Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a device for winding and recovering an old belt (10) during maintenance work on a conveyor belt (10). A winding shaft (20) on which the belt (10) is wound and a driving shaft (31) to which power is supplied are connected through a rotating body (40) equipped with a reciprocating plate (50). A binding groove (25) is formed in the winding shaft (20) to which the end portion of the reciprocating plate (50) is coupled, thereby allowing the winding shaft (20) and the driving shaft (31) to be easily connected and separated by only the movement of the reciprocating plate (50). Background Technology

[0003] In a belt (10) conveyor, the belt (10) that comes into direct contact with the transported material can be considered a consumable item that requires periodic replacement, and the worn-out belt (10) is separated and recovered from the conveyor and then disposed of or processed for recycling.

[0004] The recovery of the old belt (10) of such a conveyor is performed by installing a winding device that power-rotates the winding shaft (20) near the starting or ending point of the conveyor as in FIG. 1, cutting the belt (10) mounted on the conveyor, and connecting the end of the cut belt (10) to the winding shaft (20) to rotate the winding shaft (20) at high speed.

[0005] When the recovery of the belt (10) from the conveyor is completed, the belt (10) is separated from the winding shaft (20) using a crane or the like, in the same state as the belt (10) is wound on the winding shaft (20) as shown in the enlarged section of FIG. 1, and then transported for disposal or reprocessing.

[0006] Accordingly, the winding device body that supports the winding shaft (20) and provides power to rotate it at high speed, and the winding shaft (20) need to be configured to be mutually detachable. In order to enable mutual detachment between the winding shaft (20) and the rotating shaft configured in the winding device body, such as the drive shaft (31), a plurality of flanges (27) and couplings (28) are utilized. Related prior art includes Patent No. 974430 and Patent No. 1870264. The problem to be solved

[0008] In conventional winding devices for conveyor belts (10), such as Patent No. 974430 and Patent No. 1870264, as shown in FIG. 2, a rotating shaft such as a drive shaft (31) and a support shaft (32) configured in the main body of the device and a winding shaft (20) on which the belt (10) is wound are connected by a coupling (28) and a flange (27).

[0009] As shown in FIG. 2, in a conveyor belt (10) winding device, both ends of the winding shaft (20) are connected to the drive shaft (31) and the support shaft (32) of the winding device body, respectively. The drive shaft (31) and the support shaft (32) are shafts mounted on a support (30) in an upright state during the winding device configuration. The drive shaft (31) is connected to a motor (39) to provide power to the winding shaft (20), and the support shaft (32), which normally rotates freely, supports the end of the winding shaft (20) on the other side of the drive shaft (31) and rotates together with the support shaft (32).

[0010] Additionally, although not indicated by a drawing symbol in the attached drawing, considering the heavy weight of the winding shaft (20) in the state where the belt (10) is wound, rollers supporting both ends of the winding shaft (20) may be configured.

[0011] As such, the winding shaft (20), which has both ends connected to the drive shaft (31) and support shaft (32) configured in the belt (10) winding device, is connected through a flange (27) and a coupling (28) as shown in the enlarged excerpt of FIG. 2, and thus there was a problem in that the connection and disassembly work was complex and the work took a long time.

[0012] In particular, when connecting and disconnecting the winding device and the winding shaft (20), the worker must perform the separation and assembly work directly using a hand tool while in close proximity to the drive shaft (31) and support shaft (32) of the winding device for a long time, which has a serious problem with an ever-present risk of accident. means of solving the problem

[0014] The present invention is designed to enable quick and easy attachment and detachment of the winding shaft (20) of a conveyor belt (10) winding device, as well as to enable faithful power transmission and stable support to the winding shaft (20) during operation of the winding device. In a conveyor belt winding device, one end of the winding shaft (20) is connected to a drive shaft (31), and a plurality of binding grooves (25) are radially arranged on the outer edge of the end of the winding shaft (20). A cylindrical rotating body (40) is attached to the drive shaft (31), and a pair of active grooves (45) are symmetrically formed on the rotating body (40). A circular receiving portion (46) is formed at the end of the active groove (45) on the side of the drive shaft (31), and a guide portion (47) with an expanded internal width is formed between the receiving portion (46) and the end of the active groove (45). A reciprocating plate (50) is attached to the active groove (45). A conveyor belt winding device is characterized in that a tooth (56) is formed at the rear end of a reciprocating plate (50), and a widened portion (53) is formed between the tooth (56) and the end of the reciprocating plate (50), so that the widened portion (53) of the reciprocating plate (50) is coupled to the guide portion (47) of the activity groove (45), and a bolt (60) that engages with the tooth (56) of the reciprocating plate (50) is mounted in the receiving portion (46) of the activity groove (45), so that as the bolt (60) rotates, the reciprocating plate (50) moves back and forth, and when the reciprocating plate (50) is coupled to the binding groove (25), the winding shaft (20) and the rotating body (40) are connected, and when the reciprocating plate (50) is detached from the binding groove (25), the winding shaft (20) and the rotating body (40) are separated.

