Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present disclosure relates to a garment processing device. More specifically, it relates to an integrated garment processing device in which a washing machine that simultaneously implements washing and drying functions and a dryer that performs drying functions are stacked. Background Technology
[0002] Generally, a clothing processing device is a device for handling various tasks related to clothing, encompassing washing devices for washing clothes, drying devices for drying wet clothes, and refreshers for removing odors or wrinkles embedded in clothing.
[0003] A conventional laundry device includes a cabinet forming an exterior, a tub provided inside the cabinet for storing water, a drum rotatably provided inside the tub for storing laundry, and a drive unit for rotating the drum.
[0004] In particular, washing machines are classified into top-loading and front-loading types depending on the position of the drum. Unlike top-loading machines, front-loading machines are equipped with a horizontal drum, and accordingly, laundry is fed into the drum through the front of the washing machine. Washing machines of this front-loading type are widely used because they have a smaller size compared to top-loading machines, a larger washing capacity, high washing performance, and do not cause laundry to tangle.
[0005] In addition to these washing machines, front-loading dryers have been developed and are widely used. In homes and dry cleaners, washing and drying machines are mostly used together; in dry cleaners in particular, multiple washing and drying machines are used together, and washing or drying machines can be combined in pairs. In this case, to reduce the installation area, the drying machine can be stacked on top of the washing machine. Furthermore, integrated washing machines are also being used, in which a drying machine is equipped on the top and a washing machine on the bottom within a single cabinet.
[0006] However, even in the case of simply stacked garment processing units or integrated washing machines, there is a problem where the height to the clothes loading opening of the drying unit is too high. In other words, for short users, it may be difficult to load or unload laundry from the drying unit. Furthermore, although the washing unit and the drying unit perform the same drying function, there was a problem in that separate components had to be used to equip each unit with the drying function because their drying capacities differ.
[0007] Chinese Patent Publication No. 104928883A discloses an integrated washing machine in a stacked form to implement a drying function in the washing device and the drying device, respectively. However, due to the different drying capacities of the washing device and the drying device, two condensers are used. Consequently, there is a problem in that the internal space cannot be used efficiently because separate parts are used. The problem to be solved
[0008] The present disclosure aims to solve the problem of enabling simultaneous use in a drying device and a washing device by sharing a connecting duct (or drying module) that includes a heat exchanger necessary for the drying function of the drying device and the washing device.
[0009] The present disclosure addresses the problem of reducing production costs by using standardized connecting ducts.
[0010] The present disclosure addresses the problem of performing a drying function independently or selectively using a common connecting duct.
[0011] The present disclosure addresses the problem of lowering the overall height by using a common connecting duct, thereby allowing the user to conveniently and easily access the input port of the drying device. means of solving the problem

Specific details for implementing the invention
[0039] Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings. The configuration of the device or the control method described below are intended only to explain one embodiment of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Reference numbers used identically throughout the specification indicate identical components.
[0040] Unlike what is shown in FIG. 1, the first cabinet (110) and the second cabinet (210) can be formed integrally. That is, the first lower panel (106) of the first cabinet (110) and the second upper panel (208) of the second cabinet are not stacked facing each other, but the first cabinet (110) and the second cabinet (210) can be formed integrally without the first lower panel (106) and the second upper panel (208), and then separated by a partition base (not shown) between the first drum (130) and the tub (220). In addition, the partition base (not shown) can be located at the bottom of the first drum (130) to support various parts. That is, it serves as the first lower panel (106) and simultaneously acts as a base (180, FIG. 4) to which various parts are combined and supported.
[0041] Additionally, FIG. 1 illustrates a control panel (910) positioned between the first door (113) and the second door (213). However, alternatively, the control panel (910) may be provided on the front panel (104, 204) of the first cabinet (110) or the second cabinet (210), respectively. A filter section (300) may be provided on a part of the control panel (910). For aesthetic purposes, a through hole (not shown) into which a filter can be inserted may be provided when the control panel (910) is rotated to reveal its back side. Alternatively, a filter door (314) may be provided on the first front panel (104) or the second front panel (204), and a filter insertion hole (313, see FIG. 2) into which a filter (not shown) can be inserted when the filter door (314) is opened may be provided.
[0042] FIG. 2 illustrates a cross-sectional view of a garment processing device (100) configured as an integrated unit. FIG. 2 illustrates an embodiment of the present disclosure, wherein a first garment processing device (1000) is located at the top and a second garment processing device (2000) is located at the bottom. The first garment processing device (1000) is a drying device, and the second garment processing device (2000) may be a washing and drying device having a drying function. This is based on weight considerations, and otherwise, the top and bottom may be reversed. The drying function in the second garment processing device (2000) is intended to provide convenience, allowing the garment to be dried immediately without the hassle of moving it from the second garment processing device (2000) to the first garment processing device (1000) in cases where the amount of laundry to be dried is small or there is no need for it to be completely dried.
[0043] To this end, heat exchangers for drying have been provided separately until now, but the feature of the present disclosure is to integrate them into one so that the heat exchangers share each other.
[0044] Meanwhile, the second intake duct (412) and the second exhaust duct (492) and the connecting duct (450) are shown in front of the detergent storage unit (270) and the first water supply pipe (271) to emphasize the relationship between them, but the detergent storage unit (270) and the first water supply pipe (271) are not disconnected by the second intake duct (412) and the second exhaust duct (492).
[0045] The above clothing processing device (100) comprises: a first cabinet (110) forming an exterior; a first drum (130) in a cylindrical shape with open front and rear sides; a second cabinet (210) located below the first cabinet; a tub (220) located inside the second cabinet (210); a second drum (230) located inside the tub and rotatably provided to accommodate clothing; a first intake duct (411) for sucking air from the first drum (130); a second intake duct (412) for sucking air from the tub (220); and a connecting duct (450) including a heat exchanger (500) connected to the first intake duct (411) and the second intake duct (412) to exchange heat with the sucked air. It includes a first exhaust duct (491) that discharges air heat-exchanged through the heat exchanger (500) to the first drum (130); and a second exhaust duct (492) that discharges air heat-exchanged through the heat exchanger (500) to the tub (220).
[0046] First, we would like to describe a second garment processing device (2000) located at the bottom of the garment processing device (100). The second garment processing device (2000) may include a second cabinet (210) forming an exterior, a tub (220) provided inside the second cabinet (210) for storing washing water and performing a drying function, a second drum (230) rotatably provided inside the tub (220) for storing clothes, and a second driving unit (240) that applies torque to the second drum (230) to rotate the second drum (230).
[0047] The second cabinet (210) is provided with a second input port (211) for the entry and exit of laundry, and the second input port (211) is opened and closed by a second door (213) rotatably provided in the second cabinet (210).
[0048] The tub (220) includes a tub inlet (221) communicating with the second inlet (211) and is fixed inside the second cabinet (210) by a tub support (219). The tub support (219) may be provided with a spring or damper capable of absorbing vibrations of the tub (220).
[0049] A gasket (212) is provided between the tub inlet (221) and the second inlet (211). The gasket (212) is a means of preventing the washing water inside the tub (220) from being discharged to the outside, as well as preventing vibrations of the tub (220) from being transmitted to the second cabinet (210).
[0050] The tub (220) receives water through a water supply unit (250), which may be equipped with a first water supply pipe (251) connecting a water source (not shown) and the tub (220), and a water supply valve (253) for opening and closing the first water supply pipe (251). Additionally, the tub (220) may form a circulation path including a heat exchange unit (500) to dry laundry inside the second drum (230).
[0051] Although it is illustrated that the first water supply pipe (251) and the water supply valve (253) are connected to the second cabinet (210) and then connected to the first clothing processing device (100) through the second water supply pipe, this is merely an example, and alternatively, the first water supply pipe (251) and the second water supply pipe (257) may be branched out, and then the second water supply pipe (257) may be connected through the first cabinet (110) (see FIG. 4).
[0052] Meanwhile, a detergent storage unit (270) in which detergent is stored may be further provided at the upper part of the tub (220), and the detergent storage unit (270) may be provided with a detergent storage body (271) in which detergent is stored and a tub supply pipe (273) that connects the detergent storage body (271) to the tub.
