Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a transfer device for re-inspecting lead tabs and a method thereof, and more specifically, to a transfer device for re-inspecting lead tabs and a method thereof capable of sequentially transferring a plurality of stacked lead tabs. Background Technology
[0002] Recently, with the increasing technological development and demand for mobile devices, the demand for rechargeable secondary batteries as an energy source has been rapidly increasing, and accordingly, much research is being conducted on secondary batteries capable of meeting various requirements.
[0003] Here, a lead tab for a secondary battery is used as a connection terminal for an external circuit to operate a device or system using the secondary battery, and for this purpose, the lead tab is connected to the electrode of the secondary battery. Such a lead tab consists of a rectangular flat metal plate and a lead film fused to the metal plate. That is, the lead tab has different thicknesses in the metal plate portion and the lead film portion fused to the metal plate. Therefore, when a plurality of manufactured lead tabs are stacked, they are stacked so that the lead film is tilted toward the metal plate portion where it is not fused.
[0004] Meanwhile, a lead tab re-inspection device is being used to inspect the appearance of manufactured lead tabs. The lead tab re-inspection device is a vision inspection device that receives a plurality of manufactured lead tabs in a stacked state, separates the transported lead tabs individually, and detects defects by inspecting the top, bottom, and sides of the lead tabs using an inspection camera.
[0005] In order to inspect lead tabs individually using such a lead tab re-inspection device, a number of manufactured and stacked lead tabs must be supplied to a transfer device, and the supplied number of lead tabs must be separated individually and transferred through a transfer section.
[0006] However, when a number of manufactured lead tabs are supplied to a conveyor in a stacked state, they are tilted to one side due to the difference in thickness between the metal plate and the lead film fused to the metal plate. That is, the lead tabs must be transported individually through the conveyor while in a horizontal state, but during the process of transporting the stacked lead tabs individually, the remaining lead tabs become twisted or tilted again, causing defects during lead tab pickup or problems where they are not picked up properly. [0032] The present invention is capable of various modifications and may have various embodiments; specific embodiments are illustrated in the drawings and described in detail in the detailed description. However, this is not intended to limit the present invention to specific embodiments, and it should be understood that it includes all modifications, equivalents, and substitutions that fall within the spirit and scope of the present invention. In describing the present invention, detailed descriptions of related prior art are omitted if it is determined that such detailed descriptions may obscure the essence of the present invention.
[0033] Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In describing with reference to the accompanying drawings, identical or corresponding components are given the same reference numerals, and redundant descriptions thereof will be omitted.
[0035] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a lead tab re-inspection transfer device of the present invention.
[0036] Referring to FIG. 1, the lead tab re-inspection transfer device according to the present invention is a lead tab transfer device that separates and transports lead tabs individually from a plurality of stacked lead tabs (10) in order to inspect lead tabs manufactured through a manufacturing device. For example, the lead tab (10) is composed of a metal plate (11) cut to the same size and a lead film (12) fused to the metal plate (11). That is, the lead tab (10) is manufactured by fusing the lead film (12) to the upper and lower surfaces of one side of the metal plate (11) in a lead tab manufacturing device, and the manufactured lead tab (10) is stored in a supply tray in a bundled form and supplied to the lead tab re-inspection device.
[0037] The lead tab (10) supplied to the lead tab re-inspection device can be separated individually to allow the lead film (12) on the upper and lower surfaces of the lead tab (10), the appearance of the metal plate (11), the dent inspection, and the burr inspection to be discharged as a good quality lead tab (10). At this time, a plurality of lead tabs (10) supplied to the lead tab re-inspection device in a bundle form can be separated individually and supplied from the lead tab transfer device.
[0038] Accordingly, in order to supply a plurality of these lead tabs (10) individually, the lead tab re-inspection transfer device according to the present invention includes a seating portion (100), a rotating portion (200), a transfer portion (300), and a horizontal adjustment means (400).
[0039] The mounting section (100) can accommodate a number of lead tabs (10) supplied in bundles in a certain quantity and can arrange the accommodated lead tabs (10). For example, a number of lead tabs (10) in bundles can be brought into a lead tab re-inspection device through a supply tray, and lead tabs (10) in bundles from the supplied tray can be supplied to the mounting section (100) through a supply arm or the like and mounted. The mounted number of lead tabs (10) can be arranged within the mounting section (100) to be separated individually and transported.
