[0030] FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing an example of the functional configuration of a monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment.
[0031] As shown in FIG. 2, the monitoring support system (1) is equipped with a portal server (10) and a user terminal (20). In addition, in the example shown in FIG. 2, for convenience of explanation, one user terminal (20) is shown, but multiple user terminals (20) may be connected to the portal server (10) through a network (NW1).
[0032] The user terminal (20) is equipped with an NW communication unit (21), an input unit (22), a display unit (23), a terminal memory unit (24), and a terminal control unit (25).
[0033] The NW communication unit (21) is a functional unit realized by the NW adapter (H21) and connects to the network (NW1) to perform data communication, for example, with the portal server (10).
[0034] The input unit (22) is a functional unit realized by an input device (H24) and receives information from a user, such as login information to the portal server (10), designation of learning data and analysis data to be registered to the portal server (10), and input of analysis processing. [0035] The display unit (23) is a functional unit realized by a display (H25), and, for example, displays a menu screen transmitted from the portal server (10), various screens of analysis processing, analysis results, and report information.
[0036] The display unit (23) displays, for example, a list of analysis information (a list of reports) that allows comparison of analysis results corresponding to each of the multiple monitoring targets. Here, the multiple monitoring targets include, for example, multiple facilities of different types that are being monitored by a monitor (user of the monitoring support system (1)) in a plant such as a building, factory, hospital, or power plant, and the display unit (23) displays the analysis information of these as a list.
[0037] The terminal memory unit (24) is composed of memory (H22) and stores various information used by the user terminal (20). The terminal memory unit (24) stores, for example, acquired data of a monitoring target prior to registration (learning data and analysis data), analysis results received from the portal server (10), etc.
[0038] The terminal control unit (25) is a functional unit realized by executing a program stored in memory (H22) on a processor (H23). The terminal control unit (25) executes various processing by the user terminal (20). For example, the terminal control unit (25) connects to a portal server (10) through an NW communication unit (21) and displays a menu screen received from the portal server (10) on a display unit (23).
[0039] In addition, the terminal control unit (25) displays the screen of the analysis processing received from the portal server (10) on the display unit (23), and transmits the learning data and analysis data of the monitoring target received from the user through the input unit (22) to the portal server (10) through the NW communication unit (21).
[0040] Additionally, the terminal control unit (25) displays a list of analysis information of multiple monitoring targets, which is a result screen of analysis processing received from the portal server (10), on the display unit (23), and transmits selection information of analysis information received from the user through the input unit (22) to the portal server (10) through the NW communication unit (21). Additionally, the terminal control unit (25) displays report information received from the portal server (10) on the display unit (23) according to the selection information.
[0041] The portal server (10) is equipped with an NW communication unit (11), a server memory unit (12), and a server control unit (13).
[0042] The NW communication unit (11) is a functional unit realized by the NW adapter (H11) and connects to the network (NW1) to perform data communication with the user terminal (20).
[0043] The server memory unit (12) is composed of memory (H12) and stores various information used by the portal server (10). The server memory unit (12) is equipped with a group information memory unit (121), a user information memory unit (122), a learning data memory unit (123), a monitoring setting memory unit (124), an analysis data memory unit (125), a learning model memory unit (126), an analysis result memory unit (127), and a report information memory unit (128).
[0044] The group information storage unit (121) stores information regarding the group to which the user belongs, such as a company, organization, or group. In addition, in the surveillance support system (1) according to the present embodiment, by contracting for the service on a group basis, such as a company, the service provided by the portal server (10) (e.g., analysis service of a surveillance target, etc.) becomes available. The group information storage unit (121) stores information regarding the group contracted for the service. The group information storage unit (121) stores, for example, a group ID identifying the group to which the user belongs and restriction information regarding analysis processing for analyzing acquired data of a surveillance target in correspondence. Here, with reference to FIG. 3, an example of data of the group information storage unit (121) will be described.
[0045] FIG. 3 is a drawing showing an example of data of the group information storage unit (121) in the present embodiment.
[0046] As shown in FIG. 3, the group information storage unit (121) stores the group ID, management password, group name, contract signal number, number of accounts, number of times analysis is possible, number of times analysis is executed, and validity period in correspondence.
[0047] In FIG. 3, the group ID is group identification information that identifies a group contracted with the service. Additionally, the management password is a password used, for example, by a representative of the group when performing management processing such as user registration. Additionally, the group name indicates a group name such as a contracted company name, organization name, or group name.
[0048] In addition, the contract signal count indicates the number of signals available during analysis processing. The contract signal count is an example of the upper limit for acquired data (analysis data) of monitored targets set for each group. Furthermore, the account count is the number of user accounts that can be registered within a group, and is an example of the upper limit for users set for each group. Additionally, the analysis availability count indicates the number of times analysis processing can be performed, and the analysis execution count indicates the number of times analysis processing has been executed. The analysis availability count is an example of the execution limit for analysis processing set for each group.
[0049] In addition, the validity period indicates the validity period for the use of the service of the portal server (10) and is an example of the usage period for analysis processing set for each group. Here, the number of contract signals, the number of accounts, the number of times analysis is possible, the number of times analysis is executed, and the validity period are examples of limit information regarding analysis processing. In addition, in addition to the number of times analysis is possible and the number of times analysis is executed, the upper limit of analysis processing set for each group, such as the number of contract executions, may be stored in the group information storage unit (121). In addition, the group information storage unit (121) may be stored for setting information, such as change information based on contract conditions (e.g., usage fees, etc.) and setting information of configurable options.
[0050] For example, in the example shown in FIG. 3, it is shown that the group ID is "G001", the management password of the group is "ABCDXXX", and the group name is "00 Corporation". It is also shown that the number of contract signals of this group is "50", the number of accounts is "50", the number of times analysis is possible is "20", the number of times analysis is executed is "10", and the validity period is "2022 / 3 / 31" (March 31, 2022).
[0051] Returning to the description of FIG. 2, the user information storage unit (122) stores user information regarding users using the portal server (10). The user information storage unit (122) stores user information for each group. Here, with reference to FIG. 4, an example of data of the user information storage unit (122) is described.
[0052] FIG. 4 is a drawing showing an example of data of the user information storage unit (122) in the present embodiment.
[0053] As shown in FIG. 4, the user information storage unit (122) stores the group ID, user ID, password, and name in correspondence.
[0054] In FIG. 4, the group ID represents the group to which the user belongs, and the user ID represents user identification information that identifies the user. Additionally, the password represents the password for the user to access the portal server (10) and use the service. The user ID and password are login information. Additionally, the name represents the user's name or designation.
[0055] For example, in the example shown in FIG. 4, it is shown that users with user IDs "U10001" and "U10002" are registered in the group with group ID "G001". Additionally, it is shown that the user with user ID "U10001" has a password "XXXXXX" and a name "00taro". Additionally, it is shown that the user with user ID "U10002" has a password "YYYYYY" and a name "0x Development Division". Additionally, the name may be a name such as a department name, such as "0x Development Division".
[0056] Additionally, it indicates that a user with user ID "U20001" is registered in the group with group ID "G002". Furthermore, it indicates that the user with user ID "U20001" has the password "EFGHIJ" and the name "xxIchiro".
[0057] In this way, the user information storage unit (122) stores user information for each group. Additionally, the user information can be registered, changed, or deleted by the manager of each group.
