Abstract

The self-cooling power conversion module stacking system according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a plurality of self-cooling power conversion modules (100-1 to 100-N) each containing an immersion space (110) in which a power conversion component is immersed in a dielectric liquid, a side heat dissipation fin structure (120) formed integrally on both sides of a case to perform air heat dissipation by natural convection, and a cooling water channel (130) physically separated from the immersion space (110); a proportional solenoid valve (140) fluidically connected to the cooling water channel (130) of each module (100-i), having its opening continuously adjusted according to an analog control signal and maintaining a closed state when the power is cut off; and a central cooling control unit (400) that collects the dielectric temperature (T_d_i) and load rate (P_i) of each module (100-i) to determine a cooling mode for each module, and independently controls the opening of the proportional solenoid valve (140) to stabilize the total flow rate of the cooling water supply source (200).
