Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a device for removing moisture from inside a borehole, and more specifically, to a device for removing moisture from inside a borehole having a cylindrical structure that allows for insertion even in a narrow and deep borehole environment, and creating a dry observation environment suitable for seismometer installation by physically removing moisture. Background Technology
[0002] Seismometers for earthquake observation are generally installed inside boreholes below the surface to accurately measure vibrations in the subsurface environment. While this underground installation method is advantageous for precise measurements as it minimizes the influence of external temperature changes, wind loads, and artificial vibrations, water or moisture often remains inside the borehole due to causes such as groundwater inflow, condensation, and soil moisture infiltration.
[0003] In particular, casings are commonly installed inside boreholes to protect seismometers; however, if moisture remains inside these casings, the electrical stability of the seismometer sensors may deteriorate, or long-term corrosion and insulation degradation may occur. This not only reduces measurement reliability but also shortens the equipment's lifespan. Furthermore, even when attempting to install a new seismometer after removing the existing device during reinstallation or maintenance, the same problem will recur if moisture remaining on the inner walls or bottom of the casing is not removed.
[0004] Conventionally, methods such as air blowing, vacuum suction, insertion of absorbent cloth, and injection of simple absorbents have been used to remove moisture from inside boreholes. However, the simple absorbent injection method has the problem of being difficult to remove moisture attached to the walls of the borehole, the blowing method cannot completely remove moisture and may instead cause water droplets to scatter, leading to internal contamination, and the pump suction method has the problem of requiring large equipment, having poor field applicability, and rapidly decreasing suction efficiency in deep boreholes. Furthermore, existing devices do not consider a structure for removing thin water films or sticky moisture remaining on the inner wall of the casing, so it is difficult to ensure complete drying immediately before actual installation. Prior art literature
[0005] Republic of Korea Registered Patent No. 10-2293677 The problem to be solved
[0006] The present invention aims to provide a device for removing moisture inside a borehole, having a cylindrical structure that allows for insertion even in narrow and deep borehole environments, and creating a dry observation environment suitable for seismometer installation by physically removing moisture. means of solving the problem
[0007] According to one aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides an apparatus for removing moisture inside a borehole before installing or reinstalling a seismometer installed in a borehole, comprising: a main housing having a cylindrical shape corresponding to the diameter of the borehole and having a hollow formed inside so as to accommodate or place a moisture removal means for removing moisture inside the borehole; and a lifting connection unit provided on the upper part of the main housing and coupled with a lifting means to enable vertical movement to the depth of the borehole. Effects of the invention
[0008] The device for removing moisture inside a borehole according to the present invention has the following effects.
[0009] First, the main housing features a cylindrical structure corresponding to the borehole diameter and is configured to move vertically via a lifting connection unit, allowing the removal of moisture from the borehole to be performed simply by stably inserting the device to the depth of the borehole and then withdrawing it. Therefore, it offers the advantage of convenient on-site operation without the need for separate pump devices or large-scale equipment.
[0010] Second, by adopting a double-housing structure configured so that the main housing moves up and down inside the seismometer casing, moisture removal is performed directly on the internal space of the casing where the seismometer is actually installed, thereby maintaining the actual installation environment in a dry state. Consequently, this prevents malfunction, corrosion, and insulation degradation of the seismometer sensor, effectively improving equipment reliability and lifespan.
[0011] Third, due to the dual moisture absorption structure in which the internal moisture absorbent inside the main housing and the external moisture absorbent on the outer surface act simultaneously, it is possible to remove not only moisture from the borehole bottom or internal space but also moisture remaining on the inner surface of the casing. In other words, the removal of moisture from the space and the wall surface occur in parallel, thereby improving overall drying efficiency.
[0012] Fourth, the first elastic rubber seal and the second elastic rubber seal placed on the outer surface of the main housing perform a sweeping function that pushes moisture upward along the inner wall of the casing when the device rises, so even thin water films or sticky moisture that are difficult to remove by a simple moisture absorption method can be effectively removed. In particular, the residual moisture removal rate is improved by the two-stage pushing structure.
[0013] Fifth, the moisture induction device coupled to the second elastic rubber seal is configured to guide and absorb the water pushed up toward the center, thereby preventing the removed moisture from spreading back to the wall surface and maximizing absorption efficiency.
[0014] Sixth, due to the pressure-actuated structure in which the openable hole at the bottom of the main housing, the elastic member, and the steel plate are interconnected, fluid inflow is permitted only when the device contacts the bottom of the borehole and receives pressure, and the hole automatically closes when the pressure is released, thereby preventing soil or foreign matter from entering the interior during the insertion process. Consequently, the durability and stability of the device's internal components are improved.