[0058] Returning to the description of FIG. 2, the learning data storage unit (123) stores learning data registered by a user as learning data for creating a learning model. The learning data storage unit (123) stores, for example, normal data of a monitoring target as learning data for each monitoring target. The learning data storage unit (123) stores the learning data in correspondence with the group ID, user ID, monitoring target ID, signal name, and, for example, the analysis data storage unit (125) described later.
[0059] The monitoring setting memory unit (124) stores setting information of a monitoring target. The monitoring setting memory unit (124) stores, for example, a monitoring target ID that identifies the monitoring target, a group ID, a user ID, and setting information regarding the monitoring target in correspondence. Here, with reference to FIG. 5, an example of data of the monitoring setting memory unit (124) is described.
[0060] FIG. 5 is a diagram showing an example of data of a monitoring setting memory unit (124) in the present embodiment.
[0061] As shown in FIG. 5, the monitoring setting memory unit (124) stores the monitoring target ID, group ID, user ID, and setting information in correspondence. Here, the monitoring target ID is an example of monitoring target identification information that identifies the monitoring target.
[0062] For example, in the example shown in FIG. 5, the monitored target ID "M001" indicates that it is registered by a user whose group ID is "G001" and user ID is "U10001". In addition, this configuration information indicates that it is "XXX, YYY, …". Furthermore, the configuration information may include configuration information of the learning model used, the type of analysis processing described later (analysis of waveform comparison, or anomaly detection analysis), etc.
[0063] Returning to the description of FIG. 2, the analysis data storage unit (125) stores analysis data of a monitoring target registered by a user. Here, analysis data refers to acquired data obtained during the monitoring of a monitoring target, such as plant equipment, and includes measurement data from various sensors. The analysis data is stored, for example, in a CSV format file. Here, with reference to FIG. 6, an example of data in the analysis data storage unit (125) will be described.
[0064] FIG. 6 is a drawing showing an example of data of the analysis data storage unit (125) in the present embodiment.
[0065] As shown in FIG. 6, the analysis data storage unit (125) stores data in correspondence with the group ID, time information, user ID, monitored target ID, signal name, title, file name, and data.
[0066] In FIG. 6, User ID represents the user who registered the analysis data. Signal name is the signal name of the analysis data. Also, Title is the title name of the analysis data set by the user when registering the analysis data. Additionally, File name represents the file name of the analysis data, and Data represents the content of the analysis data file.
[0067] For example, in the example shown in Fig. 6, the log information corresponding to the group ID "G001" indicates that the time information is "2022 / 2 / 22 11:00:00" (11:00:00 on February 22, 2022) and the user ID is "U10001". In addition, this analysis data indicates that the monitored target ID is "M001", the signal name is "AI0001", the log title is "XX01 data", and the file name is "XXX01.csv".
[0068] In addition, the above-described learning data memory unit (123) may store learning data as shown in FIG. 6, just like the analysis data memory unit (125).
[0069] Returning to the description of FIG. 2, the learning model memory unit (126) stores the learning model used for analysis processing. The learning model memory unit (126) stores, for example, a group ID and a user ID in correspondence with the learning model.
[0070] The analysis result memory unit (127) stores the analysis results of the analysis processing described below. The analysis result memory unit (127) stores, for example, the analysis results in correspondence with the group ID, user ID, and monitored target ID.
[0071] The report information storage unit (128) stores report information generated based on the analysis results. The report information storage unit (128) stores, for example, group ID, user ID, and monitored target ID in correspondence with report information. Here, with reference to FIG. 7, an example of report information is described.
[0072] FIG. 7 is a drawing showing an example of report information in the present embodiment.
[0073] The report RP1 shown in Fig. 7 is report information including analysis data information (DI), analysis results (RES1), and training data (DT1) and analysis data (DT2) for comparison.
[0074] In FIG. 7, the analysis data information (DI) is information such as the period of the training data, the period of the analysis data, the number of signals, and the main signals, and is information regarding the input of the analysis. In addition, the analysis result (RES1) is, for example, a graph of the daily trend of the anomaly detection time (a cumulative display of all signal information).
[0075] In addition, the training data (DT1) represents the waveform of the training data for each signal, and the analysis data (DT2) represents the waveform of the analysis data and the analysis result for each signal.
[0076] Returning to the description of FIG. 2, the server control unit (13) is a functional unit realized by executing a program stored in memory (H12) by a processor (H13). The server control unit (13) is equipped with a Web processing unit (131), a data registration processing unit (132), a monitoring registration processing unit (133), a learning processing unit (134), an analysis processing unit (135), and a report processing unit (136).
[0077] The Web processing unit (131) performs Web processing for a portal site that provides services of the portal server (10). The Web processing unit (131) transmits various Web display data in HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) format to the user terminal (20) via the NW communication unit (11) in response to a connection request received from the user terminal (20) via the NW communication unit (11), and displays a Web screen based on the various Web display data on the display unit (23) of the user terminal (20).
[0078] The Web processing unit (131) executes, for example, a user login process. The Web processing unit (131) determines whether the user ID and password received from the user terminal (20) through the NW communication unit (11) match the user ID and password stored in the user information storage unit (122). If the received user ID and password match the user ID and password stored in the user information storage unit (122), the Web processing unit (131) authorizes the provision of the portal server (10)'s service.
[0079] Additionally, the Web processing unit (131), for example, outputs to the user terminal (20) a list of analysis information that allows comparison of analysis results corresponding to each of a plurality of monitoring targets, as an analysis result analyzed by the analysis processing unit (135) described later. That is, the Web processing unit (131) transmits the list of analysis information to the user terminal (20) through the NW communication unit (11) and displays the list of analysis information on the user terminal (20). Here, the Web processing unit (131) is an example of an output processing unit that processes output to the user terminal (20).
[0080] For example, when a new monitoring target is added to the monitoring setting memory unit (124), the Web processing unit (131) adds the monitoring target added to the monitoring setting memory unit (124) to the list of analysis information and outputs it to the user terminal (20).
[0081] Additionally, the Web processing unit (131), for example, when the analysis processing unit (135) described later completes the analysis of a newly added monitoring target, adds the analysis information of the newly added monitoring target to the beginning of the list of analysis information and outputs notification information indicating that a new monitoring target has been added to the list of analysis information to the user terminal (20).
[0082] Additionally, the Web processing unit (131) may output to the user terminal (20), upon designation from the user terminal (20), a list of analysis information corresponding to a user ID or a list of analysis information corresponding to a group ID. That is, the Web processing unit (131) switches between a list of analysis information for each user and a list of analysis information analyzed by multiple users within a group and displays them on the user terminal (20).
[0083] Additionally, the Web processing unit (131) extracts analysis information corresponding to the search information from a list of analysis information based on the search information received from the user terminal (20), and outputs the extracted list of analysis information to the user terminal (20) as a search result.
[0084] Additionally, the Web processing unit (131) outputs report information generated by the report processing unit (136), which will be described later, to the user terminal (20). For example, when a specific monitoring target is selected from a list of analysis information by the user terminal (20), the Web processing unit (131) outputs report information of the selected specific monitoring target to the user terminal (20). That is, the Web processing unit (131) obtains report information of the selected specific monitoring target from the report information storage unit (128) and transmits report information, such as that shown in FIG. 7, to the user terminal (20) through the NW communication unit (11), and displays it on the user terminal (20).
[0085] Additionally, the Web processing unit (131) restricts the use of a user, including the execution of analysis processing, based on restriction information corresponding to the group to which the user belongs, which is restriction information stored by the group information storage unit (121). Here, the Web processing unit (131) is an example of a restriction processing unit that restricts the use of the portal server (10).
