[0095] In one embodiment of the present invention, the calcium-fortified alkaline salt (10) can be utilized as a functional food and may be characterized by contributing to long-term health maintenance and the prevention of osteoporosis. Through this, it can be applied as a high-value-added product that enhances health functionality beyond the basic role of salt as a seasoning.

[0096] Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings.

[0097] FIG. 1 is a pH change measurement table according to the amount of edible animal bone added to tertiary distilled water diluted with purified water and baked according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a pH change measurement table according to the difference in the amount of 5% reinforced calcined salt (12) and calcined calcium (13) (animal bone powder) added according to the present invention. FIG. 3 is a pH change measurement table according to the amount of 5% reinforced calcined salt (12) and calcined calcium (pig bone) (132) added according to the present invention. FIG. 4 is a pH change measurement table according to the amount of 5% reinforced calcined salt (12) and calcined calcium (cow bone) (131) added according to the present invention. FIG. 5 is a calcium content measurement table of calcined (1st time) calcium and reinforced calcined salt (12) (1st and 2nd times) of cow bone, chicken bone, and pig bone according to the present invention. FIG. 6 is an elevation view of a red clay kiln (30) according to the present invention.

[0098] Referring to FIG. 1, in one embodiment according to the present invention, it can be seen that the pH increases with the amount of edible animal bone added to tertiary distilled water diluted with purified water.

[0099] In one embodiment according to the present invention, when 2.5% of calcined calcium (cow bone) (131) is added, the highest value of pH 10.32 ± 0.05 is recorded, and calcined calcium (chicken bone) (133), calcined calcium (pig bone) (132), and calcined calcium (cow bone) (131) exhibit the strongest alkalinity. That is, among animal bones, cow bone can be utilized as the most effective alkali supplement.

[0100] In one embodiment according to the present invention, pig bone, chicken bone, and cow bone may all be characterized by being alkaline even when alone after calcination, and the pH increases as the amount added increases, and the properties of the bone change to become alkaline through the calcination process alone.

[0101] In one embodiment according to the present invention, the maximum pH of calcined calcium (chicken bone) (133) (2.5%) is 9.21 ± 0.05, and the maximum pH of calcined pig bone (2.5%) is 8.69 ± 0.05. In the case of calcined pig bone, the alkalinity increase effect is the lowest, and calcined chicken bone has an alkalinity higher than that of calcined pig bone but lower than that of calcined beef bone.

[0102] In one embodiment according to the present invention, calcined calcium (beef bone) (131) has the highest alkalinity, so it may be the most suitable material for making alkaline-enhanced salt, and may include the feature that if pig bone or chicken bone is used, additional pH reinforcement may be necessary.

[0103] In one embodiment according to the present invention, the results of the analysis of the difference in pH increase after calcination of animal bones show that the pH of the cow bone increases from 9.05 to 10.32 (+1.27 increase), the pH of the chicken bone increases from 8.05 to 9.21 (+1.16 increase), and the pH of the pig bone increases from 8.36 to 8.69 (+0.33 increase), and the increase in pH is greatest when 2.5% of the cow bone is added, while the increase in the pig bone is relatively small.

[0104] In one embodiment according to the present invention, the pH can be maintained at 9.05 or higher even in a 0.1% calcined calcium (beef bone) (131) solution, so that a certain level of alkalinity can be maintained with only a small amount of addition, so that an excessive amount of addition is not required and the material can be utilized economically.

[0105] In one embodiment according to the present invention, based on experimental results, calcined animal bone can be manufactured into a powder form and applied as an alkali-reinforcing material.

[0106] Referring to FIG. 2, in one embodiment according to the present invention, when calcined bone powder is added to a calcined salt solution, the pH value tends to increase in a pattern opposite to that of using only calcined bone (alone), and when reinforced calcined salt (12) and calcined bone powder are combined, alkalinity is further reinforced, and the components are reinforced by combining the mineral components of the reinforced calcined salt (12) itself with the action of calcium, magnesium, etc. leached from the calcined bone.

[0107] In one embodiment according to the present invention, experimental results show that even when calcined calcium (13) (especially calcined cow bone) is used alone, a high pH is recorded, but when mixed with reinforced calcined salt (12), a higher alkalinity is maintained, and this may be characterized by the basic substance of reinforced calcined salt (12) showing an additional alkaline reaction as it combines with calcined calcium (13).

[0108] In one embodiment according to the present invention, when 4% of calcined calcium (beef bone) (131) is added to the reinforced calcined salt (12), the highest value is recorded as pH 10.36 ± 0.05, and the alkalinity tends to increase more than when only calcined calcium (beef bone) (131) is used.

