[0091] The scraping blade (730) is formed of polytetrafluoroethylene material.

[0092] The scraping blade (730) is formed by dividing it into 3 to 7 parts.

[0094] If the number of scraping blades (730) is less than 3, the curvature responsiveness of the inner surface of the pot may be reduced.

[0095] If the number of scraping blades (730) exceeds 7, the structural rigidity may be reduced.

[0096] Therefore, it is preferable that the scraping blades (730) be formed in a range of 3 to 7.

[0098] In addition, the scraping blade (730) is formed at an angle toward the inner surface of the pot (110).

[0099] The angle of inclination of the scraping blade (730) is formed in the range of 10° to 35° based on the tangential direction of the inner surface of the pot.

[0101] If the above angle of inclination is less than 10°, the object to be cooked will not be able to penetrate sufficiently.

[0102] If the above inclination angle exceeds 35°, the rotational resistance increases.

[0103] Therefore, the above inclination angle is set to a range of 10° to 35°.

[0105] In addition, a scraping blade (733) that adheres to the inner surface (110) of the pot is formed on the lower surface of the protruding end of the scraping blade (730).

[0106] The scraping blade (733) is formed with a processing surface similar to the shape of a blade.

[0113] A scraping push-inducing projection (741) is formed in the above shaft foreign object prevention separation member (740).

[0114] The scraping push-inducing projection (741) is formed to protrude in a triangular shape.

[0115] The scraping push-inducing projection (741) is provided to contact the end of the scraping blade (730) to perform rotation induction.

[0117] In addition, the above-mentioned self-weight stirrer (700) is self-weight joined without bolts or nuts.

[0118] The above-mentioned self-weight stirrer (700) maintains bonding stability through the self-weight of the object to be cooked as it penetrates the scraping blade (730).

[0119] The above-mentioned self-weight stirrer (700) is thus provided so that mounting and detaching operations can be performed very easily.

[0121] The following describes the effects of the application of the present invention.

[0122] As described above, in a cooking pot having a stirrer, the stirrer comprises: a spaced stirring shaft (600) which is axially coupled to a stirring drive unit (500) to transmit rotational force into the interior of the pot (100); a driving stirring key shaft (610) which is formed at the upper end of the spaced stirring shaft (600) and has a key coupling surface (712) formed on one side and protrudes with an outer diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the spaced stirring shaft (600); a key magnetic shaft coupling unit (710) coupled to the driving stirring key shaft (610); a pot spaced stirring arm (720) which is coupled to both sides of the key magnetic shaft coupling unit (710) and is formed with a curvature corresponding to the curvature of the inner surface (110) of the pot; and a plurality of scraping blades (730) which are coupled to the pot spaced stirring arm (720) and arranged along the inner surface (110) of the pot. When the present invention is applied and implemented, even if the stirrer is not fixed by a separate bolt, nut, or fastening pin, a stable connection state can be maintained by the weight of the key self-weight shaft coupling part (710) and the load of the object to be cooked as it penetrates the scraping blade (730), thereby having the effect of making the installation and removal of the stirrer very easy.

[0124] In addition, by forming a shaft coupling hole (711) that is key-coupled with the driving mixing key shaft part (610) in the center of the key self-weight shaft coupling part (710), and forming a shaft receiving hole (713) formed with a diameter corresponding to the upper outer diameter of the spaced mixing shaft part (600) in the lower part of the key self-weight shaft coupling part (710), the shaft receiving hole (713) accommodates the upper end of the spaced mixing shaft part (600), thereby structurally blocking the gap between the key self-weight shaft coupling part (710) and the coupling part of the spaced mixing shaft part (600).

[0125] Accordingly, it becomes possible to effectively prevent food waste, cooking residue, or various foreign substances generated during the cooking process from entering the joint gaps around the stirring shaft.

[0126] In addition, the above-mentioned bearing hole (713) is combined in a manner that wraps around the upper part of the above-mentioned separation stirring shaft (600), thereby minimizing the space around the stirring shaft and preventing the object to be cooked from stagnating around the shaft.

[0127] In addition, the above-mentioned bearing hole (713) has the effect of making cleaning easier by preventing highly viscous cooking material generated during the cooking process from remaining around the stirring shaft.

[0129] In addition, the scraping blade (730) coupled to the above-mentioned pot spacing stirring arm (720) is formed from a polytetrafluoroethylene material and the scraping blade (730) is formed into a 3 to 7 segmented structure and configured to be arranged along the curvature of the inner surface of the pot (110), so that the scraping blade (730) can effectively stir the object to be cooked while flexibly responding to changes in the curvature of the inner surface of the pot (110), thereby having the effect of preventing the object to be cooked from sticking to the inner surface of the pot (110).

