Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a step-by-step waist silhouette refinement exercise method and system, and more specifically, to a tool-combined step-by-step waist silhouette refinement system designed to monitor a user's posture and breathing in real time through vision analysis of a smart device and to provide customized correction feedback based on the use of a tool. Background Technology

[0003] Modern people suffer from various postural problems, such as pelvic imbalance, spinal misalignment, and weakened core muscles, due to sedentary lifestyles and excessive use of smart devices. In particular, when deep core muscles, including the transversus abdominis, weaken, the support for internal organs decreases, leading to a protruding lower abdomen or rib flare—a phenomenon where the ribs spread abnormally. This not only ruins the waistline aesthetically but is also a major cause of musculoskeletal disorders such as lower back pain.

[0004] To address these issues, various exercise methods such as yoga, Pilates, and weight training are being attempted; however, because they often focus on training superficial muscles (global muscles), there are limitations in precisely targeting and activating deep core muscles (local muscles).

[0005] Recently, with the surge in demand for home training that allows individuals to exercise independently at home without spatial or temporal constraints, various applications and systems utilizing smartphones or tablet PCs to guide exercise postures are being proposed. However, conventional home training guidance systems remain limited to simply playing demonstration videos by experts or roughly tracking the user's joint positions to count repetitions.

[0006] In other words, there is currently a lack of technology to quantitatively analyze and provide feedback on anatomical and detailed movements—such as changes in intra-abdominal pressure due to breathing, subtle pelvic tilt, and the degree of rib cage spread—which are essential elements for body shape correction and waist silhouette refinement. Furthermore, conventional technology has a problem in that when users utilize auxiliary tools such as massage sticks or resistance bands, they cannot determine whether the tool is adhering to the precise location on the body to provide the correct stimulation and resistance; consequently, incorrect compensatory actions can strain the joints or exacerbate body imbalances.

[0007] Meanwhile, the aforementioned background technology is technical information that the inventor possessed for the derivation of the present invention or acquired during the process of deriving the present invention, and it cannot necessarily be considered publicly known technology disclosed to the general public prior to the filing of the present invention. Prior art literature

[0009] Korean Registered Patent No. 10-2406724 (Published June 10, 2022) Korean Registered Patent No. 10-2529956 (Published May 9, 2023) The problem to be solved

[0010] The present invention was devised to solve the problems of the conventional technology described above, and aims to provide a tool-integrated step-by-step waist silhouette refinement system that goes beyond simple motion recognition based on a user's exercise video to precisely analyze minute physical changes, such as the expansion of the rib cage and the depth of abdominal contraction, and provides feedback specialized for waist silhouette refinement.

[0011] In addition, the present invention aims to establish a safe and systematic exercise guide environment, similar to receiving one-on-one coaching from an expert even in a non-face-to-face environment, by identifying the interaction between an assistive tool and the body through video and dynamically adjusting the intensity or number of repetitions of the next exercise step according to the user's core activity.

[0012] The technical problems of the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and other unmentioned technical problems will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description below. means of solving the problem

[0014] A tool-combined step-by-step waist silhouette refinement system according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a user terminal equipped with a camera for capturing an exercise video of a user performing a tool-combined step-by-step waist silhouette refinement exercise method, providing a step-by-step exercise guide to the user, and providing the captured user exercise video; and a silhouette refinement server that analyzes the exercise video received from the user terminal to verify whether each exercise step is performed normally, generates an evaluation result and correction feedback, and provides them to the user terminal.

[0015] In one embodiment, the tool-combined step-by-step waist silhouette refinement exercise method comprises: an abdominal relaxation and tactile preparation step of applying abdominal massage cream and relieving superficial abdominal tension using a massage stick or rolling tool, and forming a state of readiness for deep core connection through tactile stimulation; a pelvic stabilization and foundation connection step of securing basic pelvic stability and preparing basic connection of the lower abdomen and torso using a resistance band or yoga block; a natural abdominal bracing formation step of improving abdominal pressure control ability by forming a natural abdominal bracing centered on the TVA muscle; a pelvic floor muscle coordination step of strengthening the coordination between the pelvic floor muscles and the lower abdomen through Kegel exercises, pelvic tilting, and clamshell movements; a central sensation activation step of recognizing the sternum (C-spot) as a center point and forming an upward and downward connection and contraction sensation along the centerline in coordination with breathing; and a thoracic alignment and pressure control step of reducing rib flare and adjusting the alignment of the thoracic cage and pelvis through thoracic cage tightening and upward extension alignment training. It may include: a vacuum-based lumbar refinement step that strengthens deep core coordination and refines the waistline through inward draw vacuum training; a psoas muscle relaxation and lengthening step that relieves anterior pelvic pull and secures trunk lengthening by stretching the psoas muscle using a wall or chair as a support tool; a ballet-style alignment integration step that improves spinal lengthening by maintaining a correct posture and integrating alignment and silhouette using a wall to lean on as a support tool; and a finishing cleanup step that relieves over-tension of surrounding muscles and performs a cool-down through full-body or trunk-centered finishing stretches.

[0016] In one embodiment, the silhouette refinement server may extract a user’s joint keypoint and body contour from the exercise video, measure the rib flare angle based on the extracted contour when performing the thoracic alignment and pressure control step, and measure the depth of internal abdominal contraction when performing the vacuum-based waist refinement step, and generate the correction feedback that instructs additional contraction or relaxation of the corresponding body part when the measured angle and depth of contraction deviate from a preset normal range.

[0017] In one embodiment, the silhouette refinement server identifies an auxiliary tool including at least one of a massage stick, a rolling tool, a resistance band, a yoga block, a chair, and a wall within the exercise video through object detection, and analyzes the contact position, angle, and pressure state between the identified auxiliary tool and the user's body to determine whether the auxiliary tool required for each step is being properly utilized.

[0018] In one embodiment, the silhouette refinement server quantifies and scores the motion maintenance time and posture accuracy for each step from the abdominal relaxation and tactile preparation step to the finishing step, and if the measurement score of a specific step is calculated to be below a reference value, it may instruct the repetition of the corresponding step through the user terminal or dynamically adjust and provide the exercise intensity and number of repetitions of the next step according to the user's core activity.

[0019] In one embodiment, the silhouette refinement server analyzes the amount of change in periodic expansion and contraction of the user's chest and abdomen shown in the exercise video during the performance of the central sensory activation step and the natural abdominal belt formation step to extract the user's breathing pattern, and if the breathing pattern does not match the recommended breathing cycle for each step, it may provide a visual or auditory breathing pacemaker guide through the user terminal.

[0020] In one embodiment, the user terminal may, based on correction feedback received from the silhouette refinement server, display 3D graphic guidelines indicating correct posture alignment in an augmented reality (AR) form superimposed on the user's real-time exercise video displayed, and output visual highlight markers for specific body parts requiring correction and real-time voice guidance together.

[0021] In one embodiment, the massage rod may include: a handle for a user to grip; a vibrating massage head formed in a circular spherical shape and connected to the front end of the handle to perform vibrating massage by driving vibration; a rotating massage head connected to rotate along the circumference of the handle to perform massage using protrusions while driving rotation; a vibrating drive unit that provides vibrating driving force to the vibrating massage head; a rotating drive unit that provides rotating driving force to the rotating massage head; a communication unit connected to the user terminal via wireless communication to transmit and receive control data; and a massage control unit that automatically adjusts the vibration intensity and pattern of the vibrating drive unit and the rotation speed of the rotating drive unit based on current exercise stage information executed through the user terminal and the user's abdominal muscle tension analyzed from the exercise video.

[0022] In one embodiment, the user terminal can generate a massage intensity profile that matches the user's surface tension and postural imbalance evaluation results received from the silhouette refinement server and transmit it to the communication unit of the massage rod.

[0023] In one embodiment, the massage control unit can control the massage to provide local tactile feedback to the precise contraction area by gradually increasing the vibration intensity of the vibrating massage head and inducing surface relaxation during the abdominal relaxation and tactile preparation stage according to the received massage intensity profile, and by switching the rotation direction of the rotating massage head or increasing or decreasing the rotation speed in synchronization with the user's breathing and abdominal contraction timing guided through the user terminal during the central sensory activation stage and the vacuum-based waist refinement stage.

