Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a sheet covering storage device, and more specifically, to a sheet covering storage device capable of storing multiple sheet coverings by hanging them on a hanger without stacking them. Background Technology

[0002] A vehicle seat consists of a seat body that forms the frame and a seat cover that is placed over it. Before being assembled onto the seat body, the seat cover is stacked in multiple layers, that is, laminated, and stored in a cardboard box or corrugated plastic box, or transported in that state.

[0003] These sheet coverings are often manufactured overseas rather than domestically to reduce production costs, which consequently results in long storage or transportation times. In such cases, the lower sheet covering is subjected to a heavy load while folded for an extended period due to the weight of the stacked upper layer, causing wrinkles to form.

[0004] Since these wrinkles do not naturally disappear even if the seat cover is unfolded after storage or transport, additional work such as ironing is required before placing the seat cover on the seat body, and in cases where the wrinkles are severe, the seat cover may have to be discarded because it cannot be restored.

[0005] To address these issues, a storage device was developed that hangs seat covers by installing hangers on a storage box; however, there were problems with the work being cumbersome and inconvenient, as the stand and the bracket (hanger) for attaching the stand to the storage box were welded together as a single unit, or the structure required hanging the seat cover directly on the stand.

[0006] Meanwhile, the aforementioned prior art is technical information that the inventor possessed for the purpose of deriving the present disclosure or acquired during the process of deriving the present disclosure, and it cannot necessarily be considered publicly known technology disclosed to the general public prior to the filing of the present disclosure. [0035] The storage box (10) may be open at the top, and a cover (not shown) that closes the top after storing the sheet covering (sc) may be provided separately.

[0036] The storage box (10) can have enough rigidity to withstand the load of the sheet covering (sc) that is hung on the clothes hanger (70), and can be provided as a single-sheet plastic box, etc.

[0037] In the present specification, the storage box (10) is described as having a cuboid shape, but is not limited thereto and may have any shape as long as it can accommodate a sheet covering (sc) inside.

[0038] The bracket (30) can be detachably installed on the upper side of the storage box (10). The bracket (30) may include a portion that hangs on the upper corner of the storage box (10) and a portion that supports the stand (50). By doing so, the bracket (30) hangs on the upper side of the storage box (10) and supports the stand (50).

[0039] Two brackets (30) may be installed in a storage box (10) as a pair to support both ends of the mounting bracket (50). Additionally, when multiple mounting brackets (50) are installed in the storage box (10), multiple pairs of brackets (30) may be installed in the storage box (10).

[0040] The mounting bracket (50) is supported by a pair of brackets (30) and installed in a horizontal direction, and each of its two ends can be supported by the brackets (30).

[0041] One or more stands (50) may be installed in one storage box (10). Referring to FIG. 1, two stands (50) may be installed in one storage box (10), but are not limited thereto, and a smaller or larger number of stands (50) may be installed depending on the size of the storage box (10), etc.

[0042] A clothes hanger (70) can be detachably installed on a stand (50). Multiple clothes hangers (70) can be installed on one stand (50). Referring to FIG. 1, four clothes hangers (70) can be installed on one stand (50), but this is not limited thereto, and depending on the size of the storage box (10) or the length of the clothes hanger (70), fewer or more clothes hangers (70) can be installed on one stand (50).

[0043] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the clothes hanger (70) may include a sliding coupling part (71), a connecting part (73), and a hanging part (75).

[0044] Referring to FIG. 2, the sliding joint (71) may have a rod shape extending horizontally or a plate shape having a predetermined thickness.

[0045] And the connecting part (73) can be extended downward from the sliding connecting part (71).

[0046] And the hanging portion (75) can be extended horizontally from the connecting portion (73). When using the sheet covering storage device according to the present invention, the sheet covering (sc) is hung on the hanging portion (75).

[0047] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the stand (50) is provided with a clothes hanger sliding groove (51) that is provided in the longitudinal direction and has an open lower side, and the clothes hanger (70) may be provided with a sliding coupling part (71) that is inserted into the clothes hanger sliding groove (51) on the upper side.

[0048] Referring to FIG. 2, a clothes hanger sliding groove (51) may be provided on the lower side of the stand (50). In addition, support ridges (51b) may be provided protrudingly on both sides of the opening (51a) of the clothes hanger sliding groove (51), thereby blocking a part of the opening (51a).

[0049] A sliding coupling part (71) provided on the upper side of the clothes hanger (70) can be inserted into a sliding groove (51) in the longitudinal direction of the clothes hanger holder (50) and caught on a support projection (51b) in the downward direction. By doing so, the clothes hanger (70) can be installed so that it does not detach downward from the holder (50).

[0050] According to one embodiment of the present invention, a reinforcing plate (53) that contacts the inner surface of the clothes hanger sliding groove (51) may be provided on the upper side of the sliding coupling part (71).

[0051] Referring to FIG. 3, when a clothes hanger (70) is installed on a stand (50), a reinforcing plate (53) may be installed on the upper side of the sliding joint (71) of the clothes hanger (71). The lower surface of the reinforcing plate (53) may come into contact with the upper surface of the sliding joint (71), and the lower surface of the reinforcing plate (53) may come into contact with the upper surface of the clothes hanger sliding groove (51). Then, the sliding joint (71) may be installed in close contact with the upper reinforcing plate (53) and the lower support ledge (51b).

[0052] Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 6, when multiple sheet coverings (sc) are hung on a clothes hanger (70), a large load is applied to the hanging portion (75) of the clothes hanger (70) (see FIG. 6 (a)). In this case, the sliding joint portion (71) of the clothes hanger (70) may be deformed at the part (A) connected to the connecting portion (73). Then, the hanging portion (75) may not be horizontal and may face downward, and as a result, the sheet coverings (sc) may slide and detach from the hanging portion (75).

