Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a firefighting device for the initial suppression of a building fire, and more specifically, to a firefighting device for the initial suppression of a building fire that allows a water supply pipe to penetrate into the interior of a fire extinguishing box formed on the ceiling and side wall of each space partitioned by a wall inside the building, and allows a sprinkler guide pipe and a sprinkler to move sequentially by the supply pressure of firefighting water flowing through a water supply shut-off valve that operates when a fire occurs, thereby separating a cover connected to cover one open side of the fire extinguishing box from the fire extinguishing box, and simultaneously spraying firefighting water through a sprinkler that is provided to extend further than the sprinkler guide pipe, so as to suppress the fire at an early stage. Background Technology
[0003] Generally, fire hydrants installed indoors are installed on the outer walls of each floor of a building to notify people inside the building of a fire when a fire occurs, and contain a fire hose that can spray water to the point where the fire started inside the fire indicator and suppression box.
[0004] Since fire hydrants cannot automatically notify of a fire, there is a problem in that people inside the building where the fire occurred are unable to recognize the fire as quickly as possible.
[0005] In other words, the fire hydrant activates fire alarms, such as emergency bells and alarms, only when the fire notification button is pressed by a user, thereby notifying people inside the building that a fire has occurred.
[0006] Since fire hydrants are used to manually notify of a fire, not only is rapid evacuation not possible, but fire alarms can only be used to report the fire to government agencies responsible for fire suppression and post-fire handling, such as fire departments, which prevents rapid fire suppression and post-fire handling.
[0007] In addition, fire hydrants that receive power from an external source operate using an emergency power battery when the external power supply is cut off due to an emergency situation such as a fire. However, the emergency power battery is a 12V battery, and since the capacity for each operation is small, it is difficult to normally execute operations related to fire suppression.
[0008] In the initial fire suppression device for buildings disclosed in Registered Patent No. 2346594 (December 29, 2021), a configuration was proposed in which, upon the occurrence of a fire, the location information of the fire is immediately verified, a breaking part is moved to the verified fire location to break the glass, and then firefighting water is immediately sprayed to the fire location.
[0009] In other words, when the location of a fire is detected by fire detectors, a breaking part installed on a fixed bar at the end of a rope equipped to be wound or unwound by a winder is moved to the location of the fire, and the glass is broken by this breaking part, and fire extinguishing water is sprayed to the location of the fire by a fire extinguishing water supply unit provided on the roof.
[0010] However, in the aforementioned conventional technology, since the rope and supply tube unwound from the winder are supplied from the rooftop, if the fire spreads to a height higher than the unwound height of the rope and supply tube, the rope and supply tube are affected by the fire, and the fire-damaging part and fire extinguishing water supply unit are formed in only one place, so there is a problem that the range in which the fire can be extinguished is extremely narrow. Prior art literature
[0012] (Reference 1) Registered Patent No. 2346594 (December 29, 2021) The problem to be solved
[0013] Accordingly, the present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems and provides a firefighting device for the initial suppression of a building fire, wherein a sprinkler is installed to be able to move in and out from inside a fire extinguishing box formed at a predetermined depth on the ceiling or side wall of a building, and in the event of a fire, the sprinkler is automatically withdrawn from the fire extinguishing box upon a signal detected by a fire detection means, and firefighting water is sprayed from the withdrawn sprinkler to the location of the fire to suppress the fire at an early stage and prevent the spread of fire. means of solving the problem
[0015] A firefighting device for the initial suppression of a building fire according to the present invention for achieving the above-mentioned purpose comprises: a fire extinguishing box formed at a predetermined depth on the ceiling or side wall surface of each space inside the building, with an open end installed such that it can be opened and closed by a cover toward the interior; a water supply pipe disposed to pass through the interior of the fire extinguishing box and allowing tap water to flow; a fire detection means comprising a heat detection sensor provided to detect flames in the space where the fire extinguishing box is installed and a camera for detecting the size of the generated flame; a water supply shut-off valve connected to the end formed toward the cover of a T-shaped connecting pipe connected to the water supply pipe, which causes tap water flowing through the water supply pipe to flow in response to a fire signal detected by the fire detection means to supply it as firefighting water; a controller provided inside each fire extinguishing box to check the fire signal detected through the fire detection means and control whether the water supply shut-off valve operates; and a tubular fixed pipe having one end fixed to the water supply shut-off valve and the other end formed to a length reaching to the cover. It comprises: a sprinkler guide tube that is elastically supported by a first spring inside the fixed pipe, with one end adhering to the water supply shut-off valve, and in the event of an emergency caused by a fire, moves toward the cover side by the supply pressure of firefighting water flowing in through the water supply shut-off valve, so that the other end strikes the cover and is simultaneously separated from the fire extinguisher box, thereby extending a predetermined length into the interior space of the building; and a sprinkler inserted into the interior of the sprinkler guide tube, elastically supported by a second spring, which is extended into the fire-affected space by the supply pressure of firefighting water flowing in through the sprinkler guide tube, and which allows firefighting water to be sprayed radially through a plurality of spray holes formed at the extended end.
