Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to an aspirator for a vehicle air conditioning system, and more specifically, to an aspirator for a vehicle air conditioning system that can improve the quietness of the vehicle cabin by preventing noise generation on the internal air passage side, and can simultaneously achieve the effects of improving the cabin temperature sensing performance of the in-car sensor and improving the package by increasing the intake performance of the air inside the vehicle cabin without increasing the size. Background Technology
[0002] The automatic control air conditioning system detects the vehicle interior temperature, exterior temperature, and solar radiation, and then automatically adjusts the interior temperature based on the detected data. Therefore, it maintains a comfortable interior temperature at all times.
[0003] This automatic control air conditioning system (hereinafter abbreviated as "air conditioning system") is equipped with an in-car sensor (10) that detects the temperature inside the vehicle, as shown in FIG. 1.
[0004] The above-mentioned in-car sensor (10) is installed on the inner side of the center fascia (20) in front of the driver's seat and detects the temperature inside the vehicle while in contact with the air inside the vehicle sucked in by the aspirator (30).
[0005] The above aspirator (30) generates negative pressure using the internal air of the air conditioning case (40) when the air conditioning device is operated, and draws in air inside the vehicle cabin with the generated negative pressure, and has an air inlet (32), an internal air passage (34), and an air outlet (36) as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3.
[0006] The above air inlet (32) is assembled into an assembly hole (40a) formed in the air conditioning case (40) and introduces air flowing along the inside of the air conditioning case (40).
[0007] The above internal channel (34) transports air introduced through the air inlet (32) to one side and includes a bent portion (34a), a throat portion (34b), and an expanded portion (34c) formed along the direction of air flow.
[0008] The above-mentioned bending portion (34a) is bent at an angle of approximately 90° with a certain curvature from the air inlet (32), and changes the direction of air flow introduced into the air inlet (32) to an angle of approximately 90°.
[0009] The above throat section (34b) is a place where the cross-sectional area of the flow path is reduced, and is formed by protruding inwardly in a curved shape with a certain curvature from the inner circumferential portion of the inner flow path (34) at the end of the bend section (34a), and the throat section (34b) thus formed increases the flow velocity of the air passing through the bend section (34a).
[0010] The above-mentioned expansion section (34c) has a cross-sectional area that gradually expands from the throat section (34b) toward the air outlet (36), thereby increasing the flow rate of air discharged to the air outlet (36).
[0011] The above air outlet (36) discharges air being transported along the internal path (34) to the outside.
[0012] Meanwhile, the aspirator (30) is equipped with an indoor air intake pipe (38) installed along an internal path (34).
[0013] The above indoor air intake pipe (38) has an inlet (38a) and an outlet (38b), the inlet (38a) is connected to the interior of the vehicle through an aspirator hose (39), and the outlet (38b) is connected to an internal air passage (34).
[0014] In particular, the outlet (38b) extends toward the air outlet (36) of the internal channel (34), and this outlet (38b) draws in air from the inlet (38a) side as negative pressure is formed by the high-speed air pressure discharged along the air outlet (36).
[0015] Accordingly, air inside the vehicle connected to the inlet (38a) is also sucked into the esperator hose (39), and the sucked air inside the vehicle comes into contact with the in-car sensor (10) (see FIG. 1) installed inside the esperator hose (39), thereby enabling the temperature of the air inside the vehicle to be detected.
[0016] However, this conventional aspirator (30) has the disadvantage that noise is generated at the bending part (34a) and throat part (34b) of the internal flow path (34) during the process of introducing internal air of the air conditioning case (40) to generate negative pressure.
[0017] In particular, the inner part (34a-1) of the bending direction of the bending section (34a) has a relatively large bending angle because the radius of curvature is smaller than that of the outer part (34a-2). The air passing through the inner part (34a-1) of the bending section (34a) with such a large bending angle changes direction rapidly and maintains an irregular airflow such as vortex and turbulence. There is a disadvantage that this irregular flow of air causes rumble noise as it passes through the throat section (34b) at a high speed.
