Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a non-temporary storage medium and a management method for review NFTs executed in e-commerce. More specifically, the invention relates to a technology that enables the identification of a product and its consumer evaluations by utilizing the characteristics of an NFT that allow for proof of originality and verification from the issuer to the current owner, and enables consumers to participate in the value creation process through review NFTs by linking a sales platform with review NFTs generated by consumers. Background Technology

[0002] Recently, Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) have been gaining attention as they can prove transactions regarding ownership on internet-connected networks. Although NFTs utilize blockchain technology, unlike existing virtual assets, they are characterized by the fact that they are non-exchangeable because they assign a separate, unique identification value to the digital asset. Since NFTs are based on blockchain, all relevant information, such as ownership and sales history, is stored on the blockchain; consequently, authenticity can be proven, and data integrity can be ensured as it is impossible to falsify or alter owner information and transaction history.

[0003] However, given that Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) are utilized primarily to prove original ownership of digital content, they are currently being used only at a low technical level. Consequently, there is a need for the development of technologies that enable the active use of NFTs in various transaction situations.

[0004] Consignment trading through existing e-commerce platforms has connected sellers and consumers via dedicated platforms. In this process, consumer review data plays a crucial role as a criterion for consumers to decide whether to purchase products or services traded on the platform. Currently, to ensure high-quality review data, platform operators or sellers typically pay a fee for consumers to write reviews. Moving beyond this, there is a need to develop NFT technology that allows consumers to receive contribution benefits from future transactions generated through the writing of reviews. The problem to be solved

[0005] The present invention aims to provide a non-temporary storage medium and a management method for review NFTs executed in e-commerce. More specifically, it aims to provide a technology that enables the identification of a product and its consumer evaluations by utilizing the characteristics of NFTs that allow for proof of originality and verification from the issuer to the current owner, and enables consumers to participate in the value creation process through review NFTs by linking consumer-generated review NFTs with a sales platform. means of solving the problem

[0006] A method for managing a review NFT (Non-Fungible Token) performed by a computing device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: receiving a search request for a good or service subject to transaction via a social network on a platform server; loading a review NFT for the good subject to transaction on a platform server; loading an order system connected to the review NFT on a platform server; verifying and tracking the information of the owner of the review NFT when a purchase request is received through the loaded order system on a platform server; providing a reward to the owner of the review NFT on a platform server; creating a new review NFT for the good or service subject to transaction purchased by a user; and issuing the review NFT on a blockchain network.

[0007] The step of creating the above-mentioned review NFT is,

[0008] The purchase decision stage for the goods or services subject to transaction may include a step of generating a prior review NFT.

[0009] The aforementioned prior art review NFT may include physical attribute data and benefit data of the goods or services subject to transaction.

[0010] The step of creating the above-mentioned review NFT is,

[0011] It may include a step of creating a central review NFT after the purchase of the goods subject to the transaction is completed.

[0012] The above-mentioned central review NFT may include characteristic data regarding the goods or services subject to transaction.

[0013] It may include a step of creating a subsequent review NFT after an additional transaction for the same goods or services is made following the completion of a transaction for the same goods or services.

[0014] The above subsequent review NFT may include consumption and price data.

[0015] The step of creating the above-mentioned review NFT is,

[0016] A step of separately creating a preceding review NFT, a central review NFT, and a subsequent review NFT depending on the creation time of the review NFT,

[0017] It may include a step of connecting multiple newly created NFTs to a sidechain.

[0018] It may further include a step of determining whether the user has canceled the purchase, and if the user has canceled the purchase, blocking the connection between the review NFT and the platform server.

[0019] If the user repurchases the same goods or services after cancellation, it may additionally include a step to re-establish the connection between the review NFT and the platform server.

[0020] A non-transient storage medium for storing program code according to one embodiment of the present invention, wherein the program code is executed by a hardware processor, and the program code is executed to enable the creation and updating of a Non-Fungible Token (NFT) containing review data in e-commerce performed on a blockchain network.