[0086] The Web processing unit (131) prohibits the execution of analysis processing for a user belonging to a group, for example, when the number of times analysis processing is executed in a group reaches the execution limit. That is, the Web processing unit (131) determines whether the number of times analysis processing is executed in a group has reached the execution limit based on the number of times analysis is possible and the number of times analysis is executed in the group information storage unit (121). When the Web processing unit (131) determines that the number of times analysis processing is executed in a group has reached the execution limit, it prohibits the execution of analysis processing for the user ID of a user belonging to the group.
[0087] Additionally, the Web processing unit (131) restricts the use of a user belonging to a group when the number of signals of the acquired data used for analysis processing reaches an upper limit. That is, the Web processing unit (131) determines whether the number of signals has reached an upper limit based on the number of signals in the group information storage unit (121). When the Web processing unit (131) determines that the number of signals has reached an upper limit, it restricts the use of the portal server (10), for example, for the user ID of the user belonging to the group. In this case, the Web processing unit (131) stops the execution of analysis processing, for example, or prohibits the registration processing of data such as analysis data.
[0088] Additionally, the Web processing unit (131) restricts the registration of users belonging to a group when the number of users belonging to a group stored in the user information storage unit (122) reaches the upper limit of the number of users. That is, the Web processing unit (131) determines whether the number of users belonging to a group has reached the upper limit of the number of users based on the number of accounts in the group information storage unit (121). When the number of users belonging to a group has reached the upper limit of the number of users, the Web processing unit (131) prohibits, for example, the registration of new users.
[0089] Additionally, the Web processing unit (131) restricts the use of the user belonging to the group when the usage period of the analysis processing has reached its expiration date. That is, the Web processing unit (131) determines whether the usage period of the analysis processing has reached its expiration date based on the validity period of the group information storage unit (121). When the Web processing unit (131) determines that the usage period of the analysis processing has reached its expiration date, it restricts the use of, for example, the portal server (10) for the user ID of the user belonging to the group.
[0090] Additionally, the Web processing unit (131) releases the usage restriction when additional usage fees are paid by a group (e.g., a contracting company of the portal server (10)).
[0091] The data registration processing unit (132) registers the learning data and analysis data received from the user terminal (20). The data registration processing unit (132) stores the learning data received from the user terminal (20) in the learning data storage unit (123) by associating it with the group ID, user ID, and monitoring target ID, for example, as shown in FIG. 6. Additionally, the data registration processing unit (132) stores the analysis data received from the user terminal (20) in the analysis data storage unit (125) by associating it with the group ID, user ID, and monitoring target ID, for example, as shown in FIG. 6.
[0092] The monitoring registration processing unit (133) adds setting information of a monitoring target corresponding to an additional request received from a user terminal (20) to the monitoring setting memory unit (124). The additional request here is, for example, a request for analysis of a monitoring target (a request for execution of analysis processing), a request for creation of a learning model, etc. The monitoring registration processing unit (133) stores the setting information of a monitoring target in the monitoring setting memory unit (124), for example, as shown in FIG. 5.
[0093] The learning processing unit (134) generates a learning model based on learning data. The learning processing unit (134) generates a learning model based on learning data by using, for example, normal data of a monitored target received from a user terminal (20) as learning data. The learning processing unit (134) generates a learning model based on learning data stored by the learning data storage unit (123).
[0094] Additionally, the learning processing unit (134) stores the generated learning model in the learning model memory unit (126). The learning processing unit (134), for example, matches the group ID, the user ID, and the learning model and stores them in the learning model memory unit (126).
[0095] The analysis processing unit (135) analyzes the acquired data of a monitored target based on a learning model created using normal data of a previously registered monitored target as learning data. The analysis processing unit (135) can perform two analysis processes: waveform comparison analysis and abnormal sign analysis. Waveform comparison analysis is a process of analyzing by performing a waveform comparison between the learning data, which is normal data of the monitored target, and the analysis data. Additionally, abnormal sign analysis is a process of analyzing the analysis data using a previously registered learning model and analyzing abnormal signs.
[0096] The analysis processing unit (135), in the analysis of waveform comparison, analyzes the analysis data by comparing the normal data and the analysis data of the monitored target received from the user terminal (20) based on a learning model for comparison judgment generated from normal data received from the user terminal (20). As a technique for comparing and analyzing normal data and analysis data, for example, the technique described in International Publication No. 2016 / 117086 may be applied.
[0097] Additionally, the analysis processing unit (135), in analyzing abnormal signs, analyzes the analysis data of a monitored target received from a user terminal (20) based on a learning model that is pre-registered in the learning model memory unit (126). The analysis processing unit (135) analyzes abnormal signs in the analysis data stored in the analysis data memory unit (125) based on the pre-registered learning model. The analysis processing unit (135), for example, predicts the discrepancy between normal data and analysis data based on the learning model and determines the signs of the discrepancy. As a technique for analyzing abnormal signs, for example, the technique described in International Publication No. 2018 / 207350 may be applied.
[0098] Additionally, the analysis processing unit (135) stores the analysis results of the analysis processing in the analysis result storage unit (127). The analysis processing unit (135), for example, matches the analysis results with the group ID, user ID, and monitored target ID, and stores them in the analysis result storage unit (127).
[0099] The report processing unit (136) generates report information, for example, as shown in FIG. 7, based on the analysis results by the analysis processing unit (135). The report processing unit (136) acquires the analysis results stored by the analysis result storage unit (127) and generates report information based on the acquired analysis results. The report processing unit (136) generates report information that highlights signs of discrepancy, for example, when the analysis processing unit (135) performs an abnormal sign analysis.
[0100] Additionally, the report processing unit (136) stores the generated report information in the report information storage unit (128). The report processing unit (136), for example, matches the group ID, user ID, and monitored target ID with the report information and stores it in the report information storage unit (128).
[0101] Next, with reference to the drawings, the operation of the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment will be described.
[0102] FIG. 8 is a diagram showing an example of the analysis processing operation of waveform comparison of the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment.
[0103] As shown in FIG. 8, in the analysis processing of waveform comparison of the monitoring support system (1), first, a user terminal (20) transmits a connection request to the portal server (10) (step S101). [0106] Next, the user terminal (20) transmits login information (user ID, password) to the portal server (10) (step S104). The terminal control unit (25) receives the user ID and password from the user through the input unit (22) and transmits the login information including the user ID and password to the portal server (10) through the NW communication unit (21).
[0107] Next, the portal server (10) executes a login process (step S105). The Web processing unit (131) executes a login process based on the user ID and password received from the user terminal (20) through the NW communication unit (11). As part of the login process, the Web processing unit (131) determines whether the received user ID and password match the user ID and password stored in the user information storage unit (122).
[0108] The Web processing unit (131) determines that the user is a legitimate user and permits the provision of services by the user ID if the received user ID and password match the user ID and password stored in the user information storage unit (122). Additionally, the Web processing unit (131) determines that the user is not a legitimate user and does not permit the provision of services by the user ID if the received user ID and password match the user ID and password stored in the user information storage unit (122). Furthermore, in the following description, the user of the user terminal (20) is described as a legitimate user.
[0109] Next, the portal server (10) transmits the menu screen to the user terminal (20) (step S106). The Web processing unit (131) transmits the menu screen of the service provided by the portal server (10) to the user terminal (20) through the NW communication unit (11).