[0040] This seating portion (100) may include a first seating portion (100a) and a second seating portion (100b). For example, the first seating portion (100a) and the second seating portion (100b) may have the same shape. Additionally, the first seating portion (100a) and the second seating portion (100b) may be arranged to face each other on both sides around the rotation axis (201) of the rotating portion (200) to be described later. That is, the first seating portion (100a) and the second seating portion (100b), arranged in pairs, may be rotated around the rotation axis (201). For example, the first seating portion (100a) and the second seating portion (100b) may be rotated by half a turn (180°) around the rotation axis (201).
[0041] For example, when a plurality of lead tabs (10) are supplied to the first mounting section (100a) of the mounting section (100), the first mounting section (100a) and the second mounting section (100b) are rotated half a turn through the rotation of the rotating section (200), and while the plurality of lead tabs (10) supplied to the first mounting section (100a) are individually transported, the next plurality of lead tabs (10) to be supplied to the second mounting section (100b) can be supplied. That is, the plurality of lead tabs (10) supplied to the second mounting section (100b) can wait while the transport process of the plurality of lead tabs (10) supplied to the first mounting section (100a) is in progress, and when the transport process of the first mounting section (100a) is completed, they can be rotated half a turn again so that the transport process proceeds immediately. The work efficiency can be improved by the rotational supply of the first mounting portion (100a) and the second mounting portion (100b), and the transfer of the lead tab (10) can be made to proceed at the same position between the first mounting portion (100a) and the second mounting portion (100b).
[0042] Additionally, the seating portion (100) can support a plurality of supplied lead tabs (10) and allow them to be aligned while supported.
[0043] FIG. 2 is a drawing showing the seating portion of the present invention.
[0044] FIG. 3 is a drawing showing the rotating support and lower support of the present invention.
[0045] Referring to FIGS. 2 and FIGS. 3, the mounting portion (100) according to the present invention may include a body (110), a rotational support portion (120), and a lower support portion (130).
[0046] The body (110) can accommodate a plurality of lead tabs (10) and provide space for supplying them individually. That is, the body (110) may include a receiving groove (101) in the center to accommodate a plurality of lead tabs (10) having the same size.
[0047] The receiving groove (101) may have the same shape as the lead tab (10). For example, the receiving groove (101) may have a square shape to match the shape of the square lead tab (10). Additionally, the receiving groove (101) may have a predetermined depth to accommodate a plurality of lead tabs (10). The depth of the receiving groove (101) may be determined according to the number of lead tabs (10) stacked.
[0048] Additionally, the body (110) may include a first side fixing part (111), a second side fixing part (112), a first side moving part (113), and a second side moving part (114). For example, the receiving groove (101) may be formed by the inner surface of the first side fixing part (111), the second side fixing part (112), the first side moving part (113), and the second side moving part (114).
[0049] The first side fixing part (111) may be disposed on one side of a plurality of lead tabs (10), for example. That is, the first side fixing part (111) may be disposed to support a first side, which is one side of the lead tab (10). Here, the first side of the lead tab (10) may be the opposite side to which the lead film (12) is attached. Additionally, the first side fixing part (111) may have a fixed shape on one side of the body (110) so that when a plurality of lead tabs (10) flow in the direction of the first side fixing part (111) within the receiving groove (101), the first side of the lead tab (10) is supported and fixed by the first side fixing part (111).
[0050] The second side fixing part (112) may be positioned in a direction opposite to the first side fixing part (111) to support a plurality of lead tabs (10). That is, the second side fixing part (112) may be positioned to support a second side opposite to the first side of the lead tab (10). The second side fixing part (112) may have a fixed shape on one side of the body (110) so that when a plurality of lead tabs (10) flow in the direction of the second side fixing part (112) within the receiving groove (101), the second side of the lead tab (10) is supported and fixed by the second side fixing part (112). Additionally, an inlet groove (102) formed from the upper to the lower direction may be formed in the second side fixing part (112). For example, a supply arm supplying a plurality of lead tabs (10) can be introduced into the second side fixing part (112) through the inlet groove (102) so that a plurality of lead tabs (10) can be supplied to the receiving groove (101).