[0053] In this case, the first water supply pipe (251) may be configured to connect a water source (not shown) and the detergent storage body (271). Accordingly, when water is supplied through the first water supply pipe (251), the detergent stored in the detergent storage body (271) will be supplied to the tub (220).
[0054] Additionally, the water supply unit (250) can supply water that has passed through the water supply valve (253) to the detergent storage unit (270) via the first water supply pipe (251) by means of the first switching valve (255), and can supply water to the condensate storage unit (670) located at the bottom of the first clothing treatment device (1000) via the second water supply pipe (257). This is to clean the filter unit (300) by directly storing the water supplied for the second clothing treatment device (2000) in the condensate storage unit (670) and spraying it onto the filter unit (300).
[0055] Alternatively, a Y-shaped branch pipe (not shown) can be used from an external water source to branch the water supplied directly to the first clothing treatment device (1000) and the second clothing treatment device (2000) and connect them respectively. In this case, the branch pipe (not shown) is connected to the first water supply pipe (251) and the third water supply pipe (256, see FIG. 3), so that water from the external water source can be supplied into the tub (220) through the first water supply pipe (251) or connected directly to the spray unit (650) described later through the third water supply pipe (256). Unlike the second water supply pipe (257), the third water supply pipe (256) can be connected directly to the second switching valve (655) of the spray unit (650) described later without passing through the condensate storage unit (670).
[0056] Meanwhile, water stored inside the tub (220) is discharged to the outside of the second cabinet (210) through the drainage section (260). The drainage section (260) may be equipped with a third drain pipe (263) that guides water inside the tub (220) to the outside of the second cabinet (210), and a drainage pump (265) connected to the third drain pipe (263). Additionally, it may include a first drain pipe (261) connected to the drainage pump (265) and a second drain pipe (262) that guides water drained from the condensate storage section (670) of the first clothing processing device (1000) to the drainage pump (265).
[0057] The second drum (230) provided inside the tub (220) includes a second drum inlet (231) that communicates with the tub inlet (221). Accordingly, the user can put clothing (or laundry) into the second drum (230) or take it out of the second drum (230) through the second inlet (211), the tub inlet (221), and the second drum inlet (231).
[0058] A plurality of second drum through holes (233) that communicate the interior of the second drum (230) with the tub (220) may be further provided on the outer surface of the second drum (230). Accordingly, water stored inside the tub (220) can be supplied to the laundry stored in the second drum (230) through the second drum through holes (233), and water contained in the laundry can be discharged to the tub (220) through the second drum through holes (233).
[0059] The second drum (230) is rotated by a second drive unit (240) provided on the outside of the tub (220), and the second drive unit (240) may be provided with a second motor (246), that is, a stator (242) fixed to the back surface of the tub (220), a rotor (241) that rotates by electromagnetic action with the stator (242), and a rotation shaft (243) connecting the rotor (241) and the back surface of the second drum (230). In this way, unlike the first drum (130), the rotation shaft (243) of the second motor (246) can be directly connected to the back surface of the second drum (230).
[0060] The stator (242) receives electric power from a power supply to form a rotating field, and the rotor (241) rotates by the rotating field provided by the stator (242). Since the rotation of the rotor (241) is transmitted to the second drum (230) through the rotation shaft (243), the torque required for the rotation of the second drum (230) can be provided by supplying power to the stator (242).
[0061] Meanwhile, it is preferable that the above-mentioned rotating shaft (243) be provided to pass through the back surface of the tub (220) to connect the second drum (230) and the rotor (241), and in this case, a bearing (223) that rotatably supports the rotating shaft (243) may be further provided on the back surface of the tub (220).
[0062] In order for the second garment processing device (2000) to implement a drying function, the tub (220) requires not only to store water but also a circulation duct to circulate air for dehumidifying and heating. To this end, the tub (220) requires a circulation path including a second intake duct (412) connected to the tub (220) to draw in air from the tub (220), a second exhaust duct (492) that discharges heat-exchanged air back to the tub (220), and a connecting duct (450) that connects the second intake duct (412) and the second exhaust duct (492) and where the heat exchanger (500) is located.
[0063] To this end, the tub (220) may include a second air outlet (278) to connect the second intake duct (412) and the tub (220), and the tub (200) may include a second air inlet (298) to connect the second exhaust duct (492) and the tub (220). Additionally, air introduced into the tub (200) may flow into and out of the second drum through the second drum penetration hole (233) to dry the laundry.
[0064] The second intake duct (412) and the second exhaust duct (492) are dedicated ducts connected to the tub (220), but the connecting duct (450) can also be used in the first clothing processing device (1000) described later. That is, air sucked in from the first intake duct (411) and the second intake duct (412), respectively, can be dehumidified and heated by a heat exchanger (500) provided inside the connecting duct (450), then passed through a fan (470) and discharged through the first exhaust duct (491) and the second exhaust duct (492).
[0065] A first garment processing device (1000) located at the top comprises a first cabinet (110), a first drum (130) rotatably provided inside the first cabinet to provide a space for storing garments, a first intake duct (411) for circulating air in the first drum (130), a first exhaust duct (491) and a connecting duct (450), and a heat exchanger (500) provided inside the connecting duct (450) to dehumidify and heat the air introduced into the circulation duct (400) and then recirculate it to the first drum (130).
[0066] The above circulation duct (400) may ultimately include a first intake duct (411), a second intake duct (412), a connecting duct (450), a first exhaust duct (491), and a second exhaust duct (492). Additionally, the interior of the circulation duct (400), specifically the interior of the connecting duct (450), may include a heat exchanger (500) for heat exchange, and a fan (470) for circulating air using the circulation duct may be located therein. Furthermore, a filter for removing foreign substances from the circulating air may be provided in front of the heat exchanger.
[0067] The first cabinet (110) may be provided to include a first front panel (104) forming the front surface of the first clothing processing device (1000), a first rear panel (105) forming the rear surface of the first clothing processing device, and a first upper panel (108) forming the upper surface of the first clothing processing device.
[0068] The first front panel (104) is provided with a first input port (111) configured to communicate with the first drum (130), and the first input port (111) may be configured to be opened and closed by a first door (113) rotatably coupled to the first cabinet (110).
[0069] A separate control panel (not shown) may be provided on the first front panel (104). However, as described above, a control panel (910) that integrates and controls the first clothing processing device (1000) and the second clothing processing device (2000) may be located between the first drum (130) and the tub (220) on the front panels (104, 204) of the first cabinet (110) and the second cabinet (210). This is done to ensure user accessibility.
[0070] The above control panel (910) may include an input unit (not shown) and a display unit (not shown), etc. The input unit may be configured to include a power supply request unit that requests power supply to the clothing processing device (100), a course input unit that enables the user to select a desired course among a plurality of courses, and an execution request unit that requests the start of the course selected by the user. The display unit may be configured to include at least one of a display panel capable of outputting text and graphics, and a speaker capable of outputting voice signals and sound.
[0071] When the first drum (130) is provided as a first drum body (131) in a cylindrical shape with the front and rear surfaces each open, the first cabinet (110) may be provided with a first support member (170) that rotatably supports the front surface of the first drum (130) and a second support member (190) that rotatably supports the rear surface of the first drum (130).
[0072] The first support member (170) may be provided to include a first fixed body (171) fixed inside the first cabinet (110), a first drum inlet (173) provided to penetrate the first fixed body and communicate the first inlet (111) and the inside of the first drum body (131), and a first support body (175) provided on the first fixed body (171) and inserted into the front surface (first open surface) of the first drum body (131).
[0073] The first fixed body (171) may be provided in any shape as long as the first drum inlet (173) and the first support body (175) can be provided. The first support body (175) may be provided in a pipe shape protruding from the first fixed body (171) toward the first drum body (131), and the diameter of the first support body (175) may be set to be larger than the diameter of the first drum inlet (173) and smaller than the front surface diameter of the first drum body (131). In this case, the first drum inlet (173) will be located inside the space formed by the first support body (175).
[0074] The first support member (170) may be provided to further include a connecting body (177) connecting the first inlet (111) and the first drum inlet (173). The connecting body (177) may be provided in the shape of a pipe extending from the first drum inlet (173) toward the first inlet (111). The connecting body (177) may be provided with a first air outlet (178) communicating with the circulation duct (400). The above circulation duct (400) includes a first intake duct (411) that draws air from a first drum (130), a first exhaust duct (491) that discharges air passing through the first intake duct (411) back to the first drum (130), a connecting duct (450) that connects the first intake duct (411) and the first exhaust duct (491) and includes a heat exchanger (500) inside, and a second intake duct (412) and a second exhaust duct (492) that are connected to a tub (220).