[0016] A plurality of spray holes formed in the sprinkler are formed in a straight direction up to the end side where they are sprayed, and at the end of each spray hole, an expansion hole with a diameter larger than that of the spray hole is formed radially, and a high-pressure spray hole with a fine diameter is formed radially in this expansion hole.
[0017] The second spring elastically supporting the sprinkler is formed to have greater compressive elasticity than the first spring elastically supporting the sprinkler guide tube, so that the sprinkler guide tube moves first due to the inflow pressure of firefighting water flowing in through the water supply shut-off valve, and the sprinkler moves sequentially.
[0018] The front end of the cover side of the sprinkler guide tube is formed to protrude more than the front end of the sprinkler.
[0019] The cover-side end of the sprinkler guide tube is configured so that the cross-section forms an outer or inner tip, thereby making line contact with the cover. Effects of the invention
[0021] As described above, in the event of a fire, the firefighting device for initial fire suppression of a building according to the present invention allows tap water passing through the water supply pipe to pass through the water supply shut-off valve simply by operating the water supply shut-off valve, thereby causing the sprinkler guide pipe and the sprinkler to move sequentially by water pressure, separating the cover that closes the fire extinguishing box from the fire extinguishing box, and simultaneously spraying firefighting water through the sprinkler, so that the fire can be suppressed at an early stage. Specific details for implementing the invention
[0024] Below, embodiments of the present invention are described in detail with reference to the attached drawings so that those skilled in the art can easily implement the invention.
[0025] The scope of the present invention shall not be interpreted as being limited by the embodiments described in the text.
[0026] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the description of the embodiments, the same reference numerals are assigned to identical components, and in some cases, the description of the same reference numerals is omitted.
[0027] FIG. 1 is a plan cross-sectional view illustrating an initial fire suppression device for a building according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of a key part of an initial fire suppression device for a building according to the present invention.
[0028] As illustrated, the present invention is configured to include a fire extinguisher (10), a water supply pipe (20), a fire detection means (30), a water supply control valve (40), a controller (50), a fixed pipe (60), a sprinkler guide pipe, and a sprinkler (80).
[0029] The fire extinguisher box (10) of the present invention is configured to be in the shape of a box formed to a predetermined depth on the ceiling or side wall surface of each space formed to separate the spaces through the side wall inside the building, and a cover (11) is installed at the end of the fire extinguisher box (10) that is open to the interior so as to be openable to the interior.
[0030] The cover (11) is designed to seal one end of the fire extinguisher (10), and the cover (11) is made to be flat with the wall of the building and is joined to the outer surface of the fire extinguisher (10) by an adhesive sheet, so that it is formed into a combined structure that is detached into the building only when a certain amount of impact or pressure is applied to the cover (11) from the inside.
[0031] That is, the fire extinguisher box (10) of the present invention is configured to be formed in a box shape that is embedded in the ceiling or side wall of the building, and the fire extinguisher box (10) is opened toward the inside of the building, and the open end is closed by a cover (11).