[0021] The above program code, through the above hardware processor,

[0022] In the purchase decision step for a first product sold at a first seller node at a first consumer node, execution is performed to generate a prior review NFT containing review data for said first product, and

[0023] After the purchase of the first product sold at the first seller node is completed at the first consumer node, it is executed to create a central review NFT containing review data for the first product, and

[0024] When a repurchase of the first product sold at the first seller node is made at the first consumer node, execution is performed to generate a subsequent review NFT containing review data for the first product, and

[0025] When a purchase of the first product is made by accessing at least one of the aforementioned prior review NFT, central review NFT, or subsequent review NFT from a second consumer node, it is executed to provide a pre-set reward to the owner of the at least one NFT.

[0027] The above preceding review NFT, central review NFT, and subsequent review NFT can be executed to be connected as a sidechain.

[0028] The aforementioned prior art NFT includes physical attribute data and benefit data of the goods or services subject to transaction, and

[0029] The above-mentioned central review NFT includes characteristic data regarding the goods or services subject to transaction, and

[0030] The above subsequent review NFT may include consumption and price data.

[0031] The above program code, through the above hardware processor,

[0032] The above second consumer node may be executed to generate a separate review NFT for the first product and propagate it to the blockchain network. Effects of the invention

[0033] In this invention, blockchain and NFTs are introduced into consignment trading in e-commerce, and in particular, active compensation for consumer review NFTs is made possible by linking consumer-created review NFTs with a platform server.

[0034] When a user verifies a consumer review NFT through a platform server and decides to make a transaction based on that review NFT, the owner of the review NFT is tracked and rewarded, thereby enabling the consumer to contribute as a participant in future transaction activities through the creation of review NFTs and providing motivation to create high-quality reviews. Furthermore, as the consumer participating in the subsequent transaction also becomes a creator of the review NFT, it is possible to move away from the existing system where central management was handled by platform administrators and instead allow the seller and consumer—the subjects of the transaction—to create review NFTs and generate value through them. [0036] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention are described in detail with reference to the attached drawings so that those skilled in the art can easily implement the present invention. The present invention may be embodied in various different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein.

[0037] The present invention aims to provide a non-transient storage medium and a method for managing NFTs that perform consignment trading based on consumer reviews using NFTs, without the need for an intermediate e-commerce platform. When a user verifies a consumer review NFT through a platform server and decides to trade based on the review NFT, the present invention tracks the owner of the review NFT and ensures that a reward is returned to the owner, thereby allowing the consumer to contribute as a participant in future trading activities through the creation of review NFTs and to be motivated to create high-quality reviews.

[0038] In this specification, a Non-Fungible Token (NFT) refers to a scarce digital asset. Since NFTs are based on blockchain, all relevant information, such as ownership and sales history, is stored on the blockchain; consequently, authenticity can be proven, and data integrity can be ensured as it is impossible to falsify or alter information such as owner information and transaction history.

[0039] Because the metadata and information of digital assets are distributed and stored across participating nodes via a blockchain network, tampering and forgery are impossible, and all transaction history from the initial issuer to the current owner can be traced.

[0040] In the present invention, the review NFT is generated directly by the consumer, and is intended to induce the consumer not only to consume the product but also to directly participate in sales based on information generated after consumption. To analyze and predict consumers, the present invention can be embodied based on the following consumer behavior theory.

[0041] The basic model of consumer behavior can be concretized by stimuli (input), responses (output), and the parameters connecting them.

[0042] The stimulus model of consumer behavior can be divided into four core items—product, price, channel, and promotion—and other stimulus elements, including economic, technological, policy, and cultural factors. The output can correspond to consumer responses such as product selection, brand selection, timing of purchase, and price. The parameters relate to the consumer's purchase decision-making process and correspond to the consumer black box, where decisions are made based on consumer characteristics.

[0043] The consumer's product purchase decision-making process is determined by i) problem recognition, ii) information search, iii) attitude formation through alternative evaluation, iv) purchase, v) post-purchase evaluation, and vi) satisfaction / dissatisfaction. Memory information regarding satisfaction or dissatisfaction acts as an internal factor in information search. In addition, other exposed information can act as an external factor in information search.

[0044] However, in the purchasing decision-making process, iii) attitude formation regarding alternative evaluation applies only when the goods or services being traded are high-involvement products, and attitude formation may not apply when they are low-involvement products.

