Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing scented paper perfume tags, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing scented paper perfume tags that can control the amount of moisture absorbed by the scented substance, thereby preventing overuse of the scented substance and preventing deformation of the paper pad cut to a certain size when the scented substance is absorbed, and which makes manufacturing easy because the paper perfume tags do not stick to each other during manufacturing. Background Technology
[0003] Generally, scented paper is laminated with business cards, calendars, and advertising stickers for promotional purposes; it is used to create a pleasant indoor environment by emitting a pleasant fragrance and to enhance the provider's image. Additionally, it is hung in vehicles, shoe cabinets, bedrooms, and offices to serve as a substitute for diffusers.
[0004] Conventional scented paper was produced by soaking uniformly cut and stacked paper in a liquid container storing a specific aromatic substance for a certain period of time, then removing it and drying it.
[0005] However, the paper emitting fragrance produced by the above method is simply manufactured by immersing the paper in a container containing a liquid fragrance. This results in the inconvenience of requiring a worker to check the production process individually, the consumption of a large amount of fragrance liquid when mass-producing the fragrance paper, and a high defect rate because the fragrance does not penetrate between the layers of paper when the laminated paper is immersed for a certain period of time.
[0006] In the method of immersing paper in the aforementioned fragrance substance, there is a problem in that the fragrance substance splashes during the process, causing the surrounding area of the workplace to become dirty, or workers who stay at the workplace for a long time inhale the fragrance substance for an extended period, thereby causing adverse effects on the workers' bodies and becoming a major cause of industrial accidents.
[0007] In addition, due to the method of working by immersing the paper in liquid, there is a problem where the quality of the product deteriorates because the edges of the paper curl up and deform due to the nature of the paper being sensitive to moisture when it is dried after being immersed in a fragrance substance for a long time. [0010] The present invention, devised in consideration of the aforementioned conventional problems, provides a method for manufacturing scented paper perfume tags that is easy to manufacture because the paper perfume tags do not stick to each other during manufacturing, while preventing overuse of the scented material and deformation of the paper pad when the scented material is absorbed by controlling the amount of moisture absorbed by supplying a liquid scented material to a paper pad at regular intervals to absorb moisture. means of solving the problem
[0012] The objective of the present invention is achieved by a method for manufacturing a scented paper perfume tag, comprising: a scented substance supply process in which a scented substance filled in a storage tank is supplied in a certain amount at regular intervals to the surface of a paper pad, through nozzles installed at regular intervals, by means of the transfer pressure of a pump; a moisture absorption preparation process in which the scented substance supplied in a certain amount to the surface of the paper pad by the scented substance supply process is spread out individually on a net member so that the paper absorbs the scented substance supplied in a certain amount to the surface of the paper pad by the moisture absorption preparation process; a moisture absorption process in which a certain amount of time elapses to absorb the scented substance supplied to the paper pad spread out individually by the moisture absorption preparation process; and a printing layer formation process in which a printing layer expressing a message and a picture shape is further formed on one side after the completion of the drying process.
[0013] This is achieved by a method for manufacturing a scented paper perfume tag characterized by further including a bonding process in which a magnetic pad is additionally attached to one side of a paper pad after the above moisture absorption process is completed.
[0014] This is achieved by a method for manufacturing a scented paper perfume tag, characterized by further including a bonding process in which either a woven fabric or a non-woven fabric made of natural fibers is attached between the paper pad and the magnetic pad in the above bonding process. Effects of the invention
[0016] The present invention is a useful invention that has the advantage of controlling the amount of moisture absorbed by supplying a liquid fragrance substance to a paper pad at regular intervals to allow moisture absorption, thereby preventing the excessive use of the fragrance substance and preventing deformation of the paper pad during moisture absorption; making manufacturing easier as the paper perfume tags do not stick to each other during production; and preventing the fragrance of the fragrance substance from being excessively released into the air, thereby preventing harm to the health of the worker. Specific details for implementing the invention
[0019] A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings.
[0020] Prior to this, it is specified that the terms described below are defined in consideration of their functions in the present invention, and should be interpreted in accordance with the concept consistent with the technical spirit of the present invention and the meaning commonly accepted or recognized in the relevant technical field.
[0021] Furthermore, if it is determined that a detailed description of known functions or configurations related to the present invention could obscure the essence of the invention, such detailed description is omitted. In addition, when a part is described as including a certain component, this means that, unless specifically stated otherwise, it does not exclude other components but may include additional components.
[0022] The method for manufacturing a scented paper perfume tag according to the present invention performs a scented substance supply process (S100) in which a scented substance filled into a storage tank (10) shown in Fig. 1 of the attached drawings is supplied in a certain amount at regular intervals to the surface of a paper pad (40) through nozzles installed at regular intervals by means of the transfer pressure of a pump, and the scented substance is transferred by means of a conveyor belt (11).
[0023] Here, the paper pad (40) has a structure formed by laminating one thick sheet of paper or two or more sheets of paper, and it is preferable to use natural pulp. Meanwhile, the type of paper used for the paper pad (20) is one of natural pulp paper, cotton fiber pulp paper, or synthetic fiber pulp paper.
