Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a desulfurization and deodorization composition, and more specifically, to a desulfurization and deodorization composition containing fulvic acid as a component. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, deodorizers are used to reduce odors in sewage treatment plants, septic tanks, sewers, livestock barns, and various industrial facilities where strong odors are generated. However, due to the harmful effects of conventional deodorizers used for these purposes on the environment and human health, there is a recent trend toward replacing them with eco-friendly materials.

[0003] Representative examples include the invention disclosed in Patent Registration No. 10-0532163, which proposed an antibacterial deodorizing composition containing chitosan as a component, and the invention disclosed in Patent Registration No. 10-2130972, which proposed a deodorizing agent containing clover leaf oil and pine needle oil. Additionally, the invention disclosed in Patent Registration No. 10-2601468 proposed an eco-friendly disinfectant and deodorizing agent containing sulfur, silicate, citric acid, sodium bisulfate, and alkaline reduced water.

[0004] Meanwhile, recently, following the introduction of a mass production method for fulvic acid—a naturally derived ingredient that is harmless to the human body and offers excellent antibacterial and antioxidant effects—in Public Patent Publication No. 10-2012-0108816 and others, fulvic acid is being utilized as an ingredient in cosmetics and various health supplements.

[0005] In particular, regarding a desulfurization and deodorization composition containing fulvic acid as a component, it is proposed in Patent Registration No. 10-2501390. When examining the composition and content of the components, it is shown as illustrated in Fig. 1. Through such a composition, it is easy to apply directly to existing treatment systems, while keeping operating costs low and maximizing treatment efficiency.

[0006] However, according to the embodiments shown in FIG. 1, first, if the content of fulvic acid is excessive as in Examples 1 to 4, there is a concern that the composition may clump together like frog eggs, making it impossible to use properly as a deodorizer. In addition, in Examples 1 to 2 and Examples 5 to 6, there is a problem that the potassium carbonate contained as an ingredient reacts chemically with acidic substances, namely humic acid or malic acid, causing excessive foaming, which makes deodorization difficult. Furthermore, if malic acid is used excessively as in Examples 5 to 6, there is a problem of causing coughing in the deodorization worker.

[0007] Accordingly, there was a need to improve desulfurization and deodorization compositions containing fulvic acid as an ingredient. The problem to be solved

[0008] Therefore, the objective of the present invention is to provide a desulfurization and deodorization composition that can properly incorporate fulvic acid, which is harmless to the human body and environmentally friendly, as a desulfurization and deodorization component without side effects. means of solving the problem

[0009] To achieve the above objective, the present invention provides a desulfurization and deodorization composition characterized by comprising 3 to 10 weight% of fulvic acid, 1.5 to 5 weight% of anhydrous magnesium sulfate, 1.5 to 5 weight% of copper sulfate pentahydrate, 1.5 to 5 weight% of sodium chloride, 1 to 2.7 weight% of potassium sulfate, and the remainder being purified water.

[0010] In addition, to achieve the above objective, the present invention provides a desulfurization and deodorization composition characterized by comprising 3 to 10 weight% of fulvic acid, 1.5 to 5 weight% of anhydrous magnesium sulfate, 1.5 to 5 weight% of copper sulfate pentahydrate, 1.5 to 5 weight% of sodium chloride, 1 to 2.7 weight% of potassium sulfate, 1 to 2.7 weight% of malic acid, and the remainder being purified water.

[0011] In addition, to achieve the above objective, the present invention provides a desulfurization and deodorization composition characterized by comprising 3 to 10 weight% of fulvic acid, 1.5 to 5 weight% of anhydrous magnesium sulfate, 1.5 to 5 weight% of copper sulfate pentahydrate, 1.5 to 5 weight% of sodium chloride, 1 to 2.7 weight% of potassium sulfate, 1 to 2.7 weight% of malic acid, 0.1 to 0.7 weight% of copper nitrate, and the remainder being purified water. Effects of the invention

