Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a container bag for automatic packaging, and more specifically, to a container bag for automatic packaging that maintains a stable upright shape when filling contents, thereby improving the stability of the automated process. Background Technology
[0002] Generally, a container bag is also called a FIBC (flexible intermediate bulk container), big bag, or bulk bag, and is an industrial bag for transporting and storing contents such as grains, synthetic resin materials, granular materials such as ore, or powdered materials such as cement, flour, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as ‘contents’).
[0003] At this time, the container bag is manufactured using a flexible fabric-like material to facilitate the storage and retrieval of contents, as well as storage when contents are not stored. Specifically, the container bag consists of an outer bag that maintains the bag's shape while maintaining strength, and an inner bag provided inside the outer bag to store contents.
[0004] At this time, a partition bag may be additionally provided to prevent the side wall corners from bulging outward when contents are stored in the inner bag. Additionally, a vinyl inner lining may be additionally provided on the inside to prevent moisture from accumulating on the contents stored inside.
[0005] Recently, as international trade has become more active and cargo volumes have increased, there is a growing demand for container bags that can provide greater stability and maximize space efficiency during transport by truck or container vehicle, or during warehouse loading, in order to ensure efficient transportation and storage while simultaneously reducing transportation and storage costs amidst intensifying competition.
[0006] Meanwhile, when filling the container bag with contents, the worker opens the container bag's opening and securely fastens it to the opening of the hopper through which the contents are discharged. Then, air is injected into the container bag to inflate it, and the contents are poured into it. Afterward, the worker completes the process by tightening the container bag's opening with a strap or similar means.
[0007] Here, when the filling port of the container bag was placed at the input port, there was a problem where the upper side of the filling port bent. As a result, it was very difficult to automate the process of filling the contents into the container bag. Specifically, when moving the container bag to the input port, the filling port would tip over, making it inevitable for the worker to set the filling port back upright.
[0008] As a result, the automated process of filling the container bags with contents was intermittently interrupted. In addition, defects occurred, such as the crumpled container bags being unusable in the automated process, as the upper side of the filling port frequently bent and crumpled.
[0009] Accordingly, the worker manually opened the opening of the container bag and hooked it onto the opening of the hopper, and also manually sealed the opening of the container bag after the contents had been filled. At this time, manual work by the worker is time-consuming and poses a risk of accidents because the worker must perform the work near the machine.
[0010] Furthermore, when the contents were fed into the container bag from the hooper's inlet, they were loaded unevenly. Consequently, as the load of the contents became eccentric, a bulging phenomenon occurred where the center of the container bag's side protruded outward, causing a problem of occupying more loading space.
[0011] In addition, there was a problem where the load of the contents inside the container bag was eccentric, and in severe cases, the part where the load was eccentric would tear. Prior art literature
[0012] Korean Registered Utility Model No. 20-0454330 The problem to be solved
[0013] To solve the above-mentioned problems, the objective is to provide an automatic packaging container bag that maintains a stable upright shape during content filling, thereby improving the stability of the automated process. means of solving the problem
[0014] To solve the above problem, the present invention provides an automatic packaging container bag comprising: a side wall portion formed by folding along a plurality of corners to form an internal receiving space; a cover portion sewn to the upper end of the side wall portion and having an injection port connected to the center; and a bottom portion sewn to the lower end of the side wall portion; an inner liner inserted and disposed in the receiving space and having a storage space formed inside; and an upright reinforcing liner inlet portion connected to the entrance edge of the inner liner so as to communicate with the internal space and provided to be exposed through the injection port, wherein the thickness of the liner inlet portion is formed to be thicker than the thickness of the inner liner, and the lower end of the liner inlet portion is inserted through the entrance edge of the inner liner, and the mutually overlapping area between the outer surface of the lower end of the liner inlet portion and the inner surface of the entrance edge of the inner liner is mutually heat-fused and connected. Effects of the invention
[0015] Through the above-mentioned solution, the automatic packaging container bag according to the present invention provides the following effects.
[0016] First, the liner inlet, which is provided to be exposed by penetrating the injection part of the outback, is formed to be thicker than the thickness of the inner liner and is heat-fused to the rim of the inner liner's inlet to provide upward support, thereby minimizing creasing and improving elastic recovery, which prevents the liner inlet from collapsing, allowing the automated process of filling contents to be performed stably.