[0015] Seventh, since the filtering module and membrane structure can effectively block soil and foreign substances contained in the incoming water, contamination of the internal moisture absorbent material can be prevented and the reusability of the device can be ensured.
[0016] Eighth, since the entire structure can be implemented as a passive device based on mechanical operating principles, it can be used reliably even in field environments where power supply is difficult, and maintenance costs can be reduced. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0018] The present invention will be described in detail below by explaining preferred embodiments of the invention with reference to the attached drawings.
[0019] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, a device (1000) for removing moisture inside a borehole according to one embodiment of the present invention is a device used to remove moisture inside a borehole before installation or reinstallation of a seismometer installed inside a borehole (BH) formed in the direction of the ground (G) into the ground (U).
[0020] A device (1000) for removing moisture inside a borehole includes a main housing (1100), a lifting connection unit (1200), a moisture absorption unit (1300), a rubber seal (1400), an elastic member (1500), a steel plate (1600), and a hole opening / closing unit (1700). The main housing (1100) is formed to have a cylindrical shape corresponding to the diameter of the borehole (BH). Specifically, it is formed to have a cylindrical shape corresponding to the diameter of the seismometer casing (CS) that is first inserted into the borehole (BH). This shape allows for stable insertion and movement along the internal space of the seismometer casing (CS), and enables efficient removal of internal moisture while minimizing interference with the inner wall of the seismometer casing (CS).
[0021] That is, the main housing (1100) is not structured to be directly inserted into the borehole (BH), but is configured to be used by being inserted into the interior of the seismometer casing (CS) that is pre-inserted into the borehole (BH) for seismometer installation. In other words, the device (1000) for removing moisture inside the borehole in this embodiment has an indirect contact structure that performs moisture removal work while moving along the interior space of the seismometer casing (CS) instead of directly contacting the wall of the borehole.
[0022] By configuring it in this way, the main housing (1100) can move stably in the vertical direction by utilizing the inner surface of the seismometer casing (CS) as a guide surface, and can prevent tilting or eccentricity from occurring during movement. In particular, since the interior of the seismometer casing (CS) has a relatively uniform surface and high precision compared to the borehole wall, there is an advantage of reduced frictional resistance and improved work efficiency during the vertical movement of the device.
[0023] Additionally, the main housing (1100) is formed to have an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the seismometer casing (CS) so that it can move up and down within the seismometer casing (CS). At this time, a certain gap may be formed between the main housing (1100) and the seismometer casing (CS), and this gap functions as a workspace that ensures smooth movement of the device and, if moisture is present, can be removed.
[0024] With such a double housing structure, the device (1000) for removing moisture inside the borehole can operate stably without interference caused by unevenness of the borehole wall or soil protrusions, and can effectively remove residual moisture present inside the seismometer casing (CS). In addition, since the moisture removal operation can be performed while protecting the casing itself, it has the effect of improving the reliability and long-term stability of the seismometer installation environment.
[0025] Additionally, a hollow structure is formed inside the main housing (1100) so that a moisture removal means for removing moisture from inside the seismometer casing (CS) (inside the borehole) can be accommodated or placed. The main housing (1100) is formed of a highly corrosion-resistant material to prevent corrosion or structural deterioration even when used for a long time in an underground environment. In particular, since the inside of the borehole is an environment continuously exposed to groundwater, soil components, mineral components, etc., applying a corrosion-resistant material improves the reusability and durability of the device.
[0026] The upper part of the main housing (1100) is formed to be open so that the internal hollow space communicates with the outside, and the lower part is formed with an openable structure. The upper opening structure facilitates the replacement, inspection, or verification of the dryness status of the internal moisture absorbent material (1310), and the lower opening / closing structure is intended to allow moisture from the deep part of the borehole to selectively flow into the main housing (1100). Through this combination of upper and lower structures, the device (1000) for removing moisture from inside the borehole is not merely a storage container but performs an active moisture inflow and blocking function.
[0027] In this embodiment, an openable hole (open structure) (not shown) is formed in the lower center of the main housing (1100) to allow fluid to pass through in the vertical direction. The openable hole serves as a passage that allows water or moisture present in the deep part of the borehole to selectively flow into the main housing (1100) when necessary. At this time, the openable hole is characterized by being formed in a structure that is not always open, but rather changes its open / closed state according to external force conditions.
[0028] The lifting connection unit (1200) is provided on the upper part of the main housing (1100) and is configured to lower or lift the device into the borehole (BH). The lifting connection unit (1200) has a shape to improve the structural stability of the main housing (1100) and the reliability of the lifting operation. The lifting connection unit (1200) is formed to be coupled with an external lifting means, thereby allowing the operator to accurately move the device to a desired depth.