[0110] Next, the user terminal (20) displays a menu screen (step S107). The terminal control unit (25) displays the menu screen received through the NW communication unit (21), for example, as shown in FIG. 9, on the display unit (23).
[0111] FIG. 9 is a drawing showing an example of a menu screen of a monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment.
[0112] The screen (G1) shown in FIG. 9 represents the menu screen of the portal server (10). In the screen (G1), button BT1 is a button for selecting "Anomaly detection analysis (analysis processing)."
[0113] Returning to the description of FIG. 8, next, the user terminal (20) transmits the designated information for analysis processing to the portal server (10) (step S108). Here, assuming that button BT1 is selected by the user through the input unit (22), the terminal control unit (25) transmits the designated information for analysis processing to the portal server (10) through the NW communication unit (21).
[0114] Next, the portal server (10) transmits the analysis and report screen to the user terminal (20) (step S109). The Web processing unit (131) transmits the analysis and report screen to the user terminal (20) through the NW communication unit (11) according to the designated information for analysis processing received from the user terminal (20).
[0115] Next, the user terminal (20) displays an analysis and report screen (step S110). The terminal control unit (25) displays the analysis and report screen, received through the NW communication unit (21), for example, as shown in FIG. 10, on the display unit (23).
[0116] FIG. 10 is a drawing showing an example of an analysis and report screen in waveform comparison of a monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment.
[0117] The screen (G2) shown in FIG. 10 represents an analysis and report screen for waveform comparison. In the screen (G2), the analysis information list LS1 represents a list of analysis information for waveform comparison. Additionally, the analysis information list LS2 represents a list of analysis information for abnormal sign analysis. Additionally, button BT2 represents a selection button for waveform comparison analysis, and button BT3 represents a switching button for analysis processing.
[0118] Returning to the description of FIG. 8, next, the user terminal (20) transmits the waveform comparison designation information to the portal server (10) (step S111). Here, the analysis of the waveform comparison is specified through the input unit (22) on the analysis and report screen (screen G2) shown in FIG. 10 above, and the switching button (button BT3) is pressed, so the terminal control unit (25) transmits the waveform comparison designation information to the portal server (10) through the NW communication unit (21).
[0119] Next, the portal server (10) transmits the waveform comparison data input screen to the user terminal (20) (step S112). The Web processing unit (131) transmits the waveform comparison data input screen to the user terminal (20) via the NW communication unit (11) according to the waveform comparison designation information received from the user terminal (20).
[0120] Next, the user terminal (20) displays a data input screen for waveform comparison (step S113). The terminal control unit (25) displays the data input screen for waveform comparison, received through the NW communication unit (21), for example, as shown in FIG. 11, on the display unit (23).
[0121] FIG. 11 is a drawing showing an example of a data input screen for waveform comparison of a monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment.
[0122] The screen (G3) shown in FIG. 11 represents a data input screen for waveform comparison. In the screen (G3), input window WD1 represents an input window for the title of the analysis, and input window WD2 represents a window for registering training data. Additionally, input window WD3 represents a window for registering analysis data, and input window WD4 represents an input window for setting conditions. Additionally, button BT4 represents a button to start the analysis processing for waveform comparison.
[0123] Returning to the description of FIG. 8, next, the user terminal (20) transmits input data for waveform comparison (learning data and analysis data) to the portal server (10) (step S114). Here, through the input unit (22), the title, learning data, and analysis data are input from the waveform comparison data input screen (screen G3) shown in FIG. 11 above, and the analysis processing start button (button BT4) is pressed, so the terminal control unit (25) transmits the input data for waveform comparison (learning data and analysis data) to the portal server (10) through the NW communication unit (21).
[0124] Next, the portal server (10) executes registration processing (step S115). The Web processing unit (131) executes registration processing in the data registration processing unit (132) and the monitoring registration processing unit (133) according to the waveform comparison input data (learning data and analysis data) received from the user terminal (20) through the NW communication unit (11).
[0125] The data registration processing unit (132) stores the received training data in the training data storage unit (123) by corresponding it to the group ID, user ID, and monitoring target ID, for example, as shown in FIG. 6. In addition, the data registration processing unit (132) stores the received analysis data in the analysis data storage unit (125) by corresponding it to the group ID, user ID, and monitoring target ID, for example, as shown in FIG. 6.
[0126] In addition, the monitoring registration processing unit (133) stores the setting information of the monitoring target in the monitoring setting memory unit (124), for example, as shown in FIG. 5.
[0127] Next, the portal server (10) transmits an analysis start screen (number of possible analyses, etc.) to the user terminal (20) (step S116). The Web processing unit (131) transmits the analysis start screen (number of possible analyses, etc.) to the user terminal (20) via the NW communication unit (11) in accordance with the start of the analysis processing.
[0128] Next, the user terminal (20) displays an analysis start screen (step S117). The terminal control unit (25) displays the analysis start screen, received through the NW communication unit (21), for example, as shown in FIG. 12, on the display unit (23).
[0129] FIG. 12 is a drawing showing an example of an analysis start screen of a monitoring support system according to the present embodiment.
[0130] The screen (G4) shown in FIG. 12 represents the analysis start screen of the portal server (10). On the screen (G4), a message indicating that analysis has started is displayed, along with the analysis content, usage period, number of times analysis can be performed, and number of times analysis is possible.
[0131] Additionally, the portal server (10) performs waveform comparison processing (analysis processing of waveform comparison) (step S118). The analysis processing unit (135) of the portal server (10) performs analysis processing of waveform comparison. Additionally, the report processing unit (136) generates report information based on the analysis results of the analysis processing of waveform comparison. Additionally, details regarding the analysis processing of waveform comparison and the generation processing of report information will be described later with reference to FIG. 14.
[0132] Next, the portal server (10) transmits the analysis and report screen with the added report to the user terminal (20) (step S119). Upon completion of the analysis processing, the Web processing unit (131) transmits the analysis and report screen with the added report to the user terminal (20) through the NW communication unit (11).
[0133] Next, the user terminal (20) displays an analysis and report screen with the added report (step S120). The terminal control unit (25) displays the analysis and report screen, received through the NW communication unit (21), for example, as shown in FIG. 13, on the display unit (23).
[0134] FIG. 13 is a diagram showing an example of an analysis and report screen after the analysis processing of waveform comparison of the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment.
[0135] The screen (G5) shown in FIG. 13 shows the analysis and report screen after the analysis processing of the waveform comparison. In the screen (G5), the analysis information list LS1 shows the analysis information of the waveform comparison. Additionally, the analysis information list LS2 shows the analysis information of the abnormal sign analysis. Additionally, Report RP1 shows the analysis information of the monitoring target added in this waveform comparison analysis processing. Additionally, Notification AL1 indicates that the analysis information of the new monitoring target has been added to the list. Additionally, the more detailed report information of Report RP1 is the information of Report RP1 shown in FIG. 7. The added Report RP1 is added to the analysis information list LS1, which is the analysis information list of the waveform comparison in FIG. 13.
[0136] In this way, when the analysis processing unit (135) completes the analysis (analysis of waveform comparison) of the newly added monitoring target, the Web processing unit (131) adds the analysis information of the newly added monitoring target to the beginning of the list of analysis information and outputs notification information indicating that a new monitoring target has been added to the list of analysis information to the user terminal (20).