[0075] As illustrated in FIG. 2, the first air outlet (178) is a passage that allows air inside the first drum body (131) to move to the first intake duct (411), and may be provided as a through hole that penetrates the connecting body (177).
[0076] As illustrated in FIG. 2, the second support member (190) may be provided to include a second fixed body (191) fixed inside the first cabinet (110), and a second support body (195) provided on the second fixed body (191) and inserted into the rear surface (second open surface) of the first drum body (131). The second support member (190) is provided with a first air inlet (198) that penetrates the second fixed body (191) and communicates the interior of the first drum body (131) with the interior of the first cabinet (110). In this case, a circulation duct (400) may be provided to connect the first air outlet (178) and the first air inlet (198).
[0077] A first drum body (131) with a hollow interior can be rotated through a first drive unit of various shapes. FIG. 2 illustrates an example in which the first drive unit (140) is configured to include a first motor (141) fixed inside a first cabinet (110), a pulley (145) that rotates by the first motor (141), and a belt (143) connecting the circumferential surface of the pulley (145) and the circumferential surface of the first drum body (131).
[0078] In this case, the first support member (170) may be provided with a first roller (132) that rotatably supports the circumferential surface of the first drum body (131), and the second support member (190) may be provided with a second roller (134) that rotatably supports the circumferential surface of the first drum body (131).
[0079] The above circulation duct (400) may be provided to include a first intake duct (411) connected to the first air outlet (178), a second intake duct (412) connected to the second air outlet (278), a first exhaust duct (490) connected to the first air inlet (198), a second exhaust duct (492) connected to the second air inlet (298), and a connecting duct (450) connecting the first intake duct (411), the second intake duct (412), the first exhaust duct (491), and the second exhaust duct (491).
[0080] The heat exchanger (500) can be equipped with various devices capable of sequentially dehumidifying and heating the air introduced into the circulation duct (400), and FIG. 2 illustrates an example in which the heat exchanger (500) is equipped with a heat pump.
[0081] The heat exchanger (500) illustrated in FIG. 2 includes a fan (470) that moves air along the connecting duct (450), a first heat exchanger (heat absorption unit, 510) that removes moisture from the air introduced into the connecting duct (450), and a second heat exchanger (heat generation unit, 530) that is provided inside the connecting duct (450) and heats the air that has passed through the first heat exchanger (510).
[0082] The fan (470) may be provided to include an impeller (471) provided inside the circulation duct (400) and a blower motor (473) that rotates the impeller (471). The impeller (471) may be provided anywhere in the first intake duct (491), the second intake duct (402), or the connecting duct (450), and FIG. 2 illustrates an example where the impeller (471) is provided in the first exhaust duct (491) (or located behind the second heat exchanger (520)).
[0083] Accordingly, in another embodiment, the fan (470) may be located in front of the heat exchanger (500), that is, between the filter unit (300) and the first heat exchanger (510).
[0084] The first heat exchanger (510) may be provided with a plurality of metal plates arranged along the width direction (Y-axis direction) or the height direction (Z-axis direction) of the connecting duct (450), and the second heat exchanger (520) may be provided with a plurality of metal plates arranged along the width direction or the height direction of the connecting duct. The first heat exchanger (510) and the second heat exchanger (520) are sequentially arranged inside the connecting duct (450) along the direction from the first intake duct (411) or the second intake duct (412) toward the first exhaust duct (491) or the second exhaust duct (492), and are connected to each other through a refrigerant pipe (580) that forms a refrigerant circulation path.
[0085] The above refrigerant moves along the refrigerant pipe (580) by means of a compressor (570) located outside the circulation duct (400), and the refrigerant pipe (580) is provided with an expansion section (550) that regulates the pressure of the refrigerant that has passed through the second heat exchanger (520).
[0086] The second heat exchanger (520) is a means of cooling the air and evaporating the refrigerant by transferring the heat of the air flowing into the first intake duct (411) or the second intake duct (412) to the refrigerant. The second heat exchanger (520) is a means of heating the air and condensing the refrigerant by transferring the heat of the refrigerant that has passed through the compressor (570) to the air. In this case, the moisture contained in the air will accumulate on the bottom surface of the connecting duct (450) along the surface of the first heat exchanger (510) when passing through the first heat exchanger (510).
[0087] In order to collect water condensed from the air passing through the first heat exchanger (510), the clothing processing device (100) is provided with a condensate storage unit (670). FIG. 2 illustrates an example in which the condensate storage unit (670) is located below the first heat exchanger (510) and the second heat exchanger (520) inside the connecting duct (450). This is to move the condensate by gravity without the aid of a mechanism or device that forces the movement of the condensate.
[0088] Referring to FIG. 3 for explanation, the condensate storage unit (670) may be provided as a collection body (671) that is fixed to the bottom surface of the connecting duct (450) and communicates with the interior of the connecting duct. To prevent the first heat exchanger (510) and the second heat exchanger (520) from coming into contact with the water (condensate) stored in the collection body (671), a heat exchanger support may be further provided inside the collection body (671). The heat exchanger support may be provided to include a support plate (672) to which the first heat exchanger (510) and the second heat exchanger (520) come into contact, a spacer (675) that maintains a gap between the support plate (672) and the bottom surface of the collection body (671), and a support plate penetration hole (674) provided to penetrate the support plate (672).
[0089] The support plate through-hole (674) may be provided only in the space provided by the support plate (672) where the first heat exchanger (510) is supported, or it may be provided in both the space where the first heat exchanger (510) is supported and the space where the second heat exchanger is supported. If the support plate through-hole (674) is also provided in the lower part of the second heat exchanger (520), water that has moved to the second heat exchanger (520) along the support plate (672) can be discharged to the water collection body (671). This is to prevent a decrease in heat transfer efficiency that occurs when the second heat exchanger (520) comes into contact with water, just as in the first heat exchanger (510).
[0090] In order to minimize the accumulation of foreign substances (such as lint) discharged from the first drum body (131) on the first heat exchanger (510) and the second heat exchanger (520), the first clothing treatment device (1000) may be further equipped with a filter unit (300) for filtering air. FIG. 2 illustrates an example in which the filter unit (300) is provided with a first filtration unit (350) provided in the connecting duct (450) and a second filtration unit (370) provided in the first intake duct (410).
[0091] The filter unit (300) may further include a third filtration unit (not shown) to filter out foreign substances discharged from the tub (220) that performs the drying function.
[0092] The second filter unit (370) is provided as a means for filtering air flowing from the first drum body (131) into the first intake duct (411), and the first filter unit (350) may be provided as a means for filtering air that has passed through the second filter unit (370) by being located between the second filter unit (370) and the first heat exchanger (510) and between the third filter unit (not shown) and the first heat exchanger (510).
[0093] The first filtration unit (350) may be detachably provided in the connecting duct (450). In this case, the first front panel (104) of the first cabinet may be provided with a filter insertion hole (313, see FIG. 2) into which the first filtration unit (350) is withdrawn and a filter door (314) that opens and closes the filter insertion hole (313), and the connecting duct (450) may be provided with a duct penetration hole (315, see FIG. 4(b)) into which the first filtration unit (350) is inserted. Accordingly, the user can remove the first filtration unit (350) from the clothing processing device as needed, and then remove foreign substances remaining in the first filtration unit (350) and clean the first filtration unit.
[0094] As illustrated in FIG. 3, the first filtration unit (350) may be configured to include a first frame (353) inserted into the duct penetration hole (315) and positioned between the second filtration unit (370) and the first heat exchanger (510), and a filter (351, 352) provided in the first frame (353) to filter fluids (air and water) moving to the first heat exchanger (510) and the water collection body (671).
[0095] The first frame (353) can be provided in various forms depending on the shape of the cross-section (YZ plane and XZ plane) of the connecting duct (450), and FIG. 2 illustrates an example in which the first frame (353) is provided in a shape similar to a cuboid.
