Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a gas purification device for a reservoir infiltration type, and more specifically, to a gas purification device for a reservoir infiltration type that supplies gas to a cleaning space without a separate blower, packing material, and gas-liquid separator, and, when the cleaning liquid is circulated, infiltrates into the cleaning liquid reservoir in the form of bubbles to transfer gas components to be removed to the cleaning liquid for purification, and then separates the cleaning liquid and gas. Background Technology
[0003] A wet gas scrubber is an essential device used to remove air pollutants, such as harmful gases and particulates emitted from industrial processes. It plays a role in removing pollutants by absorbing or scrubbing them through a method of contacting gas with a scrubbing liquid, and plays an important role in effectively removing air pollutants such as sulfur oxides (SO2), nitrogen oxides (NO2), dust, fine dust, and odors emitted from various industrial sites, including chemical plants, power plants, steel mills, and incineration facilities.
[0004] The basic operating principle of the above-mentioned wet gas cleaning device is to introduce contaminated gas into the device, then spray a cleaning solution at high speed to come into contact with the gas, thereby absorbing or dissolving the contaminants, after which the contaminants are recovered into a storage tank along with the cleaning solution, and the purified gas is discharged outside the device.
[0005] Such a wet gas scrubbing device generally consists of components such as a blower, a gas inlet, a scrubbing liquid spraying unit, packing material, a reservoir, a circulation pump, and a gas-liquid separator. The blower and the gas inlet serve to introduce contaminated gas into the scrubbing device. The scrubbing liquid spraying system sprays the scrubbing liquid in the form of fine droplets from the top of the packing layer to facilitate the process of gas-liquid contact. The packing material is a lightweight gas-liquid contact aid with a large surface area that is stacked inside the scrubber to promote gas-liquid contact between the sprayed scrubbing liquid and the incoming gas. The reservoir is a space for recovering, storing, and circulating the scrubbing liquid. The circulation pump is a device that circulates and sprays the scrubbing liquid for scrubbing. The gas-liquid separator serves to separate the scrubbing liquid from the gas and discharge the treated gas to the outside. These components interact to maximize contact between the gas and the scrubbing liquid and to increase the efficiency of contaminant removal.
[0006] Conventional wet gas scrubbing devices having the above configuration provide various pollutant removal efficiencies and are widely used in industrial sites, but due to several technical limitations and problems as described below, there are cases where efficiency and economic feasibility are reduced.
[0007] Conventional cleaning devices are designed to increase the contact efficiency between gas and cleaning liquid by using packing materials. However, these components generate resistance to the gas flow, causing a pressure drop inside the cleaning device. This can lead to additional energy consumption for power devices such as blowers and contributes to increased operating costs, such as the accumulation of contaminants inside the device requiring frequent maintenance.
[0008] In addition, clogging occurs due to the use of packing materials. While conventional cleaning devices widely utilize packing materials to increase the contact area between the gas and the cleaning solution, clogging occurs as contaminants accumulate within the material. This causes airflow deviation, hinders the flow of the cleaning solution, reduces device efficiency, and increases maintenance costs.
[0009] In addition, there is a problem with reduced removal efficiency when dust is excessively introduced. When an excessive amount of dust is introduced, proper contact between the cleaning solution and the gas does not occur, resulting in reduced efficiency in removing contaminants. This causes the treatment capacity to be limited or prevents the device from operating properly in certain situations.
[0010] Finally, a gas-liquid separator is used to prevent the cleaning solution from being discharged along with the gas after cleaning; however, over time, the interior of the separator becomes contaminated or foreign substances accumulate, which increases power consumption and raises the operating costs of the device. These issues represent major challenges that require resolution from both environmental and economic perspectives.
[0011] In accordance with the above circumstances, the present invention aims to present a new reservoir infiltration type gas purification device capable of effectively removing gaseous pollutants without a blower, packing material, or gas-liquid separation device.
