Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a pet waste disposal device, and more specifically, to a pet waste disposal device that can be placed in public places such as walking paths and parks to hygienically process and collect pet waste. Background Technology
[0002] With the number of companion animals increasing explosively in modern society, they have become beings that can no longer be isolated and neglected from humans.
[0003] The increase in the number of pets is causing many side effects and diseases, just as much as its positive effects, and one of the most representative side effects is the disposal of pet waste.
[0004] In other words, it is common to see people walking their pets in public places such as walking paths and parks. When these pets defecate in parks or public facilities, not only is disposal difficult, but it is also frequently observed that the waste is left uncollected and abandoned.
[0005] As such, pet feces excreted during outdoor activities are pointed out as a social problem, not only because they are a major factor detracting from urban and park aesthetics, but also because they cause discomfort and inconvenience to people. Furthermore, the government and local municipalities spend a significant amount of manpower and money every year to handle pet waste.
[0006] Recently, when taking pets outside, people carry poop bags to clean up their waste.
[0007] Typically, poop bags are kept in a separate bag or on clothing, so when a pet defecates outdoors, the bag is taken out to collect the pet's waste.
[0008] However, even when pet owners collect their pets' feces in bags, there is no suitable place to store the collected feces, so they end up carrying them around by hand or putting them back into a bag for storage. Because of the smell of feces emanating from the bags, most pet owners are reluctant to keep the feces and end up leaving the bags in secluded areas nearby or throwing them into trash cans in public places. Consequently, there has been a problem of increased public environmental pollution caused by pets and the resulting various diseases. Prior art literature

[0025] Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of a pet waste disposal device according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.
[0026] For reference, the terms and words used in this specification and claims should not be interpreted as being limited to their ordinary or dictionary meanings, and must be interpreted in a meaning and concept consistent with the technical spirit of the invention, based on the principle that the inventor can appropriately define the concept of the terms to best describe his invention.
[0027] In addition, the embodiments described in this specification and the configurations illustrated in the drawings are merely the most preferred embodiments of the present invention and do not represent all of the technical ideas of the present invention; therefore, it should be understood that various equivalents and modifications that can replace them may exist at the time of filing this application and thereafter.
[0028] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached FIGS. 1 to 8.
[0029] As described above, the pet waste disposal device according to the present invention comprises a case body (100) having an input port (101) for inserting a waste bag (C) containing pet waste, a bag conveying unit (200) installed within the case body (100) and having a gripping part (210) for gripping and fixing the waste bag (C) inserted into the input port (101), a bag opening means (300) for tearing the waste bag (C) fixed by the gripping part (210), and a waste disposal means (S) installed below the bag opening means (300) for processing waste.
[0030] First, the above case body (100) is a box-shaped structure having a predetermined volume and width by assembling a plurality of frames and panels, and its external shape and form can be manufactured in various shapes.
[0031] On the front of the case body (100), a user authentication unit (110) can be formed to authenticate the use of the pet waste disposal device through recognition of a card with an embedded IC chip or a QR code.
[0032] In addition, an input port (101) into which pet waste is introduced and an input port door (not shown) for opening and closing the input port (101) are installed on the front of the case body (100).
[0033] In addition, a pair of bag support members (120) are installed inside the input opening (101) of the case body (100) to stably support the waste bag (C).
[0034] That is, the bag support (120) performs the role of stably supporting both sides in the width direction of the feces bag (C) so that the feces bag stored through the input port (101) does not move in the left or right direction.
[0035] In addition, a detection sensor (not shown) is installed inside the input port (101) to detect in real time whether the user's hand is located inside the input port (101), thereby preventing safety accidents from occurring.
[0036] In addition, a bag collection box (130) is installed inside the case body (100) to collect waste feces bags (C) from which pet feces have been removed.
[0037] It is preferable that the above-mentioned envelope collection box (130) be placed on one side of the case body (100), and that a separate first collection box door (131) be formed on that side so that the envelope collection box (130) can be easily pulled out.