[0024] The above method of supplying the scented substance utilizes a scented substance supply device as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 2, and the operation of the scented substance supply device is such that a pump is installed in a storage tank (10) in which the scented substance is stored, and a certain amount of scented substance is supplied downward through a pipe (30) having a plurality of nozzles (31) installed using a flexible hose (20) to the pump.
[0025] The fragrance substance supplied through the nozzle (31) is preferably sprayed using a spraying method. At this time, the viscosity of the fragrance substance sprayed through the nozzle (31) is in the range of 0.9 to 1.2 CPS.
[0026] If the viscosity of the above fragrance substance is 0.9 CPS or less, the time for the fragrance substance to be absorbed into the paper pad is easy, but there is a problem of it being absorbed quickly and volatilizing. If the viscosity of the fragrance substance is 1.2 CPS or more, the nozzle is clogged and spraying does not occur properly, and there is a problem that the time for the sprayed fragrance substance to be absorbed into the paper pad is long, and there is a problem that stains occur on the paper pad (40) during the process of the fragrance substance sprayed into the paper pad (40) being absorbed.
[0027] As described above, the moisture absorption speed and the amount of fragrance material used can be controlled by adjusting the transport speed and the amount of supply according to the material and thickness of the paper pad (40) that is placed on the conveyor belt (11) and transported at a constant speed.
[0028] As shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1, when a certain amount of aromatic material is supplied to the paper pad (40) at regular intervals by the aromatic material supply process (S100), a moisture absorption preparation process (S200) is performed in which the paper pad (40) falling from the end of the conveyor belt (11) is spread out one by one onto a multi-stage drying plate made of a metal mesh.
[0029] The reason for using a drying plate made of the above-mentioned metal mesh is to prevent the moisture-absorbing aromatic substance from being transferred to other materials and reducing the amount of moisture-absorbing aromatic substance. While it is preferable to use a metal wire for the drying plate, a rope, end, thread, etc., made of synthetic resin may also be used.
[0030] When the moisture preparation process (S200) is completed by placing a paper pad (40) on the drying plate in which a fragrance substance is sprayed at regular intervals, the paper pad (40) is placed on the drying plate for 20 to 30 hours to allow the fragrance substance sprayed on the paper pad (40) to seep into the paper pad (40), and then the moisture absorption process (S300) is performed in which the fragrance substance is slowly absorbed throughout the paper pad (40).
[0031] In the method of performing the above moisture absorption process (S300), the ambient temperature is maintained at 10 to 20 degrees. If the temperature exceeds 20 degrees, there is a problem that the amount of moisture absorbed by the paper pad (40) is reduced because the highly volatile aromatic substance evaporates quickly. Also, if the ambient temperature is 10 degrees or lower, there is a problem that the absorption rate by the paper pad (40) slows down, increasing the absorption time.
[0032] Meanwhile, a printing layer forming process (S400) is performed to further form a printing layer (70) expressing a message, picture, or figure on one side of the paper pad (40) on which the above moisture absorption process (S300) is completed. In the printing layer forming process (S400), the printing layer (70) expressing a figure, letter, or picture on one side may use one of relief printing, flatbed printing, gravure printing, or screen printing, and a printed film may be used as a substitute for the printing layer.
[0033] However, it is preferable to form a printed layer (70). This is because, although the film can easily attach the message to the paper pad (40), there is a problem that the amount of fragrance emitted is less compared to when the printed layer (70) is formed on the paper pad (40).
[0034] Meanwhile, as shown in the attached drawings Figs. 3 to 5, another embodiment of the present invention may further include a bonding process (S500) in which a magnetic pad (80) is additionally attached to the other side of the paper pad (20) on which the printing layer (70) is formed, that is, on the side of the paper pad (40) on which the moisture absorption process (S300) is completed.
[0035] In addition, the above bonding process (S500) may further include a bonding process (S510) in which a fabric material (90) made of either a woven fabric or a non-woven fabric made of natural fibers is attached between the paper pad (40) and the magnetic pad (80).
[0036] Here, a foam pad formed by foaming a synthetic resin material used as a substitute for the fiber fabric (90) can be used, and the fiber fabric (90) and the foam pad also have the effect of preventing deformation of the paper pad (40) mentioned above.
[0037] As described above, a molding process (S600) can be performed to cut a paper perfume tag having a certain shape and form, in which a printed layer (70) is attached to one side of a paper pad (40) and a magnetic pad (80) is attached to the other side, or a printed layer is attached to one side of a paper pad (40) and a fiber fabric (90) and a magnetic pad (80) is attached to the other side.
[0038] Additionally, a foam pad made of foamed synthetic resin may be used as a substitute for the fiber fabric (90) between the paper pad (40) and the magnetic pad (80). By using the fiber fabric (90) and the foam pad (91) to absorb fragrance substances, a stronger fragrance can be emitted than the fragrance emitted from the paper pad (20). It is preferable to use a foam pad with an open-cell structure.
[0039] The present invention is a useful invention that has the advantage of controlling the amount of moisture absorbed by supplying a liquid fragrance substance to a paper pad at regular intervals to allow moisture absorption, thereby preventing the excessive use of the fragrance substance and preventing deformation of the paper pad during moisture absorption; making manufacturing easier as the paper perfume tags do not stick to each other during production; and preventing the fragrance of the fragrance substance from being excessively released into the air, thereby preventing harm to the health of the worker.
