Specific details for implementing the invention

[0037] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0038] First embodiment

[0039] Figures 1 to 3 attached are perspective views illustrating an interior component mounting device for an automobile according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein in each figure, reference numeral 10 indicates a base plate.

[0040] The above base plate (10) is a component to which the pivot arm of the sun visor is rotatably connected, and is provided with a structure that is in close contact with the headlining, which is a component constituting the interior ceiling surface of the vehicle, and is also connected to the body panel inside the headlining using a clip.

[0041] To this end, the base plate (10) is provided with a structure in which a first wall (11) and a second wall (12) are integrally formed facing each other along the front and rear directions to partition a lower open sliding passage (13) on one side of the upper surface, and a pivot arm assembly hole (14) is formed on the other side.

[0042] Between the first wall (11) and the second wall (12), a clip (20) is positioned to support and support the lower part of the base plate (10) and to be detachably fastened to the assembly hole of the body panel.

[0043] To this end, the clip (20) is provided with a structure that supports the bottom of the base plate (10) and has an elastic fastening plate (24) formed with a catch (25) to be fastened to the assembly hole of the body panel.

[0044] More specifically, the clip (20) is configured to include a front plate (21) and a rear plate (22), and a top plate (23) integrally connected between the upper portions of the front plate (21) and the rear plate (22) as a skeletal body, and the elastic fastening plate (24) is integrally formed on each of the front plate (21) and the rear plate (22) so as to be spread outward, and a base plate support member (27) is integrally formed on the lower portions of the front plate (21) and the rear plate (22) to be bent in the front-rear direction and support the bottom of the base plate (10).

[0045] Preferably, the locking projection (25) of the elastic fastening plate (24) is formed in a structure that is bent outward so as to be inserted into the assembly hole of the body panel and locked.

[0046] Additionally, at both lower positions of the elastic fastening plate (24) of the clip (20), position regulating protrusions (26) are further formed protruding in the front and rear directions to be closely supported on the inner surfaces of the first wall (11) and the second wall (12) when the elastic fastening plate (24) spreads outward.

[0047] At this time, the position regulating projection (26) is supported in close contact with the inner surface of the first wall (11) and the second wall (12) when the elastic fastening plate (24) spreads outward, thereby regulating the distance the elastic fastening plate (24) spreads outward at a constant level, and at the same time, serving to limit the elastic fastening plate (24) from vibrating or shaking in the up, down, left, and right directions due to external force.

[0048] As can be clearly seen in FIG. 2, the base plate support portion (27) of the clip (20) passes through the lower opening (15) of the sliding passage (13) of the base plate (10) and is inserted and seated in the support groove (16) formed on the bottom surface of the base plate (10) to support the base plate (10).

[0049] In addition, as the base plate support end (27) of the clip (20) is inserted and seated in the support groove (16) of the base plate (10), contact interference with the cover (50) attached to the bottom surface of the base plate (10) can be prevented, and accordingly, the cover (50) can be easily attached to and secured to the bottom surface of the base plate (10).

[0050] Meanwhile, a clip fastening and detaching bar (30) is positioned in the internal space of the sliding passage (13) and clip (20) of the base plate (10) so as to be able to move forward or backward.

[0051] That is, the clip fastening and separating bar (30) is provided with a structure having a pressure projection (31) formed thereon that presses the elastic fastening plate (24) of the clip (20) outward, and is inserted separably into the sliding passage (13) and the internal space of the clip (20).

[0052] At this time, a guide projection (17) is formed on the inner surface of the first wall (11) and the second wall (12) of the base plate (10) to guide the linear movement of the clip fastening and separating bar (30).

[0053] Accordingly, since the lower portions of both sides of the clip fastening and separating bar (30) are seated on the guide jaw (17) and move forward or backward, the linear movement of the clip fastening and separating bar (30) can be ensured.

[0054] In addition, an operating hole (32) is formed vertically through the rear end of the clip fastening and separating bar (30) to operate the clip fastening and separating bar (30) by inserting it along the sliding movement passage (13) through the lower opening (15) of the base plate (10).

