Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a detachable swap fastening device, and more specifically, to a detachable swap fastening device with improved weight reduction and fastening precision. Background Technology
[0002] Generally, the most critical component of an electric vehicle is the battery pack. The battery stores electrical energy and supplies it to the electric motor, providing the power necessary to move the vehicle.
[0003] Here, charging is essential for the battery of the aforementioned electric vehicle to operate. Charging such electric vehicles is known to present significant challenges regarding charging facilities and time. For instance, compared to conventional internal combustion engine vehicles, charging takes a long time and charging facilities are limited. Consequently, a method of replacing the battery pack itself instead of charging is gaining attention. This involves configuring the battery pack as a replaceable unit rather than an integrated one with the vehicle, and is referred to as a "battery swap."
[0004] Generally, the battery of an electric vehicle is located on the floor of the vehicle to lower the vehicle's center of gravity and improve stability, and is typically coupled to an area called the side sill. Here, the side sill is a structure located between the floor and the side of the vehicle that supports the vehicle's interior space to enhance safety and protects the interior space by absorbing external impacts in the event of a collision. In this case, the side sill is typically made of a metal material, such as aluminum, considering factors such as rigidity and strength, in order to absorb and disperse impact during a collision.
[0005] In addition, the battery case for mounting the battery of the electric vehicle requires higher watertightness performance and structural rigidity compared to other parts, and can be manufactured from a metal material such as aluminum, which is of the same material as the side sill.
[0006] Generally, for battery swapping, a mechanical fastening method is applied by machining holes in the battery case and the side sill, respectively, and joining them with steel bolts and nuts. However, due to the physical differences between steel and aluminum, such as varying melting points and thermal conductivity, welding is difficult, and the formation of oxides at the weld site leads to a deterioration in welding quality. Consequently, to address this issue, fastening methods such as direct screws or self-piercing rivets have conventionally been applied to connect the vehicle body and the battery case.
[0007] Furthermore, when fastening bolts to fixed nuts to accurately attach the battery case to the vehicle body, assembly tolerances must not occur. However, when bending deformation occurs due to vibration and external impact from prolonged use, the positions of the bolts and nuts become slightly deformed, resulting in a problem where labor and installation time for fastening are consumed relatively excessively.
[0008] Furthermore, the inadequate tightening of the aforementioned bolts and nuts could cause serious safety issues during driving. Therefore, there is an urgent need for research on mounting methods that improve ease of tightening and enhance durability. Prior art literature
[0009] Korean Registered Patent No. 10-1241166 The problem to be solved
[0010] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention aims to provide a detachable swap fastening device with improved lightweighting and fastening precision. means of solving the problem
[0011] To solve the above problem, the present invention provides a detachable swap fastening device comprising: a bolt frame having a swap bolt; a nut frame having a movable hole formed at a position opposite to the swap bolt; a movable nut seated on the outer edge of the movable hole, to which the swap bolt is selectively screwed; and a movable nut support member comprising an outer wall portion having its lower end coupled to the nut frame, and a restraining portion bent inward from the upper end of the outer wall portion to form a space in which the movable nut moves and is restrained. Effects of the invention
[0012] Through the above-mentioned means of solution, the present invention provides the following effects.
[0013] First, the movable nut is restrained by the movable nut support member clinchingly connected to the coupling hole, thereby preventing loss of parts of the vehicle body, and the fastening precision can be significantly improved by being movably connected to the swap bolt through the movable hole.
[0014] Second, the detachable swap fastening device can be clinched to the vehicle body by the second clinching fastening part to improve the bonding strength, and the convenience of battery replacement can be improved by facilitating the connection of the detachable swap bolt.
[0015] Third, even if minute positional tolerances or deformation occur in the above-mentioned swap bolt, the position of the nut part is flexibly changed, and accurate and smooth fastening is ensured by the guide groove, thereby improving durability and production economy. [0017] Hereinafter, a detachable swap fastening device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. In this case, the detachable swap fastening device described below is a device comprising a pair of swap nuts and swap bolts.