[0029] The lifting connection unit (1200) forms a cap structure that covers the open upper portion of the main housing (1100) while being fixed so that its lower portion rests on the upper portion of the main housing (1100). Specifically, the lifting connection unit (1200) includes an upper cap (1210) and a lifting connection portion (1220). The upper cap (1210) is a portion that is coupled to the upper portion of the main housing (1100). The upper cap (1210) extends vertically upward from the lower portion of the lifting connection unit (1200) and takes on a hemispherical shape at the top. As the upper cap (1210) is formed in a hemispherical shape, when the device (1000) for removing moisture inside the borehole rises or falls inside the borehole, the jamming phenomenon is minimized even if it comes into contact with the inner wall of the seismometer casing (CS) or an obstacle, and the flow resistance is also reduced.
[0030] The lifting connection part (1220) is integrally formed at the upper center of the top cap (1210). The lifting connection part (1220) has a plate structure extending upward from the top cap (1210). The lifting connection part (1220) is provided with a handling hole (1200a) formed in a horizontal direction. The handling hole (1200a) is a fastening structure that allows a lifting means, such as a wire, rope, lifting rod, or crane hook, to be connected, thereby enabling stable load transfer when lowering the device (1000) for removing moisture inside the borehole to the depth of the borehole or lifting it toward the surface. In particular, the horizontal hole structure enables the use of connectors of various shapes, thereby increasing compatibility for field work.
[0031] By adopting a cap-integrated lifting connection structure that covers the upper part of the main housing (1100) in this manner, the structural rigidity of the device (1000) for removing moisture inside the borehole is improved, and the internal moisture absorbent material (1310) is prevented from escaping to the outside or becoming contaminated. At the same time, the center alignment of the device (1000) for removing moisture inside the borehole is maintained during the lifting operation, thereby improving straight-line mobility inside the borehole. Accordingly, the lifting connection unit (1200) according to the present embodiment simultaneously improves the durability, lifting stability, work convenience, and maintenance efficiency of the device (1000) for removing moisture inside the borehole, and enables the moisture removal operation to be performed stably even under high humidity and high pressure conditions such as a borehole environment.
[0032] And with this configuration, the operator can remove moisture inside the borehole simply by lowering the main housing (1100) to the depth of the borehole using the lifting connection unit (1200) and then raising it again, and can perform the drying operation conveniently without separate complex equipment. In short, the device (1000) for removing moisture inside the borehole according to the present embodiment has a technical feature that enables efficient removal of moisture remaining inside the borehole by adopting a cylindrical hollow structure main housing (1100) optimized for the internal environment of the borehole and a lifting connection unit (1200) as basic components.
[0033] The moisture-absorbing unit (1300) includes a moisture removal means having a double moisture-absorbing structure to simultaneously remove moisture from the inside and outside of the main housing (1100). The moisture removal means includes an internal moisture absorbent material (1310) that fills the hollow of the main housing (1100) and absorbs moisture flowing into it, and an external moisture absorbent material (1320) that is arranged to surround the outer surface of the main housing (1100).
[0034] The internal absorbent material (1310) may be positioned to substantially fill the internal space of the main housing (1100) and is configured to rapidly absorb and store water flowing in from deep within the borehole when it flows into the main housing (1100). This internal absorbent material (1310) may be formed of a porous material with a high absorption rate, such as an absorbent polymer, a fibrous absorbent material (sponge), a porous ceramic, or a similar material, and may be configured with a detachable structure so as to be replaceable as needed.
[0035] The external moisture absorbent material (1320) is continuously arranged along the entire circumference of the outer surface of the main housing (1100) to form a concentric structure with the main housing (1100). This external moisture absorbent material (1320) serves to absorb moisture remaining on the inner surface of the seismometer casing (CS) during the process in which the main housing (1100) moves up and down inside the seismometer casing (CS). That is, when the device (1000) for removing moisture inside the borehole moves upward, residual moisture in the form of water droplets or a water film attached to the inner wall of the seismometer casing (CS) is absorbed by the external moisture absorbent material (1320), thereby gradually removing the wet condition inside the seismometer casing (CS).
[0036] In particular, in this embodiment, the internal absorbent material (1310) and the external absorbent material (1320) act simultaneously, thereby allowing the accumulated water in the deep part of the borehole and the moisture remaining on the inner wall of the seismometer casing (CS) to be removed independently. Accordingly, unlike methods of simply pumping up water or air drying, the movement process of the device (1000) for removing moisture inside the borehole itself becomes the moisture removal process, thereby shortening the work time and improving work efficiency.
