Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a lightweight insulated movable bracket for supporting overhead power lines. Background Technology
[0002] In general, the track that supplies electricity to electric vehicles in electric railways is called a catenary line, and an overhead contact structure is primarily used for such catenary lines. In an overhead contact structure, a copper wire is installed above the rail, and current is collected from below by a pantograph. In an overhead catenary line, electric poles are installed on one or both sides, and a power supply line is installed above the electric pole. Below the power supply line, the catenary wire and the contact wire, which comes into contact with the pantograph (the current collection device of the electric vehicle), are supported by movable brackets. The movable bracket of an overhead catenary line is a support structure that holds the catenary wire, which directly supplies power to the electric vehicle. Because it is a facility that creates the system height—the vertical distance between the catenary wire and the catenary wire—and installs a curve tensioning bracket that provides deviation, it plays an important role that directly affects the characteristics of the catenary line.
[0003] In the case of an overhead catenary system, electric poles are installed on one or both sides of the catenary, a power supply line is installed above the electric pole, and below the power supply line, the catenary wire that contacts the messenger wire and the pantograph, which is the current collection device of the electric vehicle, is supported by a movable bracket.
[0004] Prior art document 1 (Republic of Korea Registered Utility Model Publication No. 20-0357138) discloses a conventional movable bracket. The prior art of the movable bracket disclosed in Prior art document 1 is as follows.
[0005] FIG. 1 is a schematic front view of a movable bracket of an overhead line according to conventional technology. The movable bracket (1) of the overhead line comprises: an upper horizontal pipe (10) installed horizontally at the top by a pole fixing band (12) on the upper part of the electric pole (2) and connected to a first insulating insulator (11); an inclined pipe (20) installed by a lower pole fixing band (22) installed at a certain distance from the upper pole fixing band (12) on the lower part of the electric pole (2) and connected to a second insulating insulator (21), with its end joined to the upper horizontal pipe (10) to reinforce and support the upper horizontal pipe in an inclined shape; a catenary wire fixing bracket (30) installed on the upper horizontal pipe (10) to fix the catenary wire; a vibration-preventing pipe (60) with both sides connected to the inclined pipe (20) and the main pipe (10) respectively by connecting brackets (40, 50); and the upper horizontal pipe (10), the inclined pipe (20), and the vibration-preventing pipe (60). It includes a connecting member (70), a curved tensioning support bracket (80) fixed to the vibration-damping pipe (60), and a curved tensioning bracket (90) fixed to the curved tensioning support bracket (80) and also fixed to the end of the overhead line. The vibration-damping pipe (60) is installed horizontally on the lower side of the inclined pipe (20) by fixing one end to a connecting bracket (40) coupled to the inclined pipe (20) and fixing the other end to a connecting bracket (50) connected to the end of the main pipe (10), and is connected to the main pipe (10) and the inclined pipe (20) by a bolt (B) via the connecting member (70).
[0006] The upper end of the curved tensioning support bracket (80) is connected to the vibration prevention pipe (60), and the lower end of the curved tensioning bracket (90) is fixed, and the overhead line is fixed to the overhead line fixing part (91) provided at the end of the curved tensioning bracket (90).
[0007] The conventional movable bracket (1) of such a conventional overhead line is used as a support bracket to fix the overhead line to the curved pulling bracket (90) mounted on the inclined pipe (20) and to provide displacement. That is, by changing the position of the messenger wire fixing bracket (30) on the main pipe (10) and changing the position of the curved pulling support bracket (80) on the vibration prevention pipe (60), the messenger wire and the overhead line are supported so that their positions can be changed.
[0008] The conventional movable bracket (1) of the overhead line is a device used to mechanically connect the overhead lines so that the electric train's current collection device (pantograph) can pass through without being impacted while electrically insulating the overhead line from the pole. It is structured to be connected to long-bar insulators such as the first insulating insulator (11) and the second insulating insulator (21), with the end portion connected to the overhead line. The conventional movable bracket (1) of the overhead line has a problem in that if the connection portion of the first insulating insulator (11) and the second insulating insulator (21) is subjected to impact for a long time when the electric train's pantograph passes through, it is damaged, causing insulation breakdown of the insulator, and if it is damaged by other foreign substances, the power supply to the overhead line is interrupted.
