[0017] FIG. 1 is a drawing for explaining a smart pillow according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0018] As illustrated in FIG. 1, the smart pillow of the present disclosure may include a pillow cushion (510), a pillow cover (520), a blower (530), a control unit (540), and a bottom case (550).
[0019] Here, the pillow cushion (510) may have a groove (512) of a predetermined depth formed therein, into which the air pass (536) of the blower (530) is seated.
[0020] For example, the grooves (512) of the pillow cushion (510) can be arranged in the same number as the number of air passes (536), and the grooves (512) of the pillow cushion (510) and the air passes (536) can be arranged in a one-to-one correspondence with each other.
[0021] Additionally, the depth of the groove (512) of the pillow cushion (510) may be equal to the thickness of the air pass (536) or deeper than the thickness of the air pass (536) so that the surface of the air pass (536) does not protrude from the surface of the pillow cushion (510).
[0022] The reason is that if the surface of the air path (536) protrudes from the surface of the pillow cushion (510), when the user lies down on the smart pillow, the protruding area of the air path (536) may cause discomfort to the user and degrade the user's sleep quality.
[0023] In addition, since the smart pillow of the present disclosure has a structure in which an air pass (536) is inserted into a groove (512) of a pillow cushion (510), the overall thickness of the smart pillow can be made thin, and the air provided by the blower (530) is delivered to the user's head to the maximum extent by minimizing loss within the smart pillow, so that the user's head can be dried quickly with less power and less time.
[0024] Additionally, the grooves (512) of the pillow cushion (510) can be arranged in the same direction at equal intervals from each other.
[0025] The reason is to provide uniform airflow across the entire surface area of the smart pillow.
[0026] In some cases, the grooves (512) of the pillow cushion (510) may be arranged in the same direction at different intervals.
[0027] Here, the groove (512) of the pillow cushion (510) can be gradually narrowed toward the central area of the smart pillow and gradually widened toward the edge area of the smart pillow.
[0028] The reason for this is to concentrate airflow in the central area of the smart pillow, as the user's head is primarily located in the center of the smart pillow.
[0029] Next, the pillow cover (520) covers the pillow cushion (510) and the blower (530), and a plurality of micro holes may be formed on the surface.
[0030] Here, the micro-holes can provide a path for the wind provided by the blower (530) to pass through.
[0031] For example, the pillow cover (520) may be made of a porous material having micro-holes.
[0032] Next, the blower (530) is positioned between the pillow cushion (510) and the pillow cover (520) to provide air to the fine holes of the pillow cover (520).
[0033] Here, the blower unit (530) can be controlled by a control signal of the control unit (540) corresponding to a user command.
[0034] The blower unit (530) may include a blower case (533), a blower (534), an air path (536), and a joint (537).
[0035] The blower (534) is located in the lower edge area of the pillow cover (520) and can generate wind in response to a control signal from the control unit (540).
[0036] For example, a plurality of blowers (534) may be arranged in a unidirectional manner within a single blower case (533), and the outlets through which the wind flows may be positioned so as to face the arrangement direction of the air pass (536).
[0037] Here, multiple blowers (534) can be arranged in the same number as the number of air passes (536), and the blowers (534) and air passes (536) can be arranged in a one-to-one correspondence with each other.
[0038] In some cases, multiple blowers (534) may be arranged in a number different from the number of air passes (536), and the number of blowers (534) may be less than the number of air passes (536).
[0039] The reason is to minimize the noise of the blower (534) and to minimize the manufacturing cost.
[0040] And, the blower case (533) can be covered and protected by a plurality of blowers (534) arranged in one direction.
[0041] For example, a blower case (533) including a plurality of blowers (534) can be manufactured as one unit and positioned in the upper edge area of the smart pillow so as to face the upper side of the user's head.
[0042] As another example, a blower case (533) including a plurality of blowers (534) may include at least one of a first blower case positioned in the upper edge area of the smart pillow facing upward toward the user's head, a second blower case positioned in the left edge area of the smart pillow facing to the left of the user's head, and a third blower case positioned in the right edge area of the smart pillow facing to the right of the user's head.
[0043] In the present disclosure, a blower case (533) including a plurality of blowers (534) may be placed in the smart pillow only once, but in some cases, a plurality of blowers may be placed in the smart pillow.
[0044] Additionally, the blower case (533) containing a plurality of blowers (534) may be filled with a sound-absorbing material that absorbs noise inside.