[0037] In addition, since the external moisture absorbent material (1320) has a structure that surrounds the entire outer surface of the main housing (1100), moisture present in any direction on the inner surface of the seismometer casing (CS) can be absorbed regardless of whether the device (1000) for removing moisture inside the borehole rotates, and a uniform moisture removal effect can be obtained simply by the device (1000) for removing moisture inside the borehole moving vertically without twisting. According to the present embodiment configured in this way, free water and residual water film inside the borehole can be removed simultaneously, so the environment before the installation of the seismometer can be formed close to a dry state, and accordingly, the long-term measurement reliability after sensor installation is improved.
[0038] The rubber seal (1400) is formed in a ring shape that fits onto the outer surface of the main housing (1100). The rubber seal (1400) serves to mechanically push up and remove moisture remaining on the inner surface of the seismometer casing (CS) when the main housing (1100) moves upward. The rubber seal (1400) is formed from an elastic rubber material. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the material of the rubber seal (1400) can be changed.
[0039] The rubber seal (1400) is formed as a double structure including a first elastic rubber seal (1410) and a second elastic rubber seal (1420) that are spaced apart from each other vertically. The first elastic rubber seal (1410) is positioned to protrude further in the radial direction of the main housing (1100) at an upper position than the external moisture absorbent material (1320). The first elastic rubber seal (1410) performs the function of pushing up moisture present on the inner surface of the seismometer casing (CS) as if scraping it up when the device (1000) for removing moisture inside the borehole moves upward. At this time, the first elastic rubber seal (1410) increases the moisture removal efficiency by elastically deforming to make close contact with the inner surface of the seismometer casing (CS).
[0040] The second elastic rubber seal (1420) is positioned below the external moisture absorbent material (1320) and is also arranged to protrude further in the radial direction than the external moisture absorbent material (1320). Accordingly, the second elastic rubber seal (1420) secondarily pushes up the residual moisture remaining on the inner surface of the seismometer casing (CS) that is not completely removed by the first elastic rubber seal. That is, the first elastic rubber seal (1410) functions as a primary removal part, and the second elastic rubber seal (1420) functions as a secondary removal part, thereby forming a multi-stage moisture removal structure.
[0041] And the moisture pushed upward by the second elastic rubber seal (1420) is absorbed by the external moisture absorbent material (1320) arranged to surround the outer surface of the main housing (1100). In this way, by combining the mechanical sweeping removal structure and the moisture absorption removal structure, the moisture removal speed and removal rate are significantly improved compared to a simple moisture absorption method.
[0042] In addition, since two elastic rubber seals are spaced apart in the vertical direction, the contact stability with the inner surface of the seismometer casing (CS) is improved while the device (1000) for removing moisture inside the borehole is rising, and at least one seal is maintained in close contact with the inner surface even if the device (1000) for removing moisture inside the borehole shakes or becomes eccentric. Accordingly, stable moisture removal performance can be secured even when the working environment is rough or the condition of the inner wall of the borehole is uneven. According to the present embodiment configured in this way, water film, water droplets, and even adhesive moisture attached to the inner wall of the seismometer casing (CS) can be effectively removed, so the inside of the seismometer casing (CS) can be made into a uniformly dry state before the seismometer is installed, and as a result, the installation stability and long-term measurement accuracy of the seismometer are improved.
[0043] An elastic member (1500) is installed in the lower part of the main housing (1100) to be linked with the opening and closing operation of the opening and closing hole. The elastic member (1500) may be formed as a structure having elastic restoring force, such as a compression spring. The lower end of the elastic member (1500) is coupled with a steel plate (1600).
[0044] The above-mentioned openable hole is configured to open only when the elastic member (1500) is compressed by pressure applied upward from the bottom of the main housing (1100) and the pressure is released, and to remain closed when the pressure is released. That is, the openable hole is not opened simply by a downward movement or a change in position, but is structured to open only when the elastic member is compressed by a reaction force generated by actual contact with the bottom of the borehole.
[0045] Due to this structure, the opening and closing hole remains closed during the process in which the device (1000) for removing moisture from inside the borehole descends into the borehole. Therefore, external moisture is prevented from flowing into the main housing (1100) during the descent, and in particular, even when descending again while moisture is already stored inside, the phenomenon of internal stored water leaking out to the outside does not occur.
[0046] The steel plate (1600) is configured such that its upper surface is integrally formed with the lower portion of the elastic member (1500), and its lower surface is in direct contact with the bottom surface of the borehole. Accordingly, when the device (1000) for removing moisture inside the borehole descends to the depth of the borehole and the steel plate (1600) comes into contact with the bottom, an upward reaction force transmitted from the bottom is transmitted to the elastic member (1500) through the steel plate (1600), and as a result, the elastic member (1500) is compressed.