[0137] Additionally, on the screen (G5), the input window WD5 represents an input window for search keywords. When a search keyword (search information) is entered into this input window WD5 by a user, the Web processing unit (131) extracts analysis information corresponding to the search information from a list of analysis information according to the search keyword (search information) received from the user terminal (20), and outputs the extracted list of analysis information to the user terminal (20) as a search result.
[0138] Next, with reference to Fig. 14, the details of the analysis processing for waveform comparison will be explained.
[0139] FIG. 14 is a flowchart showing an example of the analysis processing of waveform comparison of the portal server (10) in the present embodiment. The processing shown in FIG. 14 corresponds to the processing of steps S116, S118, and S119 of FIG. 8 described above.
[0140] As shown in FIG. 14, the Web processing unit (131) of the portal server (10) first determines whether the number of times analysis is possible is 0 (Step S201). The Web processing unit (131) determines whether the number of times analysis is possible and the number of times analysis is executed for the group to which the user belongs are referenced from the group information storage unit (121) and whether the number of times execution is limited is reached. If the number of times analysis is possible is 0 (reaching the number of times execution is limited) (Step S201: YES), the Web processing unit (131) proceeds to Step S209. Additionally, if the number of times analysis is not 0 (not reaching the number of times execution is limited) (Step S201: NO), the Web processing unit (131) proceeds to Step S202.
[0141] In step S202, the Web processing unit (131) determines whether the number of signals is within the limit. The Web processing unit (131) determines whether the number of signals reaches the upper limit by referencing the number of contract signals of the group to which the user belongs from the group information storage unit (121). If the number of signals is within the limit (within the range of contract signals) (Step S202: YES), the Web processing unit (131) proceeds to step S203. Additionally, if the number of signals is not within the limit (outside the range of contract signals) (Step S202: NO), the Web processing unit (131) proceeds to step S209.
[0142] In step S203, the Web processing unit (131) updates the number of times analysis is possible and the number of times analysis is executed. The Web processing unit (131) subtracts one time from the number of times analysis is possible and adds one time to the number of times analysis is executed, and stores this in the group information storage unit (121).
[0143] Next, the Web processing unit (131) displays the analysis start screen on the display unit (23) of the user terminal (20) (step S204). The Web processing unit (131) transmits the analysis start screen as shown in FIG. 12 to the user terminal (20) through the NW communication unit (11).
[0144] Next, the learning processing unit (134) generates a learning model from the registered normal data (step S205). The learning processing unit (134) generates a learning model from the learning data (normal data received from the user terminal (20)) stored in the learning data storage unit (123). The learning processing unit (134) stores the learning model in the learning model storage unit (126).
[0145] Next, the analysis processing unit (135) performs a comparative analysis of normal data and analysis data using a learning model (step S206). The analysis processing unit (135) performs a comparative analysis of normal data and analysis data using, for example, the technology described in International Publication No. 2016 / 117086 and International Publication No. 2018 / 207350. The analysis processing unit (135) stores the analysis results in the analysis result memory unit (127).
[0146] Next, the report processing unit (136) generates a report based on the results of the comparative analysis (step S207). The report processing unit (136) generates, for example, information on report RP1 shown in FIG. 7 and information on report RP1 shown in FIG. 13. The report processing unit (136) stores the generated report in the report information storage unit (128).
[0147] Next, the Web processing unit (131) generates an analysis and report screen with the generated report added and displays it on the display unit (23) of the user terminal (20) (step S208). The Web processing unit (131) displays an analysis and report screen, such as the screen (G5) of FIG. 13, on the user terminal (20). After processing in step S208, the Web processing unit (131) terminates the analysis processing of the waveform comparison.
[0148] Additionally, in step S209, the Web processing unit (131) displays an error message on the display unit (23) of the user terminal (20). In this case, the Web processing unit (131) restricts the use of the portal server (10) by the user and prohibits the execution of the waveform comparison analysis processing. After the processing of step S209, the Web processing unit (131) terminates the waveform comparison analysis processing.
[0149] Next, with reference to the drawings, the abnormal sign analysis processing of the portal server (10) in this embodiment will be described.
[0150] FIG. 15 is a flowchart showing an example of learning processing for analyzing abnormal signs of a portal server (10) in the present embodiment.
[0151] As shown in FIG. 15, in the learning process for anomaly analysis, the portal server (10) first performs a registration process for a monitored target (step S301). The monitoring registration processing unit (133) of the portal server (10) adds the setting information of the monitored target to the monitoring setting memory unit (124). The monitoring registration processing unit (133) stores the setting information of the monitored target in the monitoring setting memory unit (124), for example, as shown in FIG. 5.
[0152] Next, the portal server (10) registers the training data of the monitored object (step S302). The data registration processing unit (132) of the portal server (10) stores the training data (normal data) received from, for example, the user terminal (20) in the training data storage unit (123).
[0153] Next, the portal server (10) generates a learning model of a monitored target from the learning data (step S303). The learning processing unit (134) of the portal server (10) acquires the designated learning data from, for example, the learning data storage unit (123) as learning data, and generates a learning model (for example, a learning model for detecting abnormal signs) from the learning data. The learning processing unit (134) stores the generated learning model in the learning model storage unit (126). After processing in step S303, the portal server (10) terminates the process of generating the learning model.
[0154] In this way, for the analysis of abnormal signs, the learning model is assumed to be stored (registered) in advance in the learning model memory unit (126).
[0155] Next, with reference to FIG. 16, the processing operation of the abnormal sign analysis of the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment will be described.
[0156] FIG. 16 is a diagram showing an example of the processing operation of an abnormal sign analysis of a monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment.
[0157] In FIG. 16, the processing from step S401 to step S410 is the same as the processing from step S101 to step S110 shown in FIG. 8 above, so the explanation is omitted here.
[0158] In addition, in step S410, the terminal control unit (25) displays the analysis and report screen, such as that shown in FIG. 17, received through the NW communication unit (21), on the display unit (23).
[0159] FIG. 17 is a drawing showing an example of an analysis and report screen in the analysis of abnormal signs of a monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment.
[0160] The screen (G6) shown in FIG. 17 represents an analysis and report screen in abnormal sign analysis. In the screen (G6), the analysis information list LS1 represents a list of analysis information for waveform comparison. Additionally, the analysis information list LS2 represents a list of analysis information for abnormal sign analysis. Additionally, button BT5 represents a selection button for abnormal sign analysis, and button BT3 represents a switching button for analysis processing.
[0161] Returning to the description of FIG. 16, next, the user terminal (20) transmits the designation information for the abnormal sign analysis to the portal server (10) (step S411). Here, the abnormal sign analysis is designated through the input unit (22) on the analysis and report screen (screen G6) shown in FIG. 17 described above, and the switching button (button BT3) is pressed, so the terminal control unit (25) transmits the designation information for the abnormal sign analysis to the portal server (10) through the NW communication unit (21).
[0162] Next, the portal server (10) transmits the data input screen for abnormal sign analysis to the user terminal (20) (step S412). The Web processing unit (131) transmits the data input screen for abnormal sign analysis to the user terminal (20) via the NW communication unit (11), according to the designated information for abnormal sign analysis received from the user terminal (20).
[0163] Next, the user terminal (20) displays a data input screen for abnormal sign analysis (step S413). The terminal control unit (25) displays the data input screen for abnormal sign analysis received through the NW communication unit (21) on the display unit (23).