[0055] Accordingly, when a worker inserts a finger or a pin tool, etc., into the operating hole (32) of the clip fastening and separating bar (30) through the lower opening (15) of the base plate (10) and then pulls the clip fastening and separating bar (30) in the forward direction (insertion direction), the clip fastening and separating bar (30) can be easily moved forward along the sliding movement passage (13) and the internal space of the clip (20).

[0056] At this time, when the clip fastening and separating bar (30) advances, the pressure projections (31) formed protruding on both sides of the clip fastening and separating bar (30) push the elastic fastening plate (24) of the clip (20) outward, thereby allowing the locking projection (25) of the elastic fastening plate (24) to be locked into the assembly hole of the body panel and fastened.

[0057] Meanwhile, a lever (40) having a hinge shaft (41) is rotatably connected to the base plate (10).

[0058] To this end, a hinge hole (18) is formed between the sliding movement passage (13) of the base plate (10) and the pivot arm assembly hole (14) so that the hinge shaft (41) is connected along the front and rear directions.

[0059] In particular, a push body (42) is formed on the hinge shaft (41) of the lever (40) to push the clip fastening and separating bar (30) in the separation direction (reverse direction).

[0060] More specifically, the push body (42) is composed of a vertical plate (43) formed integrally on or mounted to the hinge shaft (41) of the lever (40), and a pressure plate (44) formed integrally extending from the rear end of the vertical plate (43) and pushing the clip fastening and separation bar (30) in the separation direction (reverse direction) when the lever (40) rotates downward.

[0061] Preferably, the push body (42) may be formed as a gear structure and other similar structures that can rotate together with the hinge shaft (41) when the lever (40) rotates downward and push the clip fastening and separating bar (30) in the separation direction.

[0062] At this time, a hook (45) is formed protrudingly on the upper surface of the front end of the lever (40), and a fastening projection (19) to which the hook (45) is fastened is formed on one end of the base plate (10), and when the hook (45) is fastened to the fastening projection (19), the lever (40) can be fixed by being in close contact with the bottom of the base plate (10).

[0063] Meanwhile, a cover (50) is attached to the bottom of the base plate (10) to cover the clip (20) and hinge shaft (41), etc., so that they are not visible.

[0064] To this end, a plurality of fastening bars (52) having locking holes (51) are formed protrudingly on the upper surface of the cover (50), and an insertion hole (53) into which the fastening bars (52) are inserted is formed in the base plate (10), and a locking projection (54) that is lockedly inserted into the locking holes (51) of the fastening bars (52) is formed on the outer surface of the first wall (11) and the second wall (12) formed on the base plate (10).

[0065] Accordingly, when the fastening bar (52) of the cover (50) is inserted upward through the insertion hole (53) of the base plate (10), the locking projection (54) is locked into the locking hole (53) of the inserted fastening bar (52), thereby causing the cover (50) to cover the bottom of the base plate (10) and be fixed.

[0066] Here, the assembly and removal operations of the automotive interior component mounting device according to the first embodiment of the present invention, which is configured as described above, are as follows.

[0067] Figure 4 attached is a cross-sectional view illustrating the state in which a clip of an interior component mounting device for an automobile according to one embodiment of the present invention is fastened to a body panel.

[0068] The above base plate (10) is a part that is rotatably fastened to the pivot arm of the sun visor, and by fastening the clip (20) to the assembly hole (62) formed in the body panel (60) inside the headlining (70), it can be fixed in close contact to the headlining (70), which is a part that constitutes the interior ceiling surface of the vehicle.

[0069] To do this, the base plate (10) is first attached to the headlining (70).

[0070] Next, after the operator inserts a finger or a pin tool, etc., into the operating hole (32) of the clip fastening and separating bar (30) through the lower opening (15) of the base plate (10), and then pulls the clip fastening and separating bar (30) in the forward direction (insertion direction), the clip fastening and separating bar (30) moves forward along the sliding movement passage (13) and the internal space of the clip (20).

[0071] Subsequently, when the clip fastening and separating bar (30) advances, the pressure projections (31) formed protruding on both sides of the clip fastening and separating bar (30) push the elastic fastening plate (24) of the clip (20) outward, thereby allowing the locking projection (25) of the elastic fastening plate (24) to be locked and fastened to the upper outer surface of the assembly hole (62) of the body panel (60), as shown in FIG. 4.