[0017] Second, the liner inlet exposed by penetrating upward from the injection port where the vision mark is formed is stably maintained in an upright state, so when the vision mark is recognized by a robot, the 3-axis directional distance and position recognition are precisely recognized, which can reduce the frequency of errors in processes such as vacuum suction lifting and clamping, thereby significantly improving the reliability of the automation process.
[0018] Third, multiple input holes are formed facing each corner of the receiving space spread inside the outer bag, so that the contents are loaded uniformly into the corner and central parts of the inner liner without density differences. This increases the maximum load capacity and minimizes damage such as tearing caused by weight differences, thereby significantly improving product stability. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0021] FIG. 1 is a projected perspective view showing an automatic packaging container bag according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a side view showing an automatic packaging container bag according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of an automatic packaging container bag according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4 is a side view showing the lower part of the liner inlet of an automatic packaging container bag according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a flowchart of an automatic process applying an automatic packaging container bag according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0022] Here, it is preferable to understand FIG. 1 as a projection view in which the liner opening of a container bag for automatic packaging according to an embodiment of the present invention is projected.
[0023] The automatic packaging container bag according to one embodiment of the present invention is also called a FIBC (flexible intermediate bulk container), big bag, or bulk bag, and it is preferred to understand it as an industrial bag for transporting and storing contents such as synthetic resin materials including secondary battery materials, granular materials such as ore, or powdered materials such as cement (hereinafter collectively referred to as ‘contents’).
[0024] As seen in FIGS. 1 to 4, an automatic packaging container bag (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention includes an outer bag (10), an inner liner (20), and a liner inlet (30).
[0025] Here, the above-described automatic packaging container bag (100) is provided with a flexible material such that the storage volume is minimized when the contents are not stored, but the outer shape is deformed and the storage capacity is maximized when the contents are stored inside the inner liner (20) described later.
[0026] Additionally, the above-mentioned automatic packaging container bag (100) may be provided to have a cylindrical shape or a polygonal prism shape when filled with contents. At this time, when the above-mentioned automatic packaging container bags (100) filled with contents are arranged in a continuous horizontal direction, it is preferable that they be provided to maintain a rectangular prism shape so that the space between the above-mentioned automatic packaging container bags (100) is minimized.
[0027] Meanwhile, referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the outback (10) preferably includes a side wall portion (11), a cover portion (12), and a bottom portion (13). Here, the outback (10) is provided to wrap around the inner liner (20) containing the contents so as not to damage it.
[0028] At this time, the outback (10) may be formed by weaving natural fibers, PVC (polyvinyl chloride), synthetic resins (polypropylene, polyethylene), etc., and is provided to have strength capable of maintaining its external shape when filled with contents. Specifically, the outback (10) may be woven in various ways, such as plain weave or twill weave.
[0029] In detail, the side wall portion (11) is preferably formed by bending along the perimeter based on a plurality of corners so that a receiving space (10a) is formed inside. Specifically, it is described and illustrated that it is formed by bending based on four corners so that the space between the automatic packaging container bags (100) is minimized when the contents are stored in a horizontal continuous arrangement, but it is not limited thereto.
[0030] Here, the side wall portion (11) is provided in the shape of a rectangular column with the upper and lower surfaces open, and the receiving space (10a) can be formed inside the side wall portion (11) as the cover portion (12) and the bottom portion (13) described later are combined.
[0031] Additionally, the side wall portion (11) is formed by being bent based on four corners and is provided as four separate members. If the width of each member is uniform, the side wall portion (11) may be provided in the shape of a square prism, and if the width of two members is narrow and the width of two members is wide, it may be provided in the shape of a rectangular prism.
[0032] Of course, if the above side wall (11) is provided as a single member with a wide width, the side wall (11) may be provided in the shape of a square prism when the folding interval to form each face is the same, and may be provided in the shape of a rectangular prism when the folding interval is different.
[0033] Additionally, it is preferable to provide a cover portion (12) that is sewn to the upper part of the side wall portion (11) and has an injection port (14) connected to the center. At this time, the cover portion (12) may be manufactured integrally with the side wall portion (11) or connected by heat fusion.
