[0040] Hereinafter, various embodiments described in this disclosure will be explained with reference to the attached drawings. In the attached drawings and the description thereof, identical or substantially equivalent components may be given the same reference numerals. Furthermore, in the description of the various embodiments below, the description of identical or corresponding components may be omitted, but this does not mean that such components are not included in the embodiments.

[0041] FIG. 1 illustrates an environment in which devices (110, 120, 130) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may be applied. This environment may include an integrated management device (110), a vendor terminal (120), and a delivery terminal (130).

[0042] Meanwhile, FIG. 1 illustrates an example in which a single vendor terminal (120) is connected to a network, but this is merely for convenience of understanding, and the number of vendor terminals can vary. In other words, two or more vendor terminals (120) can be connected to a network and interact with other devices. Also, FIG. 1 illustrates an example in which a single delivery terminal (130) is connected to a network, but likewise, the number of delivery terminals can vary. In other words, delivery terminals owned by each of multiple delivery personnel delivering goods to a delivery destination can be applied to the environment of FIG. 1. Furthermore, FIG. 1 illustrates only a preferred embodiment for achieving the purpose of the present disclosure, and some components may be merged or added as needed.

[0043] Below, each component illustrated in FIG. 1 will be described in more detail.

[0044] The integrated management device (110) may be a server device that manages a vendor acting as an agent for delivery services. Here, management may mean processing such as, for example, obtaining information from a vendor terminal (120), transmitting information to a vendor terminal (120), or controlling the operation of a vendor terminal (120). This integrated management device (110) may be a device operated under the management of the operator of an e-commerce platform.

[0045] Specifically, the integrated management device (110) can generate information (e.g., a dashboard, etc.) indicating the delivery status of a delivery area (e.g., a region) managed by a vendor based on information (e.g., a delivery completion signal, etc.) obtained from a vendor terminal (120) or a delivery terminal (130). If multiple vendor terminals and multiple delivery terminals are applied to the environment of FIG. 1, information indicating the delivery status of a first delivery area managed by a first vendor can be generated based on information obtained from a first vendor terminal or a first delivery terminal related to the first vendor terminal, and information indicating the delivery status of a second delivery area managed by a second vendor can be generated based on information obtained from a second vendor terminal or a second delivery terminal related to the second vendor terminal.

[0046] Additionally, the integrated management device (110) can transmit information indicating the delivery status to a vendor terminal (120) or a delivery person terminal (130). If multiple vendor terminals and multiple delivery person terminals are applied to the environment of FIG. 1, the first vendor can inquire through the first vendor terminal about information indicating the delivery status of the first delivery area and information indicating the delivery status of the second delivery area handled by the second vendor. Likewise, the second vendor can inquire through the second vendor terminal about information indicating the delivery status of the first delivery area handled by the first vendor and information indicating the delivery status of the second delivery area. However, depending on the case, when a vendor inquires about information indicating the delivery status through the vendor terminal (120), the type of information indicating the delivery status of the delivery area handled by oneself and the type of information indicating the delivery status of the delivery area handled by others may differ in at least some respects.

[0047] In addition, the integrated management device (110) can perform various operations to manage vendors, but to avoid redundant descriptions, the various operations performed by the integrated management device (110) will be explained later with reference to the drawings from Fig. 3 onwards.

[0048] This integrated management device (110) may be implemented as one or more computing devices. For example, all functions of the integrated management device (110) may be implemented in a single computing device. As another example, the first function of the integrated management device (110) may be implemented in the first computing device, and the second function may be implemented in the second computing device. For example, the computing device may be a desktop computer, a laptop computer, an application server, a proxy server, or a cloud server, but is not limited thereto, and any type of device equipped with computing functions may be included in the computing device.

[0049] The vendor terminal (120) may be a device used by a vendor acting as an agent for delivery services. Here, the vendor may have a contractual or managerial relationship (e.g., subsidiary, parent company, related company, holding company, affiliate, etc.) with the operator of the e-commerce platform and may be responsible for at least a portion of a plurality of delivery zones determined based on geographical location. In the present disclosure, the vendor may be referred to interchangeably with "user," and the vendor terminal may be referred to interchangeably with "user's terminal" or "user terminal."

