Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a zipper tape, a zipper tape attachment pouch, and a method for manufacturing a zipper tape attachment pouch. Background Technology

[0002] In a zippered pocket, a technique is known to form an opening in the pocket body using cut tape. The cut tape is attached to the pocket body, thereby enabling the straight opening of the pocket.

[0003] For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a technology that reduces resistance when opening by forming a cut tape with a material having peelability (e.g., polypropylene) with respect to a material forming a zipper tape (e.g., polyethylene), thereby causing the cut tape and the zipper tape to peel at the interface. Prior art literature

[0004] Japanese Patent No. 4908228 The problem to be solved

[0005] However, recently, in order to improve the recyclability of plastic products, monomaterialization is being pursued in which the entire amount of material, or at least a predetermined proportion, consists of a single compound. In the case of a zipper tape equipped with a cut tape as described above, monomaterialization is being considered by forming the zipper tape portion, for example, from a resin composition with polyethylene as the main component, and further increasing the overall amount of a single resin blend.

[0006] However, if the cut tape and the zipper tape are formed from a resin composition with the same resin as the main component, it becomes difficult to peel the cut tape from the zipper tape when opening the pocket with the cut tape, which can cause resistance.

[0007] Therefore, the present invention aims to provide a zipper tape, a zipper tape attachment pouch, and a method for manufacturing a zipper tape attachment pouch, which can increase the mixing ratio of a single resin in a zipper tape with a cut tape attached without impairing the resistance when opening. means of solving the problem

[0036] Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings. Furthermore, in this specification and drawings, components having substantially the same functional configuration are given the same reference numerals to avoid redundant descriptions.

[0037] [First Embodiment]

[0038] FIG. 1 is a plan view of a zipper tape attachment pocket related to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view along line II-II of the zipper tape attachment pocket shown in FIG. 1. As illustrated, the zipper tape attachment pocket (100) comprises a pocket body formed by a film (110) having a first surface (111A) facing a storage space (SP), and a zipper tape (120) bonded to the first surface (111A) of the film (110).

[0039] In the present embodiment, the film (110) has a second surface (111B) facing the first surface (111A) in addition to the first surface (111A), and the first surface (111A) and the second surface (111B) each face the storage space (SP). That is, the pocket body formed by the film (110) has a first surface (111A) and a second surface (111B) facing each other.

[0040] The film (110) is formed from, for example, a single layer or a multilayer thermoplastic resin. More specifically, the film (110) may be formed from low-density polyethylene (LDPE), straight-chain low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), or polypropylene (PP). The PP may be any of homopolypropylene (HPP), random polypropylene (RPP), or block polypropylene (BPP). If the film (110) is multilayer, biaxially stretched polypropylene (OPP), biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate (OPET), or biaxially stretched nylon (ONy) may be used as the surface substrate. These are not limited to fossil fuel-derived resins, but may be environmentally friendly bioplastics, or may be a mixture of fossil fuel-derived resins and bioplastics. Additionally, the film (110) may include a layer of inorganic material formed by aluminum deposition or lamination of aluminum foil.

[0041] In addition, in this embodiment, two films (110) are joined together at the top seal portion (112), bottom seal portion (113), and side seal portion (114) to form the pocket body, but in other embodiments, one film (110) may be folded back at the portion corresponding to the side seal portion (114). Also, a portion of the film (110) that is folded inward, so-called a gusset, may be formed at the portion corresponding to the bottom seal portion (113) or the side seal portion (114). In this case, the gusset may be formed by the film (110) or by another film joined to the film (110). Also, the zipper tape attached pocket (100) may be a standing pouch that can be stood upright by forming a gusset at the bottom portion.

[0042] The zipper tape (120) is a long member that includes a zipper tape body (130) and a tear-and-grip portion (140) in a cross-sectional shape. The zipper tape (120) is mounted on the film (110) by being bonded by a heat seal or an ultrasonic seal, etc.

[0043] The zipper tape body (130) comprises a first base piece (131A), a second base piece (131B) facing the first base piece (131A), and first and second interlocking parts (132A, 132B) that protrude from the base pieces (131A, 131B) respectively and are interlockable with each other. The second base piece (131B) is formed with a wider width than the first base piece (131A) and partially faces the first base piece (131A). The second base piece (131B) has an area (extension) that does not face the first base piece (131A).

