[0054] A worker behavior detection system equipped with a smart safety detection function capable of selective attachment / detachment according to the present invention is a system provided to a work environment that detects biometric information during the work environment, monitors the safety status of a worker through the biometric information, and provides notifications.

[0055] A worker behavior detection system having a smart safety detection function that is selectively detachable according to the present invention is configured to include an imaging unit (100), a control unit (200), and a monitoring unit (300).

[0056] The imaging unit (100) is provided to the work environment to capture the work environment and biological information.

[0057] The imaging unit (100) captures the work environment and simultaneously detects the worker's biometric information to collect data in real time.

[0058] In the case of the imaging unit (100), the main body can be easily attached to a steel structure as shown in FIG. 6, as the main body is magnetic.

[0059] In the case of such an imaging unit (100), it is possible to invert vertically 180 degrees to secure a wide field of view and to adjust the desired camera height and angle.

[0060] In addition, the work environment can also be captured using the camera's own 360-degree rotation function.

[0061] The imaging unit (100) can transmit the captured screen to a terminal of a worker or manager, and if necessary, can receive a warning signal and provide a warning to the worker.

[0062] The control unit (200) observes information regarding pre-set safety information from information captured through the imaging unit (100).

[0063] In the case of the control unit (200), it can be provided as one unit within the imaging unit (100).

[0064] In the case of the control unit (200), it receives the image transmitted from the imaging unit (100) and analyzes and processes the received image.

[0065] Pre-set safety information observed by the control unit (200) may include information confirming whether a safety helmet is worn, information detecting a worker falling, fire information, smoke information, information on entering a specific boundary, etc.

[0066] For example, the control unit (200) can determine whether there is an abnormality by comparing it with a predefined workplace safety standard database.

[0067] The control unit (200) can analyze and store data information captured through the imaging unit (100).

[0068] The monitoring unit (300) receives information observed through the control unit (200) and provides a predetermined notification regarding abnormal signs according to preset safety information.

[0069] In the case of the monitoring unit (300), if an abnormal sign is observed, it can send a warning message to the worker terminal (10).

[0070] The worker terminal (10) may be a networkable smart device, and as shown in FIG. 1, may be a smartphone, tablet computer, PC (personal computer), etc.

[0071] The monitoring unit (300) can provide voice warnings to the manager terminal (10) and the site.

[0072] The imaging unit (100) of the worker behavior detection system having a smart safety detection function that is selectively detachable according to the present invention is configured to include a shooting unit (110) and an information detection unit (120).

[0073] In the case of the shooting unit (110), the work environment is photographed through a camera.

[0074] The shooting unit (110) can film the entire work site, and may be capable of zooming in and adjusting specific areas, and may additionally include a function to provide the described video.

[0075] In the case of the information detection unit (120), bio-information is detected during the work environment captured through the shooting unit (110).

[0076] The information detection unit (120) analyzes, for example, the presence of a worker and movement patterns in a captured image.

[0077] The information detection unit (120) detects basic object recognition, danger detection, and the presence of a worker, and transmits the detected image to the control unit (200).

[0078] The control unit (200) of the worker behavior detection system having a smart safety detection function that is selectively detachable according to the present invention is configured to include a receiving unit (210) and an observation unit (220).

[0079] In the case of the receiver (210), it receives shooting information captured through the imaging unit (100).

[0080] The receiving unit (210) receives and processes data regarding shooting information transmitted from the imaging unit (100) in real time.

[0081] The observation unit (220) monitors the pre-set safety information.

[0082] In the case of the observation unit (220), storage and processing of data may be possible to effectively manage a large amount of data of the received shooting information.

[0083] The observation unit (220) can, for example, track and observe the working environment and the condition of the worker through behavioral pattern recognition and risk prediction via AI.

[0084] For example, when the worker is not wearing a helmet, the observation unit (220) monitors the worker, and can continue monitoring until the worker wears a helmet.

[0085] In addition, when a worker enters a danger zone, the observation unit (220) tracks and monitors the worker, and may continue tracking until the worker leaves the danger zone.

[0086] The observation unit (220) learns the behavioral patterns of workers through the accumulation of data and can continue to observe patterns with a high risk of accidents by identifying them.

[0087] The observation unit (220) of the worker behavior detection system having a smart safety detection function that is selectively detachable according to the present invention is configured to include a boundary adjustment unit (221) and a phenomenon observation unit (222).

[0088] In the case of the boundary adjustment unit (221), the recognition range for the preset boundary is freely adjusted.

[0089] The boundary control unit (221) sets a boundary for a hazardous area within the work environment and dynamically adjusts the range.

[0090] In the case of the boundary adjustment unit (221), the boundary can be adjusted by taking into account the worker's movement path, the movement path of heavy equipment, environmental changes, etc.

[0091] The size and boundaries of the danger zone can be automatically set, and, for example, the alert level can be adjusted using worker location-based data.

[0092] The phenomenon observation unit (222) recognizes the worker's biometric information and observes abnormal phenomena regarding the worker's preset safety information.

