Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a method for packaging low-methane hay feed. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, as an example of fermented hay feed, feeds referred to as TMR and TMF are manufactured and sold in various packaging methods.

[0003] These hay feeds are manufactured by mixing fiber feeds with by-products or grain feeds; conventionally, microorganisms are added to the mixture to induce a fermentation process, followed by packaging.

[0004] However, among the methods for packaging such hay feed, when packaged in 20 to 25 kg bags, it is common for a worker to manually perform the sealing process.

[0005] In other words, due to the characteristics of hay feed, if fibrous materials are positioned across the sealing area during the packaging process, complete sealing cannot be achieved; therefore, to prevent this, a worker performed the sealing work manually.

[0006] As such, manual packaging resulted in reduced productivity and ultimately caused an increase in production costs.

[0007] In other words, when sealing packaging using automated equipment, if fibrous material is positioned across the sealing location, the fibrous material acts as an air passage, so after sealing, outside air enters the packaging material, preventing complete fermentation, i.e., anaerobic fermentation, and leading to spoilage. Prior art literature

[0009] Republic of Korea Published Patent 10-2013-0103252 The problem to be solved

[0010] The present invention was devised in consideration of the above points and aims to provide a low-methane hay feed packaging method that can increase reliability during sealing packaging. means of solving the problem

[0011] The low-methane hay feed packaging method of the present invention for achieving the above objective comprises: a step of compression molding a processed fibrous hay feed into a predetermined shape; a step of wrapping the molded fibrous hay feed in a packaging paper to contain it; and a step of sealing the open portion of the packaging paper to isolate the fibrous hay feed from the outside.

[0012] In the sealing step mentioned above,

[0013] It is characterized by sealing a first sealing portion that overlaps and seals both sides of a packaging paper material, a second sealing portion that seals the front end of the packaging paper where the first sealing portion is formed, and a third sealing portion that seals the rear end of the packaging paper where the first sealing portion is formed.

[0014] Thus, compressed fibrous hay feed can be effectively sealed and packaged.

[0015] Here, it is preferable that the first to third sealing portions are sealed sequentially.

[0016] Thus, compression-molded fibrous hay feed can be stably compressed and packaged while automatically sealing the packaging paper.

[0017] In addition, it is preferable to insert the compression-molded fibrous hay feed through the rear end of the open packaging paper after the first and second sealing portions are sealed.

[0018] Thus, compressed fibrous hay feed can be stably compressed and packaged in its compressed state without becoming disorganized.

[0019] In addition, it is preferable that the first to third sealing portions are sealed in the form of a single band.

[0020] In addition, it is preferable that at least one of the first to third sealing portions is double-sealed.

[0021] Thus, even if fibrous feed is located in the sealing area, double sealing prevents the occurrence of pinholes and increases the reliability of the seal. Effects of the invention

[0023] The low-methane hay feed packaging method of the present invention can safely seal and package fibrous hay feed compressed into a block shape so that it does not become disorganized.

[0024] In particular, when sealing, even if a portion of fibrous hay feed is located in the sealing area (location), the sealing process is performed with double spacing, thereby increasing the reliability of the seal.

[0025] Therefore, by maintaining a perfect seal to block the inflow of external air and humidity, complete anaerobic fermentation is induced and spoilage is prevented, thereby obtaining low-methane hay feed with a methane gas reduction effect. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0027] Figures 1 to 3d are each schematic drawings for explaining the low-methane hay feed packaging method of the present invention according to an embodiment of the present invention. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0028] The packaging method for low-methane hay feed according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings.

[0029] It will be explained in detail with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3d.

[0030] First, as shown in FIG. 1, according to the low-methane hay feed packaging method of the present invention, the low-methane feed, which is processed in a predetermined processing chamber while mixed with fibrous feed ingredients and auxiliary materials, is weighed to a desired weight and then compressed and molded into a block shape. Here, in the processing chamber, the fibrous feed ingredients are maintained in an aerobic fermentation state through a processing process that undergoes a deformation and denaturation process and a bioconversion process.

[0031] The hay feed (10), which is processed in this way and molded into a block shape through a separate compression molding device, is compressed and molded into a block shape by the molding frame unit (50) of the compression packaging facility and moved as shown in FIGS. 2a and 2b.

