Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a method for producing a photo album composed of a large number of photos and a method for operating a platform configured to produce such a photo album. Specifically, the invention relates to a method for producing a photo album and a method for operating a platform for producing a photo album, wherein a platform where multiple photo studios can be registered as photo studio members and multiple students can be registered as student members, and photo shooting is conducted while reflecting a roster and photo shooting times, thereby enabling efficient matching of multiple students and photo images for each of the multiple students based on such a roster and photo shooting times. Furthermore, since the platform is configured so that multiple students can participate and select a photo image they like from among their own photos, student satisfaction with the photo album can be increased. Moreover, as multiple students are registered on the platform as student members, opportunities for community activation can be provided through the registration of multiple members. Background Technology

[0003] Every year, about 5% of the total population graduates (kindergarten -> elementary -> middle -> high -> college -> graduate school), and accordingly, graduation photo albums consisting of a large number of photos are produced. With the advent of digital cameras and smartphones, the digitization of graduation photo albums is inevitable, and as a result of this digitization, graduation photo albums are being produced in a diverse, unique, and easy manner.

[0005] A general overview of conventional technology for producing photo albums composed of a large number of photos, such as graduation photo albums, involves the process of first photographing a large number of students, separating and editing the individual images of each student, and generating photo album production data in which the images are matched to each student. Based on this photo album production data, a paper or digitized photo album can be produced.

[0007] We examine the problems associated with these conventional technologies.

[0008] In order to match a photo image to each of a number of students, the photo is taken in a state where a separate display means showing student identification factors such as grade, class, number, and name is included in the photo image so that the student being photographed can be identified when the photo is taken.

[0009] When the display means is simple paper (with the identification element displayed on the paper), there is a problem in that a large amount of work time and manpower is consumed because a piece of paper with the identification element written on it must be prepared for each student when taking photos of several hundred or several thousand students. Likewise, when the display means is a QR code (with the identification element displayed on the QR code), there is a problem in that a large amount of time and cost is consumed in producing the QR code because a QR code containing the identification element must be prepared separately for each student when taking photos of several hundred or several thousand students.

[0010] Furthermore, when modifying or editing photo images, inquiries must be made to each individual student. Since this process takes too much time, the photo studio sometimes handles the modifications or edits in-house, which can lead to a significant decrease in student satisfaction with the photo albums.

[0011] Furthermore, despite the digitization of photo albums, there is currently a lack of a platform that allows multiple photo studios and students to participate in producing albums and modify or edit photo images, and furthermore, provides opportunities for community activation through the registration of many members.

[0013] Therefore, there is an urgent need for research on photo album production methods and photo album production platform operation methods that can efficiently match photo images of hundreds or thousands of students with each of these students, further increase student satisfaction with the photo album, and provide opportunities for community activation following the registration of a large number of members.

[0015] (Patent Document 1) KR 10-2021-0084895 A The problem to be solved

[0017] In order to solve the problems associated with the aforementioned conventional technology, we propose a method for producing a photo album and a method for operating a platform for producing a photo album that can efficiently match photo images of hundreds or thousands of students with each of these students, further increase student satisfaction with the photo album, and provide opportunities for community activation through the registration of a large number of members. means of solving the problem

[0019] A method for producing a photo album composed of a large number of photos according to the present invention to solve the problems according to the prior art described above may include: (f) a step of inputting a roster containing a plurality of student names into a server; (g) a step of displaying the plurality of student names in a predetermined app that is executed on a predetermined terminal and connected to the server; (i) a step of generating a photo image for each of the plurality of students corresponding to the plurality of student names from a camera; (k) a step of transmitting the photo image generated from the camera to the server; and (l) a step of matching the photo image to each of the plurality of student names included in the roster on the server.

[0021] Preferably, (h) after step (g), the method further includes a step of inputting a photo shooting start time matching any first student name among the plurality of student names into the app, and

[0022] In the above step (i), a photographic image of the student corresponding to the arbitrary first student name is generated from the camera, and

[0023] (j) After step (i) above, the method further includes a step of inputting the photo shooting end time matched to the arbitrary first student name into the app, and

[0024] After step (h) above, step (i) above may proceed, and after step (j) above, step (k) above may proceed.

[0026] Preferably, in step (k), the photographic image generated by the camera is transmitted to the server, wherein the time of the photographic image is matched to the photographic image and transmitted to the server.

