Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a metal panel equipped with a bracket having a seismic function and a method for processing the same.

[0002] More specifically, the invention relates to a metal panel equipped with a seismic bracket and a method for processing the same, wherein a sliding bracket for fixing the panel to a supporting structure is fitted and fixed into a rail groove of a flange formed along the outer periphery of a plate-shaped panel, thereby simplifying the assembly method to resolve problems arising during the production of conventional seismic panels with complex structures, increasing production efficiency, and providing seismic functionality by enhancing wind pressure resistance, durability, vibration absorption, and displacement adaptability. Background Technology

[0004] Generally, the exterior of a building is decorated by installing various types of composite panels or metal panels (single panels) made of metal, in which the upper and lower plates are made of metal plates such as aluminum and filled with a core of metal or synthetic resin, on the inner or outer walls.

[0005] With reference to the drawing of a conventional architectural exterior panel attached to FIG. 1, this panel is configured to include a panel body (10) in the form of a plate, an angle member (20) having a shape that is bent and extended along the outer periphery of the panel body (10), and a molding member (composed of 31, 32, 33) that is riveted to the angle member (20) to fix the panel to a supporting frame (a type of 'frame' for supporting the panel, stone, tile, etc., on the exterior wall).

[0006] Here, the molding member is also commonly referred to as a 'Z-bar' and is processed to match the entire length of the angle member (20), then riveted to the angle member (20), and the Z-bar is screw-connected to the lower metal frame to complete the installation of the panel.

[0007] However, looking at the conventional panel structure, since the Z-bar is installed after being processed to match the length of the angle member (20) formed along the outer periphery of the panel body (10), when combined with panels of different sizes (standards), it must be cut separately to match the size of each panel, which has a problem of significantly reduced workability.

[0008] For example, a worker cuts a pre-produced Z-bar approximately 6m in length using a rotary saw blade metal cutter to match the dimensions and quantity of the requested panel and then joins them. However, this process involves the risk of using high-speed rotary saw blades, as well as problems such as the potential impact on workers from aluminum dust generated during cutting and economic losses incurred during the process, including the disposal of residual materials.

[0009] In addition, since the riveted connection between the panel and the Z-bar is highly susceptible to vibration, it has low adaptability to displacements caused by external forces such as strong winds or gusts, which may lead to problems such as deformation of the panel or detachment of the fastening parts. Furthermore, there is a problem of reduced workability due to the complex structure of conventional seismic performance panels. Prior art literature

[0011] Published Utility Model Publication No. 20-2018-0001570 (May 28, 2018) The problem to be solved

[0012] The present invention has been devised to solve the aforementioned problems. [0013] In addition, another problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a metal panel equipped with a bracket having seismic resistance, which minimizes the disposal of residue by facilitating the installation of a sliding bracket having a block structure regardless of the size (specifications) of the panel, by selectively combining a sliding bracket having a block structure to a part of a flange formed along the outer periphery of a plate-shaped panel, and a method for processing the same.

[0014] In addition, another problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a metal panel and a method for processing the same, wherein corner brackets are fitted and coupled to flanges at each corner of a square panel, thereby facilitating the finishing of the corner portions of the panel and providing a bracket with seismic resistance capable of stably connecting a pair of orthogonal flanges. means of solving the problem

[0016] To solve the above problem, the present invention aims to solve the technical problem by providing a metal panel equipped with a bracket having a seismic function, characterized by comprising: a panel plate formed in a plate shape; a flange formed in a shape that is bent and extended along the outer periphery of the panel plate; a rail groove formed in a shape that is cut along the outer periphery of the panel plate on the inner surface of the flange; and a sliding bracket that is fitted into the rail groove and coupled to the flange.

