Background Technology

[0003] Generally, various types of machinery are used for industrial purposes in milling equipment (paints, secondary batteries, cosmetics, dyes, pigments, etc.), and among them, milling machines are used to receive materials and disperse the received materials.

[0004] That is, in order to finely grind various raw materials with local high pressure through collisions between the particles of beads, multiple raw materials are introduced into a casing having a certain receiving space, and then the raw materials can be ground as the casing or rotating shaft rotates.

[0005] Meanwhile, during this grinding process, raw materials may flow into the rotating shaft, potentially damaging the shaft, the bearings supporting it, and the gland packing. This tendency is particularly strong when the raw materials are fine and hard powders, and when the size of the rotating shaft is large, as this increases the force pushing the materials.

[0006] Accordingly, it is desirable to install a sealing device that can more effectively prevent such fine or hard powder from entering the rotating shaft and, in particular, replace parts that are heavily worn, but in conventional technology, there were problems such as difficulty in disassembling and assembling equipment in shaft sealing structures and a short lifespan of the seal. [0017] Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be examined in detail with reference to the attached drawings.

[0018] Embodiments of the present invention may be modified in various forms, and the scope of the present invention should not be interpreted as being limited to the embodiments described in detail below. These embodiments are provided to more fully explain the present invention to those with average knowledge in the art.

[0019] Accordingly, the shapes of components depicted in the drawings may be exaggerated to emphasize clearer explanations. It should be noted that identical components in each drawing may be illustrated with the same reference numeral. Furthermore, detailed descriptions of functions and configurations of known technology that are deemed to unnecessarily obscure the essence of the invention may be omitted.

[0020] First, the configuration of a triple mechanical cartridge seal structure for shaft sealing according to one embodiment of the present invention is as follows through FIGS. 1 to 9.

[0021] The seal structure in the present embodiment comprises: a sleeve body (10) assembled to surround a shaft axis (100) that is rotated; a fluid housing (200) assembled on the outer side of the sleeve body (10) to supply mixing materials (paint, ink, etc.) through a material supply unit (210); a guide ring (20) that is fastened and supported by a fastening bolt (25); a gland ring (30) assembled on the front end of the guide ring (20) by a fastening screw (35) to prevent external exposure of the sleeve body (10); a jig bracket (60) that is fastened and supported by a jig bolt (65) to prevent detachment of the gland ring (30); a bellows seal (40) assembled to surround the outer rear end to prevent leakage of raw materials between the fluid housing (200) and the sleeve body (10); and the detachment of the bellows seal (40). The configuration comprises a fastening screw (42) that is fastened to prevent and secure to the sleeve body (10), a stator (80) assembled on the inner side of the guide ring (20) to maintain a fixed state, a rotor (81) assembled on one side of the stator (80) to rotate together with the sleeve body (10) when the shaft axis (100) rotates, and an elastic spring (70) configured inside the guide ring (20) to elastically support the stator (80).

[0022] At this time, a plurality of fluid holes (11) through which fluid flow occurs are formed at regular intervals in the sleeve body (10), and as can be seen in FIG. 3, the fluid holes (11) are formed in the shape of elongated holes of a certain length to improve fluid flowability, and a guide projection (12) is provided protruding from the middle section for assembly and guidance of the rotor (81). Unexplained reference numeral 13 indicates a stepped portion for positional support of the support ring (92).

[0023] In addition, the bellows seal (40) is divided into two parts so that the length can be varied, and the two parts are connected to each other by a bellows (41).

[0024] Additionally, the jig bracket (60) is assembled in a radial direction, and it can be seen that the guide ring (20) has a screw fastening hole (21) for fastening a fastening screw (35) and a bolt hole (22) for fastening a fastening bolt (25) formed in the axial direction.

[0025] Meanwhile, as an optional other embodiment of the present invention, a lubricating reinforcing layer (41a) to prevent surface cracks from occurring during the stretching operation process may be coated on the surface of the bellows (41) as shown in FIG. 11.

[0026] At this time, the formed lubricating reinforcing layer (41a) preferably has a mixed composition in the ratio of molybdenum disulfide 20-40 wt%, silicone oil 15-30 wt%, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate 5-20 wt%, bromate 5-10 wt%, polyoxyethylene 1-10 wt%, tannic acid 1-10 wt%, hexabromobenzene 10-20 wt%, and chloramphenicol 1-10 wt%.

[0027] In the drawing, the unexplained reference numeral 32 represents a bolt hole where the jig bolt (65) is fastened, 33 represents an oil injection hole, 50 represents an end ring, 70 represents an elastic spring, 91 represents a sealing ring, and 92 represents a support ring.

[0028] Let us examine the effects of the triple mechanical seal of the present invention, which has such a configuration.

[0029] The mechanical seal structure of the present invention is applied to a mill for the chemical industry, such as paint, printing ink, magnetic paint, adhesive, dye, pigment, etc., and is configured at the connection point between the shaft axis (100) and the fluid housing (200) to prevent leakage at the connection point and to perform the function of supporting the shaft axis (100) so that rotation of the shaft axis (100) can be performed smoothly.

[0030] In other words, by reducing the number of parts of the structure, the overall length of the structure can be reduced, thereby improving structural stability and ease of assembly.

[0031] In particular, the fluid hole (11) formed in the sleeve body (10) is formed in an elongated shape, thereby improving the fluidity of the fluid (oil, grease, etc.) and preventing the occurrence of sticking. Additionally, the bellows seal (40) assembled on the outside of the fluid hole (11) forms a variable structure by means of a bellows (41), thereby preventing deformation and damage caused by external vibration.

[0032] In addition, the jig bolt (65), which performs the function of fixing the jig bracket (60), is configured to be assembled and fastened from the outside as shown in FIG. 4, thereby making the assembly work easier and preventing the jig bracket (60) from bending or breaking during the work process.

[0033] Meanwhile, in another embodiment of the present invention, a lubricating reinforcing layer (41a) may be selectively coated as a thin film on the bellows (41). This coating prevents surface cracks caused by repeated stretching and changing, and also prevents the phenomenon of fluid (grease, oil, etc.) adhering to the surface.

[0034] In particular, since the lubricating reinforcing layer (41a) of the present invention contains a mixture of molybdenum disulfide and silicone oil components, surface lubricity can be improved. Ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate improves coating stability through the catalytic function of silicone oil, and bromate performs the function of preventing oxidation and discoloration of the coating surface. Polyoxyethylene and tannic acid each perform the function of suppressing bubble generation during the coating formation process of the lubricating reinforcing layer (41a) and improving surface flatness. Additionally, the added hexabromobenzene performs a flame retardant function as a halogenated hydrocarbon, and chloramphenicol performs the function of preventing surface contamination.

[0035] Accordingly, the mechanical seal structure for shaft sealing of the present invention enables easier assembly with the shaft and exhibits the effect of improving assembly and sealing stability.

[0036] In addition, it offers the advantage of extending the lifespan of the seal structure by preventing sticking through improved internal fluidity.

[0038] And, although specific embodiments of the present invention have been described and illustrated above, it is obvious that the mechanical seal structure of the present invention can be implemented with various modifications by those skilled in the art.

[0039] For example, in the above embodiment, the number of screws and bolts is specifically expressed, but the number of such fastening means can be applied variably as needed.

[0040] Therefore, such modified embodiments should not be understood separately from the technical spirit or scope of the present invention, and such modified embodiments should be considered to be included within the appended claims of the present invention. Explanation of the symbols
