Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a cable carrier, and more specifically, to a cable carrier capable of preventing sagging and responding to cable tension, which can be applied to the cable carrier manufacturing industry, the cable carrier repair and modification industry, and the cable carrier usage industry by connecting unit cables of the cable carrier to each other to prevent sagging and installing a corresponding member on a fixed bracket to respond to a cable moving during the operation of the cable carrier. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, cable carriers are installed in semiconductor equipment, cleanroom facilities, various machine tools, robots, and various short- and medium-distance industrial machinery. They are widely used to protect cables connected to moving parts or hoses transporting fluids from contamination, prevent easy damage, and transport them while protecting them from corrosion and chemicals.

[0003] Such a cable carrier device is formed in the shape of a circulating track connected by multiple link members to operate like a chain over the entire length of the cable or hydraulic hose.

[0004] That is, the conventional cable carrier device is configured to have a plurality of link members, each comprising a pair of symmetrical right and left plates facing each other on both sides, and a pair of connecting bars, one end of which is coupled to the right plate and the other end of which is connected to the left plate, and which are respectively positioned above and below the right and left plates, and is equipped with connecting pins that connect each link member, thereby forming a configuration connected in the shape of an endless track.

[0005] Such conventional cable carrier devices may have a structure that moves while naturally returning to a '⊂' shape via a link member, or a structure that circulates with both sides having a shape that circulates in the forms of '⊂' and '⊃'.

[0006] However, the above-mentioned conventional cable carrier device had a problem of sagging downward due to the self-weight of each link member forming the cable carrier device and the self-weight of heavy cables or hoses.

[0007] In other words, typically, the cable carrier device has a long length, and when the cable carrier device is positioned so that it is bent upward in an overall '⊂' shape, the link members located upward will sag downward due to the self-weight of each link member located upward and the self-weight of heavy cables or hoses, etc.

[0008] In cases where such sagging is severe, each link member located above and each link member located below come into contact, and this contact causes noise due to friction whenever the cable carrier moves, and also causes damage or deterioration due to friction.

[0009] In addition, several measures have been proposed to prevent such sagging, but there was a problem in that the unit cost of the equipment became high due to the adoption of expensive configurations.

[0010] In addition, multiple rows of cables installed inside the cable bay are installed on fixing brackets installed at both ends of the cable bay, fastened using cable ties, and then secured.

[0011] However, when the above cable is operated after being fixed to the fixing bracket, friction occurs at the tied part as the cable is pushed or pulled, causing deterioration of the cable sheath, or, if continuous, cracking or damage.

[0012] Consequently, there is an urgent need for an improved cable carrier that minimizes cable breakage or damage by connecting the unit cables to each other to minimize sagging and installing corresponding members on the fixing brackets to secure the cables, thereby responsive to cable movement. [0015] Furthermore, another objective of the present invention is to enable the cable to move in response to pulling or pushing phenomena while fixed to a corresponding member installed on a fixed bracket.

[0016] In addition, another objective of the present invention is to prevent detachment by attaching a cover after coupling a corresponding member to a slide groove in a fixed bracket.

[0017] In addition, another objective of the present invention is to install an elastic member in the slide groove so that corresponding operation and return are smooth when the corresponding member moves horizontally.

[0018] In addition, another objective of the present invention is to minimize friction between the corresponding member and the slide groove by installing a Teflon bushing in the slide groove. means of solving the problem

[0039] It is preferable to form the above fastening holes (34) in numbers of 2 to 4 depending on the assembly strength.

[0040] The above reinforcing member (30) is formed such that the first hinge end (31a) and the second hinge end (31b) rotate around the hinge pin (33) so as to correspond to the bending of the link unit (1) when the variable cable carrier (100) moves, and when the link unit (1) is positioned in a straight line, the end portions where the hinge ends (31) of a pair of reinforcing plates (32) are formed come into contact so as not to rotate and are supported, thereby preventing the link unit (1) from sagging.

[0041] The variable cable carrier (100) is formed by including a corresponding member (40) installed on the inner bottom of the fixed bracket (20) so as to be horizontally movable in the longitudinal direction.

[0042] The above fixed bracket (20) can be manufactured in various forms and, depending on the method of connection with the link member (10), a connecting part (20c) is formed in which a connecting hole (20a) or a connecting projection (20b) is formed.

[0043] A slide groove (22) is formed on the upper surface of the bottom plate (21) of the above-mentioned fixed bracket (20).

[0044] The above slide groove (22) is formed in a rectangular shape, recessed into the upper surface of the bottom plate (21) of the fixing bracket (20), and has an open rear end.

[0045] Guides (24) are formed to protrude from both side walls of the above slide groove (22) so as to face each other toward the center.

[0046] The above guide (24) is formed to protrude toward the center from both side walls of the slide groove (22).

[0047] A cover (23) for opening and closing a slide groove (22) is formed on the rear surface of the above-mentioned bottom plate (21).

[0048] The above cover (23) is configured to be attached to the rear surface of the bottom plate (21) and then fastened using screws.