[0017] In addition, the present invention aims to solve a technical problem by providing a method for processing a metal panel equipped with a bracket having a seismic function according to the present invention, characterized by comprising: a processing step of cutting raw materials and performing V-grooving operations for forming rail grooves using a CNC (Computer Numerical Control); a bending step of bending a flange from a panel plate using a press bending machine; and a joining step of fitting a sliding bracket onto the flange so that it engages with the rail groove. Effects of the invention

[0019] The present invention possesses a significant effect in that a sliding bracket for fixing a panel to a supporting structure is fixed by being fitted into a rail groove of a flange formed along the outer periphery of a plate-shaped panel, thereby simplifying the assembly method to resolve problems that occur during the production of conventionally complex seismic panels, increasing production efficiency, and enhancing wind pressure resistance, durability, vibration absorption, and displacement adaptability to provide seismic functionality.

[0020] In addition, the present invention has the significant effect of minimizing the disposal of residue by facilitating the installation of a sliding bracket having a block structure regardless of the size (specifications) of the panel, by selectively attaching a sliding bracket having a block structure to a part of the flange formed along the outer periphery of a plate-shaped panel.

[0034] The metal panel equipped with a bracket having seismic resistance according to the present invention and the processing method thereof are configured such that a sliding bracket (200) for fixing the panel (100) to a supporting structure is fitted and fixed into a rail groove (130) of a flange (120) formed along the outer periphery of a plate-shaped panel (110), thereby simplifying the assembly method to resolve problems that occur when producing seismic panels with complex structures in the past, increasing production efficiency, and enhancing wind pressure resistance, durability, vibration absorption, and displacement adaptability to provide seismic resistance.

[0036] Hereinafter, a metal panel equipped with a bracket having a seismic function according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.

[0038] FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing various embodiments of a panel according to the material in a metal panel equipped with a bracket having seismic resistance function according to the present invention and a method for processing the same.

[0040] First, in this specification, the panel (100) is composed of a panel plate (110) formed in the shape of a plate, a flange (120) formed in a shape that is bent and extended along the outer circumference of the panel plate (110), and a rail groove (130) formed in a shape that is cut along the outer circumference of the panel plate (110) on the inner surface of the flange (120).

[0041] These panels (100) are classified into composite panels and single panels due to differences in material, as described with reference to FIG. 2.

[0042] Here, the composite panel may be made of various different materials as shown in (a) of FIG. 2, wherein a flame-retardant core material forms an intermediate layer, and the inner and outer surfaces may each be made of a metal layer such as aluminum.

[0043] At this time, in the case of a composite panel, a V-cutting groove (140) may be formed in the part where the panel plate (110) and the flange (120) are connected.

[0044] With reference to FIG. 2 (a), the V-cutting groove (140) is formed in a shape that is inwardly cut at the part where the panel plate (110) and the flange (120) are connected. It is formed by V-grooving through CNC (Computer Numerical Control) operation during the process of processing the composite material panel (100) to V-cut the part where the panel plate (110) and the flange (120) are connected.

[0045] These V-cutting grooves (140) allow the flange (120) to be easily bent toward the side where the V-cutting grooves (140) are formed during the process of bending the flange (120) from the panel plate (110), and furthermore, the inner surface where the panel plate (110) and the flange (120) are connected is not formed with a curved shape, but rather forms a surface that is close to a right angle, as shown in the attached drawing.

[0046] In addition, the single panel can be made of a single metal material such as aluminum or iron, as shown in Fig. 2 (b).

[0047] In this case, a single panel can be made with a thickness of about 2.0 to 3.0 mm.

[0048] Furthermore, in the case of a single panel, since it is made of a single material such as aluminum, a press bending machine is used during the process of processing the panel (100) by bending the flange (120) from the panel plate (110) so that the panel plate (110) and the flange (120) are formed in a bent shape relative to each other, as shown in Fig. 2 (b), so that a bent portion (150) having a curved surface in a bent shape is formed at the part where the panel plate (110) and the flange (120) are connected.