[0072] At this time, the position regulating projection (26) of the clip (20) is supported in close contact with the inner surface of the first wall (11) and the second wall (12), thereby regulating the distance at which the elastic fastening plate (24) spreads outward at a constant level, while simultaneously restricting the elastic fastening plate (24) from vibrating or shaking in the up, down, left, and right directions due to external force.

[0073] In this way, the base plate (10) can be simply assembled to the body panel (60) by the opening operation of the elastic fastening plate (24) of the clip (20) due to the forward movement operation of the clip fastening and separating bar (30) while the base plate (10) is in close contact with the headlining (70).

[0074] Of course, a pivot arm (not shown) of a sun visor is pivotably connected to the pivot arm assembly hole (14) formed on the other side of the base plate (10).

[0075] In addition, when the assembly of the base plate (10) to the body panel (60) is completed, the lever (40) is rotated in the closing direction so that the hook (45) is fastened to the fastening jaw (19), thereby the lever (40) is fixed in close contact with the bottom of the base plate (10).

[0076] Additionally, when the base plate (10) is fixed in close contact with the headlining (70) due to the locking connection of the clip (20) to the body panel (60), the fastening bar (52) of the cover (50) is inserted upward through the insertion hole (53) of the base plate (10), and the locking projection (54) is locked into the locking hole (53) of the inserted fastening bar (52), thereby allowing the cover (50) to cover and fix the bottom of the base plate (10).

[0077] Figure 5 attached is a cross-sectional view illustrating a state in which a clip of an interior component mounting device for an automobile according to one embodiment of the present invention is fastened to a body panel, and Figure 6 is a cross-sectional view illustrating an operation in which a bar for fastening and separating the clip is pushed in a separation direction by operating a lever of an interior component mounting device for an automobile according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0078] Referring to FIGS. 5 and 6, for maintenance and replacement of the sun visor and pivot arm, etc., the clip (20) can be automatically removed from the body panel (60) without the use of a separate tool by the reverse rotation (downward rotation) of the lever (40) and the reverse separation operation of the clip fastening and separation bar (30).

[0079] To do this, when the lever (40) is rotated downward after the cover (50) is removed, the push body (42) formed on the hinge shaft (41) of the lever (40) pushes the clip fastening and separation bar (30) in the separation direction (reverse direction).

[0080] In other words, as shown in FIG. 6, the pressure plate (44) of the push body (42), which is integrally formed on the hinge shaft (41) of the lever (40), rotates and pushes the clip fastening and separating bar (30) in the separation direction (reverse direction).

[0081] Accordingly, as the clip fastening and separating bar (30) moves in the separation direction, as shown in FIG. 6, the pressure projections (31) formed protruding on both sides of the clip fastening and separating bar (30) are released from the elastic fastening plate (24) of the clip (20), and thus separation is achieved in which the locking projection (25) of the elastic fastening plate (24) comes out of the assembly hole (62) of the body panel (60) by the elastic restoring force of the elastic fastening plate (24).

[0082] Therefore, the clip (20) can be easily removed downward from the body panel (60), and the base plate (10) can also be easily removed as the clip (20) is removed, so maintenance and replacement work such as the sun visor and pivot arm can be easily performed.

[0084] Second embodiment

[0085] Figures 7 to 9 attached are perspective views illustrating an interior component mounting device for an automobile according to another embodiment of the present invention, wherein in each figure, reference numeral 10 indicates a base plate.

[0086] The above base plate (10) is a component to which the pivot arm of the sun visor is rotatably connected, and is provided with a structure that is in close contact with the headlining, which is a component constituting the interior ceiling surface of the vehicle, and is also connected to the body panel inside the headlining using a clip.

[0087] To this end, the base plate (10) is provided with a structure in which a first wall (11) and a second wall (12) are integrally formed facing each other along the front and rear directions to partition a lower open sliding passage (13) on one side of the upper surface, and a pivot arm assembly hole (14) is formed on the other side.