[0024] In one embodiment, the rotary massage head comprises: a sleeve mounting groove extending along the circumference of the handle; a rotary sleeve formed in a cylindrical pipe shape and rotatably connected and installed in the sleeve mounting groove; a hollow groove formed hollowly along the inner side of the rotary sleeve; a rotary pipe formed in a cylindrical pipe shape and rotatably installed along the inner surface of the hollow groove; a pipe rotation drive unit that drives the rotary pipe to rotate in a forward or reverse direction; a plurality of massage protrusions installed at regular intervals along the rotary sleeve, with their lower ends seated on the outer surface of the rotary pipe in the hollow groove and their upper ends exposed from the rotary sleeve, and which perform massage while moving together as the rotary sleeve rotates while in close contact with the user's body; and an exposure control cam installed at regular intervals along the outer surface of the rotary pipe, which moves together as the rotary pipe rotates to lift the massage protrusions and adjust the degree of exposure of the massage protrusions. and may include a plurality of linear moving rack gears that are connected and installed to enable reciprocating movement in the longitudinal direction while sequentially penetrating the massage protrusions along the inner side of the rotating pipe, and which expand or contract the upper portion of the massage protrusions exposed from the rotating pipe while moving forward or backward simultaneously or separately.

[0025] In one embodiment, the massage protrusion comprises: a circular flat base plate disposed on the outer surface of the rotating pipe; a return spring installed between the base plate and the outer surface of the hollow groove to support the base plate by pressing it against the rotating pipe; a protrusion body portion disposed in a through hole formed in the rotating pipe so that the hollow groove is exposed to the outside and is installed upright on the top of the base plate; a body through hole formed to penetrate the protrusion body portion in a horizontal direction so that the linear movement rack gear can be disposed while penetrating in a horizontal direction, and having a sufficient space so as not to be obstructed by the linear movement rack gear during the vertical movement of the protrusion body portion; and a pinion gear installed upright so as to be rotatable in the body through hole, connected and engaged with the linear movement rack gear by a rack-pinion gear coupling, and driven to rotate in a forward or reverse direction as the linear movement rack gear moves forward or backward. A gear head installed by axial coupling on the upper side of the pinion gear exposed on the upper side of the protrusion body portion and rotating together with the pinion gear; a dome-shaped cover made of an elastic material capable of expansion and contraction, covering and installed on the upper side of the protrusion body portion; a plurality of side support pieces arranged in close contact in sequence along the inner side surface of the dome-shaped cover to support the side shape of the dome-shaped cover; an upper support piece arranged in close contact on the upper inner surface of the dome-shaped cover remaining unsupported by the plurality of side support pieces to support the upper shape of the dome-shaped cover; and a plurality of expansion induction pins arranged diagonally between the gear head and the side support pieces, which widen the gap between the gear head and the side support pieces as the gear head rotates to expand the side of the dome-shaped cover.and may include an expansion induction bolt that is installed upright on the top of the gear head and connected by engaging with the top support piece by screw coupling, and rotates together with the gear head as it rotates to move the top support piece upward, thereby expanding the top of the dome-shaped cover.; Effects of the invention

[0027] A tool-combined step-by-step waist silhouette refinement system according to one embodiment of the present invention has the effect of perfectly implementing professional training that goes beyond simple motion imitation to induce internal pressure regulation and isolated contraction of deep muscles, even in a non-face-to-face environment, by organically linking a user terminal that captures and transmits a user’s exercise video and a server device that analyzes it.

[0028] By analyzing contrast ratio, pixel variation, and body contours based on received image data through advanced computational processing, it is possible to convert subtle muscle activity states that are difficult to observe with the naked eye, such as the expansion of the rib cage or the depth of abdominal contraction, into quantitative numerical indicators, thereby providing intuitive feedback to the user.

[0029] Furthermore, by measuring the tilt, swing range, and body contact status of the assistive tool held or relied upon by the user in real time to determine the user's current muscle fatigue and the appropriateness of tool utilization, it has an excellent effect of preventing injuries caused by excessive movements or incorrect compensatory actions and maximizing the continuity and stability of exercise.

It should also be understood that the location or arrangement of individual components within each disclosed embodiment may be changed without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the following detailed description is not intended to be limiting, and the scope of the invention is limited only by the appended claims, including all equivalents to those claimed therein, provided appropriately described. Similar reference numerals in the drawings refer to the same or similar functions across various aspects.

[0034] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.

[0035] FIG. 1 is a diagram showing the schematic configuration of a tool-combined stepwise waist silhouette refinement system according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0036] Referring to FIG. 1, a tool-combined step-by-step waist silhouette refinement system (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a user terminal (100) and a silhouette refinement server (200).

[0037] A user terminal (100) is equipped with a camera that captures an exercise video of a user (1) performing a step-by-step waist silhouette refinement exercise method combined with a tool, provides a step-by-step exercise guide to the user (1), and provides the captured user exercise video.

[0038] The user terminal (100) performs the role of providing basic data so that a remote server can precisely analyze the activation state of deep core muscles by capturing and transmitting, in high resolution, not only the full body contour of the user (1) but also the fine muscle movements and skin surface changes of the abdominal and thoracic regions to which the auxiliary tool (P) is in contact, as well as the user (1) through a camera.

[0039] The user terminal (100) dynamically adjusts the shooting frame rate of the camera in accordance with the breathing cycle of the user (1) to intensively acquire video data at the point when the expansion and contraction of the chest are maximized, thereby providing an advanced effect that optimizes the amount of data transmitted while increasing the accuracy of the evaluation.

[0040] In one embodiment, the user terminal (100) includes a 3D graphic guideline augmented reality display configuration, and a visual emphasis marker and real-time voice guidance output configuration.

[0041] The 3D graphic guideline augmented reality display configuration superimposes 3D graphic guidelines indicating correct posture alignment onto a real-time exercise video of the user (1) displayed in the form of augmented reality (AR), based on correction feedback received from the silhouette refinement server (200).

[0042] The 3D graphic guideline augmented reality display configuration allows the user (1) to check their own reflection on the screen like a mirror while intuitively comparing the alignment trajectory of the ideal spine and pelvis with 3D graphics, thereby providing the effect of helping even a user (1) with poor spatial perception ability to immediately correct the error in their posture themselves.

[0043] The visual emphasis marker and real-time voice guidance output configuration outputs visual emphasis markers and real-time voice guidance together for specific body parts requiring correction.

[0044] The visual emphasis marker and real-time voice guidance output configuration provides an advanced effect that simultaneously stimulates the user's (1) sight and hearing by flashing a red marker on the uncontracted abdominal muscle area or the excessively raised rib area and transmitting detailed correction voice linked thereto, thereby forcing immediate exercise posture correction.

[0045] A user terminal (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention having the configuration described above has an excellent effect of maximizing the immersion of the user (1) by combining augmented reality technology and an audiovisual feedback system and perfectly replacing the touch guide of an expert visually.

[0046] The silhouette refinement server (200) analyzes the exercise video received from the user terminal (100) to determine whether each exercise step is performed normally, and generates evaluation results and correction feedback and provides them to the user terminal (100).

[0047] The silhouette refinement server (200) calculates the contrast ratio and pixel change amount in the received 2D motion video data to indirectly estimate the change in intra-abdominal pressure due to the contraction of the user's (1) transverse abdominal muscles, and performs advanced computational processing to determine whether the effect of the tool combination exercise is actually being transmitted inside the body based on this.

[0048] The silhouette refinement server (200) measures the tilt and shaking range of the tool (P) held by the user (1) to calculate the user's (1) current muscle fatigue level, and if the fatigue level exceeds a preset threshold, it transmits a signal instructing a rest recommendation or an early transition to the next step instead of corrective feedback, thereby providing the effect of preventing injury caused by excessive movement.

[0049] In one embodiment, the silhouette refinement server (200) may include a joint feature point and body contour extraction configuration, a rib cage opening angle measurement configuration, an abdominal medial contraction depth measurement configuration, and a correction feedback generation configuration.

[0050] The joint feature point and body contour extraction configuration extracts the joint positions of the user (1) and the boundary lines of the body outline in real-time on a frame-by-frame basis from the exercise video.

[0051] The rib angle measurement configuration precisely calculates the angle of sternal angle formed by the lower ribs based on the contour extracted during the thoracic alignment and pressure control step (S160).

[0052] The abdominal medial contraction depth measurement configuration measures the contraction depth in pixels relative to the baseline of the anterior abdomen in a lateral or semilateral image when performing the vacuum-based waist refinement step (S170).

[0053] The correction feedback generation configuration compares and analyzes the measured sternal angle and contraction depth in real time with a pre-set normal range database according to the user's (1) body specifications, and generates feedback data that identifies areas requiring additional contraction or relaxation.

