Abstract

According to one embodiment, a method for providing a solution for predicting changes in the state of a cut of meat based on an artificial intelligence model, performed by a device, comprises: a step of acquiring a first image generated by photographing a first piece of meat, which is fresh cut of meat produced within a preset reference period; a step of encoding the first image to generate a first input signal; a step of inputting the first input signal to a first artificial intelligence model trained to predict the state of meat changing over time and generate a prediction image; a step of acquiring a first output signal representing the second image from the first artificial intelligence model when the first artificial intelligence model generates a second image as a prediction image after a preset first reference time for the first image through the first input signal; and a step of setting the second image confirmed through the first output signal as a representative image of the first piece of meat.