[0051] The first side moving part (113) may be positioned adjacent to the first side fixing part (111) to support a plurality of lead tabs (10). That is, the first side moving part (113) may be positioned to support a third side that is adjacent to the first side of the lead tab (10). Additionally, the second side moving part (114) may be positioned to move in the direction of the receiving groove (101) or in the opposite direction of the receiving groove (101). Accordingly, the first side moving part (113) may be moved in the direction of the receiving groove (101), that is, in the direction of the lead tab (10), to be in close contact with the third side of the lead tab (10), or moved in the opposite direction of the receiving groove (101) to be spaced apart from the lead tab (10).
[0052] For example, the first side moving part (113) can be moved in the opposite direction of the receiving groove (101) before the receiving groove (101) is received to prevent the receiving lead tabs (10) from interfering with the body (110) when the receiving groove (10) is received in the receiving groove (101), and after the receiving groove (10) is received, it can be moved in the direction of the receiving groove (101) so that the receiving groove (10) is aligned within the receiving groove (101).
[0053] The second side moving part (114) may be positioned in a direction opposite to the first side moving part (113) to support a plurality of lead tabs (10). That is, the second side moving part (114) may be positioned to support a fourth side, which is a surface opposite to the third side of the lead tab (10). Additionally, the second side moving part (114) may be positioned to move in the direction of the receiving groove (101) or in the opposite direction of the receiving groove (101). Accordingly, the second side moving part (114) may be moved in the direction of the receiving groove (101) to be in close contact with the fourth side of the lead tab (10), or moved in the opposite direction of the receiving groove (101) to be spaced apart from the lead tab (10).
[0054] For example, the second side moving part (114) can be moved in the opposite direction of the receiving groove (101) together with the first side moving part (113) before the multiple lead tabs (10) are received in the receiving groove (101) to prevent the lead tabs (10) from interfering with the body (110) when the multiple lead tabs (10) are received in the receiving groove (101). Additionally, after the multiple lead tabs (10) are received in the receiving groove (101), the second side moving part (114) can be moved in the direction of the receiving groove (101) together with the first side moving part (113) so that the multiple lead tabs (10) are aligned within the receiving groove (101). Accordingly, the third and fourth sides of the stacked multiple lead tabs (10) can be supported and aligned by the first side moving part (113) and the second side moving part (114).
[0055] Continuing with reference to FIGS. 2 and FIGS. 3, the rotational support member (120) may be positioned within the receiving groove (101) and may be a portion on which a plurality of lead tabs (10) are seated. Additionally, the rotational support member (120) may be formed such that the other side (122) rotates around one side (121) to allow the seated plurality of lead tabs (10) to be in a horizontal or tilted state. That is, the one side (121) of the rotational support member (120) may be formed such that the other side (122) rotates upward or downward through a hinge or the like. By rotating the seated portion (100) in this way, the plurality of lead tabs (10) may be in a tilted state, and the lead tab (10) placed on the top layer may be in a horizontal state.
[0056] The lower support member (130) is positioned below the rotational support member (120), and the rotational support member (120) can be moved so that a plurality of lead tabs (10) are moved in an upward or downward direction. For example, when the lower support member (130) is moved in an upward direction, the rotational support member (120) on which a plurality of lead tabs (10) are seated can also be moved in an upward direction.
[0057] A stopper (131) protruding upward may be formed on one side of the lower support member (130). The stopper (131) may be positioned on the lower side (122) where the rotational support member (120) rotates. For example, when the rotational support member (120) is in a lowered state, the other side (122) of the rotational support member (120) may be tilted upward by the stopper (131). That is, the rotational support member (120) may be in a tilted state by the stopper (131), and a plurality of lead tabs (10) may be seated on the rotational support member (120) in the tilted state. The seated plurality of lead tabs (10) are seated on the rotational support member (120) in a tilted state, but may be fixed within the receiving groove (101) without sliding outward by the second side fixing member (112).
[0058] Additionally, a moving area (132) may be formed on the inner side of the stopper (131). For example, the moving area (132) may be formed by extending from the stopper (131) to the lower support member (130). The moving area (132) may provide a space for the angle adjustment block (422) of the horizontal moving means (400), which will be described later, to pass through the lower support member (130) and push the rotational support member (120). For example, when the angle adjustment block (422) placed at the bottom of the lower support member (130) rises in an upward direction, the angle adjustment block (422) passes through the moving area (132) and pushes the rotational support member (120), thereby causing the rotational support member (120) to tilt around one side (121).
