Abstract

The present invention relates to a grilling plate and comprises a base grilling plate member positioned spaced apart and having a plurality of flame holes, and a flame position control plate member placed on top of the base grilling plate member and having a plurality of flame cover parts that cover the flame holes and guide the flame passing through the flame holes to both sides. This prevents oil generated during direct grilling of meat or fish from falling directly onto the flame, thereby preventing charring and allowing for free cooking without charring.

Claims

Claim 1 A grill plate for grilling, comprising: a base grill plate member having a plurality of flame holes positioned spaced apart; and a flame position control plate member placed on the upper part of the base grill plate member and positioned spaced apart from the flame holes to cover the flame holes and guide the flame passing through the flame holes to both sides, wherein the base grill plate member is formed with alternating peaks and valleys, the flame holes are positioned in the peaks, and the flame cover portions are angles bent to the shape of the peaks, and a first flame passage is formed by carving out the lower surface of the flame cover portions to guide the flame passing through the flame holes to the valleys, and a second flame passage is formed by carving out the outer surface of the peaks to overlap with the first flame passage and guide the flame passing through the flame holes to the valleys. Claim 2 A grill plate according to claim 1, characterized in that the base grill plate member comprises: a lower grill plate member in which the peaks and valleys are repeatedly formed and the flame hole is located in the peaks; and a grill plate side portion that protrudes and wraps around the outer perimeter of the lower grill plate member.
