A food service menu management method performed by one or more electronic devices according to embodiments of the present disclosure comprises: storing a database regarding menus, ingredients, and recipes—wherein the menu consists of one or more ingredients as a basic unit of cooking, and the recipe is information regarding ingredients included in the menu and the amount of ingredients—receiving user input regarding a new menu and a new recipe corresponding to the new menu; performing a menu review including a plurality of review steps for the new menu and the new recipe; and, if the new menu and the new recipe are approved as a result of the menu review, adding the new menu and the new recipe to the database, wherein the plurality of review steps may include at least one of a step of reviewing whether the new menu overlaps with a menu already stored in the database, a step of reviewing whether the new recipe complies with a predetermined recipe regulation, a step of reviewing a cooking method included in the new recipe, or a step of reviewing whether the new menu can be standardized.
