Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a fluid shut-off system for a non-stop water shut-off method having a structure capable of monitoring and remote control. More specifically, it relates to a fluid shut-off system for a non-stop water shut-off method having a structure capable of monitoring and remote control, which allows for checking the shut-off status of a fluid shut-off device inserted inside a pipe through which fluid is transported to shut off the fluid, thereby enabling accurate knowledge of the progress, as well as remotely controlling the operation of the fluid shut-off device, thus providing convenience and safety to the worker. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, the fluid shut-off method, also referred to as the non-disruption shut-off method or line-stopping method, is a technique that allows for the maintenance and repair of pipelines without affecting the fluid supply status by arbitrarily shutting off specific sections of various pipelines, such as water supply pipes, district heating pipes, oil pipelines, and gas pipelines, using a fluid shut-off device equipped with shut-off heads of various shapes and structures—such as pivot-type, folding-type, and spreading-plate-type shut-off heads—that are inserted into the pipes to block the fluid.

[0003] The above-mentioned pivot-type blocking head is a blocking head in which the head itself is shaped like a disc, and is also known as a 'solid head'.

[0004] An example of such a pivot-type shut-off head is disclosed in application number 10-2009-0128166, “fluid shut-off device having a slide-type double stopper.”

[0005] A characteristic of the pivot-type shut-off head is that it has a disc shape so that it can closely adhere to the inner surface of the pipe to be shut off.

[0006] Therefore, the insertion port formed to insert the shut-off head into the pipe must be formed with the same size as the diameter of the pipe.

[0007] The above-described folding type shut-off head is designed to solve the problem that, in the case of a pivot type shut-off head, the insertion port must be formed to be the same size as the pipe diameter. By allowing the shut-off head to fold, it has the advantage of being able to form the insertion port relatively smaller than the pipe diameter.

[0008] An example of such a folding type shut-off head is disclosed in application number 10-2010-0047151, 'fluid shut-off device inside a pipe'.

[0009] Similar to the folding type shut-off head, the above-mentioned spreading plate type shut-off head is designed to solve the problem of conventional pivot type shut-off heads, which require the insertion port to be formed with a size equal to the pipe diameter. By allowing multiple spreading plates to be unfolded or folded in a circular motion, it has the advantage of being able to form the insertion port relatively smaller than the pipe diameter.

[0010] An example of such a spreading plate type shut-off head is disclosed in application number 10-2006-0138029, 'fluid shut-off device for piping'.

[0011] All of the above-mentioned conventional fluid shut-off devices install a fitting in the piping, form an insertion port, and then insert the shut-off head of the fluid shut-off device into the piping to shut off the fluid.

[0012] That is, as illustrated in FIG. 1, a drawing for explaining a conventional fluid blocking method, the blocking head of a fluid blocking device is inserted into the pipe to be blocked, thereby blocking the fluid flowing inside the pipe.

[0013] In the case of such a method, there is a problem in that the insertion status of the shut-off head, the condition of the piping at the point to be shut off, or the shut-off status cannot be practically checked visually.

[0014] Generally, the shut-off status was verified by checking water pressure, but this method has the problem of not being able to completely ensure safety.

[0015] In fact, accidents frequently occurred at many sites where the fluid shut-off method was applied, as the fluid shut-off device was operated based on the operator's intuition without accurately verifying the internal condition of the piping, the insertion status of the shut-off head, or the shut-off status.

[0016] In particular, when fluid shut-off using a fluid shut-off device is not properly performed, there is a problem in that the condition inside the piping cannot be determined and the cause cannot be found. Furthermore, operating the fluid shut-off device without knowing the exact cause leads to various unexpected problems, and if a problem occurs with the fluid shut-off device, the fluid shut-off method cannot be applied, causing secondary damage such as water cutoff or the shutdown of the entire supply system.