[0054] The correction feedback generation configuration analyzes the minute tremor frequencies of pixels within the video using Fourier Transform (FFT) to identify the muscle tremor limits of the target muscle, and by applying an active correction algorithm that induces the cessation of the corresponding movement or breathing transition in accordance with the purpose of the present invention, which is core stabilization rather than muscle growth, it provides an advanced effect that guarantees a higher level of safety and reliability.

[0055] A silhouette refinement server (200) according to one embodiment of the present invention having the configuration described above has an excellent effect of enabling professional-level body shape correction training even when alone by converting the existing posture evaluation method, which relied on a trainer's visual inspection, into a computer vision-based quantitative and objective numerical indicator and immediately transmitting it through a user terminal.

[0056] In one embodiment, the silhouette refinement server (200) may include an auxiliary tool identification configuration and an auxiliary tool utilization determination configuration.

[0057] The assistive tool identification configuration identifies an assistive tool including at least one of a massage stick, a rolling tool, a resistance band, a yoga block, a chair, and a wall within an exercise video through object detection.

[0058] The auxiliary tool identification configuration utilizes a deep learning-based image processing algorithm to provide the effect of quickly and accurately identifying and recognizing the shape and outline of the auxiliary tool being used by the user (1) even amidst lighting or background noise in various indoor environments.

[0059] The configuration for determining the use of assistive tools analyzes the contact position, angle, and compression state between the identified assistive tool and the user's body to determine whether the required assistive tool is being used correctly at each stage.

[0060] The configuration for determining whether an assistive tool is being used provides an advanced effect that reliably evaluates whether actual exercise assistance and posture correction effects are occurring beyond simple contact with the tool by precisely analyzing, via video, the phenomenon of minute pressure on the skin surface or changes in the tension of the resistance band due to the pressure applied by the assistive tool to the body.

[0061] A silhouette refinement server (200) according to one embodiment of the present invention having the configuration described above has an excellent effect of maximizing exercise efficiency to the same level as receiving guidance from an expert, even in an environment where one exercises alone, by quantitatively analyzing the physical interaction between the tool and the human body and inducing the correct use of the tool in real time.

[0062] In one embodiment, the silhouette refinement server (200) may include a scoring configuration and a dynamic adjustment providing configuration.

[0063] The scoring composition scores the movement maintenance time and posture accuracy for each stage from the abdominal relaxation and tactile preparation stage (S110) to the finishing stage (S200) by quantifying them.

[0064] The scoring configuration provides the effect of accurately monitoring the user's (1) physical development level and exercise performance ability by comprehensively quantifying the user's (1) joint angle change amount and core muscle contraction duration to calculate the achievement level for each exercise stage as an objective score.

[0065] The dynamic adjustment provision configuration instructs the repetition of a corresponding step through the user terminal (100) when the measurement score of a specific step is calculated to be below a reference value, or dynamically adjusts and provides the exercise intensity and number of repetitions of the next step according to the core activity of the user (1).

[0066] The dynamic adjustment provision configuration determines the user's (1) current fatigue and exercise capacity based on real-time score data and immediately redesigns the difficulty of the next training routine accordingly, thereby providing an advanced effect that safely applies the optimal overload for core muscle growth while preventing injury.

[0067] A silhouette refinement server (200) according to one embodiment of the present invention having the configuration described above has an excellent effect of realizing bidirectional customized coaching that deviates from a standardized unidirectional exercise guide and flexibly modifies the training program in response to the real-time performance results of the user (1).

[0068] In one embodiment, the silhouette refinement server (200) may include a breathing pattern extraction configuration and a breathing pacemaker guide providing configuration.

[0069] The breathing pattern extraction configuration extracts the breathing pattern of the user (1) by analyzing the change in periodic expansion and contraction of the user (1)'s chest and abdomen shown in the exercise video during the central sensory activation step (S150) and the natural abdominal belt formation step (S130).

[0070] The breathing pattern extraction configuration provides the effect of precisely measuring the timing and depth of inhalation and exhalation in a non-contact manner by detecting minute volume changes in the thoracic and abdominal cavities using only camera images without the attachment of wearable sensors.

[0071] The breathing pacemaker guide provision configuration provides a visual or auditory breathing pacemaker guide through the user terminal (100) when the breathing pattern does not match the recommended breathing cycle for each stage.

[0072] The breathing pacemaker guide configuration provides an advanced effect that perfectly assists breathing synchronization, which is the most important aspect of deep core training, by outputting an intuitive metronome sound or flashing graphic to correct the user's (1) current breathing rhythm to prevent the loss of core pressure due to the mismatch between muscle contraction timing and breathing.

[0073] A silhouette purification server (200) according to one embodiment of the present invention having the configuration described above has an excellent effect of maintaining constant intra-abdominal pressure by feeding back breathing data directly related to changes in anatomical structure in real time and fundamentally preventing dizziness or muscle weakness that may occur during exercise.

[0074] A tool-combined step-by-step waist silhouette refinement system (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention having the configuration described above can perfectly implement a professional silhouette refinement process that goes beyond simple motion imitation to induce internal body pressure regulation and isolated contraction of deep muscles even in a non-face-to-face environment, and has an excellent effect of ensuring the continuity and stability of training through user-customized feedback.

[0076] A tool-assisted step-by-step waist silhouette refinement system (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention having the configuration described above can be implemented in the form of an integrated platform (Tool-Assisted Implementation) in which various online / offline auxiliary tools (P) are organically combined to maximize training effects and management convenience.

[0077] A tool-combined step-by-step waist silhouette refinement system (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention having the configuration described above may be configured to further include, in addition to the previously mentioned massage rod (300), rolling tool, resistance band, yoga block, and wall support structure as physical aid tools, an abdominal massage cream that reduces friction on the surface of the abdomen and improves tactile perception ability, and an exercise mat that assists in stable posture alignment by alleviating impact on joints and preventing slipping when supported on the floor.

[0078] These physical aids go beyond simple support and contribute significantly to providing precise tactile feedback, generating tension (resistance), guiding posture alignment, and improving performance accuracy required in the step-by-step training process.

[0079] In addition, a tool-combined step-by-step waist silhouette refinement system (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention having the configuration described above may include, as software and management tools, an App or Web-based Management System that operates in conjunction with the user terminal (100) or the silhouette refinement server (200).

[0080] In particular, the above management system can provide not only a general user interface but also a specialized instructor interface that allows experts (instructors) to monitor the evaluation indicators, training scores, and posture change trends of multiple members in a remote or face-to-face environment and to input customized feedback and program adjustment instructions.

[0081] This implementation, which combines online and offline tools, has the excellent effect of going beyond the system's provision of standalone training guides to fully support systematic user data accumulation and instructor-led, two-way member management.

[0083] FIG. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a tool-combined step-by-step waist silhouette refinement exercise method according to the present invention.

[0084] Referring to FIG. 2, the tool-combined step-by-step waist silhouette refinement exercise method (S100) includes an abdominal relaxation and tactile preparation step (S110), a pelvic stabilization and foundation connection step (S120), a natural abdominal belt formation step (S130), a pelvic floor muscle interlocking step (S140), a core sensory activation step (S150), a thoracic alignment and pressure control step (S160), a vacuum-based waist refinement step (S170), a psoas muscle relaxation and lengthening step (S180), a ballet-style alignment integration step (S190), and a finishing refinement step (S200).

[0085] The abdominal relaxation and tactile preparation step (S110) involves applying an abdominal massage cream and using a massage stick or rolling tool to relieve superficial abdominal tension, and forming a deep core connection preparation state through tactile stimulation.

[0086] The abdominal relaxation and tactile preparation step (S110) provides the effect of minimizing resistance in the abdominal fascia layer and expanding the range of motion of the transversus abdominis muscle contraction in subsequent steps by inducing the physical pressure trajectory of the massage tool to be synchronized with the user's (1) breathing cycle.

[0087] The pelvic stabilization and base connection step (S120) secures the base stability of the pelvis using a resistance band or yoga block and prepares the base connection of the lower abdomen and torso.

[0088] The pelvic stabilization and base connection step (S120) prevents the fixation of an incorrect posture caused by compensatory action by blocking excessive involvement of the adductor muscles of the thighs based on the compressive deformation of the yoga block inserted between the two knees and maintaining a neutral position of the pelvis using only the tension of the pelvic floor muscles and lower abdomen.

[0089] The natural abdominal belt formation step (S130) forms a natural abdominal belt centered on the transversus abdominis muscle to improve the ability to control abdominal pressure.

[0090] The natural abdominal belt formation step (S130) induces the entire front, back, left, and right sides of the abdomen to expand and contract under constant pressure, thereby building a natural support system that wraps around the spine like a corset, which provides the effect of reducing lower back pain and laying the foundation for subsequent high-intensity movements.