[0053] However, as described above, when the reinforcing plate (53) is installed, the sliding joint (71) can be installed in close contact with the upper reinforcing plate (53) and the lower support ledge (51b), thereby preventing the sliding joint (71) from being deformed.

[0054] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the sliding coupling portion (71) may be extended longer than the hanging portion (75).

[0055] Referring to FIG. 3, it can be seen that the sliding joint (71) extends a predetermined distance (d) longer than the hanging portion (75). As a result, when installed, the distance between the hanging portions (75) on adjacent hangers (70) can be maintained at a constant distance (d). And through this distance, the worker can easily hang the seat covering (sc) on the hanging portion (75).

[0056] According to one embodiment of the present invention, a reinforcing member (77) may be provided on one side of the portion where the sliding coupling member (71) and the connecting member (73) come into contact with each other.

[0057] Referring to FIG. 3, a reinforcing member (77) may be provided at the part where the sliding joint member (71) and the connecting member (73) meet in the hanger (70). And the above one side may mean the side in the direction in which the hanger member (75) extends.

[0058] As described above with reference to FIG. 6, when a number of sheet coverings (sc) are hung on a hanger (70), the hanging portion (75) of the hanger (70) receives a large load and the sliding joint portion (71) may be deformed (see part A), but if a reinforcing portion (77) is provided as described above, such deformation can be prevented. And by this, the sheet coverings (sc) hung on the hanging portion (75) can be prevented from sliding toward the extension direction of the hanging portion (75) and detaching from the hanging portion (75).

[0059] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the hook portion (75) may be provided with a hooking projection (79) at its end.

[0060] Referring to FIG. 2 or FIG. 3, a catch (79) may be provided at the end of the hanging portion (75) of the hanger (70). When using the sheet covering storage device according to the present invention, the cover (sc) may be prevented from detaching from the hanging portion (75) by the catch (79).

[0061] According to one embodiment of the present invention, a latch (90) that supports the hanging portion (75) of the hanger (70) from a load applied to the hanger (70) can be detachably coupled to the stand (50) and the hanger (70).

[0062] As described above with reference to FIG. 6, when a number of sheet coverings (sc) are hung on a hanger (70), the hanging portion (75) of the hanger (70) receives a large load and the sliding joint portion (71) may be deformed (see part A), but if a latch (90) is provided as shown in FIG. 4, such deformation can be prevented. By this, the sheet coverings (sc) hung on the hanging portion (75) can be prevented from sliding toward the extension direction of the hanging portion (75) and detaching from the hanging portion (75).

[0063] According to one embodiment of the present invention, for the detachable connection of the latch (90) and support of the hook portion (75), the mounting bracket (50) may be provided in the longitudinal direction and may have a latch connection groove (55) with at least one side of the side open, and the latch (90) may be detachably connected to the latch connection groove (55) to support the end side of the hook portion (75).

[0064] Referring to FIG. 4, a latch coupling groove (55) may be provided on the side of the mounting bracket (50). And a restraining projection (55b) may be provided protrudingly on the upper and lower sides of the latch coupling groove (55), so that a part of the opening (55a) may be blocked.

[0065] The latch (90) can be inserted into the latch coupling groove (55) and secured to the restraining jaw (55b) so as not to detach from the mounting bracket (50).

[0066] Meanwhile, the latch (90) may be slid from the end of the support (50) along the longitudinal direction of the support (50) to be coupled to the latch coupling groove (55) of the support (50), but as described below, it may also be coupled immediately at a predetermined position of the latch coupling groove (55) without sliding.

[0067] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the latch (90) may include a locking part (91) and a support part (93).

[0068] The locking part (91) can be detachably coupled to the latch coupling groove (55) by rotation.

[0069] Referring to FIG. 5, the locking part (91) may include a protrusion (91a). The locking part (91) may be inserted into a latch coupling groove (55) or an opening (55a) (see FIG. 5 (a)), and when rotated at a predetermined angle, the protrusion (91a) may be restrained by a restraining jaw (55b) so as not to be dislodged in the opposite direction of the insertion (see FIG. 5 (b)). By this, the latch (90) may be installed on the mounting bracket (50). And when the above process is performed in reverse order, the latch (90) may be separated from the mounting bracket (50).

[0070] Accordingly, the latch (90) can be detachably installed on the stand (50).

[0071] As described above, the operator can immediately install the latch (90) at a desired position in the latch coupling groove (55) without needing to slide the latch (90) from the end of the mounting bracket (50), thereby improving the convenience of the work.

[0072] The support member (93) supports the hanging member (75) of the clothes hanger (70). That is, when the latch (90) is coupled to the holder (50) as shown in Fig. 5 (b), the support member (93) can support the lower side of the hanging member (75) as shown in Fig. 4. Then, as described above with reference to Fig. 6, the sliding coupling member (71) can be prevented from being deformed, and thereby, the seat covering (sc) hanging on the hanging member (75) can be prevented from sliding toward the extension direction of the hanging member (75) and detaching from the hanging member (75).

[0073] In this specification, the locking part (91) is illustrated and described as having a roughly rectangular shape, but is not limited thereto. The locking part (91) may be provided in any shape, such as an ellipse or a polygon, provided that it can be inserted into the latch coupling groove (55) or the opening (55a) and coupled so as not to be dislodged in the opposite direction of the insertion direction by rotation.

[0075] As described above, although the present invention has been explained by limited embodiments and drawings, the present invention is not limited thereto, and it is obvious that various modifications and variations are possible within the scope of the technical spirit of the present invention and the equivalent scope of the claims described below by those skilled in the art to which the present invention belongs.