[0096] In this case, the upper surface of the first frame (353) is provided with a first filter inlet for introducing air that has passed through the second filtration unit (370) into the first frame (353), and the front surface of the first frame (353) may be provided with a handle (317) protruding toward the filter insertion hole (313). The filters (515, 517) may be provided to include a first filter (351) provided on the rear surface of the first frame (353) and a second filter (352) provided on the bottom surface of the first frame (353). The rear surface of the first frame refers to the surface facing the first heat exchanger (510) within the space formed by the first frame (353), and the bottom surface of the first frame may be set as the surface facing the filter inlet, which faces the bottom surface of the connecting duct (450).
[0097] A second filter inlet may be provided on the lower surface of the first frame (354) to introduce air that has passed through the third filter section (not shown) into the first frame (353).
[0098] The second filtration unit (370) may be provided with a second frame (371) that is detachably inserted into the first intake duct (411) through the first air outlet (178), and a third filter (373) provided in the second frame to filter air. The diameter of the filter holes provided in the first filter (351) and the second filter (352) may be set to be smaller than the diameter of the filter holes provided in the third filter (373). Therefore, foreign substances of a relatively large size may first be filtered in the third filter, and then foreign substances of a smaller size may be filtered again through the first filter (351) and the second filter (352).
[0099] As illustrated in FIG. 2, the first clothing processing device (100) may further be provided with a spraying unit (650) that cleans the first filtration unit (350) using water stored in the water collection body (671), and a drainage unit (260) that discharges water inside the water collection body (671) to the outside of the water collection body (671).
[0100] As illustrated in FIG. 2, the spray unit (650) may be provided as a means for cleaning at least one of the first filter (351), the second filter (352), and the first heat exchanger (510) by spraying water stored in the water collection body (671) to the first filtration unit (350). The spray unit (650) may be provided in the connecting duct (450) to supply water to the first filtration unit (350), and may include a water supply pump (716) that moves water stored in the water collection body (671) to the spray unit (650).
[0101] The above water supply pump (716) can be connected to the water collection body (671) through the water supply pump connecting pipe (717) and to the spraying unit (650) through the storage unit water supply pipe (715).
[0102] The above spraying unit (650) may be fixed to the above connecting duct (450) and provided as a nozzle for spraying water onto the first filter (351) and the second filter (352), or it may be provided as a nozzle for spraying water onto the front surface of each of the first filter (351), the second filter (352), and the first heat exchanger (510).
[0103] The reason for cleaning through the above-mentioned spray unit (650) is to prevent foreign substances from adhering to the first filter (351), the second filter (352), and the first heat exchanger (510), thereby reducing the filtration performance of the filters and the heat exchange performance of the heat exchanger and preventing hygiene problems from occurring.
[0104] FIG. 3 illustrates an example in which the injection unit (650) is provided to penetrate the connecting duct (450) and includes a connecting duct penetration hole (652) to which the injection pipe (653) is connected, a first guide (6581) that guides water supplied from the connecting duct penetration hole (652) to the first filter (351), and a second guide (6582) that guides at least a portion of the water supplied through the first guide (6581) to the front surface of the first heat exchanger (510). In this case, the second guide (6582) may be provided as a means to supply water to the front surface of the first heat exchanger (510) through the first filter (351). That is, the first filter (351) is provided to be positioned between the first guide (6581) and the second guide (6582) when the first filtration unit (350) is fixed to the connecting duct (450), and the second guide (6582) may be provided as a downwardly inclined surface toward the first filter (351) from the upper surface of the connecting duct (450).
[0105] The first guide (6581) may further be provided with a guide through hole (659). The guide through hole (659) is a hole provided to penetrate the first guide (6581), and water flowing into the connecting duct through hole (652) can be supplied to the front area of the first heat exchanger (510) through the guide through hole (659). The front area of the first heat exchanger refers to an area located in the direction toward the first filter (351) based on a vertical line passing through the center of the first heat exchanger (510).
[0106] The above-described clothing processing device (100) has the effect of being able to clean the first filtration unit (350) and the first heat exchanger (510) through the water stored in the water collection body (671) during the operation of the heat exchanger (500), but if the amount of water stored in the water collection body (671) is small, a problem may occur in which the cleaning of the first filtration unit (350) and the first heat exchanger (510) is not performed. This is because if the amount of clothing introduced into the first drum body (131) is small, the amount of water collected in the water collection body (671) during the operation of the heat exchanger (500) will be small, and if the amount of water stored in the water collection body is small, a sufficient amount of water for cleaning the first filtration unit (350) and the first heat exchanger (510) cannot be supplied to the spraying unit (650).
[0107] To solve the above-mentioned problem, the clothing processing device (100) can supply water to the water collection body (671) of the condensate storage unit (670) using an external water supply source required for the second clothing processing device (2000).
[0108] Referring to FIG. 2, the water supply unit (250) includes a first water supply pipe (251) connected to an external water source and a water supply valve (253) for opening and closing the first water supply pipe (251). The first water supply pipe (251) and the water supply valve (253) are necessary for the washing function of the first clothing processing device (1000), but are utilized to ensure a sufficient amount of water for cleaning the first filtration unit (350) of the filter unit (300) and cleaning the first heat exchanger. To this end, water passing through the water supply valve (253) can be supplied to the first clothing processing device (1000) or to the second clothing processing device (2000) through the first switching valve (255).
[0109] That is, the first switching valve (255) is a valve capable of switching the direction of water supply to either the tub (220) or the condensate storage unit (670). A control unit (not shown) can supply water to either the second clothing processing device (2000) or the first clothing processing device (1000) through the first switching valve (255). However, alternatively, water may be supplied to the second clothing processing device (2000) when water is needed, while water is being supplied to the first clothing processing device (1000).
[0110] The flow path when water is supplied to the collection body (671) of the condensate storage unit (670) through the first switching valve (255) is as follows. There is a second water supply pipe (257) between the first switching valve (255) and the collection body (671), connecting the first switching valve (255) and the collection body (671). Water passing through the first switching valve (255) passes through the second water supply pipe (257) and is supplied to the collection body (671).
[0111] The water supplied in this way is used to clean the first heat exchanger (510) or the first filtration section (350) of the filter section (300), specifically the first filter (351) and the second filter (352), using the spray section (650).
[0112] Looking at the flow path of the above-mentioned spraying unit (650), there is a water supply pump (716) for supplying water stored in the water collection body (671), and the water collection body (671) and the water supply pump (716) are connected by a water supply pump connecting pipe (717), and the above-mentioned spraying unit (650) and the water supply pump (716) can be connected by a storage unit water supply pipe (715).
[0113] The above-mentioned spray unit (650) may be installed on the upper plate (451) of the connecting duct forming the upper body of the connecting duct. The above-mentioned spray unit (650) may be equipped with a spray nozzle (651) for spraying water to clean the first heat exchanger (510) or the first filtration unit (350), and a spray pipe (653) connecting the spray nozzle (651) and the water supply pipe (715) of the storage unit.
[0114] Due to the compact structure of the clothing processing device, the size of the collection body (671) of the condensate storage unit (670) may not be large. In this case, the capacity of the water supply pump (716) may be limited. To overcome these limitations and to evenly spray water into the first heat exchanger or the first filtration unit (350), the spray nozzle (651) may be provided in multiple numbers, and accordingly, the same number of spray pipes (653) may be included. In order to spray water while maintaining sufficient water pressure, water may not be supplied simultaneously through each spray pipe (653), but may be selectively sprayed into one of the multiple spray pipes (653).
[0115] In addition, if it is determined that a specific area of the first heat exchanger (510) or filter (300) has a high level of contamination, only that area with a high level of contamination can be sprayed and cleaned.
[0116] If, in the first heat exchanger (510) or the first filtration unit (350), the first spray nozzle (6511) sprays water to clean an area, and it is determined that the area is highly contaminated, the control unit may use the first spray nozzle (6511) to clean only that part.
[0117] If there are multiple spray nozzles (651), each spray nozzle can be selected and water can be supplied through the corresponding spray pipe (653). Additionally, the order of spraying can be done sequentially.
[0118] As illustrated in Fig. 3, when there are three spray nozzles, water is first supplied and sprayed through the first spray nozzle (6511), and after a preset time has passed, water is supplied and sprayed through the second spray nozzle (6512), and after another preset time has passed, water is sprayed through the third spray nozzle (6513).