[0164] Next, the user terminal (20) transmits input data for anomaly analysis (model designation information and analysis data) to the portal server (10) (step S414). Here, for example, a title, model designation information, and analysis data are input through the input unit (22) on the data input screen for anomaly analysis, and the terminal control unit (25) transmits the input data for anomaly analysis (model designation information and analysis data) to the portal server (10) through the NW communication unit (21).
[0165] Next, the portal server (10) transmits an analysis start screen (number of possible analyses, etc.) to the user terminal (20) (step S415). The Web processing unit (131) transmits the analysis start screen (number of possible analyses, etc.) to the user terminal (20) via the NW communication unit (11) in accordance with the start of analysis processing. In addition, the data registration processing unit (132) stores the received analysis data in the analysis data storage unit (125) by matching the group ID, user ID, and monitoring target ID, for example, as shown in FIG. 6. In addition, the monitoring registration processing unit (133) stores the setting information of the monitoring target in the monitoring setting storage unit (124), for example, as shown in FIG. 5.
[0166] Next, the user terminal (20) displays an analysis start screen (step S416). The terminal control unit (25) displays an analysis start screen, received through the NW communication unit (21), for example, as shown in FIG. 12, on the display unit (23).
[0167] Next, the portal server (10) performs an anomaly analysis process (step S417). The analysis processing unit (135) of the portal server (10) performs an anomaly analysis process. Additionally, the report processing unit (136) generates report information based on the analysis results of the anomaly analysis process. Furthermore, details regarding the analysis processing of the anomaly analysis and the generation of report information will be described later with reference to FIG. 18.
[0168] Next, the portal server (10) transmits the analysis and report screen with the added report to the user terminal (20) (step S418). Upon completion of the analysis processing, the Web processing unit (131) transmits the analysis and report screen with the added report to the user terminal (20) through the NW communication unit (11).
[0169] Next, the user terminal (20) displays an analysis and report screen with added reports (step S419). The terminal control unit (25) displays the analysis and report screen received through the NW communication unit (21) on the display unit (23). Also, since the analysis and report screen is the same as that described in FIG. 13 above, its description is omitted here. Also, in the case of an abnormal sign analysis, the added report is added to the analysis information list LS2, which is, for example, the analysis information list of the abnormal sign analysis in FIG. 17.
[0170] Additionally, when the analysis processing unit (135) completes the analysis (analysis of abnormal signs) of a newly added monitoring target, the Web processing unit (131) adds the analysis information of the newly added monitoring target to the top of the list of analysis information and outputs notification information indicating that a new monitoring target has been added to the list of analysis information to the user terminal (20).
[0171] Next, with reference to Fig. 18, the details of the abnormal sign analysis process will be described.
[0172] FIG. 18 is a flowchart showing an example of an abnormal sign analysis processing of a portal server (10) in the present embodiment. The processing shown in FIG. 18 corresponds to the processing of steps S415, S417, and S418 of FIG. 16 described above.
[0173] In FIG. 18, the processing from step S501 to step S504 is the same as the processing from step S201 to step S204 shown in FIG. 14 above, so the explanation is omitted here.
[0174] In step S505, the analysis processing unit (135) analyzes abnormal signs in the analysis data using a learning model of a designated monitoring target. The analysis processing unit (135) analyzes abnormal signs in the analysis data using, for example, the technology described in International Publication No. 2018 / 207350. The analysis processing unit (135) stores the analysis results in the analysis result memory unit (127).
[0175] Next, the report processing unit (136) generates a report based on the results of the abnormal sign analysis (step S506). The report processing unit (136) generates information such as the information of report RP1 shown in FIG. 7, for example, and the information of report RP1 shown in FIG. 13. The report processing unit (136) stores the generated report in the report information storage unit (128).
[0176] Next, since the processing of steps S507 and S508 is the same as the processing of steps S208 and S209 shown in FIG. 14 above, the explanation thereof is omitted here.
[0177] Next, with reference to FIG. 19, the display processing and deletion processing of the analysis report of the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment will be described.
[0178] FIG. 19 is a diagram showing an example of the display processing and deletion processing of an analysis report of a monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment.
[0179] As shown in FIG. 19, in the processing of displaying an analysis report, first, as shown in step S601, while the user terminal (20) is displaying the analysis and report screen, a specific report is designated by the user.
[0180] The user terminal (20) transmits the report designation information to the portal server (10) (step S602). Here, assuming that a specific report is designated by the user through the input unit (22), the terminal control unit (25) transmits the report designation information for designating the specific report to the portal server (10) through the NW communication unit (21).
[0181] Next, the portal server (10) transmits an analysis report (step S603). The Web processing unit (131) of the portal server (10) obtains an analysis report corresponding to the report's designated information from the report information storage unit (128) according to the report's designated information received from the user terminal (20). Here, the analysis report is, for example, report information such as the report RP1 shown in FIG. 7. The Web processing unit (131) transmits the analysis report (for example, report RP1) obtained from the report information storage unit (128) to the user terminal (20).
[0182] Next, the user terminal (20) displays an analysis report (step S604). The terminal control unit (25) of the user terminal (20) displays an analysis report (e.g., report RP1) as shown in FIG. 7, for example, on the display unit (23).
[0183] In this way, when a specific monitoring target is selected from a list of analysis information by the user terminal (20), the Web processing unit (131) outputs normal data and report information indicating the top of the analysis data to the user terminal (20).
[0184] Here, with reference to FIG. 20, a comparison between normal data and analysis data in an analysis report will be explained.
[0185] FIG. 20 is a drawing showing a comparative example of analysis data of an analysis report of a monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment. FIG. 20 is an enlarged drawing of the learning data (DT1) and analysis data (DT2) of the report RP1 shown in FIG. 7 above.
[0186] In FIG. 20, waveform W1 represents the waveform of the training data (normal data), and waveform W2 represents the waveform of the analysis data. Additionally, the dashed portion of waveform W2 represents the abnormal sign portion (AB1).
[0187] As shown in FIG. 20, the report processing unit (136) generates report information that highlights signs of discrepancies (abnormal signs) with dashed lines. In addition, in the example shown in FIG. 20, signs of discrepancies (abnormal signs) are highlighted by dashed lines, but signs of discrepancies (abnormal signs) may be highlighted by other methods, such as using thick lines, changing the color of the lines, or changing the type of lines.
[0188] Returning to the description of FIG. 19, in the process of deleting a report, first, as shown in step S611, while the user terminal (20) is displaying the analysis and report screen, a specific report is designated by the user and a deletion operation is input.
[0189] In this case, the user terminal (20) transmits a request to delete a designated report to the portal server (10) (step S612). Here, assuming that a specific report is designated by the user through the input unit (22), the terminal control unit (25) transmits a request to delete a specific report to the portal server (10) through the NW communication unit (21).
[0190] Next, the portal server (10) deletes the designated report (step S613). The Web processing unit (131) of the portal server (10) deletes the registration of the monitoring target corresponding to the designated report from the monitoring setting memory unit (124), and at the same time deletes the designated report from the list of analysis information (list of reports). Additionally, the Web processing unit (131) may delete the analysis result and report information corresponding to the designated report from the analysis result memory unit (127) and the report information memory unit (128).
[0191] Next, the portal server (10) transmits the analysis and report screen with the report deleted to the user terminal (20) (step S614). The Web processing unit (131) of the portal server (10) transmits the analysis and report screen with the specified report deleted from the list of analysis information (list of reports) to the user terminal (20) through the NW communication unit (11).
