Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a safety work device, and more specifically, to a safety work device for preventing a worker from falling while working in a gas-insulated switchgear. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, when installing or inspecting a Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) within a substation premises, work at heights of 4 to 5 meters above the ground may be performed, such as disconnecting grounding pads or inspecting CT terminal blocks.

[0003] Workers move by stepping on the outer top of the upper busbar and perform work at the work site. However, since the upper busbar is cylindrical, it is unstable for workers to step on the top, resulting in poor workability and a significantly high risk of falling or tripping due to slipping, which poses a safety problem.

[0004] Therefore, work platforms are installed and safety railings are used as protective measures to ensure worker safety. However, because the work area for gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) is very narrow, it is difficult to install work platforms and safety railings by methods such as assembling scaffolding.

[0005] To solve these problems, a technology was devised to install safety harness attachment equipment on the upper busbar of a gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) and to wear a safety harness. However, in this case, it is inconvenient to work, and since the worker still has to step on the outer upper part of the upper busbar of the gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) to work, there is a high risk of slipping while working even if a safety harness is worn, and if one falls or trips, there is a risk of serious injury from hitting the metal gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) or various protruding parts. The problem to be solved

[0024] Hereinafter, various embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings so that those skilled in the art can easily implement the present invention. The present invention may be embodied in various different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein.

[0025] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a safety work device according to one embodiment, FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective view of the work platform of the safety work device of FIG. 1 before it is installed in a gas-insulated switchgear, and FIG. 3 is an enlarged perspective view of the work platform of the safety work device of FIG. 1 after it is installed in a gas-insulated switchgear.

[0026] As illustrated in FIG. 1, a safety work device according to one embodiment includes a plurality of work platforms (100) and a safety railing (200).

[0027] Multiple work platforms (100) are installed on the upper part of a gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) and can be stepped on by a worker. Adjacent work platforms (100) may be positioned at a predetermined distance from each other. An auxiliary platform (300) may also be installed between adjacent work platforms (100).

[0028] As illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3, the work platform (100) may include an elastic support member (110), a base platform member (120), a fixed belt member (130), a first pressure plate (140), a second pressure plate (150), a support member holder (160), and a handrail fastening member (170).

[0029] The elastic support member (110) can make contact with the upper surface of the gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) with a predetermined curvature. Since the elastic support member (110) is formed of an elastic material such as rubber, it can make contact with a predetermined curvature that matches the shape of the outer surface of the gas-insulated switchgear (GIS). Therefore, the predetermined curvature of the elastic support member (110) can be varied. In addition, since the elastic support member (110) is formed of an elastic material such as rubber, it can make contact with the outer surface of the gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) without slipping due to frictional force. Furthermore, since the elastic support member (110) is formed of an elastic material such as rubber, it can prevent damage to the outer surface of the gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) caused by an operator.

[0030] The base footrest (120) is installed on the elastic support (110) and may have a rectangular flat plate shape.

[0031] The fixed belt portion (130) is connected to both ends of the base foot portion (120) and can fix the base foot portion (120) to the outer surface of the gas-insulated switchgear (GIS).

[0032] The fixed belt portion (130) may include a ratchet belt (131) and a ratchet connecting portion (132).

[0033] The ratchet belt (131) may be a belt installed along the outer surface of the gas-insulated switchgear (GIS). Since the inner surface of the ratchet belt (131) is formed of an elastic material such as rubber, the ratchet belt (131) can contact the outer surface of the gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) without slipping due to friction. Therefore, the base footrest (120) can be fixed more stably to the outer surface of the gas-insulated switchgear (GIS), thereby minimizing the risk of a worker falling. In this embodiment, a pair of ratchet belts are shown wrapping around the outer surface of the gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) in parallel with each other, but this is not necessarily limited thereto; a pair of ratchet belts may wrap around the outer surface of the gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) while crossing each other, or two or more ratchet belts may be used to wrap around the outer surface of the gas-insulated switchgear (GIS).

[0034] The ratchet connecting portion (132) is installed on both ends of the base foot portion (120) and can be connected to the ratchet belt (131). The ratchet connecting portion (132) may have a ring shape, but is not necessarily limited thereto and various structures are possible.

[0035] The first pressure plate (140) is inserted between the elastic support part (110) and the base footrest part (120) to apply pressure so that the base footrest part (120) is in close contact with the elastic support part (110).

[0036] The first pressure plate (140) may include a pair of curved pressure plates (141, 142) that are symmetrical to each other. These pair of curved pressure plates (141, 142) may be spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance.