[0119] For the above-described sequential injection method, the storage unit water supply pipe (715) and the multiple injection pipes (653) are not directly connected, but can be connected through the second switching valve (655).
[0120] That is, the second switching valve (655) can switch the direction of water so that water can be supplied to each injection pipe for a preset time by the control unit. Examples of such second switching valves include a 3-way solenoid valve.
[0121] Accordingly, when there is a shortage of water in the water collection body (671), the control unit controls the first switching valve (255) and the second water supply pipe to supply water to the condensate storage unit (670), and if necessary, the water stored in the water collection body (671) can be used to clean the first filtration unit (350) or the first heat exchanger (510) through the water supply pump (716), the storage unit water supply pipe (715), the second switching valve (655), the spray pipe (653), and the spray nozzle (651).
[0122] Meanwhile, alternatively, water can be supplied directly to the spraying unit (650) through a branch pipe (not shown) without passing through the water collection body (671). This will be described later using FIG. 3.
[0123] As illustrated in FIG. 2 or FIG. 3, the clothing processing device (100) is preferably equipped with a water level detection unit (693) that measures the water level of the water collection body (671) and transmits it to the control unit. When the water level detection unit (693) is provided, the clothing processing device can drain the water stored in the water collection body (671), thereby preventing the water in the water collection body (671) from flowing back into the connecting duct (450). Additionally, when cleaning the filter unit and / or the first heat exchanger through the spray unit (650), if the drainage is blocked or the water pressure is high and the water supply is greater than the drainage, the water level in the water collection body (671) of the condensate storage unit (670) may not go down but rise and flow back, thus preventing such backflow problems in advance.
[0124] The above water level detection unit (693) can be equipped with any device capable of detecting the water level inside the water collection body (671), and FIG. 3 illustrates, as an example, a sensor equipped with multiple electrodes of different lengths (equipped with multiple electrodes electrically connected according to the water level). Alternatively, the water level can be determined by detecting the position of a floater that is equipped on the bottom surface of the water collection body (671) and moves up and down according to the water level.
[0125] If the water level measured by the water level detection unit (693) is below a preset reference water level, the control unit equipped in the clothing processing device can open the water supply valve (253) and switch the first switching valve (255) to supply water to the water collection body (671) through the second water supply pipe (257) and the storage unit water supply pipe (715). The water supplied in this way can be supplied to the spraying unit (650) using the water supply pump (716).
[0126] Through this, the clothing processing device (100) can minimize the problem of the first filtration unit (350) or the first heat exchanger (510) not being cleaned due to a lack of water in the water collection body (671). That is, the purpose is to satisfy a standard water level that can always ensure maximum cleaning performance by replenishing the water required for cleaning.
[0127] Meanwhile, the above-described clothing processing device can control the timing of water supply to the condensate storage unit (670) and the amount of water supplied to the condensate storage unit (670) by controlling the timing and duration of operation of the water supply valve (253) that opens and closes the first water supply pipe (251), or by draining the water stored in the water collection body (671) through the drainage unit (260) using only the water level detection unit (693).
[0128] Water sprayed through the spray unit (650), water condensed through the heat exchange unit (500), and water stored in the condensate storage unit (670) through the water supply unit (250) are all stored in the water collection body (671). Accordingly, while performing the drying function of the first clothing processing device (100), the water level may exceed the maximum level with only the condensed water, depending on the storage capacity of the water collection body (671). In this case, it is necessary to drain the water to prevent backflow of the stored water.
[0129] Additionally, when cleaning the first filtration unit and / or the first heat exchanger through the spray unit (650), the water in the condensate storage unit (670) is used, so the water level must drop. However, if the drainage is blocked or the water pressure is high and the supply water is greater than the drainage, the water level in the collection body (671) of the condensate storage unit (670) may not drop, so the water can be drained by determining this through the water level detection unit (693).
[0130] Using FIG. 3, the drainage section (260) may be described as follows: the drainage section (260) may include a drain hole (672) provided on the bottom surface of a water collection body (671), a drain valve (681) that is opened and closed by a control unit to drain water from the water collection body, a drain valve connecting pipe (682) connecting the drain valve (681) and the drain hole (672), a first drain pipe (261) that sends water from the tub (220) to a drain pump (265), a second drain pipe (262) that drains water discharged by the drain pump to the outside, and a third drain pipe (263) connecting the drain valve (681) and the drain pump (265).
[0131] Here, the drainage pump (265) does not simply refer to a pump used to transport water, but the drainage pump (265) may be configured to include a drainage pump housing (not shown) that is connected to a first drain pipe (261) or a third drain pipe (263) and provides a space for storing water, a drainage pump impeller (not shown) that is rotatable inside the first housing, a drainage pump motor (not shown) that rotates the drainage pump impeller, and a drainage pump outlet (not shown) that is configured to penetrate the circumferential surface of the drainage pump housing and to which the second drain pipe (262) is connected.
[0132] Even if the water level of the above-mentioned water collection body (671) is not high, when the cleaning process of the heat exchanger and filter section is finished or the drying process is finished, it is necessary to discharge the water remaining in the water collection body (671) of the condensate storage section (670). This is to prevent hygiene and odor problems within the clothing processing device (100) in advance. In this case, all remaining water can be discharged using the drain hole (672) located on the bottom surface of the water collection body (671).
[0133] Additionally, the garment processing device disclosed in this specification may further include a control unit (not shown). The control unit may be located anywhere as long as it can control the garment processing device. Generally, it may be installed out of sight behind the control panel (910), but is not limited thereto. The control unit controls the rotation of the first drum (130) and the second drum (230), determines the degree of dryness through the degree of dryness detection unit (691), and can perform cleaning of the first heat exchanger (510) and / or filter unit (300) using the water supply valve (253), the first switching valve (255), the second switching valve (655), and the water supply pump (716) of the water supply unit (250). In addition, the water level can be measured through the water level sensor (693) of the water collection body (671), and when the water level is full, the drain valve (681) can be opened to drain the water, and then the drain pump (265) can be controlled to discharge it to the outside.
[0134] Additionally, the control unit (not shown) may, as needed, control the opening and closing of the first opening / closing unit (710), the second opening / closing unit (720), and the third opening / closing unit (730) to be described later, thereby circulating air for the first clothing processing device (1000), circulating air for the drying process of the second clothing processing device (2000), or circulating air for both.
[0135] As illustrated in FIG. 2, the clothing processing device (100) may be equipped with a dryness detection unit (691, 692) so that the time to stop operation of the heat exchanger (500) can be determined by determining the dryness of the clothing. The dryness detection unit (691, 692) may be equipped with at least one of an electrode sensor (691) that is provided to contact the clothing to measure the amount of moisture contained in the clothing, and a humidity sensor (692) that measures the humidity of the air flowing from the first drum (130) into the circulation duct (400).
[0136] As illustrated in FIG. 3, the electrode sensor (691) may be provided to include two electrodes that are fixed to the first fixed body (171) and can contact the clothing inside the first drum body (131). As the degree of dryness increases, the amount of moisture contained in the clothing decreases (the electrical resistance of the clothing increases), so the clothing processing device (100) can determine the degree of dryness of the clothing by observing the electrical resistance measured when the two electrodes are connected by the clothing.
[0137] Meanwhile, as the dryness of the clothing increases, the amount of moisture contained in the air flowing into the circulation duct (400) will decrease. Therefore, the clothing processing device (100) may determine the dryness of the clothing by observing the humidity of the air flowing into the first intake duct (411) or the second intake duct (412) through the humidity sensor (692).
[0138] In order to determine the dryness of the clothing individually, a separate humidity sensor may be provided for each intake duct, unlike in Fig. 3.
[0139] After the drying process begins by starting the rotation of the first drum (130), if the dryness measured through the dryness detection unit (691) is greater than or equal to the preset reference dryness, the control unit can determine the amount of water currently stored in the condensate storage unit (670) through the water level detection unit (693) and, if it is insufficient, control the water supply unit (250) to supply water to the condensate storage unit (670). If it is not insufficient, the spray unit can spray water immediately, but since the amount of water stored in the collection body is less than the amount required for washing, water may need to be refilled during spraying. In this case, similarly, the amount of water currently stored in the condensate storage unit (670) can be determined through the water level detection unit (693), and, if it is insufficient, control the water supply unit (250) to supply water to the condensate storage unit (670).