[0012] Meanwhile, as prior art in the technical field of the present invention, registered patent publications No. 10-0237737, No. 10-0536574, and No. 10-1637954 disclose a wet gas cleaning device structure that removes substances to be removed from gas by spraying a cleaning liquid from the top to the bottom into a space having a pipe shape and introducing gas into the bottom of the pipe to mix the gas and the cleaning liquid. However, a blower device for supplying gas is still required, and the method involves inducing gas-liquid contact by introducing the gas and the cleaning liquid from opposite directions or inducing gas-liquid contact by providing a cleaning liquid rotation guide at the cleaning liquid inlet. They do not present a technology that removes gaseous contaminants by infiltrating bubbles into the cleaning liquid of a reservoir as in the present invention.
[0013] Furthermore, the aforementioned prior art only presents a technology for generating a swirling flow in a space where gas-liquid contact is induced through a rotating guide, etc., and has not presented a technology regarding the use of a cleaning liquid reservoir located at the bottom of the space where gas-liquid contact is induced as a gas purification space, as in the present invention.
[0014] In order to use the cleaning liquid storage tank space located at the bottom of the space where gas-liquid contact is induced as in the present invention as a gas purification space, a process must be required in which the cleaning liquid in contact with the gas-liquid contact is sprayed at high speed from the space where gas-liquid contact is induced and moves toward the lower cleaning liquid storage tank, and the cleaning liquid accompanied by bubbles penetrates deeply into the cleaning liquid storage tank, thereby bringing bubbles into the cleaning liquid storage tank. However, the aforementioned prior art technologies have a structure that induces a swirling flow, such as a rotating guide, within the space where gas-liquid contact is induced, and as a result, resistance occurs to the speed at which the cleaning liquid is sprayed and moved downwards. Therefore, even if a cleaning liquid storage tank is provided at the bottom of the space where gas-liquid contact is induced, the cleaning liquid accompanied by bubbles cannot penetrate sufficiently deeply into the cleaning liquid storage tank, and thus the aforementioned prior art technologies have a structural problem in that the lower cleaning liquid storage tank cannot be used as a gas purification space at all. Prior art literature
[0016] Registered Patent Publication No. 10-0237737 (Published Jan. 15, 2001) Registered Patent Publication No. 10-0536574 (Published Dec. 14, 2005) Registered Patent Publication No. 10-1637954 (Published July 8, 2016) The problem to be solved
[0017] The present invention was created to solve the aforementioned problems, and aims to provide a reservoir infiltration type gas purification device that enables gas cleaning by drawing in gas without using a blower by spraying a cleaning liquid at high speed from the top to the bottom of a pipe-shaped gas-liquid mixing tube so that fluid flows into the pipe while simultaneously drawing in gas from the top of a partitioning plate and discharging it to the bottom of the pipe.
[0018] In addition, the present invention aims to achieve a gas cleaning effect by ensuring that the gas sucked into the pipe is mixed with the cleaning liquid inside the pipe, and that when the gas returns to the cleaning liquid reservoir at the bottom of the pipe, it penetrates deeply into the cleaning liquid reservoir in the form of fine bubbles, thereby transferring dust, contaminants, etc. contained in the gas to the cleaning liquid.
[0019] In addition, the present invention aims to provide a gas purification device in a reservoir infiltration type that can prevent liquid mist, etc. from leaking to the outside or to a next-stage cleaning device without the need for a separate gas-liquid separation device during the process of discharging treated gas containing liquid droplets after gas cleaning.