[0018] Furthermore, there is a problem in that this noise is transmitted into the cabin, reducing the quietness of the interior.
[0019] In addition, the conventional aspirator (30) has the disadvantage that the magnitude and efficiency of the negative pressure generation process using the internal air of the air conditioning case (40) are low, and due to this disadvantage, there is a problem that the air intake performance inside the vehicle is poor.
[0020] In particular, it is pointed out that there is a problem in that the air intake performance inside the vehicle is poor, so sufficient air cannot be drawn in inside the vehicle, and due to this problem, the vehicle temperature detection performance of the in-car sensor (10) is reduced.
[0021] Meanwhile, by designing and manufacturing the aspirator (30) to be larger, the efficiency of generating negative pressure can be increased, thereby improving the air intake performance inside the vehicle cabin. However, it is pointed out that in this case, the increased size requires a large amount of installation space and causes interference with surrounding parts, which is very disadvantageous in terms of the package. The problem to be solved
[0022] The present invention has been devised to solve the aforementioned conventional problems, and its purpose is to provide an aspirator for a vehicle air conditioning system that can prevent noise generation at the bending and throat sections of the internal flow path by improving the structure of the internal flow path.
[0023] Another objective of the present invention is to improve quietness inside the vehicle cabin by configuring it to prevent noise generation at the bending and throat sections of the internal flow path.
[0024] Another objective of the present invention is to increase the efficiency of negative pressure generation without increasing the size.
[0025] Another objective of the present invention is to improve the air intake performance inside the vehicle cabin without increasing its size by configuring it to increase the efficiency of negative pressure generation without increasing its size, thereby simultaneously achieving the effect of improving the interior temperature sensing performance of the in-car sensor and the effect of improving the package. means of solving the problem
[0026] To achieve this purpose, the aspirator of a vehicle air conditioning system according to the present invention comprises an internal air passage that introduces internal air of an air conditioning case and discharges it to one side, and an interior air intake pipe that draws in air from the interior of the vehicle cabin on the inlet side according to the negative pressure on the outlet side formed by the discharge air pressure of the internal air passage, wherein the internal air passage comprises an air inlet that introduces internal air of the air conditioning case, a bend portion that is bent at a certain angle from the air inlet, a throat portion in which the cross-sectional area gradually narrows radially inward from the bend portion, and an expansion portion in which the cross-sectional area gradually expands from the throat portion toward the air outlet; and an air flow control member formed at a certain height on the air flow path between the bend portion and the throat portion so as to control the flow of air flowing from the bend portion toward the downstream side of the throat portion.
[0027] The air flow control member comprises a baffle plate extending a certain height radially inward from the inner circumferential portion inside the bending direction of the bend portion in the air flow path between the bend portion and the throat portion; the baffle plate is characterized by controlling the air flow by interfering with the air flow moving toward the throat portion along the inner portion of the bend portion.
[0028] And the above baffle plate is characterized by being extended to a certain height from the inner circumferential portion inside the bending direction of the above-mentioned bending portion toward the radial inner side, and extending in a direction perpendicular to the direction of airflow.
[0029] In addition, the structure is characterized in that the outlet portion of the indoor air intake pipe is positioned at a location corresponding to the throat portion of the internal air passage.
[0030] And the throat portion of the internal passage is formed such that the inner circumferential portion of the internal passage protrudes inwardly in a radially curvature-like curved surface; and the indoor air intake pipe is characterized in that the end portion of the outlet is arranged to be aligned with the inner circumferential curved surface of a certain curvature within the throat portion.
[0031] And the outlet end of the indoor air intake pipe is characterized by being positioned at a location corresponding to the central part in the direction of the curve among the inner circumferential curved parts of the throat section.
