본 발명은 내부에 상변환 물질을 충진하여 배터리 셀을 수냉식으로 냉각하거나 또는 내부를 빈공간에 두어 배터리 셀을 공냉식으로 냉각할 수 있도록 한 파우치 셀 케이스에 관한 것이다.이를 위해, 본 발명은 열전도율이 우수한 알루미늄 재질로 제작된 배터리 셀케이스의 내부에 파우치 타입의 배터리 셀을 내재시킨 상태에서, 소정 온도범위에서 기체로 상변환하는 상변환 액체물질을 배터리 셀케이스의 내부에 충진하여 배터리 셀을 수냉식으로 냉각하거나, 배터리 셀케이스의 내부를 빈공간에 두어 배터리 셀을 공냉식으로 냉각할 수 있도록 한 파우치 셀 케이스를 제공한다.