[0028] Preferably, in step (l), if the time of taking a photograph of any first photograph among the plurality of photograph images input to the server falls within the time period between the time of the start of the photograph in step (h) and the time of the end of the photograph in step (j) that is matched to the arbitrary first student name, the photograph image can be matched to each of the plurality of student names included in the roster in such a manner that the arbitrary first photograph image is matched to the arbitrary first student name.

[0030] Preferably, (m) further includes the step of generating data for creating a photo album on the server in which the photo image is matched to each of the plurality of student names, and

[0031] In the above step (h), the start time for taking a photo for each of the plurality of student names is entered into the app and transmitted to the server, and

[0032] In the above step (i), a photo image for each of the multiple students corresponding to the multiple student names is generated from the camera and transmitted to the server, and

[0033] In step (j) above, the time at which the photo shooting ends for each of the plurality of student names can be entered into the app and transmitted to the server. Effects of the invention

[0035] Due to the aforementioned means of solving the problem, photography is conducted while reflecting the roster and the time of photography, and based on this roster and the time of photography, photo images of multiple students and each student can be efficiently matched, thereby minimizing the consumption of work time and manpower.

[0036] Furthermore, as the platform is configured to allow multiple students to participate and select their preferred photos from among their own images, student satisfaction with the photo album can be increased; additionally, as multiple photo studios register as studio members and multiple students register as student members, opportunities for community activation can be provided through the registration of a large number of members. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0038] FIG. 1 is a conceptual drawing illustrating an apparatus in which the present invention is implemented. FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating the flowchart of the implementation of the present invention. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0039] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In this process, the thickness of lines or the size of components depicted in the drawings may be exaggerated for clarity and convenience of explanation. Furthermore, the terms described below are defined considering their functions in the present invention, and these may vary depending on the intention or convention of the user or operator. Therefore, the definitions of these terms should be based on the content throughout this specification.

[0041] This will be explained with reference to Figs. 1 and 2.

[0042] The server according to the present invention may be a server operated by the photo studio itself, or it may be a platform server in which multiple photo studios or multiple students can participate through member registration.

[0043] Figure 1 illustrates a platform server. Multiple photo studios can be registered as photo studio members, and multiple students can be registered as student members. Multiple photo studio member information, including multiple photo studio names, can be entered into the platform server to be registered as photo studio members, and multiple student member information, including multiple student names and identification factors for each of the multiple student names, can be entered into the platform server to be registered as student members.

[0044] It goes without saying that any identifier can be used for each of the multiple student names, as long as it is a unique identifier assigned to each student and can be distinguished from other students, such as email or phone number.

[0045] A photo studio registered as a member on the server can create separate folders on the server by school, grade, class, etc., and can upload multiple photo images of each student taken by school, grade, or class to the server, and when multiple photo images are uploaded to the server, the server's processing unit can make each photo image match each student's name.

[0046] Subsequently, when a specific photo image among one or more of one's own photo images is selected by the student, data for producing a photo album is generated in which the specific photo image is matched to each of multiple student names, and a paper photo album or a digitized photo album can be produced using this data for producing a photo album as basic material. The technology for producing a photo album using the data for producing a photo album as basic material follows the prior art.

[0048] Referring to Fig. 2, a method for producing a photo album consisting of a large number of photos and a method for operating a platform configured to produce such a photo album will be explained.

[0050] S100: A step in which a roster containing multiple student names and their corresponding identification factors is entered into the server.

[0051] The roster may be a roster that can be classified by school, grade, class, etc. For example, the roster may be data containing student names, classes, student numbers, and identification factors for those students.

[0052] The photo studio can create a roster and enter it into the server. Alternatively, the person in charge by school or grade, homeroom teachers, etc., can create a roster and enter it into the server.

[0053] This step may be performed before the photography of multiple students takes place. Therefore, at the time of photography, the roster of multiple students to be photographed may already be entered into the server.

[0055] S200: A step in which multiple student names are displayed in an app connected to the server

[0056] Photography may be conducted on multiple students. Before taking a photo of each of the multiple students, the photographer may access the server using an app running on a designated device, such as a smartphone, to retrieve the roster entered into the server, and accordingly, display the names of the multiple students who are the subjects of the photo shoot on the app.

[0057] For example, the names of multiple students in a class can be displayed in the app in order of student number. The photographer can check the names of the students to be photographed, the number of students, and the shooting order.