[0044] In addition, the second base section (131B) does not necessarily have to be formed with a wider width than the first base section (131A).

[0045] The first base piece (131A) is configured to be joined to the first surface (111A) of the film (110). The first base piece (131A) is joined to the first surface (111A) on the opposite side from the surface where the first fitting part (132A) is formed.

[0046] The second base piece (131B) is configured to be joined to the first surface (111A) at a joint (134) in an area that is not opposite to the first base piece (131A).

[0047] That is, in the zipper tape attachment pocket (100) of the present embodiment, a first base piece (131A) is bonded to the first side (111A) of the film (110), and a bonding portion (134) of a second base piece (131B) is bonded to the top seal portion (112) side rather than the first base piece (131A).

[0048] The zipper tape body (130) enables the zipper tape attachment pocket (100) to be sealed and resealed by having a shape in which the first and second hook-and-lock parts (132A, 132B) can be hooked and unhooked with each other. In addition, the shape of the first and second hook-and-lock parts (132A, 132B) is not limited to the illustrated example, and can be made in the shape of various known zipper hook-and-lock parts, such as a claw shape, a hook shape, or a hook shape. In the illustrated example, the first hook-and-lock part (132A) is male and the second hook-and-lock part (132B) is female, but the opposite may be true. Also, in the illustrated example, one pair of hook-and-lock parts is arranged, but multiple pairs of hook-and-lock parts may be arranged.

[0049] At the end of the first base piece (131A) located on the tearing piece (140) side in the width direction of the zipper tape body (130), a first convex portion (133) formed thicker than the first base piece (131A) is formed.

[0050] The zipper tape body (130) described above is formed from a resin composition having polyethylene, a polyolefin resin, as the main component. More specifically, the zipper tape body (130) can be formed from low-density polyethylene (LDPE) or straight-chain low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). These polyethylenes are not limited to resins derived from fossil fuels, but may be environmentally friendly bioplastics (e.g., polyolefin resins derived from biomass), or may be a mixture of fossil fuel-derived resins and bioplastics. Biopolyethylene is preferred as the bioplastic. In the resin composition, known additives, such as stabilizers, antioxidants, lubricants, antistatic agents, or coloring agents, may be added as needed.

[0051] The tear-off section (140) is positioned in an area (R) where the second base section (131B) faces the first side (111A) and does not face the first base section (131A). Specifically, the tear-off section (140) is positioned between the joint (134) and the end of the first base section (131A) (the end on the side of the top seal section (112)) with respect to the width direction of the zipper tape body (130).

[0052] In the illustrated example, the tearing piece (140) is connected to the end of the first base piece (131A) so as to be integral with the first base piece (131A). The tearing piece (140) has a tearing piece body (141) configured to be joined to a first surface (111A), and a peeling layer (142) laminated on the tearing piece body (141) on a surface opposite to the surface joined to the first surface (111A).

[0053] The tear-piece body (141) is formed from a resin composition with polyethylene as the main component, just like the zipper tape body (130). In the illustrated example, the thickness of the tear-piece body (141) is about the same as that of the first convex portion (133).

[0054] The peeling layer (142) of the present embodiment is formed on the surface facing the second base piece (131B) of the tearing piece body (141). The peeling layer (142) is formed of a resin composition having peelability with respect to polyethylene. Here, "having peelability" means that the peel strength with respect to the object is 20 N / 15 mm or less, preferably 16 N / 15 mm or less, and more preferably 10 N / 15 mm or less.

[0055] The peeling layer (142) is specifically formed from a resin composition having polypropylene (PP) as the main component, for example. The PP may be any of homopolypropylene (HPP), random polypropylene (RPP), or block polypropylene (BPP), or a mixture thereof. Since the peeling layer (142) laminated on the surface facing the second base piece (131B) of the tearing piece body (141) is formed from a resin composition having peelability with respect to polyethylene, the tearing piece portion (140) can be easily peeled from the second base piece (131B) upon opening.

[0056] In addition, in the present invention, a resin composition having polyethylene as the main component, a resin composition having polypropylene or polystyrene as the main component, a resin composition having polyethylene as the main component, a resin composition having a mixture of polypropylene and polystyrene as the main component, a resin composition having polyethylene as the main component, a resin composition having a mixture of polypropylene and polyethylene as the main component, a resin composition having polyethylene as the main component, a resin composition having polystyrene and polyethylene as the main component, a resin composition having polyethylene as the main component, and a resin composition having a mixture of polypropylene, polyester, and polyethylene as the main component, have peelability as described above, but the peelability in the case of other combinations of resin compositions in the present invention can be confirmed by a thermal gradient test.