[0020] In addition, the present invention aims to provide a reservoir infiltration type gas purification device capable of efficiently processing gases of various capacities and conditions by enabling a series multi-stage design. means of solving the problem
[0022] A reservoir infiltration type gas purification device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a housing having a cylindrical or polygonal space formed therein; a partition separator plate provided at a predetermined distance from the upper surface of the housing in the downward direction to partition the internal space of the housing into an upper space and a lower space; a gas inlet port provided on the upper surface or upper side of the upper space of the housing to introduce gas into the housing; at least one gas-liquid mixing pipe having a pipe-shaped structure that penetrates the partition separator plate and extends from the partition separator plate in the downward direction of the housing to connect the upper space and the lower space of the housing; at least one cleaning liquid spray nozzle provided in the upper space of the housing to spray a cleaning liquid into each gas-liquid mixing pipe to draw gas from the upper space of the housing into the gas-liquid mixing pipe; and a gas outlet port provided on the upper surface or upper side of the lower space of the housing to discharge the cleaned gas. The cleaning liquid reservoir, which collects the cleaning liquid descending from the gas-liquid mixing pipe, is a space extending from a height position spaced a predetermined distance downward from the lower end of the gas-liquid mixing pipe within the housing to the lower surface within the housing; the cleaning liquid reservoir, which is provided in the cleaning liquid reservoir and includes an upper diaphragm having a structure that rises diagonally from a position spaced a predetermined distance from the center of the cleaning liquid reservoir toward the inner wall of the housing to a position spaced a predetermined distance from the inner wall of the housing toward the center of the cleaning liquid reservoir, and a lower diaphragm provided parallel to the upper diaphragm in the downward direction, wherein the cleaning liquid moves from the center of the cleaning liquid reservoir toward the inner wall of the housing along a flow path formed between the upper diaphragm and the lower diaphragm, causing bubbles in the cleaning liquid to be separated and rise at the end of the flow path, and the cleaning liquid from which bubbles have been separated moves toward the lower direction of the lower diaphragm from the end of the flow path; and the cleaning liquid circulation pump that sucks the cleaning liquid at a position below the lower diaphragm of the bubble-liquid mixing reservoir and supplies it to the cleaning liquid spray nozzle.
[0023] In addition, as one embodiment, the infiltration type gas purification device of the reservoir may be characterized by spraying cleaning water through a nozzle at the top of the gas-liquid mixing pipe, and simultaneously sucking in gas on the top of the partition separation plate and transporting it toward the cleaning liquid as the sprayed cleaning water flows downward, thereby enabling gas flow without a separate blower.
[0024] In addition, as an embodiment, it further includes a cleaning liquid suction pipe provided at a lower position of the lower baffle plate of the bubble suction prevention part for sucking up a cleaning liquid; wherein the cleaning liquid suction pipe is connected to a cleaning liquid circulation pump so that the cleaning liquid sucked into the cleaning liquid suction pipe is supplied to the cleaning liquid circulation pump.
[0025] In addition, as one embodiment, the reservoir infiltration type gas purification device has a structure in which at least two reservoir infiltration type gas purification devices are connected in series in multiple stages, and when connected in multiple stages, the gas outlet of the reservoir infiltration type gas purification device positioned at the front end is connected to the upper space within the housing of the reservoir infiltration type gas purification device positioned at the rear end. Effects of the invention
[0027] The reservoir infiltration type gas purification device according to the present invention has a structure in which gas is sucked into the cleaning space by cleaning water sprayed into the cleaning space without using a separate blower, thereby preventing additional power consumption associated with the installation and operation of a blower and improving the energy efficiency of the device.
[0028] In addition, the infiltration type gas purification device according to the present invention has the effect of increasing the removal rate of contaminants by maximizing gas-liquid contact efficiency through the process of spraying a cleaning liquid into a pipe-shaped cleaning space so that the gas is mixed with the cleaning liquid in the form of bubbles, thereby significantly increasing the contact area between the gas and the cleaning water and allowing contaminants in the gas to be effectively absorbed into the cleaning liquid.