[0049] Since such a single panel is made of a single metal material, it can be welded with the sliding bracket (200) or corner bracket (300) described later, depending on the design conditions, and a strong connection can be made through welding or the like as needed.

[0051] As another example, depending on the design conditions, the panel (100) may be made of a single material, such as a single panel, which is not shown in FIG. 2, but may be made of a highly corrosion-resistant non-combustible panel with a thickness of about 1.5 to 1.6 mm.

[0053] In this way, the panel (100) is made of a composite panel or a single panel depending on the material as described above, and the metal panel equipped with a bracket having a seismic function according to the present invention allows the panel (100) to be easily connected to the supporting hardware regardless of the material of the panel (100) by fitting a sliding bracket (200) having a block structure to the panel (100).

[0054] Here, a plurality of sliding brackets (200) are joined together spaced apart from each other along the outer circumference of the flange (120), and are joined by being fitted into the rail groove (130) formed in the flange (120).

[0056] FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a first embodiment of a sliding bracket in a metal panel equipped with a bracket having a seismic function according to the present invention, FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing a first embodiment of a sliding bracket in a metal panel equipped with a bracket having a seismic function according to the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing the process of the sliding bracket of the first embodiment being coupled to the panel in a metal panel equipped with a bracket having a seismic function according to the present invention.

[0058] As described with reference to FIGS. 3 and FIGS. 4, a sliding bracket (200) is fitted and coupled to a flange (120) of a panel (100), and is configured to include a bottom portion (210), an inner wall portion (220), an outer wall portion (230), a fixing portion (240), and a sliding rail (250).

[0059] The bottom portion (210) is formed in the shape of a plate and is positioned below the flange (120) during the process in which the sliding bracket (200) is fitted into the panel (100) and joined.

[0060] The inner wall portion (220) is formed in the shape of a plate and is formed by being bent on one side of the bottom portion (210) and extended upward, and is placed inside the flange (120).

[0061] The outer wall portion (230) is formed in the shape of a plate and is formed by being bent at the other side of the bottom portion (210) and extended upward, and is positioned inside the flange (120).

[0062] These bottom portion (210), inner wall portion (220) and outer wall portion (230) form a 'C' cross-sectional shape with an open upper side as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, and provide a space through which the flange (120) of the panel (100) is fitted.

[0063] The fixed part (240) is formed in a shape that extends to the other side of the bottom part (210).

[0064] These fixing parts (240) allow the sliding rail groove (130) to be fixed to the supporting frame (a type of 'frame' for supporting finishing materials such as panels, stones, or tiles on an exterior wall) during the process of installing the panel (100) on the supporting frame (a type of 'frame' for supporting panels, stones, tiles, etc. on an exterior wall) using the sliding bracket (200).

[0065] At this time, as a means of fixing the fixing part (240) to the lower metal frame, in the case of a metal frame, a separate through hole (not shown in the drawing) is formed in the fixing part (240), and then it can be configured to be fixed using screw connection, etc.

[0066] Accordingly, the sliding bracket (200) is securely installed on the lower metal frame through the fixing part (240).

[0067] The sliding rail (250) is formed in a shape that protrudes outwardly from the other side of the inner wall portion (220), and is fitted into the rail groove (130) formed in the flange (120) during the process in which the sliding bracket (200) is fitted into the panel (100) and joined.

[0068] A sliding bracket (200) configured in this manner is fitted onto a flange (120), and a sliding rail (250) provided on the sliding bracket (200) is fitted into a rail groove (130) formed in the flange (120) of the panel (100) to be joined, thereby preventing the sliding bracket (200) from falling off the panel (100). Furthermore, compared to a structure in which a Z-bar is joined by riveting, the joining structure by fitting improves assembly, possesses excellent rigidity and durability, and has the advantage of improving seismic resistance by having excellent vibration absorption.