[0059] A detection sensor (140) may be further included on the side of the lower support member (130). The detection sensor (140) may be a detection sensor (140) that detects a plurality of lead tabs (10) placed on the upper part of the rotating support member (120). By the detection operation of the detection sensor (140), a plurality of lead tabs (10) may be supplied to an empty seating member (100), or the state in which the transfer of a plurality of lead tabs (10) supplied to the seating member (100) is completed may be confirmed.
[0060] Continuing, referring to FIG. 1, the rotating part (200) is positioned below the seating part (100) and can rotate the seating part (100) around a rotation axis (201). Additionally, the rotating part (200) may include a rotating plate (210), a rotating motor (220), and a rotation detection sensor (230).
[0061] The rotating plate (210) can support the seating portion (100) and allow the seating portion (100) to rotate. For example, the first seating portion (100a) may be positioned on one side centered on the rotation axis (201) of the rotating plate (210), and the second seating portion (100b) may be positioned on the other side centered on the rotation axis (201). Accordingly, when the rotating plate (210) is rotated by the driving of the rotation motor (220), the first seating portion (100a) and the second seating portion (100b) can rotate around the rotation axis (201). For example, the first mounting portion (100a) may be positioned adjacent to a supply arm that supplies a plurality of lead tabs (10), and the second mounting portion (100b) may be positioned adjacent to a transfer portion (300) and a horizontal adjustment means (400) for transferring a plurality of lead tabs (10).
[0062] That is, when a plurality of lead tabs (10) are supplied to the first mounting section (100a) by the supply arm, the first mounting section (100a) is rotated half a turn around the rotation axis (201) by the rotation of the rotation section (200) and moved to the position of the second mounting section (100b), and the plurality of lead tabs (10) supplied to the first mounting section (100a) can be individually transported by the transport section (300) and the horizontal adjustment means (400). In addition, a plurality of lead tabs (10) can be supplied to the second mounting section (100b) rotated to the position of the first mounting section (100a) through the supply arm, and when the transport of lead tabs (10) from the first mounting section (100a) is completed, the transport of the plurality of lead tabs (10) supplied to the second mounting section (100b) can be performed by rotating it half a turn again by the rotation of the rotation section (200).
[0063] Additionally, a rotation detection sensor (230) may be positioned adjacently on the side of the rotating plate (210). The rotation detection sensor (230) can detect that the rotating plate (210) is rotating by detecting a detection area formed on the side of the rotating plate (210). By the detection operation of this rotation detection sensor (230), a process of supplying a plurality of lead tabs (10) to the first mounting portion (100a) and the second mounting portion (100b), or transferring the supplied plurality of lead tabs (10), can be carried out sequentially.
[0064] The transfer unit (300) may be positioned on the upper part of the seating unit (100). More specifically, the transfer unit (300) may be positioned on the upper part of the seating unit (100) and may be located in a vertical direction from the receiving groove (101) of the seating unit (100). The transfer unit (300) may perform the function of transferring the lead tab (10) received in the receiving groove (101) from the upper part of the receiving groove (101). At this time, the transfer unit (300) may adsorb the lead tab (10) and transfer the lead tab (10) in an adsorbed state. For example, the transfer unit (300) may be an adsorber using vacuum adsorption. For instance, the transfer unit (300) may descend vertically toward the receiving groove (101) and adsorb the upper surface of the lead tab (10) placed on the uppermost layer among the plurality of lead tabs (10) received in the receiving groove (101). Accordingly, the adsorbed lead tab (10) can be raised from the receiving groove (101) by the raising of the transfer unit (300) and moved to an inspection position for inspecting the lead tab (10).
[0065] At this time, in order for a plurality of stacked lead tabs (10) to be adsorbed to the transport unit (300), the lead tab (10) placed on the top layer must always maintain a horizontal state. However, if the remaining lead tabs (10) become misaligned during the individual transport process and the lead tab (10) placed on the top layer fails to maintain a horizontal state, defects may occur in the lead tab (10) during adsorption by the transport unit (300), or problems may arise where adsorption is not properly performed. To ensure stable transport of such lead tabs (10), the lead tab re-inspection transport device of the present invention may include a horizontal adjustment means (400) for maintaining the horizontal state of the transported lead tab (10).
[0066] FIG. 4 is a drawing showing the horizontal adjustment means of the present invention.
[0067] Referring to FIG. 4, a horizontal adjustment means (400) according to the present invention may be positioned at the bottom of the seating portion (100). The horizontal adjustment means (400) can move a plurality of lead tabs (10) upward so that the lead tabs (10) are adsorbed to the transfer portion (300), while adjusting the lead tabs (10) positioned at the top so that they always remain horizontal.
