Effects of the invention

[0031] The beneficial effects compared to conventional technology are as follows.

[0032] 1. The present invention allows the plug assembly to be extended for lighting covers of various sizes through an extendable connection between the plug assembly and the terminal body, thereby enabling installation suitable for the lighting body inside the lighting cover, thus providing versatility and reducing production costs. When mounting the lighting body onto the lighting cover, one end of the lighting body is inserted into the lighting body connection structure and connected. After inserting the lighting body into the lighting cover, the lighting body connection structure is connected to the opening of the lighting cover. Another lighting body connection structure is inserted into the other opening of the lighting cover by adjusting the length of the plug assembly to a suitable length. Since the plug assembly is smaller than the opening of the lighting cover, the plug assembly can be moved and positioned within the opening, allowing it to be easily aligned with the power supply plug of the lighting body. Furthermore, as soon as the mounting of the other lighting body connection structure and the other opening of the lighting cover is completed, the plug assembly can be inserted into the other end of the lighting body. Consequently, the lighting body can be quickly aligned and mounted within the lighting cover through the lighting body connection structure, thereby improving assembly work efficiency. In particular, when there is only one opening in the lighting cover at the end of the lighting group, the lighting uniformity of the lighting body on the lighting cover can be improved by extending and retracting the connected plug assembly to adjust the center position of the lighting body corresponding to the lighting cover.

[0033] 2. The present invention installs a catch member on a wire, and the wire between the catch member and the connection plug passes through the wire groove of the expansion member and catches on the inner edge of the expansion member, and the connection plug and the catch member are each caught on the upper and lower parts of the expansion member, and when the expansion member is expanded in the mounting groove, there is no relative movement between the connection plug and the expansion member, thereby ensuring the reliability of the expansion of the connection plug and stability when connected to the lighting body, and making assembly more convenient.

[0034] 3. The lighting body connection structure of the present invention has a male screw installed on the outer side of the terminal body and a ring-shaped locking rim installed on the outer side of the other end of the terminal body, so that when the terminal body is screwed into the opening of the lighting cover, excessive screw tightening of the terminal body can be prevented. In addition, by combining the lighting body connection structure with a plug that can be rotatably inserted and connected to the lighting body, when the connection plug is aligned with the power supply plug of the light-emitting element, the terminal body is screwed along the screw threads of the opening, and at the same time, the light-emitting element connection structure and the light-emitting element can also be inserted and connected.

[0035] 4. The present invention can be produced by integrally molding the connection plugs at both ends of the wire and the locking member, and the connection plugs at both ends of the wire are assembled with the terminal body through the expansion member. By adding a support member to the terminal body, the space between the lighting covers can be firmly supported, and various lighting groups can be assembled according to the application scenario. The interior of the support member can be used to conceal the wire for wiring, and the interior of the support member can accommodate a certain length of wire used as a reserve for the expansion stroke of the connection plug. It does not affect the mounting of the expansion members at both ends or the simultaneous extension or contraction of the expansion members at both ends together with the connection plug. Since the terminal body can be screwed into the opening of the lighting cover by utilizing the force of the support member after connecting the terminal body to the support member, the hand lever on the terminal body can be omitted, thereby reducing production costs and making the terminal body simpler and aesthetically superior. In particular, the support member can also be used as a sealing member for the terminal body, thereby sealing the mounting interface of the terminal body and improving the waterproof and dustproof capabilities within the lighting cover.

[0036] 5. In the present invention, when the mounting grooves at both ends of the terminal body and the mounting interface are in communication with each other and the support member is connected to the mounting interface, the wiring port of the support member is aligned with the mounting interface, and the size of the wiring port is larger than the mounting groove so that the expansion member can be inserted from the wiring port of the support member into the support member, and the connection plug has a greater expansion stroke and is hidden inside the support member, thereby ensuring the overall aesthetics.

[0037] 6. The lighting cover of the present invention has multiple openings so that different lighting covers can be connected in series in various directions and dimensions to assemble a lighting group according to the selection of an application scenario. The lighting cover located at the end can be connected to a ground insertion part or a base through a protruding support member, or directly connected to a base. When connected to a ground insertion part, a wiring port can be installed on one side of the support member to be used for power connection of a wire. Compared to existing lighting groups, the present invention does not require the installation of a separate support as a frame support. The support member may be a combination of one or more shapes, such as a straight cylinder or a curved cylinder, and can be assembled by the user according to demand, allowing for changes in shape to maintain novelty. Furthermore, the present invention is convenient for disassembly and assembly, has a small volume when packaged, and is convenient for transportation. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0044] Examples

[0045] The purpose of the present embodiment is to solve the following problems. In conventional integrally molded lighting covers, the connection terminals applied cannot adjust the length of the connection plugs, so the total length after the two terminals are inserted and connected into the lighting body must be suitable for the length of the two openings of the lighting cover. Therefore, during the production process, the total length after the two terminals are inserted and connected into the lighting body must be controlled so that it is neither too short nor too long. Additionally, since lighting covers of different sizes must correspond to different lighting bodies or terminals, a separate production line is required, and the costs for control and increasing the production line increase. Furthermore, if there are multiple plugs connected to the lighting body with different angles and lengths, they must be assembled by combining them with different terminals, which increases the management costs for each terminal.

[0046] To this end, the present embodiment provides an implementation solution. Referring to FIG. 1, a lighting body connection structure includes a connection terminal (1) and a wire (2) that are electrically connected to the lighting body. Additionally, the size of the connection plug (121) is larger than the size of the wire (2), and the locking coupling member (123) is formed by combining parts installed symmetrically on the left and right into a single complete cylinder. A chamber for accommodating the connection plug (121) is installed inside the cylinder, and a groove through which the wire (2) can pass is installed at the bottom of the chamber. The connecting plug (121) is fixed to the upper end of the extendable member (122), and since the lower end of the cylinder and the inner diameter of the extendable member (122) are in a press fit, relative displacement between the extendable member (122) and the connecting plug (121) does not easily occur during extension.

[0055] Specifically, referring to FIG. 6, the lighting body connection structure of the present embodiment further includes a support member (3) having a passage for wiring a conductor (2) installed inside and two or more wiring ports (31) installed outside, the wiring ports (31) communicating with the passage, the other end of the terminal body (11) being detachably connected to the support member (3), and one end of the conductor (2) passing through the support member (3) and the terminal body (11) respectively and then being electrically connected to a plug assembly (12).
