[0035] FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing the configuration of a psychological improvement device using Oriental painting according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0036] Referring to FIG. 1, the psychological improvement device (100) may include a prompt generation module (102), an image generation module (104), a psychological effect measurement module (106), and a prompt update module (108).

[0037] The prompt generation module (102) can generate a prompt for image generation based on user input or user profile information. Here, the user may be a person who wishes to improve their psychological state through the psychological improvement device (100). And, the prompt may be a command to be input into a neural network model for image generation described later.

[0038] In one embodiment, the prompt generation module (102) can generate a prompt for image generation based on user input. At this time, the user can input text indicating what image they want to generate.

[0039] Additionally, the prompt generation module (102) can generate a prompt for image generation based on the user's user profile information. The user profile information may be stored in advance. The user may sign up for a psychological improvement service through the psychological improvement device (100) and may enter user profile information when signing up. For example, the user profile information may include the user's gender, age, occupation, etc.

[0040] In one embodiment, the prompt generation module (102) can store prompts used for image generation by matching them with each user's user profile information. The prompt generation module (102) can randomly extract one prompt for image generation from among other users similar to the current user's user profile information (gender, age, occupation, etc.) and set it as the user's prompt.

[0041] The image generation module (104) can receive a prompt generated by the prompt generation module (102). The image generation module (104) can receive image mode information from the user. Here, the image mode information may include information regarding the style of the Oriental painting (painter's style), the type of Oriental painting (e.g., ink painting, ink and color painting, color painting, etc.), and the number of Oriental paintings to be generated by the first neural network model (104a) described later.

[0042] The image generation module (104) can generate an Oriental painting image based on input prompt and image mode information. To this end, the image generation module (104) may include a first neural network model (104a). The first neural network model (104a) may be a generative artificial intelligence model trained to generate an Oriental painting image according to input prompt and image mode information.

[0043] The first neural network model (104a) can be trained using Oriental paintings (ink paintings, ink wash paintings, colored paintings, etc.) created by existing painters as training data. At this time, descriptions of the Oriental paintings (e.g., descriptions of what kind of paintings the Oriental paintings are) and the names of the painters of the Oriental paintings can be labeled and used to train the first neural network model (104a). The first neural network model (104a) can be trained to generate an Oriental painting image corresponding to the prompt and image mode information. Since the training process of the first neural network model (104a) is identical or similar to a previously disclosed image-generating artificial intelligence model, a detailed description thereof will be omitted.

[0044] When prompt and image mode information is input, the first neural network model (104a) can generate an Oriental painting corresponding to the prompt according to the style, type, and number included in the image mode information. FIGS. 2 and FIGS. 3 are drawings showing an ink painting and an ink color painting generated by the first neural network model (104a) according to the prompt input in an embodiment of the present invention, respectively.

[0045] Meanwhile, although it has been described here that image mode information is received from the user, it is not limited thereto and the image mode information may be pre-set. The image generation module (104) may acquire image mode information entered by the user or pre-set image mode information and input it into the first neural network model (104a) along with a prompt.

[0046] The image generation module (104) can display an Oriental painting image generated by the first neural network model (104a) on a screen so that the user can visually verify it. The image generation module (104) can match prompt and image mode information with the Oriental painting image generated by the first neural network model (104a) and store it in a database.

[0047] The psychological effect measurement module (106) can measure the psychological improvement effect of the user resulting from the generation of an Oriental painting image. That is, the psychological effect measurement module (106) can measure the improved psychological effect of the user as the user generates an Oriental painting image through the psychological improvement device (100) and visually checks the generated Oriental painting image. The user can create an Oriental painting in collaboration with a generative artificial intelligence model and achieve psychological stability while viewing the Oriental painting image displayed on the screen, and at this time, the improved psychological effect of the user can be measured.

[0048] Specifically, the psychological effect measurement module (106) can measure the user's psychological state before the generation of the Oriental painting image and the user's psychological state after the generation of the Oriental painting image, respectively. In one embodiment, the psychological effect measurement module (106) can measure the user's psychological state through a survey before and after the generation of the Oriental painting image, respectively. The psychological effect measurement module (106) can display the survey on a screen and receive answers for each survey item from the user.

[0049] As illustrated in FIG. 4, the survey may include survey items for measuring psychological variables such as depression, worry and anxiety, well-being, stress, helplessness, despair, and unhappiness, but each item of the survey is merely an example and is not limited thereto. For each item, the user may be allowed to respond at multiple levels (e.g., very much so, so, neutral, sometimes so, not so).

[0050] The psychological effect measurement module (106) can measure the degree of improved psychological effect of the user for each of the pre-set psychological variables (depression, worry and anxiety, well-being, stress, helplessness, despair, and unhappiness, etc.). The psychological effect measurement module (106) can measure the degree of psychological improvement effect of each psychological variable based on the change in the user's psychological state for each psychological variable before and after the creation of the Oriental painting. The psychological effect measurement module (106) can extract psychological variables among the pre-set psychological variables in which the degree of improved psychological effect of the user is below a pre-set threshold value.

[0051] Additionally, the psychological effect measurement module (106) can obtain user evaluations regarding the characteristics of the Oriental painting image generated by the first neural network model (104a). In one embodiment, the psychological effect measurement module (106) can obtain user evaluation scores for each pre-set evaluation item regarding the characteristics of the generated Oriental painting image. The psychological effect measurement module (106) can obtain user evaluation scores through a survey regarding the pre-set evaluation items, but is not limited thereto. Here, evaluation items may include mimesis, imperfection, serendipity in a positive sense, quality, and catharsis.