[0050] Specifically, the vendor terminal (120) can display a page with a user interface applied, which is provided by the integrated management device (110) as a management function, on a display. Additionally, the vendor terminal (120) can obtain input regarding the page with the user interface applied and transmit the input to the integrated management device (110), thereby causing the integrated management device (110) to perform operations defined to correspond to the input. For example, the vendor can view information indicating the delivery status of the delivery area they are responsible for or information indicating the delivery status of the delivery area responsible for others through the vendor terminal (120). In this way, to enable the vendor to use the user interface provided by the integrated management device (110), a web browser or an application may be installed on the vendor terminal (120). Such vendor terminals (120) may be any one of devices such as, for example, a desktop computer, a laptop computer, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a smartphone, but are not limited thereto, and any type of device equipped with computing functions may be a vendor terminal (120).

[0051] The delivery terminal (130) may be a device used by a delivery person who delivers goods to a delivery destination. Here, the delivery person may have a contractual relationship with a vendor and perform delivery services.

[0052] Specifically, the delivery terminal (130), like the vendor terminal (120), can display a page on the display that has a user interface provided by the integrated management device (110) as a management function. For example, the delivery person can view information indicating the delivery status of the delivery area handled by the vendor to which they belong, or information indicating the delivery status of the delivery area handled by a vendor to which they do not belong, through the delivery terminal (130). Since the delivery terminal (130) is different from the vendor terminal (120) only in terms of the user, the technical concept regarding the vendor terminal (120) can be applied to the delivery terminal (130).

[0053] Additionally, the delivery terminal (130) can generate a delivery completion signal based on delivery completion. Here, delivery completion can be determined based on the fulfillment of delivery conditions (e.g., uploading an image of the product taken at the delivery destination, selecting a delivery completion button at the delivery destination, etc.). The delivery completion signal thus generated can be transmitted to an integrated management device (110) or a vendor terminal (120) and used to generate information indicating the delivery status.

[0054] The integrated management device (110), vendor terminal (120), and delivery terminal (130) illustrated in FIG. 1 can communicate through a network. This network can be implemented as any kind of wired or wireless network, such as, for example, a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), a Mobile Radio Communication Network (MRCN), or WiBro (Wireless Broadband).

[0055] FIG. 2 illustrates a computing device (200) capable of implementing devices (110, 120, 130) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. In the present disclosure, the computing device (200) may be referred to interchangeably with an electronic device. Each of the integrated management device (110), vendor terminal (120), and delivery terminal (130) described with reference to FIG. 1 may be implemented by the computing device (200) illustrated in FIG. 2.

[0056] A computing device (200) may include one or more processors (210), one or more memories (220), or a communication interface (230). In one embodiment, some components may be removed from the computing device (200), or other components (e.g., a display, an input device, etc.) may be added to the computing device (200). Additionally, some components may be implemented by being integrated or by being implemented as a single or multiple entities. In this disclosure, one or more processors (210) may be referred to as processors (210). Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term processors (210) may mean a set of one or more processors. Also, in this disclosure, one or more memories (220) may be referred to as memories (220). Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term memories (220) may mean a set of one or more memories.

[0057] Below, each component illustrated in FIG. 2 will be described in more detail.

[0058] The processor (210) can perform operations or information processing regarding the control or communication of each component of the computing device (200). Specifically, the processor (210) can control at least one component of the computing device (200) connected to the processor (210) by running software (or computer program) received from another component. As an example, the processor (210) can load instructions (e.g., instructions, code, code segments, etc.) or information into memory (220), process instructions or information stored in memory (220), and store result information resulting from the processing in memory (220). Additionally, the processor (210) can be operatively connected to the components of the computing device (200) to perform various operations such as operations, processing, generation, or processing related to the present disclosure.

[0059] The memory (220) may store various information. The information stored in the memory (220) may include software, which is information acquired, processed, or used by at least one component of the computing device (200). The software may include one or more instructions that cause the processor (210) to perform operations according to various embodiments of the present disclosure when loaded into the memory (220). That is, the processor (210) may perform operations according to various embodiments of the present disclosure by executing the one or more instructions described above. The memory (220) may include, for example, volatile or non-volatile memory. In one embodiment, the program may be software stored in the memory (220) and may include an operating system for controlling the resources of the computing device (200), an application, or middleware that provides various functions to the application so that the application can utilize the resources of the computing device (200).