[0047] The steel plate (1600) not only performs the function of simple load transfer, but also expands the floor contact area to improve posture stability when the device is lowered, and plays a role in dispersing the pressure transmitted to the elastic member (1500) so that it does not become eccentric. Accordingly, the opening operation of the above-mentioned opening and closing hole always occurs stably under certain conditions.
[0048] When the device (1000) for removing moisture inside the borehole reaches the bottom of the borehole, the steel plate (1600) comes into contact with the bottom surface, generating an upward reaction force, and that reaction force compresses the elastic member (1500). At this time, when the compression displacement of the elastic member (1500) exceeds a certain standard, the opening and closing hole is opened, and as a result, water accumulated near the bottom flows into the main housing (1100).
[0049] Subsequently, when the device (1000) for removing moisture inside the borehole rises, the bottom contact is released and the reaction force is removed, and the elastic member (1500) returns to its original position by the restoring force. Accordingly, the opening and closing hole is closed, and the water that has flowed in is retained inside the main housing (1100). That is, the present structure has a stepwise sequence of operation: maintaining closure during descent → opening upon bottom contact → automatic closing upon ascent.
[0050] In this way, by limiting the opening condition of the above-mentioned openable hole to a physical condition of compression of the elastic member by upward pressure, the device can always operate stably under the same conditions regardless of external environmental variables such as changes in the device's attitude, movement speed, friction within the seismometer casing (CS), and fluid resistance. This is an important technical feature that significantly improves the operational reliability of the device in environments that are narrow and difficult to see, such as boreholes. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and water may be allowed to flow into the main housing (1100) using a check valve.
[0051] The hole opening / closing unit (1700) performs the actual opening / closing operation of the opening / closing hole at the bottom of the main housing (1100). In this embodiment, the hole opening / closing unit (1700) is connected to the upper part of the elastic member (1500), and the opening / closing is controlled by the pressure received from the elastic member (1500). In this embodiment, the opening / closing of the opening / closing hole by the hole opening / closing unit (1700) and the elastic member (1500) may be subject to the opening / closing principle of the opening / closing hole in the device (2000) for removing moisture inside the borehole of FIG. 5, which will be described below.
[0052] Referring to FIG. 5, a device (2000) for removing moisture inside a borehole according to another embodiment of the present invention includes a main housing (2100), a lifting connection unit (not shown), a moisture absorption unit (not shown), a rubber seal (not shown), an elastic member (2500), a steel plate (2600), a hole opening / closing unit (2700), and a filtering module (2800). Compared to the device (1000) for removing moisture inside a borehole according to FIG. 1 to 4, the device (2000) for removing moisture inside a borehole according to this embodiment differs in the hole opening / closing unit (2700) and the filtering module (2800), while the remaining configuration is similar. Therefore, the hole opening / closing unit (2700) and the filtering module (2800) are described in detail, and a detailed description of the remaining configuration is omitted.
[0053] The hole opening / closing unit (2700) includes a hole opening / closing fixed unit (2710) and a hole opening / closing moving unit (2720). The hole opening / closing fixed unit (2710) is formed in a circular structure and is fixedly positioned inside an opening structure at the center of the bottom of the main housing (2100). A plurality of openable holes (2710a) formed through the circular structure in the vertical direction are spaced apart along the circumferential direction. This multiple-hole structure has the advantage of maintaining structural strength while reducing the possibility of foreign matter ingress, as it can secure a fluid inflow area compared to a single-opening method while keeping the diameter of each hole small.
[0054] The hole opening / closing motion unit (2720) is integrally formed on the upper part of the elastic member (2500) penetrating the center of the hole opening / closing fixed unit (2710), and normally is positioned in a location that covers the opening / closing holes (2710a) by being seated in close contact with the upper surface of the hole opening / closing fixed unit (2710). Accordingly, when the elastic member (2500) is not compressed, all opening / closing holes (2710a) are blocked, preventing external fluid from flowing into the interior.
[0055] When the device (2000) for removing moisture inside the borehole reaches the depth of the borehole and an upward reaction force is transmitted through the steel plate (2600), the elastic member (2500) is compressed, and accordingly, the hole opening / closing motion unit (2720) rises in the upward direction. Then, a gap is formed between the hole opening / closing motion unit (2720) and the hole opening / closing fixed unit (2710), and a plurality of openable holes (2710a) are opened simultaneously, and water near the bottom of the borehole flows into the main housing (2100) through each hole.