[0009] In addition, the inclined pipe (20) and the upper horizontal pipe (10) made of steel may be damaged due to corrosion of the overhead line support member in salt-affected areas or inside tunnels. Conventional movable brackets (1) are vulnerable to external impacts, and even minor cracks and slight damage can lead to a decrease in performance, so handling such as transportation must be done carefully.
[0010] Over time, the accumulation of vibrations from passing trains can lead to cracking, so meticulous attention must be paid to maintenance and inspection to ensure safety. Furthermore, because there are qualitative differences among individual long-span insulators, it is difficult to achieve uniform strength; therefore, a large safety factor is required in the design, with a bending breaking load of 350 kg-m or more and a tensile strength of 6000 kg-1 min or more. Since these long-span insulators are priced at a considerable cost, the total price of the movable bracket is significantly increased by the cost of the long-span insulators.
[0011] Therefore, to solve these problems, a method is required to manufacture movable brackets at a more economical price.
[0012] Meanwhile, research has been steadily conducted on the development of glass fiber-reinforced plastic composite materials with excellent insulation properties as a substitute for steel frames. The electrical properties of the glass fiber-reinforced plastic composite material disclosed in Non-Patent Literature 3 are shown in Table 1 below.
[0013]
[0014] The glass fiber-reinforced plastic composite material shown in Table 1 has been reported to have excellent insulation and mechanical strength (see Non-Patent Literature 1–3). Therefore, if a movable bracket is manufactured using this material, it can be manufactured economically while maintaining better insulation. Prior art literature

[0041] FIG. 2 illustrates an example of a lightweight insulated movable bracket for supporting an overhead line according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0042] Referring to FIG. 2, a lightweight insulating movable bracket (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a hollow insulating upper horizontal pipe (110) formed of a glass fiber reinforced material, which is installed horizontally at the top and has one end attached by a pole fixing band (112) on the upper part of a railway pole (2); a hollow insulating inclined pipe (120) formed of a glass fiber reinforced material, which has one end attached by a lower pole fixing band (122) installed at a certain distance from the upper pole fixing band (112) on the lower part of the railway pole (2), and has the other end combined with the upper horizontal pipe (110) to reinforce and support the upper horizontal pipe in an inclined shape; and a drop bar (150), which has one end connected to a vibration-preventing horizontal member fastening fitting (141) attached to the middle inclined part of the insulating inclined pipe (120) and is coupled with the other end of the insulating upper horizontal pipe (110). The other end is connected and includes an insulating vibration-preventing horizontal member (160) formed of a glass fiber reinforced material, and an insulating connecting reinforcing member (170) formed of a glass fiber reinforced material that connects the insulating upper horizontal pipe (110), insulating inclined pipe (120), and insulating vibration-preventing horizontal member (160) at regular intervals to prevent sagging and detachment of the insulating vibration-preventing horizontal member (160). Additionally, an end cap (119) is installed at the other end of the insulating upper horizontal pipe (110) to block the hollow portion and prevent rainwater from penetrating.
[0043] Additionally, a lightweight insulating movable bracket (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a curved tensioning support bracket (180) mounted on one side of an insulating vibration-preventing horizontal member (160), and a curved tensioning bracket (190) having one end coupled and fixed to the curved tensioning support bracket (180) and the other end having a catenary support frame (191) on which a catenary is supported.
[0044] In addition, the above-mentioned insulating vibration-preventing horizontal member (160) is installed horizontally on the lower side of the insulating upper pipe (110) by having one end fixed to a vibration-preventing horizontal member fastening fitting (141) coupled to the middle part of the insulating inclined pipe (120) and the other end fixed to a drop bar fastening fitting (151) coupled to the other end of the insulating upper horizontal pipe (110), and is further reinforced by being connected to the insulating upper horizontal pipe (110) and the insulating inclined pipe (120) by an insulating connection reinforcing member (170).
[0045] In addition, the upper side of the curved pull support bracket (180) is coupled to an insulating vibration-preventing horizontal member (160), and one side of a metal curved pull bracket (190) is fixed to the lower side, and the overhead line is supported by an overhead line support frame (191) that supports the overhead line formed at the other end of the curved pull bracket (190). Furthermore, in order to connect a grounding bracket for safety during overhead line work, one embodiment of the present invention is characterized by additionally forming a grounding connection ring part (186) on the upper side of the curved pull support bracket (180), taking into account that the metal curved pull bracket (190) is charged by the overhead line.