[0045] The reason is to minimize the noise generated from multiple blowers (534).
[0046] In another embodiment, a blower (534) may be positioned within a blower case (533) and positioned so that the outlet through which the wind flows out faces the direction of placement of the air pass (536).
[0047] Here, the number of air passes (536) is greater than the number of blowers (534), and multiple air passes (536) can be supported by a pillow cushion (510) and arranged side by side in one direction.
[0048] Next, the air pass (536) is supported by the pillow cushion (510) and can diffuse and move the wind generated from the blower (534) toward the micro-holes of the pillow cover (520).
[0049] Here, the air pass (536) may have a plurality of ventilation holes (539) formed longitudinally on the upper side facing the direction of the pillow cover (520).
[0050] At this time, multiple ventilation holes (539) can be arranged at regular intervals with the same diameter.
[0051] In some cases, multiple ventilation holes (539) may be arranged at regular intervals with different diameters.
[0052] For example, the diameter of the multiple ventilation holes (539) can gradually increase as they move further away from the blower (534) and gradually decrease as they get closer to the blower (534).
[0053] The reason is to provide a uniform amount of air discharged through multiple ventilation holes (539).
[0054] Additionally, there may be multiple air passes (536), and the multiple air passes (536) may be each seated within the groove (512) of the pillow cushion (510) and arranged side by side in one direction.
[0055] Here, the air passages (536) can be arranged in the same number as the number of grooves (512) of the pillow cushion (510), and the grooves (512) of the pillow cushion (510) and the air passages (536) can be arranged in a one-to-one correspondence with each other.
[0056] Additionally, the thickness of the air pass (536) may be equal to the depth of the groove (512) of the pillow cushion (510) or thinner than the depth of the groove (512) of the pillow cushion (510) so that the upper surface of the air pass (536) does not protrude from the upper surface of the pillow cushion (510).
[0057] The reason is that if the surface of the air path (536) protrudes from the surface of the pillow cushion (510), when the user lies down on the smart pillow, the protruding area of the air path (536) may cause discomfort to the user and degrade the user's sleep quality.
[0058] As such, the smart pillow of the present disclosure has a structure in which an air pass (536) is inserted into a groove (512) of a pillow cushion (510), so the overall thickness of the smart pillow can be made thin, and the air provided by the blower (530) is delivered to the user's head to the maximum extent by minimizing loss within the smart pillow, so the user's head can be dried quickly with less power and less time.
[0059] Next, the joint (537) can combine the blower (534) and the air pass (537).
[0060] Here, the joint (537) may be filled with a sound-absorbing material that absorbs noise and a sealing material that blocks the outflow of wind in at least one of the external and internal parts.
[0061] Additionally, the present disclosure may further include a pressure sensor that senses pressure on the user's head, and the control unit (540) checks whether the user's head is positioned on the pillow cover (520) based on the sensing signal of the pressure sensor, and if the user's head is positioned on the pillow cover (520), it can drive the blower (534) of the blower unit (530).
[0062] Here, the control unit (540) checks whether the user's head is positioned over a part of the pillow cover (520) based on the sensing signal of the pressure sensor when there are multiple blowers (534) of the blower unit (530), and if the user's head is positioned over a part of the pillow cover (520), it can turn on only some of the blowers (534) that provide wind in the direction of the part of the pillow cover (520) among the multiple blowers (534) and turn off the remaining blowers (534).
[0063] Additionally, the present disclosure may further include a lidar sensor that senses the position of a user's head, and the control unit (540) checks whether the user's head is positioned on the pillow cover (520) based on the sensing signal of the lidar sensor, and if the user's head is positioned on the pillow cover (520), it can drive the blower (534) of the blower unit (530).
[0064] Here, the control unit (540) checks whether the user's head is positioned over a part of the pillow cover (520) based on the sensing signal of the lidar sensor when there are multiple blowers (534) of the blower unit (530), and if the user's head is positioned over a part of the pillow cover (520), it can turn on only some of the blowers (534) that provide wind in the direction of the part of the pillow cover (520) among the multiple blowers (534) and turn off the remaining blowers (534).
[0065] Additionally, the present disclosure may further include a humidity sensor that senses the humidity of a user's head, and the control unit (540) may obtain humidity information about the user's head from the humidity sensor and control the driving current for the blower (534) of the blower unit (530) based on the humidity information to adjust the wind intensity.