[0192] Next, the user terminal (20) displays an analysis and report screen (step S615). The terminal control unit (25) of the user terminal (20) displays the analysis and report screen with the designated report deleted on the display unit (23).
[0193] Next, with reference to FIG. 21, an example of a modification of the data of the user information storage unit (122) in the present embodiment will be described.
[0194] FIG. 21 is a drawing showing an example of a modification of data of the user information storage unit (122) in the present embodiment.
[0195] As shown in FIG. 21, the user information storage unit (122) may store the number of times analysis is possible and the number of times analysis is executed for each user. In this case, the Web processing unit (131) determines whether the number of times analysis processing is executed for a user has reached the execution limit number based on the number of times analysis is possible and the number of times analysis is executed for each user stored by the user information storage unit (122). If the number of times analysis processing is executed for a user has reached the execution limit number, the Web processing unit (131) prohibits the execution of analysis processing for the user.
[0196] As described above, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment comprises an analysis processing unit (135) and a Web processing unit (131) (output processing unit). The analysis processing unit (135) analyzes the acquired data of a monitoring target based on a learning model generated using normal data of a previously registered monitoring target (e.g., equipment of various monitoring targets in a plant, etc.) as learning data. The Web processing unit (131) (output processing unit) outputs the analysis results analyzed by the analysis processing unit (135) as a list of analysis information (e.g., a list of reports) that allows comparison of analysis results corresponding to each of a plurality of monitoring targets, to a user terminal (20) used by the user.
[0197] By this, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment can verify analysis information while comparing multiple monitoring targets and can monitor multiple monitoring targets in an integrated manner. Accordingly, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment can reduce the workload of monitoring and improve work efficiency.
[0198] Additionally, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment comprises a learning processing unit (134), an analysis processing unit (135), and a Web processing unit (131) (output processing unit). The learning processing unit (134) takes normal data of a monitoring target received from a user terminal (20) used by a user as learning data and generates a learning model for comparison judgment based on the learning data. The analysis processing unit (135) analyzes the analysis data by comparing the normal data with the analysis data of a monitoring target received from the user terminal (20) used by the user based on the learning model. The Web processing unit (131) (output processing unit) outputs to the user terminal (20) a list of analysis information that allows comparison of analysis results corresponding to each of a plurality of monitoring targets as an analysis result analyzed by the analysis processing unit (135).
[0199] By this, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment can perform a comparison of normal data and analysis data with high precision without requiring special expertise. Accordingly, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment can reduce the workload of monitoring and improve work efficiency.
[0200] Additionally, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment comprises a monitoring setting memory unit (124) and a monitoring registration processing unit (133). The monitoring setting memory unit (124) stores a monitoring target ID (monitoring target identification information) that identifies a monitoring target and corresponding setting information regarding the monitoring target. The monitoring registration processing unit (133) adds setting information of a monitoring target corresponding to an additional request received from a user terminal (20) (e.g., a request for analysis of a monitoring target (a request for execution of analysis processing), a request for creation of a learning model, etc.) to the monitoring setting memory unit (124). The Web processing unit (131) adds the monitoring target added to the monitoring setting memory unit (124) to a list of analysis information and outputs it to the user terminal (20).
[0201] By this, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment can easily add monitoring targets, thereby reducing the workload of monitoring and further improving work efficiency.
[0202] In addition, in this embodiment, when the analysis processing unit (135) completes the analysis of a newly added monitoring target, the Web processing unit (131) adds the analysis information of the newly added monitoring target to the front of the list of analysis information and outputs notification information indicating that a new monitoring target has been added to the list of analysis information to the user terminal (20).
[0203] By this, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment is notified that the analysis processing is completed, and also, since the analysis information of the newly added monitoring target is added to the top of the list of analysis information, the analysis information of the newly added monitoring target can be checked quickly and efficiently.
[0204] In addition, in this embodiment, the monitoring setting memory unit (124) stores a group ID (group identification information) that identifies the group to which the user belongs, a user ID (user identification information) that identifies the user, a monitoring target ID, and setting information in correspondence. The Web processing unit (131) outputs a list of analysis information corresponding to the user ID, or a list of analysis information corresponding to the group ID, to the user terminal (20).
[0205] As a result, since the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment manages the monitoring targets for each group ID, there is no risk of know-how within a group, such as a company, being leaked to another group. In addition, since the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment is operated by a portal server (10), the group, such as a company, does not need to prepare the equipment at its own expense and can receive the service. That is, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment allows the group, such as a company, to suppress equipment investment costs by not having to possess the system itself.
[0206] Accordingly, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment can easily and safely introduce a system for monitoring a monitoring target of a plant.
[0207] In addition, in the present embodiment, the Web processing unit (131) extracts analysis information corresponding to the search information from a list of analysis information based on the search information received from the user terminal (20), and outputs the extracted list of analysis information to the user terminal (20) as a search result.
[0208] By this, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment can further improve the efficiency of monitoring work because it can appropriately search for analysis information using search information.
[0209] Additionally, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment is equipped with a data registration processing unit (132). The data registration processing unit (132) stores the acquired data of a monitoring target received from a user terminal (20) as analysis data in an analysis data storage unit (125). The analysis processing unit (135) analyzes abnormal signs in the analysis data stored in the analysis data storage unit (125) based on a learning model.
[0210] By this, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment can simply detect abnormal signs, thereby further improving the efficiency of the monitoring work.
[0211] In addition, in this embodiment, when a specific monitoring target is selected from a list of analysis information by the user terminal (20), the Web processing unit (131) outputs normal data and report information indicating the top of the analysis data to the user terminal (20).
[0212] By this, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment can monitor for abnormalities by comparing normal data with analysis data and further improve the efficiency of monitoring work.
[0213] Additionally, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment is equipped with a report processing unit (136) that generates report information. The analysis processing unit (135) predicts the discrepancy between normal data and analysis data and determines signs of the discrepancy. The report processing unit (136) generates report information that highlights signs of the discrepancy.
[0214] By this, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment can properly determine signs of discrepancies and, as it emphasizes signs of the above, the monitoring officer (worker) can properly learn signs of the above. Therefore, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment can improve the level of the monitoring officer (worker) and improve the quality of monitoring work.
[0215] Additionally, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment is equipped with a learning processing unit (134) that generates a learning model based on learning data. The analysis processing unit (135) analyzes the acquired data of the monitoring target based on the learning model generated by the learning processing unit (134).
[0216] By this, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment can easily generate a learning model, so it can easily introduce abnormal detection of a monitored target using the learning model.
[0217] In addition, in this embodiment, the analysis processing unit (135) analyzes the acquired data of the monitoring target based on the learning model generated by the learning processing unit (134) and the learning model designated by the user terminal (20) among the learning models that are prepared in advance.
[0218] By this, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment can simply change the learning model and implement it, so it can flexibly respond to various types of monitoring targets.
[0219] Additionally, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment comprises a group information storage unit (121), an analysis processing unit (135), and a Web processing unit (131) (restriction processing unit). The group information storage unit (121) stores a group ID (group identification information) that identifies the group to which the user belongs, and restriction information regarding analysis processing that analyzes acquired data of the monitoring target. The analysis processing unit (135) executes analysis processing based on a learning model created using normal data of the monitoring target as learning data, in response to an analysis request from the user terminal (20) used by the user. The Web processing unit (131) (restriction processing unit) restricts the user's use, including the execution of analysis processing, based on restriction information corresponding to the group to which the user belongs, which is the restriction information stored by the group information storage unit (121).
