[0037] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the movable guide balloon doll according to the present invention
[0038] It is made by including a storage box (10), a balloon member (20), a blower fan (30), a speaker (40), an LED module (50), a battery (60), and a controller (70).
[0040] The above storage box (10) acts as a weight to keep the balloon member (20) fixed in place without moving due to the wind, and provides a space for mounting a blower fan (30), a speaker (40), a battery (60), a controller (70), etc.
[0041] The above storage box (10) includes a body (11) having an opening formed at the top and having a blower fan (30), a speaker (40), a battery (60), a controller (70), etc. mounted inside, and a cover (13) covering the opening of the body (11).
[0042] A wheel (15) is provided on the lower part of the body (11), and a pull-out handle (16) is provided on the side of the body (11) where the wheel (15) is provided, so that a worker can adjust the pull-out handle (16) to a comfortable height for themselves, grab the handle, and pull to move the storage box (10) to the installation location easily and quickly.
[0043] A reinforcing plate (17) may be installed on the inner side of the body (11) of the storage box (10) at a certain distance from the side wall (see FIG. 4c). The reinforcing plate (17) reinforces the body (11) to prevent damage to the body (11).
[0044] A balloon member is connected and installed on the side wall of the body (11), and silicone is injected between the side wall of the body (11) and the reinforcing plate (17) to more firmly fix the balloon member (20) and fix the reinforcing plate (17) to the side wall of the body (11).
[0046] The above balloon member (20) is connected to the opening of the storage box (10), and a character of a safety manager and a phrase regarding safety are drawn on its surface.
[0047] The safety manager character is wearing a safety helmet and holding a flashing baton in their hand.
[0048] The above balloon member (20) moves due to wind pressure, and it is desirable to make the warning light stick and the hand move significantly up and down due to wind pressure to attract the attention of passersby.
[0049] It may be desirable for the balloon member (20), which is filled with air and stands upright, to be tied with a string (21) at various points to the handle (16) of the storage box (10) so that it does not tilt excessively or fall over. In FIG. 3, the balloon member (20) is tied with a string (21) at five points to the handle (16). The string (21) can be attached to the balloon member (20) by stitching, or it can be easily tied to the handle (16) using Velcro tape.
[0051] The above blower fan (30) is installed inside the storage box (10) and sucks in external air and discharges it to the balloon member (20) to inflate the balloon member (20), and can induce movement of the balloon member (20) by adjusting the amount of air blown to the balloon member (20).
[0053] The above speaker (40) is mounted inside the storage box (10) and outputs guidance voice regarding safety accidents at the work site to audibly focus the attention of passersby.
[0054] Here, examples of types of guidance voices may include: 'It is dangerous. Do not approach. No access. No access.', 'It is dangerous. This is a falling object warning zone. Warning: falling objects. Warning: falling objects.', 'It is dangerous. Work is being performed at height. Please be careful of the risk of falling.', 'It is dangerous. It is dangerous.'
[0056] The LED module (50) is mounted inside the storage box (10) and illuminates the balloon member (20) to increase the visibility of the balloon member (20) in a dark place.
[0058] The battery (60) supplies power for driving the blower fan (30), speaker (40), LED module (50), and controller (70).
[0059] The above battery (60) can be a rechargeable secondary battery, such as a lithium-ion battery or a lead-acid battery.
[0061] The above controller (70) is mounted inside the storage box (10) and controls the blower fan (30) to make the balloon member (20) move by wind pressure, and controls the speaker (40) to output guidance voice suitable for the work site.
[0063] Referring to FIG. 5, the balloon member (20) is closely attached to the opening wall of the storage box (10) body (11) through the attachment ring member (80), and can be easily and quickly fixed and connected and separated in a one-touch manner through the fastening member (90).
[0064] The balloon member (20) is interposed between the opening wall of the body (11) and the attachment ring member (80), and the attachment ring member (80) pushes and presses the balloon member (20) toward the opening wall of the body (11), thereby causing the balloon member (20) to be closely attached to the opening wall of the body (11). Thus, wind from the blower fan (20) is blown into the interior of the balloon member (20), and leakage through the gap between the body (11) and the balloon member (20) is minimized.
[0065] The attachment ring member (80) has a ring structure in a shape corresponding to the opening of the body (11). That is, assuming the opening of the body (11) is circular, the outer diameter of the attachment ring member (80) corresponds to the inner diameter of the opening. At this time, the attachment ring member (80) has some elasticity, and if the outer diameter of the attachment ring member (80) is made slightly larger than the inner diameter of the opening, the attachment ring member (80) can be inserted into the opening in a press-fit manner, and the attachment ring member (80) can more closely adhere the balloon member (20) to the wall of the opening.
[0066] The above fastening member (90) fastens the attachment ring member (80) to the wall of the body (11) in a one-touch manner.
[0067] The above fastening member (90) includes a pin portion (91) inserted into a fastening hole (19, 89) formed in the wall of the opening of the attachment ring member (80) and the body (11), and a head (92) provided on the upper part of the pin portion (91) and hooked onto the outer surface of the attachment ring member (80).
[0068] An insertion hole (93) into which a separation pin is inserted is formed in the head (92) and pin portion (91) of the above-mentioned fastening member (90), and a catch rod (95) is rotatably coupled to the pin portion (91). The catch rod (95) is elastically supported by a torsion spring (not shown) such that its upper side protrudes outside the pin portion (91) and its lower side protrudes into the insertion hole (93). A catch projection (18) is formed in the fastening hole (19) of the opening wall of the body (11) to catch the upper end of the catch rod (95), and a push spring (17) that pushes the lower end of the pin portion (91) is provided at the bottom of the fastening hole (19) of the opening wall of the body (11). A plurality of catch projections (18) are formed in succession. In the normal state where the upper side of the above-mentioned catch rod (95) protrudes outside the pin part (91), the above-mentioned catch rod (95) is caught on a stopper (not shown) so as not to rotate counterclockwise according to the drawing.
[0069] Referring to [A] in FIG. 5, after the attachment ring member (80), balloon member (20), and body (11) are aligned in their positions, the fastening member (90) is pushed into the fastening hole (89) of the attachment ring member (80). The catch rod (95) is pushed by the attachment ring member (80) so that its upper side is inserted into the pin part (91). When the insertion of the pin part (91) is completed and the upper end of the catch rod (95) is positioned on the catch projection (18), the catch rod (95) rotates due to the restoring force of the torsion spring, causing the upper side of the catch rod (95) to protrude outside the pin part (91) and catch on the catch projection (18). That is, the fastening of the attachment ring member (80), balloon member (20), and body (11) is completed by pushing the fastening member (90) into the fastening hole (89).
[0070] Referring to [B] in FIG. 5, when a separation pin is pushed into the insertion hole (93) of the fastening member (90), the separation pin pushes and rotates the lower side of the catch rod (95) protruding into the insertion hole (93), and then the upper side of the catch rod (95) rotates and is drawn into the pin part (91) and separated from the catch projection (18). Then, the push spring (17) pushes the pin part (91) to raise the fastening member (90), and then the upper side of the catch rod (95) is completely detached from the catch projection (18), and when the fastening member (90) is pulled, the fastening member (90) is separated from the attachment ring member (80).
[0072] In describing the present invention above, a movable inflatable guide doll having a specific shape and structure has been described with reference to the attached drawings; however, the present invention is capable of various modifications and changes by those skilled in the art, and such modifications and changes should be interpreted as falling within the scope of protection of the present invention.