[0049] The above-mentioned corresponding member (40) forms a plurality of fixing ends (42) for fixing the cable (1) at one end of a square-shaped corresponding plate (41).

[0050] The above fixed end (42) is formed in a 'T' shape when projected from above, and is formed in four pieces, which can be adjusted according to the number of cables.

[0051] The above fixed section (42) is formed continuously at regular intervals and is formed to function to secure the cable using a cable tie after the cable is raised upward.

[0052] A guide projection (43) is formed on the lower surface of the above-mentioned corresponding plate (41) to be fitted into the slide groove (22) of the fixed bracket (20).

[0053] The above guide projection (43) is formed to guide the movement of the corresponding member (40) stably without the corresponding plate (41) detaching when the corresponding plate (41) moves horizontally.

[0054] Elastic members (50) are installed at both ends of the slide groove (22) to allow the corresponding plate (41) to move and return smoothly in the horizontal direction.

[0055] The above elastic member (50) may be formed as a coil spring or a plate spring made of metal or synthetic resin material.

[0056] A Teflon bushing (60) is installed on the bottom surface of the above slide groove (22) to minimize friction.

[0057] The above Teflon bushing (60) is in the form of a piece cut to fit the area of the slide groove (22) or

[0058] The usage state of the variable cable carrier (100) configured as above is as follows.

[0059] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 13, the variable cable carrier (100) connects several link units (1) to each other and then installs a fixing bracket (20) at each end.

[0060] At this time, the reinforcing plates (32) of the reinforcing members (30) are each installed on the lower portions of adjacent upper plates (13) of the link unit (1) using screws.

[0061] In addition, the above-mentioned fixed bracket (20) is completed by inserting a corresponding member (40) into the guide (24) of the slide groove (22) with the cover (23) removed, and then fastening the cover (23).

[0062] At this time, when applying the above elastic member (50), a pair of elastic members (50) are installed at one end of the inside of the slide groove (22), then a corresponding member (40) is inserted into the guide (24) of the slide groove (22), and then the cover (23) is fastened while the elastic member (50) is in close contact with the end of the corresponding member (40) to complete the process.

[0063] Then, the fixed bracket (20) is connected to the link unit (1) located at both ends using a pin through the connection hole (20a) of the fixed bracket (20) or by inserting it using the connection projection (20b) to connect the connecting part (20c), thereby completing the assembly of the variable cable carrier (100).

[0064] The above variable cable carrier (100) passes a cable (1) for protecting various devices through the inside of a link unit (1) via the inside of a fixed bracket (20) on one side, and then fixes each fixed bracket (20) to the device.

[0065] Afterward, when the installation of the various devices of the variable cable carrier (100) is completed, the cable (1) is positioned on the upper end (42) of each fixed bracket (20) using a cable tie or other fastening member, and the cable (1) and the fixed end (42) are firmly fastened together to complete the installation.

[0066] In this variable cable carrier (100), the bottom plate (21) of one fixed bracket (20) is fixed to the device by the operation of the device, and the bottom plate (21) of another fixed bracket (20) is fixed to an operating part that moves and operates within the device.

[0067] In this way, when the above-mentioned operating part moves, the variable cable carrier (100) moves along the direction in which the operating part moves, and the fixed bracket (20) fixed to the operating part moves together, and the link unit (1) rotates to perform a corresponding operation.

[0068] At this time, the variable cable carrier (100) operates so that the reinforcing plate (32) of the reinforcing member (30) installed on the link unit (1) located horizontally and on the upper side rotates relative to the hinge end (31) to which the hinge shaft (35) is connected, and comes into contact with each other to support it, thereby changing the link unit (1) into an integrated state and preventing sagging.

[0069] In addition, when the above variable cable carrier (100) is operated, even if the cable (1) is fixed to the fixed end (42) of the fixed bracket (20), a pulling force and a pushing force are applied.

[0070] Thus, when the above cable (1) is pulled or pushed, the corresponding member (40) moves along the guide (24) of the slide groove (22) by the force of the cable (1), thereby responding to the movement of the cable (1) and counteracting the tension acting on the cable (1), thereby reducing fatigue or deterioration.

[0071] In addition, the above-mentioned corresponding member (40) moves by being pulled or pushed along the guide (24) of the slide groove (22) by the force of the cable (1), thereby responding to the movement of the cable (1) and preventing damage to the sheath of the cable (1).

[0072] In addition, when an elastic member (50) is applied between the corresponding member (40) and the slide groove (22), it is characterized by providing additional responsiveness that can quickly respond to the movement of the cable (1).

[0073] In addition, when the above Teflon bushing (60) is applied to the slide groove (22), the frictional force is reduced when the corresponding member (40) moves together with the cable (1), thereby minimizing wear caused by friction, preventing deterioration, and allowing for smooth movement. This is an improved technology.

[0074] In describing the variable cable carrier (100) of the present invention with reference to the attached drawings above, the description has focused on specific shapes and directions; however, the present invention is capable of various modifications and changes by those skilled in the art, and such modifications and changes should be interpreted as being included within the scope of the rights of the present invention.