[0070] FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing a second embodiment of a sliding bracket in a metal panel equipped with a bracket having a seismic function according to the present invention, and FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view showing the process of the sliding bracket of the second embodiment being coupled to the panel in a metal panel equipped with a bracket having a seismic function according to the present invention.

[0072] As a second embodiment of the sliding bracket (200), with reference to FIGS. 6 and FIGS. 7, the sliding rail (250) may be provided with a diagonal section (251) having a slope that becomes lower as it moves further outward from the inner wall section (220) according to design conditions.

[0073] As shown in FIG. 7, the end of the flange (120) of the sliding bracket (200) comes into contact with the diagonal portion (251) during the process of the sliding bracket (200) being fitted onto the flange (120) of the panel (100), and is fitted flexibly by the inclined surface of the diagonal portion (251), thereby making it easier and more convenient to achieve a fitting connection between the panel (100) and the sliding bracket (200).

[0074] Preferably, as shown in FIG. 7, the shape of the rail groove (130) can also be formed so that the sliding rail (250) having the diagonal portion (251) is fitted into the rail groove (130), and the upper part of the rail groove (130) can also be formed to have an inclined surface corresponding to the sliding rail (250) having the diagonal portion (251).

[0076] Depending on the design conditions, although not shown in the drawing, an inclined surface may be formed at the end of the flange (120), i.e., the lower side, so that the width gradually narrows toward the end.

[0077] These inclined surfaces allow the sliding rail (250) to be flexibly fitted along the inclined surfaces during the process of fitting the sliding bracket (200) onto the flange (120).

[0079] FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view showing a third embodiment of a sliding bracket in a metal panel equipped with a bracket having a seismic function according to the present invention, and FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view showing the process of the sliding bracket of the third embodiment being coupled to the panel in a metal panel equipped with a bracket having a seismic function according to the present invention.

[0081] As a third embodiment of the sliding bracket (200), with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9, the sliding rail (250) may be provided with a cut portion (252) that is cut into an inner space formed on one side of the inner wall portion (220) according to design conditions.

[0082] At this time, as the cut portion (252) is formed, the thickness of the inner wall portion (220) and the sliding rail (250) can be made the same as shown in FIG. 8. Accordingly, the process of fitting the sliding bracket (200) into the flange (120) of the panel (100) is explained with reference to FIG. 9 by causing the inner wall portion (220) to bend slightly outward in the direction in which the cut portion (252) is formed, thereby allowing the sliding bracket (200) to be flexibly fitted into the flange (120).

[0083] Furthermore, by processing the sliding rail (250) so that its thickness is reduced by the cut portion (252), the workability during processing is excellent and the use of unnecessary materials can be minimized.

[0085] FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view showing a fourth embodiment of a sliding bracket in a metal panel equipped with a bracket having a seismic function according to the present invention, and FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view showing the process of the sliding bracket of the fourth embodiment being coupled to the panel in a metal panel equipped with a bracket having a seismic function according to the present invention.

[0087] Meanwhile, referring to Figure 2(a), if the panel (100) is made of a composite material, the part where the panel plate (110) and the flange (120) are connected to each other by the V-cutting groove (140) can be formed in a right angle shape rather than a round shape.

[0088] Accordingly, an extension part (260) may be provided on the upper side of the sliding bracket (200) so that the panel (100) and the sliding bracket (200) are in close contact with each other during the process of the sliding bracket (200) being fitted into the flange (120) and joined, thereby ensuring a strong connection.

[0089] A fourth embodiment of such a sliding bracket (200) is described in detail with reference to FIGS. 10 and FIGS. 11. An extension part (260) formed by being bent to one side and extended is provided on the upper side of the inner wall part (220). When the sliding bracket (200) is fitted into the flange (120) and joined, the extension part (260) comes into close contact with the lower side of the panel plate (110), thereby increasing the contact area so that the sliding bracket (200) and the panel (100) can be stably and firmly joined to each other.