[0045] Consumer purchase alternative evaluation models can be based on the Fishbein Multi-Attribute Attitude Model and Fishbein’s Rational Behavior Theory.

[0046] The Fishbein Multi-attribute Attitude Model is described by the following mathematical formula.

[0047]

[0048] People's attitude toward an object consists of beliefs about the object's various attributes and intrinsic evaluations related to those attributes.

[0049] Beliefs about attributes refer to the information and opinions consumers hold regarding product attributes, and are personal thoughts about those attributes.

[0050] The evaluation of attributes indicates how much each attribute contributes to satisfying consumers' needs, and the evaluation of each product attribute plays a role in the importance (evaluation value) of the attribute in the formation of overall attitudes.

[0051] This Fishbein theory can be extended into the Ideal Behavior Theory. In the extended Fishbein theory, the personal factor (A0) influencing purchase behavioral intention is not the "attitude toward the object" but the "attitude toward the behavior related to the object." In the extended Fishbein model above, an individual's attitude consists of a belief (bi) about the outcome that can be obtained from the behavior and an evaluation (ei) of the outcome.

[0052] Total utility represents the total amount of subjective satisfaction that can be obtained by consuming a good. (Total Utility = Σ Marginal Utility)

[0053] Marginal Utility (MU) refers to the additional satisfaction gained when the consumption of a good increases by one unit, representing the increase in total utility.

[0054] When the consumption of a good exceeds a certain unit, marginal utility decreases; this is called the law of diminishing marginal utility. Marginal utility theory assumes that the law of diminishing marginal utility is a general phenomenon.

[0055] The following mathematical formula describes the law of marginal utility equilibrium per 1 won of money and corresponds to the equilibrium condition.

[0056]

[0057] In a state of equilibrium If it falls Since the utility of 1 won worth of good X is greater than the utility of 1 won worth of good Y, consumers can increase their purchase of good X and decrease their purchase of good Y.

[0058] As such, when consumers purchase goods, they will only buy goods that provide greater satisfaction than the amount they pay, so exchange through the market brings benefits to consumers, and the benefit obtained by consumers through market transactions is called consumer surplus.

[0059] This consumer surplus is defined in this specification as 'the difference between the maximum amount a consumer is willing to pay to purchase a good and the actual amount paid.'

[0060] Therefore, from the perspective of consumer surplus theory, a user writing an NFT review after purchasing goods or services will be expressed as a positive value for gains and a negative value for losses in terms of consumer surplus. Additionally, for third-party consumers, this information can be evaluated as an equilibrium sum.

[0061] Variables that determine the size of the final consumer surplus include consumption volume and the slope of the price-demand curve. In particular, consumption volume and price are representative variables suitable for explaining the user's consumer surplus, and in this specification, these variables are included as data for additional review NFTs.

[0062] Importance by attribute (ei) Evaluation (bi) for each trademark NFT #101 Red Dress NFT #201 White Dress Economic feasibility(i) 40 3 8 Style(i) 60 5 5 Evaluation score (attitude score) 420 620

[0063] Table 1 above illustrates an example of how consumers evaluate physical attributes when evaluating purchase alternatives during the consumer's purchase decision-making process. Users may evaluate physical attributes of a product, such as color (red and white), and even if the evaluation values for style are similar, if there is an evaluation value such as the existence of a promotion for the white product, they may rate the economic value of the white product highly.

[0064] Furthermore, when consumers evaluate benefits, it refers to making diverse decisions based not only on the physical attributes of a product but also on consumer trends, usage locations, and other factors.

[0065] For example, while white is economically advantageous, it may be possible to make a benefit assessment, such as choosing red regardless of price for a high-attention look, in order to purchase it for a gathering due to the nature of the dress.

[0066] Subsequently, an evaluation of the actual goods and services can be made after the purchase is completed based on that judgment. For example, when actually purchasing a red dress, it can be determined that the color is a deeper shade of red and the material is luxurious.

[0067] Ultimately, the judgment regarding consumer surplus may include positive or negative evaluations of goods and services, such as reviews from users who have purchased products.