[0038] In addition, a second collection box door (140) is formed on the other side of the case body (100) to easily pull out the waste storage box (600) to be described later.
[0039] Meanwhile, the bag conveying unit (200) is installed inside the case body (100) and performs the function of enabling the feces bag (C) and the feces contained therein to be easily separated and collected by using a gripping unit (210) that grips and secures the feces bag (C) inserted into the input port (101).
[0040] That is, since the feces and the feces bag (C) can be automatically separated by the configuration of the bag conveying unit (200), it provides a very convenient effect that reduces the effort of the user having to manually separate and collect the feces bag (C).
[0041] Specifically, the envelope conveying unit (200) is composed of a transverse drive frame (220) that guides the gripping unit (210) to be transported in a transverse direction, a longitudinal drive frame (230) that is erected in a direction intersecting the transverse drive frame (220) and guides the gripping unit (210) to be transported in an up-and-down direction, and a front-and-rear drive frame (240) that is installed on one side of the longitudinal drive frame (230) and guides the gripping unit to be transported in a forward-and-rear direction.
[0042] That is, the gripping part (210) can be moved in the horizontal, up and down, and left and right directions by the transverse driving frame (220), longitudinal driving frame (230), and front and rear driving frame (240).
[0043] Meanwhile, the above-mentioned sealing means (300) is installed above the drying storage unit (400) of the excrement processing means (S) to be described later, and performs the function of sealing the excrement bag (C) and dropping the excrement into the drying storage unit (400).
[0044] The seal-breaking means (300) according to the present invention comprises a pressurizing part (310) that compresses and expands both sides of a fecal bag (C) transferred to the location of the dry storage part (400) by the gripping part (210), a bag-breaking knife (320) installed on the rear side of the dry storage part (400) and pierces and tears the fecal bag (C) expanded by the pressurizing part (310) in a direction that penetrates, and a pressure scraper (330) installed on the upper side on the same line as the pressurizing part (310) and pressurizes the upper sides of the fecal bag (C) torn by the bag-breaking knife (320) in a tight state.
[0045] The above-mentioned seal-breaking means (300) enables the bag-breaking knife (320) to easily break the feces bag (C) while the pressure part (310) presses both sides of the feces bag (C) to artificially expand its interior.
[0046] Here, the bag-breaking knife (320) is extended to a certain length and has a pointed tip so as to easily pierce the excrement bag (C), and a blade is formed at the lower end in the longitudinal direction so that when the excrement bag (C) moves upward (moved upward by the gripping part), the lower part of the excrement bag (C) is completely torn and cut.
[0047] In addition, a cleaning nozzle (340) is installed at the upper part where the bag-breaking knife (320) enters and exits to spray a cleaning solution toward the entering and exiting bag-breaking knife (320) (see FIG. 3).
[0048] That is, the cleaning liquid sprayed through the cleaning nozzle (340) can easily clean foreign substances adhering to the bag-breaking knife (320), thereby allowing the bag-breaking knife (320) to be hygienically maintained.
[0049] And as illustrated in FIG. 5, when the feces bag (C) is cut by the bag-cutting knife (320) and the feces fall out first, the gripping part (210) is moved downward once again, and when the pressure scraper (330) presses the feces bag (C), the longitudinal drive frame (230) moves the gripping part (210) upward, thereby removing the remaining feces stuck to the inner surface of the feces bag (C).
[0050] In this way, the feces bag (C) remaining after the feces are discharged through the above-mentioned bag-opening means (300) is moved toward the bag collection bin (130) and then dropped (see FIG. 6).
[0051] In addition, it is preferable to additionally install an air nozzle (250) that sprays air pressure in the bag conveying unit (200) so that the waste bag (C) can be easily separated from the holding unit (210) at the bag collection box (130).
[0052] This is intended to allow the feces bag (C) to fall off easily by using high air pressure, taking into account the case where the feces bag (C) does not fall off easily when the waste part (210) that is compressing the feces bag (C) opens for disposal and is pressed under a certain pressure.