[0057] In the thermal gradient test, a thermal gradient tester is used to confirm that the peel strength when sealed at 230°C and 0.2 MPa for 1 second is 20 N / 15 mm or less, preferably 16 N / 15 mm or less, and more preferably 10 N / 15 mm or less.

[0058] FIG. 3 is a partial plan view of a zipper tape attachment pocket (100) related to the first embodiment, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view along line IV-IV of FIG. 3.

[0059] In this embodiment, near the end of the zipper tape (120), a side seal portion (114) is formed, and a seal portion (148) extending toward the center of the width direction of the pocket body is formed, and a tab (145) for opening is formed in the seal portion (148) by a first notch (144A). As shown in FIG. 4(a), the first notch (144A) is formed through the first surface (111A), the tearing section (140), the second base section (131B), and the second surface (111B).

[0060] Additionally, in the seal portion (148), a second notch (144B) is formed from the second surface (111B) side adjacent to the tab (145). The second notch (144B) is formed from the second surface (111B) side and penetrates the second base piece (131B). The second notch (144B) does not penetrate the first surface (111A) and the tearing portion (140). Additionally, the second notch does not need to completely penetrate the second base piece (131B).

[0061] As shown in FIG. 4(b), the user can raise four layers from the first side (111A) to the second side (111B) starting from the tab (145). When the user grabs the tab (145) and pulls it, the tear piece body (141) and the second base piece (131B) are separated by the second notch (144B), and the pocket (100) is opened by tearing only the first side (111A) along the tear piece body (141).

[0062] At this time, peeling occurs at the interface between the second base piece (131B) and the peeling layer (142), but peeling also occurs at the interface between the tearing piece body (141) and the peeling layer (142).

[0063] Next, a method for manufacturing a zipper tape attachment pocket having a first notch (144A) (tab (145)) and a second notch (144B) will be described.

[0064] A method for manufacturing a zipper tape-attached pocket includes a process of forming a seal portion (148) on the pocket body using a sealing device, and a process of forming a first notch (144A) and a second notch (144B) on the seal portion (148) using a cutting blade and a receiving member facing each other with the pocket body in between.

[0065] According to the first embodiment of the present invention described above, by forming the zipper tape body (130) and the tear-knit body (141) with a resin composition having polyethylene as the main component, the mixing ratio of polyethylene in the entire zipper tape (120) can be increased and the recyclability improved compared to, for example, a configuration in which the tear-knit body (141) is formed from polypropylene.

[0066] In the present invention, the term "main component" refers to a component having a blending amount of 50 mass% or more in the resin composition, preferably 70 mass% or more, more preferably 85 mass% or more, even more preferably 90 mass% or more, and particularly preferably 95 mass% or more. The upper limit of the blending amount in the resin composition used as the main component is 100%. Even in this case, the inclusion of impurities within a range that does not affect performance is permitted. Examples of impurities include general additives, inorganic materials such as fatty acid amides and silica, and pigments such as titanium oxide.

[0067] In addition, the resin, which is the main component of the resin composition, can be identified, for example, by the IR method. In addition, resin compositions other than polyethylene include polypropylene, polystyrene, elastomers (modifiers such as ethylene-based elastomers, propylene-based elastomers, styrene-based elastomers, etc.), COC, etc.

[0068] Meanwhile, in this embodiment, by forming a release layer (142) on the side opposite to the side that is joined to the first side (111A) of the tear-knit part (140), even if the tear-knit body (141) is formed from a resin composition having polyethylene as the main component as the zipper tape body (130), the resistance when opening can be reduced, making it easier to open the zipper tape attachment pocket (100).

[0069] In addition, since a first convex portion (133) is formed at the end of the first base piece (131A), when the tearing piece body (141) is pulled, the tearing of the first surface (111A) is induced to progress in a straight line along the first convex portion (133). By doing so, the shape of the opening formed on the first surface (111A) can be stabilized.