[0015] In addition, the present invention is a conveyor belt winding device characterized in that a support shaft (32) that is coaxial with the winding shaft (20) and reciprocates in the axial direction is installed on the other side of the drive shaft (31) of the winding shaft (20), and a compression cone (35) whose diameter gradually decreases toward the drive shaft (31) is installed at the end of the support shaft (32) so as to be freely rotatable, so that when the outer surface of the compression cone (35) is in contact with the inner surface of the winding shaft (20) which is a tubular body, the winding shaft (20) is connected to the support shaft (32), and when the outer surface of the compression cone (35) is detached from the inner surface of the winding shaft (20), the winding shaft (20) is separated from the support shaft (32). Effects of the invention

[0017] Through the present invention, the winding shaft (20) of the conveyor belt (10) winding device can be freely, quickly, and easily attached and detached, and reliable power transmission and stable support to the winding shaft (20) are also possible when the winding device is in operation.

[0018] In particular, the operation of attaching and detaching the winding shaft (20) of the conveyor belt (10) winding device can be simplified, and it is also advantageous for reducing working time and ensuring safety, thereby ensuring economic efficiency in the operation of the conveyor belt (10) winding device. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0020] Figure 1 is an explanatory diagram of a conveyor belt winding device. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a conventional conveyor belt winding device. FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the present invention FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the winding shaft mounting state of the present invention. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the winding shaft separation state of the present invention. FIG. 6 is an exploded perspective view of the rotating body of the present invention. FIG. 7 is a representative cross-sectional view of the present invention Specific details for implementing the invention

[0021] The detailed configuration and operation method of the present invention will be explained with reference to the attached drawings as follows.

[0022] First, FIG. 3 is a perspective view illustrating a state in which the winding shaft (20) on which the belt (10) is wound is completely separated in the device of the present invention, which is a conveyor belt (10) winding device. As can be seen from the figure, in the present invention, means for connecting shafts such as a flange (27) or coupling (28), which were essential in the prior art, are completely excluded. In this invention, the winding shaft (20) and the drive shaft (31) and support shaft (32) of the conveyor belt (10) winding device can be easily, quickly, and safely detached without these general connecting shaft elements.

[0023] FIGS. 4 and FIGS. 5 illustrate the state in which a winding shaft (20) is mounted on the winding device of the present invention and the state in which a winding shaft (20) is separated from the winding device of the present invention, respectively. As can be seen in the enlarged excerpts within these drawings, in the present invention, the drive shaft (31) that is connected to the motor (39) to provide rotational power and the winding shaft (20) are mutually detachable through a configuration such as a rotating body (40) and a reciprocating plate (50), and in the present invention, the support shaft (32) that supports the winding shaft (20) on the other side of the drive shaft (31) is mutually detachable from the winding shaft (20) through a truncated cone (35).

[0024] That is, as shown in the excerpted enlarged section of FIGS. 4 and FIGS. 5, in the present invention, the connection between the drive shaft (31) and the winding shaft (20) is performed by the reciprocating plate (50), which reciprocates on the rotating body (40) joined to the drive shaft (31), capturing the winding shaft (20), and the connection between the support shaft (32) and the winding shaft (20) is performed by the compression cone (35) at the end of the support shaft (32) being in close contact with the inner surface of the end of the winding shaft (20), which is a tubular body.

[0025] In addition, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, when one end of the winding shaft (20) on which the belt (10) is wound is connected to the driving shaft (31), a plurality of binding grooves (25) are arranged radially with the center of the winding shaft (20) as the axis on the outer edge of the end of the winding shaft (20). These binding grooves (25) are parts to which the end of the reciprocating plate (50) is joined. Instead of the reciprocating plate (50) simply pressing against the outer surface of the winding shaft (20), the end of the reciprocating plate (50) is joined to the binding groove (25) formed in a recess on the outer edge of the end of the winding shaft (20), thereby enabling a stronger and more stable mutual connection.

[0026] Additionally, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, a cylindrical rotating body (40) is attached to the end of the winding shaft (20) of the driving shaft (31), and a pair of straight active grooves (45) are formed in the cylindrical rotating body (40) symmetrically with respect to the center of the rotating body (40). Although the active grooves (45) are formed by cutting into the center from the outer surface of the upper and lower parts of the rotating body (40) in the drawings, the upper active groove (45) and the lower active groove (45) are only symmetrically formed with respect to the center of the rotating body (40), and since their direction and position change according to the rotation of the rotating body (40), the position of the active grooves (45) is not limited to the upper or lower side.

[0027] Additionally, as shown in FIG. 6, a circular receiving portion (46) is formed at the end of the driving shaft (31) of the active groove (45), and a guide portion (47) with an expanded internal width is formed between the receiving portion (46) of the active groove (45) and the end of the open winding shaft (20) of the active groove (45).