[0047] The insulating upper horizontal pipe (110) and insulating inclined pipe (120) according to one embodiment of the present invention are characterized by being hollow pipe-shaped, made of a plastic-based composite material reinforced with glass fibers, formed by impregnating glass fibers with epoxy resin or phenolic resin.
[0048] An insulating vibration-preventing horizontal member (160) according to one embodiment of the present invention is characterized by having a hollow pipe shape or a cylindrical rod shape made of a plastic-based composite material reinforced with glass fibers. According to various simulations of the present invention, while the insulating vibration-preventing horizontal member (160) can sufficiently maintain its function by being used in a hollow pipe shape, it is more preferable to have it in a cylindrical rod shape with good rigidity and elasticity.
[0049] An insulating connection reinforcing member (170) according to one embodiment of the present invention is characterized by being in the shape of a long plate or an angle made of a plastic-based composite material reinforced with glass fibers.

[0051] For the remaining parts, it is currently more economical to manufacture them using metal, so it is preferable to use metal; however, with future advancements in manufacturing methods, they may be replaced with glass fiber-reinforced plastic composite materials in an economical way.
[0052] A glass fiber reinforced plastic composite material according to one embodiment of the present invention is characterized by being manufactured by including 20 to 30 weight% of an epoxy or phenol resin with good insulating properties, 60 to 70% of glass fiber roving, and 10 to 20 weight% of other materials.
[0053] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the other material comprises one or more of a low-shrinkage material (e.g., PVAc, PMMA), a filler (CaCO3, ATH, Clay), a curing agent (p-100, TBPB), a release agent (INT-PUL524M, S-125), a UV coating agent (acrylic-based), and a coloring agent.
[0054] A glass fiber-reinforced plastic composite material according to one embodiment of the present invention is characterized by being manufactured by a pultrusion method, which is a method for forming a material with uniform quality and excellent strength.
[0055] A pultrusion method for a glass fiber-reinforced plastic composite material according to one embodiment of the present invention first performs a premixing process by adding resin and other materials. Next, a process of impregnating the glass fibers with the premixed resin is performed in a resin bath. Then, a pre-forming process is performed in a forming guide to integrate the resin-impregnated glass fibers according to the shape and position of the target product before they enter the mold, and then positioning them so that they can be molded by the mold, which is the final forming device. Next, a molding process is performed in a heated die to form the product with the same shape as the target product by applying a constant temperature, and a pulling system is performed to pull the product through the molding process so that it can be continuously formed. Additionally, a process of cutting the product to a predetermined length according to the application using a high-performance diamond saw may be included.
[0056] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the tensile strength of a pipe-shaped glass fiber-reinforced plastic composite molded article was measured to be 450 MPa, the tensile modulus to be 25.9 MPa, the flexural strength to be 478 GPa, and the flexural elasticity to be 16.8 MPa. Considering that a force of approximately 275 MPa is applied in the middle of the pipe in the case of a curved tensioning bracket, it is analyzed that the tensile strength (450 MPa) of the molded article is sufficient as the mechanical strength required for the movable bracket.
[0057] In addition, a pipe-shaped glass fiber-reinforced plastic composite molded article according to one embodiment of the present invention has a specific gravity that is 1 / 5 that of iron, making it lightweight and easy to transport and handle.
[0058] The dielectric breakdown voltage of a glass fiber-reinforced plastic-based composite molded article according to one embodiment of the present invention is 12.0~12.7 kV / mm, and the surface insulation resistance is 1.20~1.42 x 10 14 Considering that the gap between the overhead line charging part of a general electric railway and the electric pole is 2,120 (I-type) to 3,180 (O-type) mm, the lightweight insulating movable bracket (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention can safely support an overhead line with a voltage of 25 kV to 46 kV on the electric pole (2) using an insulating upper horizontal pipe (110) and an insulating inclined pipe (120) that have their own insulating ability without the need for a long-span insulator.
[0059] FIG. 3 illustrates the shape of a pipe manufactured from a glass fiber-reinforced plastic composite material according to one embodiment of the present invention and applied to an insulating upper horizontal pipe (110) and an insulating inclined pipe (120).