[0068] These consumer evaluations are based on Fishbein's multi-attribute model and ideal behavior theory, and the consumer's purchasing decision-making and attitude determination processes are broadly divided into 1) attitudes toward an object based on physical attributes and 2) attitudes toward behaviors related to the object. This distinction can also be interpreted as being divided into objectivity and subjectivity.

[0069] In the present invention, the concept of evaluation (or review) that is the subject of the review NFT is divided into 1) an attitude toward the subject based on physical attributes and 2) an attitude toward behavior related to the subject, and may include different types of data depending on the time of creation of the NFT.

[0070] The configuration of the present invention will be specifically examined and described below through the drawings.

[0071] FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a subject in which a method for managing a review NFT, performed by a computing device according to the present disclosure, is performed. Referring to FIG. 1, the review NFT system (100) may include a blockchain network (110), a social network (120), and a platform server (130).

[0072] The review NFT system (100) can provide an environment that automatically connects program code with appropriate software and hardware execution environments required for the execution of said program code. That is, when the requirements for hardware on which the program code requested by the user can be executed are established, the review NFT system (100) can search for the optimal computer that satisfies the requirements among the computers registered as nodes of the platform server system (130) and / or the blockchain network system (110) and connect it to said program code. The procedure of connecting the program code to a node on the blockchain network system (110) in this way can be referred to as the "linking procedure," and the blockchain network system (110) that provides such an environment can be referred to as the "linking cloud." In addition, since the program code existing in a containerized form can be downloaded to the corresponding computer and executed immediately, the user can easily receive the execution results.

[0073] A social network (120) may refer to a public network that a user can generally access via a communication network, such as the internet, for easy access to goods and services subject to trading. A user can find information about goods and services subject to trading that is publicly available through the social network (120), and if the user wishes to trade the goods and services subject to trading, the review NFT system (100) can load an order system that allows the user to trade the goods and services subject to trading through the platform server (130), and if the user wishes to check the review NFT for goods and services subject to trading of interest, the review NFT information can be checked on the blockchain network (110).

[0074] A review NFT can consist of NFT metadata and an NFT smart contract.

[0075] The above NFT metadata may store ownership information of review data of goods subject to consignment trading, object information related to the characteristics of review data of goods or services subject to consignment trading, and URI information linked to program code including worker node address information capable of executing review data of goods or services subject to consignment trading.

[0076] Meanwhile, the NFT media data linked to the above NFT metadata may be code data of review data of goods or services subject to consignment trading or preprocessed data for artificial intelligence learning, and this may be data stored in an external storage or IPFS.

[0077] The above NFT smart contract may be characterized by receiving a transaction containing the above NFT metadata information and issuing (minting) a review data NFT of the goods or services subject to consignment trading corresponding thereto.

[0078] Meanwhile, when the transaction of an NFT issued on the above NFT smart contract is finally verified by a blockchain consensus node, it can serve as a permanent identifier linked to a blockchain network address.

[0079] The platform server (130) may include the discovery of a node equipped with an execution environment for executing program code on the blockchain network (110) and the entire configuration that enables program code to be executed on that node, and is not limited to specific examples.

[0080] FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating an example of a transaction of major nodes performing e-commerce on a blockchain network in which program code according to one embodiment of the present disclosure is executed. FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating the nodes according to FIG. 2 in more detail.

[0081] Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, a plurality of nodes (111, 112, 114) and NFTs (113) on a blockchain network (110) are illustrated as examples.

[0082] A seller node (111) can sell goods or services that are the subject of a transaction. A first consumer node (112) can create a central review NFT (113) after purchasing goods or services that are the subject of a transaction. The created central review NFT (113) is issued to a blockchain network (110), and a third consumer (114) can check information about goods or services that are being sold by the seller node (111) through the central review NFT (113). When the third consumer (114) wishes to purchase a product from the seller node (111) based on the central review NFT (113), a platform server (130 in FIG. 1) loads an order system to enable the third consumer (114) to trade goods or services that are the subject of a transaction. When the third consumer (114) completes a transaction through the order system, the platform server (130 in FIG. 1) provides a pre-set reward to the first consumer, who is the owner of the central review NFT (113).