[0091] The pelvic floor muscle linkage step (S140) strengthens the linkage between the pelvic floor muscles and the lower abdomen through Kegel exercises, pelvic tilting, and clamshell movements.

[0092] The pelvic floor muscle linkage step (S140) completes the power transmission link between the upper and lower body by allowing the sensation of the pelvic floor rising together with the lower abdomen during contraction, thereby serving to resolve core instability.

[0093] The central sensory activation stage (S150) recognizes the solar plexus as the center point and forms an upward and downward connection and contraction sensation along the centerline in conjunction with breathing.

[0094] The central sensory activation step (S150) provides the effect of preventing diastasis recti and forming a firm front abdominal line by inducing intensive contraction of the line of white extending from the sternum to the pubic bone through visual or tactile feedback.

[0095] The thoracic alignment and pressure control step (S160) reduces rib spacing and adjusts the alignment of the thorax and pelvis through thoracic tightening and upward extension alignment training.

[0096] The thoracic alignment and pressure control step (S160) reduces the volume of the torso and visually maximizes the thin waist silhouette by physically controlling the angle of the lower ribs that expand excessively during inhalation using the resistance of a tool or band.

[0097] The vacuum-based waist refinement step (S170) strengthens deep core coordination and refines the waistline through vacuum training that pulls the abdomen inward.

[0098] The vacuum-based waist purification step (S170) trains a pressure control mechanism that strongly pulls the diaphragm toward the thoracic cavity while completely emptying the residual volume of the lungs, thereby reducing pressure on visceral fat surrounding abdominal organs and providing an advanced effect of maximizing core activity in the deepest layer.

[0099] The iliopsoas muscle relaxation and lengthening step (S180) relieves anterior pelvic pulling and secures lengthening of the torso by stretching the iliopsoas muscle using a wall or chair as a support tool.

[0100] The iliopsoas muscle relaxation and lengthening step (S180) plays a role in fundamentally resolving the physical disadvantage of the lower abdomen appearing protruded by relaxing the shortened hip flexor muscles and correcting the anterior pelvic tilt.

[0101] The ballet-style alignment integration step (S190) improves spinal lengthening by integrating alignment and silhouette while maintaining a correct posture using a wall to lean on as a support tool.

[0102] The ballet-style alignment integration step (S190) stimulates proprioceptive senses by pressing the entire posterior part of the body, extending from the back of the head to the back, buttocks, and heels, against a flat surface, and provides the effect of transferring the core muscles activated in the previous steps to the everyday gravitational environment of a standing position.

[0103] The finishing step (S200) relieves excess tension in surrounding muscles and performs a cool-down through full-body or trunk-centered finishing stretches.

[0104] The finishing step (S200) gradually returns the high pressure in the abdominal cavity that has been continuously generated during training to a normal level and promotes blood circulation to prevent the accumulation of fatigue substances in the muscles.

[0105] The tool-combined step-by-step waist silhouette refinement exercise method (S100) according to one embodiment of the present invention, having the configuration described above, goes beyond the category of simple muscle strengthening exercises and provides a complete solution ranging from deep muscle awareness to structural alignment of the thorax and pelvis and integration into daily life posture through 10 systematic steps based on anatomical structure, thereby having an excellent effect of completing an aesthetic and healthy waist silhouette without side effects.

[0107] Below, with reference to FIG. 3, a step-by-step method for refining the waist silhouette using a tool combination (S100) will be explained step by step.

[0108] The abdominal relaxation and tactile preparation step (S110) is a step for relieving superficial abdominal tension and forming a deep core connection preparation state through tactile stimulation. In one embodiment, the abdominal relaxation and tactile preparation step (S110) may be named the 'Corset Muscle Preparation Phase' and may consist of a process of performing an abdominal massage for about 5 to 10 minutes using a massage stick or rolling tool after applying an abdominal massage cream.

[0109] The above abdominal relaxation and tactile preparation step (S110) provides an advanced effect of optimizing the physical preparation state so that the subsequent deep muscle activation step can be performed smoothly by relieving tension in the superficial abdominal muscles through physical stimulation with a massage tool and improving abdominal sensory perception transmitted to the brain.

[0110] FIG. 3a is a diagram illustrating specific examples of massage trajectories performed in the abdominal relaxation and tactile preparation step according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 3a, the abdominal relaxation and tactile preparation step (S110) can stimulate the abdomen through various trajectories (a to e) as follows using a massage tool.

[0111] (a) is a movement that induces overall relaxation of the abdominal organs and fascia by rolling in a large circular trajectory covering the entire abdomen, and (b) is a movement that stimulates localized areas intensively by drawing a small circular trajectory centered around the navel.

[0112] (c) is a movement that relieves tension in the periphery of the thorax by sweeping downward in a diagonal trajectory from the center of the sternum outward along the lower grain of the costal margin, and (d) is a movement that separates adhesions of superficial muscles by moving in an upward and downward vertical direction along the anterior part of the abdomen including the rectus abdominis muscle.

[0113] Furthermore, (e) is a movement that preemptively awakens proprioceptive sensations around the lower abdomen and pelvic floor muscles to be used in subsequent movements by stimulating the lower abdomen and pelvic iliac crest in a short, repeated diagonal direction. The user (1) can perform the trajectories of (a) to (e) sequentially or selectively in combination.

[0115] The pelvic stabilization and base connection step (S120) is a step for securing the base stability of the pelvis and preparing the base connection of the lower abdomen and torso. In one embodiment, this step may be named the 'Corset Muscle Pelvic Stabilization Phase' and may be performed for about 5 to 10 minutes.

[0116] The above pelvic stabilization and basic connection step (S120) consists of pelvic stabilization-related stretching while lying down, hip bridges, and toe tap movements while the legs are raised, providing an advanced effect of increasing awareness of the pelvic position, reducing excessive involvement of the lower back, and preparing the connection between the lower abdomen and the deep core.

[0117] FIG. 3b is a diagram illustrating detailed operations performed in the pelvic stabilization and foundation connection step according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 3b, the pelvic stabilization and foundation connection step (S120) may include the following operations (a to d).

[0118] (a) is a lumbar extensor and gluteus maximus stretching exercise performed while lying down, pulling one knee as far as possible toward the chest while keeping the opposite knee in contact with the floor. (b) is a ballet frog stretch exercise performed while lying face down with the soles of the feet together and knees spread apart, lowering the pelvis without arching the lower back to stretch the inner thighs.

[0119] (c) is a hip bridge exercise using a resistance band or yoga block as an aid. With a resistance band placed over the knees or a yoga block placed between the knees, lift the pelvis using the strength of the hips rather than the lower back, contracting the glutes and hamstrings. At this time, maintain pressure on the yoga block to induce tension in the inner adductor line, thereby preventing pelvic misalignment and maintaining a neutral position.

[0120] (d) is a toe tap exercise performed by bending the knees to 90 degrees, lifting the legs, engaging the core, and touching the floor with the toes of each foot one at a time. During this process, the pelvis is slightly pulled in to keep the back flat on the floor, thereby strengthening the foundational connection of the lower abdominal core.

[0122] The natural abdominal bracing formation step (S130) is a step for improving trunk stability and abdominal pressure control ability by forming a natural abdominal bracing centered on the transversus abdominis (TVA) muscle. In one embodiment, this step may be named the 'Corset Muscle Bracing Phase' or 'Natural Corset Activation Phase' and may be performed for about 5 to 10 minutes.

[0123] The above natural abdominal belt formation step (S130) induces connection of the internal abdominal muscles (deep abdomen) rather than the external abdominal muscles, and provides tactile and resistance feedback, thereby maximizing abdominal pressure control ability and improving trunk stabilization, providing an advanced effect.

[0124] FIG. 3c is a diagram illustrating detailed operations performed in the natural abdominal belt formation step according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 3c, the natural abdominal belt formation step (S130) may include the following operations (a) and (b).

[0125] (a) is a natural abdominal training exercise that induces contraction of the transversus abdominis muscle. The user (1) pulls the inside of the abdomen as if zipping up pants, and by directing the force from bottom to top and maintaining the contracted state for a certain period of time, builds a natural support that wraps around the spine like a corset.

[0126] (b) is a waist twisting exercise designed to regulate core tension and improve mobility around the spine and pelvis. While lying down, spread your arms to the sides. With one leg extended straight, bend the knee of the opposite leg and cross it over the straight leg. At the same time, turn your head in the opposite direction of the leg to maximize the twisting stimulation of the torso.