[0034] Here, the injection port (14) can be formed by weaving natural fiber material, PVC (polyvinyl chloride), synthetic resin (polypropylene, polyethylene), tarpaulin, etc., integrally with the outback (10).
[0035] At this time, the injection port (14) can be joined along the edge of the opening formed by penetrating the cover portion (12) and provided in the center of the cover portion (12). Additionally, the injection port (14) can be manufactured integrally with the cover portion (12).
[0036] Additionally, it is preferable that the injection port (14) be formed of a material that forms a sealed surface so as to be adsorbed and raised by a vacuum adsorption means. At this time, the material of the injection port (14) can be manufactured from various materials as long as it forms a sealed surface so as to be adsorbed and raised by the vacuum adsorption means.
[0037] In detail, the contents of the above-described automatic packaging container bag (100) are stored by an automated process robot. Here, the above-described automatic packaging container bag (100) is vacuum-adsorbed and transported by a vacuum suction means of the automated process robot, and an unfolding process is performed to unfold the above-described automatic packaging container bag (100).
[0038] Meanwhile, it is preferable to include the bottom portion (13) which is sewn and connected to the lower end of the side wall portion (11). Here, the bottom portion (13) may be manufactured integrally with the side wall portion (11) or connected by heat fusion.
[0039] In detail, the bottom portion (13) may be provided to have a cross-sectional area larger than the receiving space (10a) inside the side wall portion (11). At this time, the bottom portion (13) may cover the lower space formed at the bottom of the side wall portion (11), and the portion protruding outward from the bottom of the side wall portion (11) may be folded to wrap around the outer surface of the side wall portion (11).
[0040] Additionally, a discharge pipe section (15) for discharging contents may be formed in the central part of the bottom section (13). Here, the discharge pipe section (15) penetrates the bottom section (13) and communicates with a storage space (20a) formed inside the inner liner (20) described later.
[0041] In detail, the discharge pipe (15) is provided in the center of the bottom portion (13) at the bottom of the automatic packaging container bag (100) to facilitate the discharge of contents stored in the automatic packaging container bag (100) when discharging contents.
[0042] At this time, the upper part of the discharge pipe section (15) may be provided by being sewn together with the outback (10) or formed integrally. Here, when discharging the contents, the lower part of the discharge pipe section (15) may be cut so that the contents can be discharged from the storage space to the outside through the discharge pipe section (15).
[0043] Meanwhile, the above-mentioned outback (10) may be manufactured from a fabric having a sealing coating layer made of an inert resin material laminated on the outer surface of the outback (10) facing the external space. Here, the inert resin refers to a resin that does not undergo a chemical reaction or has a very low degree of reaction when in contact with other substances in a cured state, and it is preferable to understand it as a resin with high chemical stability, such as polypropylene (PP).
[0044] Therefore, when the inner liner (20), which contains contents such as secondary battery materials and ore that must be isolated from the outside to prevent damage, deterioration and performance degradation, is damaged, the contents can be protected from the external environment by the sealing coating layer of the outer bag (10).
[0045] Through this, the sealing coating layer made of an inert resin material is laminated on the outer surface of the above-mentioned outback (10), so the contents can be stably stored without leakage into the external space, and contamination of the contents by foreign substances in the external space can be prevented.
[0046] In addition, since the sealing coating layer made of an inert resin material is laminated on the outer surface of the above-mentioned outback (10), stable sealing performance can be maintained without degradation even when in contact with other foreign substances such as moisture in the external space.
[0047] In addition, although not shown in the drawing, a curved portion that is concave inwardly can be formed at the center of each rim at the bottom of the outbag (10) to improve the upright stability of the outbag (10). Also, as the bottom surface of the outbag (10) is preferably cut into a clover shape, when the contents are stored inside the outbag (10), the load of the contents can be distributed toward the corners of the outbag (10).
[0048] In addition, the load of the contents is distributed toward the corners of the outer bag (10), thereby preventing the central part of the lower surface from becoming convex downwards. Through this, the upright stability and stacking stability of the automatic packaging container bag (100) can be further improved.
[0049] Additionally, a lifting belt may be sewn onto the upper edge of the above-mentioned outback (10). At this time, the lifting belt may be separately provided and sewn from a synthetic resin material, or may be provided from a high-strength fabric such as polypropylene (PP).