[0131] In addition, by forming the number of divisions of the scraping blade (730) in the range of 3 to 7, the scraping blade (730) can be stably adhered to the curved shape of the inner surface of the pot (110).

[0132] That is, if the number of scraping blades (730) is less than 3, the length of each scraping blade (730) becomes excessively long, which may cause a problem in which the adhesion corresponding to the change in curvature of the inner surface of the pot (110) is reduced.

[0133] In addition, if the number of scraping blades (730) exceeds 7, not only may the structural rigidity of each scraping blade (730) be reduced, but problems may also arise regarding manufacturing costs and the complexity of the assembly structure.

[0135] In addition, by forming the scraping blade (730) at an angle toward the inner surface of the pot (110) and configuring the angle of inclination of the scraping blade (730) to be in the range of 10° to 35° relative to the tangential direction of the inner surface of the pot (110), the object to be cooked can be naturally guided toward the protruding end of the scraping blade (730) during the stirring process.

[0136] Accordingly, the object to be cooked penetrates in the direction of the end of the scraping blade (730), and the weight of the object to be cooked acts on the scraping blade (730), thereby enabling a self-weight contact scraping action in which the scraping blade (730) adheres more closely to the inner surface (110) of the pot.

[0138] In addition, a scraping blade (733) that adheres to the inner surface of the pot (110) is formed on the lower surface of the protruding end of the scraping blade (730), so that the scraping blade (733) adheres to the inner surface of the pot (110) in a line contact state, thereby enabling effective scraping of the cooking object attached to the inner surface of the pot (110).

[0139] Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the food being cooked from adhering to the inner surface of the pot (110) for a long time and becoming carbonized or stuck, and to effectively suppress the accumulation of residue generated during the cooking process.

[0141] In addition, the female foreign object prevention cut (732) formed in the female joint portion (731) of the scraping blade (730) is structured to be cut to minimize the space formed around the joint portion of the pot separation stirring arm (720) and the scraping blade (730).

[0142] The above-mentioned foreign matter prevention cut section (732) can prevent the object to be cooked or foreign matter from being collected or stagnated around the joint section.

[0143] In addition, the above-mentioned foreign object prevention cut section (732) has the effect of reducing the blind spot area formed around the joint during the rotational movement of the scraping blade (730), thereby preventing the food object to be cooked from accumulating around the joint.

[0145] In addition, the shaft foreign matter prevention spacing member (740) coupled to the above-mentioned spacing stirring shaft part (600) is provided to prevent cooking objects or foreign substances from entering the space formed around the stirring shaft.

[0146] A scraping push-inducing projection (741) that contacts the end of the scraping blade (730) is formed in the above shaft foreign object prevention separation member (740).

[0147] The scraping push-inducing projection (741) is formed to protrude in a triangular shape and contacts the end of the scraping blade (730), thereby enabling smooth movement of the scraping blade (730) during rotational operation.

[0148] In addition, the scraping push-inducing projection (741) causes a pushing action on the shaft foreign object prevention gap (740) during the process of the scraping blade (730) rotating, thereby enabling the shaft foreign object prevention gap (740) to rotate and move smoothly.

[0149] In addition, the scraping push-inducing projection (741) has the effect of preventing the object to be cooked from remaining in the stagnant area around the stirring shaft and preventing cooking residue from accumulating around the stirring shaft.

[0151] In addition, by configuring the weight of the key self-weight shaft coupling part (710) to be in the range of 1.2 kg to 2.2 kg, it is possible to simultaneously secure self-weight coupling stability and the convenience of attaching and detaching for the worker.

[0152] That is, if the weight of the above-mentioned key self-weight shaft coupling part (710) is formed to be less than 1.2 kg, the self-weight coupling force is insufficient, and a problem may arise in which the coupling stability of the stirrer is reduced.

[0153] In addition, if the weight of the above key shaft coupling part (710) exceeds 2.2 kg, a problem may arise in which the burden of work increases during the process of attaching or detaching the agitator.

[0155] Therefore, the present invention has the effect of being an invention of inventive step that cannot be easily created by a person skilled in the art through a simple combination of prior art, as a new functional effect is manifested through structural interaction rather than a simple parallel combination of components by organically combining a self-weight coupling stirrer structure, a divided scraping blade structure, a self-weight contact scraping structure having an inclined angle, a scraping blade structure, and an axis foreign matter prevention structure.