[0018] FIG. 1 is an exemplary diagram showing a detachable swap fastening device according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2a is a cross-sectional view showing a detachable swap nut in a detachable swap fastening device according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2b is an exploded perspective view showing a detachable swap nut in a detachable swap fastening device according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3a is a cross-sectional view showing a swap bolt in a detachable swap fastening device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3b is an exploded perspective view of a main part of a swap bolt in a detachable swap fastening device according to a modified embodiment of the present invention.
[0019] As shown in FIG. 1, a detachable swap fastening device according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a swap nut (100) and a swap bolt (200) for quickly attaching and detaching a vehicle body (1) and a battery case (2) by mutual coupling.
[0020] Through this, when an electric vehicle in urgent need of charging enters a charging station, the existing battery case (2) containing the discharged battery (B) can be separated by quickly detaching the swap bolt (200) of the existing battery case (2) from the swap nut (100) fixed to the vehicle body (1). Subsequently, the new battery case containing the fully charged battery can be quickly replaced by fastening the swap bolt of the new battery case to the detachable swap nut (200) fixed to the vehicle body (1).
[0021] That is, by replacing and attaching the battery case (2) itself, which is equipped with a fully charged battery (B), to the vehicle body (1), the charging state of the electric vehicle can be quickly changed to a fully charged state.
[0022] Here, it is preferable to understand that the vehicle body (1) is a frame to which the swap nut (100) is clinched, and the battery case (2) is a frame to which the detachable swap bolt (200) is clinched so as to be inserted into the swap nut (100).
[0023] That is, it is preferable to understand the above-mentioned vehicle body (1) as an extended concept of the nut frame (10) in the above-mentioned swap nut (100) to be described later, and the above-mentioned battery case (2) as an extended concept of the bolt frame (40) in the above-mentioned swap bolt (200) to be described later.
[0024] In this way, the detachable swap fastening device is provided so that the battery case (2) can be attached to the vehicle body (1) for the replacement of the battery (B). That is, the swap nut (100) is provided by clinching the swap nut (100) to the vehicle body (1), and the swap bolt (200) is provided by clinching the swap bolt (200) to the battery case (2). Here, it can be understood that the battery case (2) is selectively attached to the vehicle body (1) by inserting and fastening the swap bolt (200) into the swap nut (100).
[0025] At this time, it is preferable to understand the battery case (2) as a guide frame that accommodates and fixes the battery body (B).
[0026] In detail, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the swap nut (100) is preferably provided in a side sill positioned on the lower side of the vehicle body (1) and arranged in a line along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body (1). Additionally, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the swap bolt (200) is preferably mounted on the side of the battery case (2) to be connected to the side sill and arranged in a line along the longitudinal direction so as to be opposite to the swap nut (100).
[0027] That is, the detachable swap fastening device preferably comprises a plurality of swap nuts (100) aligned in a row along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body (1) and a swap bolt (200) provided in the battery case (2) to face them. Accordingly, it is preferable that the battery case (2) be attached to the lower part of the vehicle body (1) and detached by the detachable swap fastening device.
[0028] Of course, the connection positions of the swap bolt (200) and the swap nut (100) can be changed to opposite positions. Hereinafter, the frame to which the swap bolt (200) is connected is referred to as the bolt frame (40), and the frame to which the swap nut (100) is connected is referred to as the nut frame (10).
[0029] Below, the detailed structure and fastening method of the detachable swap nut (100) and the detachable swap bolt (200) are described.
[0030] As shown in FIGS. 2a and 2b, a swap nut (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a nut frame (10), a movable nut (20), and a movable nut support (30). Here, the vehicle body and the battery frame can be mutually fixed by fastening the swap bolt (200) to the swap nut (100).
[0031] At this time, it is preferable to understand the nut frame (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention as a side sill to which a battery pack is attached to the vehicle body. Additionally, depending on the case, the nut frame (10) may be provided as a battery frame that is coupled to the side sill so that a battery pack for an electric vehicle is attached to the vehicle body.
[0032] In detail, it is preferable that a movable hole (10a) and a coupling hole (11) are formed in the nut frame (10). At this time, it is preferable that the movable hole (10a) and the coupling hole (11) are arranged in a line at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction of the nut frame (10).