[0032] The compressed hay feed (10) is compressed and packaged by a packaging paper (20), and the specific process is described as follows.

[0033] First, as the packaging paper (20) is supplied while wound on a roll and moved to wrap around the molding unit (50), the two ends of the packaging paper (10) overlap to form a tunnel shape.

[0034] At this time, as shown in FIG. 2b, the overlapping ends of the packaging paper (10) are compressed and sealed by the sealing part (110) of the first sealing unit (100), thereby forming the first sealing part (21).

[0035] Next, as shown in FIGS. 2c and 2d, the front end of the packaging paper (20) having the first sealing portion (21) formed thereon is removed from the molding die unit (50), and the front end of the packaging paper (20) is sealed by heat pressing with the second sealing unit (200), thereby forming the second sealing portion (23).

[0036] The first sealing portion (21) and the second sealing portion (23) are formed to intersect each other.

[0037] In this state, the rear end of the packaging paper (10) is open and connected to the packaging paper material.

[0039] In this state, as illustrated in FIGS. 2c to 3a, the feed (10) compressed in the molding device is pressed by the pressurizing unit (60) along the molding unit (50) and comes out of the molding unit (50) and is inserted into the interior of the packaging paper (20) having the first and second sealing portions (21, 23) formed.

[0040] In this state, as illustrated in FIG. 3b, a pair of sealing portions (210) of the second sealing unit (200) are brought close to each other and the rear end of the open packaging paper (20) is heat-pressed to seal it, thereby forming a third sealing portion (25). At this time, as the third sealing portion (25) is formed, it is cut and separated from the rear packaging paper (20) material.

[0042] In the process of compression packaging of the hay feed (10) compressed and molded by the method described above, the first to third sealing portions (21, 23, 25) are sequentially sealed, and complete sealing is possible in the completely packaged state.

[0043] The finished packaging form is as shown in FIG. 3c and FIG. 3d.

[0045] Here, the first to third sealing portions (21, 23, 25) are formed in a strip shape, and one or multiple portions may be formed. Preferably, each of the first to third sealing portions (21, 23, 25) is formed in a strip shape in parallel and spaced apart from each other.

[0047] In this way, the packaging paper (20) is divided into first to third sealing portions (21, 23, 25) and all are sealed sequentially, and by performing double sealing, the problem of the fibrous material being located in the sealing portion during the sealing process and not being completely sealed can be compensated for.

[0048] In addition, the first to third sealing portions (21, 23, 25) described above are exemplified as being formed in a double layer, but if necessary, the sealing portions may be formed in multiple layers, such as triple or quadruple layers. By forming multiple sealing portions in this manner to package low-methane hay feed, it is possible to completely seal it from the outside, and by allowing the hay feed, which has undergone aerobic fermentation in the processing chamber, to undergo a complete anaerobic fermentation process after packaging, the occurrence of spoilage can be prevented. Therefore, high-quality low-methane hay feed can be safely produced automatically to increase productivity, and consequently, production costs can be reduced, allowing it to be supplied to farms at an economical price.

[0050] In addition, by preventing the occurrence of so-called pinholes caused by fibrous raw materials being located in the sealing portion as in conventional methods, product spoilage is prevented, and the product can be maintained in a stabilized state for a long period, thereby extending the shelf life of the product.

[0052] In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first to third sealing portions (21, 23, 24) of the sealing paper (20) are described as being sealed in a spaced-apart manner in the form of multiple strips, but they may also be sealed in the form of a single strip. In this case, it is preferable that the width of the sealing strip be formed to correspond to the gap between two sealing lines. By doing so, even if fibrous feed is placed over the sealing portion, the occurrence of pinholes, etc. can be prevented.

[0054] Those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains will understand that the present invention may be implemented in other specific forms without altering its technical concept or essential features. Therefore, the embodiments described above should be understood as illustrative in all respects and not restrictive. The scope of the present invention is defined by the claims set forth below rather than by the detailed description above, and all modifications or variations derived from the meaning and scope of the claims and equivalent concepts should be interpreted as being included within the scope of the present invention.