[0018] Related prior art includes Registered Patent Publication No. 10-1275597 (Title of invention: Method for drilling a main pipeline and method for installing and recovering a non-disruption shut-off device in a main pipeline using the same, water supply main pipeline drilling system and non-disruption shut-off device installation system using a camera module, Registration date: June 11, 2013) and Registered Patent Publication No. 10-1023265 (Title of invention: Fluid shut-off device inside a pipe, Registration date: March 10, 2011). The problem to be solved

[0019] The present invention was devised to solve the problems of the conventional technology described above, and aims to provide a fluid shut-off system for a non-stop water cut-off method having a structure capable of monitoring and remote control, which allows for checking the shut-off status of a fluid shut-off device inserted inside a pipe through which fluid is transported to block the fluid, thereby enabling accurate knowledge of the progress, as well as remotely controlling the operation of the fluid shut-off device, thus providing convenience and safety to the worker.

[0038] The fluid blocking device (110) is composed of a blocking head (111) inserted into a pipe to block fluid transported inside the pipe, a transport unit (112) connected to the blocking head (111) to transport the blocking head (111), a housing (113) in which the blocking head (111) and the transport unit (112) are inserted in a cylindrical shape, and a driving unit (114) that drives the transport unit (112).

[0039] The blocking head (111) blocks fluid and is detachably coupled to the conveying unit (112) described below, and is structured to be foldable (foldable and unfoldable) so as to block the flow of fluid or gas being conveyed inside the pipe (10) through entry and exit by the conveying unit (112).

[0040] The blocking head (111) is inserted in a folded state when entering or exiting the pipe (10), that is, when inserting, and then fully unfolds into a disc shape upon completion of insertion to close the inside of the pipe (10) and block the flow of fluid or gas. The folding and unfolding of the blocking head (111) are performed according to the change in the relative position value between the conveying part (112) and the blocking head (111).

[0041] The blocking head (111) is coupled to the hydraulic cylinder (shaft) of the transfer unit (112) and is transferred (raised) by the hydraulic cylinder.

[0042] The blocking head (111) is composed of a connecting plate part (111a), a rubber packing part (111b), and a coupling plate part (111c).

[0043] The connecting plate portion (111a) is composed of a parallelogram-shaped fixed connecting plate (111a') that is rotated by a pair of connecting members (111d) of equal length interposed between the connecting portion formed in the blocking head (111), and a rotating connecting plate (111a) that is connected to a link (111e) which is connected to one of the pair of connecting members (111d) and is provided to be foldable and unfoldable at the left and right positions of the fixed connecting plate (111a').

[0044] It is preferable that the connecting plate part (111a) and the connecting plate part (111c) be joined using a joining means consisting of bolts and nuts based on the rubber packing part (111b), but this is not necessarily limited thereto, and the connecting plate part (111a) and the connecting plate part (111c) can be joined as a single unit based on the rubber packing part (111b) through various joining means.

[0045] The connecting plate part (111a) and the connecting plate part (111c) are connected such that the rotating side parts do not all have a connection state like a hinge connection, but rotate by means of the rubber packing part (111b), or either one of the connecting plate part (111a) or the connecting plate part (111c) can rotate like a hinge connection.

[0046] The rubber packing portion (111b) is formed in the shape of a disc to surround the entire connecting plate portion (111a) and acts as a water barrier by adhering closely to the inner wall of the pipe (10).

[0047] The rubber packing portion (111b) is formed in the shape of a disc, and the surface that is joined, or in close contact, to the connecting plate portion (111a) and the coupling plate portion (111c) is formed flat, and the outer circumference end portion is formed at an angle to minimize resistance from the fluid or gas being transported inside the pipe (10).

[0048] The rubber packing part (111b) is formed such that the rotating connecting plate (111a") is hinge-connected to the fixed connecting plate (111a') of the connecting plate part (111a) to which the rubber packing part (111b) is attached, and the position is changed to one that allows for easy folding, so that folding is easily achieved, and when unfolded, the fixed connecting plate (111a') can stably hold the rotating connecting plate (111a"), thereby preventing the rotating connecting plate (111a") from sliding, shaking, or bending.

[0049] The connecting plate portion (111c) is composed of a fixed connecting plate (111c') that is connected to the fixed connecting plate (111a') of the connecting plate portion (111a) with the rubber packing portion (111b) at the center, and a rotating connecting plate (111c") that is connected to the rotating connecting plate (111a") of the connecting plate portion (111a).

[0050] The connecting plate (111c) is preferably formed with the same size and shape as the connecting plate (111a) and has a structure that allows folding and unfolding together with the connecting plate (111a).