[0050] Here, the lifting belt is a part used when lifting the contents of the automatic packaging container bag (100) through a crane or hoist, and can be provided in 3 to 6 places along the upper edge of the outer bag (10).
[0051] In detail, the lifting belt can be connected to connect the central part of one side of the upper portion of the side wall (11) and the central part of the adjacent other side. Here, since the cover part sewn to the upper portion of the side wall (11) and the end of the lifting belt can be integrally sewn together, the manufacturing process efficiency of the automatic packaging container bag (100) can be improved.
[0052] Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 3, it is preferable to provide an inner liner (20) that is inserted and disposed in the receiving space (10a) and has a storage space (20a) formed inside. Specifically, it is preferable that the inner liner (20) be formed of polyethylene (PE) material. At this time, since the contents are stored in the storage space formed inside the inner liner (20), it can be formed of various synthetic resin materials as long as it is a material that seals the external space, but is not limited thereto.
[0053] Here, a fixed wing portion (20c) is provided protruding with a predetermined length at each corner portion of the inner liner (20) corresponding to the position of each corner portion of the outback (10).
[0054] In detail, the fixed wing portion (20c) is provided by being joined or sewn with double-sided tape or hot melt to the fixed portion (10c) formed at each corner of the outback (10). At this time, the inner liner (20) is also unfolded as the outback (10) unfolds.
[0055] Through this, the degree of unfolding of the inner liner (20) can be determined solely by the shape of the outer bag (10) before the contents are inserted by the automated process robot after the automatic packaging container bag (100) loaded in a folded state is unfolded.
[0056] Additionally, the inner liner (20) is inserted and disposed inside the receiving space (10a) of the outback (10), and the outer surface of the inner liner (20) may be provided in a shape that fits with the inner surface of the outback (10) forming the receiving space (10a).
[0057] Therefore, when contents are stored in the storage space (20a) inside the inner liner (20), the inner liner (20) can be prevented from tearing due to the volume of the contents. Specifically, it is preferable to understand that when the volume of the inner liner (20) expands due to the contents, the outer surface of the inner liner (20) is supported by the inner surface of the outer back (10).
[0058] In addition, it is preferable to include the liner inlet part (30) for uprightness reinforcement, which is connected to the inlet edge of the inner liner (20) so that the internal space (30a) is connected and exposed through the injection port.
[0059] In detail, when contents are introduced into the automatic packaging container bag (100), the liner inlet (30) is connected to the storage space (20a) formed inside the inner liner (20). Here, the contents can be introduced into the storage space (20a) through the internal space (30a) formed by penetrating the liner inlet (30) in the longitudinal direction.
[0060] Specifically, the liner inlet (30) is preferably formed of polyethylene (PE) material, the same as the material of the inner liner (20). Here, since the contents penetrate the interior of the liner inlet (30) when stored, the contents can be formed of various synthetic resin materials as long as they are sealed from the external space, but are not limited thereto.
[0061] In addition, it is preferable that the thickness of the liner inlet (30) be formed such that the automatic packaging container bag (100) does not bend to one side due to creasing and folding when the contents are stored by the automated process robot.
[0062] Here, the thickness of the liner inlet portion (30) is formed to be thicker than the thickness of the inner liner (20), and it is preferable that the inlet edge of the inner liner (20) and the overlapping area of the liner inlet portion (30) are connected by heat fusion.
[0063] At this time, in order for the heat fusion to proceed smoothly when the inner liner (20) and the liner inlet (30) are heat-fused to each other, it is preferable that the inner liner (20) and the liner inlet (30) be formed of the same material.
[0064] Here, the inner liner (20) and the liner inlet (30) are preferably connected by heat fusion, but can be joined using double-sided tape or hot melt.
[0065] In detail, preferably, the liner inlet portion (30) may be formed from a film of synthetic resin material with a thickness of 80 to 250 μm. And, the inner liner (20) may be formed from a film of synthetic resin material with a thickness of 40 to 100 μm.
[0066] At this time, it is preferable that the lower portion of the liner inlet (30) be connected to the inlet rim of the inner liner (20) to seal the storage space (20a) inside the inner liner (20). Specifically, it is preferable that the lower portion of the liner inlet (30) be sealed but connected in a state where it is inserted through the inlet rim of the inner liner (20).