[0090] That is, as shown in FIG. 11, during the process in which the sliding bracket (200) is fitted into the flange (120) and joined, the extension part (260) is in close contact with the lower side of the panel plate (110), thereby allowing the sliding bracket (200) to be stably supported from the panel (100) after joining, and furthermore, shaking can be minimized to prevent detachment due to external vibration.

[0092] FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing a first embodiment of a corner bracket in a metal panel equipped with a bracket having a seismic function according to the present invention, and FIG. 13 is a bottom-side partial perspective view showing an example in which the corner bracket of the first embodiment is coupled to a panel in a metal panel equipped with a bracket having a seismic function according to the present invention.

[0094] Depending on the design conditions, corner brackets (300) that are coupled to each corner portion of the panel (100) may be provided.

[0095] Here, the corner bracket (300) is connected to a flange (120) formed along the outer periphery of a square plate-shaped panel (110), and is connected to the corner of the panel (110), that is, the part where a pair of flanges (120) are connected perpendicularly to each other.

[0096] At this time, the corner bracket (300) can be joined by rivet joining or snap joining.

[0098] A first embodiment of such a corner bracket (300) is described with reference to FIGS. 12 and FIGS. 13. The corner bracket (300) is configured to include a pair of corner inner wall portions (320) that are orthogonal to each other.

[0099] At this time, a pair of corner inner wall sections (320) are formed in the shape of plates, and as shown in FIG. 13, a pair of flanges (120) are attached to the part where they are connected to each other and then connected by rivet joints.

[0100] Accordingly, by ensuring that a pair of flanges (120) are firmly connected by the corner bracket (300), no gap is created between the pair of flanges (120), and the shape of the panel (100) can be maintained firmly.

[0102] FIG. 14 is a perspective view showing a second embodiment of a corner bracket in a metal panel equipped with a bracket having a seismic function according to the present invention, and FIG. 15 is a perspective view showing an example in which a cutting portion is provided in the corner bracket of the second embodiment in a metal panel equipped with a bracket having a seismic function according to the present invention.

[0104] A second embodiment of the corner bracket (300), described with reference to FIG. 14, comprises a corner bottom portion (310), a corner inner wall portion (320), a corner outer wall portion (330), and a corner rail (340), which are fitted together at a portion where a pair of flanges (120) are connected to each other.

[0105] The corner bottom portion (310) is formed in the shape of a plate, and a pair of corner bottom portions (310) are connected orthogonally to form an 'L' shape and are positioned below a pair of mutually orthogonal flanges (120).

[0106] The corner inner wall portion (320) is formed by being bent at one side of each of the pair of corner bottom portions (310) and extending upward, and is positioned inside the flange (120).

[0107] The corner outer wall section (330) is formed by being bent at each other side of a pair of corner bottom sections (310) and extending upward, and is positioned on the outside of the flange (120).

[0108] These corner bottom portions (310), corner inner wall portions (320), and corner outer wall portions (330) form a 'C' cross-sectional shape with an open upper side as shown in FIG. 14, and provide a space through which a pair of flanges (120) are fitted.

[0109] The corner rail (340) is formed in a shape that protrudes outward from the other side of the corner inner wall (320) and is inserted into the rail groove (130) formed in the flange (120).

[0110] Accordingly, the corner bracket (300) is fitted and joined to the corner of the panel (100), that is, the part where a pair of flanges (120) are connected to each other.

[0112] Depending on the design conditions, each of the parts where a pair of corner bottom parts (310) are connected to each other and the parts where a pair of corner inner wall parts (320) are connected to each other may be provided with a cut section (360) in a cut shape, as explained with reference to FIG. 15.

[0113] Even if a pair of corner bottom sections (310) are formed in a spaced-apart manner by such cutting sections (360) and a pair of corner inner wall sections (320) are formed in a spaced-apart manner, the corner bracket (300) is firmly connected by a pair of corner outer wall sections (330), and can be more easily connected when the corner bracket (300) is attached to the panel (100).