[0070] In addition, in this embodiment, polyethylene is used as the polyolefin resin forming the zipper tape body (130) and the tear-knit body (141), but it is not limited thereto. For example, polypropylene may be used as the polyolefin resin forming the zipper tape body (130) and the tear-knit body (141), and the release layer (142) may be formed from polyethylene, which is a resin composition having release properties with respect to polypropylene.

[0071] Additionally, the film (110) constituting the pocket (100) is preferably formed from the same polyolefin resin as the polyolefin resin forming the zipper tape body (130) and the tear-piece body (141). That is, the main component of the film (110) of the present embodiment is preferably polyethylene. In this case, the amount of resin composition other than polyethylene in the entire zipper tape-attached pocket (100) is preferably 5 mass% or less. Likewise, when the polyolefin resin forming the zipper tape body and the tear-piece body is polypropylene, the main component of the film is preferably polypropylene, and the amount of resin composition other than polypropylene in the entire zipper tape-attached pocket is preferably 5 mass% or less, more preferably 4 mass% or less, and even more preferably 3 mass% or less.

[0072] Also, in this embodiment, the peeling layer (142) is formed on the entire surface opposite to the surface that is bonded to the first surface (111A) of the torn piece body (141), but is not limited to this. For example, the peeling layer (142) may be laminated on at least a portion of the width direction (up and down direction in FIG. 2) of the torn piece part (140).

[0073] Additionally, as shown in the modified example of FIG. 5, a seal layer may be formed on the surface joined to the first surface (111A) in the first base piece (131A), the joint part (134), and the tearing piece body (141). In the illustrated example, a first seal layer (146A) is formed on the surface joined to the first surface (111A) of the first base piece (131A). The first base piece (131A) is joined to the first surface (111A) with the first seal layer (146A) interposed on the surface opposite to the surface where the first interlocking part (132A) is formed. Likewise, in the illustrated example, a second seal layer (146B) is formed on the surface joined to the first surface (111A) of the joint (134), and a third seal layer (146C) is formed on the surface joined to the first surface (111A) of the torn piece body (141).

[0074] In addition, a seal layer may also be formed on the surface facing the first surface (111A) at the connection part between the torn joint (140) and the first base joint (131A).

[0075] When polyethylene is used as the polyolefin resin to form the zipper tape body (130) and the tear-piece body (141), for example, polyethylene with a melting point of 110°C or lower is preferred, and metallocene straight-chain low-density polyethylene with a melting point of 105°C or lower is more preferred. When polypropylene is used as the polyolefin resin to form the zipper tape body (130) and the tear-piece body (141), polypropylene with a melting point of 150°C or lower is preferred.

[0076] [Second Embodiment]

[0077] FIG. 6 is a partial plan view of a zipper tape attachment pocket related to a second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view along line VII-VII of FIG. 6. In addition, since the configuration of this embodiment is identical to that of the first embodiment except for the configuration regarding the perimeter seal portion and tab described below, a redundant detailed description is omitted.

[0078] As shown in FIG. 6, the zipper tape attachment pocket of the present embodiment has a perimeter seal portion (115) in addition to a side seal portion (114). A portion of the side seal portion (114) and the perimeter seal portion (115) form a seal portion with a surrounding shape.

[0079] The first notch (144A) (tab (145)) of the present embodiment is formed in an area surrounded by the side seal portion (114) and the circumference seal portion (115). Also, the second notch (114B) is not formed in the zipper tape attachment pocket (100) of the present embodiment.

[0080] The zipper tape body (130) and the tear-piece body (141) of the present embodiment are formed from a resin composition having polyethylene, which is a polyolefin resin, as the main component, just like the zipper tape (120) of the first embodiment. In addition, the polyolefin resin forming the zipper tape body (130) and the tear-piece body (141) is not limited to polyethylene; polypropylene may be used, and the release layer may be formed from polyethylene, which is a resin composition having release properties with respect to polypropylene.

[0081] As shown in FIG. 7(a), since the first notch (144A) is formed through the first surface (111A), the tear piece body (141), and the second base piece (131B), the user can raise the above three layers from the first surface (111A) side starting from the tab (145) formed by the notch (144A) as shown in FIG. 7(b). When the user grabs the tab (145) and pulls, as shown in FIG. 7(c), the second base piece (131B) is broken at the circumferential seal portion (115), and only the first surface (111A) is torn along the tear piece body (141), thereby opening the pocket.