[0032] To this end, the outer surface end of the cover (11) and the outer surface of the fire extinguisher (10) to which the cover (11) contacts are formed to be inclined so that the diameter gradually narrows from the outside to the inside.
[0033] However, it is more preferable to provide an auxiliary cover (12) in the center of the cover (11) so that the cover (11) is fixed more firmly and, as shown in FIG. 3, the diameter gradually narrows from the indoor side toward the inside of the fire extinguisher (10).
[0034] A water supply pipe (20) is installed in this digestion box (10).
[0035] The water supply pipe (20) is discharged so as to penetrate the fire extinguisher (10), allowing tap water to flow into the interior of the fire extinguisher (10).
[0036] That is, the water supply pipe (20) is configured to pass through each fire extinguisher box (10) installed on the ceiling or side wall of each space separated inside the building.
[0037] Each space where fire extinguishers (10) are installed is equipped with a fire detection means (30) that detects the flame generated inside the space and detects the size of the flame.
[0038] In other words, the fire detection means (30) is composed of a heat detection sensor (31) that is installed in each space where the fire extinguisher (10) is installed to detect flames within the space, and a camera (32) that is equipped to detect the size of the detected flames.
[0039] A T-shaped connector (21) is connected to a water supply pipe (20) that is provided to penetrate the fire extinguisher (10), and a water supply shut-off valve (40) is connected to the end of the T-shaped connector (21) that is formed toward the cover (11).
[0040] The water supply control valve (40) allows the tap water flowing through the water supply pipe (20) to be used as fire-fighting water in case of an emergency caused by a fire.
[0041] The operation of the water supply shut-off valve (40) is controlled by a controller (50) installed inside the fire extinguisher (10).
[0042] The controller (50) checks the signal detected from the heat detection sensor (31) and camera (32) of the fire detection means (30) to check whether the size is such that it can be recognized as a fire, and controls the operation of the water supply shut-off valve (40).
[0043] Accordingly, the controller (50) stores a reference temperature for the heat detected by the heat detection sensor (31) and a reference size for the flame size, and only when the temperature and size stored in this way correspond to the water supply shut-off valve (40) is operated so that fire-fighting water is supplied through the water supply shut-off valve (40).
[0044] One end of the fixed pipe (60) is fixedly connected to the water supply shut-off valve (40) connected to the water supply pipe (20).
[0045] One end of the fixed pipe (60) is fixedly connected to the water supply shut-off valve (40), and the other end is formed to be in contact with or close to the cover (11).
[0046] A sprinkler guide tube (70) is movably inserted into the interior of this fixed pipe (60).
[0047] The sprinkler guide tube (70) is elastically supported by a first spring (71) that is inserted between the inner surface of the fixed pipe (60) and one end is fixed to the end of the fixed pipe (60) which is fixed to the water supply shut-off valve (40).
[0048] When firefighting water flows in through the water supply shut-off valve (40) in case of an emergency caused by a fire, the sprinkler guide tube (70) moves a predetermined length toward the cover (11) by the supply pressure of the incoming firefighting water.
[0049] By moving the sprinkler guide tube (70), the end of the sprinkler guide tube (70) on the cover (11) side collides strongly with the cover (11), causing the cover (11) to be separated from the fire extinguisher (10) and at the same time, a predetermined length is drawn out from the fire extinguisher (10).
[0050] Accordingly, the inside of the sprinkler guide tube (70) is formed in a tubular shape to allow firefighting water to flow in from the water supply shut-off valve (40), and a sprinkler (80) is inserted into the inside of the sprinkler guide tube (70).
[0051] The sprinkler (80) is formed with multiple spray holes (82) inside, and is elastically supported on its outer surface by a second spring (81) provided between the inner surface of the sprinkler guide tube (70) and the outer surface, so that the end of the water supply shut-off valve (40) is in close contact with the end formed in a single layer of the sprinkler guide tube (70).