[0033] Here, the movable hole (10a) is formed at a position opposite to the detachable swap bolt (200) to be coupled through the lower part of the nut frame (10). At this time, it is preferable that the diameter of the movable hole (10a) be formed larger than a predetermined diameter than the outer diameter of the swap bolt (70 in FIG. 3a) so that the insertion of the swap bolt (70) is easy.
[0034] Additionally, it is preferable that the coupling holes (11) be formed in multiple locations spaced apart from the movable holes (10a) so that the movable nut support part (30) can be fastened. Here, it is preferable that the nut frame (10) be formed to pass through the coupling holes (11) so that the movable nut support part (30) can be clinched.
[0035] In addition, the coupling hole (11) may be formed by slotting to a length corresponding to the movable nut support (30) so that the movable nut support (30), which will be described later, is inserted and clinched. At this time, slotting is preferably understood as a process of cutting a thin, long groove in the center of a plate, thereby forming a groove or hole in the nut frame (10). That is, it is preferable to understand that the movable nut support (30) is inserted into the slotted coupling hole (11).
[0036] Additionally, the through-hole shape of the coupling hole (11) may be modified by the shape of the movable nut support (30). Furthermore, it is preferable that the coupling hole (11) be located at the front and rear of the movable hole (10a) along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. Of course, depending on the case, the coupling hole (11) may also be formed on both sides perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body to completely surround the movable hole (10a).
[0037] Meanwhile, the nut frame (10) may further include a mounting guide bar formed to extend long along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body so that the swap nuts (100) are spaced apart at predetermined intervals and arranged in a row.
[0038] Here, it is preferable to understand that the movable hole (10a) and the coupling hole (11) are formed in a nut frame (10), such as the mounting guide bar. At this time, the movable nut support (30) can be clinched to the coupling hole (11) formed in the nut frame (10).
[0039] Additionally, the above-mentioned movable nut support (30) is provided with a steel material, and the above-mentioned nut frame (10) is provided with a different material, aluminum. Accordingly, the above-mentioned second clinching fastening part (33) can be fastened by clinching while being pressed and fitted against the edge of the coupling hole (11). At this time, the above-mentioned nut frame (10) can be understood as a structure made of the same material as the vehicle body (1) or integrated with it.
[0040] Meanwhile, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the movable nut (20) preferably includes a restraining surface portion (21) and a nut portion (22). At this time, it is preferable that the movable nut (20) be seated on the outer edge of the movable hole (10a) so that the swap bolt (70) can be selectively screwed in.
[0041] Additionally, it is preferable that the nut portion (22) is formed with internal threads (22a) to allow the swap bolt (70) to be fastened, and protrudes toward the upper part of the vehicle body. Furthermore, it is preferable that the restraining surface portion (21) is integrally provided at the lower end of the nut portion (22), and is provided in a form that is open at the bottom and expanded to cover the movable hole (10a).
[0042] At this time, the nut portion (22) and the restraining surface portion (21) may be formed integrally. Here, the nut portion (22) and the restraining surface portion (21) may be formed by injection molding using an engineering plastic material such as polyamide (PFA66, Polyamide66) which has excellent durability and heat resistance.
[0043] In detail, the above-mentioned movable nut (20) can be formed by injection molding a polyamide material onto the outer surface of a metal insert nut. That is, the outer surface of the insert nut can be coated with engineering plastic and molded into the shape of the movable nut (20). Through this, the restraining surface portion (21) can be formed from an engineering plastic material.
[0044] At this time, the threads formed inside the insert nut can be understood as the threads inside the nut portion (22). Through this, the movable nut (20) can be made lighter and production productivity improved by injection coating with a polyamide material.
[0045] Additionally, it is preferable that a concave guide groove (21a) is formed in the portion of the restraining surface (21) facing the fluid hole (10a) in the direction toward the nut portion (22). At this time, the inner surface of the guide groove (21a) is formed to be inclined so that it becomes narrower toward the upper side.
[0046] In detail, the guide groove (21a) contacts the screw threads on the inner side of the nut portion (22) at the edge of the fluid hole (10a). It is preferable that it be formed by being inclinedly recessed. That is, it is preferable that it be provided so as to be connected from the diameter of the fluid hole (10a) to the diameter of the hollow formed inside the nut part (22).
