Abstract

The present invention relates to a pill alignment and supply device for aligning and transporting pills to inspect the quality of pills or to package pills in a pill production line, such as for tablets or capsules. More specifically, the invention relates to a pill alignment and supply device in which pills do not deviate from the seating grooves of rollers, and only one pill is seated and transported in a single seating groove without pills overlapping. The pill alignment supply device according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of rollers arranged in a continuous sequence, each roller having a settling groove formed on its surface for settling a pill, and an insertion groove formed between two of the settling grooves, for moving the pill while circulating and transporting; and an alignment guide member comprising a guide plate, the lower portion of which is inserted into the insertion groove of the roller and the upper portion of which is positioned higher than the surface of the roller, thereby preventing the pill settling in the settling groove from moving to another adjacent settling groove.