[0029] In addition, conventional wet gas scrubbing devices use packing materials such as poling, which has a large surface area and is chemically stable, to improve gas-liquid contact efficiency. However, in the present invention, the scrubbing liquid circulated to the scrubbing liquid reservoir through the gas-liquid mixing pipe contains the incoming gas in the form of bubbles and descends to the bottom of the scrubbing liquid reservoir to mix. Therefore, compared to conventional scrubbers, the gas-liquid contact efficiency is higher, resulting in excellent gas removal effects, and there is an advantage that there is no problem such as clogging even if an excessive amount of foreign matter is mixed and introduced.
[0030] In addition, the infiltration type gas purification device according to the present invention adopts a design that does not require a separate gas-liquid separation device, thereby preventing an increase in differential pressure, which minimizes pressure-related problems that may occur during operation and increases the stability of the device. Furthermore, by preventing bubbles from entering the cleaning liquid circulation pump, it prevents pump trouble, which increases the reliability of the device and reduces maintenance costs.
[0031] In addition, the reservoir infiltration type gas purification device according to the present invention can be configured in series or parallel multi-stages to obtain a higher cleaning effect and to treat different types of pollutants at each stage, thereby providing the effect of being usable in a customized manner in various industrial environments. [0034] Hereinafter, a reservoir infiltration type gas purification device will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings so that a person skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains can easily implement the present invention.
[0035] In each drawing of the present invention, the sizes or dimensions of the structures are depicted enlarged or reduced compared to the actual size to ensure clarity of the invention, and known components are omitted to reveal characteristic configurations, so the invention is not limited to the drawings.
[0036] In describing the principles of a preferred embodiment of the present invention in detail, if it is determined that a specific description of related known functions or configurations could unnecessarily obscure the essence of the present invention, such detailed description is omitted.
[0037] In addition, the embodiments described in this specification and the configurations illustrated in the drawings are merely the most preferred embodiments of the present invention and do not represent all of the technical ideas of the present invention; therefore, it should be understood that various equivalents and modifications that can replace them may exist at the time of filing this application.
[0038] The present invention relates to a storage tank infiltration type gas purification device that removes air pollutants such as sulfur oxides (SO2), nitrogen oxides (NO2), dust, fine dust, and odors in gas by spraying a cleaning liquid, and then circulates and re-sprays the cleaning liquid after removing bubbles in the sprayed cleaning liquid. Unlike conventional wet gas cleaning devices, the invention relates to a storage tank infiltration type gas purification device configured to enable droplet removal without a separate blower for supplying gas into the gas cleaning device, a packing material used to expand the gas-liquid contact area, and a separate gas-liquid separation device for removing cleaning liquid droplets contained in the gas discharged after cleaning.
[0039] The present invention will be further described below with reference to the drawings.
[0040] FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a reservoir infiltration type gas purification device (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0041] As illustrated in FIG. 1, the infiltration type gas purification device (100) of the present invention has a structure in which gas introduced into the upper part of the housing (110) moves downward through a pipe-shaped gas-liquid mixing pipe (140), and cleaning is performed by a cleaning liquid sprayed downward from outside the upper opening of the gas-liquid mixing pipe (140) into the gas-liquid mixing pipe (140), and the cleaning liquid collected at the lower part of the housing (110) passes through a bubble suction prevention part (180) to remove bubbles (200), and then is recirculated through a pump and sprayed back into the gas-liquid mixing pipe (140).
[0042] To this end, the infiltration type gas purification device (100) of the present invention comprises a housing (110), a partition separator (120), a gas inlet (130), a gas-liquid mixing pipe (140), a cleaning liquid spray nozzle (150), a gas outlet (160), a cleaning liquid storage tank (170), a bubble suction prevention part (180), and a cleaning liquid circulation pump (190).
[0043] It is preferable that the housing (110) has at least one pipe-shaped gas-liquid mixing tube (140), a space for gas to be retained in the upper part, and a space for cleaning liquid to be retained in the lower part, so that a cylindrical or polygonal space is formed inside. This means that the internal space of the housing (110) may be a single cylindrical or a single polygonal space with the same diameter, or it may be two or more cylindrical spaces with different diameters, or a combination of a cylindrical space and a polygonal space.