[0115] Additionally, the corner rail (340) formed on the corner bracket (300) may be provided with a diagonal section having an inclined shape on the upper side of the corner rail (340) according to design conditions, and may be provided with a cut section in which a part of the corner rail (340) is cut.

[0116] At this time, the diagonal section and the cut section formed on the corner rail (340) can be formed in the same shape as the diagonal section (251) and the cut section (252) formed on the sliding bracket (200).

[0118] FIG. 16 is a perspective view showing a third embodiment of a corner bracket in a metal panel equipped with a bracket having a seismic function according to the present invention, and FIG. 17 is a perspective view showing an example in which a cutting portion is provided in the corner bracket of the third embodiment in a metal panel equipped with a bracket having a seismic function according to the present invention.

[0120] A third embodiment of the corner bracket (300), described with reference to FIG. 16, is configured to include a corner bottom portion (310), a corner inner wall portion (320), a corner outer wall portion (330), and a protrusion (350), wherein a pair of flanges (120) are fitted together at a portion where they are connected to each other.

[0121] Here, the corner bottom portion (310), the corner inner wall portion (320), and the corner outer wall portion (330) are preferably formed in the same shape as described in the second embodiment of the corner bracket (300).

[0122] That is, the third embodiment of the corner bracket (300) is such that the corner bracket (300) is fitted into the flange (120), and is provided with a protrusion (350) to be fitted into the rail groove (130) formed in the flange (120).

[0123] These protrusions (350) are formed by punching a part of the corner inner wall (320) from one side to the other, so that the protruding protrusions (350) are inserted into the rail groove (130).

[0124] Accordingly, the corner bracket (300) is fitted and joined to the corner of the panel (100), that is, the part where a pair of flanges (120) are connected to each other.

[0126] Depending on the design conditions, each of the parts where a pair of corner bottom sections (310) are connected to each other and the parts where a pair of corner inner wall sections (320) are connected to each other may be provided with a cut section (360) in a cut shape as shown in FIG. 17.

[0128] FIG. 18 is a perspective view showing an example in which a plurality of sliding brackets are fitted and coupled to a metal panel equipped with a bracket having an earthquake-resistant function according to the present invention.

[0130] According to this configuration, the metal panel equipped with a bracket having seismic resistance according to the present invention is fixed by a sliding bracket (200) for fixing the panel (100) to a supporting structure by being fitted and coupled into a rail groove (130) of a flange (120) formed along the outer periphery of a plate-shaped panel (110), thereby resolving the problems that occur when producing seismic panels with complex structures in the past by simplifying the assembly method, increasing production efficiency, and providing seismic resistance by enhancing wind pressure resistance, durability, vibration absorption, and displacement adaptability.

[0131] In addition, the present invention allows for the optional attachment of a sliding bracket (200) having a block structure to a part of a flange (120) formed along the outer periphery of a plate-shaped panel (110), thereby facilitating the installation of the sliding bracket (200) having a block structure regardless of the size (specification) of the panel, and minimizing the disposal of residual materials.

[0132] To elaborate, as shown in FIG. 18, a plurality of sliding brackets (200) are spaced apart from each other and fitted together along the outer edge of a square plate-shaped panel (110) in the longitudinal direction, so that the connection of the sliding brackets (200) having a block structure is very easy regardless of the specifications (size) of the panel (100), and furthermore, since mass production of sliding brackets (200) of the same specifications is possible, there is an advantage that not only the connection with the panel (100) but also the processing is easy.

[0133] In addition, the present invention is provided with a corner bracket (300) that is fitted and coupled to a flange (120) at each corner of a square panel plate (110), thereby making it easy to finish the corner portions of the panel (100) and stably connecting a pair of orthogonal flanges (120).

[0135] Hereinafter, the process of processing a metal panel equipped with a bracket having seismic resistance function configured as described above will be explained with reference to FIG. 19.