[0067] Through this, the liner inlet (30) is formed to be thicker than the thickness of the inner liner (20) and is connected to the inner liner (20) by mutual heat fusion, so that bending and tipping of the liner inlet (30) can be prevented when the automatic packaging container bag (100) is moved by the automated process robot.
[0068] In detail, the liner inlet (30) and the inner liner (20) are connected by heat fusion at the internal joint (20b) in the lower direction of the liner inlet (30). At this time, the uprightness of the liner inlet (30) is reinforced by the internal joint (20b) formed in the lower direction of the liner inlet (30).
[0069] Accordingly, the liner inlet (30), which is provided to be exposed by penetrating the injection part (14) of the outback (10), is formed to be thicker than the thickness of the inner liner (20) and is heat-fused to the inlet edge of the inner liner (20) and supported upward, thereby minimizing creasing and improving elastic recovery, so that the collapse of the liner inlet (30) is prevented, and thus the automated process of injecting contents can be performed stably.
[0070] In detail, the liner inlet (30) is inserted through the opening edge of the inner liner (20), so that the contents are introduced into the storage space (20a) inside the inner liner (20) through the liner inlet (30).
[0071] Additionally, it is preferable that a plurality of input holes (32) are formed at the lower end of the liner inlet (30), facing each corner of the receiving space (10a) spread out inside the outback (10).
[0072] In detail, referring to FIG. 4, the outermost contour of the lower portion of the liner inlet (30) may include a liner tip portion (31) that forms a rounded curved surface. Here, the insertion holes (32) are arranged in multiple numbers along the edge direction of the liner tip portion (31).
[0073] Accordingly, the input holes (32) are arranged in multiple numbers along the edge direction of the liner tip portion (31) and are positioned on the curved surface of the liner tip portion (31). Through this, the contents are introduced into the liner inlet portion (30) and discharged in the direction of radius expansion of the liner tip portion (31).
[0074] Through this, the contents introduced into the liner inlet (30) are introduced into each of the corner portions of the receiving space (10a) through a plurality of input holes (32). Specifically, since the liner inlet (30) is formed by penetrating the inlet rim of the inner liner (20) inserted into the receiving space (10a) inside the outback (10), it is introduced into the storage space (20a) through the input hole (32).
[0075] Here, the input hole (32) is formed at the bottom of the liner inlet (30) and may be formed in multiple numbers along the outer edge of the liner inlet (30). At this time, since the input hole (32) faces each corner of the receiving space (10a) spread out inside the outback (10), the contents are fed into the storage space (20a) and are fed in the direction of each corner of the receiving space (10a).
[0076] Meanwhile, it is preferable that a vision mark (40) to be recognized by a robot's vision sensor be displayed on the outer surface of the injection port (14) corresponding to the central part of one side of the outback (10).
[0077] In detail, the vision mark (40) preferably includes three marks so that the distance and position in the three-axis direction are recognized by the vision sensor. Accordingly, the positions of the injection port (14) and the liner inlet (30) can be identified by the vision mark (40) so that the suction lifting of the injection port (14) and the clamping lifting of the liner inlet (30), which will be described later, can be performed.
[0078] Here, since the automatic packaging container bag (100) is folded when loaded, the vision mark (40) is displayed on the 1st and 3rd sides of the side wall (11). Specifically, the automatic packaging container bag (100) is loaded with the 2nd and 4th sides of the side wall (11) folded, but the injection port (14) is exposed.
[0079] Accordingly, it is preferable that the positions of the injection port (14) and the liner inlet (30) be identified when the contents are introduced into the automatic packaging container bag (100) by the above automated process robot, and that they be marked on the 1st and 3rd sides of the side wall (11).
[0080] Here, it is preferable that the bonding area between the inner surface of the injection port (14) and the opposing outer surface of the liner inlet (30) be arranged symmetrically with respect to the central part where the vision mark (40) is formed. At this time, it is preferable that the inner surface of the injection port (14) and the opposing outer surface of the liner inlet (30) be bonded to each other using double-sided tape or hot melt.