[0068] The horizontal adjustment means (400) positioned below the seating portion (100) may include a position adjustment portion (410) and an angle adjustment portion (420).
[0069] FIG. 5 is a drawing showing the position adjustment unit of the present invention.
[0070] Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, the position adjustment unit (410) according to the present invention is positioned below the seating unit (100) so that a plurality of lead tabs (10) can be moved in an upward or downward direction. Accordingly, a plurality of lead tabs (10) seated on the seating unit (100) can be moved in an upward direction by the operation of the position adjustment unit (410) and sequentially transported by the transport unit (300) starting from the top layer.
[0071] Additionally, the position adjustment unit (410) may include a fixed body (411), a moving block (412), and a height adjustment block (413).
[0072] The fixed body (411) is positioned below the seating portion (100) and may be positioned on one side of the horizontal adjustment means (400). A movable groove (401) extending in the longitudinal direction may be formed inside the fixed body (411). A part of the movable block (412) may be inserted into the movable groove (401) so that the movable block (412) may move upward or downward along the longitudinal direction of the fixed body (411).
[0073] The moving block (412) is positioned on the side of the fixed body (411) and can be moved along the moving groove (401) by driving a servo motor (414). More specifically, a portion of the moving block (412) can be inserted into the moving groove (401) and connected to the servo motor (414). Thus, the moving block (412) can be moved upward or downward along the moving groove (401) by driving the servo motor (414).
[0074] The height adjustment block (413) can be positioned on the side of the movable block (412). That is, the height adjustment block (413) can be connected to the portion of the movable block (412) exposed from the movable groove (401). Thus, the height adjustment block (413) can also be moved upward or downward together with the movable block (412) by the movement of the movable block (412). Additionally, when the height adjustment block (413) is moved upward by the driving of the servo motor (414), the height adjustment block (413) can come into contact with the lower surface of the lower support member (130) located at the top, thereby moving the lower support member (130) upward.
[0075] For example, when the lower support member (130) is raised in the upward direction, the lower support member (130) can move the rotational support member (120) in the upward direction, and a plurality of lead tabs (10) seated on the rotational support member (120) can also be moved in the upward direction. Additionally, when the height adjustment block (413) is lowered, the rotational support member (120) is also lowered to form a space within the receiving groove (101) so that a plurality of lead tabs (10) can be supplied to the rotational support member (120). A plurality of lead tabs (10) seated within the receiving groove (101) can be sequentially raised by the raising of the height adjustment block (413) and transported by the transport member (300).
[0076] Additionally, the position adjustment unit (410) may include a first sensing block (415) and a first height sensing sensor (416) for detecting the height of the height adjustment block (413). The first sensing block (415) may be positioned on one side of the moving block (412), and the first height sensing sensor (416) may be positioned at a corresponding location to detect the position where the first sensing block (415) is moved. Accordingly, the height adjustment block (413) may be limited to a height that is moved by the first height sensing sensor (416).
[0077] FIG. 6 is a drawing showing the angle adjustment part of the present invention.
[0078] Referring to FIGS. 4 and 6, the angle adjustment unit (420) according to the present invention is positioned adjacent to the position adjustment unit (410) and can adjust the inclination of the plurality of lead tabs (10) so that the plurality of lead tabs (10) become horizontal. That is, by the operation of the angle adjustment unit (420), the lead tab (10) positioned on the uppermost layer among the plurality of lead tabs (10) can be kept horizontal.
[0079] Additionally, the angle adjustment unit (420) may include a connecting block (421), an angle adjustment block (422), an LM guide (423), and a ball screw (424).
[0080] The connecting block (421) may be positioned on the lower side of the height adjustment block (413). For example, the connecting block (421) may be connected to the lower side of the height adjustment block (413) so as to move together with the height adjustment block (413). Thus, the angle adjustment part (420) may be moved upward or downward by the connecting block (421) connected to the height adjustment block (413).
[0081] The angle adjustment block (422) is positioned on the upper part of the connecting block (421) and can be positioned to move in an upward or downward direction separately from the height adjustment block (413). Additionally, the angle adjustment block (422) can be operated to tilt the rotational support member (120). For example, when the angle adjustment block (422) is raised by the driving of the servo motor (425), the angle adjustment block (422) can pass through the movement area (132) of the seating member (100) and push up the lower part of the other side (122) of the rotational support member (120). Accordingly, the rotational support member (120) can be rotated by the angle adjustment block (422) so that the other side (122) tilts upward around the center of the one side (121).