[0059] S300: Step in which the photo shooting start time matching an arbitrary first student name is entered into the app

[0060] Photos are taken of each of the multiple students individually. The Start Photo and Stop Photo buttons are enabled on the app.

[0061] Before taking a photo of a randomly selected first student among multiple students, the photographer clicks to confirm the name of the randomly selected first student to be photographed among the multiple student names displayed in the app, and clicks the "Start Photo Shooting" button. Accordingly, the start time of photo shooting matching the randomly selected first student name can be entered into the app.

[0062] The photo start time corresponding to an arbitrary first student name can be transmitted from the app to the server in real time. Alternatively, it goes without saying that the photo start times for each of multiple students can be transmitted to the server all at once after the entire shooting process is completed. In other words, information regarding the photo start time can be transmitted to the server.

[0064] S400: A step in which a photographic image of a student corresponding to an arbitrary first student name is generated in the camera.

[0065] An unspecified photographic image refers to a state composed of one or more photographic images generated by photographing a student. In other words, it refers to a state composed of one or more photographic images for each student. Since a student may be photographed more than once during the photo shoot for a graduation album, an unspecified photographic image of that student may be generated by the camera as the student's photo is taken. Therefore, unspecified photographic images for each of multiple students may be generated by the camera through the photography of multiple students.

[0066] As photography of an arbitrary first student proceeds, an unspecified photographic image of the arbitrary first student may be generated in the camera. That is, an unspecified photographic image composed of one or more photographic images may be generated in the camera for each of multiple students.

[0067] Each generated unspecified photographic image may have a matching time at which the photo was taken. In other words, when a photograph is taken and a photographic image is generated, the time at which the image was created is recorded in the camera, and naturally, the image can be stored in the camera with the time at which it was taken matching the image.

[0068] With the camera and the server connected via wired or wireless connection, the photo images stored in the camera and the corresponding timestamps can be transmitted from the camera to the server in real time as soon as the photo is taken. Alternatively, it is also possible for all photo images and their corresponding timestamps to be transmitted to the server all at once after a predetermined photo-taking process is completed. Figure 2 illustrates a state in which all completed photo images and their corresponding timestamps are transmitted to the server all at once.

[0070] S500: A step in which the photo shooting end time matching an arbitrary first student name is entered into the app.

[0071] As previously mentioned, during the process of taking photos of each of the multiple students, the Start Photo Shooting button and the Stop Photo Shooting button are activated in the app.

[0072] When the photo of a random first student among multiple students, for whom the photo start time was clicked, is completed and a photo image is generated in the camera, the photographer clicks the photo end button activated in the app. Therefore, the photo end time matching the name of the random first student can be entered into the app.

[0073] The photo end time corresponding to an arbitrary first student name can be transmitted from the app to the server in real time. Alternatively, it goes without saying that the photo end times for each of multiple students can be transmitted to the server all at once after the entire shooting process is completed. In other words, information regarding the photo end times can be transmitted to the server.

[0075] S600: Whether there are students remaining to be filmed

[0076] For each of the multiple students, the process from step S300 to step S500 can proceed. That is, for each of the multiple students, the start time for photo shooting is entered, then photo shooting proceeds to generate a photo image, and finally, the end time for photo shooting can be entered. The process from step S300 to step S500 can be repeated until photo shooting is completed for all students to be photographed.

[0078] S700: A step in which a photo image generated by a camera is transmitted to a server with the photo capture time matched to the image.

[0079] A photo image generated by the camera can be transmitted to the server with the shooting time matched. In other words, information regarding the shooting time and information regarding the photo image can be transmitted to the server in a matched state.

[0080] As described above, the photo images stored in the camera and the corresponding photo shooting times can be transmitted from the camera to the server in real time as soon as the photo is taken, or all photo images and the corresponding photo shooting times can be transmitted to the server all at once after a predetermined photo shooting task (photo shooting task for all students to be photographed on the day) is completed. Figure 2 shows the state in which all completed photo images and the corresponding photo shooting times are transmitted to the server all at once.

[0081] The photo images transmitted to the server may be multiple unspecified photo images of multiple students. In other words, unspecified photo images for each of the multiple students are generated by the camera, and all of these unspecified photo images for each of the multiple students can be transmitted from the camera to the server and input.

