Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a multi-purpose work device for an excavator, and more specifically, to a multi-purpose work device for an excavator that is mounted on the tip of the operating arm of the excavator to enable the removal of vegetation or cleaning work over a wide area without blind spots, and to simultaneously work on the inside and outside of structures such as road guide rails or median barriers. Background Technology

[0003] Generally, weeding work to remove weeds, grass, and shrubs is carried out manually by holding or carrying on the back an engine-equipped mower, and as a result, workers easily feel fatigued due to the heavy equipment, and the work speed is slowed down by the weight, making it impossible to perform a large amount of work.

[0005] In addition, when using a mower, safety accidents frequently occur as stones are kicked up by the high-speed rotating cutting blade, and since the weeding range per unit area is limited, there were limitations to work efficiency in places such as large fields or orchards.

[0007] Recently, there have been devices that mount weeders on the bumpers of ordinary vehicles to utilize the vehicle's power source and more effectively remove vegetation in various locations; however, this has caused problems in that it cannot remove weeds or shrubs that have proliferated in special areas inaccessible to vehicles, such as reed fields, pastures, low hills, chestnut orchards, wetlands, and rolling hills.

[0009] In light of this, an excavator equipped with a weeding means was disclosed in Patent No. 10-0448278. This was proposed to enable weeding of weeds or shrubs growing in special areas such as pastures, hills, and mounds, where conventional weeding vehicles could not enter, by mounting a weeding means on the tip of the operating arm of an excavator used for excavating soil or rocks.

[0011] In addition, a cleaning device for detaching from a small excavator was disclosed in Patent Publication No. 10-2012-0105224, which is designed so that the existing work device connected to the front nose of the small excavator is detached, the cleaning device is attached, and then the small excavator is adjusted to directly contact the broom part of the cleaning device with the work surface to be cleaned.

[0013] However, in conventional weeding devices using excavators including the prior art mentioned above, although the weeding blade is designed to remove bushes or grass with a single structure, the weeding blade is structured to remove materials that are relatively soft, such as grass, and does not effectively remove thick bushes, resulting in reduced work efficiency. Additionally, in cleaning devices, the cleaning is performed by simply attaching a broom part to the nose of the excavator and sweeping with the broom part, which limits the cleaning range and does not clean thoroughly, resulting in reduced cleaning efficiency. In particular, in the past, there was a problem of significantly reduced work efficiency because only one side of the structure was worked on in areas adjacent to structures such as guide rails or median dividers. [0020] The first rotating part is characterized by having a first rotating shaft that is rotated by a first rotating power part, so that it rotates in a horizontal direction to adjust the installation angle of the vertical supports provided on both sides of the operating frame.

[0022] The above-mentioned vertical support is characterized by being equipped with an extension adjustment means so that the height of the vertical support can be adjusted arbitrarily.

[0024] The above-described vertical support is characterized by a configuration in which a cushioning member is connected to a portion of the vertical length direction.

[0026] The above-mentioned second rotating part is characterized by having a mounting plate provided on a second rotating shaft, which is rotated by the second rotating power parts on both sides, so that a work member can be mounted. Effects of the invention

Specific details for implementing the invention

[0031] Before describing the embodiments of the invention to embody the technical concept of the present invention, the terms and words used in the specification or claims of the present invention should not be interpreted as being limited to their ordinary or dictionary meanings, and the scope of protection of the present invention should be interpreted in a meaning and concept consistent with the technical concept of the present invention. Furthermore, the examples described in this specification are merely the most preferred embodiments of the present invention and do not represent all of the technical concept of the present invention; therefore, it should be understood that there may be various equivalents and modifications that can replace them at the time of filing this application.

[0033] The multi-purpose work device for an excavator according to the present invention is characterized by mounting a work device on the tip of the operating arm of the excavator to perform vegetation removal or cleaning work over a wide area without blind spots using the rotational power source of the excavator, and to simultaneously perform work on the inner and outer sides of structures such as road guide rails or median strips.

[0035] The present invention comprises a fixed frame (10) connected to the tip connecting part (A) of the operating arm of an excavator, a first rotating part (20) that rotates horizontally at the lower center of the fixed frame (10) to adjust the installation angle, an operating frame (30) in which a rectangular horizontal support (31) is installed on the first rotating part (20) and both ends of the horizontal support (31) are formed by a vertical support (32) bent downward, a second rotating part (40) in which a second rotating shaft (43) is installed with a mounting plate (44) provided at both lower ends of the operating frame (30), and a work member (50) mounted on the mounting plate (44) of the second rotating part (40) to perform vegetation removal or cleaning work.

[0037] The above fixed frame (10) has fastening holes (11) formed on both sides of the upper portion so as to be connected to the operating arm tip connecting portion (A), and a first rotating portion (20) is provided at the lower center of the fixed frame (10) so as to be able to adjust the installation angle of the operating frame (30).

[0039] The first rotating part (20) is equipped with a first rotating power unit (22) made of a hydraulic motor, which generates rotational force using hydraulic power supplied from an excavator. The first rotating shaft (23), which is rotated by the first rotating power unit (22), rotates in a horizontal direction so that the vertical supports (32) on both sides of the operating frame (30) can arbitrarily adjust their installation angles in a direction perpendicular or diagonal to the direction of travel of the excavator, and then vegetation removal or cleaning work is performed by a work member (50) mounted on the second rotating part (40) at the bottom of the vertical supports (32).