[0082] For example, a plurality of lead tabs (10) can be placed on a rotational support (120) such that the lead film (12) faces the second side fixing part (112). Accordingly, the placed plurality of lead tabs (10) can be tilted toward the first side fixing part (111) due to the difference in thickness between the metal plate (11) and the lead film (12). At this time, by using an angle adjustment block (422) to push the other side (122) of the rotational support (120) upward, the other side (122) of the rotational support (120) can be rotated around the one side (121), and the metal plate (11) portion of the plurality of lead tabs (10) can also be moved upward by the rotation of the rotational support (120). That is, the angle adjustment block (422) can be raised to rotate the rotational support (120) until the lead tab (10) placed on the top layer is in a horizontal state.
[0083] Accordingly, a plurality of lead tabs (10) can be controlled so that the lead tab (10) placed on the top layer always remains in a horizontal state by adjusting the angle of the rotation support (120) by moving the angle adjustment block (422).
[0084] Additionally, a second sensing block (426) may be disposed on the side of the angle adjustment block (422), and a second height sensing sensor (427) may be disposed to correspond to the position where the second sensing block (426) moves. Thus, the height at which the angle adjustment block (422) moves can be limited by the second height sensing sensor (427).
[0085] The LM guide (423) can be positioned between the height adjustment block (413) and the angle adjustment block (422). Additionally, the LM guide (423) can guide the angle adjustment block (422) to move upward or downward along the side of the height adjustment block (413). That is, the angle adjustment block (422) can be connected to the height adjustment block (413) by the LM guide (423) and guided upward or downward along the side of the height adjustment block (413).
[0086] The ball screw (424) can be connected to the angle adjustment block (422) and the servo motor (425). Accordingly, the ball screw (424) can be operated by the driving force of the servo motor (425) so that the angle adjustment block (422) moves upward or downward. That is, the height adjustment block (413) of the position adjustment unit (410) and the angle adjustment block (422) of the angle adjustment unit (420) can be operated individually by the driving of the connected servo motor (425).
[0087] For example, when the height adjustment block (413) is raised or lowered, the angle adjustment block (422) connected to the height adjustment block (413) may also be raised or lowered simultaneously by the movement of the height adjustment block (413), but the angle adjustment block (422) may be raised or lowered separately from the height adjustment block (413) by the operation of the servo motor (425) connected to the angle adjustment block (422). That is, the height adjustment and angle adjustment of the lead tab (10) can be controlled separately.
[0088] FIGS. 7 and FIGS. 8 are drawings illustrating the operation method of the horizontal adjustment means of the present invention.
[0089] First, referring to FIG. 7, a plurality of lead tabs (10) placed on the mounting portion (100) can be raised to the suction position of the transfer portion (300) by the raising of the height adjustment block (413). At this time, the angle adjustment block (422) is raised simultaneously by the raising of the height adjustment block (413), but can be raised separately from the height adjustment block (413) so that the lead tab (10) placed on the top layer is in a horizontal state. That is, by the raising of the angle adjustment block (422), the other side (122) of the rotational support portion (120) can be rotated upward around the one side (121), and the angle adjustment block (422) can be raised until the lead tab (10) placed on the top layer is in a horizontal state.
[0090] When the transfer unit (300) transfers the lead tab (10) placed on the top floor while the height adjustment block (413) and the angle adjustment block (422) are raised so that the lead tab (10) placed on the top floor is horizontal, the height adjustment block (413) can raise the lead tab (10) to a transfer position to allow the next lead tab (10) to be transferred. At this time, the next lead tab (10) to be transferred may have a state in which the metal plate (11) portion is tilted upward compared to the portion where the lead film (12) is attached, due to the difference in thickness between the metal plate (11) and the lead film (12) of the lead tab (10), as shown in FIG. 8. Accordingly, the angle adjustment block (422) can be moved downward while supporting the lead tab (10) so that the lead tab (10) placed on the top floor is again in a horizontal state. That is, the lead tab (10) can be made horizontal by causing the other side (122) of the rotating support (120) to rotate downward around the one side (121).