[0037] An elastic support member (110) fixed to the upper part of a gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) by a fixed belt member (130) may have a portion that is not in close contact with the outer surface of the gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) having a predetermined curvature. At this time, by using a first pressure plate (140) to apply pressure to the elastic support member (110), the entire area of the elastic support member (110) can be made to be in close contact with the outer surface of the gas-insulated switchgear (GIS).

[0038] The second pressure plate (150) can be inserted into the interior of the base footrest (120) to apply pressure so that the base footrest (120) is in close contact with the elastic support (110). To this end, a pressure plate insertion hole (120a) into which the second pressure plate (150) is inserted may be formed on the side of the base footrest (120). This second pressure plate (150) may have a flat plate shape.

[0039] If the diameter of the gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) is larger than the length of the first pressure plate (140) or the length of the base footrest (120), a gap may occur between the first pressure plate (140) and the base footrest (120). To prevent this, the degree of contact between the first pressure plate (140) and the base footrest (120) can be improved by inserting a second pressure plate (150) into the interior of the base footrest (120).

[0040] The support holder (160) is connected to both ends of the elastic support (110) and can prevent the elastic support (110) from coming off.

[0041] The support holder (160) may include a holder member (161) and a holder hinge (162).

[0042] A holder member (161) is connected to both ends of an elastic support member (110) and can support the elastic support member (110). This holder member (161) may have an outer inclined surface (161a). Thus, a ratchet belt (131) extending from both ends of a base footrest (120) can be more closely wrapped around the outer surface of a gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) and secure the base footrest (120) to the gas-insulated switchgear (GIS).

[0043] A holder hinge (162) can connect a holder member (161) to both ends of an elastic support (110). This holder hinge (162) allows the holder member (161) to rotate at a predetermined angle along the outer surface of a gas-insulated switchgear (GIS). Thus, the holder hinge (162) can maximize the contact area where the holder member (161) comes into close contact with the outer surface of the gas-insulated switchgear (GIS).

[0044] The handrail fastening part (170) can be installed at the front and rear ends of the base footrest part (120) and can be connected to the lower handrail (210), which is part of the safety handrail (200).

[0045] The railing fastening part (170) may include a railing fastening ring (171) and a railing fixing pin (172).

[0046] The handrail fastening ring (171) is installed at the front and rear ends of the base footrest (120) and has a cylindrical ring shape, so the lower handrail (210) can be inserted into the cylindrical ring and fastened.

[0047] The railing fixing pin (172) can fix the lower railing (210) to the railing fastening ring (171).

[0048] The safety railing (200) is connected to a plurality of work platforms (100) and can be held and moved by a worker, and has a predetermined height so that it can prevent the worker from falling.

[0049] The safety railing (200) may include a lower railing (210), an upper railing (220), a middle railing (230), a railing post (240), a fastening member (250), a toe board (260), and a fall prevention net (270).

[0050] The lower railing (210) is connected to the railing fastening part (170) and can be positioned adjacent to the base footrest part (120).

[0051] The upper railing (220) may be positioned above the lower railing (210) at a distance. The extension direction (Y) of the upper railing (220) may intersect with the extension direction (X) of the lower railing (210).

[0052] The middle railing (230) is located between the lower railing (210) and the upper railing (220), and the extension direction (Y) of the middle railing (230) may be parallel to the extension direction (Y) of the upper railing (220).

[0053] The railing post (240) can connect and support the lower railing (210), the middle railing (230), and the upper railing (220). The railing post (240) can extend in a direction (Z) perpendicular to the surface of the base footrest (120).

[0054] The railing post (240) can be connected to the lower railing (210), the middle railing (230), and the upper railing (220) using a fastening member (250) at the point of contact with the lower railing (210), the middle railing (230), and the upper railing (220).

[0055] Here, the lower railing (210), middle railing (230), upper railing (220), and railing post (240) may include steel pipe scaffolding or system scaffolding.

[0056] The toe board (260) is connected to the side of the base footing and can be installed under the middle railing. Since this toe board (260) has a rectangular plate shape, it can prevent work by-products such as work tools and materials from falling.

[0057] The fall prevention net (270) is installed below the middle railing (230) and has a net shape, so it can prevent work by-products such as work tools and materials from falling. In this embodiment, the fall prevention net (270) is installed on the toe board (260), but it is not necessarily limited to this and may be installed connected to the upper railing (220) or the middle railing (230).

[0058] Although embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above, the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and various modifications and improvements by those skilled in the art using the basic concept of the present invention as defined in the following claims also fall within the scope of the present invention.