[0032] In addition, the pipe thickness at the outlet side of the indoor air intake pipe is constant along the longitudinal direction. Effects of the invention
[0033] According to the aspirator of a vehicle air conditioning system of the present invention, an air flow control member is installed on the air flow path between the inner part of the bend of the internal air passage and the downstream throat part, and thereby the structure controls the air flow from the inner part of the bend to the throat part. Thus, it has the effect of preventing irregular air flow caused by a sudden change of direction at the inner part of the bend and the direct entry of irregular air flow into the throat part.
[0034] In addition, since the structure prevents irregular airflow caused by a sudden change in direction on the inner side of the bend and the direct entry of irregular airflow into the throat, it has the effect of preventing rumble noise on the internal flow path side caused by irregular airflow and the entry of irregular airflow into the throat.
[0035] In addition, since rumble noise can be prevented from occurring on the internal Euro side, it has the effect of improving the quietness of the vehicle cabin.
[0036] In addition, by improving the structure of the internal air passage, the low-pressure area formed at the outlet side of the indoor air intake pipe can be increased, and at the same time, a lower pressure can be maintained. Through this, the negative pressure at the outlet side of the indoor air intake pipe increases, thereby improving the air intake performance inside the vehicle cabin.
[0037] In particular, by increasing the negative pressure at the outlet side of the indoor air intake pipe without increasing the size, the indoor air intake performance can be improved without increasing the size, thereby enabling the simultaneous improvement of the in-car sensor's indoor temperature sensing performance and the package improvement effect. Specific details for implementing the invention
[0039] Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of an aspirator for a vehicle air conditioning system according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings (components identical to those of the prior art will be described using the same reference numerals).
[0040] First, before examining the aspirator features of the vehicle air conditioning system according to the present invention, the aspirator of the air conditioning system will be briefly described with reference to FIG. 4.
[0041] The aspirator (30) of the air conditioning system has an air inlet (32), an internal passage (34), and an air outlet (36).
[0042] The above air inlet (32) is assembled into an assembly hole (40a) formed in the air conditioning case (40) and introduces air flowing along the inside of the air conditioning case (40).
[0043] The above internal channel (34) transports air introduced through the air inlet (32) to one side and includes a bent portion (34a), a throat portion (34b), and an expanded portion (34c) formed along the direction of air flow.
[0044] The above-mentioned bending portion (34a) is bent at an angle of approximately 90° with a certain curvature from the air inlet (32), and changes the direction of air flow introduced into the air inlet (32) to an angle of approximately 90°.
[0045] The above throat portion (34b) is formed such that the inner circumferential portion of the internal passage (34) at the end of the bend portion (34a) protrudes inward in the radial direction as a curved surface of a certain curvature, and the above expansion portion (34c) is configured such that the cross-sectional area gradually expands from the throat portion (34b) toward the air outlet (36).
[0046] The above air outlet (36) discharges air being transported along the internal path (34) to the outside.
[0047] And the aspirator (30) is equipped with an indoor air intake pipe (38) installed along an internal path (34).
[0048] The above indoor air intake pipe (38) has an inlet (38a) and an outlet (38b), the inlet (38a) is connected to the interior of the vehicle through an aspirator hose (39), and the outlet (38b) is connected to an internal air passage (34).
[0049] In particular, the outlet (38b) extends toward the air outlet (36) of the internal channel (34), and the outlet (38b) thus extended draws in air from the inlet (38a) side as negative pressure is formed by the high-speed air pressure discharged along the air outlet (36).
[0050] Accordingly, air inside the vehicle connected to the inlet (38a) is also sucked into the esperator hose (39), and the sucked air inside the vehicle comes into contact with the in-car sensor (10) (see FIG. 1) installed inside the esperator hose (39), thereby enabling the temperature of the air inside the vehicle to be detected.
[0051] Next, the aspirator feature of the vehicle air conditioning system according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 4 to 9.
[0052] First, referring to FIGS. 4 and FIGS. 5, the aspirator of the present invention includes an air flow control member (50) installed on the bent portion (34a) of the internal flow path (34).