[0109] In one embodiment according to the present invention, when 4% of calcined calcium (pig bone) (132) is added to the reinforced calcined salt (12), the pH is 9.66 ± 0.05, and when 4% of calcined calcium (chicken bone) (133) is added to the reinforced calcined salt (12), the pH is 9.42 ± 0.05. Thus, the calcined calcium (pig bone) (132) and calcined calcium (chicken bone) (133) do not have a significant effect on raising the pH, and the maximum value does not exceed 10.

[0110] In one embodiment according to the present invention, the pH is maintained at 10.18 or higher even when only 0.5% of calcined calcium (beef bone) (131) is added, so there is no need for excessive addition, and sufficient effect is possible even when only a small amount is used, so high alkalinity can be secured economically by adding only a small amount of calcined calcium (beef bone) (131).

[0111] In one embodiment according to the present invention, the pH can be maintained at 10.32 or higher with only 1% addition of calcined calcium (beef bone) (131), so excessive addition of calcined calcium (beef bone) (131) is not very meaningful, and 1~2% addition is the optimal combination.

[0112] In one embodiment according to the present invention, when reinforced calcined salt (12) and calcined calcium (beef bone) (131) are combined, calcium ions (Ca²⁻), sodium (Na), magnesium (Mg²⁻), etc. work together to optimize the pH-raising effect.

[0113] In addition, this can be characterized by the effect of promoting an additional alkaline reaction as calcium ions and mineral components combine.

[0114] Referring to FIG. 3, in one embodiment according to the present invention, calcined calcium (pig bone) (132) alone maintains high alkalinity, but there is almost no change in pH even when the amount added increases, and the pH value is maintained almost the same when 0.5% and 4% are added, that is, the calcined calcium (pig bone) (132) may be characterized by having a negligible additional pH-raising effect even when added above a certain concentration.

[0115] In one embodiment according to the present invention, even when reinforced calcined salt (12) (multiple calcinations) and calcined calcium (pig bone) (132) are mixed, there is almost no effect of raising the pH, so the result of mixing calcined calcium (pig bone) (132) alone and reinforced calcined salt (12) is similar, and even if the number of calcinations of reinforced calcined salt (12) increases, no significant change in pH is observed.

[0116] Referring to FIG. 4, in one embodiment according to the present invention, when a reinforced calcined salt (12) baked once is mixed with a small amount of calcined calcium (beef bone) (131), the pH can be maintained without additional calcination, so that a sufficient effect can be achieved with one calcination and a small amount of mixing without the need to additionally calcin the reinforced calcined salt (12).

[0117] In one embodiment according to the present invention, the pH value is almost the same when calcined salt that has been calcined once, twice, and three times is used with calcined calcium (beef bone) (131), so increasing the number of calcination cycles does not have a significant effect on the increase in pH.

[0118] Referring to FIG. 5, in one embodiment according to the present invention, the calcium content (mg / kg) of calcined calcium (13) of cow bone, chicken bone, and pig bone may be characterized in that the calcined calcium (cow bone) (131) is 37.6%, the calcined calcium (chicken bone) (133) is 34.7%, and the calcined calcium (pig bone) (132) is 30%, with the calcium content of the calcined calcium (cow bone) (131) being the highest.

[0119] In one embodiment according to the present invention, the calcium content (mg / kg) of the reinforced calcined salt (12) may be characterized as being solar salt (1,343.2 mg / kg), salt calcined once (1,389.9 mg / kg), and salt calcined twice (1,768.1 mg / kg), such that when the calcined salt is calcined twice, the calcium content increases significantly, and the calcium content increases significantly when calcined twice compared to when calcined once.

[0120] In one embodiment of the present invention, the loess pottery (20) is made by selecting high-quality loess, removing foreign substances, filtering it through a sieve to use only fine particles, reducing the air content to maintain the homogeneity of the loess, and kneading it sufficiently in a clay mixer to increase viscosity to prevent cracking.

[0121] In one embodiment of the present invention, the loess pottery (20) may be characterized by including a spiral or grid pattern on the outer wall to maximize the heat release area. This maintains the internal temperature uniformly and enables uniform diffusion of heat.

[0122] In one embodiment of the present invention, the red clay pottery (20) may be characterized by being made with a diameter of 30±5 cm × height of 100±3 cm. This size adjustment enables uniform heating during the firing process and can induce an optimal reaction of the material.