[0066] Here, the control unit (540) checks the humidity of the user's head based on the humidity information of the humidity sensor, and if the humidity of the user's head is above a preset standard humidity, it increases the driving current of the blower (534) to increase the wind speed, and if the humidity of the user's head is below a preset standard humidity, it decreases the driving current of the blower (534) to decrease the wind speed.
[0067] In some cases, the control unit (540) can check the humidity of the user's head based on humidity information from a humidity sensor if there are multiple blowers (534) of the blower unit (530), turn on all of the multiple blowers (534) if the humidity of the user's head is above a preset standard humidity, and turn on only some of the multiple blowers (534) and turn off the remaining blowers (534) if the humidity of the user's head is below the preset standard humidity.
[0068] Additionally, the present disclosure may further include a camera that captures a user's head positioned on a pillow cover (520) to obtain an image of the user's head, and the control unit (540) can determine the length of the user's hair based on the image of the user's head obtained from the camera and control the driving current for the blower (534) of the blower unit (530) in accordance with the length of the user's hair to adjust the wind intensity.
[0069] Here, the control unit (540) checks the length of the user's hair based on the user's head image, and if the user's hair length is greater than or equal to a preset length, it increases the driving current of the blower (534) to increase the wind intensity, and if the user's hair length is less than a preset length, it decreases the driving current of the blower (534) to decrease the wind intensity.
[0070] In some cases, the control unit (540) can check the length of the user's hair if there are multiple blowers (534) of the blower unit (530), turn on all of the multiple blowers (534) if the user's hair length is greater than or equal to a preset length, and turn on only some of the multiple blowers (534) and turn off the remaining blowers (534) if the user's hair length is less than the preset length.
[0071] Additionally, the present disclosure may further include a blower basket that is detachably attached to a pillow cover (520) and accommodates the user's hair, wherein the blower basket has a plurality of micro-holes formed on its upper surface, and the blower unit (530) can provide wind to the micro-holes of the blower basket when the user's hair is accommodated in the blower basket.
[0072] Additionally, the present disclosure may further include a communication unit connected to an external control device, wherein the control unit (540) can control the blower unit (530) in response to a control signal received from the external control device.
[0073] Here, the control unit (540) can control the blower unit (530) in response to environmental information received from an external control device.
[0074] For example, when the control unit (540) receives environmental information where the smart pillow is located, it can extract indoor humidity and indoor temperature from the environmental information and control the operation of the blower (534) of the blower unit (530) based on the extracted indoor humidity and indoor temperature.
[0075] At this time, when the control unit (540) controls the operation of the blower (534) of the blower unit (530), the control unit (540) can control the operation of the blower (534) of the blower unit (530) with at least one of the following operation conditions: a first operation condition that controls the operation time of the blower (534), a second operation condition that controls the operation current intensity of the blower (534), and a third operation condition that controls the number of blowers (534) to be operated.
[0076] In this way, the present disclosure can improve the user's convenience and sleep quality by drying the user's hair by arranging and controlling a blower that provides air between a pillow cushion and a pillow cover.
[0077] FIG. 2 is a drawing for explaining a smart pillow according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0078] As illustrated in FIG. 2, the smart pillow of the present disclosure may include a pillow cushion (510), a pillow cover (520), a blower (530), a control unit (540), and a bottom case (550).
[0079] Additionally, the present disclosure may further include a plurality of air cells (560) disposed at the bottom of a pillow cushion (510) and expanded in response to a control signal from a control unit (540), and memory foam (570, 580) disposed at the bottom of the air cells (560) and supporting the air cells (560).
[0080] Here, the bottom case (550) is positioned at the bottom of the memory foam (580) to support the memory foam (570).
[0081] The present disclosure allows for the prevention of a user's snoring by arranging a plurality of air cells (560) that expand in response to a control signal from a control unit (540), thereby controlling the expansion of an air cell (560) at a specific location when the user snores in a specific sleeping position.
[0082] In addition, the present disclosure allows the user's wet hair to be dried under optimal conditions while the user is lying down with a pillow by arranging a blower (530) that provides air in the direction of the user's head.
[0083] Here, the blower (530) may be located between the pillow cover (520) and the pillow cushion (510), between the pillow cushion (510) and the air cell (560), and between the air cell (560) and the memory foam (570).
[0084] The blower unit (530) may include a blower case (533), a blower (534), an air path (536), and a joint (537).