[0053] The air flow control member (50) includes a baffle plate (52) that extends a certain height inward in the radial direction from the inner circumferential portion (34a-1) of the inner portion (34a) of the inner flow path (34).
[0054] The above baffle plate (52) is formed to extend radially inward from the inner part (34a-1) of the bent portion (34a) to a certain height, and has a structure formed approximately perpendicular to the direction of airflow on the airflow path between the inner part (34a-1) of the bent portion (34a) and the downstream throat portion (34b).
[0055] These baffle plates (52) are formed at a certain height on the air flow path between the inner part (34a-1) of the bend (34a) and the downstream throat (34b), thereby serving to regulate the flow of air moving toward the throat (34b) along the inner part (34a-1) of the bend (34a).
[0056] In particular, by interfering with the airflow that is bent toward the throat section (34b) along the inner part (34a-1) of the bending section (34a), irregular airflow such as turbulence and vortices generated during the air direction change process on the bending section (34a) side is rectified, and at the same time, the airflow path between the inner part (34a-1) of the bending section (34a) and the throat section (34b) is extended.
[0057] Therefore, the irregular airflow caused by the sudden change of direction at the bending section (34a) and the direct entry of the air that has been rapidly changed direction along the inner part (34a-1) of the bending section (34a) into the throat section (34b) are delayed.
[0058] Thus, the irregular airflow in the inner part (34a-1) of the bending part (34a) and the rumble noise caused by the direct entry of irregular airflow into the throat part (34b) are fundamentally blocked.
[0059] As a result, the decrease in interior quietness caused by rumble noise can be prevented in advance.
[0060] Here, the upper surface (52a) in the height direction of the baffle plate (52) is formed as a curved surface with a constant curvature in the direction of both walls of the internal channel (34), as shown in FIG. 5.
[0061] In particular, the inner channel (34) is curved in the direction of both walls, and is configured to be identical to the inner curvature of the inner channel (34).
[0062] The reason for configuring it this way is to ensure that the cross-sectional area of the flow path flowing into the above-mentioned bending part (34a) is constant on the left and right sides.
[0063] According to the test results of FIGS. 6a and 6b, when an air flow control member (50) is installed on the internal channel (34) (see FIG. 6a), the irregular air flow generated during the air direction change process in the inner part (34a-1) of the bent part (34a) is reduced compared to when the air flow control member (50) is not installed (see FIG. 6b).
[0064] Additionally, when the air flow control member (50) is installed (see FIG. 6a), it can be seen that the air flow path between the inner part (34a-1) of the folded part (34a) and the throat part (34b) is extended longer than when the air flow control member (50) is not installed (see FIG. 6b).
[0065] Therefore, when an air flow control member (50) is installed on the internal channel (34), it can be seen that the air direction change in the inner part (34a-1) of the fold (34a) is more stable than when the air flow control member (50) is not installed.
[0066] Thus, the occurrence of rumble noise caused by irregular airflow in the inner part (34a-1) of the bending part (34a) and the direct entry of irregular airflow into the throat part (34b) is prevented, and as a result, the phenomenon of reduced quietness in the vehicle cabin due to rumble noise is improved.
[0067] Again, referring to FIG. 4, the aspirator of the present invention has a structure in which the indoor air intake pipe (38) is provided, and the outlet (38b) portion of the indoor air intake pipe (38) is positioned at a location corresponding to the throat portion (34b).
[0068] To explain this in more detail, the indoor air intake pipe (38) has an outlet (38b) that extends toward the air outlet (36) of the internal passage (34), and is configured so that the end of the outlet (38b) is positioned at a location corresponding to the throat section (34b).
[0069] In particular, the end portion of the exit (38b) is configured to be positioned so as to be aligned with the inner surface curved portion (34b-1) of a certain curvature in the throat portion (34b).
