Abstract

The present invention relates to a patent search application device and a patent search method using the same. A patent search application device according to one embodiment of the present invention includes an interface unit that receives first paper information regarding target paper data from a client terminal device, a paper information generation unit that generates second paper information based on information extracted from the target paper data, and a patent search unit that searches for target patent documents related to the first paper information or the second paper information.

Claim 1 A patent search application device through a paper-linked search, comprising: an interface unit that receives first paper information regarding target paper data from a client terminal; a patent search unit that searches for target patent documents related to the first paper information; and a patent technology analysis unit that generates technology analysis information including at least one of the following: whether the applicant of the target patent documents has changed, whether there is a joint application, whether ownership has been transferred, whether a license has been granted, identification information of the successor to the application rights, identification information of the joint applicant, identification information of the assignee, identification information of the licensee, remaining period, filing date, number of family applications, and information regarding the country, or whether there is a dispute. Claim 2 A patent search application device according to claim 1, further comprising a paper information generation unit that generates second paper information based on information extracted from the target paper data, wherein the target patent document searched by the patent search unit is related to at least one of the first paper information and the second paper information.
