If the sealing member is formed separately from the cutter, multiple sealing members may be provided to be arranged on both sides with the cutter in between. A heat conducting member may also be provided to uniformly transfer heat from the heater to the sealing member.

[0034] The trimming section (180) is installed on each side of the rear conveyor (112) and heat-seals the open sides of the product receiving packaging paper (3) that is moved by the conveyor (111, 112), specifically the rear conveyor (112), with the front and rear ends sealed by the continuous operation of the cutout section (170).

[0035] Each trimming unit (180) may include a base (181) positioned parallel to the rear side of the conveyor (112), a heating cutter (182) that can be positioned above the base (181) and presses downward to cut the product receiving packaging (3) located between the base (181) and the product receiving packaging, thereby sealing it with heat, a trimming drive unit (183) that raises and lowers the heating cutter (182), a transfer platform (184) installed so that the trimming drive unit (183) is connected to the heating cutter (182), and a guide (185) that guides the heating cutter (182) to be raised and lowered on the transfer platform (184).

[0036] The base (181) may have the same or similar shape as the heating cutter (182), may be installed facing the heating cutter (182), and may be made of a material that withstands the heat of the heating cutter (182) and also withstands the cutting force exerted by the heating cutter (182).

[0037] A heating cutter (182) may be connected to and installed in a trimming drive unit (183), and a heater may be provided to provide heat for heat sealing or heat fusion of a product receiving packaging (3). A cutter for cutting the product receiving packaging (3) and a sealing member that receives heat from the heater and seals the product receiving packaging (3) may be formed to form a single body, or they may be formed separately and arranged side by side with each other. In order to achieve linear reciprocating movement of the transfer units (184), the rotational driving force of a rotary motor can be converted into linear motion and utilized, or a linear actuator such as a cylinder or linear motor can be utilized, and various other linear motion devices may also be used. Meanwhile, the cut drive unit (173) may additionally be provided with guide means such as a guide rail or a guide shaft to guide the lifting and lowering of the heating cutter (172).

[0040] The control unit (210) receives information on the specifications of the product (1) and controls the gripper transfer unit (140), gripper lifting unit (150), and trimming gap adjustment unit (190) to comply with the overpackaging prevention standard set in accordance with the specifications of the product (1). Here, the overpackaging prevention standard can be a standard for packaging specifications that are not considered overpackaged with respect to the specifications of the product (1), but due to the characteristics of the packaging, it is not necessary to define it precisely, and it can be appropriately determined by the user within a range having a size of 100 to 200% of the size of the corresponding part of the product (1), and the forward and backward movement distance and lifting height of the packaging gripper (130) and the trimming position by the gripper transfer unit (140), gripper lifting unit (150), and trimming gap adjustment unit (190) according to the specifications of the product (1) can be determined. In addition, to enable position control by the control unit (210), various actuators including the motor used in the present invention may be devices capable of controlling the rotation angle or driving distance.

[0041] A double-sided trimming type automatic packaging system (100) for compliance with overpackaging prevention standards according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include a scrap recovery unit (220) that collects and recovers scraps cut from a product receiving packaging paper (3) by a trimming unit (180).

[0042] The scrap recovery unit (220) comprises a scrap gripper (221) that allows the end of a product receiving packaging paper (3) to be trimmed by the trimming unit (180) to be gripped by a finger (221a) that performs closing and opening operations by a grip driving unit (221b); a grip shaft (222) that can be installed parallel to one side of the trimming unit (180) and fixed so that the scrap gripper (221) rotates together with it, and when the end of the product receiving packaging paper (3) held by the scrap gripper (221) is cut by the trimming unit (180) and becomes scrap, the scrap gripper (221) can drop the scrap by rotating by a shaft driving unit (not shown); a collection duct (223) provided to allow scrap to flow into the lower side of the scrap gripper (221); and a blower force for the collection duct (223) to suck in the scrap. It may include a blower (224) that provides.

[0043] The scrap gripper (221) can be connected to the grip drive unit (221b) so that each of the pair of fingers (221a) rotates around a parallel hinge axis, and when the fingers (221a) are closed to 0 degrees while extended to 180 degrees, it is possible to grip the scrap. To this end, the grip drive unit (221b) can be configured to rotate the fingers (221a) by the rotational driving force of a motor, the driving force transmitted by a cylinder and a link member, or various other methods.

[0044] The grip shaft (222) can be installed so as to be rotatable on, for example, the conveyor (184), and by rotating it by means of a shaft member that provides rotational force by means of a motor, etc., the position of the scrap gripper (221) can be rotated so that the scrap can be smoothly collected on the side of the collection duct (223).

[0045] The collection duct (223) can be connected to an external collection container, and scrap sucked in by the blowing force of the blower (224) can be collected in this collection container to perform subsequent processing.