[0070] Thus, since the end of the outlet (38b) corresponds to the inner surface curved portion (34b-1) of the throat portion (34b), the end of the outlet (38b) and the throat portion (34b) maintain an optimal gap (G).
[0071] And the outlet (38b) and throat section (34b) of the indoor air intake pipe (38) that maintains the optimal gap (G) make the flow rate and velocity of the air flowing between the indoor air intake pipe (38) and the throat section (34b) optimal.
[0072] In particular, the magnitude of the negative pressure on the outlet (38b) side of the indoor air intake pipe (38) is determined according to the flow rate and velocity of the air flowing between the indoor air intake pipe (38) and the throat section (34b). As described above, by maintaining the gap (G) between the outlet (38b) of the indoor air intake pipe (38) and the throat section (34b) in an optimal state, the flow rate and velocity of the air flowing between the indoor air intake pipe (38) and the throat section (34b) are maintained in an optimal state, and thereby, an optimal negative pressure is formed on the outlet (38b) side of the indoor air intake pipe (38).
[0073] As a result, the negative pressure generation efficiency on the outlet (38b) side of the indoor air intake pipe (38) is increased, thereby improving the indoor air intake performance, and through this, the indoor temperature detection performance of the in-car sensor (10) (see FIG. 1) can be improved.
[0074] Here, the end portion of the outlet (38b) of the indoor air intake pipe (38) is positioned at a location corresponding to the inner circumferential curved portion (34b-1) of the throat portion (34b), and it is preferable that it be positioned at a location corresponding to the central portion in the curved direction of the inner circumferential curved portion (34b-1) of the throat portion (34b).
[0075] Again, referring to FIG. 4, the aspirator of the present invention is equipped with the indoor air intake tube (38), wherein the tube thickness (t) on the outlet (38b) side of the indoor air intake tube (38) has a constant structure along the longitudinal direction.
[0076] In particular, the pipe thickness (t) on the outlet (38b) side corresponding to the inner surface curved portion (34b-1) of the throat portion (34b) is configured to be constant regardless of length.
[0077] The reason for this configuration is to direct the outer end portion of the outlet (38b) side of the indoor air intake pipe (38) toward the inner curved surface (34b-1) of the throat section (34b), and this is to guide the air moving along the outer surface of the outlet (38b) side of the indoor air intake pipe (38) toward the inner curved surface (34b-1) of the throat section (34b).
[0078] In particular, the air moving along the outer surface of the outlet (38b) side is guided to the inner surface curved portion (34b-1) of the throat portion (34b), thereby allowing the air passing through the bending portion (34a) side to flow toward the inner surface curved portion (34b-1) of the throat portion (34b).
[0079] Therefore, the Coanda effect of air on the inner surface curved portion (34b-1) of the throat portion (34b) and the inner surface of the expansion portion (34c), that is, the phenomenon of air (fluid) flowing along the curved surface and wall, is enhanced.
[0080] Thus, high pressure is formed on the inner surface curved portion (34b-1) of the throat portion (34b) and the inner surface portion of the expansion portion (34c), and low pressure is formed on the inner portion of the throat portion (34b) and the inner portion of the expansion portion (34c).
[0081] In particular, a wide area and low pressure can be formed in the inner part of the throat section (34b) and the inner part of the expansion section (34c) corresponding to the outlet (38b) of the indoor air intake pipe (38).
[0082] As a result, the negative pressure on the outlet (38b) side of the indoor air intake pipe (38) increases, thereby improving the indoor air intake performance of the indoor air intake pipe (38), and accordingly, the indoor temperature sensing performance of the in-car sensor (10) (see FIG. 1) can be improved.
[0083] According to the test results of FIG. 7a and FIG. 7b, when the pipe thickness (t) on the outlet (38b) side of the indoor air intake pipe (38) is constant (see FIG. 7a), it can be seen that the air passing through the bent portion (34a) flows toward the inner circumferential curved portion (34b-1) of the throat portion (34b) and the inner circumferential portion of the expanded portion (34c).