[0085] The blower (534) is located in the lower edge area of the pillow cover (520) and can generate wind in response to a control signal from the control unit (540).
[0086] And, the blower case (533) can be covered and protected by a plurality of blowers (534) arranged in one direction.
[0087] Next, the air pass (536) is supported by the pillow cushion (510) and can diffuse and move the wind generated from the blower (534) toward the micro-holes of the pillow cover (520).
[0088] A smart pillow according to another embodiment of FIG. 2 is identical to the smart pillow of FIG. 1 in all its components except for further including a plurality of air cells (560) disposed at the bottom of a pillow cushion (510) and inflated in response to a control signal from a control unit (540), and memory foam (570, 580) disposed at the bottom of the air cells (560) and supporting the air cells (560), so a detailed description is omitted.
[0089] In this way, another embodiment of the present disclosure can improve user convenience and sleep quality by drying the user's hair by arranging and controlling a blower that provides air between a pillow cushion and a pillow cover.
[0090] In addition, another embodiment of the present disclosure can prevent snoring by correcting the user's incorrect sleeping posture by placing a plurality of air cells that are inflated by a control signal at the bottom of a pillow cushion.
[0091] FIG. 3 is a drawing for explaining a cross-sectional view of a smart pillow according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0092] As illustrated in FIG. 3, the present disclosure may include a pillow cushion (510) in which a plurality of grooves are arranged, an air pass (536) inserted into the groove of the pillow cushion (510), a blower (534) that provides wind in the direction of the air pass (536), a joint (537) that blocks wind leakage by combining the blower (534) and the air pass (536), a blower case (533) that covers the blower (534) and is filled with sound-absorbing material for noise prevention, an air cell (560) disposed at the bottom of the pillow cushion (510), memory foam (570, 580) that supports the air cell (560), and a bottom case (550) that supports the bottom of the smart pillow.
[0093] Here, the blower (534) can be driven by a control signal from the control unit to generate wind.
[0094] And, the wind generated from the blower (534) is moved through the joint (537) to the air path (536).
[0095] Next, the wind moves toward the pillow cover (520) through a plurality of bouncy holes (539) formed in the air pass (536).
[0096] Next, the wind is transmitted to the user's head through the micro-holes of the pillow cover)520) to dry the user's hair.
[0097] FIG. 4 is a drawing for explaining the location of the blower of a smart pillow according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0098] As illustrated in FIG. 4, the smart pillow (500) of the present disclosure may be provided with a blower that provides air to dry the user's (610) hair (614).
[0099] The blower unit may include at least one blower that generates wind and a blower case in which at least one blower is arranged.
[0100] For example, a plurality of blowers may be arranged in a unidirectional manner within a single blower case, and the outlet through which the wind flows may be positioned so as to face the direction of the user's (610) head (611).
[0101] As another example, one may be placed within a blower case, and the outlet through which the wind flows may be positioned so as to face the direction of the user's (610) head (611).
[0102] In FIG. 4, the blower case including the blower can be manufactured as a single unit and placed in the upper edge area (A) of the smart pillow (500) so as to face upward toward the head (611) of the user (610).
[0103] In some cases, a blower case including a blower may include at least one of a first blower case positioned in the upper edge area (A) of the smart pillow (500) facing upward toward the head (611) of the user (610), a second blower case positioned in the left edge area (B) of the smart pillow (500) facing left toward the head (611) of the user (610), and a third blower case positioned in the right edge area (C) of the smart pillow (500) facing right toward the head (611) of the user (610).
[0104] Here, the present disclosure can control at least one of a first blower case positioned in the upper edge area (A) of the smart pillow (500), a second blower case positioned in the left edge area (B) of the smart pillow (500), and a third blower case positioned in the right edge area (C) of the smart pillow (500), depending on the position where the head (611) of the user (610) moves.
[0105] For example, the present disclosure may drive only the first blower case located in the upper edge area (A) of the smart pillow (500) when the head (611) of the user (610) is located in the central area, drive only the second blower case located in the left edge area (B) of the smart pillow (500) when the head (611) of the user (610) is located in the left area (612), and drive only the third blower case located in the right edge area (C) of the smart pillow (500) when the head (611) of the user (610) is located in the right area (613).
[0106] In this way, the present disclosure can minimize power consumption, operate efficiently, and minimize noise by driving only the blowers in specific areas according to the user's head position.