[0082] Next, a method for manufacturing a zipper tape attachment pocket having a perimeter seal (115) will be described.

[0083] A method for manufacturing a zipper tape-attached pocket includes a process of forming a perimeter seal portion (115) on the pocket using a sealing device, and a process of forming a first notch (144A) in an area surrounded by the perimeter seal portion (115) using a cutting blade and a receiving member facing each other with the pocket in between. Here, the formation of the seal portion (148) and the formation of the notch (144A, 144B) may be performed first, but it is preferable to perform the formation of the seal portion (148) first in order to prevent the notch from fusing due to the heat of the heat seal.

[0084] Next, a zipper tape related to a modified embodiment of the present invention will be described.

[0085] FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of a zipper tape (120B) of a first variant. In the zipper tape (120B0) of this variant, the tear-and-tear section (140) is laminated to a second base section (131B).

[0086] When manufacturing a zipper tape attached pocket, a zipper tape (120B) is bonded to a first surface (111A) (see FIG. 1) through a seal layer (146A, 146B, 146C).

[0087] FIG. 9 is a partial cross-sectional view of a zipper tape related to the second modified example.

[0088] As shown in FIG. 9, the peeling layer (142B) of the tear-knitted portion (140) of the present variation is laminated on the tear-knitted body (141) on all sides except the side where the third seal layer (146C) is formed.

[0089] According to the present modified example, since it becomes easier to peel off the first base piece (131A) side of the tearing piece (140), the resistance during opening can be further reduced. Also, for example, by preventing the resin of the tearing piece body (141) or the second base piece (131B) from wrapping around the peeling layer, the tearing piece (140) can be easily and reliably separated from the second base piece (131B) during opening.

[0090] FIG. 10 is a partial cross-sectional view of a zipper tape related to the third modified example. FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view showing the zipper tape joined to the second base piece.

[0091] As shown in FIG. 10, the tear-joint portion (140) of the present variation has an additional layer (147) additionally laminated on the release layer (142) on the side opposite to the third seal layer (146C). The additional layer (147) is formed of a resin composition having polyethylene as the main component, just like the zipper tape body (130) and the tear-joint body (141). As shown in FIG. 11, the additional layer (147) is bonded to the second base joint (131B) side when the zipper tape (120) is bonded to the film (110) by means of a heat seal, etc.

[0092] According to the present variation, an additional layer (147) is bonded to the second base piece (131B), thereby preventing the resin of, for example, the tear piece body (141) or the second base piece (131B) from being welded around the peeling layer (142), so that the tear piece part (140) can be easily and reliably separated from the second base piece (131B) when opened.

[0093] Additionally, an additional layer (147) may be formed on the torn joint (140) related to the second variation as shown in FIG. 12.

[0094] In the above second and third variations, a seal layer may be formed on the surface to be joined to the first surface (111A) (see FIG. 2) in the first base piece (131A), the joining part (134) (see FIG. 5), and the torn piece body (141), just as in the first variation of the first embodiment. Additionally, a seal layer for joining to the first surface (111A) may be formed on the connection part between the torn piece (140) and the first base piece (131A).

[0095] When polyethylene is used as the polyolefin resin to form the zipper tape body (130) and the tear-piece body (141), for example, polyethylene with a melting point of 110°C or lower is preferred, and metallocene straight-chain low-density polyethylene with a melting point of 105°C or lower is more preferred. When polypropylene is used as the polyolefin resin to form the zipper tape body (130) and the tear-piece body (141), polypropylene with a melting point of 150°C or lower is preferred.

[0096] [Third Embodiment]

[0097] FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view of a zipper tape related to a third embodiment of the present invention. In addition, regarding parts identical to the first embodiment in the configuration of this embodiment, a detailed description is omitted.

[0098] As shown in FIG. 13, the peeling layer (142C) of the tearing piece (140) of the present embodiment is laminated on the tearing piece body (141) on all sides except the side (the side on which the third seal layer (146C) is formed) that is bonded to the first side (111A) (see FIG. 2) of the film (110) and the connection side (F1) with the first base piece (131A).

[0099] That is, the peeling layer (142C) is laminated on the side facing the second base piece (131B) of the tearing piece body (141), the side opposite to the side connected to the first base piece (131A) of the tearing piece body (141), and the side connected to the first base piece (131A) of the tearing piece body (141), and the side (F2) excluding the connection surface (F1) with the first base piece (131A).