[0140] Although not illustrated in the drawing, the clothing processing device (100) may further be equipped with a quantity detection unit for determining the amount of clothing stored inside the first drum body (131). The quantity detection unit may be provided as a means for transmitting to a control unit the amount of current supplied to the first motor (141) of the driving unit to rotate the first drum body (131) at a constant rotational speed, and may also be provided as a means for transmitting to a control unit the rotational speed of the first drum body (131) when a constant amount of current is supplied to the first motor (141) for a certain period of time.
[0141] If a volume detection unit is provided, the control unit can predict the amount of condensate that may occur in the clothing contained in the first drum through volume detection. If it is determined that the amount of condensate is less than the amount required for cleaning the first filtration unit (350) or the first heat exchanger (510), the insufficient water can be supplemented through an external water supply source before cleaning the first filtration unit (350) or the first heat exchanger (510).
[0142] If it is determined that the amount is greater than the amount required for cleaning the first filtration unit (350) or the first heat exchanger (510), that is, if the amount of water stored in the collection body (671) through the water level detection unit (693) exceeds a preset reference water level, the control unit can open the drain valve (681) to drain the water.
[0143] FIG. 3 illustrates an example of a circulation duct including a common connecting duct that includes a heat exchange section. As described above, the circulation duct (400) may be configured to include a first intake duct (411) connected to the first air outlet (178), a second intake duct (412) connected to the second air outlet (278), a first exhaust duct (491) connected to the first air inlet (198), a second exhaust duct (492) connected to the second air inlet (298), and a connecting duct (450) connecting the first intake duct (411), the second intake duct (412), the first exhaust duct (491), and the second exhaust duct (491).
[0144] A heat exchanger (500) is located inside the above connecting duct (450), and may include a fan (470) for circulating air from the tub (220) or the first drum (130). Additionally, a filter unit (300) for filtering foreign substances from the air of the tub (200) or the first drum (130) may be located therein.
[0145] We would like to describe a structure for forming a circulation path by opening and closing the circulation duct (400) to form a circulation path for performing the drying function of the first clothing processing device (1000) and the second clothing processing device (2000).
[0146] To this end, the circulation duct (400) may further include: a first opening / closing part (710) for opening / closing the first intake duct (411); a second opening / closing part (720) for opening / closing the second intake duct (412); and a third opening / closing part (730) located at the connection point between the first exhaust duct (491) and the second exhaust duct (492) to selectively branch the first exhaust duct (491) and the second exhaust duct (492).
[0147] The first opening / closing unit (710), the second opening / closing unit (720), and the third opening / closing unit (730) can be driven independently so that the first intake duct (411), the connecting duct (450), and the first exhaust duct (451) form a first circulation path to circulate air from the first drum, or the second intake duct (412), the connecting duct (450), and the second exhaust duct (492) form a second circulation path to circulate air from the tub (220). Additionally, the first circulation path and the second circulation path may be opened or closed simultaneously.
[0148] Inside the connecting duct (450), a filter section (300) may be included in front of the first heat exchanger (510). Additionally, a fan (470) may be provided behind the second heat exchanger (520) to forcibly circulate air from the tub (220) and the first drum (130). Although the location of the fan (470) is shown as being at the end of the first exhaust duct (490) connected to the connecting duct (450), it may be installed elsewhere as long as it can circulate air from the tub (220) and the second drum (230).
[0149] The fan (470) may be configured to include an impeller (471) provided inside the circulation duct (400) and a blower motor (473) that rotates the impeller (471). The impeller (471) may be provided anywhere among the exhaust duct (490), the connecting duct (450), and the exhaust duct (490). FIG. 2 illustrates an example where the impeller (471) is provided in the exhaust duct (490) (located behind the second heat exchanger (520)).
[0150] The first intake duct (410) can draw in air through the first air inlet (198) formed in the connecting body (177). The second intake duct (410) can draw in air through the second air inlet (298). The front of the connecting duct (450) has a duct penetration hole (315) that communicates with the filter insertion hole (313) to allow the first filtration unit (350) to be inserted or removed. The connecting duct (450) is provided with a connecting duct penetration hole (315) into which a spray nozzle (651) is inserted, so that water can be sprayed to clean the first filtration unit (350) or the first heat exchanger (510). Additionally, the connecting duct (450) may include a first connecting hole (456) communicating with the first intake duct (410), a second connecting hole (457) communicating with the second intake duct (410), and a third connecting hole (458) communicating with the first exhaust duct (490). The first exhaust duct (490) is provided with a communication hole (493) connected to the second exhaust duct (490), and is connected to the second exhaust duct (490) through the communication hole (493).
[0151] The above circulation duct (400) may include a first opening / closing part (710) for opening / closing the first intake duct (410) near the first connection hole (456), a second opening / closing part (720) for opening / closing the second intake duct (410) near the second connection hole (457), and a third opening / closing part (730) for opening / closing the communication hole (493). A first circulation path circulating through the first drum and / or a second circulation path circulating through the tub may be formed through the first opening / closing part (710), the second opening / closing part (720), and the third opening / closing part (730). Additionally, this may be controlled by a control unit (not shown).
[0152] That is, when circulating air in the first drum (130), the first opening / closing part (710) can be opened and the second opening / closing part (720) can be closed to open the first intake duct (410) and close the second intake duct (410), and the first exhaust duct (490) can be opened and the second exhaust duct (490) can be closed through the third opening / closing part (730). Conversely, when circulating air in the tub (220), the second opening / closing part (720) can be opened and the first opening / closing part (710) can be closed to open the second intake duct (410) and close the first intake duct (410), and the second exhaust duct (490) can be opened and the first exhaust duct (490) can be closed through the third opening / closing part (730).
[0153] If you want to circulate both sides, you can open the third opening / closing part (730) by a predetermined angle and then open both the first opening / closing part (710) and the second opening / closing part (720) to form both the first circulation path and the second circulation path.
[0154] Unlike the first exhaust duct (490) and the second exhaust duct (490) being opened and closed using the third opening / closing part (730) above, the first intake duct (410) and the second intake duct (410) each have a first opening / closing part (710) and a second opening / closing part (720) that can be opened and closed respectively. Since the first filtration part (350) must be inserted or separated through the duct penetration hole (315) provided on the front of the connecting duct and the filter insertion hole (313) provided on the front of the clothing processing device (100), the first opening / closing part (710) and the second opening / closing part (720) for opening and closing the first intake duct (410) and the second intake duct (410) are provided separately to avoid interference with the first filtration part (350).
[0155] On the other hand, since there is no such detachable component at the rear of the connecting duct (450), it is connected to the first exhaust duct (490) through the third connecting hole (458) provided at the end of the connecting duct (450), and is connected to the second exhaust duct (490) through the communication hole (493) of the first exhaust duct, so the opening and closing of the first exhaust duct (490) and the second exhaust duct (490) can be controlled by only the third opening / closing part (730).
[0156] The first exhaust duct (490) and the second exhaust duct (490) can be connected through the first air inlet (198) and the second air inlet (298), respectively.
[0157] FIG. 4(a) shows an example in which a first exhaust duct and a second exhaust duct are connected. FIG. 4(b) shows an example in which a first intake duct and a second intake duct are connected to a filter section provided in a connecting duct. FIG. 4(a) and FIG. 4(b) show an example in which a spray section (650) including a plurality of spray nozzles (651) is directly connected to an external water supply source.
[0158] It is illustrated that an external water supply source is directly connected to the spray pipe (653) and spray nozzle (651) through the third switching valve (657). Here, three spray pipes (6531, 6533, 6535) are each connected to three spray nozzles (6511, 6512, 6113), and the third switching valve (657) can connect each spray pipe to the third water supply pipe (256) at predetermined time intervals to spray water.
[0159] This is to ensure that the same effect is produced by maintaining a constant spray pressure in any environment, as the water pressure may vary depending on the environment in which the above-mentioned clothing treatment device (100) is used. That is, a third switching valve (657) is used to selectively connect each spray pipe so that only one spray pipe is connected at a time, rather than dispersing the water pressure by connecting to three spray pipes simultaneously.
[0160] Three injection pipes (6531, 6533, 6535) can each be fixed to the upper plate (451) of the connecting duct by a fixing part (654) to prevent shaking according to water pressure. The first fixing part (654) is connected to the third switching valve (657) and fixes the injection pipe (653) as it passes over the upper plate, and the second fixing part (656) can fix the injection pipe (653) in the part where the injection nozzle (651) is located.