[0107] FIGS. 5 and 6 are drawings for explaining a blower and an air pass of a smart pillow according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0108] As illustrated in FIGS. 5 and 6, the blower (534) of the present disclosure can generate wind in response to a control signal from a control unit.
[0109] A plurality of blowers (534) may be arranged in a unidirectional manner within a single blower case, and the outlet through which the wind flows may be positioned so as to face the arrangement direction of the air pass (536).
[0110] Here, multiple blowers can be arranged in the same number as the number of air passes (536), and the blowers (534) and air passes (536) can be arranged in a one-to-one correspondence with each other.
[0111] Next, the air pass (536) can diffuse and move the wind generated from the blower (534) toward the micro-holes of the pillow cover.
[0112] Here, the air pass (536) may have a plurality of ventilation holes (539) formed longitudinally on the upper side facing the direction of the pillow cover.
[0113] At this time, multiple ventilation holes (539) can be arranged at regular intervals with the same diameter.
[0114] In some cases, multiple ventilation holes (539) may be arranged at regular intervals with different diameters.
[0115] For example, the diameter of the multiple ventilation holes (539) can gradually increase as they move further away from the blower (534) and gradually decrease as they get closer to the blower (534).
[0116] The reason is to provide a uniform amount of air discharged through multiple ventilation holes (539).
[0117] Additionally, there may be multiple air passes (536), and the multiple air passes (536) may be seated in the grooves of the pillow cushion and arranged side by side in one direction.
[0118] Next, the joint (537) can combine the blower (534) and the air pass (537).
[0119] Here, the joint (537) may be filled with a sound-absorbing material that absorbs noise and a sealing material that blocks the outflow of wind in at least one of the external and internal parts.
[0120] FIG. 7 is a drawing for explaining a pillow cushion of a smart pillow according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0121] As illustrated in FIG. 7, the pillow cushion (510) of the present disclosure may have a groove (512) of a predetermined depth formed therein where the air path of the blower is seated.
[0122] For example, the grooves (512) of the pillow cushion (510) can be arranged in the same number as the number of air passes, and the grooves (512) of the pillow cushion (510) and the air passes can be arranged in a one-to-one correspondence with each other.
[0123] Additionally, the depth of the groove (512) of the pillow cushion (510) may be equal to the thickness of the air pass or deeper than the thickness of the air pass so that the surface of the air pass does not protrude from the surface of the pillow cushion (510).
[0124] The reason is that if the surface of the air path protrudes from the surface of the pillow cushion (510), when the user lies down on the smart pillow, the protruding area of the air path may cause discomfort to the user and lower the user's sleep quality.
[0125] In addition, since the smart pillow of the present disclosure has a structure in which an air pass is inserted into the groove (512) of the pillow cushion (510), the overall thickness of the smart pillow can be made thin, and the air provided from the blower is delivered to the user's head to the maximum extent by minimizing loss within the smart pillow, so that the user's head can be dried quickly with less power and less time.
[0126] Additionally, the grooves (512) of the pillow cushion (510) can be arranged in the same direction at equal intervals from each other.
[0127] The reason is to provide uniform airflow across the entire surface area of the smart pillow.
[0128] In some cases, the grooves (512) of the pillow cushion (510) may be arranged in the same direction at different intervals.
[0129] Here, the groove (512) of the pillow cushion (510) can be gradually narrowed toward the central area of the smart pillow and gradually widened toward the edge area of the smart pillow.
[0130] The reason for this is to concentrate airflow in the central area of the smart pillow, as the user's head is primarily located in the center of the smart pillow.
[0131] FIGS. 8a and 8b are drawings for explaining the airflow control of a smart pillow corresponding to a user's head position according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0132] As illustrated in FIGS. 8a and 8b, the present disclosure may further include a pressure sensor (710) for sensing pressure on the head (611) of a user (610).
[0133] The control unit (540) checks whether the user (610)'s head (611) is positioned on the pillow cover based on the sensing signal of the pressure sensor (710), and if the user (610)'s head (611) is positioned on the pillow cover, it can drive the blower (534) of the blower unit.
[0134] Here, as shown in FIG. 8b, the control unit (540) checks whether the user (610) head (611) is positioned over a part of the pillow cover based on the sensing signal of the pressure sensor (710) when there are multiple blowers (534) of the blower unit, and if the user (610) head (611) is positioned over a part of the pillow cover, it can turn on only some blowers (534-1) among the multiple blowers (534) that provide wind in the direction of the part of the pillow cover and turn off the remaining blowers (534-2).