[0053] Meanwhile, the above-mentioned excrement disposal means (S) is installed below the above-mentioned sealing means (300) and performs the role of disposing of excrement that has fallen from the excrement bag (C).
[0054] Here, the excrement processing means (S) is configured with a drying storage unit (400) installed below the seal-breaking means (300) for drying and storing excrement falling from the seal-breaking means, a drying and grinding unit (500) installed below the drying storage unit (400) for drying and grinding excrement flowing in from the drying storage unit, and an excrement storage container (600) installed below the drying and grinding unit (500) for storing powdered excrement discharged through the drying and grinding unit.
[0055] The above drying storage unit (400) is installed below the above seal-breaking means (300) and performs the role of primary drying and storing the feces falling from the above seal-breaking means (300).

[0057] The upper door (401) and lower door (402) installed in the storage housing (410) are automatically opened and closed by the configuration of the air cylinder (403).
[0058] And on the outside of the above-mentioned drying storage unit (400), a stirring motor (440) is installed to transmit power to rotate the above-mentioned rotating stirring unit (420).
[0059] The above stirring motor (440) is connected to the stirring shaft of the above-mentioned rotating stirring unit (420) to transmit rotational power, and rotates the above-mentioned rotating stirring unit (420) for minutes according to a preset timer.
[0060] In addition, it is preferable to install a load cell (450) that detects the weight of the waste stored inside the storage housing (410).
[0061] That is, the load cell (450) performs the role of detecting changes in the weight of the storage housing (410) in real time so that when the amount of waste introduced into the storage housing (410) reaches an appropriate level, it can be discharged to the next process.
[0062] The above drying and grinding unit (500) is installed below the drying and storage unit (400) and performs the role of secondary drying and grinding of feces flowing in from the drying and storage unit (400).
[0063] The drying and grinding unit (500) according to the present invention is composed of a first drying and grinding unit (510) that performs secondary drying and grinding of feces introduced from the drying storage unit (400), and a second drying and grinding unit (520) installed below the first drying and grinding unit (510) that performs tertiary drying and grinding of feces.
[0064] That is, the above drying and grinding unit (500) is configured such that the first drying and grinding unit (510) and the second drying and grinding unit (520) are connected to each other in a stacked structure.
[0065] The above-mentioned first drying and grinding unit (510) and second drying and grinding unit (520) are composed of a housing (511, 521) having an inlet formed on one side of the upper portion and a stirring space formed inside, a stirrer (512, 522) installed in the stirring space, a stirrer motor (530) that rotates the stirrer (512, 522), and a sliding opening and closing door (513, 523) that controls the opening and closing of an outlet (511a, 521a) formed on one side of the bottom surface of the housing (511, 521).
[0066] And each of the above housings (511, 521) is equipped with a hot air line (540) that heats the interior by receiving heat from the previously described hot air heater (430) (see FIG. 2).
[0067] The above drying and grinding unit (500) can pulverize the moisture of the feces into a powder form by passing the feces, which have been dried first from the drying and storage unit (400), through the first drying and grinding unit (510) and the second drying and grinding unit (520) in sequence.
[0068] The above-mentioned stirrer motor (530) also operates the stirrer (512, 522) for several minutes in accordance with a preset timer.
[0069] Meanwhile, the above-mentioned waste storage container (600) is installed below the above-mentioned drying and grinding unit (500) and serves to store the final powdered waste discharged through the above-mentioned drying and grinding unit (500).
[0070] The above waste storage container (600) can be manufactured in a rectangular box shape or a cylindrical shape.
[0071] And a transfer rail (150) is installed on the bottom of the case body (100) where the above-mentioned waste storage container (600) is installed so that the waste storage container can be easily moved in and out (see FIG. 2).
[0072] Additionally, the lower part of the case body (100) further includes an air purification unit (700) that inhales and purifies odors generated inside the case body (100), the drying storage unit (400), and the drying grinding unit (500), and discharges them to the outside.