[0052] Mimesis may be used to evaluate the degree to which the Oriental painting image generated by the first neural network model (104a) accurately imitates the real world or a work painted by an actual artist. Imperfection may be used to evaluate the completeness of the Oriental painting image generated by the first neural network model (104a). Serendipity in a positive sense may be used to evaluate the positive influence, insight, idea, inspiration, etc. experienced by the user while viewing the Oriental painting image generated by the first neural network model (104a). Quality may be used to evaluate whether the Oriental painting image generated by the first neural network model (104a) is a well-made work. Catharsis may be used to evaluate the degree of catharsis felt by the user while viewing the Oriental painting image generated by the first neural network model (104a).

[0053] The psychological effect measurement module (106) can store the user's evaluation score for each evaluation item set for the characteristics of the Oriental painting image by matching it with the degree of the user's improved psychological effect for the set psychological variable. Through this, it is possible to verify the influence of the characteristics of the Oriental painting image generated by the first neural network model (104a) on the improvement of the user's psychological effect.

[0054] In one embodiment, the psychological effect measurement module (106) can determine to what extent the characteristics of the artwork of the Oriental painting image have an improvement effect on a specific psychological variable by analyzing the evaluation scores of users for each pre-set evaluation item and the degree of improvement of users for pre-set psychological variables for the Oriental painting image generated by the first neural network model (104a) over a certain period using multivariate statistical techniques.

[0055] Here, the image generation module (104) can retrain the first neural network model (104a) based on the evaluation scores of users for each pre-set evaluation item for the Oriental painting images generated by the first neural network model (104a) over a certain period. In one embodiment, the image generation module (104) can generate evaluation items for which the evaluation score for each pre-set evaluation item is less than a pre-set reference score. The image generation module (104) can retrain the first neural network model (104a) so that the characteristics of the artwork of the Oriental painting image according to the evaluation items for which the evaluation score is less than a pre-set reference score are improved.

[0056] The prompt update module (108) can update the prompt for image generation. If there is a psychological variable among the preset psychological variables in which the degree of improved psychological effect of the user is below a preset threshold value, the prompt update module (108) can update the prompt input to the first neural network model (104a) to improve the psychological variable below the preset threshold value.

[0057] In one embodiment, the prompt update module (108) can update the prompt based on the user's user profile information and cases of improved psychological effects for the corresponding psychological variable. That is, the prompt update module (108) can extract cases among other users similar to the user's user profile information in which the corresponding psychological variable (i.e., a psychological variable in which the degree of improved psychological effect is below a preset threshold) has improved, and can update the user's prompt based on the prompt used in the extracted cases.

[0058] In one embodiment, the prompt update module (108) may include a second neural network model (108a). The second neural network model (108a) may be a case-based learning model. The prompt update module (108) may train the second neural network model (108a) to output one or more prompts by taking user profile information and psychological variables as inputs. The prompt update module (108) may input the user's user profile information and psychological variables, the degree of improved psychological effect being below a preset threshold, into the second neural network model (108a) after training is complete to output a prompt, and may use the output prompt as an updated prompt.

[0059] The prompt update module (108) can transmit the updated prompt to the image generation module (104). Then, the image generation module (104) inputs the updated prompt and image mode information into the first neural network model (104a) to regenerate the Oriental painting image, and can display the regenerated Oriental painting image on the screen.

[0060] According to the disclosed embodiment, by allowing a user to generate an Oriental painting image through the psychological improvement device (100) and displaying the generated Oriental painting image on a screen so that the user can appreciate it, the user's psychological state can be easily improved without separate counseling.

[0061] In this specification, the term "module" may refer to a functional and structural combination of hardware for carrying out the technical concept of the present invention and software for driving said hardware. For example, the "module" may refer to a logical unit of a specific code and a hardware resource for executing said code, and does not necessarily refer to physically connected code or a single type of hardware.

[0063] FIG. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a method for improving psychological well-being using an Oriental painting image according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the illustrated flowchart, the method is described by dividing it into multiple steps, but at least some of the steps may be performed in a different order, combined with other steps, omitted, divided into detailed steps, or performed with one or more steps not illustrated added.

[0064] Referring to FIG. 5, the psychological improvement device (100) can measure the user's pre-set psychological variables before generating an Oriental painting image (S 101). The pre-set psychological variables may include the user's depression, worry and anxiety, well-being, stress, helplessness, despair, and unhappiness.

[0065] Next, the psychological improvement device (100) can generate a prompt for image generation based on user input or user profile information (S 103). Next, the psychological improvement device (100) can receive image mode information from the user and input the previously generated prompt and image mode information into the first neural network model (104a) to generate an Oriental painting image (S 105).

[0066] Next, the psychological improvement device (100) displays the generated Oriental painting image on the screen and measures the user's pre-set psychological variables based on the user's visual appreciation of the Oriental painting image, thereby measuring the degree of the user's improved psychological effect for each psychological variable (S 107).

[0067] Next, the psychological improvement device (100) can check whether there is a psychological variable among the preset psychological variables in which the degree of improved psychological effect of the user is below a preset threshold value (S 109).

[0068] If, as a result of checking S 109, there is a psychological variable in which the degree of improved psychological effect of the user is below a preset threshold value, the psychological improvement device (100) inputs the user's user profile information and the psychological variable in which the degree of improved psychological effect is below a preset threshold value into the second neural network model (108a), and can update the prompt through the prompt output by the second neural network model (108a) (S 111).

[0069] Next, the psychological improvement device (100) can input updated prompt and image mode information into the first neural network model (104a) to regenerate an Oriental painting image (S 113).

[0070] The psychological improvement device (100) can repeat the process from S 107 to S 113 until there are no psychological variables among the preset psychological variables in which the degree of improved psychological effect of the user is below a preset threshold value.
