Abstract

The present invention relates to a battery pack and a battery device including the same, and more specifically, to a battery pack and a battery device including the same capable of preventing interference between a cable portion and a housing portion. A battery pack according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a cable portion, a connector portion to which the cable portion is connected at one end, a housing portion on which the connector portion is mounted, and a seating portion for fixing the position of the cable portion, wherein the cable portion extends between the connector portion and the inner surface of the housing portion, and the seating portion is formed inside the housing portion and can support one side of the cable portion facing the inner surface of the housing portion to prevent interference between the inner surface of the housing portion and the cable portion.

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a battery pack and a battery device including the same, and more specifically, to a battery pack and a battery device including the same capable of preventing interference between a cable portion and a housing portion. Background Technology

[0003] A battery pack refers to a device that combines multiple battery cells into a single unit designed to perform a specific function while protecting it from physical impacts from the external environment. Typical examples include rechargeable batteries installed in smartphones, walkie-talkies, laptop computers, and wireless models.

These cables provide an electrical path for current flow within the battery pack; however, if a cable interferes with other components inside the pack or is damaged as a result, it can lead to permanent damage to the battery pack or safety accidents. Therefore, there is a need for technology that can prevent interference between the battery pack and the cables by stably positioning them within the battery pack.

Claims

Claim 1 A battery pack comprising: a cable portion; a connector portion to which the cable portion is connected at one end; a housing portion on which the connector portion is mounted; and a seating portion for fixing the position of the cable portion, wherein the cable portion extends between the connector portion and the inner surface of the housing portion, and the seating portion is formed inside the housing portion and supports one side of the cable portion facing the inner surface of the housing portion to prevent interference between the inner surface of the housing portion and the cable portion, and one side of the cable portion is supported by contacting one surface of the seating portion, and the cable portion is spaced apart from the inner surface of the housing portion by being seated on the seating portion, and the seating portion includes: a main support plate that supports the cable portion by contacting a part of the cable portion and spaced the cable portion apart from the inner surface of the housing portion; and edge support plates formed at both ends of the main support plate and preventing lateral displacement of the cable portion.