[0044] The above partitioning plate (120) divides the internal space of the housing (110) into an upper space and a lower space. It is provided at a predetermined distance from the upper surface of the housing (110) in a downward direction and has a plate shape that extends horizontally along the inner wall of the housing (110).
[0045] The gas inlet (130) introduces gas into the upper space within the housing (110) and is provided on the upper surface or upper side of the upper space within the housing (110).
[0046] The above gas-liquid mixing pipe (140) performs gas cleaning by mixing and contacting the gas with the cleaning liquid, and is provided by penetrating the partition separator plate (120) and extending from the partition separator plate (120) toward the lower direction within the housing (110), and has a pipe-shaped structure that connects the upper space and the lower space within the housing (110).
[0047] Additionally, the above gas-liquid mixing tube (140) may be provided in one or more places, and a variety of gas-liquid mixing tubes (140) may be provided depending on the processing gas flow rate and the size of the cleaning device.
[0048] The cleaning liquid spray nozzle (150) sprays a cleaning liquid into the gas-liquid mixing pipe (140). It is provided in the upper space within the housing (110) and sprays the cleaning liquid into each gas-liquid mixing pipe (140). When the sprayed cleaning liquid flows downward, it simultaneously sucks in the gas above the partitioning plate (120) and transports it toward the cleaning liquid, thereby mixing and contacting the cleaning liquid with the gas to perform gas cleaning by the cleaning liquid. To this end, the cleaning liquid spray nozzle (150) is provided in a number corresponding to each gas-liquid mixing pipe (140).
[0049] That is, in the reservoir infiltration type gas purification device (100) of the present invention, when a cleaning liquid is sprayed from the cleaning liquid spray nozzle (150) into the gas-liquid mixing pipe (140), the velocity of the fluid inside the gas-liquid mixing pipe (140) increases and the pressure decreases. As the gas remaining in the upper space inside the housing (110) is sucked downward into the gas-liquid mixing pipe (140) due to the lowered pressure inside the gas-liquid mixing pipe (140), the gas passes through the gas-liquid mixing pipe (140) and comes into contact with and is cleaned with the cleaning liquid without using a separate blower.
[0050] Additionally, the gas outlet (160) is provided on the upper surface or upper side of the lower space within the housing (110) to discharge the gas that has passed through the gas-liquid mixing pipe (140).
[0051] Additionally, the cleaning liquid reservoir (170) is a space in which the cleaning liquid discharged downward from the gas-liquid mixing pipe (140) is collected and retained, and is configured as a space extending from a height position spaced a predetermined distance downward from the lower end of the gas-liquid mixing pipe (140) within the housing (110) to the lower surface within the housing (110).
[0052] The above bubble suction prevention unit (180) is intended to allow the suction and circulation of the cleaning liquid after completely removing the bubbles (200) generated in the cleaning liquid to prevent the cleaning liquid collected in the cleaning liquid reservoir (170) from being sucked into the pump using the cleaning liquid circulation pump (190).
[0053] More specifically, the bubble suction prevention part (180) is provided in the cleaning liquid reservoir (170) and includes an upper plate (181) having a structure that rises diagonally from a position spaced a predetermined distance from the center of the cleaning liquid reservoir (170) toward the inner wall of the housing (110) toward a position spaced a predetermined distance from the inner wall of the housing (110) toward the center of the cleaning liquid reservoir (170), and a lower plate (182) provided parallel to the upper plate (181) in the downward direction.
[0054] Due to this structure, a flow path is formed between the upper diaphragm (181) and the lower diaphragm (182) within the bubble suction prevention part (180). As the cleaning liquid moves along the flow path from the center of the cleaning liquid reservoir (170) toward the inner wall of the housing (110), bubbles (200) within the cleaning liquid are separated and rise at the end of the flow path, and the cleaning liquid from which bubbles (200) have been separated is guided to move toward the lower direction of the lower diaphragm (182) from the end of the flow path. The lower end of the upper diaphragm is positioned close to the bottom of the lower surface of the housing so that the cleaning liquid in the lower part of the cleaning liquid reservoir (170), which does not contain many bubbles, can be introduced into the bubble suction prevention part (180).