[0047] At this time, the ease of assembly can be improved by forming a clearance space when fastening the swap bolt (70) through the guide groove (21a). Specifically, the guide groove (21a) allows for an error in the insertion position when the swap bolt (70) is inserted into the movable nut (20), thereby allowing the assembly work to proceed quickly. In addition, the movable nut (20) can be easily moved to the correct position, improving fastening precision and thus enhancing the ease of assembly. That is, the fastening precision can be improved by ensuring that the swap nut (100) and the detachable swap bolt (200) are accurately aligned through the guide groove (21a).
[0048] That is, the conical tip (72a) of the above-mentioned swap bolt is guided by the guide groove (21a) and can be accurately fastened to the thread (22a) of the above-mentioned nut part (22).
[0049] In this way, even if a minute positional tolerance or deformation occurs in the swap bolt (70 in FIG. 3a), the position of the nut part (22) can be flexibly changed and fastened. Through this, accurate and smooth fastening is ensured by the guide groove (21a), so durability and production economy can also be improved.
[0050] Meanwhile, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the movable nut support member (30) preferably includes an outer wall member (31), a restraining member (32), and a second clinching fastening member (33). At this time, it is preferable that the movable nut support member (30) is clinched to the nut frame (10) to restrain the movable nut (20).
[0051] Additionally, it is preferable that the outer wall portion (31) be provided so as to be extended and spaced outward from the restraining surface portion (21). Accordingly, the restraining surface portion (21) of the movable nut (20) can move within the outer wall portion (31) and change its position.
[0052] Additionally, it is preferable that the restraining portion (32) be bent inward from the top of the outer wall portion (31) to restrain the restraining surface portion (21). Specifically, the restraining portion (32) is provided by being bent at the top of the outer wall portion (31), but is formed spaced apart from the upper surface of the nut frame (10).
[0053] Here, the restraining portion (32) has a restraining hole (32a) formed through it in the center through which the nut portion (22) passes. At this time, it is preferable that the diameter of the restraining hole (32a) be larger than the outer diameter of the nut portion (22) and smaller than the outer diameter of the restraining surface portion (21). That is, the nut portion (22) of the movable nut (20) passes through the restraining hole (32a) and can move in a certain range in the left and right directions.
[0054] Meanwhile, it is preferable that the second clinching fastening part (33) protrudes integrally from the bottom of the outer wall part (31) and is clinched along the edge of the coupling hole (11). Specifically, the second clinching fastening part (33) may be formed by being bent outward from the outer wall part (31).
[0055] Here, it is preferable that the outer wall portion (31), the restraining portion (32), and the second clinching fastening portion (33) are integrally provided and press-fitted into the coupling hole (11) to restrain the movable nut (20) so as to be clinched. At this time, the movable nut support portion (30) may be fixed to the nut frame (10) by the second clinching fastening portion (33), and the movable nut (20) may be restrained within the movable nut support portion (30) so as not to be detached from the nut frame (10).
[0056] Additionally, it is preferable that the movable nut support (30) be made of steel and the nut frame (10) be made of aluminum, which is a different material. At this time, the movable nut support (30) and the nut frame (10) are each made of steel and aluminum, which are different materials. Accordingly, the second clinching fastening part (33) is pressed into the coupling hole (11) and clinched.
[0057] Additionally, the lower end of the outer wall portion (31) is seated on the upper edge of the coupling hole (11), and the second clinching fastening portion (33), which is bent during the clinching process, is preferably pressed into the coupling hole (11) and fixed. At this time, the coupling hole (11) may be deformed by applying pressure according to the shape of the second clinching fastening portion (33) so that the shape matches. In addition, the lower end of the outer wall portion (31) is firmly attached to one surface of the nut frame (10).
[0058] Accordingly , The second clinching fastening part (33) above can be fixed by pressing it into the coupling hole (11) by an external force and clinching fastening, thereby improving the bonding strength. In addition, the introduction of an automated system during production through the clinching fastening can improve the work speed with consistent fastening quality.
[0059] Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 3a and FIG. 3b, a swap bolt (200) according to one embodiment of the present invention preferably includes a bolt frame (40), a body part (50), a swap bolt (70), and an elastic spring (80).
