The invention relates to a generator that drives a diesel engine to generate power, and is a hydrogen-mixed generator system that improves combustion efficiency by mixing hydrogen and oxygen with air supplied to the diesel engine, comprising: a hydrogen generation unit that generates hydrogen (H2) and oxygen (O2) through water electrolysis; a hydrogen storage unit and an oxygen storage unit that respectively store the hydrogen and oxygen generated from the hydrogen generation unit; The apparatus comprises: a sensor unit that measures in real time the concentrations of nitrogen oxides (NOx), particulate matter (PM), and oxygen (O2) contained in the exhaust gas of the diesel engine, the exhaust gas temperature, the flow rate of fuel supplied to the diesel engine, the output load rate of the generator, the conductivity of the electrolyte of the hydrogen generator, and the electrode surface resistance of the hydrogen generator; and a physical AI control unit that automatically adjusts the supply amounts of hydrogen and oxygen in real time in a direction that minimizes an objective function by combining a physical reaction model of the diesel engine and actual measurement data based on sensor data collected from the sensor unit; wherein the physical AI control unit controls the current and hydrogen mixing rate of the hydrogen generator in real time at regular time intervals to minimize the objective function, and performs a self-correction function that automatically adjusts the current and hydrogen mixing rate in a direction in which the value of the objective function decreases.
