Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a watch-type underwater buoy, and more specifically, to a life-saving device in the form of a watch that a person wears on their body and can transmit their location to others by displaying the buoy in an emergency. Background Technology

[0003] In Korea, since three sides are bordered by the sea, the marine fisheries industry has developed. In this fisheries environment, at work sites where people directly enter the water or mudflats to harvest seafood, workers must move out of the water or mudflats in advance when the tide comes in. However, when workers are focused on their work, they miss the timing to evacuate and end up trapped in the water or mudflats, posing a risk of safety accidents.

[0004] Furthermore, due to the aging society, the workers performing these tasks are often elderly women, exposing them to a serious risk of safety accidents.

[0005] For the reasons mentioned above, when working underwater or in mudflats, the movement of seawater must be observed frequently, and a separate manager is assigned to control the work, but safety accidents are occurring due to slight carelessness.

[0006] In particular, when working in mudflats, if water comes in during work, the worker must move out of the water, but if they are unable to move in time, their body may become submerged in water.

[0007] As described above, when working in mud, the worker faces difficulties in movement due to the phenomenon of the body sinking into the mud. If a worker falls into water or mud, they cannot escape on their own and must receive external assistance. However, since a body submerged in water or mud is not easily identifiable from the outside, the worker's location cannot be determined, leading to a failure to rescue and resulting in casualties. The problem to be solved

[0009] The purpose of the present invention is to provide an underwater buoy with usability and safety, which can be used in emergencies by workers working underwater or in mudflats, thereby providing a safe working environment by preventing accidents involving human lives.

[0010] In addition, the present invention aims to simplify the structure of an underwater buoy to make it convenient to carry and wear, and to increase the usability of the underwater buoy. means of solving the problem

[0012] The present invention provides an improved clock-type underwater buoy as a means of solving the above problem.

[0013] The underwater buoy according to the present invention has a gas cylinder formed in a wristband provided for wearing on the body.

[0014] In addition, the present invention has a body having a switch for opening and closing the gas cylinder, a pipe through which the gas travels, and a float insertion part.

[0015] In addition, the present invention has a buoy that is inserted into the buoy insertion part above and expands with gas.

[0016] In addition, the present invention has a clock module formed on the upper side of the above body for storing a buoy.

[0017] In addition, the present invention has a hinge that connects the above-mentioned clock module and the body to open the clock module. Effects of the invention

[0019] A clock-type buoy like the present invention has the following effects.

[0020] The present invention provides an underwater buoy in the form of a watch, thereby providing convenience for the user to carry and wear it, and has the effect of providing a safe working environment for the user.

[0021] The effect of this invention is that the user can always carry an underwater buoy and use it in an emergency, thereby preserving the user's life. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0025] FIG. 1 is an exploded view illustrating the configuration of a clock-type underwater buoy according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a combined diagram illustrating the configuration of a clock-type underwater buoy according to the present invention. FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram of gas movement of a clock-type underwater buoy according to the present invention. FIG. 4 is an example of the operation of a clock-type underwater buoy according to the present invention. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0026] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. For reference, the size, line thickness, etc., of the components illustrated in the drawings referenced for explaining the present invention may be depicted somewhat exaggerated for ease of understanding.

[0027] In addition, the terms used in the description of the present invention are defined considering their functions in the present invention, and may vary depending on the user's or operator's intent, convention, etc.

[0028] Therefore, it is appropriate to define the terms based on the content throughout this specification.

[0030] A clock-type underwater buoy (100) according to the present invention will be described in detail based on the attached drawing.

[0031] Figures 1 to 4 attached illustrate the configuration and use of the present invention, and it can be seen that the present invention is composed of a wristband (10) having a gas cylinder (20), a float (40), and a watch module (50) combined with a body (30).

[0032] In addition, it can be seen that the float (40), which is expanded by gas injection, is displayed outside the body (30).

[0034] The present invention is described in detail according to the following embodiments.

[0035] The watch-type underwater buoy (100) of the present invention is characterized by having a gas cylinder (20) formed in a wristband (10) worn on the wrist of the body.

[0036] The above wristband (10) has a band structure in the form of a conventional watch strap, and in the present invention, it is a band type using Velcro connection.

[0037] The shape of the gas cylinder (20) of the present invention varies depending on the amount of gas injected, but in the embodiment of the present invention, two are provided by forming them at both ends of the band.

[0038] The above gas cylinder (20) is equipped with a valve (21) for injecting and discharging gas, so that the amount of gas to be refilled and injected can be controlled.

[0039] In the present invention, the gas injected into the above gas cylinder (20) is helium gas, which is lighter than air, and has a low risk of explosion and high instantaneous expansion.

[0041] The body (30) constituting the present invention is attached to the end of the wristband (10) and worn on the wrist in the form of a conventional watch.

[0042] The above body (10) has a gas pipe (32) through which gas injected into the gas cylinder (20) travels, and a float insertion part (33) is formed in the center of the body (30).

[0043] In addition, a switch (31) for opening and closing the above gas pipe (32) is provided.

[0045] The buoy (40) constituting the present invention is inserted into the buoy insertion part (33) of the body (30), and before expansion, it is inserted in the form of a thin sheet so as not to take up volume, and the buoy (40) is connected to the pipe (32).

[0046] For the above operation, the buoy (40) is made of 0.7mm latex resin having strong durability and high expansion power.

[0048] The clock module (50) constituting the present invention is configured to tell time like a conventional clock and may be electronic or wind-up type, but in the present invention, the clock module (50) is an electronic liquid crystal.

[0049] It can be seen that the present invention uses a hinge (60) for joining the above-mentioned body (30) and the clock module (50).

[0050] The above hinge (60) is the same as a conventional hinge in which the wing (62) unfolds or folds around a conventional rotating pin (61), and the connection between the hinge (60), the body (30), and the clock module (50) is fixed by screw connection or adhesive.

[0052] The use of the present invention as described above is explained.

[0053] The use of the present invention is such that when a worker wears a watch-type underwater buoy (100) on their wrist and a critical situation occurs while working underwater or in mud and needs to indicate their location externally, the user operates a switch (31) formed on the body (30).

[0054] When the above switch (31) is operated, the gas injected into the gas cylinder (20) is transported through the pipe (32) and injected into the float (40), and the float (40) injected with gas expands.

[0056] As described above, during the process of the buoy (40) expanding, the clock module (50) opens from the body (30) by rotating motion via the hinge (60) due to the buoy (40) whose volume has expanded, and the expanded buoy (40) is displayed to the outside.

[0057] Figure 4(a) attached shows the buoy (40) before expansion, and Figure 5(b) shows the buoy (40) in an expanded state.

[0059] Even if a worker falls into water or mud through the inflated buoy (40) as described above, the inflated buoy (40) rises above the water surface or mud and indicates the worker's location to the outside, so that the worker can be rescued quickly and safely by others.

[0061] Although specific embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited by the embodiments disclosed in this specification and the attached drawings, and can be modified in various ways by those skilled in the art within the scope of the technical spirit of the present invention.