[0060] A communication interface (230) can establish a wired or wireless communication channel with another device and transmit and receive various information with that other device. In one embodiment, the communication interface (230) may include at least one port for connecting to another device via a wired cable in order to communicate with another device via a wired connection. In this case, the communication interface (230) can perform communication with another device that is wired connected through at least one port. In one embodiment, the communication interface (230) may include a cellular communication module and be configured to be connected to a cellular network (e.g., 3G, LTE, 5G, Wibro, Wimax, etc.). In one embodiment, the communication interface (230) may include a short-range communication module and transmit and receive information with another device using short-range communication (e.g., Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), UWB, etc.). In one embodiment, the communication interface (230) may include a contactless communication module for contactless communication. Contactless communication may include at least one contactless proximity communication technology, such as, for example, NFC (Near Field Communication) communication, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) communication, or MST (Magnetic Secure Transmission) communication. In addition to the various examples described above, the computing device (200) may be implemented in various known ways for communicating with other devices, and the scope of the present disclosure is not limited by the examples described above.

[0061] In one embodiment, the computing device (200) may include a display. The display may display various screens based on the control of the processor (210). For example, a web browser or a dedicated application may be installed on the computing device (200) to display screens with various interfaces applied to them. Additionally, the display may be configured to interact with a user and may receive user input from the user. Such a display may be implemented in the form of a touch sensor panel (TSP) capable of recognizing contact or proximity of various external objects (e.g., a user's finger, stylus, etc.).

[0062] In one embodiment, the computing device (200) may include an input device (e.g., a mouse, a keyboard, etc.). The input device may receive information to be used in a component of the computing device (200) from outside the computing device (200) (e.g., a user).

[0063] The processor (210), memory (220), and communication interface (230) shown in FIG. 2 are connected to each other via a bus, GPIO (General Purpose Input / Output), SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface), or MIPI (Mobile Industry Processor Interface), etc., to give or receive information or signals.

[0064] Hereinafter, methods according to various embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail. It should be noted that although operations are illustrated in a specific order in the drawings below, the operations must not necessarily be executed in the specific order illustrated or in a sequential order, or all illustrated operations must be executed to obtain the desired result.

[0065] Additionally, the operation of the method described below with reference to the drawings may be performed by a computing device. In other words, the operation of the method may be implemented by one or more instructions executed by a processor of the computing device. All operations included in such a method may be performed by a single physical computing device, but the first operation of the method may be performed by a first computing device and the second operation of the method may be performed by a second computing device.

[0066] Hereinafter, the explanation will continue assuming that the operation of the aforementioned method is performed by the integrated management device (110) shown in FIG. 1. For the convenience of explanation, the subject of the operation included in the method may be omitted, but unless otherwise indicated by the context, it should be interpreted that the operation is performed by the integrated management device (110).

[0067] FIG. 3 illustrates a flowchart illustrating a method according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. The method illustrated in FIG. 3 may include a series of operations for an integrated management device (110) to transmit information (e.g., dashboard, alarm, etc.) regarding an area managed by a first user to a first user terminal (i.e., vendor terminal (120)). The individual operations illustrated in FIG. 3 will be described in detail below.

[0068] Based on the geographical location of the shipping origin, multiple areas related to the shipping service may be partitioned (S310).

[0069] A shipping origin may be a place where the delivery of goods included in an order by a general consumer of an e-commerce platform is initiated. The goods may be moved from a product storage facility (e.g., a logistics center) and gathered at the shipping origin, and delivery may be initiated at the shipping origin. In the present disclosure, the shipping origin may be referred to interchangeably with "camp."