[0083] The central review NFT (113) connects review data and consumers using blockchain technology, thereby enabling the purchase of goods through NFTs rather than through a centralized platform. The platform server (130 in FIG. 1) in the present invention corresponds to a server that implements the function of enabling consignment trading through NFTs, and does not mean a centralized platform, etc.

[0084] Referring to FIG. 3, the blockchain network (110) connects a seller (111), a consumer (112), an NFT (1130), and a third consumer (114), and further facilitates the creation of an NFT by the third consumer (114), so that each node of the blockchain can perform the role of a platform rather than a centralized platform. Purchase losses incurred through NFTs can be offset by each consumer being able to secure profits through the creation of NFTs.

[0085] FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating an example of a transaction of major nodes (211, 212, 213, 214, 215, 216) performing e-commerce on a blockchain network (210) in which program code according to another embodiment of the present disclosure is executed. Referring to FIG. 4, as in FIG. 3, goods or services subject to transaction are sold from a seller node (211) to a consumer node (213), and review NFTs (212, 214, 216), etc. are generated accordingly. The difference from FIG. 3 is that in FIG. 3, only a central review NFT (113 in FIG. 3) is generated, but in FIG. 4, depending on the time of generation of the review NFT, a preceding review NFT (212), a central review NFT (214), and a subsequent review NFT (216) can be generated separately.

[0086] The prior review NFT (212) is an NFT created during the purchase decision stage for the goods or services subject to transaction, and may include physical attribute data and benefit data of the goods or services subject to transaction. Since the meaning of the physical attribute data and benefit data has already been described above, redundant content is omitted.

[0087] The central review NFT (214) is an NFT created after the purchase of the goods or services subject to trade is completed, and may include characteristic data regarding the goods or services subject to trade. Since the meaning has already been described above, redundant content is omitted.

[0088] The subsequent review NFT (216) is an NFT created after an additional transaction for the same goods has been made, and is characterized by including consumption and price data. Since the meaning has already been described above, redundant content is omitted.

[0089] In this case, since multiple NFTs are generated for the same goods or services, there is a problem where confusion is caused as the NFTs are dispersed when a third consumer (215) wants to access the product. Therefore, efficient management of NFTs is possible by connecting the preceding review NFT (212), the central review NFT (214), and the subsequent review NFT (216) to a side chain.

[0090] FIG. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a method for managing a review NFT performed by a computing device according to one embodiment. Referring to FIG. 5, the management method may include the steps of: a user searching for goods or services to be traded on a social network (S110); loading a review NFT for the searched goods or services (S120); loading an order system connected to the review NFT through a platform server (S130); tracking the owner of the review NFT when a purchase is decided through the order system (S140); providing a reward to the owner of the review NFT (S150); and the user creating a review NFT and issuing the new NFT on a blockchain network (S160).

[0091] Step S110 is a step of searching for relevant information through a social network and receiving the search results so that consumers can easily search for goods or services subject to transaction. While many existing centralized platforms include product search, advertising, and product trading functions internally, the e-commerce method using review NFTs according to the present invention utilizes a public general network, such as a social network, for the product search function instead of going through a centralized platform.

[0092] In step S120, a review NFT for a good or service searched by a consumer is loaded onto a blockchain network, and the user can verify the utility-benefit of the consumer's consumption experience through the review data included in the review NFT.

[0093] Step S130 allows a consumer to purchase a product by loading an order system connected to the review NFT through the platform server, rather than purchasing directly from the platform itself like a centralized platform, when the consumer is satisfied with the review NFT and wishes to purchase the product.

[0094] Step S140 tracks the owner of the review NFT, and Step S150 can provide a pre-set reward to the owner (consumer). Through these steps, the consumer becomes not merely a consumer but participates in a trading process that bypasses a centralized platform, and can also become a member capable of earning additional revenue as a creator of the review NFT.

[0095] Step S160 may be a step of creating a review NFT and issuing it to a blockchain network in the case where a consumer who has purchased a product wishes to create a new review NFT rather than simply stopping at consumption.