[0220] By this, the surveillance support system (1) according to the present embodiment is managed by each group, for example, a company, by the group information storage unit (121), so that surveillance of surveillance targets with high precision using a learning model can be introduced easily and safely. Therefore, the surveillance support system (1) according to the present embodiment can reduce the workload of surveillance and improve work efficiency.
[0221] In addition, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment can appropriately restrict user usage based on restriction information. Therefore, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment can appropriately distribute the resources of the portal server (10) and reduce the system load caused by usage concentrated on some users. Accordingly, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment can comfortably perform analysis of the monitoring target and improve work efficiency.
[0222] In addition, in this embodiment, the restriction information includes the number of execution restrictions for analysis processing set for each group. The Web processing unit (131) prohibits the execution of analysis processing for users belonging to the group when the number of executions of analysis processing in the group reaches the execution restriction number.
[0223] By this, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment can appropriately limit the use of users by group by the number of times the analysis processing is executed and can reduce the system load.
[0224] Additionally, in this embodiment, the restriction information includes an upper limit of the number of signals of acquired data set for each group. The Web processing unit (131) restricts the use of users belonging to a group when the number of signals of acquired data used for analysis processing reaches an upper limit of the number of signals (e.g., the number of contract signals).
[0225] By this, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment can appropriately limit the usage of users by group by the upper limit signal number of acquired data and reduce the system load.
[0226] Additionally, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment is equipped with a user information storage unit (122) that stores at least a group ID (group identification information) and a user ID (user identification information) that identifies a user in correspondence. The restriction information includes an upper limit of users set for each group. The Web processing unit (131) restricts the registration of users belonging to a group when the number of users belonging to a group stored by the user information storage unit (122) reaches an upper limit of users (number of accounts).
[0227] By this, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment can appropriately limit the use of users by group by the upper limit of the number of users and reduce the system load.
[0228] In addition, in this embodiment, the restriction information includes the number of execution restrictions for analysis processing set for each user. The Web processing unit (131) prohibits the execution of analysis processing for the user when the number of executions of analysis processing for the user reaches the number of execution restrictions.
[0229] By this, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment can appropriately limit the usage of each user and reduce the system load by the number of times the analysis processing is executed for each user.
[0230] In addition, in this embodiment, the restriction information includes a usage period for analysis processing set for each group. The Web processing unit (131) restricts the use of the user belonging to the group when the usage period for analysis processing reaches the usage period.
[0231] By this, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment can appropriately limit the use of users by each group by the usage period of each group and reduce the system load.
[0232] In addition, in this embodiment, the Web processing unit (131) releases the usage restriction when additional usage fees are paid by the group.
[0233] By this, the monitoring support system (1) according to the present embodiment can appropriately remove restrictions on the user's use and improve convenience.
[0234] Additionally, the portal server (10) (monitoring support device) according to the present embodiment is equipped with an analysis processing unit (135) and a Web processing unit (131) (output processing unit). The analysis processing unit (135) analyzes the acquired data of the monitored target based on a learning model created using normal data of a previously registered monitored target as learning data. The Web processing unit (131) outputs the analysis results analyzed by the analysis processing unit (135) to a user terminal (20) used by the user, as a list of analysis information that allows comparison of analysis results corresponding to each of the multiple monitored targets.
[0235] By this, the portal server (10) (monitoring support device) according to the present embodiment can achieve the same effect as the monitoring support system (1) described above, reduce the workload of monitoring, and improve work efficiency.
[0236] In addition, the monitoring support method according to the present embodiment is a monitoring support method of a portal server (10) equipped with an analysis processing unit (135) and a Web processing unit (131), and includes an analysis processing step and an output processing step. In the analysis processing step, the analysis processing unit (135) analyzes the acquired data of a monitoring target based on a learning model generated using normal data of a previously registered monitoring target as learning data. In the output processing step, the Web processing unit (131) outputs the analysis results analyzed by the analysis processing unit (135) to a user terminal (20) used by the user, as a list of analysis information that allows comparison of analysis results corresponding to each of a plurality of monitoring targets.
[0237] By this, the monitoring support method according to the present embodiment can achieve the same effect as the monitoring support system (1) described above, reduce the workload of monitoring, and improve work efficiency.
[0238] Additionally, the portal server (10) (monitoring support device) according to the present embodiment comprises a learning processing unit (134), an analysis processing unit (135), and a Web processing unit (131) (output processing unit).
[0239] By this, the portal server (10) (monitoring support device) according to the present embodiment can achieve the same effect as the monitoring support system (1) described above, reduce the workload of monitoring, and improve work efficiency.
[0240] Additionally, the monitoring support method according to the present embodiment is a monitoring support method of a portal server (10) equipped with a learning processing unit (134), an analysis processing unit (135), and a Web processing unit (131), and includes a learning processing step, an analysis processing step, and an output processing step. In the learning processing step, the learning processing unit (134) takes normal data of a monitoring target received from a user terminal (20) used by a user as learning data and generates a learning model for comparison judgment based on the learning data. In the analysis processing step, the analysis processing unit (135) analyzes the analysis data by comparing the normal data with the analysis data of a monitoring target received from a user terminal (20) used by a user based on the learning model. In the output processing step, the Web processing unit (131) outputs to the user terminal (20) a list of analysis information that allows comparison of analysis results corresponding to each of a plurality of monitoring targets as an analysis result analyzed by the analysis processing unit (135).
[0241] By this, the monitoring support method according to the present embodiment can achieve the same effect as the monitoring support system (1) described above, reduce the workload of monitoring, and improve work efficiency.
[0242] Additionally, the portal server (10) (monitoring support device) according to the present embodiment is equipped with a group information storage unit (121), an analysis processing unit (135), and a Web processing unit (131). The group information storage unit (121) stores a group ID that identifies the group to which the user belongs and corresponds restriction information regarding analysis processing that analyzes acquired data of the monitoring target. The analysis processing unit (135) executes analysis processing based on a learning model created using normal data of the monitoring target as learning data, in response to an analysis request from the user terminal (20) used by the user. The Web processing unit (131) restricts the user's use, including the execution of analysis processing, based on restriction information corresponding to the group to which the user belongs, which is the restriction information stored by the group information storage unit (121).
[0243] By this, the portal server (10) (monitoring support device) according to the present embodiment achieves the same effect as the monitoring support system (1) described above, and since the user's usage can be appropriately restricted by the restriction information, the analysis of the monitoring target can be performed comfortably and work efficiency can be improved.
[0244] Additionally, the monitoring support method according to the present embodiment is a monitoring support method of a portal server (10) equipped with a group information storage unit (121) that stores a group ID and restriction information regarding analysis processing for analyzing acquired data of a monitoring target, an analysis processing unit (135), and a Web processing unit (131), and includes an analysis processing step and a restriction processing step. In the analysis processing step, the analysis processing unit (135) executes analysis processing based on a learning model created using normal data of a monitoring target as learning data, in response to an analysis request from a user terminal (20) used by a user. In the restriction processing step, the Web processing unit (131) restricts the use of a user, including the execution of analysis processing, based on restriction information corresponding to the group to which the user belongs, which is the restriction information stored by the group information storage unit (121).
[0245] By this, the monitoring support method according to the present embodiment achieves the same effect as the monitoring support system (1) described above, and since the user's use can be appropriately restricted by the restriction information, the analysis of the monitoring target can be performed comfortably and work efficiency can be improved.