[0081] In detail, the inner surface of the injection port (14) and the opposing outer surface of the liner inlet (30) are joined together with double-sided tape or hot melt to form an external joint (10b). At this time, the vision mark (40) formed on the outer surface of the injection port (14) is maintained in a flat state without wrinkles, so that the position of the injection port (14) and the liner inlet (30) can be identified without error by the vision sensor of the automated process robot.
[0082] Meanwhile, when the inner liner (20) is inserted into the receiving space (10a), a liner outlet (21) that is inserted into the discharge pipe (15) may be provided at the lower end of the inner liner (20).
[0083] In detail, the liner outlet (21) is provided in communication with the storage space (20a) to discharge contents stored inside the storage space (20a). Here, the upper portion of the liner outlet (21) may be provided by joining it to the lower portion of the inner liner (20) with double-sided tape or hot melt tape, or may be formed integrally with the inner liner (20).
[0084] Here, when discharging the contents, the lower part of the discharge pipe (15) is cut, so that the liner outlet (21) is also cut together, and the contents can be discharged from the storage space to the outside through the discharge pipe (15).
[0085] Meanwhile, a baffle bag may be further provided that is inserted and disposed inside the outer bag (10), that is, in the receiving space (10a). Specifically, it is preferable to understand that contents are stored inside the baffle bag while it is placed inside the outer bag (10).
[0086] Specifically, the above baffle bag may include a liner sheet portion, a baffle laminated sheet portion, and a reinforcing retaining portion.
[0087] Here, the liner sheet portion is provided with a first synthetic resin material sheet, and contents are stored inside the side portion partitioned through corner portions formed at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction. At this time, the material of the liner sheet portion may be formed from various synthetic resin materials, including polyethylene, which offers excellent economic efficiency.
[0088] In detail, an input section for introducing contents and an output section for discharging contents may be provided on the upper and lower sides of the liner sheet section. Here, the input section and the output section may be integrally extended vertically from the side section, and the input section and the output section may be formed narrowly with a cross-sectional area smaller than that of the side wall section.
[0089] Furthermore, the baffle laminated sheet portion is formed by laminating a sheet of a first synthetic resin material and a sheet of a second synthetic resin material. At this time, the baffle laminated sheet portion is connected diagonally to the inner surface of each adjacent side portion centered on each corner portion, and a sheet of the first synthetic resin material is disposed on the side facing the inner surface of the side portion.
[0090] In addition, a plurality of through holes may be formed in the baffle laminated sheet portion so that the contents to be received can be moved and stored in the inner side of the corner portion.
[0091] In detail, the reinforcing laminated sheet portion may be formed by laminating a sheet of a first synthetic resin material and a sheet of a second synthetic resin material. At this time, the reinforcing laminated sheet portion is laminated and combined on the outer side along the longitudinal direction of each central part of the side portion, wherein the side facing the outer surface of the side portion has a sheet of the first synthetic resin material placed thereon and the positions of both ends overlap with both ends of the baffle laminated sheet portion.
[0092] Here, the first synthetic resin is made of polyethylene (PE), and the second synthetic resin may be made of polypropylene (PP) to polyethylene terephthalate (PET).
[0093] Specifically, the melting point of the polyethylene material is 130 to 145 ℃, the melting point of the polypropylene material is 160 to 170 ℃, and the melting point of the polyethylene terephthalate material is 260 ℃ or higher. In addition, the tensile strength of polypropylene or polyethylene terephthalate is formed to be higher than that of the polyethylene material.
[0094] Meanwhile, a combined portion can be formed by heat-fusion of the reinforcing laminated sheet portion, the liner sheet portion, and the baffle laminated sheet portion along the overlapping portion on the edge side of the baffle laminated sheet portion.
[0095] Specifically, the same first synthetic resin material facing the reinforcing laminated sheet portion is heat-fused to the outer surface of the liner sheet portion to form an integrated structure, and the same first synthetic resin material facing the baffle laminated sheet portion is heat-fused to the inner surface of the liner sheet portion to form an integrated structure. The heat-fused portion thus forms a substantially integrated joint.
[0096] At this time, it is preferable that the tensile strength and melting point of the second synthetic resin material are higher than those of the first synthetic resin material.
[0097] Accordingly, the heating temperature for heat fusion is set in the range of 130 to 145 ℃, which is the melting point of polyethylene material, and through this, only the contact portions of mutually facing polyethylene sheets are melted to form a mutually integrated joint.