[0060] At this time, it is preferable to understand the bolt frame (40) according to one embodiment of the present invention as a battery case (2) that accommodates a battery pack in the vehicle body. Additionally, depending on the case, the bolt frame (40) may be separately connected to the side of the battery case (2).
[0061] In detail, the bolt frame (40) preferably includes a clinching hole (40a). At this time, the clinching hole (40a) is preferably provided at a position opposite to the movable nut (20) and formed by penetrating the bolt frame (40).
[0062] At this time, it is preferable that the clinching hole (40a) be formed by extending outward so that the body part (50) is clinched. That is, it is preferable that the clinching hole (40a) be provided to correspond to the outer surface shape of the first clinching connection part (52).
[0063] Meanwhile, it is preferable that a first clinching fastening part (52) be formed in the body part (50). Here, it is preferable that the body part (50) be inserted into the bolt frame (40). Specifically, the upper part of the body part (50) is integrally covered by a stepped cover (51), and the first clinching fastening part (52) is formed protruding upward from the center of the stepped cover (51). In addition, a through hole (52a) is formed inside the first clinching fastening part (52) through which the bolt part (72) of the swap bolt (70) passes.
[0064] Here, the first clinching connection part (52) is preferably formed protruding from one end of the body part (50) and has a through hole (52a) formed in the center so as to be integrally extended along the edge of the clinching hole (40a) to form a clinching connection. At this time, the through hole (52a) is preferably formed to correspond to the diameter of the swap bolt (70) so that the swap bolt (70) can be inserted.
[0065] In detail, the first clinching fastening part (52) is formed in the central part of the upper portion of the body part (50), and it is preferable that the through hole (52a) is extended upward in the direction of the movable nut (20) and expanded radially to be formed integrally with the body part (50).
[0066] Accordingly, the first clinching fastening part (52) can be pressed into the clinching hole (40a) by external pressure and clinched, thereby improving the bonding strength. In addition, the introduction of an automated system during production is possible through the clinching fastening, which can improve the work speed with consistent fastening quality.
[0067] That is, it is preferable that the first clinching fastening part (52) is provided such that the upper end of the through hole (52a) is bent outward and inserted into the bolt frame (40) to be clinched. At this time, it is preferable that the upper end of the clinching hole (40a) be formed to be expanded by the amount of the bent through hole (52a).
[0068] Additionally, it is preferable that the body part (50) be made of steel and the bolt frame (40) be made of aluminum, which is a different material. In this case, since the body part (50) and the bolt frame (40) are made of steel and aluminum, which are different materials, the supporting torque is relatively strengthened compared to the case where they are made only of aluminum, and thus the durability can be improved.
[0069] Additionally, it is preferable that a stepped protrusion (53) is formed on the lower part of the body portion (50), with the outer surface extended outwardly in a stepped manner, so as to be secured to the lower part of the bolt frame (40). During this clinching process, the outer surface of the stepped cover (51) is in close contact with the upper inner surface of the bolt frame (40), and the stepped protrusion (53) can be in close contact with and fixed to the lower surface of the bolt frame (40). That is, the length from the upper inner surface to the lower part of the bolt frame (40) is provided to correspond to the length of the body portion (50). Through this, the body portion (50) can be firmly coupled to the bolt frame (40).
[0070] Meanwhile, it is preferable that a cylindrical receiving space (50a) into which the swap bolt (70), the elastic spring (80), and the bearing (90) are inserted is formed along the vertical direction inside the body part (50).
[0071] At this time, it is preferable that the bearing (90) be inserted in close contact with the inner surface of the receiving space (50a). Here, it is preferable that the body portion (50) be provided with a cylindrical cross-section having an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the bearing (90). At this time, the bearing (90) may be provided as a cylindrical ball bearing. Of course, the bearing may also be provided as a cylindrical guide sleeve made of plastic or brass material with excellent lubricity.
[0072] In detail, the bearing (90) is preferably provided as a hollow cylinder inside the body part (50) and fitted into the inner surface of the receiving space (50a). At this time, it is preferable that the swap bolt (70) and the elastic spring (80), which will be described later, are received inside the bearing (90).