[0056] Subsequently, when the device (2000) for removing moisture inside the borehole rises and the reaction force is removed, the elastic member (2500) is restored, causing the hole opening / closing motion unit (2720) to descend again and come into close contact with the upper surface of the hole opening / closing fixed unit (2710) again to close the openable holes (2710a). During this process, since the hole opening / closing motion unit (2720) performs only linear reciprocating motion with respect to the central axis of the hole opening / closing fixed unit (2710), a stable sealed state can be maintained without rotation or eccentric movement.
[0057] In addition, since both the fixed unit (2710) for opening and closing the hole and the moving unit (2720) for opening and closing the hole are arranged in a circular central axis alignment structure, they have a self-alignment characteristic in which the opening and closing function is not affected even if the device (2000) for removing moisture inside the borehole operates in a slightly tilted state within the borehole environment. This structure is an important technical feature that improves the operational reliability of the device in a narrow and non-uniform underground environment. Consequently, the structure of the hole opening and closing unit (2700) according to the present embodiment simultaneously achieves a flow rate based on multiple inflow holes, centrally driven simultaneous opening and closing, automatic sealing return, and stability in response to eccentric environments, thereby providing the effect of significantly improving the operational precision and durability of the device for removing moisture inside the borehole.
[0058] A filtering module (2800) is installed to filter out foreign substances contained in the fluid introduced into the main housing (1100) through a retractable hole (2710a). The filtering module (2800) is configured to include a filtering housing (2810) that is seated on the bottom surface of the main housing (2100).
[0059] The filtering housing (2810) has a cylindrical shape extending in the vertical direction, with an open bottom and a hollow formed inside. The hollow is configured to accommodate a hole opening / closing motion unit (2720), thereby stably guiding the path of the hole opening / closing motion unit (2720) as it moves back and forth in the vertical direction. In other words, the filtering housing (2810) performs not only a simple filter function but also simultaneously acts as a guide frame that maintains the linear movement of the motion unit.
[0060] A filtering hole (2811) is formed on the side of the filtering housing (2810). This filtering hole (2811) is formed with a mesh structure that allows water to pass through but prevents soil or particulate foreign matter from passing through. Accordingly, as the fluid introduced into the interior through the openable hole (2710a) moves through the internal space of the filtering housing (2810) toward the internal moisture absorbent material inside the main housing (2100), solid particles are blocked inside the filtering housing (2810), and only the liquid passes through.
[0061] Additionally, the filtering hole section (2811) is designed to be formed from the lower portion seated on the bottom surface of the main housing (2100) to a height lower than the maximum rising height of the hole opening / closing motion unit (2720). This height limiting structure is intended to improve manufacturing convenience and efficiency by forming the filtering hole section (2811) only within the range where water can flow according to the operating range of the hole opening / closing motion unit (2720).
[0062] In particular, since the filtering hole portion (2811) is formed continuously along the circumferential direction of the filtering housing (2810), fluid can be introduced uniformly in the circumferential direction rather than being introduced only from a specific direction. This enables stable inflow performance even when the bottom of the borehole is uneven or when water is pooled in only one direction.
[0063] Referring to FIG. 6, a device (3000) for removing moisture inside a borehole according to another embodiment of the present invention includes a main housing (3100), a lifting connection unit (not shown), a moisture absorption unit (not shown), a rubber seal (not shown), an elastic member (3500), a steel plate (3600), a hole opening / closing unit (3700), and a filtering module (3800). Compared to the device (1000) for removing moisture inside a borehole according to FIG. 1 to 4, the device (3000) for removing moisture inside a borehole according to this embodiment differs in the hole opening / closing unit (3700) and the filtering module (3800), while the remaining configuration is similar. Therefore, the hole opening / closing unit (3700) and the filtering module (3800) are described in detail, and a detailed description of the remaining configuration is omitted.
[0064] The hole opening / closing unit (3700) includes a hole opening / closing fixed unit (3710) and a hole opening / closing movable unit (3720). The hole opening / closing unit (3700) has a structure similar to the hole opening / closing unit (2700) according to FIG. 5. Therefore, a detailed description of the hole opening / closing unit (3700) is omitted.
[0065] A filtering module (3800) is installed to filter out dirt and foreign substances contained in the fluid that flows into the main housing (3100) through a retractable hole (3710a) formed in a fixed unit (3710) for opening and closing the hole. The filtering module (3800) includes a filtering housing (3810), a membrane (3820), and a stopper (3830).
[0066] The filtering housing (3810) is seated on the bottom surface of the main housing (3100) and has a cylindrical shape extending in the vertical direction. The bottom of the filtering housing (3810) is open, and a hollow is formed inside. A hole opening / closing motion unit (3720) can be placed inside the hollow, and it serves as a guide to guide the vertical movement path of the hole opening / closing motion unit (3720). That is, the filtering housing (3810) is a composite functional structure that simultaneously performs the foreign matter filtration function and the motion unit alignment function.