[0088] Between the first wall (11) and the second wall (12), a clip (20) is positioned to support and support the lower part of the base plate (10) and to be detachably fastened to the assembly hole of the body panel.

[0089] To this end, the clip (20) is provided with a structure that supports the bottom of the base plate (10) and has an elastic fastening plate (24) formed with a catch (25) to be fastened to the assembly hole of the body panel.

[0090] More specifically, the clip (20) is configured to include a front plate (21) and a rear plate (22), and a top plate (23) integrally connected between the upper portions of the front plate (21) and the rear plate (22) as a skeletal body, and the elastic fastening plate (24) is integrally formed on each of the front plate (21) and the rear plate (22) so as to be spread outward, and a base plate support member (27) is integrally formed on the lower portions of the front plate (21) and the rear plate (22) to be bent in the front-rear direction and support the bottom of the base plate (10).

[0091] Preferably, the locking projection (25) of the elastic fastening plate (24) is formed in a structure that is bent outward so as to be inserted into the assembly hole of the body panel and locked.

[0092] Additionally, at both lower positions of the elastic fastening plate (24) of the clip (20), position regulating protrusions (26) are further formed protruding in the front and rear directions to be closely supported on the inner surfaces of the first wall (11) and the second wall (12) when the elastic fastening plate (24) spreads outward.

[0093] At this time, the position regulating projection (26) is supported in close contact with the inner surface of the first wall (11) and the second wall (12) when the elastic fastening plate (24) spreads outward, thereby regulating the distance the elastic fastening plate (24) spreads outward at a constant level, and at the same time, serving to limit the elastic fastening plate (24) from vibrating or shaking in the up, down, left, and right directions due to external force.

[0094] In addition, as can be clearly seen in FIG. 8, the base plate support portion (27) of the clip (20) passes through the lower opening (15) of the sliding passage (13) of the base plate (10) and is inserted and seated in the support groove (16) formed on the bottom surface of the base plate (10) to support the base plate (10).

[0095] At this time, as the base plate support end (27) of the clip (20) is inserted and seated in the support groove (16) of the base plate (10), contact interference with the cover (50) attached to the bottom surface of the base plate (10) can be prevented, and accordingly, the cover (50) can be easily attached to and secured to the bottom surface of the base plate (10).

[0096] Meanwhile, a lever (40) is rotatably connected to the base plate (10).

[0097] To this end, a hinge bar (46) that is rotatably connected to the base plate (10) is formed protrudingly on the upper surface of the other side of the lever (40), and a guide groove (47) is formed on the front and rear surfaces between the sliding movement passage (13) and the pivot arm assembly hole (14) of the base plate (10) so that the hinge bar (46) can be rotatably connected and connected.

[0098] Preferably, the guide groove (47) is formed to slope downward toward one side of the base plate (10).

[0099] Accordingly, when the lever (40) is rotated downward, the hinge bar (46) moves downward along the guide groove (47) of the base plate (10), thereby enabling downward rotation of the lever (40).

[0100] In particular, a clip fastening and separation bar (30) is integrally formed on the upper surface of the lever (40), which is detachably inserted into the internal space of the sliding passage (13) and the clip (20), and has a pressure projection (31) formed on the front and rear surfaces to press the elastic fastening plate (24) of the clip (20) outward.

[0101] Meanwhile, an elastic hook (48) is formed protrudingly on the upper surface of the front end of the lever (40), and a fastening projection (49) into which the elastic hook (48) is inserted and fastened is formed on one end of the base plate (10). When the elastic hook (48) is fastened to the fastening projection (49), the lever (40) can be fixed by being in close contact with the bottom of the base plate (10).

[0102] Here, the assembly and removal operations of the automotive interior component mounting device according to the second embodiment of the present invention, which is configured as described above, are as follows.

[0103] Figure 10 attached is a cross-sectional view illustrating the state in which a clip of an interior component mounting device for an automobile according to another embodiment of the present invention is fastened to a body panel.

[0104] The above base plate (10) is a part that is rotatably fastened to the pivot arm of the sun visor, and by fastening the clip (20) to the assembly hole (62) formed in the body panel (60) inside the headlining (70), it can be fixed in close contact to the headlining (70), which is a part that constitutes the interior ceiling surface of the vehicle.