[0128] The pelvic floor muscle integration phase (S140) is a step for strengthening the integration of the pelvic floor muscles and the lower abdomen through Kegel exercises, pelvic tilting, and clamshell movements. In one embodiment, this step may be named the 'Corset Muscle Pelvic Floor Integration Phase' and may be performed for about 5 to 10 minutes.

[0129] The above pelvic floor muscle linkage step (S140) provides an advanced effect of activating the pelvic floor muscles, stabilizing the lower core, and strengthening the coordination between the transversus abdominis and the pelvic floor muscles.

[0130] FIG. 3d is a diagram illustrating detailed operations performed in a pelvic floor muscle linkage step according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 3d, the pelvic floor muscle linkage step (S140) may include the following operations (a) to (c).

[0131] (a) is a Kegel exercise movement that induces contraction of the sphincter and vaginal muscles. Contract the pelvic floor as if holding back urine, and repeat the exercise while gradually increasing the time difference between contraction and relaxation (e.g., 5 seconds of contraction and 5 seconds of relaxation as shown in the drawing).

[0132] (b) is a pelvic tilting exercise in which the knees are raised and the pelvis is tilted slightly upward for a certain period of time (e.g., 5 to 10 seconds).

[0133] (c) is the clamshell exercise, performed by lying on your side with knees bent and feet together, spreading the upper knee like a clam, holding the position, and then slowly returning to the original position. Repeat this movement alternately in both directions to promote lateral pelvic stability and deep core stability.

[0135] The central sensation activation phase (S150) is a phase that improves central line awareness through C-spot-based central sensation training or equivalent central line activation training, and enhances core internal awareness by linking breathing and central contraction timing. In one embodiment, this phase may be named the 'Corset Muscle Central Activation Phase' and may be performed for about 5 to 10 minutes.

[0136] The above central sensory activation step (S150) induces the user (1) to recognize the solar plexus as a center point and to form a sense of length in the up / down direction relative to that area and a sense of contraction along the abdominal centerline. This is distinguished from simple abdominal tensing and provides an advanced effect of precisely activating internal sensations along the front of the abdomen and the centerline through tactile, visual, and respiratory recognition of the center point.

[0137] FIG. 3e is a diagram illustrating detailed operations performed in the central sensory activation step according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 3e, the central sensory activation step (S150) may be provided by dividing it into a basic perception step, a breathing synchronization step, and a deepening contraction step.

[0138] Specifically, Step 1 (basic awareness stage) is a step for confirming the location of the solar plexus (C-spot), which involves tactilely confirming the solar plexus area by directly touching it with a finger or similar object, and performing a centerline lifting assist cue training that connects up and down along the centerline.

[0139] Step 2 (breathing coordination step) is a step that utilizes breathing assistance techniques such as humming applied in vocal therapy, and involves performing training to maintain breathing while focusing on the solar plexus, naturally inducing a sensation of contraction in the center of the abdomen by humming or maintaining short exhalations.

[0140] Step 3 (Advanced Stage) is a contraction stage that maximizes the engagement of the deep core, where one learns the "sensation of gathering inward and lengthening upward" based on concentrated contraction of the epigastric center. Through this, an internal contraction sensation is formed without excessive tension in the anterior abdomen, thereby strengthening the abdominal line. It also has an excellent effect in significantly improving neuromuscular awareness as a preliminary step for subsequent thoracic alignment and vacuuming.

[0142] The thoracic alignment and pressure control step (S160) is a step to help visualize the torso and prepare for subsequent vacuuming by reducing rib flare and adjusting the alignment of the thoracic cage and pelvis. In one embodiment, this step may be named the 'Corset Muscle Rib Control Phase'.

[0143] The above-mentioned thoracic alignment and pressure control step (S160) is intended to form an alignment pattern that does not simply lower the chest or bend the body, but rather lowers the shoulders and maintains the thoracic cage in a flat and stable state while elongating the center of the torso upward. This reduces the pattern of excessively spreading the thoracic cage forward or outward, visually aligns the width of the torso, and provides an advanced effect of preparing for abdominal pressure control based on upward elongation recognition.

[0144] FIG. 3f is a diagram illustrating detailed movements performed in the thoracic alignment and pressure control step according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 3f, the thoracic alignment and pressure control step (S160) may include the following thoracic tightening and ballet pull-up-based upward extension training movements (a) to (c).

[0145] (a) is a chest tightening (recognition of inner convergence of lower ribs) training movement. With the ribs pulled inward and widened, the inside of the abdomen is tightened as if squeezing the ribs closed. Through this, the user (1) learns the sensation of pulling the lower ribs inward and secures stable control without the upper abdomen opening excessively.

[0146] (b) is a schematic diagram (full version) of an upward extension alignment training based on ballet pull-ups. Stabilize the shoulders by pulling them down (Down), flatten the clavicles, and lengthen the chest and crown of the head upward (Up) to extend the entire upper body upward. Additionally, gently bring the abdomen inward (In) so that the ribs do not lift or the lower back does not arch, set the pelvis to a neutral position, and extend the legs long as if pushing off the floor (Out) to form a perfect spinal alignment that pulls the entire body upward (Pull up!).

[0147] (c) is a practical application (simple version) of performing the above ballet pull-up alignment in conjunction with breathing. As you exhale, bring the spread ribs together and pull the elongated lower abdomen upward to precisely align the relationship between the rib cage and the pelvis. This training has an excellent effect not only on the visual refinement of the waistline but also on helping to maintain a more solid and stable rib cage alignment during the subsequent vacuum phase.

[0149] The vacuum-based waist refinement step (S170) is a step for inducing an inward draw of the abdomen through vacuum training that pulls the abdomen inward, and for improving the visual refinement of the waistline, strengthening of deep core coordination, and abdominal pressure control ability. In one embodiment, this step may be named the 'Corset Muscle Vacuum Waist Refinement Phase' and may be performed for approximately 5 to 10 minutes.

[0150] FIG. 3g is a diagram illustrating detailed operations performed in a vacuum-based waist purification step according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 3g, the vacuum-based waist purification step (S170) may include operations performed in the order of vacuum preparation posture, basic vacuum, and deep vacuum from left to right.

[0151] The left photo in Fig. 3g shows the vacuum preparation posture, and the center photo shows the basic vacuum movement. The basic vacuum movement described above is a training exercise in which one completely exhales to create a vacuum state without air inside the abdomen, then strongly sucks in with the feeling of attaching the navel to the back (spine) inside the abdomen, and maintains that state for a certain period of time. Through this, the diaphragm is lifted to control intra-abdominal pressure and powerfully activate the deepest layer of the deep core.

[0152] The right-hand photo in Fig. 3g shows the deep vacuum movement. The deep vacuum movement is a high-difficulty exercise in which the outer abdomen is contracted strongly once again and maintained, as if squeezing it, while the basic vacuum posture is perfectly maintained. This elicits extreme coordination between the deep core and surrounding muscles, providing an advanced effect that structurally and visually refines the waist silhouette to its thinnest state.

[0154] The psoas muscle relaxation and lengthening step (S180) is a step for relieving tension in the anterior part of the pelvis and securing lengthening of the torso. In one embodiment, this step may be named the 'Corset Muscle Psoas Release Phase' and may be performed for about 5 to 10 minutes.

[0155] The above-mentioned psoas muscle relaxation and lengthening step (S180) provides an advanced effect of relieving anterior pelvic pulling and reducing waist folding through psoas muscle and anterior chain stretching performed while sitting or standing, and forming a structural sense of space between the upper body and the pelvis.

[0156] FIG. 3h is a diagram illustrating detailed operations performed in the step of relaxing the psoas muscle and securing length according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 3h, the step of relaxing the psoas muscle and securing length (S180) may include the following operations (a) and (b).

[0157] (a) is a sitting version of the psoas muscle stretch. Sit in a cross-legged position with the soles of your feet together, hold your feet with both hands, and keep both knees as close to the floor as possible. Keep your back straight without bending your waist to induce relaxation of the pelvis and lower body.

[0158] (b) is a standing psoas stretch (standing version). As a preliminary step, stand with one hand lightly supporting yourself on a wall or chair, and slightly tuck your tailbone forward to tilt your pelvis backward. At this time, gently pull in your lower abdomen to prevent your lower back from arching, align your body with the feeling that the front of your thigh and the front of your groin are lengthening downward, and hold the foot on the same side with your opposite hand so that the heel is as close to your buttocks as possible.