[0051] The connecting plate portion (111c) is provided with a plurality of moving rollers (111f) on the other surface corresponding to the one surface that is in close contact with the rubber packing portion (111b), and the moving rollers (111f) are means for enabling the blocking head (111) to move smoothly inside the pipe (10) and to insert the blocking head (111), which has a circular size, into the pipe (10) where the vertical distance is reduced due to the pipe (10) being pressed down by soil pressure, etc., while pushing up the pipe (10) in a compressed state.

[0052] The moving rollers (111f) are provided in multiple numbers on the other side corresponding to one side of the connecting plate portion (111c) that is in close contact with the rubber packing portion (111b), and are provided at the upper and lower sides respectively with respect to the center.

[0053] One end of the connecting member (111d), which is interposed between the connecting part of the transfer part (112) and the fixed connecting plate (111a') of the connecting plate part (111a), is provided in the connecting part of the transfer part (112), and the other end of the connecting member (111d) is provided in the fixed connecting plate (111a') of the connecting plate part (111a).

[0054] The transfer unit (112) is connected to the blocking head (111) to transfer the blocking head (111). Specifically, the blocking head (111) is connected to the shaft of a hydraulic cylinder, which is a component of the transfer unit (112), and is transferred (lifted / raised) by the hydraulic cylinder.

[0055] The transfer section (112) is a means for connecting the shaft of the hydraulic cylinder and the blocking head (111), and is not limited to any specific shape and structure as long as it can have various shapes and structures to allow the blocking head (111) to unfold when inserted into the pipe (10).

[0056] The housing (113) has a cylindrical shape in which a blocking head (111) and a transfer part (112) are inserted inside, and is coupled with a gate valve installed on the upper part of the pipe (10), and has a hollow interior.

[0057] Specifically, the housing (113) is made of a metal material, and a flange is formed at the bottom to be coupled with a gate valve installed on the upper part of the pipe (10), and is seated on the gate valve and coupled with the gate valve through a fastening means consisting of a bolt and a nut, and the interior is formed in a hollow shape to form a space large enough to accommodate the transfer part (112) described below and the blocking head (111) in a folded state, and a bypass branch is formed around the outer circumference.

[0058] The driving unit (114) drives the transfer unit (112), and the driving unit (114) is configured on the upper part of the housing (113) with a connector to which a hydraulic cable supplying power to the driving unit (114) is connected and a lever that raises and lowers the hydraulic cylinder shaft of the transfer unit (112).

[0059] The lever of the drive unit (114) is structured to be remotely driven through the output unit (140) described below, thereby providing safety and convenience to the worker.

[0060] The sensing unit (120) is provided integrally with the transfer unit (112) of the fluid blocking device (110) or is provided so as to be separably connected, and detects the transfer height of the transfer unit (112) and detects the folding and unfolding angle of the blocking head (111) of the fluid blocking device (110).

[0061] Specifically, the sensing unit (120) is provided integrally with the hydraulic cylinder shaft of the transfer unit (112) or is provided so as to be detachably coupled, and detects the height at which the hydraulic cylinder shaft of the transfer unit (112) is transferred, and detects the angle of folding and unfolding of the blocking head (111) of the fluid blocking device (110).

[0062] The sensing unit (120), the calculation unit (130), and the output unit (140) are interconnected to transmit and receive information, including a wireless communication module.

[0063] It is preferable that the detection unit (120) transmits data to a wireless signal terminal or server when it is located in a communication-enabled area that includes a wireless communication module capable of communicating with a wireless terminal such as a smartphone or tablet PC via a short-range communication method such as Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, or a data communication module capable of connecting to a wireless data communication network, in addition to the output unit (130).

[0064] The detection unit (120) generates location information including a GPS receiving module.

[0065] The sensing unit (120) can determine each piece of information through the height of the hydraulic cylinder shaft of the transfer unit (112) being transferred and the angle information of the folding and unfolding of the blocking head (111) of the fluid blocking device (110) via the GPS receiving module.