[0055] That is, the cleaning liquid from which bubbles (200) have been removed is collected at the bottom of the lower plate (182) within the bubble suction prevention part (180), and the cleaning liquid circulation pump (190) sucks the cleaning liquid at the lower position of the lower plate (182) of the bubble suction prevention part (180) and supplies it to the cleaning liquid spray nozzle (150), thereby preventing bubbles (200) from being sucked into the cleaning liquid circulation pump of the present invention.
[0056] Additionally, for this purpose, a cleaning liquid suction pipe (191) for sucking cleaning liquid connected to the cleaning liquid circulation pump (190) is provided at a lower position of the lower baffle plate (182) of the bubble suction prevention unit (180). That is, the cleaning liquid circulation pump (190) sucks cleaning liquid at a lower position of the lower baffle plate (182) of the bubble suction prevention unit (180) through the cleaning liquid suction pipe (191) and supplies it to the cleaning liquid spray nozzle (150).
[0057] Meanwhile, the infiltration type gas purification device (100) according to the present invention may include a sediment discharge port (192) for discharging sediment in the cleaning liquid on the lower surface of the lower space within the housing (110) corresponding to the cleaning liquid storage tank (170).
[0058] Through this, by discharging sediment and contaminants in the cleaning solution, the cleaning solution from which not only bubbles but also solids have been removed can be circulated.
[0059] In addition, the lower end of the lower plate (182) within the bubble suction prevention part (180) has a structure that extends from the lower surface of the lower space within the housing (110).
[0060] Alternatively, as another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, the lower end of the lower plate (182) within the bubble suction prevention part (180) may be provided at a predetermined distance from the lower surface of the lower space within the housing (110).
[0061] Meanwhile, if the lower end of the lower plate (182) extends from the lower surface of the lower space within the housing (110), a separate sediment discharge port (192) capable of discharging sediment into the lower space of the lower plate (182) may be provided.
[0062] In addition, the reservoir infiltration type gas purification device (100) according to the present invention may include a chemical supply port (193) for supplying a chemical to be mixed with the cleaning liquid.
[0063] The chemical supplied to the cleaning solution through the chemical supply port (193) may include, for example, at least one of a coagulant, a coagulant aid, a disinfectant, and powdered activated carbon for water treatment of the cleaning solution retained in the cleaning solution storage tank (170).
[0064] Additionally, the above-mentioned drug supply port (193) is provided on the side of the lower space within the housing (110) to directly supply drugs into the cleaning solution reservoir (170).
[0065] In addition, the storage tank infiltration type gas purification device (100) according to the present invention may include a cleaning liquid supply port (194) for replenishing cleaning liquid to the cleaning liquid storage tank (170).
[0066] As gas cleaning is performed, it is necessary to replenish the cleaning solution that becomes insufficient as a portion of the cleaning solution is discharged along with the evaporation and precipitates of the cleaning solution. Similar to the chemical supply port (193), the cleaning solution supply port (194) is provided on the side of the lower space within the housing (110) to directly replenish the cleaning solution into the cleaning solution reservoir (170).
[0067] Additionally, the cleaning solution reservoir (170) may include a water level detection sensor that detects the water level of the cleaning solution within the cleaning solution reservoir (170).
[0068] If the water level of the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid reservoir (170) is lower than the height of the lower plate (182) at the upper outlet side of the flow path of the bubble suction prevention unit (180) composed of the upper plate (181) and the lower plate (182) (= maximum height of the lower plate (182)), the cleaning liquid cannot pass from the flow path outlet of the bubble suction prevention unit (180) to the lower space of the lower plate (182) within the bubble suction prevention unit (180), so a problem may occur in the circulation of the cleaning water from which bubbles have been removed.