[0159] Next, during this movement, maintain pelvic and torso neutrality so that the tailbone does not slide backward, and be careful not to arch the lower back or let the pelvis slide forward. Keep your chest upright and continuously maintain the sensation of the front of your thighs and the psoas muscle lengthening. This helps relieve tension in the core and contributes to achieving proper spinal alignment.

[0161] The ballet-style alignment integration step (S190) is a step for integrating the aligned posture and feminine silhouette to refine the final line. In one embodiment, this step may be named the 'Corset Muscle Ballet Alignment Phase' and may be performed for about 5 to 10 minutes.

[0162] The above ballet-style alignment integration step (S190) utilizes a wall to lean on as a support tool to maintain a correct posture, and provides advanced effects such as improving spinal length, improving upper body carriage, visual finishing of the waistline, and integration of alignment and silhouette.

[0163] FIG. 3i is a diagram illustrating detailed operations performed in a ballet-style alignment integration step according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 3i, the ballet-style alignment integration step (S190) includes ballet-style proper posture training while leaning against a wall.

[0164] During the ballet-style proper posture training described above, the user (1) presses their heels and shoulders against a wall, pulls their chin in, and raises the crown of their head upward. At the same time, they close their rib cage and pull in their lower abdomen to align their pelvis and waist in a straight line, and maintain a straight alignment of their legs and toes. Through this, the core muscles activated in the previous steps are transferred to the everyday gravitational environment of a standing posture, and a perfect silhouette is integrated and completed.

[0166] The finishing step (S200) is a step for relieving tension after training and inducing the body's memory. In one embodiment, this step may be named the 'Corset Muscle Recovery Phase' and may be performed for about 5 to 10 minutes.

[0167] The above finishing step (S200) provides an advanced effect of relieving excessive tension in surrounding muscles caused during training through full-body or torso-centered finishing stretching and performing a recovery cool-down to maintain the correct body pattern and aid recovery.

[0168] FIG. 3j is a diagram illustrating detailed stretching movements performed in a finishing step according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 3j, the finishing step (S200) may include stretching upwards, twisting the waist, and touching the palms of the arms, which are performed sequentially or selectively from left to right.

[0169] The left photo in Fig. 3j shows the movement of stretching upwards. Stretch your waist and sides upwards with a refreshing yawn, extending both arms high. While doing this, keep your soles firmly planted on the ground and your pelvis stable, and perform the stretch while breathing slowly, focusing on the sensation of only your upper body lengthening.

[0170] The central picture in Fig. 3j shows a waist-twisting movement. While sitting on the floor with the upper body upright, gently twist the waist to rotate alternately to the right and left. Move slowly without momentum, allowing the waist and side lines to naturally loosen.

[0171] The right photo in Fig. 3j shows the movement of touching the floor with the arms. From a standing position, bend your upper body forward and slowly lower yourself until both arms or fingertips touch the floor. Stretch without bending too hard, feeling the waist and back leg lines relax gently.

[0173] FIG. 4 is a flowchart illustrating another embodiment of the tool-combined step-by-step waist silhouette refinement exercise method according to the present invention.

[0174] Referring to FIG. 4, the tool-combined step-by-step waist silhouette refinement exercise method (S100) includes an abdominal relaxation and tactile preparation step (S110), a pelvic stabilization and foundation connection step (S120), a natural abdominal belt formation step (S130), a pelvic floor muscle interlocking step (S140), a core sensory activation step (S150), a thoracic alignment and pressure control step (S160), a vacuum-based waist refinement step (S170), a psoas muscle relaxation and lengthening step (S180), a ballet-style alignment integration step (S190), a finishing refinement step (S200), and a condition evaluation and step adjustment step (S210).

[0175] Here, the abdominal relaxation and tactile preparation step (S110), pelvic stabilization and basic connection step (S120), natural abdominal belt formation step (S130), pelvic floor muscle interlocking step (S140), central sensory activation step (S150), thoracic alignment and pressure control step (S160), vacuum-based waist refinement step (S170), psoas muscle relaxation and lengthening step (S180), ballet-style alignment integration step (S190), and final refinement step (S200) are identical to those in FIG. 2, so their descriptions will be omitted to avoid duplication of descriptions.

[0176] The condition evaluation and stage adjustment step (S210) continuously evaluates the physical condition and exercise performance ability of the user (1) to adjust each of the above stages according to the user's condition, and adjusts the detailed indicators of each exercise stage to suit the user.

[0177] In one embodiment, the state evaluation and step adjustment step (S210) may be performed based on a Corset Muscle Assessment Module or a Corset Muscle Progression algorithm.

[0178] The above-mentioned state evaluation and stage adjustment step (S210) comprehensively analyzes evaluation items including at least one of waist circumference, degree of abdominal protrusion, presence of rib flare, pelvic alignment status, ability to perform vacuum movements, level of transversus abdominis activation, ability to recognize pelvic floor muscles, body awareness, and posture photos or evaluation scores, based on the image and measurement data of the user (1) collected through the system.

[0179] The above-mentioned state evaluation and stage adjustment step (S210) dynamically adjusts at least one of the execution time, progression order, exercise intensity, number of repetitions, and method of using auxiliary tools for each exercise stage based on the analyzed evaluation results.

[0180] The above-mentioned state evaluation and step adjustment step (S210) performs user-customized step adjustment and program personalization and provides a progression based on the results of the performance, thereby preventing side effects that may be caused by standardized routines and providing an advanced effect that maximizes the safety and efficiency of waist silhouette refinement training.

[0182] FIGS. 5 and 6 are drawings showing examples of an evaluation module and an application screen for performing a state evaluation and step adjustment step (S210) according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0183] Referring to FIG. 5, a corset muscle assessment module according to one embodiment of the present invention may be provided in the form of an offline assessment sheet or a digital interface for an instructor. The assessment module includes items that receive quantitative or qualitative input of the user's (1) waist circumference, degree of abdominal protrusion, rib flare, pelvic alignment, ability to perform vacuum execution, TVA activation, pelvic floor awareness, body awareness, and 3D / 2D-based posture evaluation. Based on the detailed assessment results, the system or the instructor may select and set customized suggested phases suitable for subsequent training.

[0184] We will draft additional specification text for the detailed diagnostic and adjustment logic of the customized program for instructors.

[0185] Specifically, the system or instructor may apply detailed diagnostic and customized adjustment logic to dynamically adjust the weight, time, or number of repetitions of each training stage according to the member's specific physical condition and evaluation indicators.

[0186] For example, if a member is identified as having severe rib flare through the evaluation module, the program can be adjusted to relatively increase the proportion of the execution time or number of sets of the thoracic alignment and pressure control step (S160) within the entire program in order to intensively control the thoracic cage.

[0187] In addition, for members evaluated as having low sensation in the lower abdomen and low deep core awareness, the program can be configured by increasing the training weight of the natural abdominal belt formation step (S130) and the pelvic floor muscle linkage step (S140) to pre-strengthen the basic connection and awareness of the deep muscles.

[0188] In addition, for members with high psoas muscle tension or prominent anterior pelvic tilt, a customized training adjustment logic may be applied to intensively increase the weight of the psoas muscle relaxation and length securing step (S180) in order to relieve anterior pelvic pulling and secure spinal neutrality.

[0189] By applying differential intensity and distribution of specific training stages in response to the characteristics of each physical condition collected in this way, it moves away from providing uniform routines and provides an advanced effect that immediately and efficiently resolves the member's body shape imbalance.

[0190] Referring to FIG. 6, a corset muscle progression system according to one embodiment of the present invention can be implemented as a mobile application-based user interface (UI) of a user terminal (100). The interface includes a Today's Evaluation area and intuitively displays the waist, rib flare, and pelvic tilt status in the form of a visual status bar to help the user (1) easily recognize the current body alignment status.

[0191] In addition, the progression system calculates the results of the body assessment and automatically derives and guides the customized recommended phases that are most urgently required of the user (1). For example, to compensate for insufficient core activity or imbalance, the system presents a personalized program consisting of a pelvic stabilization phase (S120) of 8 minutes, a natural abdominal belt formation phase (S130) of 10 minutes, and a vacuum-based waist refinement phase (S170) of 10 minutes, and provides a function to dynamically adjust the training program.

[0192] Furthermore, the interface provides a progress tracking area to continuously record and track objective result indicators of training performance, such as the number of accumulated sessions completed, changes in waist circumference (e.g., decrease from 74cm to 71cm), and improvements in core strength level (e.g., increase from Moderate to High). Through this, the present invention goes beyond a simple exercise guide and provides an advanced effect that maximizes the continuity of training by providing visualized achievement feedback to the user (1).