[0091] Accordingly, as a plurality of lead tabs (10) are transported sequentially from the top, the height adjustment block (413) can gradually rise in the upward direction, and the angle adjustment block (422) can gradually descend in the downward direction. That is, due to the movement of the height adjustment block (413) and the angle adjustment block (422), the lead tab (10) placed on the uppermost layer among the plurality of lead tabs (10) being transported can always be in a horizontal state.
[0092] FIGS. 9 to 12 are drawings illustrating a transfer method of a lead tab re-inspection transfer device according to the present invention.
[0093] First, referring to FIG. 9, a plurality of lead tabs (10) can be supplied to the first mounting portion (100a) through a supply arm. At this time, the rotating support portion (120) may have a state in which the other side (122) is tilted upward by the catch (131) of the lower support portion (130), and a plurality of lead tabs (10) can be mounted while the rotating support portion (120) is in a tilted state. By supplying a plurality of lead tabs (10) while the rotating support portion (120) is in a tilted state, the time required for the rotating support portion (120) to be tilted by the angle adjustment portion (420) so that the lead tabs (10) are in a horizontal state can be reduced.
[0094] Referring to FIG. 10, a first mounting portion (100a) on which a plurality of lead tabs (10) are mounted can be rotated by a rotating portion (200) and moved to a position where a transfer portion (300) and a horizontal adjustment means (400) are arranged. At this time, a second mounting portion (100b) can be moved to the position of the first mounting portion (100a). When the first mounting portion (100a) is rotated, the horizontal adjustment means (400) can be raised in the direction of the first mounting portion (100a). That is, the position adjustment portion (410) and the angle adjustment portion (420) can be raised simultaneously. By raising the position adjustment unit (410), the lower support unit (130) is raised, so that a plurality of lead tabs (10) can be moved to a position adjacent to the transfer unit (300), and at the same time, by raising the angle adjustment unit (420), the other side (122) of the rotation support unit (120) is rotated around the one side (121), so that the lead tab (10) placed on the top floor can be made to be in a horizontal state.
[0095] Referring to FIG. 11, when a plurality of lead tabs (10) are ready for transport by the position adjustment unit (410) and the angle adjustment unit (420) at the first mounting unit (100a), the transport unit (300) proceeds to transport the lead tabs (10) sequentially by adsorbing them starting from the lead tab placed on the top layer which has a horizontal state. At this time, when the lead tab placed on the top layer is transported, the position adjustment unit (410) may rise and the angle adjustment unit (420) may descend in order to move the next lead tab (10) to be transported to a transport position so that it has a horizontal state. That is, as the lead tab (10) is transported by the transport unit (300), the position adjustment unit (410) gradually rises and the angle adjustment unit (420) gradually descends. Through the operation of the position adjustment unit (410) and the angle adjustment unit (420), the lead tab (10) can always be transported stably in a horizontal state.
[0096] Additionally, while a plurality of lead tabs (10) are being transported from the first mounting section (100a), a plurality of lead tabs (10) to be transported in the next turn are supplied to the second mounting section (100b) through a supply arm and can wait within the second mounting section (100b).
[0097] Referring to FIG. 12, when the transfer of a plurality of lead tabs (10) seated on the first seating portion (100a) is completed, the position adjustment portion (410) and the angle adjustment portion (420) can be lowered, and by lowering the position adjustment portion (410) and the angle adjustment portion (420), the lower support portion (130) and the rotation support portion (120) can also be lowered so that the rotation support portion (120) is in a tilted ready state. When the transfer operation of the first seating portion (100a) is completed and the horizontal adjustment means (400) is lowered, the rotation portion (200) can be rotated so that the transfer operation of a plurality of lead tabs (10) seated on the second seating portion (100b) can be performed continuously.
[0099] As described above, the lead tab re-inspection transfer device and method according to the present invention can control a plurality of lead tabs (10) supplied in a stacked state for inspection of manufactured lead tabs (10) by using a horizontal adjustment means (400) positioned below the lead tabs (10) so that the lead tab (10) placed on the top layer always remains in a horizontal state. That is, since the lead tab (10) being transferred through the transfer unit (300) can be adsorbed to the transfer unit (300) while in a horizontal state, damage to the lead tab (10) caused by adsorption can be prevented. In addition, since the adsorption of the transfer unit (300) is performed while the lead tab (10) is in a horizontal state, the adsorption efficiency can be improved, thereby improving the productivity of the operation.
