More specifically, the invention comprises a planar heating element installed on an upper frame constituting a seating portion, a cooling means installed on the bottom surface of the seating portion to cool the heated upper frame using circulating cooling water, a first temperature sensor for detecting the external temperature where the bench is installed, and a second temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the seating portion, wherein a set temperature is stored, and a control unit that compares the detected temperature detected by the first and second temperature sensors with the set temperature, and sends a control signal to the planar heating element or the cooling means to turn on the bench when the detected temperature is lower than the set temperature or when the detected temperature is lower than the set temperature, thereby enabling the temperature of the seating portion to maintain a constant temperature regardless of whether it is a cold winter or a hot summer. The planar heating element, the first and second temperature sensors, and the cooling means are operated using power supplied from a solar power generator, allowing the cooling and heating bench to be installed and used regardless of location, and the cooling water used to cool the heated seating portion is composed of antifreeze, so that even in winter, the cooling water does not freeze, thereby providing cooling and heating. This invention relates to a cooling and heating bench utilizing a solar power generation device configured to prevent damage to the bench while minimizing the need for cooling water replenishment. Background Technology

[0003] Generally, benches are installed in places such as parks, bus stops, and train stations for purposes such as rest, reading, and conversation.

[0004] Currently, benches installed in parks, bus stops, and train stations are heavily affected by external weather conditions, leading to problems where benches become cold during the cold winter months and hot during the hot summer months.

[0005] To solve these problems, a cooling and heating bench was invented that cools the bench in the summer and heats it in the winter.

[0006] A conventional heating and cooling bench is equipped with a horizontal frame and an air passage, and comprises an upper cover coupled to the horizontal frame, a carbon heating pad coupled to the upper cover, a moisture-absorbing evaporation pad tightly coupled to the carbon heating pad, a rotary spray unit installed on the horizontal frame to spray moisture onto the moisture-absorbing evaporation pad, and a fan installed on one side of the horizontal frame to supply air to the air passage.

[0007] Therefore, during the hot summer months, heat from the upper cover is conducted to the moisture-absorbing evaporation pad, and water molecules in the pad, having gained thermal energy, evaporate and are released to the outside by the air flowing through the air passage; in this process, the upper cover is cooled as it loses thermal energy to the evaporating water molecules.

[0008] Meanwhile, during the cold winter season, the heat generated from the carbon heating pad is transferred to the upper cover, causing it to heat up.

[0009] However, the problem with conventional heating and cooling benches is that in order to cool the bench, a rotary spray unit and a moisture-absorbing evaporation pad must be installed on the bench, which not only increases the manufacturing cost of the heating and cooling bench but also makes it difficult to install the bench because water must be continuously supplied.

[0010] In addition, during the cold winter months, a problem arose where the water supplied to the benches froze.

[0054] The present invention relates to a cooling and heating bench.

[0055] The power supplied to the heating and cooling bench is operated by power supplied from a battery (141) filled with electricity produced from a solar power generator (140).

[0064] The above control unit (130) compares the detected temperature supplied by the temperature sensing means composed of the first temperature sensor (110) and the second temperature sensor (120) with the set temperature stored in the memory unit using a comparison unit, and sends a control signal to the surface heating element (50) to operate it, or sends a control signal to the cooling means (60) to operate it.

[0065] It is disclosed that the above control unit (130) is equipped with a memory unit for storing a set temperature and a comparison unit for comparing the set temperature with the temperature detected by a temperature detection sensor.

[0066] The above temperature sensing means is composed of a first temperature sensor (110) that detects the external temperature of the place where the bench is installed and a second temperature sensor (120) that detects the upper surface temperature of the upper frame (30).

[0067] It is stated that the first temperature sensor (110) is installed on a support member (11) that supports the seated member (10).

[0070] The preferred operating state of the present invention, configured in this manner, is described as follows.

[0071] First, the first temperature sensor (110) constituting the temperature sensing means detects the external temperature and sends it to the control unit (130), and the second temperature sensor (120) detects the upper surface temperature of the upper frame (30) and sends it to the control unit (130).

[0073] The above control unit (130) compares the detected temperature detected by the first temperature sensor (110) and the second temperature sensor (120) with the set temperature, and if the temperature detected by the first temperature sensor (110) and the second temperature sensor (120) is lower than the set temperature of the control unit (130), it sends a control signal to the surface heating element (50) attached to the lower part of the upper frame (30) with an adhesive sheet (40) to generate heat.

[0074] The heat generated from the above-mentioned planar heating element (50) is transferred to the upper frame (30), thereby heating the upper frame (30).

[0075] And the control unit (130) sends a control signal to the surface heating element (50) to turn off the surface heating element (50) when the detected temperature detected by the second temperature sensor (120) is the same or similar to the set temperature.

[0076] Therefore, the bench can keep warm while maintaining a constant temperature even during the cold winter.

[0077] Meanwhile, the first temperature sensor (110) constituting the temperature sensing means detects the external temperature where the bench is installed and sends the detected temperature to the control unit (130), and the second temperature sensor (120) detects the upper surface temperature of the upper frame (30) and sends the detected temperature to the control unit (130).

[0078] The above control unit (130) compares the temperature sent from the first temperature sensor (110) and the second temperature sensor (120) with the set temperature and the detected temperature stored in the memory unit, and if the temperature detected by the first temperature sensor (110) and the second temperature sensor (120) is higher than the set temperature, it sends a control signal to the cooling means (60) so that the circulation pump (60) and the cooling fan (100) constituting the cooling means (60) are turned on.

[0079] As the above circulation pump (60) is operated, the cooling water stored in the storage tank (80) is supplied to the induction hole (31) connected to the circulation pump (70) and the connecting pipe (61), thereby allowing heat exchange to occur and cooling the heated upper frame (30).

[0080] The cooling water that has been heat-exchanged with the upper frame (30) is cooled as it flows into the interior of the heat exchange block (90) through a connecting pipe (61) connected to the inlet (91) of the heat exchange block (90).

[0081] The cooling water cooled in the heat exchange block (90) flows back into the interior of the storage tank (80) through the heat connection pipe (61) connected to the outlet (92) of the heat exchange block (90), and the flowing cooling water is circulated by the operating circulation pump (80) to cool the heated upper frame (30).

[0082] Meanwhile, the second temperature sensor (120) detects the temperature of the upper plate of the upper frame (30) that is cooled in the cooling water and sends it to the control unit (130).

[0083] The control unit (130) compares the temperature detected by the second temperature sensor (120) with the set temperature, and if the temperature of the upper frame (30) is lower than or equal to the set temperature, it sends a control signal to the circulation pump (70) and cooling fan (100) to turn off operation.

[0084] Therefore, the upper frame (10) can be kept in a continuously cold state during the summer. Explanation of the symbols