[0083] S800: A step in which an unspecified photo image is matched to each of multiple student names.

[0084] When the photo shooting start time and photo shooting end time matched to each of multiple student names are transmitted to the server, and all unspecified photo images for each of the multiple students are transmitted to the server with the photo shooting time matched to each photo image and input into the server, the unspecified photo images can be matched to each of the multiple student names included in the name list by the operation of the server's operation unit.

[0085] In a state where there are multiple unspecified photo images for each of the multiple students input into the server, if the time of taking a photo of any first photo image among the multiple unspecified photo images falls within the time period between the start time of taking a photo and the end time of taking a photo that is matched to any first student name among the multiple student names, then an unspecified photo image can be matched to each of the multiple student names included in the name list in a manner in which an arbitrary first photo image is matched to an arbitrary first student name.

[0086] For example, in a state where the first student's photo shooting start time is 2:10 PM on a specific day and the first student's photo shooting end time is 2:15 PM on the same specific day, and the second student's photo shooting start time is 2:20 PM on a specific day and the second student's photo shooting end time is 2:25 PM on the same specific day, and among the three photo images taken by the camera, the shooting times of two photo images are 2:10:10 and 2:10:15, and the shooting time of the remaining one photo image is 2:21:17, then the photo images matched to the shooting times of 2:10:10 and 2:10:15 are matched to the first student's name, and the photo image matched to the shooting time of 2:21:17 is matched to the second student's name.

[0088] S900: A step in which a specific photo image is selected from an unspecified photo image composed of one or more photo images.

[0089] As previously stated, multiple students can be registered as student members, and a student can be registered as a student member by inputting multiple student member information, including multiple student names and identification factors for each of the multiple student names, into the server.

[0090] However, the system may be configured so that student member information can be registered on the server only when the student name and the identifier for the student name entered into the server for the purpose of registering a student's student member information match one of the student names and the identifier for one of the student names included in the roster.

[0091] Photographs were taken only for students whose names were listed in the roster, and for the sake of personal information protection, only those students should be able to view their own photos; therefore, the student members who can be registered on the server are limited to those whose names are included in the roster.

[0092] Since there may be individuals with the same name, the system may be configured to additionally input a unique identifier for the student along with the name. The identifier may be an email address, a phone number, etc. Therefore, the roster may contain identifiers for each of multiple student names.

[0093] Since each of the multiple student names has a corresponding identification factor matched to it, and the server has a corresponding unspecified photo image matched to each of the multiple student names, it is possible that a corresponding unspecified photo image is matched to each of the multiple identification factors included in the name list.

[0094] When student member information is registered on the server as a student member, if a specific identifier among multiple identifiers is input into the server, only unspecified photo images matched to that specific identifier can be displayed on the server. Specifically, if a specific identifier among multiple identifiers is input into the server through a designated app that connects to the server, only unspecified photo images matched to the specific identifier can be displayed in the app.

[0095] Students registered as student members on the server may be configured to view their own unspecified photo images by accessing the server directly or through an app, but for the sake of personal information protection, they may be configured to view only their own unspecified photo images. This configuration can be achieved by inputting a specific identifier of the student into the server or through an app, so that only the unspecified photo images matched to that specific identifier are output and displayed on the server or displayed on the app.

[0096] An unspecified photo image consists of one or more photo images, and a student can specifically select a preferred photo image for their photo album from among their unspecified photo images displayed on the server or in the app. In other words, a specific photo image can be selected from among the unspecified photo images matched to each of the multiple student names included in the roster on the server. The specific photo image serves as the photo image for the student's photo album and becomes a single photo image that constitutes the photo album.

[0098] S1000: A step in which data for creating a photo album is generated on the server, with a specific photo image matched to each of multiple student names.

[0099] When multiple students each register and connect to a server to view their own unspecified photo images and select a specific photo image they like to include in a photo album, the state in which a specific photo image is matched to each of the multiple student names is completed, and data for photo album production can be generated on the server. Using this data for photo album production as basic material, a paper photo album or a digitized photo album can be produced. The technology for producing a photo album using this data as basic material follows the prior art.

[0101] For the time being, the present specification has been described with reference to embodiments illustrated in the drawings so that those skilled in the art can easily understand and reproduce the present invention; however, this is merely illustrative, and those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and equivalent alternative embodiments are possible from the embodiments of the present invention. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present invention should be determined by the claims.