[0135] In some cases, as shown in FIG. 8a, the control unit (540) may turn on all blowers (534) if it determines, based on the sensing signal of the pressure sensor (710), that the user (610)'s head (611) is positioned over a wide area of the pillow cover.
[0136] FIGS. 9a and 9b are drawings for illustrating airflow control of a smart pillow corresponding to a user's head position according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0137] As illustrated in FIGS. 9a and 9b, the present disclosure may further include a lidar sensor (720) that senses the position of the user (610) head (611).
[0138] The control unit (540) checks whether the user (610)'s head (611) is positioned on the pillow cover based on the sensing signal of the lidar sensor (720), and if the user (610)'s head (611) is positioned on the pillow cover, it can drive the blower (534) of the blower unit.
[0139] Here, as shown in FIG. 9b, the control unit (540) checks whether the user (610) head (611) is positioned over a part of the pillow cover based on the sensing signal of the lidar sensor (720) when there are multiple blowers (534) of the blower unit, and if the user (610) head (611) is positioned over a part of the pillow cover, it can turn on only some blowers (534-1) among the multiple blowers (534) that provide wind in the direction of the part of the pillow cover and turn off the remaining blowers (534-2).
[0140] In some cases, as shown in FIG. 9a, the control unit (540) may turn on all blowers (534) if it determines, based on the sensing signal of the lidar sensor (720), that the user (610)'s head (611) is positioned over a wide area of the pillow cover.
[0141] FIGS. 10a and FIGS. 10b are drawings for explaining the airflow control of a smart pillow corresponding to the humidity of a user's hair according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0142] As illustrated in FIG. 10a and FIG. 10b, the present disclosure may further include a humidity sensor (730) for sensing the humidity of the user's (610) head (611).
[0143] The control unit (540) can obtain humidity information for the user (610) head (611) from the humidity sensor (730) and control the driving current for the blower (534) of the blower unit based on the humidity information to adjust the wind speed.
[0144] Here, as shown in FIG. 10a, the control unit (540) checks the humidity of the user (610) head (611) based on the humidity information of the humidity sensor (730), and if the humidity of the user (610) head (611) is above a preset standard humidity, it increases the driving current of the blower (534) to increase the wind speed, and as shown in FIG. 10b, if the humidity of the user (610) head (611) is below the preset standard humidity, it decreases the driving current of the blower (534) to decrease the wind speed.
[0145] In some cases, the control unit (540) can check the humidity of the user's head based on humidity information from a humidity sensor if there are multiple blowers (534) of the blower unit, turn on all of the multiple blowers (534) if the humidity of the user's head is above a preset standard humidity, and turn on only some of the multiple blowers (534) and turn off the remaining blowers (534) if the humidity of the user's head is below the preset standard humidity.
[0146] FIGS. 11a and FIGS. 11b are drawings for explaining the airflow control of a smart pillow corresponding to the length of a user's hair according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0147] As illustrated in FIG. 11a and FIG. 11b, the present disclosure may further include a camera (740) that captures the head (611) of a user (610) positioned on a pillow cover to obtain an image of the user's head.
[0148] The control unit (540) can determine the length of the user's hair (614) based on the user's head image obtained from the camera (740), and control the driving current for the blower (534) of the blower unit in accordance with the length of the user's hair (614) to adjust the wind intensity.
[0149] Here, as shown in FIG. 11a, the control unit (540) checks the length of the user's (610) hair (614) based on the user's head image, and if the length of the user's (610) hair (614) is greater than or equal to a preset length, it increases the driving current of the blower (534) to increase the wind speed, and as shown in FIG. 11b, if the length of the user's (610) hair (614) is less than a preset length, it decreases the driving current of the blower (534) to decrease the wind speed.
[0150] In some cases, the control unit (540) can check the length of the user's hair if there are multiple blowers (534) of the blower unit, turn on all of the multiple blowers (534) if the user's hair length is greater than or equal to a preset length, and turn on only some of the multiple blowers (534) and turn off the remaining blowers (534) if the user's hair length is less than the preset length.
[0151] FIGS. 12a and FIGS. 12b are drawings for explaining a blower basket of a smart pillow according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0152] As illustrated in FIG. 12a and FIG. 12b, the present disclosure may further include a blower basket (750) that is detachable from the smart pillow (500) and accommodates the user's (610) hair (614).