[0100] The release layer (142C) of the present embodiment contains polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE). When the zipper tape body (130) and the tear-off body (141) are formed from a resin composition having polyethylene as the main component, the mass ratio of polypropylene to polyethylene in the release layer (142C), PP : PE, is preferably PP : PE = 85 : 15 to 50 : 50, more preferably 80 : 20 to 55 : 45, and even more preferably 75 : 25 to 60 : 40. The polyethylene in the release layer (142C) is more preferably low-density polyethylene (LDPE), and even more preferably straight-chain low-density polyethylene (LLDPE).

[0101] Additionally, the polyolefin resin forming the zipper tape body (130) and the tear-piece body (141) is not limited to polyethylene, but may use polypropylene. In this case, the PP:PE ratio in the release layer (142C) is preferably PP:PE = 15:85 to 50:50, more preferably 20:80 to 45:55, and even more preferably 25:75 to 40:60.

[0102] Also, the peeling layer (142C) may include a coloring agent such as a white pigment.

[0103] In the zipper tape of the present embodiment, a seal layer (146A, 146B, 146C) may be formed on the joint portion (134) of the first base piece (131A) and the second base piece (131B), and on the surface joined to the first surface (111A) of the tear piece body (141), just like a modified example of the first embodiment.

[0104] In this embodiment, a seal layer may be formed at the connection portion between the tearing portion (140) and the first base portion (131A) to be bonded to the first surface (111A) (see FIG. 2). Additionally, if a gap is formed between the connection portion and the first surface (111A), the seal layer at the connection portion may not be present.

[0105] When polyethylene is used as the polyolefin resin to form the zipper tape body (130) and the tear-piece body (141), for example, polyethylene with a melting point of 110°C or lower is preferred, and metallocene straight-chain low-density polyethylene with a melting point of 105°C or lower is more preferred. When polypropylene is used as the polyolefin resin to form the zipper tape body (130) and the tear-piece body (141), polypropylene with a melting point of 150°C or lower is preferred.

[0106] According to the above embodiment, the release layer (142C) is not formed on the connection surface (F1) with the first base piece (131A), so the tearing piece body (141) and the first base piece (131A) are connected without the release layer (142C) interposed. As a result, unintended cutting between the tearing piece body (141) and the first base piece (131A) can be suppressed, for example, when the zipper tape is being transported or when it is being inserted into a machine during bag making.

[0107] In addition, the peeling layer (142C) is laminated on the surface (F2) excluding the connection surface (F1) with the first base piece (131A) as the side surface of the tear piece body (141) that is connected to the first base piece (131A), so that the tear-piece body (141) and other parts may be welded together, for example, when the zipper tape attached pouch is unwrapped, thereby preventing damage to the opening ability.

[0108] Also, by setting the mass ratio of polypropylene and polyethylene in the peeling layer (142C) to the above mass ratio and configuring the polypropylene to additionally contain polyethylene, the zipper tape (120) is crushed in the side seal portion (114) (see FIG. 1). When processed, the interface between the torn joint (140) and the second joint (131B) is peeled off, forming a gap in the side seal (114), and the leakage of contents from there can be further suppressed.

[0109] Additionally, in the above embodiment, the release layer (142C) is laminated on all surfaces of the tear-piece body (141) other than the surface joined to the first surface (111A) of the tear-piece body (141) and the connection surface (F1) with the first base piece (131A), but is not limited thereto. The release layer (142C) only needs to be laminated on the surface opposite to the surface joined to the first surface (111A) of the tear-piece body (141). The peeling layer (142C) is preferably laminated on at least one of the second side (111B) side rather than the connection surface (F1) as the side of the first base piece (131A) of the tearing piece body (141), and the side opposite to the first base piece (131A) of the tearing piece body (141), and it is more preferable that it is laminated on both of these sides. That is, the peeling layer (142C) does not need to be laminated on the entire surface of the side of the first base piece (131A) of the tearing piece body (141).