[0161] The upper plate (451) is a part that forms the body of the connecting duct. The body of the connecting duct is divided into an upper plate (451) and a lower plate (not shown). Rather than the lower plate being formed separately, the shape of the lower plate is formed together with the base (180) where the connecting duct is located when the base (180) is injected. The upper plate (451) is combined with this to form a passage through which air passes.
[0162] The spray nozzle (651) is inserted into the connecting duct through the connecting duct penetration hole (652) to spray water onto the first heat exchanger and / or the first filtration unit (350).
[0163] The above spray nozzles (651) are provided in multiple numbers and installed so as to be arranged in parallel in the left-right direction of the connecting duct (450) on the upper plate (451) as shown in the illustration. The left-right direction of the connecting duct (450) is a direction perpendicular to the direction in which air flows inside the connecting duct (450). When water is sprayed sequentially through the multiple spray nozzles (651), each spray nozzle (6511, 6512, 6513) can clean a part of the first heat exchanger (510) and / or the first filtration unit (350) in the spraying area. When all of the multiple spray nozzles (651) are sprayed sequentially, the front area of the first heat exchanger (510) and / or the first filtration unit can be cleaned as a result.
[0164] In addition, cleaning can also be performed by spraying simultaneously. Furthermore, cleaning can be performed repeatedly. That is, the third switching valve (657) can switch the direction of water so that water can be supplied to each spray pipe for a preset time by the control unit. A 3-way solenoid valve is used for this third switching valve (657). The third switching valve (677) and the second switching valve (655) are named differently depending on whether they are directly connected to an external water source, but they are identical in that they supply water sequentially or selectively to multiple spray nozzles (651) through multiple spray pipes (653).
[0165] FIG. 4(a) illustrates a configuration in which the second filtration unit (370) is coupled to the first intake duct (410). Although the second filtration unit (370) can be inserted and mounted into the first intake duct (410), in the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 4(a), the first intake duct (410) includes a filter guide (419), and the second filtration unit (370) can be inserted into the filter guide (419). The upper curved surface of the filter guide (419) may have the same radius of curvature to form a smooth circle along the inner circumference when coupled with the circular connecting body (177). The upper surface of the second filtration unit (370) likewise forms the same curved surface.
[0166] The first intake duct (410) draws air from the lower part of the connecting body (177), so its height is lower than that of the first exhaust duct (490). The first exhaust duct (490) can be connected to the first drum (130) through the first air inlet (198) provided at the upper part of the second support member (190).
[0167] FIG. 4(a) illustrates an example in which the connecting duct (450), the injection unit (650), etc. are installed on the base (180). The connecting duct (450) must have a duct shape to form a circulating air passage, and the lower part of the duct is formed by the base (180), and the upper part of the duct can be formed by the upper plate (451). That is, when the base is injected, the lower part of the duct is already formed, and the upper plate (451) is attached thereto to form the overall duct shape. Before the upper plate (451) is attached, a fan (470), a first heat exchanger (510), a second heat exchanger (520), and a refrigerant pipe (580), etc. can be installed, and an injection nozzle (651) can be inserted into the upper plate (451) through the connecting duct penetration hole (315) and an injection pipe (653) can be fixed. In addition, a third switching valve (not shown) can also be fixed.
[0168] Referring to FIG. 4(a), the second exhaust duct (490) can be connected to the lower part of the first exhaust duct (490). Also, to simplify the flow path as much as possible, it is connected to the first exhaust duct immediately after passing the heat exchanger (500) and the fan (470). The first exhaust duct is provided with a communication hole (493), and the communication hole (493) has a third opening / closing part (730) to open and close the communication hole (493). The third opening / closing part (730) can be coupled so as to rotate inside the first exhaust duct (490). That is, the third opening / closing part (730) rotates only inside, and the position when closing the communication hole (493) is called the first position, and the angle formed with the communication hole (493) at this time can be set to 0 degrees (°).
[0169] Referring to FIG. 4(b), the first intake duct (410) may be located above the filter insertion hole (313). The second intake duct (410) may be located below the filter insertion hole (313). A first opening / closing part (710) may be located at the end of the first intake duct (410) where the first intake duct (410) is connected to the connecting duct (450). Additionally, a second opening / closing part (720) may be located at the end of the second intake duct (410) where the second intake duct (410) is connected to the connecting duct (450). The reason the part that opens and closes the first intake duct (410) and the second intake duct (410) is divided into the first opening / closing part (710) and the second opening / closing part (720) is to secure a space for the first filter part (350) located at the front to be inserted.
[0170] Accordingly, when the first opening / closing part (710) is opened, the first intake duct (410) can move the air sucked in through the upper part of the first filter part (350) to the connecting duct (450). The second intake duct (410) may not be connected to the lower part of the first filter part (350) or the lower part of the filter insertion hole (313) to avoid interference with the filter part (300), specifically the first filter part (350). As shown in FIG. 4(b), the second intake duct (410) can move the sucked air through the outside of the filter insertion hole to the connecting duct (450) through the side of the first filter part (350).
[0171] In contrast, when the second opening / closing part (720) is opened, the second intake duct (410) may move air to the connecting duct (450) through the lower part of the first filter part (350).
[0172] Accordingly, the width of the first intake duct (410) is greater than the width of the second intake duct (410). The width of the first intake duct (410) is similar to the combined width of the second intake duct and the filter insertion hole (313).
[0173] The filter insertion hole (313) is opened and closed by the filter door (314), and the filter door (314) may be provided with a handle (317) for rotating the filter door (314) and a filter fixing part (319) for inserting the first filtration part (350) and fixing the filter door (314) after closing it.
[0174] The first opening / closing unit (710) may include a first blocking unit (711) for opening and closing the first intake duct (410), and a first opening / closing driving unit (713) connected to the first blocking unit (711) to rotate the first blocking unit (711) to open and close the first intake duct (410). Similarly, the second opening / closing unit (720) may include a second blocking unit (721) for opening and closing the first intake duct (410), and a second opening / closing driving unit (723) to rotate the first blocking unit (711) to open and close the second intake duct (410). The above third opening / closing unit (730) may also include a third blocking unit (731) that opens / closes the first exhaust duct (490) and the second exhaust duct (490), and a third opening / closing driving unit (733) that rotates the third blocking unit (731).
[0175] The first opening / closing drive unit (713), the second opening / closing drive unit (723), and the third opening / closing drive unit (733) may include a motor for transmitting rotational force. As an example of the motor, a geared motor using a DC power source may be used.
[0176] FIG. 5(a) illustrates a first blocking section (711) and a first opening / closing driving section (713), a second blocking section (721) and a second opening / closing driving section (723) between the first intake duct (410) and the connecting duct (450), and between the second intake duct (410) and the connecting duct (450).
[0177] The first blocking part (711) has the shape of a circular cylinder lying on its side. Specifically, the first blocking part (711) that opens and closes the first intake duct (410) may include a first main body (7111) formed with a curved surface in the front and rear directions, with the left and right directions being longer than the front and rear directions relative to the front of the first cabinet, and a first sub-body (7112) in a circular shape that is respectively coupled to both ends of the first main body in the left and right directions. That is, both ends of the first main body (7111) are composed of first sub-bodies (7112) having a circular shape, similar to the ends of a general cylinder, but the first main body (7111) connecting the first sub-bodies (7112) at both ends is not in the shape of a cylinder, but is in the form of including at least two curved surfaces having different curvatures, and the size of the first main body (7111) projected onto a virtual plane is the same as the diameter of the first sub-bodies, and ultimately is the same as the length of the front-rear cross-section of the first intake duct (410).
[0178] Accordingly, when the first blocking part (711) rotates, the first main body (7111) can close the interior of the first intake duct (410). Additionally, the first blocking part (711) is longer in the left-right direction than in the front-back direction to correspond to the cross-section inside the first intake duct (410). Through this, when the first blocking part (711) rotates, the first main body (7111) can close the first intake duct (410), and when the first blocking part (711) rotates, the first intake duct can be opened. Since the first blocking part (711) is like a circular cylinder, it is not necessary for it to rotate in different directions for opening and closing.