[0105] To do this, the base plate (10) is first attached to the headlining (70).

[0106] Next, the operator rotates the lever (40) upward from the open position to close it.

[0107] At this time, when the lever (40) is rotated upward, the hinge bar (46) moves upward along the guide groove (47) of the base plate (10), thereby enabling upward rotation of the lever (40).

[0108] In particular, when the lever (40) is rotated upward, the clip fastening and separating bar (30) integrally formed on the upper surface of the lever (40) enters the sliding passage (13) of the base plate (10) and the internal space of the clip (20), and at the same time, the pressure projection (31) of the clip fastening and separating bar (30) pushes the elastic fastening plate (24) of the clip (20) outward, so that as shown in FIG. 10, the locking projection (25) of the elastic fastening plate (24) can be locked and fastened to the upper outer circumference of the assembly hole (62) of the body panel (60).

[0109] At this time, the position regulating projection (26) of the clip (20) is supported in close contact with the inner surface of the first wall (11) and the second wall (12), thereby regulating the distance at which the elastic fastening plate (24) spreads outward at a constant level, while simultaneously restricting the elastic fastening plate (24) from vibrating or shaking in the up, down, left, and right directions due to external force.

[0110] In this way, by simply rotating the lever (40) upward, the pressure projection (31) of the clip fastening and separating bar (30) formed on the lever (40) pushes the elastic fastening plate (24) of the clip (20) outward, thereby locking the locking projection (25) of the elastic fastening plate (24) to the upper outer circumference of the assembly hole (62) of the body panel (60) and easily fastening it, so that the base plate (10) can be fixed in close contact with the headlining (70).

[0111] Of course, a pivot arm (not shown) of a sun visor is pivotably connected to the pivot arm assembly hole (14) formed on the other side of the base plate (10).

[0112] At this time, when the lever (40) is fully rotated in the closing direction, the hook (45) is fastened to the fastening jaw (19), thereby allowing the lever (40) to be fixed in close contact with the bottom of the base plate (10).

[0113] FIG. 11 attached is a cross-sectional view illustrating a state in which a clip of an interior component mounting device for an automobile according to another embodiment of the present invention is fastened to a body panel, and FIG. 12 is a cross-sectional view illustrating an operation in which a bar for fastening and separating the clip is pushed in a separation direction by operating a lever of an interior component mounting device for an automobile according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0114] Referring to FIGS. 11 and 12, for maintenance and replacement of the sun visor and pivot arm, etc., the clip (20) can be automatically removed from the body panel (60) without the use of a separate tool by the reverse rotation (downward rotation) of the lever (40) and the separation operation of the clip fastening and separation bar (30).

[0115] To this end, when the lever (40) is rotated downward, the hinge bar (46) moves downward along the guide groove (47) of the base plate (10), and together with this, the clip fastening and separating bar (30) integrally formed on the upper surface of the lever (40) as shown in FIG. 12 comes out of the sliding passage (13) of the base plate (10) and the internal space of the clip (20).

[0116] Subsequently, as the pressure projection (31) of the clip fastening and separating bar (30) is released from the elastic fastening plate (24) of the clip (20), the pressure of the pressure projection (31) is released, and the locking projection (25) of the elastic fastening plate (24) is separated from the assembly hole (62) of the body panel (60) by the elastic restoring force of the elastic fastening plate (24).

[0117] Therefore, the clip (20) can be easily removed downward from the body panel (60), and the base plate (10) can also be easily removed as the clip (20) is removed, so maintenance and replacement work such as the sun visor and pivot arm can be easily performed.

[0118] As such, although the internal component mounting device of the present invention has been described for mounting a sun visor pivot arm, it should be noted that it may also be utilized for mounting other internal components (handles, clothes hangers, etc.) in addition to the sun visor pivot arm.

[0119] Although the present invention has been described in detail for each embodiment above, the scope of the present invention is not limited to each of the embodiments described above, and various modifications and improvements by those skilled in the art using the basic concept of the present invention as defined in the following claims are also included within the scope of the present invention.