[0067] A plurality of filtering holes (3811) are formed on the side of the filtering housing (3810) and spaced apart along the circumferential direction. Each filtering hole (3811) is formed as a through-hole structure formed in a horizontal direction and is sized to allow water and soil to pass through together, and the filtration function is performed not by the filtering hole (3811) itself, but by the membrane (3820) described later. This structure is designed to allow only the filter medium to be selectively replaced.
[0068] In this embodiment, the filtering hole portion (3811) is not a simple through hole but has a multi-stage shape structure in which the diameter changes stepwise. Specifically, the filtering hole portion (3811) includes a filtering hole leg portion (3811a) formed with a structure in which the width narrows from the inner portion close to the elastic member (3500) to the outer portion far away, a filtering hole body portion (3811b) formed further outward from the filtering hole leg portion (3811a) and communicating with the filtering hole leg portion (3811a), and a filtering hole head portion (3811c) formed further outward from the filtering hole body portion (3811b).
[0069] This multi-stage diameter structure allows the inserted membrane (3820) and the plug to be fixed in close contact stepwise, thereby improving fastening stability compared to a simple friction fixing method. In addition, the change in diameter at each stage induces the fluid to flow smoothly without abruptly changing direction, thus providing a flow stabilization effect that reduces increased fluid resistance and particle deposition.
[0070] The membrane (3820) is a member that is detachably inserted into each filtering hole (3811), and is configured such that its outer end forms a flat surface in the vertical direction with the outer surface of the side portion of the filtering housing (3800) when inserted. The membrane (3820) has filtration characteristics that allow water to pass through but do not allow soil or particulate foreign substances to pass through, and accordingly, when the fluid introduced through the openable hole (3710a) moves toward the filtering hole (3811), only the liquid component is introduced into the interior.
[0071] The membrane (3820) includes a plate-shaped membrane head portion (3821) and a membrane leg portion (3822) extending from the membrane head portion (3821) toward the elastic member (3500). The membrane head portion (3821) is arranged in an upright structure and has a filtration structure that allows water to pass through in the horizontal direction but prevents soil from passing through. On the other hand, the membrane leg portion (3822) is a cylindrical shape with a hollow interior, and is configured such that both ends in the horizontal direction are open so that fluid can flow through the interior.
[0072] The stopper (3830) is a member for fixing the membrane (3820) so that it does not detach from the filtering hole (3811) while inserted into it. The stopper (3830) is inserted into the corresponding filtering hole (3811) to support and fix the membrane (3820) from the inside, and is configured to be detached from the outside to replace the membrane (3820) when necessary. Accordingly, even if the membrane (3820) becomes contaminated or clogged due to long-term use, only the membrane (3820) can be simply replaced without the need to replace the entire filtering housing (3800).
[0073] The plug (3830) is a fastening member for fixing the membrane (3820) and includes a plug leg portion (3831) corresponding to the shape of the filtering hole leg portion (3811a), a plug body portion (3832) corresponding to the shape of the filtering hole body portion (3811b), a plug head portion (3833) inserted into the membrane leg portion (3811c), and a plug handle portion (3834) formed to facilitate separation when the plug (3830) is inserted into the hollow of the membrane (3820). These components are integrally formed to form a concentric structure with each other, and a plug through hole is formed penetrating the center so that fluid can pass through the inside of the plug. The stopper handle portion (3834) is fixed to each side of the inner circumference of the stopper leg portion (3831) formed by the stopper through hole, and is formed as a bar structure passing through the center of the stopper leg portion (3831).
[0074] Due to this structure, the stopper (3830) is not merely a fixing member that presses the membrane (3820), but also performs the role of a flow guide that aligns the position of the membrane (3820) while simultaneously forming a fluid flow path. In particular, since the stopper through hole is formed to be aligned with the filtering hole center axis, the incoming fluid moves stably toward the internal moisture absorbent without eccentric flow.
[0075] In addition, since the membrane leg portion (3822) is formed as a cylindrical hollow structure, the fluid can flow along the internal space without pressure loss after passing through the membrane head portion (3821), thereby improving the overall flow rate efficiency. This provides the effect of increasing the actual effective flow rate relative to the filter area.
[0076] In particular, in this embodiment, since the component performing the filtering function is formed as a modular detachable structure rather than an integrated housing type, membranes with different filtration grades can be selected and applied depending on the usage environment. For example, operational flexibility can be secured by using a high-density membrane in a layer with many fine particles and applying a low-density membrane in a relatively clean environment.