[0179] The first main body (7111) may be composed of at least two curved surfaces. Accordingly, the first main body (7111) has a shape in which one surface is concave and the other surface is convex. Additionally, the cross-section of the first main body (7111) may be in a crescent shape, with the thickness increasing toward the center. This reduces the polar moment of inertia, thereby minimizing the force during rotation by the second opening / closing drive unit (723).
[0180] The first main body (7111) is formed with at least two curved surfaces to allow the direction of flow to be smoothly changed. Therefore, it is acceptable as long as the flow can be smoothly changed, even if it is not necessarily in this shape.
[0181] Since the first main body (7111) has a long shape, it may bend over time due to fatigue or torsion. To prevent this, the first main body (7111) may include a first reinforcing rib (7113) on the convex side. This is because if the first reinforcing rib (7113) is placed on the concave side, stress concentration may occur at the concave point.
[0182] The size of the first reinforcing rib (7113) protruding from the convex surface of the first main body (7111) is equal to or smaller than the size of the first sub-body (7112), so that when the first sub-body (7112) is projected in the longitudinal direction of the first main body (7111), the first reinforcing rib (7113) is equal to or smaller than the projected first sub-body (7112).
[0183] In other words, the first reinforcing rib (7113) is located within the virtual cylinder surface and space formed by the first subbody (7112).
[0184] The second blocking part (721) has the shape of a circular cylinder lying on its side. Specifically, the second blocking part (721) that opens and closes the second intake duct (410) may include a second main body (7211) formed with a curved surface in the front and rear directions, with the left and right directions being longer than the front and rear directions relative to the front of the first cabinet, and a second sub-body (7212) in a circular shape that is respectively coupled to both ends of the second main body in the left and right directions. That is, both ends of the second main body (7211) are composed of second sub-bodies (7212) having a circular shape, similar to the ends of a general cylinder, but the second main body (7211) connecting the second sub-bodies (7212) at both ends is not in the shape of a cylinder, but is in a shape that includes at least two curved surfaces, and the size of the second main body (7211) projected onto a virtual plane is the same as the diameter of the second sub-bodies, and ultimately is the same as the length of the front-rear cross-section of the second intake duct (410).
[0185] Therefore, when the second blocking part (721) rotates, the second main body (7211) can close the interior of the second intake duct (410). Additionally, the second blocking part (721) is longer in the left-right direction than in the front-back direction to correspond to the cross-section of the interior of the second intake duct (410). Through this, when the second blocking part (721) rotates, the second main body (7211) can close the second intake duct (410), and when the second blocking part (721) rotates, the second intake duct can be opened. Since the second blocking part (721) is like a circular cylinder, it is not necessary for it to rotate in different directions for opening and closing.
[0186] The second main body (7211) may be composed of at least two curved surfaces. Accordingly, the first main body (7111) has a shape in which one surface is concave and the other surface is convex. Additionally, the cross-section of the second main body (7211) may be in a crescent shape, with the thickness increasing toward the center. This reduces the polar moment of inertia, thereby minimizing the force during rotation by the second opening / closing drive unit (723).
[0187] The second main body (7211) is formed with at least two curved surfaces to allow the direction of flow to be smoothly changed. Therefore, it is acceptable as long as the flow can be smoothly changed, even if it is not necessarily in this shape.
[0188] Since the second main body (7211) has a long shape, it may bend over time due to fatigue or torsion. To prevent this, the second main body (7211) may include a second reinforcing rib (7213) on the convex side. This is because if the second reinforcing rib (7213) is placed on the concave side, stress concentration may occur at the concave point.
[0189] The size of the second reinforcing rib (7213) protruding from the convex surface of the second main body (7211) is equal to or smaller than the size of the first sub-body (7112), so that when the second sub-body (7212) is projected in the longitudinal direction of the second main body (7211), the first reinforcing rib (7113) is equal to or smaller than the projected second sub-body (7212).
[0190] In other words, the first reinforcing rib (7113) is located within the virtual cylinder surface and space formed by the first subbody (7112).
[0191] FIG. 5(b) shows an example of a third opening / closing drive unit (733) that opens / closes the connection part of the first exhaust duct (490) and the second exhaust duct (490) and the third blocking part (731).
[0192] The first exhaust duct (490) may be provided with a communication hole (493) that communicates with the second exhaust duct (490) in a portion where the fan (470) is located after passing through the third connection hole (458) connected to the connecting duct (450) and the direction of air flow after passing the fan is directed upward. It may include a third blocking part (731) for opening and closing the communication hole (493), and a third opening / closing driving part for driving it may be located on the outer side of the first exhaust duct (490).
[0193] In order to connect the second exhaust duct (490) to the first exhaust duct (490), a fastening part is provided around the communication hole, so that the second exhaust duct (490) can be fixed and connected to the first exhaust duct (490) through the fastening member.
[0194] FIGS. 6(a) and FIGS. 6(b) illustrate an example in which, when circulating air from the first drum (130), the first intake duct (410) is opened through the first blocking part (711), the second intake duct (410) is closed through the second blocking part (721), and the second exhaust duct is closed through the third blocking part (731). FIGS. 6(c) and FIGS. 6(d) illustrate an example in which, when circulating air from the tub (220), the first intake duct (410) is closed through the first opening / closing part (710), the second intake duct (410) is opened through the second opening / closing part (720), and the first exhaust duct (490) is closed through the third blocking part (731).
[0195] FIG. 6(a) illustrates the first blocking section (711) being opened and the second blocking section (721) being closed, so that the first intake duct (410) is opened. The first blocking section (711) is connected to the rotation axis of the first opening / closing drive unit (713) in the longitudinal direction of the first main body (7111), so that the first main body (7111) rotates according to the rotation of the first opening / closing drive unit (713). When the first blocking section (711) rotates by a predetermined angle, the first intake duct (410) can be opened. Likewise, as illustrated in FIG. 6(c), the second blocking part (721) is connected to the rotation axis of the second opening / closing drive part (723) in the longitudinal direction of the second main body (7211), so that the second main body (7211) rotates according to the rotation of the second opening / closing drive part (723). When the second blocking part (721) rotates by a predetermined angle, the second intake duct (410) can be opened.
[0196] Since the control unit (not shown) independently controls the first blocking unit (711) and the second blocking unit (721), only the first blocking unit (711) can be opened and the second blocking unit (721) closed, or conversely, the first blocking unit (711) can be closed and only the second blocking unit (721) can be opened. Additionally, the first blocking unit (711) and the second blocking unit (721) can be opened simultaneously to utilize the drying functions of the first clothing processing device (1000) and the second clothing processing device (2000) simultaneously.
[0197] FIG. 6(b) illustrates an example in which the third blocking part (731) closes the communication hole (493) to close the second exhaust duct (490). In this specification, when the third blocking part (731) closes the second exhaust duct (490), the third blocking part (731) is referred to as being in the first position. When the third blocking part (731) is in the first position, it can form a circulation path of the first clothing processing device through the first exhaust duct (490).
[0198] Conversely, FIG. 6(d) illustrates an example in which the third blocking part (731) opens the communication hole (493) to open the second exhaust duct (490). When the third blocking part (731) is rotated into the interior of the first exhaust duct (490) and reaches a position (second position) that closes the first exhaust duct, a guide (495) may be provided to prevent the third blocking part (731) from rotating further. The guide (495) can prevent excessive rotation of the third blocking part (731) to prevent the third blocking part (731) from being deformed or damaged.
[0199] Meanwhile, in order to reach the second position, the third blocking part (731) must rotate by a predetermined angle by the third opening / closing drive part. If the rotation angle at the first position is denoted as the first rotation angle, e.g. 0 degrees (°), and the angle at the second position is denoted as the second rotation angle (θ2), then there may be a third position in which the third blocking part (731) rotates by a predetermined angle (θ3) between the first rotation angle and the second rotation angle.
[0200] If the third blocking part (731) is located at the third position, both the first exhaust duct (490) and the second exhaust duct (490) can be opened. Therefore, as needed, the control unit can use both the drying function of the first clothing processing device and the drying function of the second clothing processing device.
[0201] The present disclosure may be modified and implemented in various forms, and its scope of rights is not limited to the embodiments described above. Accordingly, if a modified embodiment includes the components of the claims according to the present disclosure, it should be considered to fall within the scope of rights of the present disclosure.
