Abstract
The present invention relates to an automatic ribbing manufacturing device capable of automatically manufacturing a tubular ribbing fixed to a sleeve. The automatic ribbing manufacturing device according to the present invention comprises a folding means (20) for folding a long strip-shaped fabric (1) supplied from one side in the width direction, a sewing machine (30) provided in front of the folding means (20) for sewing the fabric (1) folded by the folding means (20), and a cutting machine (40) for cutting the fabric (1) sewn through the sewing machine (30) into a predetermined length. The folding means (20) is composed of an inner guide (21), an outer guide (22), and an upper guide (24). The fabric (1) passing through the upper guide (24) is inserted into the gap (23) between the inner guide (21) and the outer guide (22), and is folded so that both ends in the width direction meet due to the shape of the inner guide (21) and the outer guide (22), then discharged downward, and supplied to the sewing machine (30) and the cutting machine (40) for sewing and cutting. Shibori is manufactured. Therefore, by automating the process of folding, stitching, and cutting the fabric (1), work efficiency is increased and the quality of the finished ribbing is maintained consistently.