[0060] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the shape of the pipe to be used in the insulated upper horizontal pipe (110) and insulated inclined pipe (120) is characterized by having an outer diameter of 60 to 61 mm and a wall thickness of 4.5 to 6.0 mm, which is the outer diameter of the pipe minus the inner diameter of the hollow portion.
[0061] In one embodiment of the present invention, one or more resin insulator wings (210, 211, 220, 221) are further attached to one side of the insulating upper horizontal pipe (110) and one side of the insulating inclined pipe (120) to block the flow of water flowing along the surface by rainwater and to reinforce the insulation of the surface.
[0062] In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, two resin insulator wings can be mounted on one side of the insulating upper horizontal pipe (110) and one side of the insulating inclined pipe (120), and the distance between each resin insulator wing is mounted at a distance of 0.5 to 1.5 times the outer diameter of the resin insulator wing, taking into account the reduction of surface resistance due to water flow.
[0063] The resin insulator wings (210, 211, 220, 221) may be manufactured from epoxy resin used as an insulating material for insulators, or ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPMD). The resin insulator wings are characterized by having an inclined portion formed on the front surface to guide rainwater into an external space, a coupling hole formed in the center of the interior into which the insulating upper horizontal pipe (110) or insulating inclined pipe (120) is inserted, a hollow coupling portion (205) formed on the inner surface of the coupling hole through which the insulating upper horizontal pipe (110) or insulating inclined pipe (120) passes and is coupled, and the hollow coupling portion (205) is formed extending from the front surface of the resin insulator wings to strengthen contact with the outer surface of the insulating upper horizontal pipe (110) or insulating inclined pipe (120). Alternatively, the hollow joint may be formed from a shrink tube made of polytetrafluoroethylene. Alternatively, the hollow joint may be formed from the same material as the resin insulator wing material and may be mounted by fitting with the insulating upper horizontal pipe (110) or insulating inclined pipe (120) with adhesive applied to the inside.
[0064] Referring to FIG. 3, a lightweight insulating movable bracket (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention is installed by attaching an upper horizontal pipe connecting bracket (112-2) to an insulating upper horizontal pipe (110) fitted with a resin insulator wing, and by connecting an upper ring fastening bracket (112-1) to the upper side, the pole fixing band (112). An insulating inclined pipe (120) fitted with a resin insulator wing has its other end connected to a fastening bracket (128) installed in the middle of the other side of the insulating upper horizontal pipe (110), and its one end connected to an inclined pipe connecting bracket (122-1) and attached to a lower ring fastening bracket (122-1) to be connected to the lower side, the pole fixing band (122).
[0065] FIG. 4 illustrates the upper horizontal pipe connecting fitting (112-2) and the upper ring fastening fitting (112-1) of the insulating upper horizontal pipe (110) of a lightweight insulating movable bracket (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0066] Referring to FIG. 4, the upper ring fastening bracket (112-1) has a mounting hole formed on one side so that it can be freely rotated left and right on one side of the upper pole fixing band (112) of the electric pole (2), and on the other side, the upper horizontal pipe connecting bracket (112-2) has a coupling hole formed to which the upper horizontal pipe fastening bracket (112-1) is coupled. On one side of the upper horizontal pipe connecting bracket (112-2), a connecting arm is formed with left and right connecting holes formed to match the coupling hole of the fastening bracket (112-1), and on the other side, a connecting pipe is formed to insert and fix one end of the upper horizontal pipe (110). When assembling, the mounting hole of the upper ring fastening bracket (112-1) is fastened to one side of the upper pole fixing band (112) of the electric pole (2), and then the connecting hole of the upper horizontal pipe connecting bracket (112-2), into which the upper horizontal pipe (110) is inserted, is aligned with the coupling hole and a coupling pin is inserted to fasten it.
[0067] FIG. 5 illustrates an inclined pipe connecting fitting (122-2) and a lower ring fastening fitting (122-1) of an insulated inclined pipe (120) of a lightweight insulating movable bracket (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 5, the fastening fitting (122-1) of FIG. 5 differs from the fastening fitting (112-1) of FIG. 4 only in the position where the coupling hole is formed, and the rest of the configuration is the same. For example, the coupling hole of the fastening fitting (112-1) of the insulated upper horizontal pipe (110) is formed in a horizontal position, whereas the coupling hole of the fastening fitting (122-1) of the insulated inclined pipe (120) is formed in a position inclined toward the upper side for the connection of the inclined insulated inclined pipe (120).