[0070] Multiple areas may be subdivided based on the geographical location of the delivery origin. Here, the number of delivery requirements in an area adjacent to the geographical location of the delivery origin may be additionally referenced when subdividing the multiple areas. For example, in relation to "Seocho Camp," "the entire Seocho-gu," "Apgujeong-dong, Gangnam-gu," "Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu," and "Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu," which are areas adjacent to the geographical location of "Seocho Camp," may be determined as multiple areas. As another example, in relation to "Seocho Camp," multiple areas may be determined to encompass concepts lower than administrative districts such as "gu" or "dong." In this disclosure, "area" may be referred to interchangeably with "delivery zone," "route," or "sub-route."

[0071] Each of the multiple areas determined in this way may be a contractual unit between the operator of the e-commerce platform and the first user. That is, the first user may be responsible for at least one of the multiple areas and act as an agent for delivery services for that area.

[0072] In relation to the execution of the operation, in one embodiment, the operation may be executed according to a predetermined period or according to a predetermined rule (e.g., when the number of deliveries required in a specific area increases statistically significantly and the area needs to be divided, or when a specific delivery origin is newly established within a plurality of areas, etc.). In other words, if it does not correspond to a predetermined period or does not satisfy a predetermined rule, the execution of the operation may be omitted.

[0073] A first delivery performance rate corresponding to a first area included in multiple areas can be calculated (S320).

[0074] The first area may be an area predetermined for the first user to provide delivery services. That is, the first user may be responsible for the delivery services of the first area through a contractual or managerial relationship with the operator of the e-commerce platform.

[0075] The first delivery performance rate may be a figure calculated based on the number of delivery requirements in the first area and the number of completed deliveries in the first area, as the delivery performance rate of the first area. For example, the first delivery performance rate may be calculated by calculating the ratio of the number of delivery requirements in the first area to the number of completed deliveries in the first area.

[0076] Here, the number of required deliveries in the first area may be a value determined based on the type of product included in the order corresponding to the first area. For example, assuming that an order with a branch included in the first area as the delivery destination includes "Product A" with a delivery deadline of "2 days" and is ordered on "March 13," the number of required deliveries may be increased by 1 on "March 15." As another example, assuming that an order with a branch included in the first area as the delivery destination includes "Product B" with a delivery deadline of "1 day" and is ordered on "March 14," the number of required deliveries may be increased by 1 on "March 15." That is, since the delivery deadline can be determined in advance depending on the type of product, the number of required deliveries in the first area may be determined based on the type of product included in the order corresponding to the first area.

[0077] In addition, the number of completed deliveries in the first region may be a value determined based on a delivery completion signal obtained from a delivery terminal. For determining the number of completed deliveries, refer to the description of FIG. 1 regarding the delivery terminal (130).

[0078] Regarding the determination of the number of completed deliveries in the first area, in one embodiment, the number of completed deliveries in the first area may be determined based on a delivery completion signal obtained from a delivery terminal associated with a first user and a delivery completion signal obtained from a delivery terminal associated with a second user distinct from the first user. If a shortage occurs in the first area due to reasons such as a delivery person's no-show, another user (e.g., a second user) may participate in the delivery service of the first area, even if the first area is managed by the first user. In this case, the number of completed deliveries in the first area may be determined by additionally utilizing the delivery completion signal obtained from the delivery terminal associated with the second user. According to the present embodiment, the first delivery performance rate can be calculated based on the number of completed deliveries in the first area (i.e., the number of completed deliveries) regardless of the subject, thereby allowing the first delivery performance rate to be calculated as an overall figure for the first area.

[0079] Regarding the calculation of the first delivery completion rate, when a delivery completion signal for a product in the first area is obtained from a delivery terminal associated with a second user distinct from the first user—that is, when a delivery person associated with the second user performs the delivery of a product in the first area—the first sub-delivery completion rate of the first area may be calculated in order to calculate the delivery completion rate of the first user actually processed by the first user. To avoid redundant explanations, a specific explanation regarding this will be provided later with reference to FIG. 4.

[0080] Based on the first delivery performance rate, a first grade corresponding to the first area can be calculated (S330).