[0069] Accordingly, the cleaning liquid reservoir (170) is equipped with a level detection sensor that detects the level of the cleaning liquid, and the level detection sensor detects when the level of the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid reservoir (170) becomes lower than the uppermost height of the lower plate (182) of the bubble suction prevention unit (180) and generates a notification signal.
[0070] In addition, the infiltration type gas purification device (100) of the present invention can control the supply of cleaning liquid through the cleaning liquid supply port (194) based on a notification signal from the water level detection sensor, so that the water level of the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid reservoir (170) is maintained higher than the uppermost height of the lower plate (182) of the bubble suction prevention part (180), and can be equipped with a control unit for this purpose.
[0071] FIG. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing a serial multi-stage arrangement of a reservoir infiltration type gas purification device (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0072] As illustrated in FIG. 3, the reservoir infiltration type gas purification device (100) according to the present invention has a structure in which at least two reservoir infiltration type gas purification devices can be connected in series.
[0073] In this way, when connected in multiple stages, the gas outlet (160) of the infiltration type gas purification device placed at the front end is connected to the upper space inside the housing (110) of the infiltration type gas purification device placed at the rear end.
[0074] At this time, the gas outlet (160) of the infiltration type gas purification device of the front end may have a structure connected to the gas inlet (130) of the infiltration type gas purification device of the rear end, or it may be connected through a separate connector.
[0075] In addition, the rear reservoir infiltration type gas purification device may be equipped with a gas inlet (130) that can receive a separate gas from the outside in addition to the gas flowing in from the front reservoir infiltration type gas purification device.
[0076] As described above, the gas purification device (100) in a storage tank according to the present invention allows the gas to be cleaned to be sucked into the gas-liquid mixing tube by spraying a cleaning liquid into the gas-liquid mixing tube from the upper part of the gas-liquid mixing tube (140), thereby enabling cleaning through gas suction without a blower. In addition to gas-liquid mixing within the gas-liquid mixing tube, the cleaning liquid that has come into contact with the gas in the gas-liquid mixing tube is sprayed at high speed toward the lower cleaning liquid storage tank, thereby allowing it to penetrate into the cleaning liquid storage tank while accompanied by bubbles, thus improving the contact efficiency between the gas and the cleaning liquid and maximizing the removal rate of contaminants in the gas.
[0077] In addition, by improving the gas removal effect using the gas-liquid mixing pipe and the cleaning liquid reservoir as described above, there is no need to use packing materials such as poling, which has a large surface area and is chemically stable, to improve gas-liquid contact efficiency, as in conventional wet gas cleaning devices. Furthermore, the cleaning liquid circulated through the gas-liquid mixing pipe to the cleaning liquid reservoir contains the incoming gas in the form of bubbles and descends to the bottom of the cleaning liquid reservoir to mix, so the gas-liquid contact efficiency is higher compared to existing scrubbers, and there is an advantage that problems such as clogging do not occur even if an excessive amount of foreign substances are mixed and introduced.
[0078] In addition, the present invention uses a method in which gas is mixed into a cleaning liquid storage tank in the form of bubbles through a gas-liquid mixing pipe, and then, as the mixed bubbles rise, the gas from which contaminants have been removed moves to the upper part of the cleaning liquid storage tank and is naturally discharged.
[0079] The energy efficiency of the device can be further improved by allowing only the cleaned gas to be discharged without the discharge of droplets, without the need for a separate demister device that was used to remove droplets in the exhaust gas in conventional wet gas cleaning devices.
[0080] Although the present invention has been described above with reference to the embodiments illustrated in the drawings, this is merely illustrative, and those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and equivalent alternative embodiments are possible therefrom. Accordingly, the technical scope of protection of the present invention should be determined by the following claims. Explanation of the symbols