[0066] The calculation unit (130) pre-sets the transfer height of the transfer unit (112) and the folding and unfolding angles of the blocking head (111), and is linked with the detection unit (120) to calculate the transfer height of the transfer unit (112) and the folding and unfolding angles of the blocking head (111) based on information detected by the detection unit (120).

[0067] Specifically, the calculation unit (130) calculates the height of the conveying unit (112), the remaining height, and the time required for conveying based on information detected by the detection unit (120) according to a preset standard, or calculates the time required for folding and unfolding the blocking head (111), the current status, etc., so that users or relevant personnel can check at a glance in the form of percentages, etc.

[0068] The output unit (140) is connected to the calculation unit (130) and can monitor the calculation information regarding the transfer height of the transfer unit (112) calculated by the calculation unit (130) and the calculation information regarding the angle of folding and unfolding of the blocking head (111) by outputting them visually or audibly, and can be connected to the driving unit (114) of the fluid blocking device (110) to remotely control the driving of the driving unit (114).

[0069] The output unit (140) can visually check the information of the transfer unit (112) or blocking head (111) calculated through the output unit (130) at the site using a portable laptop, tablet PC, or a recently enlarged mobile phone.

[0070] In fact, at many sites where the fluid blocking method is applied, the transfer information of the transfer unit (112), the insertion status and blocking status of the blocking head (111), etc., cannot be accurately verified, so inquiries from relevant personnel such as site supervisors are frequent, and the current situation is that explanations are given based on the operator's intuition.

[0071] Accordingly, the present invention is designed to accurately verify the transfer information of the transfer unit (112), the blocking information of the blocking head (111), etc., in order to improve the current situation as described above.

[0072] The output unit (140) has the function of being able to monitor the transfer information of the transfer unit (112), the blocking information of the blocking head (111), etc., by outputting them, as well as the function of being able to remotely control the operation of the drive unit (114) of the fluid blocking device (110).

[0073] In fact, in many sites where the fluid blocking method is applied, there are many cases where the safety and convenience of the worker are not ensured, especially at night, because the workspace is narrow or the working environment is poor when operating the fluid blocking device (110).

[0074] Accordingly, in order to improve the current situation as described above, the present invention enables the operation of the fluid shut-off device (110) to be remotely turned on / off from a location away from the fluid shut-off device (110), thereby ensuring the safety and convenience of the worker.

[0075] The output unit (140) varies the output image according to the driving unit (114) of the fluid blocking device (110) or the calculation information of the calculation unit (130).

[0076] The output unit (140) allows a worker located away from the fluid blocking device (110) to check from a distance due to the variable image, thereby enabling a quick response to the situation.

[0077] The output unit (140) enables the operation of the emergency button and automatically controls the operation of the drive unit (114) of the fluid shut-off device (110) based on the set information.

[0078] The output unit (140) automatically activates the emergency button in an emergency situation based on the information pre-set in the output unit (130) during the process of blocking the inside of the pipe (10) using the fluid blocking device (110) to minimize damage.

[0079] A camera (C) is installed in the housing (113) of a fluid blocking device (110), and is installed near a pressure gauge (M) provided on the outer circumference of the housing (113). The camera (C) is connected to an output unit (140) so that the pressure value of the pressure gauge (M) can be checked from a distance through the output unit (140) by the camera (C) capturing an image of the pressure value of the pressure gauge (M).

[0080] This is done to easily withdraw the blocking head (111) of the fluid blocking device (110) from the inside of the pipe (10) by checking the pressure inside the pipe (10) from a distance using a camera and the pressure gauge image taken with the blocking head (111) to make it equal (same pressure).

[0081] The camera (C) is structured to be directionally adjustable and can be switched according to the direction of the pressure gauge (M) installed in the housing (113).

[0082] The accessory (A) can be worn on the body, such as a smartwatch or smart ring, which is connected to the output unit (130) or output unit (140) and outputs calculation information regarding the transfer height of the transfer unit (112) and calculation information regarding the angle of folding and unfolding of the blocking head (111).

[0083] An accessory (A) that can be worn on the body, such as a smartwatch or a smart ring, is easy to carry and is always worn on the body like a mobile phone, so it is possible to check the output information of the transfer unit (112) and the output information of the blocking head (111) in real time through the accessory, as well as respond in real time.