[0081] A first grade may be a grade corresponding to a first delivery performance rate. This first grade may be calculated by identifying a first numerical interval corresponding to a first delivery performance rate among a plurality of numerical intervals. For example, numerical intervals and grades corresponding to those numerical intervals are determined such that if the delivery performance rate is "100%", it is "Grade 1"; if it is "95% or more but less than 100%", it is "Grade 2"; if it is "60% or more but less than 95%", it is "Grade 3"; if it is "1% or more but less than 60%", it is "Grade 4"; and if it is "less than 1%", it is "Non-performance Grade". If we assume that the first delivery performance rate is "96%", the first grade corresponding to the first delivery performance rate may be calculated as "Grade 2". As another example, if the same numerical range and the corresponding grade as in the example above are determined, and assuming the first delivery performance rate is "40%", the first grade corresponding to the first delivery performance rate can be calculated as "Grade 4". According to the examples above, the first grade corresponding to the first delivery performance rate can be calculated by multiple numerical ranges with fixed boundaries.

[0082] Regarding the boundaries of each of a plurality of numerical intervals that distinguish grades, in one embodiment, the boundaries of each of the plurality of numerical intervals may be changed based on the lookup criteria of a first dashboard. Here, the first dashboard may be information about a first area that can be provided to a first user terminal. Also, here, the lookup criteria may be setting values obtained from the first user terminal (e.g., period, camp, wave (day or night), grade, delivery person information, etc.). According to the present embodiment, the boundaries of each of the plurality of numerical intervals may be changed depending on whether the lookup criteria satisfy specific conditions. For example, if the period of the lookup criteria includes a period during which the number of delivery requests is statistically concentrated annually (e.g., holiday period, start of semester, etc.), the boundaries of each of the plurality of numerical intervals may be changed. As another example, if the wave of the lookup criteria includes night, the boundaries of each of the plurality of numerical intervals may be changed. To give a more specific example, it is assumed that when the inquiry criteria do not satisfy a specific condition, numerical ranges and corresponding grades are determined as follows: if the delivery completion rate is "100%", it is "Grade 1"; if it is "95% or more but less than 100%", it is "Grade 2"; if it is "60% or more but less than 95%", it is "Grade 3"; if it is "1% or more but less than 60%", it is "Grade 4"; and if it is "less than 1%", it is "Uncompleted Grade". If the inquiry criteria satisfy a specific condition, the boundaries of the numerical ranges may be changed as follows: if the delivery completion rate is "90% or more", it is "Grade 1"; if it is "80% or more but less than 90%", it is "Grade 2"; if it is "50% or more but less than 80%", it is "Grade 3"; if it is "5% or more but less than 50%", it is "Grade 4"; and if it is "less than 5%", it is "Uncompleted Grade". In the example described above, all boundaries of the numerical ranges were changed, but at least some of the boundaries of the numerical ranges may be changed. In addition, according to the example described above, if the inquiry criteria satisfy specific conditions, the first grade can be calculated relatively high by using a relaxed numerical range when calculating the grade.

[0083] A first dashboard visualizing the first grade can be transmitted to a first user terminal (S340).

[0084] The first dashboard may be a dashboard of the first area and may be a collection of information including at least one piece of information, a first grade calculated based on a first delivery performance rate. This first dashboard may be visualized and displayed on the display of the first user terminal. Specific examples of the first dashboard will be described later with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9.

[0085] Regarding the transmission of the first dashboard, in one embodiment, the first dashboard may be transmitted to the first user terminal in response to a first request obtained from the first user terminal. Here, the first request is a request from the first user to display the first dashboard on the display of the first user terminal, and may include a query criterion for the first dashboard. According to the present embodiment, the first dashboard may be generated to correspond to a query criterion, which is a setting value set by the first user, and transmitted to the first user terminal.

[0086] Based on the first grade, an alarm indicating the need to improve the delivery performance rate may be transmitted to the first user terminal (S350).

[0087] The alarm may be information indicating the need to improve the delivery performance rate in accordance with certain conditions related to the first grade. The method of such alarm may be, for example, by generating a warning sound from the speaker of the first user terminal or by displaying a pop-up alarm or specific text on the display of the first user terminal. However, in addition to the examples described above, various known methods capable of notifying the first user that the delivery performance rate needs to be improved when certain conditions related to the first grade are satisfied may be applied within the scope of this disclosure.