[0123] In one embodiment of the present invention, the red clay pottery (20) can be bisque-fired at 800°C for 3 hours to remove moisture and stabilize the basic structure. After bisque-fired, it can be naturally cooled at room temperature for 1 to 2 days to relieve internal stress and prevent thermal shock.

[0124] In one embodiment of the present invention, the red clay pottery (20) may be cooled sufficiently at room temperature and then fired again at 1,000 to 1,200°C for 4 to 6 hours. In this process, the red clay components are structured more densely, and heat resistance and durability may be enhanced.

[0125] In one embodiment of the present invention, the red clay pottery (20) is not glazed, and thus red clay components can be directly introduced during the firing of salt and animal bones.

[0126] In addition, the internal structure of the red clay pottery (20) may be characterized by applying a spiral design and a grid pattern to increase the contact surface area of salt or edible animal bones. This maximizes the heat release area, maintains a uniform internal temperature, and allows heat to spread evenly.

[0127] In one embodiment of the present invention, the inner wall may be characterized by having fine holes formed therein to increase the absorption rate of mineral and calcium components. This optimizes the salt and calcium fortification process and enables uniform rearrangement of minerals after calcination.

[0128] In addition, the outer wall of the red clay pottery (20) may be manufactured with a set thickness to maximize thermal efficiency. Since the wall thickness is optimized, heat transfer is uniform, and the phenomenon of heat being concentrated in specific areas is prevented.

[0129] In one embodiment of the present invention, the outer wall thickness range of the loess pottery (20) may be characterized as being 1.5 cm to 2.5 cm.

[0130] 1.5 cm allows for fast heat transfer and uniform heating, 2.0 cm allows for proper heat dissipation while maintaining a balance of strength and heat preservation, and 2.5 cm offers excellent durability but may result in a slight decrease in heat transfer speed. Generally, it can be characterized by setting 2.0 cm ± 0.5 cm (1.5 to 2.5 cm).

[0131] In one embodiment of the present invention, the red clay pottery (20) can maintain a balance of heat retention and release, maximize heating efficiency while maintaining strength, and maintain a stable structure even during long-term heating processes such as firing salt and animal bones.

[0132] In one embodiment of the present invention, the thickness of the outer wall of the loess pottery (20) may be changed according to the set structure. When adding fine holes (porous structure) to the inner wall, the thickness may be maintained at least 2.0 cm, and when applying spiral grooves or grid patterns to the outer wall, the thickness may be maintained at least 1.8 cm because strength may be reduced if the thickness is too thin, and in the case of the bottom surface, the thickness may be set at least 2.5 cm due to the formation of a dome-shaped structure and protrusions.

[0133] In one embodiment of the present invention, the red clay pottery (20) may be characterized by having a bottom surface formed in a dome-shaped concave structure. This allows for stable placement even on the irregular bottom of the red clay kiln (30) and facilitates the circulation of heat.

[0134] In addition, it may be characterized by having a set number of protrusions formed around the perimeter of the bottom to provide stable support. This enables balanced heating while maintaining a horizontal position even on uneven floors inside the kiln.

[0135] In one embodiment of the present invention, the protrusions of the red clay pottery (20) may be characterized as being hemispherical protrusions (He misphere-Type). By symmetrically arranging small hemispherical protrusions (dome-type) on the bottom surface, it is excellent for heat circulation and maintaining balance, allows for stable placement even if the kiln bottom is uneven, and has the effect of evenly dispersing heat rather than concentrating it in a specific part during heat transfer.

[0136] In one embodiment of the present invention, the protrusions of the loess pottery (20) may be characterized as being conical protrusions (conical-type). By placing conical (triangular pyramidal) protrusions on the bottom, the load on the center is distributed, and heat can flow between the protrusions, thereby increasing firing uniformity and allowing adaptation to fine irregularities on the bottom surface, thus providing high stability.

[0137] In one embodiment of the present invention, the protrusions of the loess pottery (20) may be characterized as being rib-shaped protrusions (ridge-type). By applying a radial or cross-shaped rib structure, heat is diffused from the center to the edge, thereby maximizing thermal uniformity and reducing the surface contact area, which can have the effect of reducing thermal stress.

[0138] In one embodiment of the present invention, the protrusions of the loess pottery (20) may be three protrusions (triangular arrangement). It is applicable when the diameter is small (25 cm or less), the center of gravity is stably maintained, and it may be a minimal structure that takes into account heat transfer and balanced arrangement.