[0194] In one embodiment, the tool-combined step-by-step waist silhouette refinement system (10) may provide a basic waist refinement training routine for general users. The user terminal (100) may receive at least one piece of information from the user, such as waist circumference, posture photos, breathing patterns, degree of abdominal protrusion, and whether vacuuming is possible. The silhouette refinement server (200) evaluates the user's physical condition based on the input information and provides a training routine that guides the user to sequentially perform 10 steps, from the previously described abdominal relaxation and tactile preparation steps to the final refinement step, which may be provided as a service named 'Corset Muscle Method Core Routine' in one embodiment.

[0195] In addition, in one embodiment, the tool-combined step-by-step waist silhouette refinement system (10) can support an instructor in evaluating a member's condition and generating a customized waist refinement program. When information regarding the member's posture photo, waist circumference, ability to perform vacuuming, thoraco-pelvic alignment status, and body awareness is received from the instructor through the user terminal (100), the silhouette refinement server (200) classifies the member into a specific type and dynamically adjusts the weight of each training step.

[0196] For example, the time, intensity, sequence, or number of repetitions of the program can be customized to increase the weight of the thoracic alignment and pressure control steps for members with severe rib flare, increase the weight of the natural abdominal belt formation and pelvic floor muscle engagement steps for members with low lower abdominal sensation, and increase the weight of the psoas muscle relaxation and lengthening steps for members with high psoas muscle tension. In one embodiment, this function may be implemented under the name 'Corset Muscle Method Instructor System'.

[0197] Furthermore, in one embodiment, the tool-combined step-by-step waist silhouette refinement system (10) may provide a function to track the user's performance results for a certain period and recommend the next stage program based on the results. The silhouette refinement server (200) compares and analyzes changes in waist circumference, changes in vacuum holding time, changes in posture alignment scores, changes in abdominal control, and changes in body awareness ability based on the user's training data accumulated over a certain period. Based on these analysis results, the system may recommend and provide the user with a next stage training routine, a maintenance program, or an additional corrective phase through the user terminal (100), which may be implemented as a service named 'Corset Muscle Outcome Management System' or 'Corset Muscle Method Progress Tracker' in one embodiment.

[0199] FIG. 7 is a drawing showing a massage stick, which is one of the tools used in the present invention.

[0200] Referring to FIG. 7, the massage rod (300) includes a handle (310), a vibrating massage head (320), a rotating massage head (330), a vibrating drive unit (340), a rotating drive unit (350), a communication unit (360), and a massage control unit (370).

[0201] The handle (310) is shaped for the user (1) to grip.

[0202] The handle (310) is equipped with an ergonomic curved structure and an anti-slip pattern so that it can be firmly gripped without slipping even when sweat is generated during exercise, thereby providing the effect of ensuring stable massage operation.

[0203] The vibration massage head (320) is formed in a circular spherical shape and is connected to the front end of the handle (310), and performs vibration massage by driving vibration.

[0204] The vibrating massage head (320) transmits vibration waves deep into the fascia through a narrow, round contact area to effectively relax the superficial abdominal muscles that are stiff before core training.

[0205] The rotating massage head (330) is connected and installed so as to be rotatable along the circumference of the handle (310), and performs massage using the protrusions while rotating.

[0206] The rotating massage head (330) provides the effect of optimizing training readiness by gently separating adhesions between the subcutaneous fat layer and the muscle layer through physical rolling friction and increasing blood flow.

[0207] The vibration drive unit (340) provides vibration driving force to the vibration massage head (320).

[0208] The vibration drive unit (340) generates optimal vibration force that stimulates proprioceptors of the fascia without damaging skin tissue by finely adjusting the amplitude and frequency based on a micro-precision motor.

[0209] The rotary drive unit (350) provides rotary driving force to the rotary massage head (330).

[0210] The rotary drive unit (350) is designed to enable bidirectional rotation while maintaining a constant torque, and performs the role of smoothly implementing a bidirectional massage technique that pushes or pulls along the body grain.

[0211] The communication unit (360) is connected to the user terminal (100) via wireless communication and transmits and receives control data.

[0212] The communication unit (360) is equipped with a low-power Bluetooth module, etc., to ensure delay-free bidirectional data exchange between the massage stick (300) and the system, thereby providing the effect of establishing a seamless IoT interoperability environment between the hardware tool and the software training app.

[0213] The massage control unit (370) automatically adjusts the vibration intensity and pattern of the vibration drive unit (340) and the rotation speed of the rotation drive unit (350) based on the abdominal muscle tension of the user (1) analyzed from the current exercise stage information and exercise video executed through the user terminal (100).

[0214] The massage control unit (370) provides an advanced effect that prevents pain caused by overstimulation and maximizes the utility of the tool as a smart biofeedback device by dynamically changing the intensity of physical stimulation by reflecting the individual myofascial tension state of the user (1) in real time.

[0215] The massage rod (300) according to one embodiment of the present invention having the configuration described above functions as a smart device that actively responds by synchronizing with the user's (1) exercise state, going beyond a simple manual massage tool, thereby having an excellent effect of dramatically increasing the effectiveness and convenience of waist silhouette refinement exercises.

[0216] The interlocking configuration of the user terminal (100) and the massage control unit (370) includes a configuration for generating and transmitting a massage intensity profile, and a configuration for providing local tactile feedback.

[0217] The massage intensity profile generation and transmission configuration is provided in the user terminal (100), and generates a massage intensity profile that matches the surface tension and postural imbalance evaluation results of the user (1) received from the silhouette refinement server (200) and transmits it to the communication unit (360) of the massage rod (300).

[0218] The configuration for generating and transmitting massage intensity profiles provides the effect of automatically generating user-customized hardware operation scenarios by organically mapping video analysis-based evaluation data with control values of physical tools.

[0219] The local tactile feedback provision control configuration is provided in the massage control unit (370), and induces surface relaxation by gradually increasing the vibration intensity of the vibrating massage head (320) in the abdominal relaxation and tactile preparation step (S110) according to the received massage intensity profile, and controls to provide local tactile feedback to the precise contraction area by switching the rotation direction of the rotating massage head (330) or increasing or decreasing the rotation speed in synchronization with the breathing and abdominal contraction timing of the user (1) guided through the user terminal (100) in the central sensory activation step (S150) and the vacuum-based waist purification step (S170).

[0220] The local tactile feedback control configuration provides advanced effects that awaken the brain's nervous system's ability to perceive contraction by delivering physical stimulation at precise timing to target muscle areas that are difficult to perceive during deep core exercises, and perfectly induce isolated muscle contraction.

[0221] The configuration of the user terminal (100) and the massage control unit (370) linked according to one embodiment of the present invention having the configuration described above has an excellent effect of creating synergy in training by combining software-based image analysis and hardware-based active haptic feedback in real time.

[0223] Figure 8 is a drawing showing the rotating massage head of Figure 7.

[0224] Referring to FIG. 8, the rotary massage head (330) includes a sleeve mounting groove (331), a rotary sleeve (332), a hollow groove (333), a rotary pipe (334), a pipe rotation drive part (335), a massage projection part (336), an exposure adjustment cam (337), and a linear movement rack gear (338).

[0225] The sleeve installation groove (331) is formed extending along the circumference of the handle (310).

[0226] The sleeve installation groove (331) serves to provide a physical guideline and a coupling space so that the rotating structures can rotate stably along a set track without deviating.

[0227] The rotating sleeve (332) is formed in a cylindrical pipe shape and is connected and installed to the sleeve installation groove (331) so as to be rotatable.

[0228] The rotating sleeve (332) acts as an outer housing that comes into direct contact with the user's (1) skin, and protects the complex internal drive components while providing the effect of forming a smooth overall rotating friction surface.

[0229] The hollow groove (333) is formed hollow along the inner side of the rotating sleeve (332).

[0230] The hollow groove (333) provides a space for additional piping mechanisms that rotate and drive independently inside to be seated, thereby enabling a multi-layer rotation mechanism.

[0231] The rotating pipe (334) is formed in a cylindrical pipe shape and is installed so as to be rotatable along the inner surface of the hollow groove (333).

[0232] The rotating pipe (334) acts as a key rotation axis that determines the timing of the protrusion and lifting of the massage protrusion, with the rotation angle and speed controlled separately from the external rotating sleeve (332).

[0233] The pipe rotation drive unit (335) rotates the rotating pipe (334) in the forward or reverse direction.

[0234] The pipe rotation drive unit (335) provides power at an accurate angle to induce physical changes in the massage protrusion (336) through precise stepping motor control, thereby providing the effect of creating a dynamic massage pattern.