[0153] Here, the blower basket (750) has a plurality of micro-holes (752) formed on its upper surface, and the blower can provide wind to the micro-holes (752) of the blower basket (750) when the user's (610) hair (614) is received in the blower basket (750).
[0154] As shown in Fig. 12a, the blower basket (750) can be detached from the smart pillow (500) and then attached to the smart pillow (500) when needed.
[0155] Here, the micro-holes of the blower basket (750) can be connected to the blower path of the smart pillow.
[0156] Next, as shown in FIG. 12b, when the blower basket (750) is mounted on the smart pillow (500), the present disclosure checks whether the user's (610) hair (614) is received in the blower basket (750), and if the user's (610) hair (614) is received in the blower basket (750), the blower unit is driven to provide air to the fine holes (752) of the blower basket (750).
[0157] The blower basket (750) of the present disclosure can have the effect of drying the user's (610) hair easily and quickly when the user's hair is long or there is a large amount of hair.
[0158] FIGS. 13 to 15 are drawings for explaining the process of controlling a smart pillow of a smart pillow control device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0159] The smart pillow (500) of the present disclosure may further include a communication unit (760) that is connected to a control device (800).
[0160] The control device (800) of the present disclosure may include a communication unit that communicates with the smart pillow (500), a display unit that displays a control window for controlling the smart pillow (500), and a control unit that controls the blower operation of the smart pillow (500) in response to a user control command input through the control window.
[0161] The control device (800) of the present disclosure may be implemented as a fixed device or a mobile device, such as a TV, projector, mobile phone, smartphone, desktop computer, laptop, digital broadcasting terminal, PDA (personal digital assistants), PMP (portable multimedia player), navigation, tablet PC, wearable device, set-top box (STB), DMB receiver, radio, washing machine, refrigerator, desktop computer, digital signage, robot, vehicle, etc.
[0162] As illustrated in FIG. 13, the control device (800) of the present disclosure can receive user input selecting a smart pillow control app (820) displayed on a display screen (810).
[0163] Additionally, when a user input selecting a smart pillow control app (820) is received, the control device (800) of the present disclosure may be connected via wired or wireless communication with the communication unit (760) of the smart pillow (500) that the user (610) is using.
[0164] Next, as illustrated in FIG. 14, the control device (800) of the present disclosure can display a control window (830) for controlling the smart pillow (500) on a display screen (810).
[0165] Here, the control window (830) may include various setting items for controlling the blower of the smart pillow (500).
[0166] The control device (800) of the present disclosure can transmit a control signal corresponding to a user control command to a smart pillow (500) when it receives user input that selects a complete button (832) after setting a control condition through a setting item of a control window (830).
[0167] And, as illustrated in FIG. 15, the control device (800) of the present disclosure can control the degree of hair drying of the user (610) by transmitting a control signal to the smart pillow (500) to drive the blower (534) of the smart pillow (500) when a user control command is input through the control window.
[0168] In addition, the smart pillow (500) of the present disclosure can control the blower in response to a control signal received from the control device (800).
[0169] Here, the smart pillow (500) may control the blower in response to environmental information received from the control device (800).
[0170] For example, when the smart pillow (500) receives environmental information where the smart pillow (500) is located, it can extract indoor humidity and indoor temperature from the environmental information and control the operation of the blower (534) of the blower unit based on the extracted indoor humidity and indoor temperature.
[0171] At this time, when the smart pillow (500) controls the operation of the blower (534) of the blower unit, it can control the operation of the blower (534) of the blower unit with at least one of a first driving condition that controls the driving time of the blower (534), a second driving condition that controls the driving current intensity of the blower (534), and a third driving condition that controls the number of blowers (534) to be driven.
[0172] In this way, the present disclosure can improve the user's convenience and sleep quality by drying the user's hair by arranging and controlling a blower that provides air between a pillow cushion and a pillow cover.
[0173] In addition, the present disclosure can prevent snoring by correcting the user's incorrect sleeping posture by arranging a plurality of air cells that are inflated by a control signal in the lower part of a pillow cushion.
[0174] FIG. 16 is a block diagram illustrating the configuration of a smart pillow control device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0175] As illustrated in FIG. 16, the smart pillow control device (100) may include a wireless communication unit (173) that communicates with the smart pillow, a display unit (180) that displays a control window for controlling the smart pillow, and a control unit (170) that controls the blower operation of the smart pillow in response to a user control command input through the control window.