[0077] Referring to FIG. 7, a device (4000) for removing moisture inside a borehole according to another embodiment of the present invention includes a main housing (not shown), a lifting connection unit (not shown), a moisture absorption unit (not shown), a rubber seal, an elastic member (not shown), a steel plate (not shown), a hole opening / closing unit (not shown), and a moisture induction device (4900). Compared to the device (4000) for removing moisture inside a borehole according to FIG. 1 to 4, the device (4000) for removing moisture inside a borehole according to this embodiment differs in the moisture induction device (4900), while the remaining components are similar. Therefore, the moisture induction device (4900) is described in detail, and a detailed description of the remaining components is omitted.
[0078] First, the first rubber seal (4410) among the above rubber seals will be briefly described. The outer surface of the first elastic rubber seal (4410) is formed to be in close contact with the inner surface of the seismometer casing (CS). The first rubber seal (4410) performs a primary moisture removal function by sliding in close contact along the inner wall of the seismometer casing (CS) and pushing residual moisture upward. The first rubber seal (4410) includes a first rubber seal edge portion (4411) forming the outer surface, and a first elastic rubber seal center (4412) formed integrally on the first rubber seal edge portion (4411) and having its upper portion fixed to the main housing or lifting connection unit.
[0079] A feature of this embodiment is that a moisture induction device (4900) is integrally formed on the edge portion (4411) of the first rubber seal. The moisture induction device (4900) is a structure designed to maximize absorption efficiency by guiding the water pushed upward by the first rubber seal (4411) into an intended path, rather than simply moving it.
[0080] The moisture induction device (4900) includes a moisture sweeping section (4910), a moisture sliding section (4920), and a sliding moisture absorption section (4930). The moisture sweeping section (4910) is positioned to rest on the edge of the first rubber seal edge section (4411) and has a plate structure that is vertically positioned upward. The moisture sweeping section (4910) moves along the inner circumference of the seismometer casing (CS) together with the outer surface of the first rubber seal (4410) and performs the function of scraping up moisture remaining on the inner wall surface. That is, it performs the function of not simply moving the moisture pushed up by the rubber seal, but scraping up and concentrating even the residual water film thinly spread on the inner wall surface.
[0081] The moisture sliding section (4920) is formed as a plate structure and is coupled to the moisture sweeping section (4910). It extends toward the center of the first rubber seal (4410) and has a structure that is inclined downward from the point connected to the moisture sweeping section (4910). Accordingly, when water pushed upward by the moisture sweeping section (4910) flows into the upper surface of the moisture sliding section (4920), it is guided to naturally flow toward the center by gravity. This inclined structure prevents water from pooling and allows it to move quickly toward the absorption section, thereby preventing re-diffusion.
[0082] The sliding moisture absorption section (4930) is fixed to the end of the moisture sliding section (4920) and performs the function of actually absorbing water that has moved along the moisture sliding section (4920). The sliding moisture absorption section (4930) is exemplified as being formed of the same material as the moisture absorption unit (1300) of the device (1000) for removing moisture inside a borehole according to FIGS. 1 to 4. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the material of the sliding moisture absorption section (4930) can be changed. The sliding moisture absorption section (4930) includes a sliding moisture first absorption section (4931) and a sliding moisture second absorption section (4932).
[0083] The sliding moisture first absorption section (4931) is formed in a plate shape and placed on the path of water moving through the moisture sliding section (4920). Its outer side is fixed to the end of the moisture sliding section (4920) with adhesive or tape and extends downward to directly absorb water. The sliding moisture second absorption section (4932) is an auxiliary absorption structure to increase the absorption capacity of the sliding moisture first absorption section (4931). Its upper surface is fixed to the lower surface of the sliding moisture first absorption section (4931) with adhesive or tape, and its inner surface is integrally formed on the lower outer side of the sliding moisture first absorption section (4931). Due to this double absorption structure, the absorption capacity and contact area are increased relative to the same area.
[0084] Although not shown in the drawing, the lower surface of the moisture sliding part (4920) may further include a sliding moisture second absorption part fastening unit protruding downward to connect the sliding moisture second absorption part (4932). Screw threads are formed on the outer surface of the sliding moisture second absorption part fastening unit. At this time, the sliding moisture second absorption part fastening unit is inserted while damaging the sliding moisture second absorption part (4932) so that the sliding moisture second absorption part (4932) can be more firmly fixed.
[0085] The present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments illustrated in the drawings, but this is merely illustrative, and those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and equivalent alternative embodiments are possible therefrom. Accordingly, the true technical scope of protection of the present invention should be determined by the technical spirit of the appended claims. Explanation of the symbols