[0093] The phenomenon observation unit (222) can analyze the worker's posture, movement, and behavioral patterns and detect abnormal signs.

[0094] The phenomenon observation unit (222) detects and observes signs of abnormal phenomena immediately when the worker's movement deviates from the normal range.

[0095] The monitoring unit (300) of the worker behavior detection system having a smart safety detection function that is optionally detachable according to the present invention is configured to include an information output unit (310) and a notification unit (320).

[0096] In the case of the information output unit (310), abnormal information is calculated based on safety information that is pre-set for the shooting information.

[0097] It analyzes the movement, location, and status of workers within video data and can classify the behavior of individual workers.

[0098] In the case of abnormal information, it may correspond to events such as failure to wear a safety helmet or fire detection, and may mean distinguishing between normal work behavior and abnormal behavior.

[0099] In the case of the notification unit (320), it provides a notification to the worker when an abnormality occurs regarding the pre-set safety information.

[0100] It can send warning messages about risks to workers and managers.

[0101] Warning messages can support various methods such as push notifications, voice notifications, and SMS.

[0102] When a danger is detected, a warning broadcast can be made in voice through a speaker provided in the imaging unit (100) installed at the site, for example, if a worker is not wearing a safety helmet, a warning such as "Please put on a safety helmet" can be provided in voice.

[0103] In addition, these warnings can be monitored via a mobile application through an administrator, and upon detection of a risk, an alert can be sent to the administrator, enabling remote action.

[0104] The boundary adjustment unit (221) of the worker behavior detection system having a smart safety detection function that is selectively detachable according to the present invention can expand or reduce the boundary size according to changes in the work environment.

[0105] Unlike the conventional fixed boundary line method, the boundary adjustment unit (221) dynamically expands or contracts the boundary according to changes in working conditions and environment, thereby providing dynamic changes in the danger area, real-time danger detection, etc.

[0106] The boundary control unit (221) can separate specific areas within the work environment into safe zones and dangerous zones and adjust the range of the boundary.

[0107] These boundaries can be dynamically set by taking into account the worker's movement path, risk factors, etc.

[0108] For example, if there is little movement of workers, the boundary can be reduced to prevent unnecessary warnings, and if moving objects or equipment are present, the danger zone can be expanded to prevent workers from approaching in advance.

[0109] In addition, the size of the boundary can be arbitrarily adjusted through the administrator's app interface, and hazardous zones can be set according to the progress of the work site.

[0110] In the case of the phenomenon observation unit (222) of the worker behavior detection system having a smart safety detection function that is selectively detachable according to the present invention, it is configured to learn the movement pattern of a worker and determine abnormal movement through comparison with normal work movements to produce abnormal information.

[0111] In the case of the phenomenon observation unit (222), the movement of the worker can be analyzed and compared with normal movement, and if abnormal movement is detected, it is determined to be abnormal information, and the phenomenon regarding the abnormal information is observed and calculated.

[0112] For example, if a worker is moving normally and carrying bricks at a construction site, the phenomenon observation unit (222) detects and analyzes the worker's movement pattern in real time, observes phenomena such as moving while standing, carrying bricks, and maintaining a certain stride that correspond to previously learned normal movements, and recognizes them as normal movements.

[0113] If sudden changes in movement corresponding to abnormal behavior are detected here, this is judged as abnormal information, and it may be possible to calculate information regarding the abnormal information.

[0114] The information output unit (310) of the worker behavior detection system having a smart safety detection function that is selectively detachable according to the present invention provides a warning to the manager and the worker through the notification unit (320) when the shooting information exceeds a certain level with respect to the pre-set safety information.

[0115] Pre-set safety information has standards, and it is possible to provide warnings by comparing the captured information with the standards in real time.

[0116] For example, through video analysis, it is possible to determine whether protective gear is being worn and to detect whether a safety helmet is not being worn.

[0117] When the information output unit (310) outputs information that a certain level is exceeded, this information can be provided to the notification unit (320) and immediately alerted to the worker and manager.

[0118] The monitoring unit (300) of the worker behavior detection system having a smart safety detection function that is selectively detachable according to the present invention networks with the imaging unit (100), adjusts the operation of the imaging unit (100) through the manager's terminal, and transmits abnormal phenomena to the manager's terminal to be delivered to the manager.

[0119] Through the monitoring unit (300), the manager supports adjustment of the camera angle, zoom, rotation, etc., of the operation of the imaging unit (100).

[0120] For example, an administrator can remotely adjust the camera angle to intensively monitor a specific area.

[0121] In addition, if a risk to the worker is detected, the direction of the imaging unit (100) may be adjusted to provide the manager with the authority to adjust the focus.

[0122] Managers can immediately check warnings via smartphones, wearable devices, etc., and receive video of the worker's behavior and the worker's work site.

[0123] The notification unit (320) of the worker behavior detection system having a smart safety detection function that is selectively detachable according to the present invention is configured to include a voice transmission unit (321).