[0088] A predetermined condition related to the first grade may include, for example, a condition that the first grade is "grade 3 or lower." Another example may include a condition that the first grade is "grade 3 or lower" and "grade 3 or lower has been maintained for the past 3 weeks." However, the predetermined condition related to the first grade calculated in correspondence with the first area may vary depending on the actual implementation case, and an appropriate time point for pointing out the first user's failure in delivery performance may be determined.

[0089] According to the method described so far with reference to Fig. 3, the user can effectively view the delivery performance rate of the area they are responsible for as a grade. In addition, the user can be encouraged to increase the delivery performance rate on their own by supplementing the delivery service in the area where the grade was calculated to be low. Furthermore, by notifying the user of the need to improve the delivery performance rate, the user can be encouraged to increase the delivery performance rate on their own even if they are unaware of the decline in the delivery performance rate of the area.

[0090] Figure 4 illustrates a flowchart showing the detailed operations of the calculation of the delivery performance rate and the calculation of the grade, as described with reference to Figure 3.

[0091] Operation S410 of Fig. 4 may be a detailed operation of the delivery performance rate calculation operation (S320) of Fig. 3, and operation S420 of Fig. 4 may be a detailed operation of the grade calculation operation (S330) of Fig. 3.

[0092] Based on a delivery completion signal obtained from a first delivery terminal associated with a first user, a first sub-delivery performance rate can be calculated (S411). As described above in the delivery performance rate calculation operation (S320) of FIG. 3, in order to calculate the overall first delivery performance rate of the first area, even cases where a delivery person associated with a second user, distinct from the first user, performs a delivery service were included in the first delivery performance rate. In this case, since the number of deliveries processed by the second user is included as noise, it may not be suitable for calculating the delivery performance rate actually processed by the first user. Therefore, according to this operation, the first sub-delivery performance rate is calculated, thereby allowing the delivery performance rate actually processed by the first user to be calculated. Since this operation differs only in the method of determining the number of completed deliveries in the first area from the delivery performance rate calculation operation (S320) of FIG. 3, the explanation regarding the delivery performance rate calculation operation (S320) of FIG. 3 may be referenced.

[0093] Based on the first sub-delivery performance rate, a first sub-grade corresponding to the first area can be calculated (S421). Since this operation is different only in that the target of grade calculation is different from the grade calculation operation (S330) of FIG. 3, the description regarding the grade calculation operation (S330) of FIG. 3 may be referenced. According to this operation, a grade based on the actual delivery performance rate processed by the first user for the first area can be calculated as the first sub-grade.

[0094] According to the method described so far with reference to Fig. 4, the user can effectively look up the grade related to the delivery service actually processed by the user. In other words, even if noise processed in a way other than the way the user processes the delivery service is included, the user can effectively look up the grade related to the delivery service actually processed by the user.

[0095] FIG. 5 illustrates a flowchart illustrating a method according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. The method illustrated in FIG. 5 may include a series of operations for an integrated management device (110) to transmit information (e.g., a dashboard, etc.) regarding an area managed by another user (e.g., a second user) distinct from the first user to a first user terminal. The individual operations illustrated in FIG. 5 will be described in detail below.

[0096] Based on the geographical location of the shipping origin, multiple areas related to the shipping service may be partitioned (S510). For this operation, the description of the partitioning operation of multiple areas (S310) of FIG. 3 may be referenced.

[0097] A second delivery performance rate corresponding to a second area included in multiple areas can be calculated (S520).

[0098] The second area may be an area predetermined for a second user, distinct from the first user, to provide delivery services. That is, the second user may be responsible for delivery services in the second area through a contractual or managerial relationship with the operator of the e-commerce platform.

[0099] The second delivery performance rate is the delivery performance rate of the second area, and may be a figure calculated based on the number of delivery requirements in the second area and the number of completed deliveries in the second area. For example, the second delivery performance rate may be calculated by determining the ratio of the number of delivery requirements in the second area to the number of completed deliveries in the second area.

[0100] Since the target for calculating the delivery performance rate in this operation is different from the delivery performance rate calculation operation (S320) of FIG. 3, the description regarding the delivery performance rate calculation operation (S320) of FIG. 3 may be referenced.