[0041] The term "installation spacing of the above work member (50)" means that when both work members (50) are arranged perpendicularly to the direction of travel of the excavator based on the centerline of the excavator's direction of travel, the installation spacing of both work members (50) on the centerline of the excavator's direction of travel becomes maximum, when both work members (50) are arranged diagonally, the installation spacing of both work members (50) on the centerline of the excavator's direction of travel becomes narrowed inward to some extent, and when both work members (50) are arranged at the same position as the centerline of the excavator's direction of travel, the two work members (50) form a straight line in the front and rear from the reference point of the excavator's direction of travel.

[0043] This is because a blind spot occurs between the two working members (50) when they are installed spaced apart so as not to come into contact with each other. In the present invention, the installation angle of the operating frame (30) rotated by the first rotating part (20) is adjusted to change the installation position of the two working members (50) so that they are offset forward and backward, thereby bringing them closer to the centerline of the excavator's direction of travel. This configuration narrows the installation gap so that the two working members (50) can move sequentially along the excavator's direction of travel and work can be performed without a blind spot.

[0045] The above operating frame (30) is configured such that the middle portion of a horizontal support (31), which is provided in a rectangular shape of a certain length, is fixedly installed on the first rotating part (20), and both ends of the horizontal support (31) are vertically bent downwards and consist of a vertical support (32) of a certain height.

[0047] The height of the vertical support (32) must be installed higher than the height of a structure (B) that is installed vertically, such as a guide rail or median barrier of a conventional road, and the vertical support (32) may be equipped with an extension adjustment means (not shown) for adjusting the length so that the installation height of the vertical support (32) can be arbitrarily adjusted.

[0049] In addition, the vertical support (32) of the above-mentioned operating frame (30) is configured such that a cushioning member (33), such as anti-vibration rubber, is connected to a portion of the vertical length direction to absorb shock transmitted to the excavator through the operating frame (30), and also allows the operating frame (30) to bend when a height difference occurs where the two working members (50) mounted on the operating frame (30) come into contact with each other, thereby preventing damage to the working members (50).

[0051] The second rotating part (40) provided at the lower sides of the above operating frame (30) is each equipped with a second rotating power unit (42) made of a hydraulic motor, and generates rotational force using hydraulic power supplied from the excavator, and a mounting plate (44) is provided on the second rotating shaft (43) which is rotated by the second rotating power unit (42) so that a work member (50) can be mounted.

[0053] The above mounting plate (44) has a plurality of connecting holes (45) formed therein so that the connecting plate (52) of a work member (50) capable of performing vegetation removal or cleaning work can be attached and detached using fastening means such as bolts.

[0055] The above-mentioned work member (50) may be equipped with a mowing blade for removing grass or a saw blade for removing bushes, and may be used to remove vegetation, and may be equipped with a cleaning means such as a brush to clean roads, walls, etc.

[0057] The present invention, as described above, allows for the installation of a work device on the tip of an excavator's operating arm, wherein the work device is installed on a first rotating part (20) that rotates horizontally and is connected to a fixed frame (10) connected to the tip connecting part (A) of the operating arm, and a work member (50) is mounted on a mounting plate (44) of a second rotating part (40) provided at the bottom of each vertical support (32) on both sides of the operating frame (30), thereby enabling the removal of vegetation or cleaning work over a wide area without blind spots, and simultaneously working on the inner and outer sides of structures (B), such as road guide rails or median dividers.

[0059] That is, the present invention enables vegetation removal by mounting a work member (50) equipped with vegetation removal means, such as a cutting blade or a saw blade for removing bushes, on the mounting plate (44) of the second rotating part (40) provided at the bottom of the vertical support members (32) on both sides of the operating frame (30), or vegetation removal or cleaning of a large area by mounting a work member (50) equipped with a cleaning means, such as a brush.

[0061] At this time, if a blind spot occurs due to the spaced-apart installation spacing so that the two working members (50) mounted on the second rotating part (40) of each of the two vertical supports (32) do not come into contact with each other, the installation angle of the operating frame (30) rotated by the first rotating part (20) as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 is adjusted so that the installation positions of the two working members (50) are offset forward and backward, thereby allowing the two working members (50) to move sequentially along the direction of travel of the excavator without any blind spots.

[0063] In addition, as shown in FIG. 6, when a structure such as a road guide rail or median divider is installed and vegetation removal or cleaning is to be performed on both sides based on the structure, first, the vertical supports (32) on both sides of the operating frame (30) are positioned at an installation angle perpendicular to the direction of entry where the structure is installed, and then the vertical supports (32) on both sides are lowered from the upper side of the structure to both sides of the structure to perform the work using the work member (50) mounted on the lower end of the vertical supports (32). However, if the work member (50) is widely spaced from the structure due to the installation spacing on both sides, as shown in FIG. 8, the installation angle of the operating frame (30), which is rotated by the first rotating part (20), is adjusted to change the installation position of the work members (50) on both sides so that they are offset forward and backward, thereby allowing the work members (50) on both sides to move sequentially along the direction of travel of the excavator, thereby simultaneously performing vegetation removal or cleaning on the inner and outer sides of the structure (B), such as a road guide rail or median divider, without any blind spots. It is possible.

[0065] Although the present invention has been described above with reference to the embodiments, it is understood that various modifications are possible within the scope of the technical spirit of the present invention. Explanation of the symbols