[0137] FIG. 19 is a flowchart of a method for processing a metal panel equipped with a bracket having seismic resistance according to the present invention.

[0139] A method for processing a metal panel equipped with a bracket having seismic resistance according to the present invention comprises a processing step (S10), a bending step (S20), and a joining step (S30).

[0141] The bending step (S20) is a step of cutting raw materials and performing V-grooving work to form a rail groove (130) using a CNC (Computer Numerical Control).

[0142] This bending step (S20) is a step of cutting a plate-shaped raw material to fit the size of a panel (100) to be processed.

[0143] Furthermore, after cutting the plate-shaped raw material, a rail groove (130) is formed by V-grooving along the part that will become the flange (120).

[0144] At this time, the rail groove (130) formed by the V-grooving operation can be formed by cutting into various shapes, such as a square shape, a circular shape, a triangular shape, or a combination thereof.

[0145] These rail grooves (130) provide a space into which the sliding rail (250) of the sliding bracket (200) and the corner rail (340) of the corner bracket (300) are inserted and caught.

[0147] Depending on the design conditions, the processing step (S10) may include V-grooving work for forming a rail groove (130), as well as V-grooving work for forming a V-cutting groove (140) depending on the material of the panel (100).

[0148] That is, when the material of the panel (100) to be processed is a composite panel, a V-grooving operation is performed on the part where the panel plate (110) and the flange (120) are connected to each other so that a V-cutting groove (140) is formed.

[0150] Next, the bending step (S20) is a step of bending the flange (120), in which the rail groove (130) is formed through V-grooving, from the panel plate (110).

[0151] At this time, the bending step (S20) may utilize a press bending machine, and depending on the material of the panel (100), the flange (120) is bent from the panel plate (110) so that the V-cutting groove (140) is located on the inside for the composite panel, and the flange (120) is bent from the panel plate (110) for the single panel so that a bent portion (150) having a curved shape is formed in the part that is connected to each other.

[0153] Depending on the design conditions, if the material of the panel (100) in the bending step (S20) is a single panel (100), welding is possible due to the characteristics of the material, so a pair of flanges (120) that meet in an orthogonal manner can be configured to be joined by welding.

[0154] That is, in the case of a single panel, each corner of the panel (100) is welded so that the flanges (120) are connected to each other.

[0156] The joining step (S30) is a step of joining a sliding bracket (200) having a block structure by fitting it onto a flange (120).

[0157] This joining step (S30) can be configured by joining a plurality of sliding brackets (200) having a block structure to the flange (120) along the outer periphery of the panel plate (110) so as to be spaced apart from each other.

[0158] At this time, the joining step (S30) can be performed so that both the sliding bracket (200) and the corner bracket (300) are joined to the panel (100).

[0159] That is, corner brackets (300) are attached to each corner portion of the panel (100), and multiple sliding brackets (200) are spaced apart from each other and fitted along the outer circumference of the flange (120), thereby completing the processing of a metal panel equipped with a bracket having an earthquake-resistant function according to the present invention.

[0161] According to this configuration, the method of processing a metal panel equipped with a bracket having a seismic function according to the present invention is to connect to a panel (100) by fitting it using a sliding bracket (200) having a block structure, thereby having a superior vibration reduction effect and excellent seismic function compared to a structure in which Z-bars are connected by riveting in a conventional panel structure, and furthermore, it can improve constructability by simplifying the production process and increase production efficiency by simplifying the assembly method.

[0162] In addition, the process of cutting the Z-bar in the conventional panel structure can be omitted, thereby eliminating hazardous processes and reducing the amount of auxiliary material waste generated during the Z-bar cutting process.

[0164] Although various embodiments of the present invention have been presented and described in the above description, the present invention is not necessarily limited thereto, and those skilled in the art will understand that various substitutions, modifications, and changes are possible within the scope of the technical concept of the present invention.