[0235] The massage protrusions (336) are positioned such that their lower portions are seated on the outer surface of the rotating pipe (334) in the hollow groove (333) and their upper portions are exposed from the rotating sleeve (332), and are installed at regular intervals along the rotating sleeve (332), moving together as the rotating sleeve (332) rotates while in close contact with the user's (1) body to perform a massage.

[0236] The massage protrusions (336) serve as contact points that apply direct pressure to the skin, and through their even spacing, they stimulate acupoints in the local area and effectively relieve fascial tension.

[0237] The exposure control cams (337) are installed at regular intervals along the outer surface of the rotating pipe (334) and move together as the rotating pipe (334) rotates to lift the massage protrusion (336) and adjust the degree of exposure of the massage protrusion (336).

[0238] The exposure control cam (337) provides an advanced effect of three-dimensionally implementing various massage depths, ranging from shallow pressure to deep acupressure, in a single device by physically varying the protrusion length of the massage projection (336) by pushing up the step of the cam curved surface according to the rotation angle of the rotating pipe (334).

[0239] The linear moving rack gear (338) is connected and installed to enable reciprocating movement in the longitudinal direction while passing through the massage protrusions (336) in sequence along the inside of the rotating pipe (334), and simultaneously or separately moves forward or backward, thereby expanding or contracting the upper portion of the massage protrusions (336) exposed from the rotating pipe (334).

[0240] The linear moving rack gear (338) is a power transmission medium that converts horizontal linear motion into radial expansion motion at the top of the protrusion, and provides the effect of changing the contact area and impact sensation with the skin in a customized manner by adjusting the volume of the massage protrusion in real time.

[0241] In one embodiment, the rotary massage head (330) may further include a rack gear linear drive unit (not shown in the drawing for convenience of explanation) for reciprocating the linear moving rack gear (338) in the longitudinal direction inside the rotary pipe (334).

[0242] The above rack gear linear drive unit is driven according to the control signal of the massage control unit (370) and performs the function of finely adjusting the degree of expansion and contraction of the massage protrusion (336). Although not shown in the drawing, the above rack gear linear drive unit may be configured in the form of a linear actuator module in which a drive motor, such as a stepping motor, which is provided inside the rotating pipe (334) and generates rotational power in the forward or reverse direction, a lead screw that converts the rotational force of the drive motor into linear motion to pull or push the linear moving rack gear (338), and a guide member that supports it are integrally combined.

[0243] The rack gear linear drive unit having the configuration described above can precisely control the horizontal movement distance of the linear moving rack gear (338) in units of micrometers (㎛) or millimeters (㎜) through fine control of the motor, thereby providing an excellent effect of adjusting the expansion volume of the dome-shaped cover (3367) in real time according to the user's fascial tension. In addition, by physically suppressing slipping or twisting phenomena during linear movement through an integrated modular structure, it provides an advanced effect of fundamentally preventing the rack gear (338), which is subjected to strong resistance while meshing with a plurality of pinion gears (3365), from bending or deviating from the track.

[0244] A rotary massage head (330) according to one embodiment of the present invention having the configuration described above has an excellent effect of mechanically and perfectly implementing a complex shape deformation, such as adjusting the protrusion length of the projection and expanding the upper volume, within a single rolling form factor, thereby providing precise acupressure that reaches the deep fascia while minimizing skin irritation.

[0246] Figures 9 and 10 are drawings showing the massage protrusions of Figure 8.

[0247] Referring to FIGS. 9 and 10, the massage projection (336) includes a base plate (3361), a return spring (3362), a projection body (3363), a body through hole (3364), a pinion gear (3365), a gear head (3366), a dome-shaped cover (3367), a side support piece (3368), a top support piece (3369), an expansion induction pin (33610), and an expansion induction bolt (33611).

[0248] The base plate (3361) is formed in the shape of a circular flat plate that is placed on the outer surface of the rotating pipe (334).

[0249] The base plate (3361) contacts the lower exposure control cam (337) and serves as a foundation support that widely and uniformly accommodates the lifting force according to the movement of the cam and balances the vertical movement of the entire protrusion structure.

[0250] The return spring (3362) is installed between the base plate (3361) and the outer surface of the hollow groove (333) to support the base plate (3361) by pressing it against the rotating pipe (334).

[0251] The return spring (3362) provides an elastic restoring force that quickly returns the protrusion to its original position when the support of the exposure control cam (337) is removed, thereby providing the effect of inducing the massage protrusion to continuously and smoothly emerge.

[0252] The protruding body part (3363) is installed upright on the top of the base plate (3361) and is positioned in a through hole formed in the rotating pipe (334) so that the hollow groove (333) is exposed to the outside.

[0253] The protrusion body part (3363) maintains the overall frame shape of the massage protrusion and serves as a frame on which an internal expansion gear system can be mounted.

[0254] The body through hole (3364) is formed by penetrating the protruding body part (3363) in a horizontal direction so that the linear moving rack gear (338) can be positioned to penetrate in a horizontal direction, and is made of a space sufficient so as not to be obstructed by the linear moving rack gear (338) during the vertical movement of the protruding body part (3363).

[0255] The body through hole (3364) provides the effect of ensuring structural movement clearance so that the vertical movement of the projection and the horizontal movement of the internal rack gear can be performed independently without interference with each other.

[0256] The pinion gear (3365) is installed upright so as to be rotatable in the body through hole (3364), is connected by being engaged with the linear moving rack gear (338) by a rack-pinion gear combination, and is driven to rotate in the forward or reverse direction as the linear moving rack gear (338) moves forward or backward.

[0257] The pinion gear (3365) performs a key kinematic role in orthogonally switching the direction of power by immediately converting the horizontal linear movement energy of the rack gear into vertical axis rotational energy that rotates the gear head (3366).

[0258] The gear head (3366) is installed by axial coupling on the upper side of the pinion gear (3365) exposed on the upper side of the protruding body part (3363) and rotates together with the pinion gear (3365).

[0259] The gear head (3366) acts as a practical expansion drive shaft that receives the rotational force of the pinion gear and simultaneously causes displacement of the upper parts.

[0260] The dome-shaped cover (3367) is made of a dome shape of an elastic material that can expand and contract, and is installed to cover the upper side of the protruding body part (3363).

[0261] The dome-shaped cover (3367) provides the effect of softly cushioning the tactile sensation against the skin, expanding like a rubber balloon according to the protrusion of the internal parts, and flexibly varying the curvature and area of the massage striking surface.

[0262] A plurality of side support pieces (3368) are arranged in close contact along the inner side surface of the dome-shaped cover (3367) to support the side shape of the dome-shaped cover (3367).

[0263] The side support member (3368) structurally supports the inner wall of the dome-shaped cover to protect it from being distorted when compressed and serves to evenly distribute the external force transmission of the expansion induction pin to the side of the cover.

[0264] The upper support member (3369) is placed in close contact with the upper inner circumference of the dome-shaped cover (3367) that is not supported by the plurality of side support members (3368) and supports the upper shape of the dome-shaped cover (3367).

[0265] The upper support piece (3369) supports the highest tip of the protrusion and provides the effect of stably inducing external deformation of the upper part of the cover during vertical expansion.

[0266] The expansion induction pin (33610) is positioned diagonally between the gear head (3366) and the side support piece (3368), and as the gear head (3366) rotates, it widens the gap between the gear head (3366) and the side support piece (3368) to expand the side of the dome-shaped cover (3367).

[0267] The expansion induction pin (33610) converts rotational motion into radial expansion motion, thereby expanding the lateral volume of the protrusion like a flower petal, which increases the friction area with the skin and provides an advanced effect of implementing a soft, dispersed compression massage.

[0268] The expansion induction bolt (33611) is installed upright on the top of the gear head (3366) and connected by being engaged with the top support piece (3369) by a screw connection, and rotates together with the gear head (3366) as it rotates, thereby moving the top support piece (3369) upward to expand the top of the dome-shaped cover (3367).

[0269] The expansion induction bolt (33611) provides an advanced effect of controlling the structure so that it can precisely convert rotational motion into vertical upward motion, thereby shrinking the central part of the protrusion and simultaneously providing a sharp and strong concentrated pressure effect.

[0270] The massage protrusion (336) according to one embodiment of the present invention having the configuration described above has an excellent effect of perfectly implementing a three-dimensional 3D expansion massage that simultaneously causes the upward rise and lateral expansion of the protrusion with only one horizontal linear control by exquisitely fusing the internal rack-pinion gear mechanism, the diagonal guide pin, and the screw coupling structure.