[0073] At this time, the bearing (90) may be provided to minimize damage by reducing friction caused by rotational contact between the swap bolt (70) and the body part (50). Additionally, the bearing (90) may mitigate vibrations caused by the vehicle body, thereby improving the stability of the swap bolt (200) provided in combination with the swap nut (100).
[0074] Meanwhile, the above-mentioned swap bolt (70) includes a bolt portion (72), a locking protrusion (71), and a connecting portion (73). Here, the bolt portion (72) is extended to a predetermined length, and a thread is formed on its outer circumference to be fastened to the nut portion (22) of the detachable swap nut (100).
[0075] Additionally, the above-mentioned locking protrusion (71) is formed by extending radially in an integral manner at the lower end of the above-mentioned bolt portion (72). Specifically, the above-mentioned locking protrusion (71) is restrained on the lower surface of the above-mentioned step cover (51). That is, the bolt portion (72) protruding from the upper part of the above-mentioned swap bolt (70) passes through the through hole (52a) formed in the above-mentioned step cover (51), but the above-mentioned locking protrusion (71) is restrained by the above-mentioned step cover (51), thereby restricting the upward movement of the above-mentioned bolt portion (72).
[0076] In addition, the connecting part (73) is integrally formed at the lower end of the locking protrusion (71), and the connecting part is provided with an external force transmission means for receiving external rotational force.
[0077] For example, the connecting portion (73) may protrude downward, and the external force transmission means may be provided with a plurality of serration protrusions (73a) formed in a straight line along the longitudinal direction on the outer circumference of the connecting portion, but protruding in a sawtooth shape along the circumferential direction. Through this, the extension protrusion (73) can be inserted into the serration connector (65) provided at the end of the external drilling device, thereby transmitting rotational force for fastening and unfastening. At this time, a serration groove (65a) is formed on the inner circumference of the serration connector (65) to be inserted and coupled with the serration protrusion (73a).
[0078] Of course, the external force transmission means may be formed such that the outer surface of the connecting part is formed in a hexagonal shape, or the lower part of the connecting part is modified into a cross groove that is coupled to a cross screw. That is, the serration projection (65a) may be modified into various forms of structures or means for transmitting rotational force by external force.
[0079] Meanwhile, a cover plate (60) covering the lower surface of the receiving space (50a) is attached to the lower part of the body part (50).
[0080] In detail, the cover plate (60) can be screw-fastened to the lower part of the body part (50) after the bearing (90), the swap bolt (70), and the elastic spring (80) are inserted into the receiving space (50a). At this time, a communication hole (60a) is formed in the central part of the cover plate (60) so that the connecting part (73) passes through it, and the inner diameter of the communication hole (60a) is formed to be smaller than the outer diameter of the locking protrusion (71).
[0081] Additionally, the elastic spring (80) is positioned between the locking protrusion (71) and the upper surface of the cover plate (60), and the elastic spring (80) applies an elastic restoring force to the swap bolt (70) in an upward direction. At this time, the elastic spring (80) may be provided as a coil-type spring that wraps around the outer circumference of the connecting part (73) while being spaced apart from it.
[0082] Through this, when the bolt frame (40) connected to the battery frame is raised to the lower part of the nut frame (10), the tip portion (72a) of the bolt portion (72) is guided by the guide surface formed at the lower part of the movable nut (20). Through this, the threads formed on the outer circumference of the bolt portion (72) can be smoothly fastened to the threads formed on the inner circumference of the aforementioned nut portion (22 in FIG. 2a).
[0083] At this time, it is preferable that the tip portion (72a) of the bolt portion (72) be provided in a conical shape. Here, the tip portion (72a) provided in a conical shape can be smoothly inserted into the movable hole (10a), thereby improving the ease of fastening between the swap nut (100) and the swap bolt (200).
[0084] In addition, the conical tip (72a) minimizes contact with the inside of the movable nut (20) when the swap bolt (70) is inserted and fastened into the nut part (22), thereby reducing friction between parts and preventing damage to the movable nut (20). Of course, depending on the case, the shape of the tip (72a) is not limited to a conical shape and can be modified in various ways.
[0085] At this time, the elastic spring (80) can improve fastening stability by providing elastic restoring force to the locking protrusion (71) when the swap bolt (70) is inserted into the movable nut (20) and fastened.