[0096] FIG. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a method for managing review NFTs performed by a computing device according to another embodiment. Referring to FIG. 6, the management method may include the step of a user creating a preceding review NFT during a purchase decision stage (S210), the step of a user creating a central review NFT after purchase (S220), the step of connecting the preceding review NFT and the central review NFT created by the user in the same product or service to a side chain (S230), the step of a user creating a subsequent review NFT after additional consumption (S240), and the step of connecting the preceding review NFT, the central review NFT, and the subsequent review NFT created by the user in the same product or service to a side chain (S250).

[0097] FIG. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a method for managing a review NFT performed by a computing device according to another embodiment. Referring to FIG. 7, the method includes the steps of: creating a review NFT after a user purchases it (S310); determining whether the user cancels the purchase (S320); blocking the connection between the review NFT and the platform server if the purchase is canceled (S330); determining whether the user repurchases the same goods or services (S340); rebuilding the connection between the review NFT and the platform server if the purchase is repurchased (S350); and creating a new NFT and establishing a sidechain between the existing review NFT and the new NFT (S360).

[0098] Step S320 is a step for determining whether a situation has occurred where a user created a review NFT after purchasing a product in the previous step, but subsequently canceled the purchase and returned the product. If a person who did not ultimately purchase the product issues a review NFT, separate management is required for such behavior, as this could undermine the reliability of the review data by failing to pay fair compensation solely for the purpose of securing profit through the review NFT.

[0099] Step S330 may prohibit the consumer who created the review NFT from obtaining rewards by disclosing the review NFT externally or linking it with an order system by blocking the connection between the review NFT and the platform server when cancellation is confirmed. However, the review NFT itself is not deleted or erased at this step.

[0100] Step S340 can determine whether the user repurchases the goods and services for which the review NFT was created. In the case of a purchase, there may be instances where the purchase is canceled and repurchased due to unavoidable circumstances, or it may simply be a change of mind by the consumer.

[0101] Step S350 allows for the reconstruction of the connection to reuse the previously created review NFT when a repurchase is confirmed. As mentioned above, since there may be various reasons for the cancellation and repurchase of a purchase, discarding the previously created review NFT in such cases would be detrimental to both the seller and the consumer; therefore, reuse is easily possible by reconstructing the connection of the previously created review NFT.

[0102] Step S360, if a consumer creates an additional new review NFT, can issue the new review NFT and build a sidechain between NFTs for efficient management.

[0103] FIG. 8 is a flowchart illustrating a method for managing a review NFT performed by a computing device according to another embodiment. Referring to FIG. 8, the method may include the step of a user creating a prior review NFT containing physical attribute data and benefit data of a product during the purchase decision stage (S410), the step of a user creating a central review NFT containing characteristic data of a product or good after purchase (S420), and the step of a user creating a subsequent review NFT after additional consumption, wherein the subsequent review NFT contains consumption amount and price data (S430).

[0104] When the step of generating such an NFT (S410, 420, 430) reflects Fishbein theory and ideal behavior theory as described above, by including specific data regarding 1) attitudes toward an object based on physical attributes and 2) attitudes toward behaviors related to the object at the time of NFT generation, it is possible to identify key variables regarding utility-benefit when consumers purchase and review goods on the blockchain and to manage and control the review NFT efficiently according to the equilibrium-matching model. However, such data management of the review NFT is merely an example and is not limited thereto.

[0105] The method, operation, technique, etc. of the present disclosure is a non-transient storage medium for storing program code, said program code is executed by a hardware processor, said program code is executed to enable the creation and updating of a Non-Fungible Token (NFT) containing review data in e-commerce performed on a blockchain network, and

[0106] The above program code, through the above hardware processor,

[0107] In the purchase decision step for a first product sold at a first seller node at a first consumer node, execution is performed to generate a prior review NFT containing review data for said first product, and

[0108] After the purchase of the first product sold at the first seller node is completed at the first consumer node, it is executed to create a central review NFT containing review data for the first product, and

[0109] When a repurchase of the first product sold at the first seller node is made at the first consumer node, execution is performed to generate a subsequent review NFT containing review data for the first product, and

[0110] When a purchase of the first product is made by accessing at least one of the preceding review NFT, the central review NFT, or the subsequent review NFT from a second consumer node, it may be executed to provide a pre-set reward to the owner of the at least one NFT.