[0176] Here, the control unit (170) controls the display unit (180) to display a control window for controlling the smart pillow when a user input requesting control of the smart pillow is received, and when a user control command is entered through the control window, it transmits a control signal to the smart pillow to drive the blower of the smart pillow so as to control the degree of drying of the user's hair.
[0177] Additionally, the control unit (170) can receive a pressure sensing signal that senses the pressure of the user's head from the smart pillow, check whether the user's head is positioned on the smart pillow based on the pressure sensing signal, and if the user's head is positioned on the pillow cover, transmit a control signal to the smart pillow to drive the blower of the smart pillow.
[0178] Here, the control unit (170) can determine whether the user's head is positioned over a part of the smart pillow based on a pressure sensing signal when there are multiple blowers of the smart pillow, and if the user's head is positioned over a part of the smart pillow, it can transmit a control signal to the smart pillow to turn on only some of the blowers that provide wind in the direction of the part of the smart pillow and turn off the remaining blowers.
[0179] Additionally, when the control unit (170) receives a LiDAR sensing signal that senses the position of the user's head from the smart pillow, it can determine whether the user's head is positioned on the smart pillow based on the LiDAR sensing signal, and if the user's head is positioned on the smart pillow, it can transmit a control signal to the smart pillow to drive the blower of the smart pillow.
[0180] Here, the control unit (170) can determine whether the user's head is positioned over a part of the smart pillow based on a lidar sensing signal when there are multiple blowers of the smart pillow, and if the user's head is positioned over a part of the smart pillow, it can transmit a control signal to the smart pillow to turn on only some of the blowers that provide wind in the direction of the part of the smart pillow and turn off the remaining blowers.
[0181] Additionally, when the control unit (170) receives a humidity sensing signal that senses the humidity of the user's head from the smart pillow, it can obtain humidity information about the user's head from the humidity sensing signal and transmit a control signal to the smart pillow to adjust the wind intensity by controlling the driving current for the blower of the smart pillow based on the humidity information.
[0182] Here, the control unit (170) can transmit a control signal to the smart pillow to check the humidity of the user's head based on a humidity sensing signal, increase the driving current of the blower to increase the wind speed if the humidity of the user's head is above a preset standard humidity, and decrease the driving current of the blower to decrease the wind speed if the humidity of the user's head is below a preset standard humidity.
[0183] In some cases, the control unit (170) can check the humidity of the user's head based on a humidity sensing signal if there are multiple blowers of the smart pillow, turn on all of the multiple blowers if the humidity of the user's head is above a preset standard humidity, and turn on only some of the multiple blowers and turn off the remaining blowers if the humidity of the user's head is below a preset standard humidity.
[0184] Additionally, when the control unit (170) receives a user head image taken from the smart pillow that captures the user's head positioned on the smart pillow, it can determine the length of the user's hair based on the user head image and transmit a control signal to the smart pillow to adjust the wind intensity by controlling the driving current for the blower of the smart pillow in correspondence with the length of the user's hair.
[0185] Here, the control unit (170) can transmit a control signal to the smart pillow to check the length of the user's hair based on the user's head image, increase the driving current of the blower to increase the wind intensity if the user's hair length is greater than or equal to a preset length, and decrease the driving current of the blower to decrease the wind intensity if the user's hair length is less than a preset length.
[0186] In some cases, the control unit (170) can transmit a control signal to the smart pillow to check the length of the user's hair if there are multiple blowers of the smart pillow, turn on all of the multiple blowers if the length of the user's hair is greater than or equal to a preset length, and turn on only some of the multiple blowers and turn off the remaining blowers if the length of the user's hair is less than the preset length.
[0187] Additionally, the control unit (170) can obtain environmental information where the smart pillow is located, extract indoor humidity and indoor temperature from the environmental information, and transmit a control signal to the smart pillow to drive the blower of the smart pillow based on the extracted indoor humidity and indoor temperature.
[0188] Here, when the control unit (170) transmits a control signal to drive the blower of the smart pillow, it can transmit a control signal to drive the blower of the smart pillow with at least one of a first driving condition that controls the driving time of the blower, a second driving condition that controls the driving current intensity of the blower, and a third driving condition that controls the number of blowers to be driven.
