As such, numerous major commercial facilities are installed in ports, and many personnel and vehicles related to port operations enter and exit to utilize them.

[0004] Ports serve as the foundation of the national import and export logistics system where cargo trade with foreign countries takes place, and they also function as borders at the security level where potential smuggling incidents and terrorist threats exist. Therefore, ports are critical national facilities classified as Level 1 security zones, and port workers, visitors, business vehicles and drivers, and container transport vehicles and drivers entering these national security facilities are subject to security management.

[0005] However, conventionally, security management has been conducted only by verifying and authenticating entry for people or vehicles entering through entrances installed at ports, and since areas other than designated entrances are monitored relying on CCTV, there is a problem of vulnerability in security management regarding unauthorized areas and entrants.