[0098] That is, the inner surface of the liner sheet portion and the opposing surface of the baffle laminated sheet portion are heat-fused and integrated using the same polyethylene material, and the outer surface of the liner sheet portion and the opposing surface of the reinforcing laminated sheet portion are also heat-fused and integrated using the same polyethylene material. In this way, the baffle laminated sheet portion and the reinforcing laminated sheet portion, which are respectively positioned facing each other on the inner and outer surfaces relative to the liner sheet portion and made of the same polyethylene material, are heat-fused to form an integrated joint portion.
[0099] Through this, sheets of the same polyethylene material are thermally fused to each other by thermal fusion between the inner surface of the liner sheet portion and the opposing surface of the baffle laminated sheet portion, and between the outer surface of the liner sheet portion and the opposing surface of the reinforcing laminated sheet portion, thereby forming an integrated joint.
[0100] Therefore, the bonding strength of the joint portion is significantly reinforced and integrated, just as if it were originally a single connector, thereby preventing tearing even during prolonged use and significantly improving durability.
[0101] That is, the bonding durability can be significantly improved at the integrated joint portion, and at the same time, the tensile strength can also be significantly reinforced simultaneously by being reinforced as a tough material by a sheet of a second synthetic resin material, which is made of polypropylene or polyethylene terephthalate, laminated to the rear surface of the baffle laminated sheet portion and the reinforcing laminated sheet portion.
[0102] Meanwhile, with reference to FIG. 5, the process of storing contents by the automated robot of the above-mentioned automatic packaging container bag (100) is examined in detail.
[0103] In detail, the process of storing contents of the automatic packaging container bag (100) by the automation robot includes a first step (s10) in which the injection port (14) is suctioned and raised by the vacuum suction means so that the automatic packaging container bag (100) is unfolded.
[0104] And, the method includes a second step (s20) in which the liner inlet portion (30) of the unfolded automatic packaging container bag (100) is clamped and raised by a clamping means, and the upper part of the liner inlet portion (30) is cut and inserted into an inlet into which contents are introduced.
[0105] In addition, the method includes a third step (s30) in which contents are introduced into the storage space (20a) formed inside the inner liner (20) through the liner inlet (30), and a fourth step (s40) in which the liner inlet (30) is separated from the inlet and the liner inlet is joined after the contents are introduced.
[0106] At this time, the automatic packaging container bag (100) is loaded with the 2nd and 4th sides of the side wall (11) folded, while the injection port (14) is exposed. Specifically, the central part of the 2nd and 4th sides of the side wall (11) is folded inward, and the upper part of the injection port (14) is folded so as to contact the outer surface of the 3rd side of the side wall (11). At this time, one side of the side wall (11) faces the bottom surface.
[0107] Here, when the side wall portion (11) is provided in a rectangular shape and the automatic packaging container bag (100) is provided in a rectangular shape, one side of the side wall portion (11) can be folded inward so that three sides of the side wall portion (11) face the bottom surface.
[0108] Meanwhile, in the first step above, the injection port (14) is suctioned and raised by the vacuum suction means of the automated process robot, and the automatic packaging container bag (100) is unfolded (s10).
[0109] Here, it is preferable to understand that the automatic packaging container bag (100) being unfolded means that the automatic packaging container bag (100), which is folded and stored for loading, is unfolded by the automated process robot.
[0110] In detail, the outer surface of the automatic packaging container bag (100), that is, the outer bag (10), is provided to have strength capable of maintaining its external shape, so that the automatic packaging container bag (100) unfolds downward in the direction of gravity without wrinkles when the suction lift of the injection port (14) is lifted.
[0111] At this time, the automatic packaging container bag (100) is transported to the top of a separate rail device, and the automatic packaging container bag (100) is further unfolded by the rail device while the injection port (14) is vacuum-adsorbed.
[0112] Here, the operation of the rail device is stopped, and the vacuum suction of the injection port (14) of the vacuum suction means is stopped, and at the same time, the vacuum suction means and the injection port (14) are separated.
[0113] And, the liner inlet (30) of the automatic packaging container bag (100) developed in the second step is clamped and raised by the clamping means of the automated process robot, and the upper part of the liner inlet (30) is cut and inserted into the inlet into which contents are introduced (s20).