[0124] In the case of the voice transmission unit (321), it is networked with the imaging unit to receive voice information from the manager, and transmits voice information according to the manager's input to the imaging unit (100) so that voice information is transmitted from the imaging unit (100) to the worker.

[0125] Voice information of the manager can be transmitted to the worker through a speaker built into the imaging unit (100) or a connected external speaker.

[0126] Administrators can input voice messages through web dashboards, mobile apps, or voice command systems.

[0127] The manager may broadcast job voice information, and, for example, in an emergency situation, may immediately transmit the manager's voice to the entire workplace.

[0128] The imaging unit (100) can be supported through a support member (101), and the support member (101) is provided as a structure that supports the ground and stably supports the imaging unit (100).

[0129] Existing portable CCTVs use a method of fastening the tripod connection point with bolts.

[0130] The conventional method caused bolt wear, play, and instability at the joint due to repetitive use, leading to frequent cases of natural detachment or breakage.

[0131] On the other hand, the present invention can be freely attached to a steel structure by providing a magnetic part (108) to the imaging unit (100).

[0132] As shown in FIG. 13, the direction in which the imaging unit (100) is attached can be freely adjusted depending on how the steel bracket part (109) is attached to the support part (101).

[0133] In the case of the magnetic part (108), a magnetic field is continuously generated to maintain semi-permanent magnetic force through magnetization.

[0134] In addition, it does not lose its magnetism due to an external magnetic field, continuously maintains its density, and provides adsorption force through magnetic force.

[0135] The magnetic part (108) can be formed as a first magnetic part (108-1) and a second magnetic part (108-2).

[0136] In the case of the magnetic part (108), it may be neodymium or a permanent magnet.

[0137] Through this, the imaging unit (100) can be attached and detached without additional fixing work, and can be installed immediately without separate equipment in places with steel structures.

[0138] Additionally, as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the imaging unit (100) includes a fixed bracket part (109) so that the imaging unit (100) can be freely attached in a desired direction, such as down, up, or side.

[0139] This method not only overcomes the limitations of angle adjustment inherent in bolt fastening methods but also enables accurate monitoring tailored to the desired field of view.

[0140] The magnetic part (108) maintains magnetic force so that the adhesion force is not reduced, thereby solving the problem of wear or looseness that occurs in the bolt fastening method.

[0141] When fixed with the bracket part (109), stable fixation can be maintained even against external vibrations or shocks through strong adhesion.

[0142] When the magnetic part (108) approaches within a predetermined distance from the bracket part (109), it can be attached to one side of the bracket part (109) by the attractive force between the magnetic part (108) and the bracket part (109) by the magnetic field.

[0143] In the case of the magnetic part (108), the first magnetic part (106) that forms the circumference of the magnetic part (108) and forms the outermost part of the magnetic part (108) may form the outer part, and the magnetic part (108) may be called the second magnetic part (108) at its center.

[0144] The second magnetic part (108) can optionally form a magnetic field on a preset virtual boundary line.

[0145] In addition, the central part of the second magnetic part (108) has a predetermined pattern formed thereon, and through the predetermined pattern, can form a physical attraction with the surface of the bracket part (109).

[0146] The surface of the bracket part (109) may form fine surface curvature, and a part of a predetermined pattern of the second magnetic part (108) may be matched with the fine surface curvature to form a physical attraction.

[0147] A magnetic groove (107) forming a predetermined step difference may be provided between the first magnetic part (106) and the second magnetic part (108), and the step difference is formed in an inwardly recessed shape.

[0148] The magnetic groove (107) can disperse the external force through a predetermined step when an external force is applied.

[0149] Through the magnetic groove (107), the first magnetic part (106) and the second magnetic part (108) can increase the contact area with the bracket part (109).

[0150] The magnetic part (108) can be provided in a round and flat shape at a predetermined position on the body corresponding to the body part (105).

[0151] The body part (105) can form an angle on a plane as shown in FIG. 11.

[0152] This can appear as a plane in which the body part (105) is separated by each corner in the form of an obtuse angle rather than a right angle. That is, the surface of the body part (105) may be formed differently depending on the angle.

[0153] The imaging unit (100) may include a grip portion (103) provided in the form of a handle, and the grip portion (103) is provided in an extended form with respect to the first frame (102) and the second frame (104).

[0154] The first frame (102) contacts the shooting unit (110) in the imaging unit (100) to fix the shooting unit (110), and the second frame (104) is formed spaced apart from the first frame (102) and contacts and supports the body unit (105).

[0155] The center of the second magnetic part (108) may have a step formed therein and may be provided in an inwardly protruding shape.

[0156] A predetermined space is formed between the body part (105) and the grip part (103), and the structure is such that the predetermined space is supported by the first frame (102) and the second frame (104).

[0157] The scope of rights of the present invention is determined by the matters described in the patent claims, and the parentheses used in the patent claims are not intended for optional limitation but for clear components, and the descriptions within the parentheses should also be interpreted as essential components.