[0028] As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, a reciprocating plate (50) is coupled to each activity groove (45) so that it can freely reciprocate. The width of the reciprocating plate (50) and the inner width of the activity groove (45) are aligned, and a tooth (56) is formed at the rear end of the reciprocating plate (50) on the side of the drive shaft (31). An enlarged widening portion (53) is formed between the tooth (56) of the reciprocating plate (50) and the end of the reciprocating plate (50) on the side of the winding shaft (20), and the enlarged widening portion (53) of the reciprocating plate (50) is coupled to the guide portion (47) of the activity groove (45).

[0029] Additionally, as shown in FIG. 6, a bolt (60), which is a male screw that engages with the teeth (56) of the reciprocating plate (50), is mounted in the receiving portion (46) of the active groove (45) so as to be freely rotatable. As shown in the enlarged excerpt of FIG. 7, the bolt (60) is installed on the rotating body (40) in a state where it is free to rotate in place but movement in any direction, including the axial direction, is suppressed.

[0030] Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 7, as the bolt (60) rotates, the reciprocating plate (50) coupled to the active groove (45) moves back and forth. When the reciprocating plate (50) moves toward the center of the rotating body (40), the end portion of the reciprocating plate (50) is coupled to the binding groove (25) of the winding shaft (20), thereby binding the winding shaft (20) and the rotating body (40). When the reciprocating plate (50) moves toward the outside of the rotating body (40), the end portion of the reciprocating plate (50) is detached from the binding groove (25) of the winding shaft (20), thereby separating the winding shaft (20) and the rotating body (40).

[0031] Thus, the connection state between the winding shaft (20) and the reciprocating plate (50) can be easily and quickly adjusted solely by the rotation of the bolt (60) mounted on the rotating body (40). In particular, through the mutual connection structure between the connection groove (25) and the end of the reciprocating plate (50), a strong mutual connection between the winding shaft (20) and the driving shaft (31) is possible, and at the same time, the rotational force of the driving shaft (31) can be faithfully transmitted to the winding shaft (20).

[0032] Meanwhile, in the present invention, the connection between the support shaft (32), which is a free rotational shaft on the other side of the drive shaft (31), and the winding shaft (20) is performed through a truncated cone (35). This also enables strong and stable fastening and support when the support shaft (32) and the winding shaft (20) are mutually connected, and allows for easy and rapid separation of the support shaft (32) and the winding shaft (20).

[0033] As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the winding shaft (20) is a hollow tube, and a support shaft (32) that is coaxial with the winding shaft (20) and reciprocates in the axial direction is installed on the other side of the drive shaft (31) of the winding shaft (20).

[0034] That is, the conveyor belt (10) winding device of the present invention is a device that supports both ends of a winding shaft (20) on which the belt (10) is wound and provides rotational power to the winding shaft (20). Support members (30) are erected on both sides of the winding shaft (20), a drive shaft (31) is installed on one side of the support member (30) and is connected to a motor (39) and a power transmission means, and a support shaft (32) that can rotate freely is configured on the other side of the support member (30). A truncated cone (35), with a diameter that gradually decreases toward the drive shaft (31), is installed at the end of the support shaft (32) on the side of the drive shaft (31) so as to be freely rotatable.

[0035] In particular, when a support shaft (32) that is coaxial with the winding shaft (20) and capable of reciprocating in the axial direction is installed on a support (30) on the other side of the drive shaft (31) of the winding shaft (20), as shown in FIGS. 4, 5 and 7, the support shaft (32) is configured as a male screw, and a female screw that engages with this male screw is installed on the support (30) so that the support shaft (32) can move in the axial direction as the support shaft (32) is rotated.

[0036] Additionally, the compression cone (35) coupled to the end of the drive shaft (31) of the support shaft (32) is configured to allow free rotation by incorporating a bearing or the like, and when the support shaft (32) moves toward the drive shaft (31) and the outer surface of the compression cone (35) comes into contact with the inner surface of the winding shaft (20), the winding shaft (20) is connected to the support shaft (32), and when the support shaft (32) moves toward the other side of the drive shaft (31) and the outer surface of the compression cone (35) separates from the inner surface of the winding shaft (20), the winding shaft (20) is separated from the support shaft (32).

[0037] Accordingly, when the compression cone (35) is in close contact with the inner surface of the winding shaft (20) and the support shaft (32) and the winding shaft (20) are mutually connected, the compression cone (35) rotates along with the winding shaft (20) as it is rotated by the drive shaft (31), thereby enabling smooth rotation and support of the winding shaft (20). If separation between the support shaft (32) and the winding shaft (20) is required, the compression cone (35) can be quickly separated from the winding shaft (20) simply by retracting the support shaft (32) to the other side of the drive shaft (31).