[0114] At this time, the vision mark (40) on the outer surface of the injection port (14) is recognized by the vision sensor of the automated process robot. Then, the clamping means identifies the positions of the injection port (14) and the liner inlet (30) and clamps both sides of the liner inlet (30) to raise and lower them.
[0115] Here, the liner inlet (30), which is exposed by penetrating upward from the injection port (14) where the vision mark (40) is formed, is stably maintained in an upright state, so that when the vision mark (40) is recognized by a robot, the 3-axis direction distance and position recognition are precisely recognized, thereby reducing the frequency of errors in processes such as vacuum suction lifting and clamping, and thus the reliability of the automation process can be significantly improved.
[0116] At this time, the storage space (20a) inside the inner liner (20) is sealed to prevent external substances from entering and contaminating the contents being stored. Therefore, in order to store contents into the storage space (20a), the clamping means clamps and raises the liner inlet (30), and then the upper part of the liner inlet (30) is cut by a cutting means provided on the automated process robot.
[0117] In addition, to prevent damage to the injection port (14) when the clamping means clamps the liner inlet portion (30) and cuts the upper end of the liner inlet portion (30), it is preferable that the liner inlet portion (30) be provided with a length that protrudes above the upper end of the injection port (14). Specifically, it is preferable that the height-direction length of the liner inlet portion (30) be 10 to 30 cm longer than the height-direction length of the injection port (14).
[0118] Here, the liner inlet (30) is clamped and moved by the clamping means of the automated process robot so that the inlet into which the contents are introduced is inserted into the liner inlet (30). At this time, a separate fixing means may be provided on the automated process robot to support the inner surface of the liner inlet (30) on the outer surface of the inlet so that it is fixed and does not flow down when the contents are introduced.
[0119] And, in the third step above, contents are introduced into the storage space (20a) formed inside the inner liner (20) through the liner inlet (30) (s30).
[0120] In detail, the contents are introduced as the inner side of the liner inlet (30) is fixed to the outer surface of the inlet. Here, the contents are introduced into each corner of the receiving space (10a) through the inlet hole (32) at the bottom of the liner inlet (30).
[0121] Specifically, the input hole (32) is formed facing each of the corner edges of the receiving space (10a) spread out inside the outback (10), so when the contents are input, the contents are stacked in the direction of the edge of the storage space (20a).
[0122] Accordingly, since the plurality of the above-mentioned input holes (32) are formed facing each corner of the receiving space (10a) spread inside the outback (10), the contents are loaded uniformly into the corner and central parts of the inner liner (20) without a difference in density, thereby increasing the maximum load capacity and minimizing damage such as tearing due to weight difference, so the stability of the product can be significantly improved.
[0123] Meanwhile, in the fourth step above, after the contents are introduced, the liner inlet part (30) is separated from the inlet and the liner inlet part (30) is joined (s40).
[0124] In detail, after the contents are inserted into the automatic packaging container bag (100), the inlet is raised and separated to the outside of the liner inlet section (30). Here, alignment guide pins symmetrically provided on both sides of the inlet are extended in the 2nd and 4th directions of the side wall section (11), so that the liner inlet section (30) is formed in a plate-like shape.
[0125] At this time, the injection port (14) is clamped and moved by a moving jig part provided in the automated process robot, and the liner inlet part (30) at the top of the injection port (14) is joined with double-sided tape or hot melt. Here, the injection port (14) can also be joined to the liner inlet part (30) with double-sided tape or hot melt.
[0126] Here, it is preferable that the moving jig part is provided in a shape that does not block the recognition of the vision mark (40) when clamping the injection port (14). In addition, it is preferable to align the liner inlet part (30) and the injection port (14) in a plate-like manner for joining, and to ensure that the expansion direction of the alignment guide pins, which are symmetrically provided on both sides, is directed toward the 2nd and 4th sides of the side wall part (11) so that there is no damage such as folding of the vision mark (40).
[0127] Meanwhile, the automatic packaging container bag (100) into which contents have been introduced by the above-mentioned automated process robot can be moved by the above-mentioned moving jig part, and then further sealing reinforcement processes, such as tying the top of the injection port (14) and the liner inlet part (30) with a string, can be performed.