[0139] In one embodiment of the present invention, the protrusions of the red clay pottery (20) may be 4 to 6 protrusions (symmetrically arranged). This is suitable for a general size (30 cm ± 5 cm), evenly distributes heat transfer, is stably arranged even if the kiln floor is uneven, and does not have an excessive number of protrusions, thereby reducing heat loss during firing.

[0140] In one embodiment of the present invention, the protrusions of the red clay pottery (20) may be 6 to 8 protrusions (for high temperature and large pottery). It is suitable for large pottery with a diameter of 35 cm or more, so stability is increased when fired at high temperature for a long time, and rotational arrangement (spiral arrangement) inside the kiln is also possible.

[0141] In one embodiment of the present invention, the loess pottery (20) may be characterized by having a coating that promotes heat reflection (e.g., a ceramic-based coating) applied to its outer surface. This prevents heat from concentrating in specific areas and enables more uniform heat transfer.

[0142] Referring to FIG. 6, in one embodiment of the present invention, the clay kiln (30) is manufactured in the shape of a cube with dimensions of 3 m 10 cm in width × 1 m 50 cm in length × 1 m 50 cm in width, and the wall thickness can be set to 40 cm. By applying a dome-shaped internal structure, heat can be spread uniformly.

[0143] In one embodiment of the present invention, the clay kiln (30) may include a structure in which heat naturally circulates to minimize internal temperature differences.

[0144] In one embodiment of the present invention, the clay kiln (30) has a sealed opening formed on the front so that heat does not easily escape to the outside during firing, and includes a ridge (ledge) 30 cm high on the top so that internal heat can circulate and prevent loss.

[0145] In one embodiment of the present invention, the clay kiln (30) forms an air layer between the outer clay layer and the inner clay layer to maximize the thermal insulation effect and maintain a constant internal temperature. Through this, it is less affected by external temperature changes and can help maintain a continuous high temperature state.

[0146] In one embodiment of the present invention, the clay kiln (30) is composed of an inner wall (1st layer) - an air layer (insulation) - an intermediate wall (2nd layer) - an outer wall (3rd layer), rather than a simple clay wall, so that heat preservation and a uniform temperature can be maintained. The internal environment can be maintained stably even with rapid temperature changes, and durability can be further enhanced during long-term firing.

[0147] In one embodiment of the present invention, the clay kiln (30) may have small exhaust ports (air passages) spaced at regular intervals in addition to a dome-shaped structure to optimize internal heat circulation, thereby allowing heat to be distributed more uniformly. This prevents overheating in specific areas during the firing process and maintains overall heating balance.

[0148] In one embodiment of the present invention, the clay kiln (30) may form an air inlet at the bottom of the entrance and add an exhaust port at the top ledge (ledge) to induce a natural airflow. This prevents incomplete combustion during firing and allows the internal air to circulate smoothly.

[0149] In one embodiment of the present invention, when the inner wall of the clay kiln (30) is thick, it is possible to maintain heat for a long time and heat uniformly, and when the inner wall is thin, it is possible to heat quickly, but temperature fluctuations may increase, making it difficult to maintain uniform firing. The wall thickness can be adjusted according to the firing process.

[0150] In one embodiment of the present invention, the clay kiln (30) can produce functional mineral salt and high-purity calcined calcium (13) by releasing minerals from the inner wall of the clay during firing and combining with salt and calcium. Additionally, through a structure that fires at a high temperature for a long time, the organic matter inside the animal bone can be completely burned and purified into high-purity calcium powder.

[0151] In one embodiment of the present invention, the clay kiln (30) may include a structure that maximizes thermal insulation performance to increase fuel efficiency compared to conventional kilns by introducing an energy-saving firing system. A structure that recycles heat by adding a special reflector inside the kiln may be applied.

[0152] In one embodiment of the present invention, an eco-friendly heating system utilizing a solar collector or biomass fuel (wood pellets, rice husks, etc.) may be included. In addition to conventional pine firewood, sustainable fuels may be used.

[0153] In one embodiment of the present invention, the clay kiln (30) can implement an eco-friendly firing process by including a purification filter to reduce harmful gases generated during the firing process.

[0154] In one embodiment of the present invention, the clay kiln (30) includes a sensor capable of automatically controlling the internal temperature, thereby enabling precise temperature control.

[0155] In one embodiment of the present invention, the clay kiln (30) can optimize the mineral absorption rate during firing by applying a humidity control system.

[0156] In one embodiment of the present invention, the clay kiln (30) can check the internal temperature of the kiln in real time and operate it remotely via a smartphone or computer.

[0157] In one embodiment of the present invention, the clay kiln (30) may be equipped with an IoT-based system to remotely manage the firing progress.