[0012] As described above, the desulfurization and deodorization composition according to the present invention can prevent clumping by containing an appropriate amount of fulvic acid relative to the total weight, and by not containing malic acid or containing only an appropriate amount, it does not induce coughing in workers, and by not including carbonic acid components as ingredients, it can solve the problem of excessive foaming caused by reaction with acid components. Thus, it is possible to perform the proper function as a desulfurization and deodorization composition containing fulvic acid that is harmless to the human body and environmentally friendly, thereby maximizing treatment efficiency while keeping operating costs low compared to conventional technology, and it can be applied directly to existing treatment systems and can be applied not only outdoors but also to indoor deodorizers in government offices, business facilities, etc. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0013] FIG. 1 is a graph showing the components and content ratios of a desulfurization and deodorization composition containing fulvic acid according to the prior art. FIG. 2 is a graph illustrating the component ratios of a desulfurization and deodorization composition according to an embodiment of the present invention, Figure 3 is a test report for the desulfurization and deodorization composition of Figure 2. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0014] A desulfurization and deodorization composition according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided as a solution obtained by mixing a desulfurization and deodorization mixture comprising fulvic acid, anhydrous magnesium sulfate, copper sulfate pentahydrate, copper nitrate, sodium chloride, potassium sulfate, and malic acid with purified water.

[0015] In particular, in this embodiment, the fulvic acid accounts for 3 to 10 weight percent of the total weight of the desulfurization and deodorization composition, the anhydrous magnesium sulfate accounts for 1.5 to 5 weight percent of the total composition, the copper sulfate pentahydrate accounts for 1.5 to 5 weight percent of the total composition, the copper nitrate accounts for 0.1 to 0.7 weight percent of the total composition, the sodium chloride accounts for 1.5 to 5 weight percent of the total composition, the potassium sulfate accounts for 1 to 2.7 weight percent of the total composition, and the malic acid accounts for 1 to 2.7 weight percent of the total composition.

[0016] The components of the desulfurization and deodorization composition according to the embodiment of the present invention, configured as described above, are shown in the following [Table 1].

[0017] ingredient Content (weight%) fulvic acid 3 ~ 10 Anhydrous magnesium sulfate 1.5 ~ 5 copper sulfate pentahydrate 1.5 ~ 5 copper nitrate 0.1 ~ 0.7 sodium chloride 1.5 ~ 5 potassium sulfate 1 ~ 2.7 Malic acid 1 ~ 2.7 purified water remain

[0019] As shown in [Table 1] above, the problem of agglomeration caused by fulvic acid can be solved by setting the amount to 10% or less of the total weight, and the effect of reducing ammonia, trimethylamine, hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, etc. can be achieved by including at least 3% or more.

[0020] In the case of malic acid, it is kept at no more than 2.7% of the solid weight to prevent it from causing coughing in deodorization workers, and in particular, by minimizing chemical reactions with carbonic acid components that may be present in the solution, it effectively blocks the cause of foam generation at the source. Malic acid has a reduction effect on ammonia, trimethylamine, etc.

[0021] In addition, [Table 1] above eliminates the potassium carbonate used in the prior art, thereby fundamentally preventing the problem of excessive foaming caused by chemical reactions with the malic acid. Instead, the function of the potassium carbonate is replaced by malic acid, etc., in [Table 1] above.

[0022] In [Table 1] above, potassium sulfate is a component used to achieve the effect of reducing ammonia and methyl mercaptan. Anhydrous magnesium sulfate has the effect of reducing trimethylamine, copper sulfate pentahydrate and copper nitrate have the effect of reducing hydrogen sulfide, and sodium chloride has the effect of reducing methyl mercaptan.

[0023] A deodorization test was performed with the component content as shown in the following [Experimental Example] within the range set in [Table 1] above, and the results are as shown in Fig. 2.

[0025] [Experimental Example]

[0026] A deodorizing composition (see Fig. 2) obtained by mixing 6% fulvic acid, 3% anhydrous magnesium sulfate, 3% copper sulfate pentahydrate, 0.5% copper nitrate, 2.5% sodium chloride, 2% potassium sulfate, 2% malic acid, and 81% purified water was diluted 100 times with purified water to test its deodorizing performance.

[0028] As shown in Figure 2, the results of the deodorization performance test according to the above experimental example indicate that the diluted deodorization composition exhibits excellent deodorization ability with a deodorization effect of over 90% for hydrogen sulfide, trimethylamine, and ammonia. However, in the case of methyl mercaptan, the reduction effect appears to be somewhat lower at 26.3%, but this can be overcome by adjusting the dilution ratio and applying it in an actual usage environment.

[0030] Meanwhile, the components and component ratios of the deodorizer composition according to the embodiment of the present invention as described above are merely examples to aid in understanding the present invention; therefore, the scope of rights or technical scope of the present invention is defined by the claims set forth below, and thus the claims set forth below should not be limited by what has been described above.