[0052] However, although the plurality of spray holes (82) formed in the sprinkler (80) may be formed in a structure that spreads radially from the end of the water supply shut-off valve (40), as shown in the drawing, it is more preferable to form the plurality of spray holes (82) in a straight direction up to the end side where they are sprayed, and then at the end of each spray hole (81), an expansion hole (83) is formed radially with a diameter larger than the diameter of the spray hole (81), and a high-pressure spray hole (84) is formed radially with a fine diameter in this expansion hole (83).
[0053] Additionally, the sprinkler (80), like the sprinkler guide tube (70), is provided so that a predetermined length is drawn out from the sprinkler guide tube (70) by the inflow pressure of firefighting water flowing through the water supply shut-off valve (40) in case of an emergency caused by a fire.
[0054] However, the second spring (82) that elastically supports the sprinkler (80) is formed to have greater compressive elasticity than the first spring (71) that elastically supports the sprinkler guide tube (70), so that the sprinkler guide tube (70) moves first due to the inflow pressure of the firefighting water flowing in through the water supply shut-off valve (40), and the sprinkler (80) moves sequentially.
[0055] At this time, the front end of the sprinkler guide tube (70) on the cover (11) side is formed to protrude more than the front end of the sprinkler (80), and it is also preferable that the end of the sprinkler guide tube (70) on the cover (11) side has a cross-section such that the outer end or the inner end forms a tip so as to make line contact with the cover (11).
[0056] The operation and effects of the firefighting device for initial fire suppression in buildings according to the present invention, as described above, are explained in more detail as follows.
[0057] The present invention allows a water supply pipe (20) to pass through the interior of a fire extinguisher (10) and connects a water supply shut-off valve (40) to the water supply pipe (20). One end of a fixed pipe (60) is fixed to the water supply shut-off valve (40), and a sprinkler guide pipe (70) and a sprinkler (80) are inserted inside the fixed pipe (60).
[0058] Inside the fixed pipe (60), the sprinkler guide tube (70) and the sprinkler (80) are elastically supported toward the water supply shut-off valve (40) by the first spring (71) and the second spring (81).
[0059] However, normally, water supply is continuously carried out only through the water supply pipe (20) passing through the fire extinguisher (10) to ensure that the necessary water supply to the building is provided.
[0060] If a fire occurs indoors, the controller (50) determines whether to suppress the fire by means of a heat detection sensor (31) equipped to detect flames immediately and a camera (32) equipped to detect the size of the detected flames.
[0061] When the controller (50) checks the state of the flame and determines it to be a fire, the water supply shut-off valve (40) inside the fire extinguisher (10) installed in the fire zone is immediately operated so that tap water from the water supply pipe (20) passes through the water supply shut-off valve (40).
[0062] The tap water passing through the water supply shut-off valve (40) is supplied as firefighting water, and due to the water pressure supplied, the sprinkler (80) is moved simultaneously with the sprinkler guide tube (70) by the compression of the first spring (71), which has relatively weak elasticity, as shown in Fig. 4.
[0063] As the sprinkler guide tube (70) moves, the tip strongly collides with the cover (11) and pushes the cover (11) towards the interior, so the cover (11) is completely separated from the fire extinguisher (10).
[0064] The water pressure that continuously moves the sprinkler guide tube (70) compresses the second spring (81) again and moves the sprinkler (80) as shown in FIG. 5.
[0065] When the sprinkler (80) moves, the firefighting water is sprayed through a plurality of spray holes (82) formed in the sprinkler (80) and dispersed radially.
[0066] In this way, firefighting water is sprayed radially through the spray hole (82) or high-pressure spray hole (84) of the sprinkler (80) to extinguish a fire occurring indoors at an early stage.
[0067] Therefore, the present invention allows a fire extinguisher (10) to be installed in a location where there is a high probability of a fire occurring indoors, so that as soon as a fire is detected, a sprinkler (80) is withdrawn from the fire extinguisher (10) to enable rapid extinguishing, thereby preventing the spread of fire in advance.
[0068] As such, it is obvious to those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the described embodiments and can be modified and varied in various ways without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, such modifications or variations should be deemed to fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention. Explanation of the symbols