[0110] Additionally, in the above embodiment, when the main component of the peeling layer (142C) is polypropylene, the peeling layer (142C) is composed of polyethylene, and when the main component of the peeling layer (142C) is polyethylene, the peeling layer (142C) is composed of polypropylene to suppress leakage, but this is not limited thereto. For example, a layer containing polypropylene and polyethylene may be formed in the part facing the tearing portion (140) of the second base piece (131B). Alternatively, a predetermined amount of polypropylene may be mixed in the part facing the tearing portion (140) of the second base piece (131B). Alternatively, as in the third variation (Fig. 10), an additional layer (147) may be formed on the peeling layer (142) on the opposite side from the third seal layer (146C), and the additional layer (147) may contain polypropylene or polyethylene.

[0111] Also, as shown in FIG. 14, the surface (F3) facing the first surface (111A) of the connection portion between the tearing piece (140) and the first base piece (131A) does not need to be on the same plane as the surface joined to the first surface (111A) of the tearing piece body (141) and the surface joined to the first surface (111A) of the first base piece (131A). In this case, it is preferable that the peeling layer (142C) be formed on the first surface (111A) side as well as the connection surface (F1) as the surface on the first base piece (131A) side of the tearing piece body (141). Additionally, the peeling layer (142C) may be laminated on at least one of the following surfaces: the side opposite to the first base piece (131A) of the torn piece body (141), the side opposite to the first base piece (111A) of the torn piece body (141), the side opposite to the first surface (111A) of the connection surface (F1), and the side opposite to the second surface (111B) of the connection surface (F1), except for the side opposite to the first surface (111A) of the torn piece body (141).

[0112] Examples

[0113] Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to examples. Furthermore, the present invention is not limited in any way to the descriptions in these examples. In the examples, a zipper tape-attached pouch was manufactured using a predetermined manufacturing device. The film constituting the pouch body is a laminate of a 12 μm biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film and a 50 μm linear-chain low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). The raw material composition of the release layer (142C) is as shown in Table 1. In Table 1, PP is polypropylene and LLDPE is linear-chain low-density polyethylene.

[0115]

[0116] <Leak Evaluation>

[0117] First, the leak evaluation is described. In the leak evaluation, a leak solution (product name: Dye Penetration Inspector FP-S manufactured by Taseto Co., Ltd.) was sealed in a zippered pouch, and the presence or absence of a leak was evaluated.

[0118] Leakage assessment was conducted using the method described below.

[0119] (1) The interlock was opened, the leak liquid was sealed, and the saw seal part (112) was sealed. After that, the torn joint part was rubbed together about 10 times, and the pressure was reduced for 30 seconds under a pressure of -0.06 MPa.

[0120] (2) After sealing the leak solution, the zippered bag containing the leak solution was hung and left undisturbed for 3 days.

[0121] Table 1 shows the results of the leak evaluation. In the leak evaluation column of Table 1, A indicates that no leak occurred, B indicates that leak liquid seeped out but was within an acceptable range, and C indicates that leak occurred due to delamination between the torn knitting section and the second base knitting section, and that there is a possibility of restrictions depending on the application.

[0122] As shown in Table 1, in Examples 1 to 3, where the release layer contains straight-chain low-density polyethylene, it was found that the occurrence of leakage caused by interfacial delamination between the torn knitting part and the second base knitting part could be suppressed. In particular, in Example 2, where the content of straight-chain low-density polyethylene was 30 mass%, and Example 3, where the content was 40 mass%, better results were obtained in which there was no seepage of leakage liquid. On the other hand, in Example 4, where the release layer did not contain straight-chain low-density polyethylene, leakage occurred due to interfacial delamination between the torn knitting part and the second base knitting part.

[0123] <Peel Strength Evaluation>

[0124] The peel strength evaluation was carried out using the method described below.

[0125] (1) Using a heat gradient tester, the torn joint (140) and the second joint (131B) were heat-sealed under heat-sealing conditions (heat-sealing temperature 230°C, sealing pressure 0.2 MPa, sealing time 1 second).

[0126] (2) The maximum strength was measured when separating the sealed torn knit section (140) and the second base knit section (131B) by pulling the torn knit section (140) at a speed of 300 mm / min using a push-pull gauge (manufactured by Imada Co.).

[0127] As shown in Table 1, in all examples, the peel strength was less than 20 N / 15 mm, which is a good result, and in particular, Examples 1, 2, and 4 showed better peelability with a peel strength less than 10 N / 15 mm.

[0128] Although preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, the present invention is not limited to these examples. It is clear to those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains that various modifications or alterations may be made within the scope of the technical concept described in the claims, and these are also naturally understood to fall within the technical scope of the present invention.