[0084] In particular, as shown in FIG. 7b, compared to the conventional technology in which the pipe thickness (t) on the outlet (38b) side of the indoor air intake pipe (38) gradually tapers inward toward the end, it can be seen that the air flow rate for the inner circumferential curved portion (34b-1) of the throat portion (34b) and the inner circumferential portion of the expanded portion (34c) is significantly improved.
[0085] Therefore, when the pipe thickness (t) on the outlet (38b) side of the indoor air intake pipe (38) is constant, the Coanda effect of air on the inner surface curved portion (34b-1) of the throat portion (34b) and the inner surface of the expanded portion (34c) is much better than that of the conventional technology.
[0086] Thus, when the pipe thickness (t) on the outlet (38b) side of the indoor air intake pipe (38) is constant, the low-pressure area formed on the outlet (38b) side of the indoor air intake pipe (38) is significantly larger than that of the conventional technology, and at the same time, the low-pressure magnitude is maintained at a lower level than that of the conventional technology.
[0087] As a result, the negative pressure on the outlet (38b) side of the indoor air intake pipe (38) increases, and the indoor air intake performance of the indoor air intake pipe (38) is improved.
[0088] Next, FIGS. 8 and 9 illustrate drawings showing other embodiments of an aspirator according to the present invention.
[0089] First, referring to FIG. 8, the aspirator of another embodiment has the same structure as the one embodiment described above.
[0090] However, an extension part (52b) is further provided that is bent and extended with a certain curvature along the airflow from the upper end of the baffle plate (52) in the height direction toward the throat part (34b) on the downstream side.
[0091] The above extension (52b) is bent and extended with a certain curvature along the airflow toward the downstream throat (34b), thereby serving to naturally guide the airflow passing through the end of the baffle plate (52) toward the downstream throat (34b).
[0092] According to the test results of FIG. 9, it can be seen that the air on the bent portion (34a) passing through the end of the baffle plate (52) flows naturally as it is guided to the downstream throat portion (34b) by the extension portion (52b).
[0093] And through this air flow process, the air passing through the extension (52b) of the baffle plate (52) flows to the downstream throat (34b) while stably changing direction.
[0094] According to the aspirator of the vehicle air conditioning system of the present invention having such a configuration, an air flow control member (50) is installed on the air flow path between the inner part (34a-1) of the bend (34a) of the internal air passage (34) and the downstream throat part (34b), and through this, the air flow from the inner part (34a-1) of the bend (34a) to the throat part (34b) is controlled, thereby preventing irregular air flow caused by a sudden change of direction at the inner part (34a-1) of the bend (34a) and the direct entry of irregular air flow into the throat part (34b).
[0095] In addition, since the structure prevents irregular airflow caused by a sudden change of direction on the inner part (34a-1) of the bending part (34a) and the direct entry of irregular airflow into the throat part (34b), it is possible to prevent rumble noise on the inner flow path (34) side caused by irregular airflow and the entry of irregular airflow into the throat part (34b).
[0096] In addition, since rumble noise can be prevented on the inner Euro (34) side, the quietness of the vehicle interior can be improved.
[0097] In addition, by improving the structure of the internal air passage (34), the low-pressure area formed at the outlet side (38b) of the indoor air intake pipe (38) can be increased, and at the same time, a lower pressure can be maintained, and through this, the negative pressure at the outlet side (38b) of the indoor air intake pipe (38) increases, thereby improving the air intake performance inside the vehicle.
[0098] In particular, by increasing the negative pressure on the outlet (38b) side of the indoor air intake pipe (38) without increasing the size, the indoor air intake performance can be improved without increasing the size, and thereby, the effect of improving the indoor temperature sensing performance of the in-car sensor (10) and the effect of improving the package can be achieved simultaneously.
[0099] Although preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described illustratively above, the scope of the present invention is not limited to such specific embodiments and can be appropriately modified within the scope described in the claims. Explanation of the symbols