[0101] Based on the second delivery performance rate, a second grade corresponding to the second area can be calculated (S530).

[0102] Grade 2 may be a grade corresponding to the second delivery performance rate.

[0103] Since this operation is different only in that the target of the grade calculation is different from the grade calculation operation (S330) of FIG. 3, the description regarding the grade calculation operation (S330) of FIG. 3 may be referenced.

[0104] A second dashboard visualizing the second grade can be transmitted to the first user terminal (S540).

[0105] The second dashboard may be a dashboard of the second area and may be a collection of information including, as at least one piece of information, a second grade calculated based on the second delivery performance rate. This second dashboard may be visualized and displayed on the display of the first user terminal. Specific examples of the second dashboard will be described later with reference to FIG. 10.

[0106] Regarding the transmission of the second dashboard, in one embodiment, the second dashboard may be transmitted to the first user terminal in response to a second request obtained from the first user terminal. Here, the second request is a request from the first user to display the second dashboard on the display of the first user terminal, and may include a query criterion for the second dashboard. According to the present embodiment, the second dashboard may be generated to correspond to a query criterion, which is a setting value set by the first user, and transmitted to the first user terminal.

[0107] According to the method described so far with reference to Fig. 5, the user can effectively view the delivery performance rate of areas not under their charge as a grade. In other words, by comparing their own delivery performance rate with that of others, the user can be encouraged to increase their own delivery performance rate.

[0108] Hereinafter, a user interface that can be provided to a first user terminal will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 to 10.

[0109] FIG. 6 illustrates a menu bar (600) that may be referenced in various embodiments of the present disclosure. The menu bar (600) may include a QuickFlexer delivery performance rate button (610). The term "QuickFlexer" as used in the present disclosure may refer to a delivery method by a user acting as an agent for delivery services as a method of delivery. When the QuickFlexer delivery performance rate button (610) is selected by the first user, a route performance rate grade button (611) and other route performance rate grade buttons (612) may be displayed. Here, when the route performance rate grade button (611) is selected by the first user, a route performance rate grade screen (i.e., a first dashboard) according to FIG. 8 or FIG. 9, which will be described later, may be displayed on the first user terminal. In addition, when the other route performance rate rating button (612) is selected by the first user, the other route performance rate rating screen (i.e., the second dashboard) according to FIG. 10, which will be described later, may be displayed on the first user terminal. That is, as the buttons (611, 612) are selected by the first user, the screen displayed on the display of the first user terminal may be switched to the screen intended by the first user.

[0110] FIG. 7 illustrates a pop-up alarm (700) that may be referenced in various embodiments of the present disclosure. If an alarm needs to be displayed before the route performance rating button (611) of FIG. 6 is selected by the first user and the route performance rating screen is displayed on the first user terminal, the pop-up alarm (700) may be displayed on the display of the first user terminal.

[0114] The summary part (820, 920) may be an interface that summarizes the list (840) of the first dashboard. The summary part (820, 920) may be displayed with different colors assigned according to the grade, for example, so that the first user can more intuitively view the first grade for the first area. Such a method of highlighting grades may be expressed in various known ways other than assigning different colors to each grade, and any method that can distinguish and visualize grades may be included within the scope of the present disclosure.

[0115] The alarm bar (830) may be an interface that displays an alarm.

[0116] The list (840) may be an interface that displays detailed information of one or more first areas managed by the first user. The detailed information of the list (840) may include, for example, camps, waves, contract routes (e.g., first areas), delivery personnel information (e.g., login ID, name), volume of required delivery (e.g., number of required deliveries), volume of completed delivery (e.g., number of completed deliveries), performance rate (e.g., first delivery performance rate), performance rate grade (e.g., first grade), previous week performance rate grade, etc.

[0117] The delivery person information in the list (840) may refer to information about a delivery person who performs delivery to a delivery destination included in the first area. By including delivery person information in the route performance rate rating screen (800), the first user can evaluate the delivery performance rate by delivery person.

[0118] The performance rate grade of the list (840) is displayed by assigning a different color according to the grade, for example, so that the first user can more intuitively look up the first grade for the first area. For such a method of highlighting the grade, the description of the summary part (820, 920) described above may be referenced.
